Now here's your host, Richie L.
Speaker 3 (00:21):
Yeah, that's me. Got a couple of websites for your
Christian talkdi rocks dot net or Christian talkdi rocks dot
com liveunder email address. Talk to Richiel at gmail dot com.
T A L K T O R I C H
I E L at gmail dot com. Talk to Richiel
at gmail dot com. Several ways to get this broadcast
(00:42):
in a podcast format. Here's just a handful speaker, Deezer
iHeartRadio there podcast section, Spotify, Apple, Google, Amazon, Goodpods Radio
dot net, just to name a few. There's way more
than that. We're on all the biggies pretty last. Also
(01:06):
available at netnews Network dot nets. Once it's in the
canon loaded up there, same thing at the newscasters dot com.
Also when we are live, you can catch us at
Thunderius Radio dot com. That would be Channel two or
Stream two that would be the talk show side of
that radio station at Thunder's Radio dot com or thunders
Radio dot net. Who we are live or even when
we're not live, going to the rotator there Persino dot fm.
(01:29):
Shout out to them for providing that for free at
least for the moment. Also available at stream mature dot com,
my tuner dot com, and again radio dot net. You
want to look for an icon that has a lightning
bulk coming down on the left hand side, font on
the right hand side, kind of a radio font on
the right hand side. If you see any other kind
of icon that says thunderous radio, ignore it because that
ain't the one. And until we can get seasoned assist
(01:52):
letters out from legal beagles, then that's kind of going
to be for a while. So just to avoid that
confusion before I start things, this just kind of broke
shortly before I went live here, so I'm just gonna
mention it. Probably no shockered anybody, but Al Kada leader
(02:13):
says that right now the time is right. In other words,
right now radical Muslims here in this country need to
start executing terrorist attacks, maybe because of the right things
going on around the country now. I don't know, summer
of age two point zero thing that we're seeing here
like we saw in twenty twenty happening in twenty twenty five, perhaps,
(02:36):
so maybe it's it's to piggyback on that. I don't know,
but that's what al Qada leaders are saying. So I
guess this is maybe is this maybe the goat order
that perhaps sleeper cells in this country have been waiting
for to kind of throw more fire on, throw more
(02:58):
gas on the already burning fire. No, just thought I
have throw that out there to start the show with.
So well, we've got to be vigilant. I said this
last week on the show, talked about, you know, terrst taxes,
were we've got to see something weird, say something, see
something that look right, say something. The worst shall be
(03:20):
is wrong, But better to be wrong than sorry, better
to say man. I maybe should have said something, but
I just didn't want to get involved or have to
talk to the cops or whatever. Well, put all that aside,
(03:41):
because if you see something weird going on, something that
doesn't look right, somebody prowling around something that perhaps you're
not supposed to be prowling around, and it looks like
they're kind of have to know good, then maybe you
need to say something. Maybe you need to say something,
you know it'd be weird about it. Just say hey,
(04:02):
you know, I just kind of noticed it over here.
Da da da dah. This guy or these guys or
indoor gals. We're kind of you know, poking around the
single here and looking around, looking over their shoulders, and
they had a bag with them or something. You know,
you see something, say something. You see a strange bag
left in an airport or somewhere in front of a
government building or a big box or something. Hey, what
(04:25):
that really is right there? Let somebody know, lett letting
authoritat know what's going on? Okay, just common sense. I mean,
have we learned nothing from nine to eleven? All right?
I hope we have. I think we haven't and we've forgotten.
But you've got to be and it's all of our
responsibilities to be diligent and see something then look right,
(04:49):
say something. Okay, Okay, I think I made the point
loads of stuff to get into. This could easily be
a three hour show. It's not going to be, and
may stretch over the market bit, but this is Yeah,
there's just but don't believe you're lying.
Speaker 4 (05:05):
Eyes.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
Don't believe you're lying eyes. According to the mainstinct media, yeah,
the burning of stuff you saw in LA and some
of the other shenanigans you're seeing is starting to erupt
around the country. Yeah, all the stuff being burn up,
but stories being looted, cars being set on fire, Molotov
(05:27):
cocktails being thrown, rocks and bricks and things, and pieces
of cinder black being thrown at vehicles, and it's some
bystanders getting smacked in the head with placards and sticks
and fights with the cops and so on and so forth.
(05:51):
Don't believe you're lying eyes on all that. It's mostly
peaceful protests, just like we saw in twenty to twenty.
I remember the mostly peaceful protests in twenty twenty. Yeah,
I know there were blocks of Minneapolis that got burned down,
but you know it was mostly peaceful protests. That kind
of thing, the mostly peaceful protests. Remember, don't believe you're
(06:11):
lying eyes. Don't jump to conclusions. And yes, I get
that the whole city of Elliott and burning down. This
is contained several blocks. I get that the entire city
of Kiev in Ukraine isn't being blown to bits either.
There's just certain areas that are being hit. I get it.
You can go to any war zone and walk around
(06:33):
and be perfectly safe in certain areas of that war
zone and you're fine. You can lay out and get
a suntan. You go to Tel Aviv and lay on
the beach and get a suntan right now and drinking
mic tie doesn't mean that a few miles south of
where you're sitting there isn't pretty, There isn't kind of
a war going on. Okay, okay, I mean, let's you know,
(06:53):
let's have some common sense here, come on, but the
legacy media doesn't want you to believe your lying eyes.
Don't don't jump to conclusions. Don't jump to conclusions. I'm
only chere a clip from ABC seven LA because it
(07:15):
just to kind of underscore this is a little earlier,
earlier on over the weekend. I think it's like Saturday
Sunday over the weekend when these riots are really starting
to kind of kick in. And I'm calling them riot's
not protests, because well, you know, when you're fighting people
and fighting cops and setting things on fire and setting
waimow's on fire, setting squad cars on fire, destroying public property,
(07:38):
looting and vandalizing nearby stores, beating people up, shooting off
fire orcs at folks, especially the police folks, and what
have you. Well, yeah, I think we'd call that rioting.
That you've crossed the line from protecting for some endment
speech of protesting into riot. Now, if you listening to
(08:02):
this showing the amount of time, you know that I
just cut to the chase and call things as they are.
I don't I don't mamsy pamsy things. I don't tend
to typically soften things. I call things as they are
as I see them. I try to be as truthful
and as straight up as possible, which I know agitates
a lot of people. And I've been criticized for aggravating
(08:23):
and agitating too many people. I've been called an agitator
myself on this show. I get emails, I get phone calls,
I get all sorts of all sorts of feedback, social
media posts and everything else. What a horrible person I
am for whipping people up and spreading stuff and whatever.
(08:51):
You know the old thing about well, sticks and stones
may break my bones, but your ear little comments will
not will not harm me. I just laugh. I think
it's funny. Lets me know I'm doing a job. Actually,
I take solace in it. I'm like, okay, good. That
means I'm having an effect somewhere. If I'm rubbing somebody
the wrong way, that's that's probably a good sign. I mean,
(09:12):
Jesus rubbed a lot of people a lot of wrong ways.
I mean, eventually he was crucified, right. That wasn't because
he was the most popular guy in town all the time.
He ticked a lot of people off. I mean, he
wasn't intensely going out to tick people off, but he
was telling them true that some of them didn't want
to hear, especially the religious crowd, and then perhaps some
(09:37):
of the Romans poking around spying on him and his
in his twelve guys as well. So when when you're
speaking truth, a lot of times folks just don't don't
want to hear that. They when you've done your homework
and you've done your research and you whip out the facts, well,
don't confuse me with the facts. I don't want see
(10:00):
or hear that. And Christians are supposed to just be
dormats and be hunched over and looking down at the
ground all the time and just keeping their mouths shut.
We don't mind seeing you, but we don't want to
hear you. And that's much of how society is around
(10:21):
the world, and even in this country oftentimes view Christians anyway.
So if you are a Christian, and I keep saying
it over and over, and we're gonna get to this
a little later on too. If you are a Christian
here in the United States, a target on your back
has grown. You are considered a nuisance. You are considered
kind of a speed bump in the road. That is, well,
(10:42):
you're just impeding progress, dog on it, and you crazy
Christians need to just shut up and sit down and
just go your little stupid churches on Sunday morning and
just be quiet. We don't want to hear from you.
We really don't even want to see either. But you know,
not much we can do at this point. We can't
send you Tomorrow's yet. I want to elon musk rocket ships,
(11:02):
but boy, if we get the chance, you're out of town.
So there's kind of that attitude that you know you're
kind of up against anyway. But meanwhile, back at the riots,
I'm looking here, I'm pruising through all the stories that
I've got, So let me kick off with this right here,
because I found this kind of, uh, kind of interesting.
(11:27):
This is coming from ABC Channel seven out of LA
and I want you to hear the the talking head
there there the anchor, news anchor, and what he was saying, Uh,
and this and this sort of encapsulates in a way
right from the get go, how how media was sort
of covering this thing. Now, of course, quick background, ICE
(11:50):
is serving warrants and deportation orders. Many of these are
orders that are still I'm gonna let you I'm going
to read a list of just some of the folks
that they're serving orders on, and just in Los Angeles alone,
some of these swell individuals that are and by the way,
some of these orders are stale orders. They've been on
(12:12):
the books for quite some time. They not some of
these orders that they just didn't just get them last week.
These are orders from federal judges, signed off on by
federal judges federal courts. Okay, both damse and Republican and
maybe some independent judges thrown in the mix there. But
these are federal judges. These are warrants and deportation orders
(12:34):
that are stale. Many of these they they've been on
the books for quite a while. Right now, there's in
the ballpark from nearly one point five million, count them,
one point five million deportation orders, some of these going
back several years that have yet to be served. Okay,
deportation orders signed off on by federals. They've had their
(12:54):
due process short form of due process whatever, and it's
like you gotta go, time to go. Okay, we're done
messing with you. You're out of here, all right. So this
is what they're serving and for all the people screaming
wow Trump administration and listen, I'm no flagwaver for Donald Trump.
I think he's a nigomaniac. But but you know, the
(13:15):
guy can't win for losing. In some ways, it's like, well,
you're not following the these judges orders a run in
the country right now. Okay, So when he decides to
follow judges' orders and serve these deportation orders and warrants,
oh well, no, he needs to go. He can't do that. Okay. Well,
which is it? Because I'm kind of confused here, which
(13:35):
is it? You want him to follow the courts, and
then you don't want to follow the courts only when
it's oh, okay, only when it's convenient for your particular whatever,
your brand of politics, your particular movement, your particular party,
your particular persuade whatever. Okay, I got it. I think
that's that's I think that's the deal. Seems like so
(13:56):
in serving these warrants, and by the way, these ng os,
when we get into Hoo many these NGOs are It's
the same usual suspects, some of the same people we
saw on Occupy Wall Straight and some of this is organic,
but most of this is rent a mob. Even the
LAPD chief said as much, I wanted you hear a
lot of clips. I've got tons of clips. I got
tons of clips, I got lots of documentation. We're gonna
(14:17):
dive into a lot of stuff. Hopefully your eyes won't
glaze over, because I want to be plowing through a
lot of info that most of mainstink media and most
of the legacy media will not tell you, will not
share with you. And I've been doing homework now for
several days, been bringing the candle at both ends, having
some very late nights, and acquiring lots of info and
doing a lot of digging and investigating on my own,
(14:39):
which most podcasters won't do. But I am doing it
pretty much myself and as much as she can. Because
she has health issues. I love you to missus el
please pray for her. Have been doing We've been digging
things up. But I've been doing most of the digging
and finding a lot of things, okay, researching a lot
of facts. But let me start off by letting you
hear the ridiculousness of the local news media there in
(15:02):
Los Angeles themselves. Okay again, this is ABC channel seven
in Los Angeles as and by the way, just because
you know this is all to you, you can't see what's
going on, But as you're speaking, there is I guess
drones or choppers in the air showing you what's going
on in the streets below, and the fires and police
vehicles on fire, and waymow's on fire, and people fighting
(15:24):
other people and people fighting the cops, and and stuff
getting busted up, and the streets being blocked off by
protesters who blocked traffic, blocked off main arteries. People were
told me you might not want to go into work
today because you know, you may not be able to get there,
and some very busy sections of portions of downtown and
(15:46):
near downtown LA several blocks several blocks, all right, And
and the video is showing crazy stuff going on, okay,
cars on fire, things on fire, fireworks going off, people
throwing I guess rocks are these pieces of center block bricks, which,
by the way, palettes were showing up near the areas
(16:07):
of the demonstrators the rioters just magically, pallets were showing
up with with bricks and center blocks and rocks and
things on them, just just they just showed up magically.
I don't know. Was it the CIA maybe, or was
it an NGO, Probably an NGO that that has a
(16:28):
little a little uh using this as an opportunity to
do their thing. Socialist India. What have I been warning
you about the socialists, the Communists and Marxists and the
activities that they engage in what's coming ahead. I've been
warning about this well, and I've got I've got documentation
of who these people are, all right, but let me
military this clip for starters standing.
Speaker 5 (16:48):
I don't know if there was any police activity pushing
these folks this way, or perhaps just the smoke. It's
getting too hard to breathe. More explosions here from those cars,
but we do have a decent sized crowd watching these
cars continue to burn. Otherwise, as Tim said, things do
look relatively peaceful at this hour. We saw the folks
at Aliso and Alameda sitting down on the ground. We
(17:09):
saw the folks at Temple and Alameda just kind of
waiting it out. It's broken down to just a couple
dozen people at that location, and so things seem pretty
it's hard to say that with three cars burning, things
do seem relatively calm minus these cars that have been
set on fire exactly.
