as for when you first come into the church and
be a young Christian that don't get easy, doesn't and
become very difficult to fight off the walls of Satan.

We're coming in with baggage.

We're coming in being the old man, and we need
to allow a new man to shine through. We come
in with many habits that we have, but come in
doing things that we've been doing for years.

Sure Christ knows that God knows that that's why die
for us for the church after our Christ and we
read the other day, have different officers in the church
to help us, to aid us, to put us in

but with our words. We may talk negative about certain people.

And if a brother, sisters says our preaching brothers, if
we have any faults, come to that brother. Talk to him,
See what the problem is, See if you can aid him,
See if you can counsel him in a better way
of what problems he may be facing.

Because we all are in this world.

We all live in this world, and at times many
of us are touched by the negativity of this world.
But the question it is, how can we ask Christians,

Many of us reason why we find it so difficult
of cutting sin out of our lives are living in
sin is because we do not recognize that we cannot.

With someone we've been knowing for years, especially if they
have caught themselves often too something that is negative and
that's gonna lead you down the wrong pathway. And if

Jesus Christ, hey, you're gonna hurt yourself in the long run.
You are going to hurt yourself in the long run.

And the best thing we can do as Christians is
to not be on the same level that they are
on not saying that you're better.

And some people don't understand that, especially we need to
cut them off. They might say, all you think you're
too good to hang with us anymore. That is not
the sequence of things.

Reason why you don't hang out with them anymore, because
you'll strive me to live as Christ want you to live.

And if they're doing things that.

Call to pull you back into that world of sin,
you need to fight it. You need to put yourself
on a better pain. You need to get yourself where
you're under people that can help you live for Christ,
not those that are gonna keep on bringing Satan in

with Christ and tell them about Jesus Christ and be
among them when they're doing their.

So I said, let me gonna visit my old buddies,
more chumps that I used to chum up with.

I could talk with them about the gospel a little behold.
Once I got through the door, they would couldn't help it.

They were getting high, they were doing cocaine and everything else.

Jesus Christ. And I said to myself, they don't want
to hear the Christ.

I'm just wasting my time trying when they are doing
whatever they wanted to do, and by me associate with
them in this way, they might pull me into that world.

Our friendship had to change change because I have a
friend with Jesus Christ and not with them. And by

them off being my friends, especially when I could not

But later on many of them obey the gospel. Many

me stupid, call me a fanatic, and everything else.

sometimes things like that cannot be help.

as for when you first come into the church and
be a young Christian that don't get easy, doesn't and
become very difficult to fight off the walls of Satan.

Because many of us will become or become a Christian.

We're coming in with baggage.

We're coming in being the old man, and we need
to allow a new man to shine through. We come
in with many habits that we have, but come in
doing things that we've been doing for years.

It's hard to cut it off.

Sure Christ knows that God knows that that's why die
for us for the church after our Christ and we
read the other day, have different officers in the church
to help us, to aid us, to put us in
the perfect way, and to keep us in the perfect way,

find Christ and for others to keep.

We have faltered by the wayside.

Being the church and being there for one another. Now
we need to get better, Yes we do. We need
to get better doing just that. And what we need
to do is stop.

Bickering and stop arguing and stop fighting. Not fighting fistfully,
but with our words. We may talk negative about certain people.

We need to do that.

And if a brother, sisters says our preaching brothers, if
we have any faults, come to that brother. Talk to him,
See what the problem is, See if you can aid him,
See if you can counsel him in a better way
of what problems he may be facing.

Because we all are in this world.

We all live in this world, and at times many
of us are touched by the negativity of this world.
But the question it is, how can we ask Christians,
if I may be able to use.

Many of us reason why we find it so difficult
of cutting sin out of our lives are living in
sin is because we do not recognize that we cannot.

Be what we once be, even when it comes to
hanging with an old charm, even if it's come and hanging.

With someone we've been knowing for years, especially if they
have caught themselves often too something that is negative and
that's gonna lead you down the wrong pathway. And if
you're not strong enough to tell them about.

Jesus Christ, hey, you're gonna hurt yourself in the long run.
You are going to hurt yourself in the long run.

And the best thing we can do as Christians is
to not be on the same level that they are
on not saying that you're better.

And some people don't understand that, especially we need to
cut them off. They might say, all you think you're
too good to hang with us anymore. That is not
the sequence of things.

Reason why you don't hang out with them anymore, because
you'll strive me to live as Christ want you to live.

And if they're doing things that.

Call to pull you back into that world of sin,
you need to fight it. You need to put yourself
on a better pain. You need to get yourself where
you're under people that can help you live for Christ,
not those that are gonna keep on bringing Satan in
your world. Now, if you can fight and still hang

with Christ and tell them about Jesus Christ and be
among them when they're doing their.

When my first became a Christian shore.

My family is all. My family wasn't not in the church.
I still have friends I consider friends. I was outside
of the church. I had friends that I desired to
be saved. But I remember when I was in I
was at Southwestern Christian College the summertime, and I'm one
of my friends that I've been friends.

With for over the years and no Christ.

So I said, let me gonna visit my old buddies,
more chumps that I used to chum up with.
Speaker 4 (58:39):
And I went to visit them, and lo and behold,
and I talk, be honest with you.

But they won't be the gospel.
Speaker 8 (58:48):
I could talk with them about the gospel a little behold.
Once I got through the door, they would couldn't help it.
Every step you take, you smell weed, you smell deal.
They were getting high, they were doing cocaine and everything else.
And here I called myself, coming in telling them about

Jesus Christ. And I said to myself, they don't want
to hear the Christ.

I moved.
Speaker 8 (59:18):
I'm just wasting my time trying when they are doing
whatever they wanted to do, and by me associate with
them in this way, they might pull me into that world.

That they all liveing in.

So what I did, I just say bye.

I said bye.
Speaker 7 (59:39):
Our friendship had to change change because I have a
friend with Jesus Christ and not with them. And by
me being friends with Jesus Christ, he then my Lord,
he then my Savior.

I knew right that, And there I had to cut
them off being my friends, especially when I could not
conngense them. I understand brondoscar Is saying about Jesus Christ.
But later on many of them obey the gospel. Many

of them seen my tenacity, seen how I was hanging
in there, seen though they were laughing at me, call
me stupid, call me a fanatic, and everything else.

But what I did, I hung in there.

I did not change and many of them themselves.

They are in the churchy day strong, some of my
elder some of my deacons, some of them are telling
Jesus others about Jesus Christ praised the Lord. But my friend,
well brother Oscar is trying to say, it is best
to always do was right in the face of those

that want to do us wrong and to pull you down.
Don't worry about what they may feel. If you got
if you much, cut them off, cut them off, cut
them off. And if they come back and ask you
how you became Christian, while you so changed, while you're different,
while you cut them off, you have a.

Witness to them, to tell them about Jesus Christ and
what Christ have done in your life.

But they got to see it now.

They won't see it if you're hanging with them and
doing the same thing they're doing, smoking that stuff earth, smoking,
snorting that stuff, eath snowing, saying the same words to
say they're saying gospeling the way the gospelinging.

Gospel and silp is wrong.

What we need to do is set the right pattern
for those in our lives to see Christ in us.
And one way all said that we need not to
be unequal yoke with them, doing the same thing with them,
teamed up with them, and that was being equal to
unequal yoke means being team up with them, but be

separate from them.

We're not working with them. We're on a different plane
from them. We headed to heaven while some of them
don't even much.

Consider heaven being a real place when they don't really care.

And that's one thing we must bear in mind. We're
not cutting off friends, but we're cutting off Satan, especially
when they allows Satan to rule their life. Amen, Amen
