Still tickets available Detroit, then Buffalo, then Nashville, then Texas.

(00:55):
Then we're calling it a year over here at Challenge Mania.
Head to Challenge Madia dot Live for tickets. But didn't
come for me, You came for d He's rocking a
Cubs T shirt. I got my Yankees hat on. We
got do or dive baseball here, best of three.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
What's up, buddy, Go Cubs, Go go, Cubs, Go pay Chicago.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
What do you say.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Chicago's gonna win today? Well, hopefully we're split. We're split,
you know, Cubs.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
You know, we have to feel like we've been in
a drought for a few years.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Three wild Card matchups going into the game three out
of three. Today, it's you guys at home, I believe,
against the San Diego Padres. It is the Cleveland Guardians
at home against Derek you Tech's Detroit Tigers, who we're
going to be in Detroit this weekend. So I'm rooting
for you guys. I'm rooting for you guys. I hope
we're walking into Detroit after they just advanced in the playoffs.

(01:48):
But man, that Jose Ramirez and those Guardians are pesky.
That's the first game up. Then it's you guys, and
then here in the friendly confines of Yankee Stadium, we've
got the third matt against the Boston Red Sox. This
series has been a bloodbath. Game one was I don't
know if you know this, d if you've been following,

(02:08):
but Game one they decided to bench, well, Aaron Boone
decided to bench Jazz Chisholm, who went.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Thirty thirty this year.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Probably are I don't know, so I'd say maybe second
best player after Aaron Judge. And then also bench Ben Rice,
who's been on a hot streak because they don't hit
well against lefties, so obviously Garrett Crochet best pitcher in
the league anyway, So he benches them and we end
up losing Game one. Okay, they play Game two, Ben
Rice hits a home run and Jazz chishom scores the

(02:39):
game winning run. So a lot of people probably calling
for Boone's job if they lose tonight.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
But hey, every now and then, listen, when you bench someone,
it's not the worst thing, right, You light a fire
up in them. There's probably a reason why they're playing
the other guys in front of it in front of them.
So look, you know, when you're in a do or
die situation, you know, some people show up. Some people
need a little fire lit up under their ass.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
The Dodgers, however, the Dodgers, however, pulled a uh I
guess who would you say on the challenge?

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Uh? Just runs through everybody.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Uh you would have said ct Up until this season,
you would have said Johnny Bananas up until this season. Uh,
the Dodgers just wiped the floor with the Cincinnati Reds,
so they cleared the way. Uh. Now the Yankees, though,
This is what annoys me about that is that so
Yankees Red Sox had been on at six o'clock the
past two days, so Brock got to watch part of
the game. But now that that West Coast game has gone,

(03:33):
they moved the Yankee game up into primetime at eight o'clock,
so it's gonna be too late for him to watch.
But yeah, so d you're you're that rare uh Chicago
fan who your Cubs first and foremost, But you don't
hate the White Sox. You still root for the White Sox. Absolutely,
they were very good to us a few weeks back. Uh,
we had a great time over there with the White Sox.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
We're hoping to.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Hopefully, you know, do that with the the Cubs at
some point as well. And I am also that as
far as like I don't hate the Mets, I root
for the Mets. Last year it was awesome. Both the
Yankees and the Mets made it very far in the playoffs.
I was rooted for the Mets to get in this year.
I was also kind of rooted for the Diamondbacks to
get in. We love the Diamondbacks, as we know. But
then the Rets, the team that I have no allegiance
to whatsoever, they end up sneaking in doing absolutely nothing

