How to study the Bible: XI. Is any thing too hard for the Lord? The Lord knew Sara had laugh, he confronted Abraham about it, though Sarah laughed within herself and doubted the Lord, and he knew and asked Abraham about it. God asked Abraham is there any thing to hard for the Lord? Abraham asked his wife about it, but he knew that she did. At times we doubt the Lord, because we look at the impossible instead of looking at what is possible. With God all things are possible (Genesis 18:9-15).

enough to hear the chat, because, my friend, that is
the reason why we brought this program to the Allways,

(17:19):
so that many may learn how beautiful Jesus Christ is
and obey the gospel and be inobedient.

The takedock Abraham and we are in a ReGenesis, the.

Speaker 6 (18:06):
Genesis, the eighteenth eighteenth chapter verse.

Speaker 8 (18:12):
We going to.

Speaker 6 (18:15):
Try to go to verse thirteen and fourteen and continuance
and where God is asking the question, is anything too
hard for me to do, it's anything too hard for
the Lord to do. And this was after Sarah overheard

(18:37):
the Lord telling Abraham that Sarah will have a baby.
And of course her response was as Abraham was response.

Speaker 8 (18:49):
She lied, She lived within.

Speaker 6 (18:51):
Herself, she laughed within herself, and si can old woman
like me have a baby? And the Lordship is that
anything too hard for me to do? And, my friend,
the only thing we need to do today. If that's
your thought today, and if you don't believe God can

(19:14):
do the impossible, you need to start believing and have
faith in the Lord. But have enough faith in him
to know that whatever we ask of him, whatever we
beg of him, whatever we pray and ask him for,

(19:38):
we may not get it when we believe we are
going to get it, or we may not receive it
in the way that we believe that.

Speaker 8 (19:47):
We should receive it.

Speaker 6 (19:49):
But, my friend, what we need to do, regardless of
what's going on in our lives today, regardless of our
how some may not believe that God could do the impossible,
we still must have our faith in Him and believe
that he knows what's best for us a man and a.

Speaker 8 (20:17):
Man, Yes, he do. He knows what's best for you.

the end of the earth.

Speaker 6 (27:03):
Will I cry onto thee when my heart is overwhelmed,
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
For Thou has been a shelter for me and a
strong tower from the enemy. I will bide in thy
taperknackle forever I would trust in the covert of thy wings,

(27:27):
shall lie for Thou, O, God has heard my vows.
Thou has given me the heritage of those that fear
thy name. Thou shall prolong the King's life and his
years as many generations. He shall abide before God forever. Oh,

(27:55):
prepare mercy and truth which which may preserve him. So
will I sing praise unto Thy name forever, that I
may daily perform my vows. Here, the Summer says, he said,

(28:18):
I'm he's asking in this song, in the songs, that
the roy hear his cry, hear his cry, that the
Lord will hear his prayer. And I believe at times
especially my friend, when we're going through some tough time.

(38:31):
You know it's time for the chat. Are you ready
to chat with Brother Oscar this morning? I hope that
you are. I hope that you are ready to chat
and ready to grow much stronger and stronger in the
word of God. This morning my finish the word of

(38:56):
God that's gonna save us in the end. And it's
God's word.

Speaker 6 (39:01):
Do we learn by our Lord, our God on an
intimate basis, and if you want to go to heaven,
it pays to know the Lord on intimate basis.

Speaker 8 (39:13):
I don't know about you. I can't speak for you.
I can only speak for myself.

Speaker 6 (39:19):
But when in the old this whole world is finished
and gone and the Lord come back, I want to
be able to go.

Speaker 8 (39:28):
On home with him.

Speaker 3 (39:30):
What about you?

Speaker 8 (39:31):
What about you?

Speaker 6 (39:34):
Because as he states he's coming back, he's coming back.
And once he comes back, he's coming in tests on
his force say he's coming back for the church. And
though they're in the church, we call up in the
sky with them. And then the second test on your
says in the first chapter that he gonna take vengeance

(39:55):
on them that know not God and that obey not
the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And that's why every Monday
through Friday sometimes there exis that, Hey, we're bringing this
program to you.

Speaker 8 (40:11):
We're sharing this program to you, hoping that you will.

Speaker 9 (40:17):
That you will be added to the body of Christ,
and those that are not in the body of Christ, that.

Speaker 6 (40:24):
You would get in the body of Christ where salvation lies,
because that no salvation, no other name, but Jesus Christ
had to do it his way and following the apostle's teachings.

Speaker 8 (40:39):
The Word makes makes that very clear. Unity one is,
one doctrine.

Speaker 6 (40:47):
One teaching, one Lord, one faith, one baptism. Oh, my friend,
the Bible makes it clear. If you want salvation, the
only one way to go, and that's Jesus Christ. And
Jesus tells us to be in his body, in his church,

(41:09):
the body of Christ. He may if he's the one
two twenty three, if he'sus four, there's one body.