Speaker 6 (17:25):
There are a few scenes, and it looks like this
scene is the worst one that we've been seeing because,
like you said, the other areas that we've seen, we
have seen people sitting down, and this is just the
worst of it, seeing these three waymo cars on fire,
which hopefully someone can get a handle on them very soon.
But again, it's really dangerous for any kind of police
(17:48):
or the fire department even move in on a situation
like this, so they have to really handle this gently.
It's difficult. It's hard especially three.
Speaker 7 (17:57):
Are there three on fire?
Speaker 6 (17:58):
It looks like three are on fire, but there are
five wims in that area.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
Sure it's on fire.
Speaker 5 (18:04):
It's a precarious situation. You want to maintain control and
get order back in the city, but if you try
and do so too in a certain way, you're going
to devolve here into some really bad confrontations and so
you know, there are discussions being had right now by
law enforcement about how best to handle this situation. Once
the demonstrators made their way onto the one oh one,
(18:25):
it took CCHP a little bit of time to come
up with a plan and how they were able to
do that. And here we have the one on one
back open again. So same kind of situation here, there's
a large group of people. It could very volatile if
you move law enforcement in there and the wrong way
and turn what is just a bunch of people having
fun watching cars burn into a massive confrontatial one car
(18:46):
to altercation between officers and demonstrators.
Speaker 7 (18:50):
So it looks, you.
Speaker 3 (18:51):
Know, and I'm just sitting around board, I just think,
you know, I'm just going to go burn a car. Now,
you know that car with there being is he by
using that car, I mean has had a cop car
especially or just let me see, I'm kind of bored.
I think I'm just gonna burn that sucker down, maybe
roast some marshmallows over and dance around it and woo
hoo and wright a flag maybe up a foreign country. Oh,
by the way, the the nng os participating in this, Now,
(19:12):
I think the memo went out. Don't wave the Mexican
flag so much anymore or the Palestinian flags. Just go
ahead and start waving American flags as people a kind
of questioning your motives here. Yeah, that's that's just one
of you know, when the lovely mists are sitting around
just just you know, bored on awaken. Hey, let's go
burn a car up and just have fun watching it burn.
Let's let's go do that. Yeah, I mean, don't you
(19:33):
guys do that too. Don't we all do that when
we're just sitting around board Just let's just gonna cause
a little mini rider's just ot a car on fire. Yeah,
you know, I'm not talking about some redinicks out in
the country just blowing up. And I mean that happens
blow up an old vehicle or we've seen it on
Duck Dynasty right where they blow something up. But you know,
it sound in the country. It's not the middle of
a street where it's really gonna hurt anybody. It's on
(19:53):
you know, private property or whatever, out near a waterway
or whatever. I guess. But uh, but short of that, yeah,
I mean just you know, and in shooting fireworks at
people and cops expected to shoot fire. You know, I'm
just I'm just bored, you know, I'm just gonna grab
some fireworks and shoot them at cops. It's just pretty damer.
You mean, actually kill people, you know, if you're not careful.
(20:14):
But happens all the time. On the fourth of July,
kids get crazy with the fireworks and start shooting them
each other, and some kid gets you know, finger blown off,
or it gets seriously injured, catches on fire. Whatever. You
hear about it all the time. But yeah, that's those
are just like the fun activities that I think most
of us can get.
Speaker 8 (20:31):
You know.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
It's people just having fun watching cars burn. I mean,
come on, cut them some slack, you know. It's kind
of kids are out of school, it's early summer. I mean, well, well,
what do you expect them to be doing. I mean,
at least they're not I guess doing drugs at that moment.
You know, the count your blessings. They're just setting cars
on fire, right, you know that's how that goes. Let's uh, yeah,
(20:55):
my tongue is firmly implanted in my cheeks so hard
it's about to go out the other side. But anyway,
let's listen to Brian I like to call Brian Seltzer
Brian selter from seeing it. He's back, Brian, that guy,
he's back on Uh, except he's wearing pants this time,
(21:17):
in his underwear. I don't think, I think. But anyway,
he's back on CNN, and uh, you know, but but
he's gonna lecture you on how you should You can't
always believe you're lying eyes on these videos. You bare
look at the time stamps, barely what's going on? You
barely when they're from even though his news agency. I mean,
how many times have we seen the old stale videos
(21:39):
of certain events and you know, the JA six riots
and so on and so forth, it took place at
the capitol and other events, and you know, they show
the same old clips over and over and nowhere put
them on. They put him on like a roll. You know,
they put him on a repeat. But that's okay for
them to do because they're CNN. Okay, yeah, there you
do it. You know, don't don't the judge him by
the same standard. But you gotta be careful what see
(22:01):
on TikTok and social media. Could you may checked the
timestamps on those videos because that could be you know,
those cars burning down. That's so two and a half
days ago.
Speaker 8 (22:09):
You know.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
Anyway, let me let you hear the infinite wisdom coming
from bry Over at CNN.
Speaker 7 (22:19):
That is Trump's controversial crackdown. We've seen it in Chief
Media analyst Brian Stelter with US. Now, Brian, why was
he there? And it's something that's highly unusual.
Speaker 9 (22:31):
I think it really speaks volumes about the administrations made
for TV strategy here they are focused on the visual spectacle,
and not just this week. We could actually see it
back in the first week Trump return to office, Doctor
Phil was out in Chicago. He was embedded back then
on ice raids. This time he was embedded at the
ice Field office in LA hanging out with Trump's borders
(22:53):
are Tom Homan, getting what Doctor Phil's network calls exclusive
access to Homan the day before the operation. Then on
Friday morning he was there I was told maybe even.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
Helping rally the the rally.
Speaker 9 (23:05):
The federal officials before they headed out for the operation.
And then he was with home and to get on Saturday. So,
as I wrote on scene in dot com, doctor Phil
was out there producing a show that's going to air
on his relatively small cable channel today and tomorrow. It's
not the Doctor ratings. Ultimately, it's about ridiculous a desire
to put on a show, especially for Trump aligned media outlets.
(23:28):
There's a desire to show this immigration enforcement is happening.
It's happening every day, and Doctor Phil is a part
of that effort to televise it for the country.
Speaker 7 (23:37):
What are Trump aliine media outlets saying about.
Speaker 9 (23:40):
This, Well, Number one, that this is going to resolve
and redound to Trump's benefit, talking about you know polls
that show this is the top issue, this is the
area where Trump has the most support among Americans. You
saw Stephen Chung, the Trump advisor, over the weekend saying, look,
his approval rating on immigration is going to be even
higher after the National Guard was sent to La. So
clearly the White House believes this is a winning issue.
(24:02):
We've heard Trump and his Magamedia outlets refer to what
I call the City in Ruins storyline, referring to La
as a place it's in ruins basically, and the Trump
and his forces are going to liberate it and set
it free again. It sounds like something out of an
action movie, to be quite frank, and is not very
tethered to reality, these Magamedia outlets and even from the
(24:24):
Defense Department earlier today, you know the DoD's rapid response
account on x saying La is burning. Of course Monday morning,
there were no fires burning this morning in La.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
So that kind of.
Speaker 9 (24:35):
Very hyped up, very hyper charged rhetoric coming from Trump,
coming from his agencies, and coming from his Magamedia outlets.
And I've noticed, Brianna, we all live on our phones
these days. We're all scrolling through social media. You've got
to be careful at a delicate moment like this to
look at the time stams, look at the dates, look
at when things are actually posted, and if they're really
from the situation they're purporting to be. A lot of
(24:57):
these algorithms are servicing hours old or even days old content.
So you might be looking at a video of something
wondering what's happening in La it's actually from two days ago,
and that's you know, it only matters because it can
give people a false impression of what's actually happening at
a moment of unrest.
Speaker 7 (25:14):
Yeah, and we've seen that before in recent years of unrest.
Speaker 3 (25:18):
Brian Stilton, Yeah, especially on your network there, lady. Yeah,
we've seen yeah, we've seen this before. May I refer
you to the Summer of Rage two, mostly peaceful protest
when there's something behind somebody burning and people looting the store,
but it's mostly peaceful protein. You know, there's a few
trouble marriage, it's mostly peaceful protest where that they don't
(25:39):
want you to believe you're lying eyes. Now I've got
some more legacy media go from don't believe Biden videos
that don't believe your I have videos being pritty by
johnnultybriypark dot Com. Once again a desperate effort to protect uh. Well,
I would say the corporate the corporate Democrat Party uh
and the corporate media they have they can gaslight and
(26:01):
normal people into believing our eyes are lying to us
this time about Wright. Well, some folks, not most of us.
I think you are using our brains or haven't polluted
our brains on substances. Yet, after failing to convince vinceus
had five years of videos documenting Joe Biden's glaringly obviously
mental decline were cheap fakes, the legacy media are now
(26:23):
trying to convince this at video after video of folks
rioting and a growing number of Democrat runs cities. Frankly,
are not really videos of people rioting in these cities.
You expect politicians like Mayor Karen Bass, Governor Gavin Nuisance
my words, to lie to you now, mister going to
(26:45):
be president. They have to pretend it's all under control.
But the media blatantly lying to us in the face
of all these videos is really something, especially coming just
weeks after this same media faced endless ridicule for lying
to us about mush brain Joe Biden being sharp attack.
So I'm telling you again not to not to believe
your own eyes. The fact that CNN rehired Brian Stelter
(27:07):
tells you everything you need to know about seeing an lol,
but that Selter is allowed to say something as ignorant
as well. The whole city isn't on fire, So what's
a big deal when you just heard that. The fact
that CNN is Dana Bash was allowed to basically say
the same thing proves how desperate the media are to
downplay the fact that some of these folks just think
of governing like the Biden video is the only thing
(27:30):
the media can do to protect their fellow Dems is
make a full blown fool of themselves. Let me interject here.
I don't do the Dems versus repuff thing, but I
gotta call things out as I see them. And that
is some of what's going on here. Not all what's
going on, but that is some of what's going on.
You've even got guys like Fetterman, who I'm not a
big fan of, saying, look a fellow, Dams, you can't
(27:52):
play this game. People can see what's going on with it.
You neque condemn what's happening, not try to say it
ain't so bad. You need to. He said, this is
what's causing us to lose elections. He's right for a change.
His brain is working for a change. He's he's calling
he's right, calling it as it is, calling it as
(28:15):
it is. Let me let you hear. This is a
This is a little bit of a montage. And again,
because this is just audio, you can't see the video.
As these people are talking. There's clips in the background
showing fires, showing people tussling with the cops, showing people
throwing I can't tell if it's pieces of center block
(28:35):
or rocks at police vehicles, ice feckels and just private
citizens vehicles blocking streets, keeping cars from moving, citizens cars
from moving, grabbing it, innocent citizens walking by or whatever,
you know, rushing and bum rushing and trying to hit
them and whatever. Things being set on fire, stores being looted.
(28:57):
This is all in the background, is these people are talking.
This is what's the mind blowing. It's like, what videos
are you looking at? What are you talking about? Let
me let you hear this clip of just you know,
useful idiots. I guess, I don't know what you call
these people in the media, politicians as well, saying certain things.
(29:19):
And it's like, do you not turn around look at
what we're seeing or look at the monitors showing the
clip that we're looking at while you're talking, because it's
a different story. And again it's almost a repeat. It's
a summer of age two point zero. It looks like here,
like what we saw back in twenty twenty at the
(29:39):
mostly peaceful protest Bob and Jane that are happening behind me. Yeah,
I know there's some kids here that are looting a
liquor store. And we do see some cars on fire
and some smoke in the distance, But I gotta say
it's been mostly peaceful out here most of the evening, and.
Speaker 1 (29:57):
The La County Police say that they have it under control.
Caring of flag is not illegal. As you know, what
did happen in nineteen ninety two was so different from
what we're seeing now. I mean that that was a
real riot.
Speaker 10 (30:14):
Video after video has shown that these agents are the
ones provoking protesters and also making up aggression by these protesters,
and later video shows people were not aggressive.
Speaker 11 (30:28):
We are having an administration that's targeting peaceful protests, people
that are there at protests. The President is sitting in
the National Guard because he doesn't like the scenes. He
doesn't like the scenes of people peacefully protesting.
Speaker 9 (30:41):
Unrest is isolated. LA has homed millions of people, most
of them are having a normal day here on Sunday.
Speaker 12 (30:47):
You know, you've heard reports that there are riots on
the streets of Los Angeles. That is not what's happening
across the city of Los Angeles.
Speaker 5 (30:52):
Governor Houston's right, there was anything like a riot happening
on Friday Saturday.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
We just witnessed protester thinking a Nation Guards men for
his service here in.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
California, LAPD by most estimates had this under control last night.
Speaker 13 (31:08):
No, I don't think the National Guardian is needed now.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Things in La are calm.
Speaker 13 (31:12):
There was a protest that got a little unruly late
at night.
Speaker 9 (31:16):
There have been no violence where anybody that was protesting
hit anybody, shot anybody, anybody.
Speaker 13 (31:25):
Nothing.
Speaker 5 (31:26):
What is just a bunch of people having fun watching
cars burn.
Speaker 13 (31:30):
Most of those demonstrators were very peaceful.
Speaker 2 (31:33):
They were chanting, they were shouting. People were driving by
plonking their horns.
Speaker 3 (31:38):
We see Jimmy kimmelbings back there Faull House tonight, as
we always do here in our studio in Hollywood, which
might be surprising for those of you and other parts.
Speaker 14 (31:47):
Of the country who have been watching cable news and
believe this city is some kind of totalitarian healthscape.
Speaker 2 (31:53):
Right now, it most certainly is not.
Speaker 14 (31:55):
In fact, Let's take a look outside, because I want
you to see what it's like in Hollywood right now.
You won't see this elsewhere on television. Not only is
it not an apocalypse, they're having a Disney Pixar movie
premiere right now for l e O movie about aliens.