(04:16):
with the spot against the Dodgers.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
Now the Dodgers are going in against the Phillies next,
what is it this Saturday?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
But but yeah, well they paid a lot of money
for Juan Soda over there in Queens and they just
missed the playoffs.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
So yeah, so White Sox really missed the playoffs.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
But listen, listen, listen.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
That's a mouthful for baseball fans in general, let alone
challenge fans. So I think it's about time we move
into some topics that we didn't talk about on the
Leroy podcast.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
We just got done recording with Leroy.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Uh and there's another, you know, kind of a rare
appearance from you know, I don't know, some would say
maybe the the Charles Barkley of the challenge. Is that
a a fair assessment. I don't know a better one
out there, but you, of course, you know, I mean that.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
You know, Charles Barkley, obviously, Dan Marino.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
These are some of the most famous Goat players who
never won the Big One, and Leroy of course famously.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Look he's still there alongside you.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Maybe this is the season he gets the Big One,
but yeah, he is one of the more story competitors
to have never won it. I do think if you
had to add up the most seasons without ever winning,
I think Anissa is probably number one, and then it's
probably somewhere in the Leroy. I know, Corey did, I
think catch up at some point because of all those
seasons that Leroy took off. But he's got to be
up there for the guys as well. I don't have

(05:39):
the stats in front of me, somebody can send it,
but yeah, I mean, look, here's what I'll say about Leroy.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
He is someone who and and if.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
You haven't heard the interview yet, I want you guys
to check it out because he does clarify what a
lot of people had thought, which is the reason he
decided to take some time off and why and what
they fixed that decided made him decide to come back.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
But he's someone who looked and he was taking time
off the show.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
He was kind of taking time off of podcasts and
interviews and things like that, so we had a lot
to catch up with the Man on as well as
this loaded season where stuff is just taking shape week
after week after week. Here it's hard not to want
to just talk to him about the last couple episodes
or this season, but you forget that we have not
had the Man on for a long form interview since

(06:21):
his comeback tour, which, although it's only been two years,
he's gotten four seasons in in those two years, so
a lot to talk about, a lot of relationships he's
developed on the show, some of which have been severed since.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
The last time we talked to him.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
We talked a little bit about that, and then of
course what it's like playing alongside his now wife but
at least, you know, the mother of his children when
they were playing on All Stars four, what it's like
playing with Johnny Bananas not so much anymore, And we
talked a little bit about the new threats.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
So great interview. If you haven't heard of y Echo,
check that out.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
But this will probably be somewhat of a companion piece
where we, you know, talk about all the gaps that
we don't necessarily get to with him because we did
want to broaden it out a little.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Bit, you know, I know, Well, we definitely didn't get
into the elimination between CT and TA versus THEO and Adrian. Uh,
we got into a little bit of how that came about.
And we also didn't talk about the stair climber challenge.

(07:20):
Stair climber above water something that you've that's never been
done before. I dare to say that this is like
some Guinness Book of World Records type shit, like we've
I've never seen any anywhere a stair climber where once
you you have now gassed out of this stair climber,
you don't like you fall off of this stair climber.

(07:42):
Instead of stepping onto the floor, you are falling into uh,
you know, into the water twenty feet below. So I
thought it was pretty pretty cool to like come up
with a lot of a lot of a lot of
different difficulties levels of difficulty here.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Let's start with that.

Speaker 2 (08:00):
So so this challenge, I feel like we've had a
nice little run of heights based challenges lately. Obviously, we
had the the you know, the early one with CT
getting a lot of flak. Then we had the one recently,
which is when Mikayla got her receipt back, I guess
you would say, and then this week. And something I've
noticed when I watch these is that they do a

(08:21):
pretty good job of filming them in a very specific way.
And I want you to kind of let us behind
the curtain here because I have my theories as to why,
but you can tell me what it looks like when
you guys are there, because to us as viewers, once
we've established hey, this is high off the ground, what
they don't care about, and from a visual perspective, or
what I should say they don't want us to care about, is.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Everything that's going on above. Right.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
They kind of cut off the frame with the top
of whatever the apparatus is, which always makes me wonder,
like I want to see like the wide, wide, wide shot,
which is like what's holding this thing up right? Because
it always kind of creates this illusion that it's floating
in mid air.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Another thing that played a part in this one is
it was hard for me to tell whether you guys
were tethered at all, whether you had a harness, whether
you had somebody connecting you at all. At times I thought,
man there's no way someone like a CT would be
able to do this at all without at least being hooked.
But then at times I wonder could he possibly be
that scared if he was hooked. I did see what