Speaker 8 (41:18):
So he wants us to be in that one body
that's unified and teaching and preaching the true doctor, the
true doctor, the true doctrine. Again, you know what brother
Oscar wants you to do.

Speaker 6 (41:31):
Correct, Go ahead on, get comfortable, Get comfortable, Go ahead
on and have your favorite morning drink, coffee, teen milk, juice,
hot chocolate, cold chocolate, whatever your favorite.

Speaker 8 (41:46):
Not the hord stuff, not the hort stuff. Chunk that,
shunk that out your window or what your door. Chunk it.
If you say chunk it, do it. Chunk it out
the window, out the door. You'll need to hoist stuff.

(42:08):
And are you ready to receive the Word of God.
They're engraving.

Speaker 6 (42:13):
Word of God this morning to help you to grow
to love the Lord more and to be in obedient
to him, and get relaxed.

Speaker 8 (42:25):
Give relax if you're and your reclient, share, recline on out.
If you are at the.

Speaker 6 (42:36):
Dot on that table, go ahead and have a seat.
But what we request of you is to have a
copy of God's Word this morning, so that you may
see where we're coming from this morning. We're only calling
from God's Word and nothing else and nothing less. And

(42:56):
as I've said on numerous occasions, if you disagree with
Brother Oscar or anything he have said.

Speaker 8 (43:04):
You can always we can always talk about it.

Speaker 6 (43:09):
But you disagree with me and want to prove your point,
have book, chapter and verse from the Bible.

Speaker 8 (43:21):
What you're talking.

Speaker 6 (43:22):
About not anything you heard somebody said in the pul pit,
not anything Mama, Daddy, Grandpa, or grandmother have said.

Speaker 8 (43:31):
Over the years, but what is contained in the Word
of God.

Speaker 6 (43:39):
We are so delight that you have joined us this morning,
and we're so delighted that some of you was with
us on last hear our last recording yesterday and know
that we are talking about the vat arch Abraham, our studies.
We're talking about the patriarch Abraham. And here we mentioned

(44:03):
about the Lord or yesterday, and we said that.

Speaker 8 (44:10):
The Lord. When Abraham.

Speaker 6 (44:16):
Seen the Lord, he seen three, he seen three, he
seen three. And we said that those three worked in
cadence with each other, a man by oscar. They worked

(44:37):
together for the same reason, for the same goal. And
that is an interest of man to help man serve.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
Him.

Speaker 6 (44:52):
And in Genesis we are Genesis, I believe eighteen. And
here in Genesis eighteen, and you cannot and a lot
of people, excuse me, a lot of people they tried

(45:14):
to deny the fact of the godhead three three God,
the Father, God, the Son, God, the Holy Ghost. And
these three are working as one. And in this event
that's going on. The neighbor Abram, as he sat at

(45:36):
the door of his tent in the heat of the day,
he lifted up his eyes and looked and little three.

Speaker 8 (45:46):
Men. He ran to them. He bowed his head to
them and called them my lord, my lord. And that
my Lord had the same monation as Abram.

Speaker 6 (46:02):
When God changes Abram to Abraham, the Bible says in
seventeen just seventeen, verse one, and when Abram was nineteen
nine years old, nineteen years old and nine. The Lord
put him to Abraham and said them to him, I

(46:23):
am the Almighty God. So Lord is the all mighty God.
So within the Almighty.

Speaker 8 (46:36):
God there's the Father, there's a son, and that is
the Holy Ghost. And the Lord here has won. They're
in unisons of each other of what they're trying to
do here in Sarah and Abraham's life.

Speaker 6 (46:58):
And they reminded Abraham of the son that his wife
is going to have. But this time, I want y'all
to understand this point. This time his wife overheard the
Lord tell Abraham.

Speaker 8 (47:20):
That she would have a child, and her reaction was
the same as Abraham. What action was.

Speaker 6 (47:30):
The Bible said that Sarah laughed within herself.

Speaker 8 (47:36):
And within herself. Can the old woman like me? Hell
a baby?

Speaker 6 (47:43):
I passed the flower my age, I'm so, I'm ninety
years old, I'm old a wrinkle.

Speaker 8 (47:51):
I can't, I can't. Can I please my my husband
in that way? Being old?

Speaker 6 (47:59):
Oh man, many of us today we talk like that,
don't we. We look at everything being so impossible to do.
And this where Sarah at also apam Mine took them
to the fact that this is too impossible to do

(48:26):
even today, most. I'm not a doctor, so I don't
know if I'm staying facts, but we know this. When
a woman gets her names, her child bearing days are over.
Most women don't want to go through the nine months
carrying a baby, stomach, getting big morning sickness and whatever.