Don't tell Trump he'll send the Green Berets in too.
But I just want to say thank God for President
(32:16):
Trump and the heroes at ICE for protecting us from
these bloodthirsty fruit stand vendors spreading their dangerous pineapple chunks
and mangoes with a squirt of lime all over the city.
We are so grateful for what you have done.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
I'm very angry.
Speaker 14 (32:31):
I have to say, I cannot believe what's going on.
I knew it was going to be bad. I did
not know it was going to be this bad. People
who have lived here their whole lives, people who've been
in this city longer than I have, the vast majority
of whom have never done anything wrong, or being abducted
which is the correct word to use, by agents in
masks hiding their identities, grabbing people off the street and
(32:52):
at work, sending people to detention centers, and to protest
that which is not only our right as Americans, it's
our responsibility.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
Los Angelinos have.
Speaker 14 (33:02):
Been gathering to demonstrate, with very few exceptions, peacefully demonstrate
to voice our opposition to this disgusting and unnecessary abuse
of power instigated by our mentally ill president, who is
dead set on exacerbating this, who actually wants conflict, who
is intentionally inflaming and lying to make it seem like
(33:23):
there's a war going on here. He wants there to
be a war going on here, and he doesn't care
who gets hurt in it. There's a riot outside. We
have more so called unrest here when one of our
teams wins a championship. But that's not what you're seeing
on TV. Someone sends a fire and a garbage can, twelve.
Speaker 2 (33:39):
Camera crews go running toward it.
Speaker 14 (33:42):
Wants it to seem like anarchy, so he goes around
our governor. He calls in four thousand troops from the
National Guard and seven hundred active duty Marines.
Speaker 2 (33:52):
You know, when we had the wildfires.
Speaker 14 (33:54):
That devastated big chunks of our city, he did absolutely nothing.
Now that we're in the middle of a non emergency,
send in the National Guard.
Speaker 10 (34:02):
And that's the persident when it's the last time he.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
Spoke with Gunners. Yeah, he spoke with him. He actually
showed it on his phone. Extra screenshot at the where
he called governor nuisance is sixteen minute conversation. So the
lie that Nuisance and the masic media is putting out there.
And again, I'm not a Trump flagway you listen this
(34:24):
show I've got a lot of issues with Donald Trump,
but uh, come on, I want to be the next president. Nuisance.
Don't just sit up there and lie. You never even
he never called you, never talked to you. That's that's
total bovine figel matter. He proved it's right there on
his phone. And I haven't heard any reporters try to
(34:50):
nail Gavin Nuisance down on that pretty big fat lie
he just told. Anyway, now they're saying, oh, the only
PD had this under control, they had under control. Really well,
let me let you hear a clip. This was from Sunday.
In fact, the Lovely Missus else is after and watch
it live. Went ahead and got the sound by it.
(35:14):
This a little bit later because I knew I was
gonna be talking about it today. But this is the
l a p D Chief, l a p D Chief,
and here's what here's what he had to say about it.
Speaker 15 (35:30):
Uh to the people who are not happy with the
fact that ICE is in the uh in the community
doing what ICE does you know? It's I respect ICE
for being a fellow law enforcement agency. They have their mission,
they have their what they have to do. Uh, we
don't engage in that activity. But again, we can't preclude
(35:52):
them from doing that. They have every right to do that.
I ask people in the community to trust the l
a p D that we're not there for that purpose
and that if they have something they need us to
be able to address, we're there for them. As far
as the big picture of what can I recommend they
do or not do, that's something It's a federal issue,
(36:14):
and the federal authorities have the right to be able
to do what they're doing. As far as people worried
about the violence that we're seeing, this violence that I've
seen is disgusting. It's escalated now since the beginning of
this incident.
Speaker 2 (36:29):
What we saw the first night was bad.
Speaker 15 (36:32):
What we've seen subsequent to that is getting increasingly worse
and more violent. Tonight, we had individuals out there shooting
commercial grade fireworks at our officers that can kill you.
And we have adapted our tactics to be able to
have a chance to be able to take these people
into custody and to be able to hold them accountable.
(36:52):
We are overwhelmed as far as the number of people
out there and gaverwel My King activity and the type
of things they're doing.
Speaker 2 (37:00):
They'll they'll take.
Speaker 15 (37:02):
Backpacks and the backpack will have.
Speaker 2 (37:04):
A cinder block in it.
Speaker 15 (37:05):
They have a hammer and they'll break up the cinder
block and use that pass it around to throw at officers,
to throw at cars, and throw at other people. We've
seen people with hammers and you've you've broadcasted breaking the
ballards behind the Federal building and taken the rocks, if
you will, or pieces of concrete and throwing them at officers.
We've had liquid who knows what description thrown at officers.
(37:28):
There's no limit to what they're what they're doing to
our officers. And again, as I mentioned in my statement,
I can't thank our folks enough in our partner agency
police officials for going out there and taking care of
the community and trying to be able to put themselves
between the threat and the overall community. And they do
(37:50):
this night in and night out, and in these past
couple of nights, we've seen it at a level that
I think discuss every good person.
Speaker 4 (37:57):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (38:00):
That's from the LAPD chief. Now, I did see, and
I don't have the clip, but I don't think I've
got so many clips here. I've got so much I've
got to plow through but Marabaths was complaining that there
wasn't coordination with the ICE people and the LAPD. Well,
wait a minute, you're a sanctuary city. There's not supposed
(38:21):
to be coordination. You're basically in a sanctuary state, so
there's not supposed to be coordination. You've pretty much been
hands off with Ice. Ice is on their own. We're
not helping them. And then want to sit around and
turn around one. Well, it'd been nice, you know, they
should have coordinated with us, the ICE people and TRU
administration should have coordinated with us. Well, you don't want
(38:42):
coordination your sanctuary. See, this is the thing. There's no winning.
These people are hypocrites. Okay they say, okay, let's play wedding,
and you play wedding. No, we should have played funeral. Okay,
well let's play funeral. Well no, we should go back
and play wedding. Which childhood game is it that you
want to play? Which is it? And the hypocrisy here
is so thick you can cut it with a butter knife.
(39:05):
We'll go to break here in a sec. You could
cut it with a butter knife. Which is it? Which
is it? You can't have this both ways. You can't say,
we're not gonna assist Ice in any way, shape, fashion,
form Ice. You're on your own, do your thing. But
you know, forget us, we're out of the little But okay, bye,
and then Ice says your thing, and then hell breaks loose,
(39:26):
and well, we should have coordinated with You don't want
them coordinating with you. You got laws of the books
to say, frankly, that you can't coordinate with them. You
can't help them in any way shape fashion for them.
They're on their own. You're a sanctuary city. Well, okay,
now you're seeing the results of that idiocy. Now you're
(39:46):
seeing the results of the idiocy, just as you saw
the results of the odocy of the fire several months back,
when portions of the city did burn down because of
mismanagement of water resources, mis management of the mcderm drought,
situation of the vegetation and all that sort of stuff.
And then you see part of your city burned down.
(40:08):
It's called mismanagement. This is misman this is more mismanagement.
I'll be surprised if Mayor Bass's reelection. She might be,
but I'll be shocked if Mayor Bass is reelected again
as mayor. The voters we'll see. You should give her
the boot. She is incompetent. She is a joke. She
shouldn't be managing a lemonade stand. Gavin Nuisance right in
(40:33):
there with her. A joke, an absolute joke. He's all
about the next election cycle, as most politicians are at
both parties. They're all about the next election cycle. And
they will see and do anything to make themselves look good,
including lying through their whitely polished, brand new polished teeth.
(40:55):
And he will do it, and has done it, it
will continue to do it. He is a California. You
gotta do better. But this is what you get when
you vote these kinds of people. And let this be
an object lesson on the resignation. These are the kinds
of things that happen when you vote. The vote, these
kinds of adults into office who all they're worried about,
(41:18):
and all they've got their eye on is the next election.
They don't really care about you. They care about the
next election cycle. And Nusance is running. Come on, he's
gonna be running for president twenty twenty eight. You know
he is, You know he is, of course he is.
Have you noticed something, see I kind of kind of
noticing a lot of people. Don't have you noticed? Go
(41:41):
back and look at pictures of him from I don't know,
maybe even four or five years ago, maybe six years ago.
He had more ringles on his face back then than
he does now. Have you noticed have you noticed has
he had a little surgery. He's a little stiff when
he talks, and when he moves his mouth that doesn't move.
He said, some work. I mean, that's fine. I'm knocking
the guy for having some work done. But why oh,
(42:02):
because he's running for president. Got to spiff himself up
a bit. Okay, he's running for he's running for a
high office. Gig. That's why he's done. That's why he's
done it. Back look at the new side by side comparisons.
I've noticed it. So he's had some work now not out.
That's fine. Hey, you know you got the money, you
got the time, and can afford it great. Nothing wrong
with improving the house a bit. That's fine, doing a little,
(42:25):
doing a little remodeling. I get I get it, fine,
I get it. And being a being a political is
kind of tantamount these days being a rock star. I
get that too. Sadly, in fact, it was rolling Stone.
I remember, I remember a Rolling Stone article many moons
back that predicted that we would have media politicians, media presidents.
(42:47):
You know, we did have one actor become president, Roll Reagan, right.
Rolling Stone predicted that in the future of politics in
this country that we would be having more media savvy
and you know, apolitices would be elected on their looks.
(43:07):
You can't tell me that there weren't people that voted
for Barack Obama when he was standing there next to
poor stubby McCain, John McCain, you know, older man who'd
been beat up in North Vietnam prison. You know, he
was all stiff and more injuries and everything else, and
looking kind of rough and short and stubby. And here's
(43:28):
nearly six foot one GQ Barack Obama, all slender and
is felt and young guy. Who do you think people
are going to vote for? Most of our founding followers
are pretty ugly dudes. And if you would have most
of them couldn't have. I mean, if you for fast
forward you know, those guys to today's media, and had
(43:51):
him run for those same offices, hold those same positions,
they probably would wouldn't been able to pull it off
because all those guys. I mean, you look at their paintings.
They're kind of stubby, ugly dudes. Most of our founding fathers,
who have a few exceptions here not you know, yeah,
I know they have the wigs and ponytails and the
and the weird clothes. But even if you were to
dress them up and get them haircuts and put them
(44:12):
into modern visage, I mean, the many people probably vote
for these guys because they don't look like they wouldn't.
These are kind of people that don't really play to
the camera. Well, you know what I'm saying. So and
look at look at a lot of the people. Look
at aoc She's very attractive. You know, she was a
bar tender. She used to get them dance on the bar.
(44:34):
Think about that, and why are people voting for these folks?
Are they voting for their policies or why kind of
like Kelly look, why like Kelly sound like they look?
How I'm vote for said this old geezer, this ugly
looking fool over here, And you know, think about it. Sure,
there's a lot of people out there voting for people's looks,
(44:54):
the way they sound, the way they carry themselves. Not
necessarily they're not paying attention to policies, cares about their pologies,
policy smallesties. You know, that's how that's how a lot
of people vote. Sadly, they don't do their homework. There's
a lot of American voters should be honest. They are
frankly lazy. They're just lazy. Let's take a more Christian
(45:16):
talking the rocks traight ahead, stick close.
Speaker 16 (45:24):
More time continues next with Ritchiel more Christian talk than Rocks.
Speaker 2 (45:30):

Speaker 8 (46:28):
You may know me as an actor, but one of
the things that I'm most proud of is my service
to this country and the army. I saw firsthand how
training and discipline is still are values that create great
leadership abilities and a can do spirit. Those same strong
values stay with service members when they return to civilian
life and enter the workplace. So remember the highest smart

Speaker 2 (47:04):
So there, now, here's your host, Richie l.
Speaker 3 (47:18):
There've been a little bit of comparison to the RNN
and King Riots, and these aren't as bad, at least
not yet, and hopefully they won't get as bad. And
those riotes sixty people died. There have been some pretty
serious injuries in this one. Nobody thankfully has died, at
least not yet. Because I suppose there's time in these
riots that are starting to actually kind of start to
pop up all over the country. In fact, at airtime,
(47:41):
as I was going live here, I was seeing stories
about some scuffles and dust ups and things happening up
in the way with York City. And I saw a
couple of days ago some stuff going on down pretty
minor by comparison, almost a joke, but I think three
hundred people out in front of one of the courthouses
(48:02):
or something there in San Antonio. You know, O the
usual suspects with the megaphones, a lot some of them
had the red bandanas. What does that mean? Well, solidarity
solids with their fellow communist socialists whatever, marksst Brothers and
(48:22):
sistern that's what that means typically and uh it's it's
a little bit of a code, if you will. But
speaking of running King Ryan, Running King right officer retired
to uh LA police officer says may act to too late.
Is anti ice a violence of violence in Gulf the city.
(48:43):
He's not real happy with her. It's been reported by
Peter Debroska and Ashley poppas Fox News. Actually Papa rather
should say Fox News. Former LAPD detective says Mayor Karen
Bass was too late in calling uh for law and
order or just solution to riots. He's a Police Department
(49:05):
detective who was on the forest during the nineteinety two
writing King Riots, said that Demn Mayor Karen Bass was
too latent calling for the for the law and order
and of course in the briots had broke down the
city over the weekend and somewhat curtailed since then. And
uh anyway, he he uh, he was saying, you know
(49:26):
that there needs to be definitely some some changes and
that she should have should have acted with more speed.
His name is Moses Castillo. He's a formerly PD detective.
He was talking to Fox News Digital that she was
just too latent calling for order to be restored. What
she had that kind of sorry and when you know
when when Ellie was burning with those fires, you know,
(49:48):
she was overseas and then came back in, didn't want
to talk to reporters, came back in a bit later
again she's she's typically just a day lighton dollars short.