(09:22):
looked to be sort of a bungee cords or whatever,
but then I could never tell that they were.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Attached to you.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
So walk us through exactly how this is rigged, what
you guys see, Whether it feels safer to you guys
because of it, because to me it just feels like,
I mean, I'd be scared shitless. And then also, were
you guys connected to these at all? Because to me,
the injuries that you could suffer on a staremaster at
the gym when you're only four feet above the ground

(09:49):
and you guys are doing it whatever it is thirty
feet above the ground. Were you guys completely untethered where
if you busted your ass, hit your face, your book,
you're going down.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Yeah, there's the little bit of athleticism that you know,
is not always talked about but somewhat appreciated by people
who think that we are athletes, right, not stunt people,
but somewhat athletic, Because yeah, I mean, if you make
a mistake, Yeah you can you miss a step like, yeah,
you can, you know, miss that step, you know, trip

(10:20):
and fall forward and bust your face right off that
stair climber and then tumble your ass into the water
like that very much can't happen. But the stair climber,
the way it works is that there's probably like three
stairs and then it disappears, you know, so like you

(10:42):
would really have to kind of like you know, I
mean to to you know, to not use your hands
as you as you would hit would I mean, I
guess I don't have it didn't happen anybody.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
I don't do the StairMaster really at all, but when
I do, I'm often like holding on to the thing
right to not hold on it. It's just kind of
a brain fuck to begin with. Then to have to
like be answered because did you have to use your
hands to answer?

Speaker 4 (11:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:11):
Yeah, So to have to selectively be using your hands
and whatnot, Like I definitely was felt like for CT
during this, I feel like that's how I would have
looked doing this. Uh. And I was amazed that more
people were just able to kind of just grin and
bear it because to me, I mean that is something
that I can't imagine anyone felt comfortable doing. But a
lot of people look comfortable doing so while I.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
Feel like it was it was very uncomfortable. And just
so you guys know that they took the handlebars off,
so you're so just to kind of answer all of
your questions, it's a crane. It's a crane to answer, like, yeah,
even give you more behind the scenes to.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
This, Yeah, for all these right, it's a crane holding
it up, right.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
Yeah, it's a crane holding up stairmasters which are really heavy,
or stair climbers as they call them, which are really heavy.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
We went there the.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
First day and they sent us back like there was
a problem with the the you know, the rig.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
I'm assuming that it was a weight problem.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
And I can't remember if they actually put anybody on
just to say, all right, guys, this isn't gonna work.

Speaker 4 (12:16):
There is a.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
So there was a problem, and I'm assuming it was
with weight. So you heard people talk about that it
was kind of lopside a little bit and that, and
then and then Gabe's side was was, you know, moving
shaking a little bit more over there, Michaela was kind
of complaining I was wondering what you know.

Speaker 4 (12:37):
She was upset about.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
Uh, But come to find out this episode it was
because uh Gave's fee five four FuMB feet were the
actual problem.

Speaker 4 (12:46):
So so it was there that was an issue with
the set up here.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
It took them a while to get it going.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
Or what we well, we got there the and then
they were like, all right, we're gonna we can't fix
this now, like we have to do this tomorrow, we
need to redo. So whenever that happens, you're like, oh, yeah,
there is this challenge actually gonna happen. Are they going
to change it? You know, are they going to do
this one later? What was the problem? And then they

(13:13):
never tell us the problem. But we had to come
back the next day and do it.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
Because I'll admit, like, I mean, look this this did
go off, I would say pretty much without a hitch.
Like it felt like, you know, the people who couldn't
really handle it kind of jumped off at their own volition,
which is like to me, you could. This is one
where I think they are pretty lucky for everyone to
have gotten out of this, I think on the surface

(13:39):
at least without a serious injury, because I mean, the
amount that can go wrong with as we've talked about,
the balance, the losing your train of site, the footing
as CT was putting it, and then the million things
you can hit on the way down and then also
tumble and then also just not even land well on
the water. No matter how you're falling, everyone pretty much

(13:59):
fell volf entarily, is my point.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
You know, well, yeah, well you have to you have
to give the challenge Gods a lot of credit the
production team for putting this together because, as you were saying, like,
there's a lot of elements of stability that need to
happen for someone not to fall bust their face off
of this thing.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
But but how do you how do you come up
with this? How do you? How do you?