Speaker 8 (48:49):
Goes along with it. Lots of women when they get
her names, they just don't want to go through this
again having a baby. See Sarah, since she been burying.

Speaker 6 (49:02):
All this time, and shevn never had a baby, so
she probably wouldn't know, you know, what's involved.

Speaker 2 (49:08):
But she do know she.

Speaker 8 (49:11):
Has a God. Hey, God had a baby for for Abram.
She knows what she went through. But here God is telling.

Speaker 6 (49:25):
Abraham and Sarah overheard that she is going to get
pregnant again. And I can say, by any standard, that's
hard for a woman that's sixty to care a baby
that long.

Speaker 8 (49:40):
Ninety years old. And then Sarah is ninety years old.

Speaker 6 (49:47):
And said, can I get pregnant again? Can I please
my husband in this way at ninety years old? He's
ninety nine.

Speaker 8 (50:01):
But listen to the Lord response to it. He said,
is there anything hard for the Lord? Is there anything
so hard for me to do?

Speaker 3 (50:19):
Is it is it.

Speaker 8 (50:22):
And that's the question on the floor this morning. Is
there anything hard for God to do? Or in our minds?

Speaker 6 (50:34):
Many of us today we have doubts, don't we, as
Sarah and Abraham, have doubts in the world today, In
the world today. And I'm saying this in love. It's
easy for some to have doubts. It's easy for some

(50:56):
to doubt God.

Speaker 8 (50:58):
And his promises.

Speaker 6 (51:00):
It's easy for us to doubt when we pray to
Him and ask him to guide us.

Speaker 8 (51:06):
Many of us have doubts because we're not looking We
only look on the surface and not what God intends
it to be. Is that truth? Many of us, when
we have doubts, we're only looking at the surface and

(51:28):
not God's plan, in God's will, that's right, And as
I said, that's easy for us to do. In it.
Instead of looking at the.

Speaker 6 (51:44):
Possible, we always look at the impossible instead of looking
at the positive. Many of us are looking at the negative.

Speaker 8 (51:57):
It's saying this is.

Speaker 6 (51:59):
Too hard us to do, instead of saying this is
easy to do because that's what the Lord is telling
us to do.

Speaker 8 (52:09):
But many of us, even when it comes to being
obedient to.

Speaker 6 (52:14):
The word of God, many of us said, well, brother Hose,
because that's just so hard to do. Because the world
not doing that today, they might think I'm crazy. Oh,
my friend, the important thing is that we willbe God.
Because God is God.

Speaker 8 (52:32):
It's God, regardless how you slice it. He is the Lord.

Speaker 2 (52:38):
Amen.

Speaker 6 (52:40):
And here he's telling Abraham and Severah heard it that
she's gonna get pregnant, and the Lord.

Speaker 8 (52:49):
Acts, isn't anything too hard for me to do?

Speaker 5 (52:54):
Is it?

Speaker 6 (52:56):
At the time appointed, I will return unto thee. And
here you talk to Abraham according to the time of life,
and Sarah.

Speaker 8 (53:09):
Shall have a son. Sarah shall have a son.

Speaker 6 (53:16):
And at this point it was nothing too much Abraham
could do, cause Lord said, this is going to happen,
this is going to take place. And then Sarah, the
Bible said, denied, saying I lived, did not love him
for she was afraid and said nay, But God did

(53:38):
his live. She lied, but she wanted, denied, denied that
she laughed. And here God is telling her and Abraham
is a too hard There ain't nothing impossible for me
to accomplish. Nothing is impossible for me to accomplish. What

(54:05):
we need to do today, my friend, we need to
obey the Lord.

Speaker 8 (54:15):
We need to obey the Lord at his word.

Speaker 6 (54:20):
We need to believe the Lord at his word, because
it's nothing too hard for God to do.

Speaker 8 (54:30):
Nothing, nothing is too hard for our Lord to do.
And what we need to do this morning is to
have faith.

Speaker 6 (54:44):
Whatever you're going through, if you pray to the Lord
to help you go through it, he will help you
to go through it. Many of us we sometime and
our prayers and we ask the Lord to remove the

(55:05):
things we are addicted to. Some of us we acted
the Lord to help us with a problem. Some of
us we ask the Lord to help us to find
a certain job or get a certain home. We act
the Lord to heal us or to help us to
our sickness. Oh, my friend, what we need to do

(55:28):
is not to.

Speaker 8 (55:29):
Have doubt, but have faith in him that he knows
was best. He knows was best.

Speaker 6 (55:42):
And if the Lord desired to take that sickness from you,
he can do that, if that his will to do it.
If he desire to put you in a position where
you are making a difference in the world, he can

(56:03):
do that.