Let me let you hear Moses Castillo. This is in
in an interview there on Fox News Digital. His thoughts
and comparing the other two things, and about how she
should have reacted, and how the politicians need to put
(50:10):
the politics aside. Uh, and that maybe Trump and knew
some do ney to perhaps talk. I think they do well.
They did, but I think they might need to talk
at bit more. By the way, the judge denied, uh,
and that's awsome. Nuisance kind of wanted an emergency stay too,
(50:31):
to uh order the troops to from by a federal
judge to order the troops out of there and get
him out of there. And judge said, yeah, no, because
he found a lawsuit and he's like, no, we're not
gonna do that. So he was denied that portion of
the lawsuit. The rest of it's still going to go through,
but I don't think it's I don't think it's gonna fly.
(50:52):
And I'm on at your a clip from Jonathan Turly
on that as well, just a few moments. But let
me let you hear this. What do you think of
the Los Angeles leadership, the leadership in the state of California.
Can you tell me just your thoughts on how that's going.
Speaker 19 (51:10):
Yeah, I believe that both sides, the President, Governor Nussom
are using the media waves to attack one another.
Speaker 2 (51:17):
To me that it's like going back to high school.
Speaker 19 (51:19):
Really, I think they would introduced come to the table,
let's have a face to face, let's have a meeting,
Let's hash out the issues, and let's find solutions. But
let's get on the same page and how we accomplish
those goals, because I think that's what is happening here
is that they're not united in this front. Regardless of
where you stand on the immigration issues. Committing crimes and
(51:42):
littleone filing crimes is not acceptable. Those people should be
held accountable, should be arrested, and they should face the
criminal charges and accountability for those acts. But as far
as the governor, I really do pray and hope that
they could come to some agreement to meet so that
(52:03):
we could talk about it. Not only them too, but
I would also invite the local leaders and some of
these community activist groups that have direct influence and to
some of these demonstrators and processors. Let's have a meeting
and let's figure out how we can approach this. I
gotta tell you, my wife went to the Northgate store
(52:24):
in sant Ana just yesterday and Northgate is known for
a proper you know, Primarily it's it's their customers or Latinos,
could be from Central America, from Mexico, Guatemala, you name it.
There was nobody there. People are fraid to even go
(52:45):
shopping to the local grocery store.
Speaker 13 (52:48):
That's meat.
Speaker 8 (52:48):
That is very sad.
Speaker 19 (52:50):
Commentary that is even happening.
Speaker 3 (52:53):
That's really sad. And what is what is Mayor Bass's
level of culpability in the lawlessness that we see in
the city. Well, I think she's.
Speaker 19 (53:02):
Now trying to play catch up. I think if she
would have been very more work forceful in the beginning
that we're not going to tolerate these crimes and allow
police officers to do their job and arrest people on site,
I think would have been different. Instead, she's now saying
it now that these crimes will not be tolerated, looting
will not be tolerated. But it's a little bit, a
(53:23):
little bit too late. But I do believe that arresting
people it's the logistical nightmare for law enforcement. There's a
lot that goes behind that when you arrest a large
multitude of people. If you have to have arrest teams,
you have to have buses to transport them to jail.
You have to have tailers to be ready to process them.
And some of them are going to be cited and released,
(53:45):
so it's like a h ongoing cycle that they're gonna
come right back and do it all over again. The
ones that are serious scribes, you'll be there until they
go to work or they postponed.
Speaker 3 (54:00):
So some of these riders, let me just give you
a glimpse here is who some of these folks are.
Just a little quick skim off the top. This being
imported by Days a Rose or Daily Calor News Foundation
previously deported illegal alien facing attempted murder charge for La
riots June seven. Footage from the DHS shows Guardinal Galvez
(54:22):
lighting a Molotov cocktail behind a tree as officers approached
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement ice sagents in Los Angeles.
They arrested these folks. Arrested Guardinal Galvez in June ninth
that according to a DHS press release, and he was
charged with attempted murder the next day. Immigration authorities have
previously deported Guardino Galvez. His prior criminal record includes grand
(54:44):
theft and dui in the state of California. According to
the same press release, this is a guy who been
deported and bounced back and then through a Molotov cocktail
at officers and they confirmed DHS confirmed this today. He's
a previously reported to the legal immigrant from Mexico and
he will be charged for attempted murder in the ongoing
(55:05):
LA riots. They've kind of wound down a bet, but
who knows, all right, So that's just one of the
wonderful citizens that Jimmy Kimmel was bragging on. This wonderful
guy again just being bad bagdad Bob. I don't know
what Jimmy Kimmel has been smoking. It's pretty good stuff
(55:27):
apparently for for him to get up there and say
stuff like that with teeth in his mouth. And then
you got this. The twin daughters of a local politician,
big name politician, arrested in Ice riots for allegedly assaulting
police officer with a deadly weapon. It's being reported a
BYT Paul Sokka the Blaze dot Com. One of the
(55:48):
women as an aide for LA Council member who spewed
the police a rhetoric in the past. The twin daughters
of top Los Angeles politico were arrested for allegedly assaulting
a police officer with a deadly weapon during ice riots.
As of Tuesday, at least here in seventy eight people
have been arrested in connection with the Los Angeles ice
protests and riots. That's a lot that that tells you
(56:09):
these are not mostly peaceful protests if they're arresting these folks,
and in fact, in the end this was according to
the Los Angeles Police Apartment. Included and those arrested on Sunday,
we're twenty six year old twins Lucia Aguilar who goes
by luth and Antonio Aguilar. The allegations are deep concerning
taking the very seriously. The Daily Mail and New York
(56:29):
Posts reported that the twin daughters are suspected of assaulting
police officer with a deadly weapon. It was not certain
what the two women reportedly used as a daily weapon now.
According to jail records, both women were held on fifty
grand bond before being released on Monday afternoons. Somebody came
up with that they're not organic. They're funded by NGOs,
(56:54):
according to one person who's been watching this stuff going
on now. Both women are scheduled to appear in court
on June thirtieth, two arrested suspects are the twin daughters
of Rick Cole. He's pasaden A city council member and
former mayor of Pasadena. Los Angeles. Times noted that Rick
Cole is also a high level a LA City controller.
(57:15):
Kenneth Mahea, I've just seen pictures of my two daughters
in a curb in downtown Los Angeles and handcuffs with lapds.
So I'm going to be figuring out where they are
so I can go bail them out. All right, I've
got to tell you something as a parent, and my
kids knew this, and I told it to him. If
you get in trouble for doing something really stupid, really
(57:39):
really stupid, and you got like this huge bail, like
you know, ten grand, fifty grand, I'm not paying it.
If I have it, I wouldn't have it. But you're
going to sit there now. If I had two kids
that were caught up in a riot, and you know,
I'm looking at bodycam footage, I mean, I'd say, okay,
can I see what they did? I mean, I would investigate.
But if I saw that they were throwing rocks at
(58:02):
cops and doing crazy junk like that and doing like
what we've seen in these videos using perhaps the deadly
weaponing what the dealy weapon was, and they're like, Dad,
mail us out. No, you're gonna sit there. I'll come
over on Sunday during visiting hours, but you're there. My
(58:24):
parents told me the same things. If you really do
go out and do something really stupid, that's your fault.
You're at fault. You really did something, you're to blames
and all this. You know, cops saying you did something
you didn't. But you go out there and do you're
gonna don't look at us to bail you oud. You're
gonna sit there. You don't do your time in the jail.
We're not bailing you out. Both my parents told me that, uh,
(58:46):
and these are these are my daughters. And after I
looked at everything and this thing was proven to be true,
and it sounds like it may be. Yeah, you're sitting there.
I'm not calling a fifty grand apiece to get your
honies out of jail. You're staying there. Good luck. But dad, yeah, well, yeah,
there's consequences for behavior. If this turns out to be true.
(59:09):
Of course, everybody's innocential, proven guilty, they get their day
in court. If you're an American citizen for sure. So
then so then there's that. Now, who are who are
in fact some of these people that are being arrested.
(59:29):
Let's meet a few of them. This is from Jason
Hopkins Daily Car News Foundation. Let's beat some of these
people who are who have deportation orders that are stale
in some cases, be on the record, I mean to
be on the books for quite a long time, long
before the Orange Man jumped into office. They they these
are federal. These are orders signed off on by federal judges,
both them, Republican, et cetera. These are court orders that
(59:54):
Ice just you know, we we we've been we've been
lectured that nobody's above the law. We've been lectured for
how long? And that Donald Trump needs to obey the courts.
He needs to obey the courts. Grum administration, everybody needs
to obey the courts. And DJ everybody they need to
obey the courts. Okay, they are these are court orders.
(01:00:14):
So ICE is executing court orders from judges from the courts.
Oh well, no, that's y not in those cases. Can't
have it both ways, they want it both ways. Protestisan
Los Angeles writing over the apprehension of illegal immigrants convicted
(01:00:35):
of murder, sexual battery, cruelty to children, many other heinous crimes,
crowing to the court records. Because they large scale riots
have swept the city of Los Angeles. Here's just some
of the folks that ICE is going after. And in fact,
and response to widespread writing, the Department of Homeland and
(01:00:57):
Security is released snapshots of the individual's apprehend during ICE's
ELLE operation. They're still nabbing them ELLE operation identifying a
state of illegal immigrants connected to violent and serious crimes.
Deportation officers arrested Cheng Chan Fan, a forty nine year
old Vietnamese national, was convicted of second degree murder and
sentenced to fifteen years to life in prison. That according
(01:01:19):
to the agency, let me pause. You might be thinking, well,
why did they grab him, SUSI, you know, got out
of the court room or stood up. Well, sometimes they do,
sometimes they don't. They're shorthanded, these guys kind of you know,
they they skip out, they go hide off and whatever.
Somebody posts a bell, they post the bell and off
(01:01:40):
they go. Or they're sentenced. And then I said, because
of the federal thing, because they're here illegally. They say, well, okay,
this is an ICE deal, and Ice isn't always standing
there at the back door to grab them, and they
sort of vanish into the hinterland. Shouldn't be that way
(01:02:02):
with It's how it is convicted of second degree murder
and sentence of fifteen years in prison. Okay, they've had
new process, they've been sentenced. Judgment was passed by a court,
perhaps a jury indoor judge. Here's another one. Orlando Vernacion Enerdiquez,
a fifty five year old man from the Philippines who
was arrested by ICE agents, was previously convicted. That means
(01:02:25):
they had their due process in court. Burglary and sexual
penetration with a foreign object with force, and assault with
intent to commit rape. Again one of the great people
that Jimmy Kimmel is defending. Lionel Sanchez Laguna, fifty five
year old in Mexican National. And this list is long, gang,
but I shows only two roughly two hours. Lionel Sanchez Laguna,
(01:02:48):
a fifty five year old in Mexican National, was previously
convicted of wilful cruelty to a child, driving into the influence,
assault with a semi automatic firearm boy. People ought to
be jumping all over on that one right as much
as they hate you and I have going to semi
automatic and numerous other crimes. According to ICE, amand Or Daz,
a forty four year old also from Mexico, was convicted
(01:03:09):
of sexual battery, receiving known or stolen property in petty theft.
Another great citizen wanna be. The Trump administration publicly rebuked
NWSOM by the way ambassador their parent reluctant to cooperate
with federal partners to quot the violent rise. But you know,
numerous other legal immigrants convicted of various crimes also were
(01:03:31):
taken out of la communities. Here's some more. Jordan Mauricio
Mesa Escabell, a thirty two year old Honduran national, was
arrested for domestic violence and the distribution of heroin and cocaine.
Another great individual that according to the agency azeus. Alan
Hernandez Morales, a twenty six year old a Mexican national,
was convicted of transporting and legal immigrant in New Mexico
(01:03:54):
and Peruvian national Jose Cristobal Hernandez of Ultron was previously
convicted of robbery and I can just go on and
on and on. This just gives you a kind of
a snippet. I mean, some of these have just looking
here at okay, inserting a foreign object rape, serting a
(01:04:17):
foreign object into genitala penetration. Uh, you might want to
cover the ears of young listeners, if you've got the
young listeners around, I'll give you a few moments to
do that. I should I'm sorry I should have said
that up from But they just give you an idea
of how how great these wonderful people are, great citizens
of la rape assault, the deadly weapon. I mean, just
(01:04:41):
it goes, it goes on and on and on and again.
I can that just gives you a smattering of some
of the wonderful wanna be citizens of the great lit
laws angless area. This is who people are writing for.
You follow rioting four, so they're writing for This is
(01:05:05):
just some of them. I mean, it's just some of it. Again,
the list is length. You can go look this stuff up.
It's being published now. But oh yeah, and again a
lot of these people have already had their due I
mean whatever new process long or short form due processes,
they've already had it. It's time for these people to
either be bagged or to go. Some of these are deportests,
(01:05:28):
and these are you know, we're taking a jail orders.
But some of these are you know, you're leaving the
country now, bye bye. Let's take a pause. Oh yeah,
there's plenty more. Go find that.
Speaker 20 (01:06:03):
Hey, what's up.
Speaker 21 (01:06:03):
This is Toby Mack with the five Loves of a
Jesus Freak. Write them down, hide them in your heart.
Here they are Love God, love his Word, love your enemies,
love your neighbor, love truth.
Speaker 2 (01:06:17):
Sound easy? Not likely.
Speaker 21 (01:06:20):
If all that does come too easy for you, you're
probably not working hard enough. On the other hand, these
five loves should become second nature to any authentic Jesus
free If you let God's grace offten your heart one
more time. Love God, love his Word, love your enemies,
love your neighbor, love truth.
Speaker 2 (01:06:40):
Amen.