Speaker 3 (14:26):
How do you come up with this? This was awesome?
Did you did you not think this is like, oh
this is awesome? But but do you know look the
way it was like could you imagine the way it's conceived?

Speaker 4 (14:36):
Right?

Speaker 3 (14:36):
One of the challenge Gods is like, you know, at
the gym, they're like, all right, I'm gonna go on
the stair climber today and read a book, right, or
do sudoku, And they're like, damn, this is really hard
to do without actually holding the handlebars or like you know,
when you get up there and the stair climber starts
moving and you have to sort of balance and like

(14:57):
push the push the buttons on the screen like it's annoying,
like to just so, they gave us like an iPad
where you can write the answers, and so you have
to you have an iPad.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
You have to write the answers.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
You can't hold onto anything, and you have to listen
to TJ's.

Speaker 4 (15:13):
Question and look up on the screen to see, you know.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
What what the potential answers are, and then write like
a B or or or it might just it might
just give you, you know, the number right, Like the
answer is fifty two, you have to write fifty two,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
So it like, dude, the level of.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Well, most of these ah, so they weren't all multiple
choice right right right, but a lot of them were.
I think they were smart that most of these felt
like they were ABCD, and I think they probably.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
Not f F right right right.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
But my point is the reason they went with that
other than normally they're having you look with the way
you guys are up there, nobody's writing the answer Mississippi
out like that right, like you gotta put make it
easy for you guys. I thought it was interesting and
it's such a weird coincidence that one of the questions
was who was the first woman to win the Nobel Prize.

(16:08):
I have already forgotten what the answer was, but one
of the potential answers that was wrong was Jane Goodall.
And Jane Goodall passed away yesterday the day that this
episode aired, which is a weird coincidence, so rest in
peace to her. But I want to know d like
when look, trivia has become this this great way for

(16:30):
us to watch, you know TJ with his infectious laugh.
It's also sort of become synonymous with heights and things
like that. Do you prefer multiple choice like this or
do you prefer when it's sort of one answer and done.
Do you prefer when the goal is to sort of
make people look really dumb? Ask them simple questions, spelling

(16:51):
B type stuff, challenge related history? I know is something
you guys can kind of study while you're there together.
What's your ideal trivia and what do you think is
the hardest form of you get well?

Speaker 3 (17:01):
The hardest form of trivia is getting the question that
you don't know the answer to. And the hardest form
of trivia is like when you don't have multiple chances
to like redeem yourself. So like for example, season forty,
I got two chances and two answers wrong, and that
was it. You know, that's it here you kind of

(17:24):
have the the you know, the perfect storm, right, like
if you get one wrong, you can still rely on
like your athletic abilities, your your balance, your stamina, you know,
your endurance to help you know, keep you keep you afloat.

Speaker 4 (17:40):
And then you get another question.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
Not to toot my own horn, but I got eight
right and we meet and D finished in uh, second place, no,
third place, third place, third place. So Mikaela and Cedric
when uh, and you know Mikaela's up there, you know,
till it was over, Like Mikaela didn't even fall in UH.
And then you're me and Aviv, who you know are
obviously clearly you know, front runners here. And then you

(18:04):
got us with me and D who you know, at
some point feel like we're in the back of the pack,
but now it feels like we're you know, we maybe
stand a chance at this thing, especially when you know
people are gonna think, you know, we're not going to
do well to trivia. But when you do the trivia
along with some athleticism, some balance, some some some uh

(18:26):
uh you know, endurance, like maybe we have a shot
at this. So to answer your question, I think this
is my This is what I like most.