Speaker 8 (56:05):
If he decided to. I don't want to use moneys,
but I'm gonna say this. If he decided to make
you a being there, he can do that. But I believe,
and this is what I look at you. If the
Lord bless me be a being there, I give it

(56:26):
all away to those who really need it.

Speaker 6 (56:30):
But what I'm trying to say to you, my friend,
it is nothing impossible for God to do. It's nothing
too hard for him to do. And this was what
Abraham and Sarah had to understand, cause God said, Sarah

(56:55):
is gonna have a son.

Speaker 8 (56:58):
She gonna give birth and have a son, and their
son chose son, which is Isaac, would be a father
of many nations as Abraham. The nations will come out
of Isaac.

Speaker 6 (57:14):
Now we're going to get off into that story one
probably after this Isaac and Jacob. Jacob twelve sons, twelve sons,
which is the twelve tribes of Israel.

Speaker 8 (57:27):
So we're going to get off into that soon.

Speaker 6 (57:29):
But here again, Sarah and Abraham were looking at the
impossible instead of looking.

Speaker 8 (57:44):
At the possible. And in that situation, it's easy to
look at the impossible instead of looking at the possible.
I don't know. I believe if I was.

Speaker 6 (58:05):
In their situation, I would have a little doubt my
wife is too old. We have had relationship in years
and now we're getting ready to have a baby.

Speaker 8 (58:21):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (58:22):
Think about like this, Think about your grandparents and your
grandmother having a baby and your grandfather having the baby.

Speaker 8 (58:32):
He's one hundred and she's ninety five, and we would
look at that.

Speaker 10 (58:38):
Wow, granny, you freknant?

Speaker 6 (58:40):
How can that be? How can that occur? Mister the
Royd is at work? And again we must have that faith,
the faith as the.

Speaker 8 (58:51):
Size of a mustter sheeed.

Speaker 6 (58:54):
Jesus tells us that if we have a faith as
the size of a musta seed, we can.

Speaker 8 (59:01):
Tell a mountain to move and it would move. Now
literally move.

Speaker 6 (59:05):
Were you trying to say here that the impossible can
be done only if.

Speaker 8 (59:11):
We have Fade as a size of a mustard seed,
and a mustard seed, and this could be my last thought.
A mustard seed. Have you ever seen a mustad seed?

Speaker 6 (59:26):
If you're into growing vegetables and greens and mustard greens
and whatnot, as as small as a dot at the
end of its sentence, And that's how small a mustard
seed is.

Speaker 8 (59:42):
And Christ is saying, if you had Kate as a.

Speaker 10 (59:46):
Size of a mustard seed, you can move.

Speaker 8 (59:52):
Mountains are the impossible if you believe can be done.

Speaker 6 (59:58):
That's all we have for you today. We want to
thank you for joining us and being a part of us.
We want to thank you for allowing us to be
a part of your mourning and coming to your home
or your job, or wherever you're listening to us.

Speaker 8 (01:00:13):
And we hope that you shared this program with many
of those that you.

Speaker 6 (01:00:20):
Want to obey the gospel, because this world is coming
to the end one day.

Speaker 8 (01:00:28):
And the big question is will you be.

Speaker 6 (01:00:32):
In the body of Christ, because that would be the
first that would be the first thing that God, that
Christ would.

Speaker 8 (01:00:40):
Come from the church. He gonna he gonna raise those
that have died in the Lord first.

Speaker 6 (01:00:48):
Then those that remain will be caught up in the
sky with them, and He's gonna take them home, gonna
take us home.

Speaker 8 (01:00:55):
He's gonna take us home, and then He's coming back.
Ain't gonna take venge them that.

Speaker 6 (01:01:01):
Know not the Lord not ope, did not obey the
gospel of Jesus Christ.

Speaker 8 (01:01:06):
If you have not obeyed the Gospel of Jesus.

Speaker 6 (01:01:08):
Christ, you're not going to be that number. So, my friend,
the part thing is that you should want to be
in that number hold on.

Speaker 8 (01:01:24):
And we are having our.

Speaker 5 (01:01:26):
Sweet treats to carry in today at two o'clock.

Speaker 8 (01:01:29):

they should lies. Amen and amen. We need to get

to thank you for joining us and being part of
our day. We pray with me.

Speaker 8 (01:01:54):
Father. We're just gonna thank you for putting us in
this ministry.

Speaker 6 (01:01:58):
Father, for we want to thank thank you for allowing
us to teach and preach your word for to help
us to continue study your word, live your word, show
the light of Jesus Christ in our lives and show
others show others Christ in us. For we pray for
those that listen and pray for those that are not
in you they get there where they can be in

(01:02:20):
the body of Christ and be saved.

Speaker 8 (01:02:21):
We pray for those who ather thoure in you or anybody.
We pray for that growth as they listen to.

Speaker 6 (01:02:28):
The word, they allow the word to Germany in them
