In this weeks episode Scott discusses how he got to where he was working all the time, tired no work life balance to looking in the mirror one day to find that his body had changed overnight mmh!
Though Scott did realise that this was not an overnight change and started his journey to better health and fitness.
He now runs his own company with great success with members who benefit from his knowledge of having been there and now helps them to transform and achieve their goals.