Speaker 4 (18:34):
And on the.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
Opposite side of things, you asked about, oh, where's the
challenge trivia questions? I asked the same thing because you
know what I'm doing before we get up on these
stair climbers, I'm looking at my little notebook, reading all
all of the all the notes that I have on
every single player in the house. How many seasons they've done,
uh you know, memorable moments from their seasons, which ones

(18:56):
they've won. And guess how many challenge trivia questions there
were on here?

Speaker 4 (19:00):
Absolutely none, you know.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
I mean talk about like trying to prepare it for
something and then just like not getting it at all.

Speaker 4 (19:08):
I mean, that's exactly what.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
Don't you think that they kind of have to in
my opinion, like why were you getting ready that way?
That's because there's a fair amount of challenge trivia on
this show. Like they have to kind of keep you
guys on your toes. I also think that it would
be a little bit unfair to and look, I get
that maybe this would be good to have something favor
you guys, but it would certainly favor those of you

(19:31):
guys who lived a lot of those challenge moments and
be a little bit harder for let's say a Gabe
or a Sydney or a d or someone like that. So,
you know, the studying, although everyone can cram the same way,
going to come a little bit more second nature to
someone like you or a Nissa who was there for
a lot of these major challenge moments. So maybe that's
why they didn't go challenge heavy on a fresh meat season.

(19:52):
I'd be curious to see if that's the case that
they tend to stay away from it in seasons where
there's such a disparity between your guys a challenge experience.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
I mean, well, I mean look at the flip side
of things, like you have you have some you know,
some international players and they're being asked like.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
A lot of soccer, a lot of rugby, ye, But but.

Speaker 3 (20:12):
You're also getting asked a lot of like you know,
American you know, culture questions. Right, there was some you know,
international soccer rugby. You know, you saw THEO get four
answers correct, But I think that you know it was you.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
And then there's a lot of math. There's a lot
of math, you.

Speaker 3 (20:35):
Know, so it's like, you know, you try to diversify it.
But like if you're in a heat where it's you know,
going back to you know, my answer this question is
if the answer is you don't know it, you know,
then and and it's American based, and say you're someone
like Turbo who you know, you know, may not know

(20:56):
anything about American culture or UK culture, then you know,
he's just like completely shit out of luck.

Speaker 4 (21:02):
You saw Sydney up there, you know, making it.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
You know again, another person that just like stays up
there the entire time along with Michayla, and we're all
watching these two women like, holy shit, they fucking really housed.
You know, they could really do both. You know, this
was this was one of those challenges where.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
It's like, damn, can you do both?

Speaker 3 (21:24):
Can you use your brain and your you know, and
your body control and endurance control all at the same time.
And you kind of got a you know, a fairly
complete player, and I think that that's put on display
with both these women.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
Let's talk about how this played out obviously for who
did and didn't do well here? Do you think I
mean we talked about with Leroy. We you know, we're
talking about it. You know now it's been the season
long through line. Is is CT and what's getting in
his way of succeeding here?

Speaker 1 (21:57):
Let's say that this takes place on the beach.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Okay, do you think that CT and TAY do not
come and last that it is heights related, that it
is in a way size related. Being that obviously the
footing and stuff like that played a part in it
as well, and that's something Look, you can't control the
size of your feet, no matter how how much you
go to the gym.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
So no, no, no, But I do think that there's
a way to control the way you position your feet right,
like you can pigeon toe them in to to kind
of you know, you're stepping like this.

Speaker 4 (22:30):
It's I get it.

Speaker 3 (22:31):
If you have you know, size fifteen feet, I mean,
this is super hard. I mean I war nine and
a half and every one of my steps was was
was was slipping on on the front of that thing.
But I do I do believe that if this is
on the sand, you know, with no handlebars and you're
just answering questions, I think you're going to get the
same result.