Speaker 5 (01:06:42):
Jesus Freak's Radio is brought to you by DC Talk,
the Voice of the Martyrs.
Speaker 3 (01:06:45):
In this station, it is a.
Speaker 7 (01:06:47):
Ground wire with un guy.
Speaker 16 (01:06:49):
I remember hearing a story about a ministry of the
early nineteen hundred. She was having a tent meeting when
several ruggedmen began threatening that she didn't stop sharing Christ.
They were going to burn the tent down with all
of the people inside. As the crowd gathered, the men
showed up to make good on the promise. Nervously, the
minister began to pray. Within minutes, she knew what she
should do. From behind the podium, she proclaimed that they
were going to begin to pray and sing songs glorifying God.
(01:07:10):
Instead of focusing on the intimidating voices, they were going
to concentrate on.
Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
The God who is all powerful.
Speaker 16 (01:07:15):
With zeal, the people in that joined her and proclaiming
the goodness, kindness, and rightness of God. And within moments
that people left and the threat was gone. Every one
of us face the situations in life when we are
confronted with confusing voices and dangerous circumstances. People that stare
into the challenges rarely win, but those that set their
affections on the unchanging one will not lose. Remember the
next time you experience opposition or are facing a major trial.
(01:07:36):
God is bigger than your problem. When you look to
Him instead of your circumstances, your problems will fade for more.
Speaker 3 (01:07:42):
Log on you guldwire, Done ned, Done bad. A couple
(01:08:04):
of websites Christian Talk at rocks done net, Christian Talk
at rocks dot com. Everything you want to know about
the show right there, and maybe stuff you didn't all
are right there. It's the clearing houses of both those
websites again, Christian Talks at rocks dot net and Christian
talkd at rocks dot com. All the links to everything,
all the different places where the podcasts are, et cetera,
et cetera. I'm gonna move through. I got a lot
of stuff I don't need to move through here. How
(01:08:24):
well funded are these some of these folks, some of
these groups that are there writing because a lot of this,
according to the LAPD chief you said these folks were
some of the folks they are resting were imported from
somewhere else. This a lot of this is organic, some
of it is a lot of it's not. Daily Color
(01:08:44):
News Foundation, Hudson Crowzier. Well funded activists and a coordinated
social media campaign helped spark the pro legal migrant protests
and Friday that descended into days of writing Los Angeles.
Some of these groups posted calls to action with a
location to gather on Friday and UNI after the rest
of a local Service Employees International Union leader on Friday,
(01:09:04):
The subsequent uprising echoed city by the way, they're on
the scene, Seiu remember them, remember them from the Occupy
Wall Street days? Yeah? Leader on Friday. The subsequent uprising
echoed scenes of Black Lives Matter riots of twenty twenty,
which brought activists such as professional legal observers into the
streets during a wave of protests that led to fires, looting, vandalism,
(01:09:25):
deaths across the country as organization's leaders enriched themselves. Protests
continued in coordinated fashion through Monday, with some un identified
individuals driving up to others in trucks to distry with
protect the face shields resembling gas masks that according to
Fox eleven reporter who said he witnessed the trend Fox
News is Bill Malugian reported on Sunday and loved missus
on I sat there and watched it that protesters we
(01:09:48):
were flipping through all kinds of channels trying to find
some stuff and having land on that Sunday, that protesters
were being provided with ear plugs, cast masks, and water
bottles that they then ruled the police officers. The FBI
is investigating any and all monetary connections responsible for these riots,
FBI Director Cash Betel said Monday night. As the chass
built up, the activist groups and major labor union fanned
(01:10:09):
the flames of the anti ICE movement by filamenting resistance
to law enforcement in the streets and online see This
is Service Employee International Union s CiU Folks SIU California
President David Whert that helped kick off the tumultuous weekend
by getting arrested during ICE raids on Friday morning, the
Department of Justice alleged tried to obstruct federal agents. They
(01:10:30):
weren't arrested, They weren't coming to get him. He just
was jumping in a way, obstructing federal agents who were
executing a lawful judicial warrant. Again, these were warrants signed
off on by federal judges coming from a federal courts gang,
both them and Republican and maybe some independent judges. While
ICE conducted raids in Los Angeles and Affidavid accuses where
to have a conspiracy and impede an officer by directing
(01:10:50):
others to block the path of law enforcement vehicles. SGIU said,
where was exercising his First Amendment right. No, you don't
have a First Amendment right to obstruct the law enforcement
an agent from doing their job. That's not covered in
the First Amendment. Peacefully gathering, peaceful protest. Yes that you
cross the line. Sorry, that's not First Amendment protected speech
or activities. He wasn't there to observe and simply document
(01:11:14):
all enforcement actively. That's bs. Aligned activist groups and local
SCIU chapters began posting announcements on Friday on platforms such
as x blueski and on Instagram, telling people to come
to a downtown Los Angeles federal building at four pm
and stand against ice rage. Many groups obtained and posted
the same graphic for the announcement, bearing the sciau's logo
(01:11:36):
CiU California, both having more than seven hundred thousand members.
By the way, you've also got cheer Luck. That's a
coalition for Human immigration Rights. Cheerlep s CIUS shared graphic
advertised press conference with those folks with Cheerle at the
building's address. It ended up taking place, however, after one
hundreds showed up to the facility starting at four pm,
(01:11:57):
protesters began throwing objects at police. That's not First Member
protected activity, blocking off parts of the street, constructing traffic
that's not First Amendment and protected activity, and vandalizing federal
property also not First Amendment protected activity. ABC seven reported
the Los Angeles Police the prominent ALPD declared an unlawful
assembly after seven pm. Surely is an organization that's socialists.
(01:12:21):
By the way, immigration focused nonprofit that receives only thirty
four million in government grants in twenty twenty three. About
that your tax dollars at work? Union del Badio and
Centro CSO. Another downtown Los Angeles press conference on Friday
also featured speakers from Unjon de la Badio and Centros
also CSO. Facebook video shows Union del Bodrio. Ron Gochez
(01:12:44):
told his audience about the need to resist Ice by
any means necessary. If we organize, we can kick their
blanks out of every single ghetto, every single bodyo anywhere
where our people are. Coach has said, drawing applause, Who
gives a blank about legality? When these people have their
moot to our neck reverencing immigration law. We have every
(01:13:08):
single obligation, moral, historical. We have every reason to defend
our people, to defend our community, to defend our families
by whatever means necessary. You get that you also have
the Democratic Socialists of America the DSA. What have I
been warning you about the socialists? Please go back and
listen to O archives, not that far back. You don't
have to go that far back. I've been talking about
(01:13:29):
this for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks. To
watch these socialists, what they're all about, what they're up,
what they're how they operate, the way they do things.
The Marxists, the Socialists, the communists, what they've been doing.
How many people did you see out there in these
in these projects? Go back, look at the videos. You
pull them up there all over the internet, waving Palestinian flags,
(01:13:51):
wearing the headgear of Palestinian activists. Okay, the Los Ange
and any Semites, most of them. The Los Angeles chapter
of Democratic Socialists of America helped spread SEI use graphic
about Cheerless Friday press conference on ACT. Citizens who know
their rights can disrupt and slow ICE incursions. Y'all know
(01:14:12):
you can't as well as pressure local authorities to take action.
You can't obstruct these people. You can obstruct federal officers
and the performance of their duties. Again, these are lawful orders,
but you lucky or not another Friday expost on the
group peaters DSA chapter did not respond to a request
for comment the Party for Socialism and Liberation of PSL.
They were down in San Antonio. By the way, about
(01:14:33):
three hundred of those folks were in front of the
courthouse Los Angeles protesters were seeing. That was few days
later a Los Angles protesters were seeing carrying signs from
the Party for Socialism Liberation PSL, which encourage a protest
to continue that their courageous stand over the weekend and
accuse law enforcement invescalating the situation the overwhelmed law enforcement.
By the way, a large PSO banner and PSL signs
(01:14:55):
were also seen behind speakers at cheerless Friday press conferences.
These people are coordinating. The PSL is pblitical party that
is not required to publicly disclose it's funding. How about that,
But it is linked to a pro Chinese Communist Party CCP,
maionnaires network of political and media organizations. Means they're really
more communists and socialists, but they'll use socialists. Here's the
(01:15:15):
thing you need to understand. Communists will use the term
socialist as camouflage. The Russians did it. The USSR, the
United Socialist Soviet Republic. No, they weren't socialst they were communists,
but they'll call themselves socialst because that swallows easier for
some people than communists, because of the term of what
the term communists sort of evokes, you know, it evokes stalin,
(01:15:39):
it evokes mal it evokes goologs, it devotes mass murder.
If you don't agree with us, we're just put a
bullet in your brain. So they use that as camouflage.
You need to understand this how these people operate. And
these folks are backed by the Communist Chinese Party, the
CCPP Millionaire's network of political and media organizations. Fact that
(01:16:03):
Daily called News Financial previous report of PSL did not
respond to requests for comment. Of course they're not. The
five oh five oh one movement. The five oh five
oh one movement formed a response the second Trump administration
promoted the protests Onbluski throughout the weekend, including the Friday
four PM gathering. Five oh five oh one national press
coordinator Hunter Dunn posted about being personally among the protesters.
(01:16:24):
Five five oh one is a peaceful movement. Its website
says folence of any kind want'll be tolerated. You get
to right in the middle of it, and the groups
said pressed even of course there not also respond to
requests for comment, and they were right there in the
middle of the thing. Okay, these are just These are
the peaceful protesters, These are the rendom mobs, and by
a large all of these pay their folks to show
up and do the stuff that they do. Okay, how
(01:16:48):
well funded? These are well funded and coordinated. Well funded
and coordinated oftentimes with your tax dollars, with your tax
dollars at work. Gang evidence suggests Los Angeles rights over
ice raids could be government funded is being reported by
Jim Hoff the Gateway pundit. Ties to radical organizations government
(01:17:08):
backed NGOs well began. The so called spontaneous protests against
ice enforcement operations of Los Angeles now been exposed as
something far more insidious and wealth fund coordinated riot. You
need to understand that with ties to radical left wing
I don't use the right left thing. That's this article's terminology.
It's I can just call them what they are. There
so is communist Marxist with those organizations government backed INNGOS
(01:17:30):
and even a bin or known for pushing Chinese communist propaganda.
You don't think the chi coms aren't loving this. According
to a damning exposa by investigative account data of several
non profit organizations and shadowy political fronts played a pivotal
role in igniting the cows saw federal officers attacked flags,
burn city streets, blocked us more alarming, tens of millions
(01:17:51):
of dollars in tax payer money may have indirectly fueled
the unrest. Have the center of the funding webs Churla
Coalition for Humane Immigration Rights documentary reveal the group saw
shocking jump from twelve million to thirty four bion and
government grants in just one year. These are government grants,
while most of it is believed to come from the
state of California, the group has received federal funding as well.
(01:18:15):
All right, our community is under attack, has been terrorized,
Angelica Solids, executive director of Coalitions for Humane Immigration Rights Tuia,
told the crowd of the protesters behind the curtains in
is Neville. A Singham, a socialist billionaire known a financier
of Chinese propaganda efforts abroad. Seeingham has funnel over twenty
million in the radical groups, including those involved in recent
(01:18:36):
campus takeovers at Columbia University. You see the connection. See
the connection. Vaccineum is also linked to PSL, the Answer Coalition,
and the People's Forum, all of which played a part
in the LA riots. If the SCIUCA California Service Employees
International Union president was port Lye or Esset during the protests.
Most people know the mayor of Los Angeles, and some
(01:18:58):
will remember her bought channeling, of course, of this year's
wildfire crisis. But there's a lot more beneath the servants
digging in. Karen bass once served as the vice chair
of the National Endowment for Democracy NED, a US government
funded NGO notorious for meddling in foreign governments under the
banner promoting democracy. NEED has been exposed repeatedly for funding
(01:19:20):
color revolutions, pushing Western line NGOs, and helping topple governments
that don't play ball with US interests. Bassar's right in
the middle of it. And then there's a scholarship scandal.
LA Kenny supervisor Mark Riley Thomas got fairly indicted for
receiving a scholarship from USC School of Social Work and
allegedly trading favors. When you're part of the machine, when
(01:19:44):
you've got DC connections in GEO backing and ties to
the intel age adjacent nonprofit world, you get protection. Okay,
she's not a DEI figure out she's in the system.
You're connecting the dots, molds going on for some of you.
I hope they are. I hope they are. Let me
(01:20:07):
let you hear an interview. Let me I'm doing gosh,
I'm doing five things at once here with only two
sets of hands. See, I don't have big production teams
like a lot of the some of the bigger dame podcasters,
and of course the big talking has on the big
networks have. But I'm oftentimes twelve to twenty four hours
(01:20:27):
and even more ahead of them on the curb of coverage.
That's not a brag. I'm just taking that as the
point of fact. Love missus Olcate. He's talking about the
show yesterday. Why are they just not talking about here
on Fox News or seeing ND I know you tell me.
They've got crews and crews of researchers, creuse and crews
of producers and producers and associate producers and the associates
to the associate producer and assistant to the associate of
the associated the associate producer and researcher and blah blah blah.
(01:20:49):
You tell me. I don't know. I don't know. I'm
just a little guy heared by Bunker in the foothills
of the Appalachians doing my fine. All right, Oh yeah,
there's more. There's more, so let me let you hear
because I've got more clips. By the way, Josh Holly
(01:21:15):
looking into some of this stuff while maker Josh Holly,
I'm no fan of Republicans.
Speaker 13 (01:21:22):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:21:23):
In fact, I've got a clip here from Glenn Beck.
