the covenant between him and them, and the fact that
that needs to be shown and done. And today today
do we be circumcised because that reason? The answer is no,

(20:30):
But what is our token of love today? And we
said a token of love? Token of love today is
cutting off sin. And we asked the question, how can
we do that in a world where there is sin
on every hand, where there is sin everywhere around the world,
around the clock, how can we avoid sin?

listen to us, yes, say, we talk about how we

Speaker 7 (39:51):
Hey, a Hi.

Speaker 12 (39:53):
I can't speak for you, but I'm gonna be wearing
a big smile on my face. Well, we spell all
turnty in heaven, singing psalms to the Lord, and the
teasers being the light lighting up the world, lightning up heaven.

Speaker 13 (40:10):
Amen and Amen again.

Speaker 12 (40:13):
We're so delight that you're with us and that you're
a part of the program that we're bringing on. And
we hope that you kept your ears on not long
enough to hear the chat. Now you know what bald
Oscar want you to do, right, Yes, we know, Baldoskar
you want us go ahead on have our favorite morny
drink coffee tea, milk juice, hot chocolate, cold chocolate, not

(40:36):
the horse stuff. Not to throw a chuck that throw
that out the window was a chunk chunking out the window.

Speaker 13 (40:46):
Heymen, Bereloska, Amen and relax if.

Speaker 12 (40:49):
You relaxing, you reclining chair, hey, go ahead on reclining
or out if you're more relaxing and get you died
that table, Go ahead.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
On and have a seat.

Speaker 12 (40:59):
But what we request of you to have is a
copy of God's Word as we study from God's Word,
because that's where we're coming from, nothing else and nothing
less but His Word this morning.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
And I'm so thankful that you are joining us.

Speaker 12 (41:16):
And somebody say, with beal Oscar, we've been talking about
how to study by for long, because you may be right,
and that's the reason why it.

Speaker 13 (41:24):
Is because I want to make sure that we get
across the message of hope.

Speaker 2 (41:29):
Ofvation and love.

Speaker 12 (41:32):
And if you are going to listen to Velosky here,
that's what Veloscar is going to be talking about, the
message of hope, the message of love, and the message
of salvation.

Speaker 13 (41:45):
And that's what we're going to be talking about this morning.

Speaker 12 (41:48):
And if you've been with us for quite some time,
you know we've been studying the Bible on a perspectively
and retrospective way. And that's what we were doing today,
perspectively and retrospectively.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
In other words, were.

Speaker 12 (42:04):
Going to the Old Testament, then the New Testament, looking
back retrospectively and prospectively.

Speaker 13 (42:13):
So we hope and pray that the chats that we
are having.

Speaker 12 (42:18):
With you, may you may be getting the meaning of
these chats, that you may be learning from these chats,
and that you may be growing in the.

Speaker 13 (42:27):
Nurture and that munition from these chats that we are having.

Speaker 12 (42:32):
And we hope that to these chats someone, if she
in the light, someone is becoming a member and be
added to the Body of Christ.

Speaker 13 (42:43):
That's I hope, that's how desire and that's our love,
our love for souls.

Speaker 12 (42:48):
And we hope and pray that you, if you're not
in the body of Christ, that you be become a
member or be added to the body of Christ.

Speaker 13 (43:00):
And if you are nobody Christ, we hope that in.

Speaker 12 (43:03):
Some form of fashion we have strengthened your faith, your
belief and help you grow in the nurture and the
admonition of the Lord. And as you've been with Brother
Oscar for a couple of weeks, you know, we've been
talking about how to study of the Bible, and we
went back to Genesis seventeen, studying the patriarch Abraham and

(43:28):
the God. In Genesis seventeen, change Abram to Abraham and
God in that believe version.

Speaker 10 (43:36):
NW.

Speaker 12 (43:36):
You know, Genesis it telling Abraham to be circumcised at
less circumcised be token, the token between him and them
of the keeping of the Covenant. And we asked the question,
should we be circumcised today for the same purpose and
answer is no, but again, should be our token of

(44:01):
love today?

