(00:08):
I want you to do a littlebit of research. A little bit of
research on the people that you follow, a little bit of research on the
people that you look up to,a little bit of research on the people
that are commonly helping you. Ladiesand gentlemen. You hear the phrase,
I'm in it for the long game. I'm all in the next level accumulatively.
(00:29):
I want you to understand what allof the above mean. Okay,
what happens is this. Sometimes whenyou try to change, you create what's
known as a quick win. Aquick win is something that happens because you're
actually taking more action than you've evertaken before. It doesn't mean that the
wind is going to last forever. When you're trying to succeed in life emotionally,
(00:52):
physically, and financially, in thatorder, you get something called momentum,
and the world STAPs did change.Certain things start to happen, and
you start to get a few results. Musical quick winds things that happen literally
because you're taking more action and you'readdressing the way that you're thinking. One
thing I must underline, and it'sawfully important that you listen to this.
(01:17):
Quick winds don't last because we're tryingto work against so many opposing forces when
you try to succeed, we're tryingto work against thoughts that you don't want
to have experiences with people as youtry to grow, That you don't want
to have emotions that pop into yourhead as a result of not getting what
(01:37):
you want when you want it.These are the things that we've got to
contend with. Quick winds are greatfor your ego, but you can't You
can't bank your ego, your successor your future and something that's been created
overnight. The one thing that youmust understand that you know the quick winds
accumulatively will accumulate in bigger failures.Once you understand that the bigger failures ain't
(02:00):
never gonna last forever, you understandthat the quick winds have no real value
outside of the fact that they makeyou feel good about what it is that
you're doing. You know, Isee so many people at the moment publicizing
quick winds like they've been, likethey're getting last forever. It shows a
level of immaturity in the world ofpersonal development, brand development, business development,
(02:21):
and all of that good shit. You know, I see people selling
the quick win and it's it's notsustainable in it don't last and it don't
work. And I have people cometo me deflate it, say, Louis,
I've not been too good. Iused to get all these results to
say, look, they're not results, they're quick winds. Quick winds are
biproduct. Literally have just taking moreactions and thinking more positive. I say
(02:43):
to everyone, right, if yourcoach or your mentor doesn't actually understand how
to create long term results for peopleand to keep creating winds time and time
again, not recycling the last wind, but creating new avenue, new winds,
then they're not really an expert ingrowth. People always say to me,
Louis. People always say to me, Louis, how can you go
(03:06):
to different marketplaces and win? Howcan you try different sports and win?
How can you coach someone that hasn'tmade fifty thousand pounds and someone that's made
five million pounds and help them win? I say, because I have a
strategy that I employ with every singlehuman being, and it changes based on
the human being. We don't chasequick winds, even though we celebrate them.
We understand that we need to accumulateknowledge, emotion, and strategic strategic
(03:32):
plan if we're to continue to grow, and at the moment, I'm not
seeing so many people create wins fortheir clients time and time and time again.
And this isn't to put anyone down. I just want to highlight the
fact that I said, I thinkit was on a video yesterday, I
said that so many fucking people inthis country I've got personal development wrong.
(03:52):
It's shipped in the UK, andI'm just going to start edging my content
towards letting people know the warning signs, the red flag science, so that
they know what it is they're lookingfor. Because when you're low and you
don't have a lot, it's easyto listen to absolutely everyone because it acts
as reassurance. It makes you feelbetter about your situation, in your circumstance,
(04:12):
and it basically puts you in aplace in your mind where you think
you're actually gonna win. And Ijust want to be the person that you
either love or hate. I'm finewith both that gives you the honest understanding.
Based on decades and decades of genuinepersonal development creating quick winds, medium
term winds, but ultimately thirty sixyears of me being here, I've created
(04:32):
an awful lot of success early on, and I've only just started to rout
the financial benefits of that, ofall of the failures, the quick winds,
understandings, changing plans, so onand so forth. So I just
thought a part that on your lap, quick winds bread last, don't chase
them. Understand that you want quickwinds to make yourself feel good about yourself,
but ultimately you must have a mediumto long term plan and the