I don't know if we'll have time to play. I
have to save it for next week's show. He's not
real thrilled Republicans either. I'm like, well, wake welcome, dude,
wake up and welcome, and I'm glad you joined the
rest of us where you have been there, h Glenn,
All right, let me get that. Bearwith talking about yourself
(01:21:44):
for a moment. I do apologize. I've got twenty things,
all right, here we go. So yeah, Josh Holly also
kind of digging into some of this stuff and what's
going on here? What's happening, what's happening? Where are these
(01:22:06):
people getting the money from? Who? Are these people, who
are these nng os doing some of this stuff? Who
are these folks doing some of this stuff? By the way,
I pol finds majority of voters do back trump deploying
the National Guard to LA being reported by Virginia Allen,
a daily signal new ploy reveals at more than half
(01:22:26):
of US voters supporting President Trump's decision to employ the
National Guard in Los Angeles? Is that constitutional? It depends, Uh,
And it's happened before when military has been deployed in riots.
It's happened numerous times. And we'll read to use some
articles here in just a bit from both History dot
com and Military dot Com documenting precedent for this. Now
(01:22:50):
President president doesn't necessarily overrun ride of the Constitution, But
it kind of depends on your reason for why you
do it. I mean, there can be a fine line there,
and then the president does have some constitutional authority, so
does Congress. Is for that matter, not just president to
call up certain military militia, et cetera, et cetera. Uh
(01:23:12):
in times of domestic upheaval, domestic insurrection, disturbance, et cetera.
And there's laws about that as well that have kind
of built off the Constitution. We'll get to that in
just a bit, but let me let you hear some
more clips as I'm getting things organized here, as I'm
speaking and doing four things that want do try this
(01:23:33):
at home, kids, just leave this to the professionals. There's
a one particular any any particular lawmaker interviewed on Fox News.
We'll let you hear his thoughts on what's going on,
what they've kind of discovered in terms of if you
look at ours rucords or what some of these these
(01:23:55):
AstroTurf organizations, if fuel socials predominantly organizations. Many of the
folks pushing the riots and behind the riots were taking place,
man of their members whipping people up and doing crazy stuff.
And even the a and the Laped chiefs said, yeah,
some of these people outside agitators are coming in. These
are these are pro pressional agitators, some of these folks
and some of this is not is not an organic grassroots.
(01:24:17):
Some of this is just agitators. Of course, they are
finding the useful idiots when they need them. This isle show.
This is Congressman Andy Biggs talked about this.
Speaker 20 (01:24:27):
This isn't really organic, that they this is highly coordinated,
that there is money that's behind this. Some of it
is federal grant money or California state grant money. Even
that has gone to these organizations, they've turned around and
used it to go after and create this. Uh, this
actual rioting. And this there's not protesting anymore. This is
(01:24:50):
this is absolutely rioting.
Speaker 12 (01:24:52):
So what legally can be done? I mean, it seems
like if they're going it sounds like a misappropriation of funds.
I'm sure sure it was never intended for this, that funding.
Speaker 20 (01:25:03):
Yeah, I mean, obviously they're using the grant money other
than it was intended for sure. But you also have
this notion of are they getting people out and encouraging
and filmenting the rioting. It looks like that maybe they are,
And if they are, that would be aiding and abetting
this kind of misconning, which is criminal conduct, and aiding
and a betting is also a criminal offense.
Speaker 3 (01:25:24):
There might even be, oh, go ahead.
Speaker 20 (01:25:27):
There might even be an opportunity to investigate them for
conspiracy as well, because if they've organized this criminal enterprise,
then that's conspiracy.
Speaker 12 (01:25:39):
Okay, so those are serious crimes at this point.
Speaker 3 (01:25:41):
Just right, quickly, a word on.
Speaker 12 (01:25:44):
Gavin Newsom, the governor of California. I mean he is
so hyper focused on the President of the United States.
He had a loss.
Speaker 20 (01:25:52):
Yeah, I think that the President's on good legal footing
for this. I think Gavin Newsom when he stands up
and says this is only the beginning, this is going
to begin California, he didn't mean it.
Speaker 4 (01:26:02):
The way he said it, but he's right.
Speaker 3 (01:26:03):
This is spreading.
Speaker 20 (01:26:04):
The rioting is spreading, and it is becoming a national issue.
So the need to actually step in because people like
Gavin Newsom are not taking the action. Karen Bass, the
mayor of LA's not taking the action to protect their citizenry.
And by the way, we have federal assets and federal
personnel that are being threatened and attacked that they are
(01:26:24):
not protecting. So I think President Trump's right to protect them.
Speaker 3 (01:26:30):
Yeah, well, he has an obligation. As commented Chief Flagger
or not. Antiised protests in San Antonio osed by Socialist
Party involved in Los Angeles riots. Flags of many nations
displayed at ANTIIS protests in San Antonio. It's been parted
by Randy Clark Brightbart dot com. A protest in San
Antonio was attended by more than three hundred people I
(01:26:50):
mentioned this earlier who were angry with the latest immigration
and customers abortunate mass deportation enforcement actions in La The
rally was organized by the Party for Socialism Liberation see there.
This publical party also organized and rallied activists tom to
resist Trump Administration's efforts to enforce immigration law in Los Angeles.
Bright Bart Texas observed that the protests in San Antonio,
(01:27:12):
held on the steps of city Hall on Sunday morning,
was attended by other activist groups that' support at effort
to abolish ICE in the call for an end to
the agency's operations to remove illegal aliens from the country
if flyers were handed out by members of the Bayer
County Democratic Party, Women's March for San Antonio and the
five zero five to OHO one movement which I mentioned earlier,
inviting attendees to a future anti ICE rally the groups
(01:27:36):
will host on Thursday. The flyers handed out advertise the
rally warning of an alliance get this now, an alliance
of white nationalists and the alter rich that fail edge
has eroded democracy and seeks to some in power. And
definitely let's let's win all those feils. Lets let's pull
(01:27:57):
out that race card, shall we? As tourist motors passed
by city hall chants, some vulga were shouted that included
blank eyes from Palestine to Mexico. All walls have to
go and up up with liberation, down down with deportation.
Many attendees wave Mexican flags, Palestinian and transflags. You showed
their allegiance to multiple causes, you know, virtue signaling, because
(01:28:19):
you know that's what the self righteous do. Signs carried
were printed with profane messages directed at ICE and you know,
other folks and so forth. Protesters addressing in traditional socialist garb.
At the ANTIS protests in San Antonio, organizers a lot
of mobile tenders to speak to the crowd with messages
or contendees to remain involved help notify residents about ICE enforcement.
(01:28:42):
Bright Bar Texas noted the signs provided and carried by
PSL members in San Antonio were identical, okay, to those
held by PSO members and Los Angeles demonstrations. How about
that crowd dissipated after several hours and did not involvedy
cts of violence, you know, because they know there's too
many folks of San Antonio with right to carry. And
(01:29:03):
if you start throwing rocks at them, they'll whip out
a pistol and blow you away. They see, they know
where they can get away with this stuff, and they
know where they can't. Okay. And by the way, San Antonio,
my old hometown, I was born there, for the sake
of disclosure, predominantly Hispanic town, at least sixty some odd
(01:29:24):
percent of Hispanic, and all kinds of other folks. Yeah,
they carry down there there so they don't put up
with too much mess. And the cops down there are
not going to play either. Let me let you hear
some more clips here that I've got, and again kind
(01:29:44):
of on this on this line of where these folks
from beginning. But this thing is exactly all a grassroots
deal here.
Speaker 2 (01:29:54):
Yeah, I mean, the money's got to come from somewhere, right.
I mean sure, it's hard to turn.
Speaker 18 (01:29:58):
Out several thousand people on any given and so you're
going to have the water, the riot gear, the coordination
to get out.
Speaker 2 (01:30:07):
All these demonstrators.
Speaker 18 (01:30:08):
You have criminals, you have professional agitators and activists who
support a variety of left wing issues, and they'll take
any opportunity to bash the administration. So one group behind
the demonstrations ISCHURLA Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights. The IRS
documents show thirty four million dollars in government grants, including
three from President Biden's DHS for seven hundred and fifty
(01:30:31):
grand President Trump cut that off.
Speaker 2 (01:30:34):
It also gets.
Speaker 18 (01:30:35):
State and city grant money for lawyers to fight deportations.
CHURLIS spends ten million a year on salaries, including two
hundred thousand for the director, Angelica Salas.
Speaker 3 (01:30:46):
We are asking that everybody that got arrested today be released.
Speaker 13 (01:30:52):
Who want them at their houses, with their families, with
their children.
Speaker 18 (01:30:56):
CHURLA also founded the Rapid Response Network that's the hotline
immigrants use to report ICE raids. It will then text
these alerts so immigrants can go hide and activists can
stop ICE operations.
Speaker 13 (01:31:11):
And so I was in a room yesterday yesterday morning,
meeting with the immigrant rights organizations, and all of a sudden,
everybody's cell phones started blowing up. That's when we all
heard about a raid that was taking place in Whittier.
Speaker 18 (01:31:24):
So another organizer is SEIU. You see the purple there.
They have seven hundred thousand members. The union turns out
big numbers. Others are simply there to bash capitalism.
Speaker 3 (01:31:36):
We are the real workers.
Speaker 12 (01:31:37):
The working class is the one that builds this country.
And it's the billionaires in power that continue to harass
us and attack.
Speaker 11 (01:31:46):
Us and think absolutely everything from us.
Speaker 18 (01:31:49):
Operation Healthy Hearts, according to The New York Post, handed
out face shields and riot gear to protesters.
Speaker 2 (01:31:57):
Their kits include a lawyer's.
Speaker 18 (01:31:58):
Phone number to get out of jail. And some of
these groups could face prosecution for aiding and abetting.
Speaker 2 (01:32:05):
They might think they're making the community safer, but they're not.
Speaker 15 (01:32:08):
And we won't put up with that, and we're going
to take criminal action against those type of organizations.
Speaker 3 (01:32:12):
It's called that USC thirteen to twenty.
Speaker 18 (01:32:14):
So the bottom line is Harris, California is loaded with
nonprofits that feed off taxpayer money. They can turn on
a crowd in minutes, and we're seeing that here now
that coordination in other cities.
Speaker 3 (01:32:25):
Back to you, Yeah, he's just now spreading elsewhere. Immigrant
shelter whistleblower asking the oj to investigate disturbing pattern at
taxpayer funded hotels. I'm running through this stuff. I've got
a lot to get through here, guys, so bear with
This is being parted by Peter Pineto Fox News. Former
migrant shelter director reveals he was attacked after blowing whistle
(01:32:45):
on sexual abuse. John Featherston, the former Massachusetts migrant shelter director,
revealed that he was grabbed an attack by an immigrant
after Featherston and a state official confronted him about raping
and impregnating his own daughter. How about them apples? He
got kind of upset. Former Grimman Shelter director of Massachusetts
petitioning Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice
A launched an investigation of disturbing pattern of criminal activity,
(01:33:08):
sexual assaults, and financial abuse, and he says is widespread
in the state run migrant shelter system. John Featherston, a
former director of an immigrant shelter in Marlboro, Massachusetts, first
blew the whistle about the widespread abuse in the shelter
system after he discovered a Haitian migrant named Ronald Joseph,
who was living in his shelter, had repeatedly raped and
pregnant of a thirteen year old daughter. Featherston previously told
Fox It was Digital that as soon as Joseph heard
(01:33:29):
he was losing custody of his daughter, he reached across
the table and grabbed me and got angry with me
and started cursing and yelling and screaming and swinging at
me because he realized what was happening. However, instead of
being arrested to meet Leif, Featherston was directed to order
Joseph a lift ride to another shelter in Morchester. Canay,
let's just move the guy somewhere else. Really, Joseph was
not arrested until eight months in February. Yeah, that's great,
(01:33:53):
so he's not petitioning. Attorney General Pam Bondi and the
Department of Justice launched an investigation of the disturbing pattern
of criminal activity. Though this case was particularly egregious, Featherston
said that there is a lot of undocumented violence that
goes on in that rape, domestic violence, and sex trafficking,
drug dealing, and other crimes for commonplace in the Massachusetts
shelter system, that many incidents simply fall through the cracks.
Featherston went on to say that the entire experience has
(01:34:14):
shaken me to my core, and a letter sent to
Bondie Moundy, Featherston said that this was not and obviously
an incident, but despite his raising the alarm. There has
been a deliberate wall of silence, no reforms, no accountability,
just more spin, stonewalling and bureaucratic excuses. This is a
crisis when the requires federal action now, he said. Featherston
is now asking Bondie launching full investigation of the criminal
activity and sexual violence within Massachusetts run migrant shelters, widespread fraud,
(01:34:38):
misuse of federal and state funds. So anyway, this is
going going down, and this, of course guy has been
turned whistleblower. So these crimes and feailures cannot be brushed
aside any longer because innocent people, especially children, are being
hurt and the people responsible are being protected by silence
and political calculation. Feish And plays much of the blame
(01:35:02):
for the rampant mismanagement and abuse in the shelter system
on Massachusetts Governor mar Healy, who has been extremely critical
of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown. I personally wentness traumatic incidents,
including assaults, fraud, and serious mental health crisises with minimal
intervention from the state. He set, So there's that in
(01:35:22):
the people's Republic of Massachusetts. Let me see, you've also
got com part of me just running through this. You've
got a governor that signed a bill expanding special protections
for illegal alien criminal criminals being worried by Bob Bond
New World of Daily. Just as the federal gifts feathers
(01:35:45):
a cracking down on criminal activity by illegal aliens Los Angeles,
there have been a couple of days of riots corresposing
federal law enforcement. Now you've got a governor who has
signed a new law that expands his states protections for
legal aliens who, under federal law, actually have committed crimes
(01:36:06):
by in the United States without permission. A report at
Complete Colorado outlines that the new scheme, adopted by the
majority of legislature and signed into law by Jared Polis,
means that as of now, state judicial and legislative branches
and local governments are barred from sharing personal immigration related
(01:36:27):
data with federal officials. From authorities now are denied access
to child care facilities, hospital schools unless they have a warrant. Also,
local government cannot work with federal law enforcement agencies to
detain someone facing civil immigration proceedings, and any immigration on
enrolled child or patient cannot be shared with federal investigators.