Speaker 13 (44:03):
If it was cutting off of Abraham to be circumcised,
what is superscision today?

Speaker 12 (44:09):
And superscision we discussed it is cutting off of sin
and you and the question maybe asked for Brother Oscar.
We leave in the world that that's all they do
is sin. Some don't even must know when they sin
it because sin have been a norm now to do
and men just don't know. So how can we cut

(44:33):
off sin? How can we allow not allow sin to
be prevalent in our lives today? When we deal with
people that living in sin, would deal with people that
talking any kind of way, we deal with people that
listen to all sorts of nasty things and ridiculous things

(44:55):
on the airways. We know the world is just all
full up in sin. And Brother Oscar, are you telling
us that we must cut off sin?

Speaker 2 (45:06):
My friend?

Speaker 12 (45:07):
What we need to do as a Christians we need
to change our mind when it comes to sin. And
we need to get ourself in a right frame or
right relationship with the Lord this morning.

Speaker 13 (45:24):
And my friend, if you're not in the right relationship and.

Speaker 12 (45:28):
The right frame with the Lord this morning, we hope
that these chats and this talk this morning may help.

Speaker 13 (45:35):
You get in that relationship that you need to have
with the Lord this morning.

Speaker 12 (45:42):
And that's our goal, is to help you to walk
close with the Lord so that one day you may
make Heaven your home. And if you was with us
on yesterday, we discussed about another act of cutting off
of sin. It's be not unequally yoke.

Speaker 13 (46:08):
Together with the unbelievers. And something may say, Brother Hoscar,
is that taking it to the extreme? Is that going
too far? Are you telling me that.

Speaker 2 (46:27):
I must.

Speaker 13 (46:29):
Those that it's in my family? I can't say hello,
r goodbye to I'm not.

Speaker 2 (46:37):
We're not going that far.

Speaker 13 (46:38):
And I don't believe Paul is going that far when
he says this. But what Paul is saying.

Speaker 12 (46:45):
In one Corintheny six and the verses fourteen, it's the
fact that we should not be together with them to
the point where they're changing us, are changing the.

Speaker 13 (47:00):
Way we are changing.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
What the Word of God says.

Speaker 12 (47:05):
And many today, even from a religious standpoint, trying to
change the word of God to make it say what
they know, what they wanted to say. Now emmuss in
jail like that, many are indulging in God's word to

(47:27):
make it say well, what they wanted to say, and
they would change the wording they were changing, get different
translations to make it say what they're saying. So, my friend,
that's why one't the reasons why we need to watch
out of who we come and contact or connect ourselves with,

(47:50):
because if we connect ourselves with the wrong people, they
will lead us astrain. Amen, they would lead us astray,
and they would cause us to think about it, are
we doing right?

Speaker 13 (48:09):
And that's what many would cause you to think. And
that's why, even now strong enough.

Speaker 12 (48:16):
To know the truth and know what false teachings is
going on, with the sins happening rapidly around you, you
don't need to be around that. And I love what
Paul says here. And Paul is saying that he first
asked these questions.

Speaker 2 (48:33):
He said that, and I.

Speaker 12 (48:36):
Believe we cover it on yesterday, but we just want
to reiterate some of the things Paul says in.

Speaker 13 (48:45):
Tewod Corinthians six and verse fourteen.

Speaker 12 (48:51):
And he said, be not unequalioc with the unbelievers, with unbelievers, for.

Speaker 13 (48:57):
What fellowship had right you business with unrighteousness?

Speaker 3 (49:03):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (49:04):
What com you? You had?

Speaker 13 (49:05):
Light with darkness? And the answer to those questions is nothing.
You have nothing to do with one another.

Speaker 12 (49:13):
And just like when you come home to a darker house,
you've been gone and coming and lights us off and
home is dark. But once you swish that light on darkness, anticipate,
doesn't it It goes away? So that is this light
has nothing to do with darkness. Darkness has nothing to

(49:34):
do with light. So because when the light is switched
on darkness anticipate, it goes away.