Speaker 4 (22:51):
I think, so really yeah, yeah, I don't.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (22:54):
And the other thing I'll tell you this is a
little behind the behind the curtain. A lot of these
people like once they were done or couldn't do anymore,
they weren't falling in the water like, oh shit, I
can't do it anymore. Oh like actually almost none of
that happened. Like I I took my lick. I think
Jeremy took his lick. Even someone like Cedric, like they

(23:15):
were done. They he stepped off and he did his
beautiful little backflip that the that the you know, the
footage didn't even give it justice because this dude I'm
talking talking about, like does a beautiful backflip off of uh,
you know whatever, twenty thirty feet above the water and

(23:38):
lands in the water perfectly. And you're looking at this
kid like, damn, twenty two year old Phenom just back
did a perfect backflip off of this contraption. But it's
it don't happen because he didn't fall into the water, right,
it happened because it was like, all right, I'm done,
I'm gonna step off, and then I'm gonna fall in

(24:01):
controlled And I think that that was fair game, you know,
uh to the challenge gods, you know, whereas some people
can complain and be like, shouldn't that just be an
automatic qu right, Like shouldn't you just be able to
fall in the water. Shouldn't you have to fall in
the water. Well, we all know what is as dangerous
as it is to just like you know, you know,

(24:22):
fall into the water without any control, like injuries happen,
you know, And I think that that's, you know, probably
a reason why you know, that was fair game.

Speaker 4 (24:32):
But yeah, people were just like, you know, I can't
do it anymore.

Speaker 3 (24:35):
I'm gonna step off, you know, and then they made
him jump off, like I think Johnny didn't want to
jump off, which he sees a lot of this turmoil
between John A and Gabe, and you kind of start
even though, like being a John A's friend and you know,
someone that advocates for John Ay, like you start to
see reasons like I don't think Gabe is.

Speaker 4 (24:56):
Handling this John A thing correctly.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
At all, but he's seeing her for you know, in
these moments of like I guess, you know, weakness, like, hey,
I'm not gonna fall off of this thing. I'm not
jumping off of this thing. I just knocked the computer
in the water.

Speaker 4 (25:14):
Like that's what Gabe is kind of, you know seeing
you know, and.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
Let's uh, let's go a little some questions here.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
I didn't load him in, so you're not gonna see
him in the in the chat there on the screen,
but I pulled him up here on Patreon.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
This is from l R. I'm trying to think as well,
it says l R. So I'm gonna take that word
for it.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
I haven't listened to it, but apparently CT said on
Johnny's podcast Derek that Derek left his spine at home
this season. Cet and Johnny were saying that Derek was
scared to make strong decisions when voting. What does Derek
think about that? Was he playing more meet this season?

Speaker 1 (25:51):
That is h l R.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
Well, I mean it's interesting because like we were all
playing on different sides of the of the of the
spectrum at different times, so.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
One person's meek might be another person's Hey, I.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
Mean I'm just saying, where's right, where's the like, what
do you mean? Like the strong move that was made
here was like, was me and Dee, you know, voting
in a direction that was going to help protect keep
us safe. Right, So so let me let me let
me put it this way. At some point, Johnny and

(26:38):
CT weren't playing on the same side. They didn't vote
the same way. At some point, I was just voting
with CT, or we were voting together the same way
along with like Olivia's side, and Johnny was, you know,
the anti Olivia from the very beginning. I wasn't ready
to be like, let's go, let's jump on the anti
Olivia train from the beginning.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
Neither was CT.

Speaker 3 (27:01):
So what you guys didn't see is when CT asked
for Derek Chavez to go into elimination, and I was
the one like helping.

Speaker 4 (27:08):
Lead the charge. Which what does that do?

Speaker 3 (27:10):
That that put that sticks, you know, puts my neck
on the line, shows everyone in my cards, shows my
loyalty towards CT, and that just means, hey, we know
those two are absolutely working together.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
We need to, you know, let's put them against each other.