(01:36:49):
Among other restrictions, The report explained the bill signed recently
is to protect civil rights, immigration status, and even Luther
status is illegal, and was a top priety for many
in the state legislature for explaining that lawmakers are continuing
to be isolating Colorado from the administration's deportation policies. State
(01:37:11):
practices in Colorado already had limited interaction and information sharing
between local and federal officers. Despite the facts embedded in
state law, Polish still claimed that the state and local
agencies work with federal agents identifying, apprehending, and prosecuting criminal
criminals regardless of their immigration status. Okay, they want it
(01:37:35):
both ways. So again this confederation of stuff that's happening
in various states that are just like, well, you know,
to heck with fads, We're just going to do what
we want to do, and you know, it goes by
the way. It's important to note this historical fact that
the Confederates in the Civil War were virtually all Southern Democrats.
(01:37:56):
That's just a historical fact. Not do the Dems versus
Republican thing, that's just historical fact. Speaking of historical fact,
let's look at some because there's a lot of misinformation
floating around social media coming from all sides. Well, let's
look at some stuff. This from history dot com Dave
(01:38:18):
Rus Seven times presidents of activated US troops on American
soil cause people saying the first time has ever happened.
Never you had Hillary Clinton saying this has never happened.
This hadn't happened. The troops haven't been called in anywhere
in sixty years. That was a lie. Seven times presidents
of activated US troops on American soil. The National Guard,
of course, unique component of the US military. The force
(01:38:40):
consists of part time reserve units that can be activated
to either state or federal governments in times of emergency
or war. There are fifty four National Guard units based
in each of the fifty states, including the District of Columbia, Guambi, US,
Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico. Whether you knew that or not,
the National Guard traces its origin of the state militias,
mostly in the seventeenth century Colonial America. At the start
of the war in eighteen sixty one, Connecticut was the
(01:39:01):
first state to college militia, the National Guard. The nineteen
oh three Militia Act on the National Defense Act of
nineteen sixteen codified National Guard as a reserve force that
could be activated by both state governors and the president,
including for overseas deployments during times of war. Let me
interject right here that it did not abolish militias. Militias
are still intact. They are constitutionally protected organizations per the
Second Amendment. Okay, a lot of people have this myth, Well,
(01:39:24):
the Notional Guard to replaced malicious. No, they didn't. And
the vast majority of domestic deployments the National Guard because
you'd have to pretty much got the Second Amendment and
have a constitutional amendment. And the vast majority of domestic deployments,
the National Guard has been activated by state governments to
keep the peace and restore order during natural disasterrous civil unrest,
et cetera, et cetera. During some mext ordering circumstances, presidents
(01:39:46):
have activated National Guard or federal troops on American soil,
including times when the president thought that the state leaders
weren't doing enough. Here's some of those won during the
Civil War, no surprise there. There was no National Guard
as such during the Civil War, but when the w
War broke out in eighteen sixty one, O. Way Lincoln
activated the state militias of the Union to fight the
secession of states of the Confederacy. For the US Constitution,
(01:40:07):
Congress has the power to call forth the militia to
execute laws of the Union suppressing insurrection and repel evations,
And through the Militia Acts of seventeen ninety two, Congress
authorized the President of federalized state militias in order to
stop insurrections and the forced federal lawy might recall George
Washington was the first president exercises to tarta when he
federalized the militias of Pennsylvania and surrounding states to suppressed
(01:40:28):
the Whiskey Rebellion. Lincoln use that same authority during the
Civil War. In April eighteen sixty one, Lincoln federalize the
state militias of the Union in order to muster combine
fighting forces of only five thousand minutes start of the war,
who met down there manassas and got their heintings kicked
there at the First Battle of bull Run when thirty
plus thousand Confederate troops. The first battle of the Civil
War turned out to be a decisive Confederate victory. The
(01:40:51):
signals that a long conflict later had number two desegregation
of Southern schools. A landmark nineteen fifty four decision in
brownby Board of Education declared that racial sigaregation in public
schools was unconstitutional, but it took years, of course for
Southern states to foresee integration. In nineteen fifty seven, the
integration of all white Central High School in Little Rock,
Arkansas became the first true test of desegregation. A Little
(01:41:12):
Rock nine was a brave group of nine black students
chose integrate Central High, but on the first day of classes,
Arkansas Governor Orivielle Faubus called in the national Arkansas National
Guard to block the students from entering the high school,
saying it was actually for their own protection, but a
federal judge ordered that the integration of Central High School
moved forward. The next day, the Little Rock police officers
(01:41:33):
escorted the Little Rock nine to the school, but were
met by angry mob of white protesters. Frustrated with the
state and local response, President Dwight D. Eisenhower deployed twelve
hundred Army troops and Little Rock and put them in
charge of the ten thousand Arkansas National guardsmen already on
duty under federal orders. The same National guardsman who blocked
the integration of the Central High three days later now
(01:41:54):
escorted the Little Rock nine safely to a class on
September twenty five, nineteen fifty seven of the hundred first
Airborne Division line also lined the streets outside at Central
High School and Little Rock, Arkansas to make sure that
those orders were carried through. That was the one hundred first
Airborne Division. That wasn't the last time that presidents were
forced to call in a National Guard integrade school. The
(01:42:14):
nineteen sixty two President John F. Kennedy deactivated the Mississippi
National Guard in order to enforce the integration of the
University of Mississippi. Year later, Kennedy deployed the Alabama National
Guard to integrate the University of Alabama against the wishes
of Governor George Wallace remember him number three mlka's march
from a Selma to Montgomery. In nineteen sixty five, LBJ
President Lyndon Bain Johnson at clash with Governor Wallace and
(01:42:37):
federalized Alabama's National Guard troops or take the lives of
civil rights activists, including m Okay. On March seven, eighteen,
nineteen sixty five, hundreds of people gathered at some, Alabama
to begin a three day of march onto Montgomery, the
state capitol. The march, organized by civil rights leaders like
King and John Lewis, was meant to draw attention to
unjust laws that made it nearly impossible for black people
to vote in Alabama, but the peaceful. The peaceful marchers
(01:43:00):
approached the Edmund Pettus Bridge outside of Selma, they were
rudely attacked by Alabama State troopers and wielding United sticks,
whips and tear gas. Et cent footage of the police
violence was broadcast on live television became known as Bloody Sunday.
Harf up by the brutality authorized by Governor Wallace and
then Johnson, President Johnson federalized the Alabama National Guard, sen
additional US Army troops and with the Guard to Selma.
(01:43:24):
Three weeks after Bloody Sunday, the march began again on
September twenty five, nineteen sixty five, with more than two
thousand marchers safely arrived at Montgomery, where King declared from
a capitol steps, no tide of racism can stop us.
Someone's Bloody Sunday became a turning point in the civil
rights movement, and in part thanks to Johnson throwing in
the troops. In fact, nearly eight thousand people began that
(01:43:45):
five day march on Sunday, March tw nineteen sixty five,
number four the Detroit Uprising. In nineteen sixty seven, across
the United States, frustrations over systemic racism, police brutality, and
unemployment boiled over in the long hot summer of nineteen
sixty seven. There weree hundred and sixty riots in American
cities that summer, but none worse than the violence and
cows had erupted in the black communities. In Detroit. Trouble
(01:44:06):
began with Detroit police raiding an unlicensed after ours barrow
called the Blind Pig, and the city's predominantly black near
West Side as a police made to arrest somebody through
a brick in a patrol car window. That spark ignited
a powder keg of anger in the streets and Detroit
resulted in four days of riding, looting, fires, and armed clashes.
On July twenty fourth, ninety sixty seven, President Johnson again
(01:44:26):
federalized eight thousand Michigan National Guard troops Detroit and authorized
additional five thousand federal troops to call the riots pillage,
looting and murder and arson have nothing to do with
civil rights, said Johnson. They are criminal conduct. When the
riots were initially suppressed July twenty seven to forty three
people had been forty three people had been killed and
three un and forty two wounded, more than fourteen hundred
buildings burned on the ground. Talk about a rage thing
(01:44:53):
going out of hand there. In fact, you can read
the ninety senty seven riots when outrage over racial justice
world over. The Traduy riots of nineteen sixty seven, number
five riots following the assassination of ill Moultkay. The murder
of Martin Luther King Junior on A four, nineteen sixty
eight was also a tipping point for many black communities
in America. The same anger and frustration that ignited the
long hot summer of nineteen sixty seven, another summer of
(01:45:15):
rage exploded again in nineteen sixty eight with the shocking
news of il Monkay's death. President Johnson, these were all Democrats,
by the way, they've been mentioning, except Raisenhower and Lincoln. Initially,
President Johnson addressed the nation and urged calm but violence
in the riding erupted in more than one hundred American cities,
including Baltimore, Maryland since nety Ohio, Pisburg, Vensylvania, Wilhelming to Delaware,
dec On, and on on. Johnson again activated seventeen hundred
(01:45:38):
and fifty National Guard troops in the nation's capital, additional
twelve thousand federal troops, and Delaware Governor Charles Terry refused
to pull the National Guard out of Wilmington once the
initial riding was over, and instead armed the guardsmen and
patrolled neighborhoods of Wilmington for nine months. The number six
Cuban refugee crisis of nineteen eighty and some of year
(01:46:00):
my voice may be able to remember that the Air
National Guard, which of the airborne wing of the National Guard,
there's an equivalent for the sea, and said they got
kind of called into the thing, the US Coast Guard USCGR,
and nineteen eighty President Jimmy Carter, Democrat activated the USCGR
in response to the unprecedented refugee crisis coming out of Cuba.
(01:46:22):
By nineteen eighty, many Cubans had grown frustrated with life
in communist Cuba. They suffered economically under American economic sanctions
and culturally under the repressive rule of Fidel Castro for decades,
it's possible to leave Cuba legally. With that changed on
May one, nineteen eighty, when I fed up, Castro declared
that the door was opened and anybody want to leave
could and they did, and the US Coast Guard, acustomed
(01:46:46):
to policing boat traffic from Cuba, had to switch the
search and rescue mode in order to rescue with a
one of five thousand boats farying Cuban refugees to four.
Someone were like made out of It was crazy, were
like cardboard and wood rafts. It was insane. Remember that
the nineteen ninety two La riots, last time we have
big riots in La and nineteen ninety one Americans watching
horror as bystanderd. Video footage showed for a white Los
(01:47:09):
Angeles police officers meeting on armed black motorists riding king
on the side of the road, who spread of the
not guilty verdict. Of that many neighborhoods across South and
Central Los Angeles erupted in anger. Thousands of people poured
into the streets, smashing windows, looting stores, and tossing Molotov cocktails,
and a gut wrenching mirror of King's videotape meeting. A
(01:47:29):
white drug driver named O Reginald Denny was also pulled
out of his vehicle and nearly killed by rioters as
news cameras recorded the attack. And there was no cops
around either at that moment, and that raged on for
more than three days. President George H. W. Bush and
we be Daddy Bush invoked the Insurrection Act to federalizing
(01:47:50):
only six thousand California National Guard troops. He also sent
an FBI SWAT teams, Federal Rock Control Police, and four
five hundred soldiers, including five hundred Marines from fresh from Campendleton.
More than sixty people died in the nineteen ninety two riots,
and property damage exceeded one billion dollars. Okay, he mobilized marines,
(01:48:13):
he mobilized regular troops, FBI SWAT teams, National Guard, US Army, etc.
And a lot of those choppers that you saw in
the air were federal choppers. Those weren't necessarily the police choppers.
Those were US Army and US Marine shoppers that were
in the age. Somebody you might recall video footage I
do the US Marines coming down the road trundling in.
(01:48:35):
Armored carriers are armored personnel carriers with big caliber machine
guns mounted on those and also armored Green Forest tom v's.
And if you notice, things got real quiet, real quick
after those federal troops went in there, especially the Marines.
Everything went back. Also, there's this from a military dot com. Again,
(01:48:57):
I'm just running through these military dot com six times
the military was used for RYE control of the US
being imported by a military dot com Blake Stillwell. Marines
and additional National Guard troops were headed to Los Angeles
this week on President Donald Trump's orders. The organization came
amid mostly peaceful protests in the city. On Monday, California
officials sued Trump on money to roll back the administration
(01:49:19):
of National Guard development. Of course, the governor port olimited coal.
I mean a judge port a little bit of cold
water on that. The laws that we will move forward.
But in terms of trying to get injunction, he's like, yeah, no.
How federal troops were used in domestic law enforcement, as
governed by a pair of laws known as the Passi
Coomatatus Act of eighteen seventy eight and the Insurrection Act
of eighteen oh seven. Those dictate circumstances in which federal
(01:49:42):
troops can be deployed on American soil because there are
some restrictions in the Constitution, including natural disaster, teriris, attack,
epidemocrat domestic violence. Now, remember these troops, all of them,
do take an oath to up pull the Constitution against
enemies both fore and and what domestic. That's right. When
it comes to curbing civil unrest, the military has been
called out on multiple occasions. That wasn't just the National
Guard either. Here a few examples. In eighteen sixty three,
(01:50:04):
the New York City Draft Riots Civil War was the
first time in American history that the United States had
forcibly had to force the elicted citizens to fight a war. Surprisingly,
people who have no interest in fighting. A lot of
those are Irish immigrants, by the way, with rifles and bayonets.