Speaker 13 (49:41):
No darkness.

Speaker 12 (49:42):
And then Paul says, and what Concord had Christ with
bell l Bell, there be in Satan. And Christ and
Satan have nothing at all in coming. And let me
say this again, Christ and.

Speaker 13 (50:00):
Satan has nothing at all.

Speaker 2 (50:05):
In common. And that shit make us think too. If
you start.

Speaker 12 (50:12):
Getting on coming grounds with those who out there who
love to drink, smoke, curse, or who love to just
do everything that's negative when come to the word of God,
and if you become in a common way with them,

(50:35):
I must.

Speaker 13 (50:35):
Wonder, you must wonder are you in the faith now?
I believe, Paul.

Speaker 2 (50:40):
I'm not saying we can't associate with them, because at
the times we got to work with them.

Speaker 13 (50:44):
They're in our families, they're in our home. But are
you strong enough?

Speaker 12 (50:51):
Are you strong enough to be around person that's not
living for the Lord?

Speaker 2 (50:59):
And some of us are not.

Speaker 12 (51:02):
And some of us, if we're not strong, that we
allow them to change us instead of us changing them.
And of course we as Christians, yes, if you're gonna
teach God's word, you got to go around where they are.

Speaker 13 (51:17):
Christ did, but Christ is Christ, He's God in the flesh.

Speaker 12 (51:22):
Were not so being the beings that said we and
we are going to bring one to Christ and need
to go where they are.

Speaker 2 (51:32):
We obsessed.

Speaker 13 (51:33):
Must be strong and know the facts, know the truth.

Speaker 12 (51:36):
Allow that be the reason why we're going around them
to tell them the truth, tell them the word of God.

Speaker 13 (51:42):
And I know some of them we work with them,
but we still.

Speaker 12 (51:45):
Have to be strong enough to know God's word and
be able to withstand the wilds of Satan.

Speaker 13 (51:52):
And many of us are not.

Speaker 2 (51:54):
Many of us are not. We want to associate with them.

Speaker 12 (51:57):
We we we we we want to drink the same
liquor they drinking, do all the things, dances, listen all
same music.

Speaker 13 (52:11):
And some of us we fall from grace. And some
of us we get confused because some.

Speaker 12 (52:19):
Of them start talking talk to religion with us, and
they're not talking the right religion.

Speaker 2 (52:27):
So make you think, make you think, destinate.

Speaker 13 (52:31):
And then Paul says, what port had he not believe
it with.

Speaker 12 (52:41):
An infidel one that believe it and one that don't believe.
If you are believe, you have nothing common with an
infidel infidel. And if Paul says these words, he says,
and and what agreement have to temple of God with idols?

(53:10):
For ye are the temple of the living God. As
God has said, I would dwell in them and walk
in them, and I would be their God, and they.

Speaker 2 (53:22):
Shall be my people.

Speaker 12 (53:25):
That makes you think too, thatsn't it when so many
religious today they have idols, statues, even us, the cross
become an idol.

Speaker 13 (53:38):
Many people want to wear crosses around there.

Speaker 2 (53:40):
Next, Yeah, I want to say it.

Speaker 13 (53:45):
That becomes the idol.

Speaker 17 (53:47):
If you're not looking at it and the perspective it
is need to be looked at a man for the
Oscar and what we need to do is to hang, study,
get deep into the word.

Speaker 13 (54:07):
And then I said, all, but also, are you becoming
a fanatic?

Speaker 12 (54:10):
No, I don't think I'm a fanatic in one way
because I love the Lord and I believe in doing
what's right.

Speaker 13 (54:17):
And if you and I know, to the to the.

Speaker 12 (54:19):
World, I'm fanatic because the world the understand the difference
that we should be as being a Christian.

Speaker 13 (54:30):
And I love what Peter says.

Speaker 12 (54:32):
And Peter turned with me quickly to Peter, Peter the
first first Peter too, and the first Peter too, Peter
the Apostle.