Speaker 3 (27:27):
Right, Like that's that was very close to happening with
you know, the the Derek Chavez in THEO thing, right,
So here I am protecting CT and THEO by being
the voice that helps put Derek Chavez into elimination.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
And I look like an asshole to Derek Chavez.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
And now I'm looking like an asshole to CT and
Johnny Bananas because I vote with with my partner, who's
basically my number one at this point. Now, look, I
advocated to not vote THEO and Adrian and I said
it multiple times that I didn't want to do do it.

Speaker 4 (28:06):
But then when you know, push came.

Speaker 3 (28:08):
To shove and I saw all of the people that
that D was working with and how many people were against,
how many how many Alliance rumbers, the Upstairs Alliance actually had.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
I knew that I was screwed. What's it, It's just
gonna be.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
Me, uh, THEO, Olivia, maybe Anissa, maybe john A maybe
maybe those two.

Speaker 4 (28:30):
They didn't even vote the way they were.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
Supposed to, you know. So it's like what had happened
was the Upstairs Alliance had their ship together as as
a as a as a as a charging force. We didn't,
and we kept losing and losing and losing and guess
who was next on the chopping block probably this guy.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
Well, hey, uh, I'll tell you what this is from Matt,
Matt says.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
And like I said, you can't make it everybody happy.
I made I made CT happy. Uh you know during
that vote, right, Like I stuck my neck out for
that to make that happen.

Speaker 4 (29:10):
Showed everyone where I stood, all right, and you.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
Know half the house is, like more than half the
house is like fucking you know, coming after CT with
the pitchfork. Who do you think they're gonna be coming
after with the pitchfork next?

Speaker 4 (29:26):
Anyway?

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Sorry, that explains things, Matt says.

Speaker 4 (29:29):
Find my ass windless?

Speaker 2 (29:32):
My ass, Matt says tonight during the episode, the minute
Derek's name was brought up as a target for elimination,
my cat mark started to mount and hate fuck a
stuffed dragon toy, and I took it as a sign
from the gods that Derek would be spared from elimination.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
I was correct and assuming this.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
Hey, thank you for all of that that was said,
because that was an absolutely like most awkward weird re
in to keep Derek around. And thank you for that
that voodoo doll that that kept me afloat this this episode,
and yes, you.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
Want to know something? When I heard my name.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Be mentioned, uh, Derek and d to go into elimination
by Olivia and and Will like obviously the our move
was validated, right, Like, no, it didn't come out of
THEO in Adrian's mouth. And but like, let's be honest here,
THEO and Olivia and their partners are are one okay?

Speaker 4 (30:37):
And then and then what then where's a Nissa?

Speaker 1 (30:39):
Right?

Speaker 4 (30:40):
She's she's right there with them. Then where am I? Right?

Speaker 3 (30:43):
And at this point Turbo is working with THEO, right,
but he doesn't throw away vote and doesn't help him right,
So I'm seeing fucking everybody jump off of the THEO
and and and see T ship and so.

Speaker 4 (30:56):
What am I supposed to do?

Speaker 3 (30:58):
Just like go, all right, well me and D are
gonna split, and now I'm going into elimination against CT
and TA like I don't know where you know? People
like like where you like where you live and die
for people on the challenge. You know what I'm saying,
Like how hard do you go before you're like, all right, listen,

(31:20):
it's either me or you. So I'm gonna choose me
and my partner over, you know, anyone else like, I
don't know why that's spineless?

Speaker 1 (31:30):
Right right?

Speaker 2 (31:31):
Well, hopefully no one goes and hey Fox this stuff
dragon Toy. But we do have to say goodbye to
the main feed. Uh went a little bit longer than

So we also have a quote here from Olivia. It's
not a quote, but Sam says, what does d think
about what Olivia said about his gameplay and.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
Her wanting to throw him against CT I thought he
was in her alive? All right, guys, this sends your
time here on ChIL.

Speaker 4 (32:00):
Take care of yourselves, and hopefully we'll see in the future.
