serious burns in the hospital. Still in the hospital, in
critical condition. Of course, he's been arrested, his wife and
kids were grabbed. He was here I legally, they were
here illegally. In fact, he was deported roughly twenty odd
years ago, according to stories, and then slipped back in

on a tourist viz about three years ago too the
Biden administration. Somehow he slipped through the cracks that expired,
and then somehow I got some additional I guess work
vis or somebody. Anyway, the guy, we're going to get
into all that, but I'm sort of just paraphraging the stories.

former FBI, had a very critical of him. But you
might recall a couple of years back when he was
put before lawmakers and a hearing, and he said that

night was not knowing who's really coming across the border,

be potential terrorists and what might they do? He said,
that's what that's what was keeping him awake at night. Well,
here we are and I don't think. I don't thinking
this guy came into the border, but he uh, but
it you know, have the folks are getting in here
with agendas and overstaying their visas. That's that's a big

problem that we have, not just people legally crossing borders,
but coming in through our ports, coming in through our
our airports, shipping ports, whatever, and then overstaying visas the
violation of our law, and then vanishing into the concrete
jungles or the hinterlands, and we don't know where they're

at and who they are and what they're doing. We
don't know what they're up to. And given that there
are a lot of folks out there that don't like us,
given the tensions between well US and the Hoothies, of course,
we kind of bomb them, flatten them a bit. And
what's going on with Iran, what's going on in the

Ukraine Russian War. I mean, there's a lot of hotspots
around the globe with people who don't particularly care for us.
And then we have this sort of cold war going
on with China. And I'm going to talk about some
agro terrorists from China that came in here that they grabbed,
thank god, but it makes you wonder ore there's some

that they didn't. So there's all of this stuff brewing,
and this is why it's so important that we know
who the devil's coming in our country, where and why,
if for no other reason then to protect us from
this kind of stuff from terrorism. I mean, have we

learned nothing, absolutely nothing since nine to eleven? Did we
learn no lessons? Of course, you know the old adage,
if we don't learn from history, we are doomed to
repeat it. History is a harsh teacher. And it seems
like we're just not getting it. And they needless to say,

I just mentioned, which is instinct, media seems to be
downplaying and all that and questioning, well we don't want
to pay with broad brushstrokes as someone who is at
a pro Palestinian rally, Well, if they're Prohemos, then they're
pro terrorism because Hamas is a terrorist organization. Everybody in

the world knows this. Most world governments believe this and
declare it and claim it and stated Hamas are bad guys.

what will? What more evidence does somebody need? And I

idiots on college campuses and elsewhere that the terrorist organizations

waiting for Jesus to beam us up. We've got to

trying to get some maide in there. The United States
has as much is possible to help the refugees and
the innocent people, and many Palestinians have rejected Hamas. There's
been protests against Hamas. Hamas is losing power and is

They're losing the war, and I think the only solution
is to wipe a Maas out because again I think
the Israelis learned years ago. You cannot negotiate with a terrorists,
and for too many years they've been trying to negotiate

courts out there, has heard arguments from the state of Washington,
where officials want to force a church organization to hire

in violation of the Civil Rights Act frankly, but you
know they don't care. I mean, Washington is one of those.

was wondering too, what is a church supposed to do
if somebody applies and says, I just strongly disagree with
the church's religious beliefs, would we say they have nonetheless
a state law right to be able to be considered
irrespective of that. It's a good question, he explained. That
would seem to be a major intrusion on the church. Yeah,
and a violation of the First Amendment all kinds of
other stuff. There's an injunction against the state enforcing discriminatory

demands against the church at this point, and church lawyers
have urged the appeals court to leave that in place.
The organization runs a homeless shelter recovery program in thrift Storm,
provides meal services to those in need. How horrible, how
just treacherous and disgusting that they do that. According to
a report from Courthouse News, it believes it should be

allowed the freedom to hire those who follow its faith values,
such as wasstaining from sexual morality, including adultery, non married
co abitation, homosexual conduct. Report said, so it's not just
gays are going after, They're going after practicing adulters and
those who are shacking up and whatever, and adf lawyer
for the church said, the First Amendment does not allow

the government to force a religious organization to hire someone
who rejects its faith. Thank you. Yeah, that's why the
protection here is incredibly important. And the recognition of the
church autonomy can still protect the hiring decision. That is
what pretty much all religious organizations do, which is to
ask those who work for them to share and live
out their beliefs. Now, let me let me pause here

and reject if this was a mosque who was running
these kinds of charity works, and let's just say some
Jewish guy wants to say, yeah, but you need to
hire me and he was a Jewish guy who was gay,
and the moscows no, thank you, but thanks for coming by. Okay.
Would they be getting sued right about now? I doubt it.

I really doubt it. Cities claimed that will not enforce
its law against the church, but the judges are skeptical
of the value of that promise. The state, through deputy
Solicitor sent the Alexander, blasted the church, saying they want
to be able to discriminate in hiring for any position,
whether ministerial or non ministerial, she said. She claimed that
for all practical purposes, it would immunize religious organizations from

having to comply with any state or federal law that
contains a small business exception, or really any categorical exception,
including those like the one at issue here, that applies
it identically identically to religious and secular organizations. Well, church
is to have the right to discriminate if they know
if they don't want an atheist in the pulp, but

they have a right to not hire an atheist to
preach on Sunday. I mean, come on, I don't know what,
but somehow that's considered now, oh, that's just that's discrimination
and that's you lllegal, and no it's not. Even the
Civil Rights Act have that in It is a caveat
a protection for religious organizations and certain religious charities. So
again this uh uh, this Deputy Solicitor sent the alexand

needs to go back and read her Constitution a little
more closely, and even the Civil Rights Act. But again,
this is the confederism, this kind of new confederacy that's
emerging in many parts of our nation that just say,
you know what, the heck with the Constitution doesn't fit
our agenda, tech with federal laws, it didn't fit our agenda.
What good do we want to do? And there are

cities and states all over the country doing this. It's
the new confederacy gang. Then there's this FBI sent anti
Catholic memo to a thousand people being ported by Mark Swanson,

FBI distributed it's any Catholic Richmond memo to more than