Speaker 13 (54:45):
Peter says these words, and I want you to listen
to these words clearly.

Speaker 12 (54:52):
Peter says, But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood,
and hold the nation a procurear people that ye should

(55:16):
shoe hoard the praises of Him who have taught you
out of darkness into into his marvelousless light. Paul Peter
saying here that we should be particular a peculiar people.

(55:38):
And yes, yes the world should look us like and
they call us crazy me like that, but that's all right.
Call my friend if you're doing what the Lord says
to do. If you're hanging there and following the scriptures

(55:59):
and do what you should do for the Lord, don't
you know the world will call you names and talk
bad about you.

Speaker 13 (56:07):
That's all right, That's all right if they do. Because
Peter says here that we all peculiar people, and we
are strange, and we are strangers because this.

Speaker 2 (56:23):
World, this word, is not our home. We're just passing
through it.

Speaker 13 (56:31):
We recognize that we have a better home, and our
better home is.

Speaker 2 (56:36):
Heaven and being what Jesus at.

Speaker 13 (56:40):
We're just there, passing through this life, this world, and
this world is not my home. And I do know
about you.

Speaker 12 (56:50):
I'm not putting my faith in nothing that's worldly. How
Over the Oscar recognize I need a place to live
for my close my back, and that.

Speaker 13 (57:05):
Basically only reason why I recognize I need money for things.
I don't love money.

Speaker 2 (57:15):
By recognized money is a avenue of buying things.

Speaker 12 (57:21):
But other than that, wishall not allow the world to
captivate us. To motivate us, but our motivation, of our
motivator should be Jesus Christ and him crucified.

Speaker 2 (57:39):
Not in the athletes.

Speaker 12 (57:40):
It's all right to love sports. But some of us
we instar being like Christ. We want to be like Mike.
It's not being like Christ. We want to be like
Whitney Houston instead being like Christ.

Speaker 13 (57:56):
We want to be like.

Speaker 2 (58:02):
We want to sing like James.

Speaker 12 (58:05):
Brown instead of being like Christ, being peculiar, being different
from the world. And my friend, if you want to
have a token of love and show Christ you love
them him, you need to do what Christ commands us.

Speaker 2 (58:31):
Jesus tells us, if you love me, keep my commandments?
Are you keeping his commandments?

Speaker 13 (58:39):
Paul tells us?

Speaker 2 (58:40):
And first can eleven number one? Follow me as I
follow Christ?

Speaker 13 (58:45):
Are you falling Christ? Paul's as long as I'm falling Christ,
it's safe to follow me. As long as I'm falling Christ.
Are you following Christ?

Speaker 12 (58:57):
And many of us today, because we deal with others
that claim to be falling Christ, we decide to follow
them because we just don't know. And it's best for
us to know what the Word of God says how
to follow Christ instead of following these false teachings. And

(59:19):
that's another reason why we should not be unequally open
with the unbelievers, be together with the unbelievers, because unbelievers
would pull us one way.

Speaker 13 (59:28):
In the way we know we shouldn't go.

Speaker 12 (59:30):
He must call themself religions, and you start believing what
they're teaching.

Speaker 2 (59:36):
And that's easy to do, especially.

Speaker 12 (59:39):
If you won't law, if you're not allowing the word
of God to inguff your minds to so that you
meditate on God's.

Speaker 13 (59:47):
Word and know its word, love its word, and.

Speaker 2 (59:51):
Be about his word. And that's easy to do, to be.

Speaker 13 (59:59):
Fool into something that's not according to his word. All right,
all right, all right, that's all.

Speaker 12 (01:00:09):

the body of Christ.

Speaker 13 (01:01:29):
And those that know you fall.

Speaker 12 (01:01:30):
We pray that we have been some help to them
in that growth, heading to heaven and making and being
more like Christ.

Speaker 2 (01:01:40):
And for all we pray. We pray that all we
have a beautiful day.

Speaker 12 (01:01:44):