Aren't keeno being forced to do it. I'm talking about
that moment. To make matters worse, wealthy Americans could avoid
the draft by paying three hundred dollars the equivalent of
(01:50:25):
almost seven thousand dollars and twenty twenty dollars. New York
Draft Riots are still the largest civil disturbance in American history.
In fact, fifty thousand people died in those riots. In
order to put them down and maybe save half of Manhattan,
the governor had to call not only the New York militia,
he had to call in the US Marines. The New
York City Draft riots, they were pretty rough. In fact,
(01:50:49):
during that moment, the President Abraham Lincoln had to call
in hardened veterans. It was four New York regiments fresh
off the battlefield of Gettysburg to New York to restore
and maintain order. Some of you who may have watched
the movie The Gangs of New York, it got into
this and by the way, a lot of those gangs
(01:51:10):
utilized this thing as a time to kind of go
after each other. And again, over fifty thou people were killed.
And in fact, some of these military organizations, and it
was actually actually the US Navy too, who were docked
in the harbor at the time, Federal Navy, some of
these troops did have to open fire on riding civilians
and killed quite a few hundreds were killed that they
(01:51:33):
had to open fire on. You have to understand the
New York City Draft rights. Again, fifty thousand people killed,
not at the hands of federal troops, most of each
other's hands. But they were burning down homes. They were
burning down warehouses, businesses, governmental buildings. They were killing and
beating up draft officers, burned down the draft board. They
(01:51:56):
were hanging blacks. Some were running through the streets. There
were those who were who were Southern Sumpathizers running through
the streets saying Hurrah for Jeff Davis. Down with Lincoln.
Everything else. Lincoln was burned in effigy. There were Irish
immigrants that were killed. They were Irish immigrants killing other folks.
It got nuts. The Irish immigrants are pretty ticked off
(01:52:18):
because a lot of them were tricked into fighting for
the war. They'd be fresh off the boats. They would
hand them stuff. A lot of them were illiterate, couldn't read.
They would hand them something to put their exs on.
Next thing you know, they were dragged off by somebody
thrown into a uniform. They would give a bowl of
soup and some bread, and then next thing you know,
they were in the Army of the Potomac going down
south to fight robbery, lee and they were like, wait,
wait a minute. And the stats that came in from
(01:52:40):
Gettysburg were pretty they were blown I mean they were
getting blown away. And nineteen thirty two disbanding the Bonus Army.
Though not as destructive and deadly as New York City
draft riots in nineteen thirty two, Bonus Army attack was
notable for the use of federal military troops declared a
bunch of veterans looking for help from the government helped.
That was promised to them anyway, And the years following
the nineteen twenty in stock market and the situation was
(01:53:02):
strangling World One, veterans quickly went from bad to worse.
Congress promised them in cash payment them up to a
bug for every day they were in active service. But
you know so, then President Herbert Hoover, an attorney general,
ordered the police remove them. That didn't go real well
so interestingly enough, General Douglas MacArthur rolled in with tanks
in the third Cavalry Regiment to do the job. About that.
(01:53:24):
Ninety sixty seven atoit Detroit Twelfth Street Riot, second largest
riot since nineteen sixty three. Draft riots in New York
happened in Detroit nineteen sixty seven. I told you about that,
and troops were called in. Then the Newerk riots. Also
in nineteen sixty seven, troops were called in on that one.
It was called the Long Hot Summer, another summer of
violence and rage, and troops were called in there. Let's see,
(01:53:53):
we have ninety cet eight Martin Luther King riots, and
of course things broke out a Chigo national New York rallying,
North Carolina, Wilmington, and troops were called in. Federal troops
were called in on that in fact, thirteen and six thirteen,
in fact, to deal with all this stuff that was
going on. Those buildings were being destroyed. Hundred people were killed,
in thousands more rested. In response, marriage throughout the country
(01:54:15):
called in their respective National guardsmen to restore organ in
the streets. Restoring the rule of law on the nation's
capital required more than thirteen thousand, six hundred armed soldiers,
largest military occupation of that city since the Civil War,
all right, and you had all sorts of federal troops
that were called in. Pretty much all the branches except
for probably the Air Force, were called in on these things.
Nineteen ninety two Los Angeles riots. People were responding, and
(01:54:39):
of course you had all sorts of National guardsmen. Fact
ten thousand National Guardsmen ultimately were there. United States Marines
were also put in on that. That was by the
by then President Daddy Bush, Republican you should press also
(01:55:00):
contributed to this support. You can go look this up again.
This is by a military dot com. Six times military
was used to write control in the US. It has
happened before. This is nothing new. President Trump didn't do anything.
It's never been done in the history of our Nation's
been done by Repubs in damnse equoi. Let's take a pause.
Speaker 16 (01:55:20):
More talk continues next with Ritchiel More Christian talked at Rocks.
Speaker 3 (01:55:26):
Next. Oh, this is Max McClain.
Speaker 4 (01:55:30):
God created all things by his word. How does the
word have the power to create because his word is
a person. Listen to the Bible from John one. In
the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God,
and the Word was God. He was with God in
the beginning. Through him, all things were made. Without him.
(01:55:54):
Nothing was made that has been made. In him was life,
and that life won as the light of men. The
light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not
understood it. He was in the world, and though the
world was made through him, the world did not recognize him.
(01:56:16):
From John One. Listen to the Bible. It's great for
the soul.
Speaker 11 (01:56:21):
You're more at Radio Bible dot org.
Speaker 3 (01:56:33):
All right, now, you might have seen Benny Reynald on
social media signing a law by President Bill Clinton, a
particular act, and it was a Legal Immigration Reform and
Microresponsibility Act of nineteen ninety six. Had a few little
adjustments to it, but it is pretty much as it was.
I m's share with you some stuff. I normally don't
do this from Wikipedia because a lot of times he
gets I kind of twisted. But they were pretty all
(01:56:54):
right on this, by the way. These USC sections also
that were men and collusion with this thing or eight
USC Chapter twelve and let's just go make your eyes
when we'll read it anyway, eight USC. That's twelve twenty one,
eleven oh one. It's all that USC thirteen twenty four,
(01:57:15):
thirteen sixty three. Okay. Legislative history Introduced in the House
as HR thirty six ten by C. W. Bill Young
from Florida on June eleven. He was a Republican, by
the way, but it did have bipartisan support. I'm signed
it into law by then President Bill Clinton. Committee consideration
by House passed the Senate. That was on July eighteen,
(01:57:38):
nineteen ninety six. This thing was part of the of
an omnibus bill, a big omnibus bill in one hundred
and fourth the United States Congress. It was enacted by them.
The acronyms are also called the ir A. It's one
of the acronyms used. It was signed in the law
(01:57:59):
by President Bill Clinton September thirty, nineteen ninety six. It
does offer some short term or short form I should
say no short term short form due process. It does
bypass long form due process and in some cases rare instances.
(01:58:20):
It could expedite deportation pretty much kind of bypassed virtually
any due process really, but you can still appeal that.
This is what Wikipedia says. The Legal Immigration Reform and
Immigration Responsibility Act is a law and acted as a
division sea of Omnibus Consolidated Appropriations Act of nineteen ninety
(01:58:42):
seven that made major changes the Immigration Nationality Actor I
in A changes became effective on April one, nineteen ninety seven.
Form United States President Bill Clinton asserted that the legislation
strengthened the rule of law by cracking down or legal
immigrants at the border. And the workplace and in the
criminal justice system actually made a little easier for well, frankly,
for just morpical people. Just turn people right around right there,
(01:59:10):
and in the criminal justice system. It's it on a
legal immigration and the border, and in the workplace, in
the criminal justice system without punishing those living in the
United States legally. However, the ai R has been criticized
as overly punitive by restricting due process opportunities for certain
classes of individuals in removal proceedings, and it does restrict it,
(01:59:33):
that is true. A range of critiques have emerged concerning
the provisions and acted with this particular act, such as
the expansion of aggurated Felonis, creation of the two eighty
seven g program, reduction in due process rights, and intensified
funding of border militarization with aire all aliens, regardless of
(01:59:55):
legal status and including long term legal permanent residents do
become some abject to removal, and greatly expanded the offenses
that could lead to formal deportations, in fact, not just
formal deportations, but barring re entry into the country. The
opponents of this act presented the case that the policy,
including Bill Clinton, provided a much needed end to numerous
(02:00:17):
loopholes present beforehand in US immigration policy, which ultimately undermined
their efficacy. The ultimate goal of this act has been
to deter the illegal immigration into the US, and despite
a noticeable increase in annual deportations since the policy was
enacted in nineteen ninety six, from around fifty thousand over
two hundred thousand by the beginning of the two thousands
(02:00:40):
of ironic there overall legal immigration has increased since the
policy's enactment that, according to data compiled by the Pew
Research Center, Well one of the ways to try and
get around it has been to let's claim, because of
stipulations in this act, let's claim that we're here on asylum.
(02:01:01):
Let's claim asylum as as sort of the magic order
to get you in. You see, so you can read this.
It's on Wikipedia. I don't have time. This is uh.
This show is going to exceed two hours, but I
don't have time. But you can read it. It does
offer uh, it does offer really really short form due process.
(02:01:26):
It does eliminate or restrict some do process for certain circumstances,
circumstances for certain folks in terms of you can just
bounce them right back folks who have who come in
for example, just as an example, who've had a deportation
in order that says you can never come back in here.
You know, you borrow from the country and they come
back in anyway. Uh yeah, you just be if it's
(02:01:47):
been a certain number days, are you honey? Right back out?
You know, you don't go before a judge or court,
you just no, you buy. So there's there's those kinds
of things. There's been a lot of back and forth
politic fact in this one and that and out. How
closely they read the thing. They said some of the
claims were false. They are, some of them are not.
I guess depends on the line in which you put
(02:02:08):
them in and how many people have read this thing.
I read the thing all the way through. It'll make
your eyes bleed, but it it because it's full of legalies.
But it's called the I Legal Immigration Reform and Immigration
Responsibility Act of nineteen ninety six. Just wiki it. You
can look it up, you can google dog go at
whatever there it is. You can go read the thing.
And in fact, there's a lot of critics of it
(02:02:28):
out there and how it's sort of created. You know,
some things that maybe are worse than they ought to be,
but there it is, and you can go look at it. Okay.
So some of what you're hearing on both sides on
social media by the so called truth checkers and the
so called people who are saying the truth checkers are wrong,
and some ways they're both right and somewheys are both wrong. Okay.
(02:02:50):
School rips down changing gears here, school rips down Christian
students' posters, orders her to give up Good News club name,
but being whatted bout Bob on New World in the daily.
Many schools across America now under the influence of leftist
administration's anti faith teachers union's anti Christian teachers, and the
social actions reflect the personally the ideologies and religious beliefs
or non beliefs of their faculty in managers. But the
American Center for Law and Justice has come across one
(02:03:14):
that it has gone to extremes. It ripped down posters
for being two Christian had ordered a student club to
discontinue using the Good News name. It ordered censorship of
well known Bible verses and a cross image. It demanded
access to planned promotions to determine whether they were too religious.
It banned an entire video series planned by the club
(02:03:35):
and tore down posters. A second time, quote school officials
took over and started running the club, insisting on what
religious materials were and were not acceptable. The ACLJ reported
this is viewpoint discrimination in its purest form, and it
is unlawful. The organization explained that he had a dispatched
a demand letter, often a precursor to a lawsuit of
(02:03:56):
the school, as it defends the concerts and rights of
high school students in New York whose Christian beliefs and
religious expressions have been repeatedly blocked by school officials. The
organization side of violations of both the First Amendment and
Equal Access Act. We are representing a family whose daughter, Jenna,
a ninth grade student Carmel High, was denied her right
to express a Christian faith and conduct and conduct a
(02:04:17):
student Bible club, which mean courts center perfectly legal as
long as your student let some of the callless other
students at the school are freely allowed to do. Jenna's
only offense was her desire to encourage your peers and
share the hope of her faith. For that school officials
to take extreme measures to silence her. After persistent efforts
to gain approval for her faith based group, Jenna finally
(02:04:37):
received permission from a former club where cons social struggles
far from over to kick off the Bible Club. She
created a simple posters that announced club's upcoming meeting. Posters
included a welcoming message and full of well known Bible
verses across and an invitation for all students something gender
herself feel strongly about. Blah blah blah. They explained she
used too many Bible verses, well, what's the number? Where
(02:04:58):
do you find that in the Constitution? And they told
her the club could not be the Good News club
she had changing name. Her posters were censured because they
were Christian. She had a religious messages removed agedinbourn Let
me rand you. The Supreme Court has said that a
student led prayer, student led religious activities, as long as
your student led are completely constitutional and within the bounds
of the First Amendment. Even after she met every demand
(02:05:21):
from the school officials there, decided to just double down.
When he group decided how to show off faith based
video series meant to strengthen students in their personal and
battles of the mind. And spirit. Her new posters were
again torn down. This administration went even further, banning the
entire video series from being shown, citing vague complaints about
the religious content, you know, from those anonymous atheists that always,
(02:05:42):
you know, seemed to show up right about the right time.
Then the school officials demanded to decide what religious materials
were and were not acceptable. The ACLJ pointed out the
US Supreme Court has a firm students' rights to have
a Bible. Clubs fought and won the Board of Education,
the MRGANS president more than three decades ago. The student
is detected under both the federal precedents and the law.
(02:06:03):
It's clear school officials cannot sensor religious speech simply because
others might disagree with it, you know, again, always, usually
those anonymous atheists. What the school needs to do is
to end its unconstucial oppression of the student's rights and
provide written assurances that jenneral peers may meet and express
their religious views without interference. If the district refuses, We're
(02:06:24):
afoulley prepared to file a lawsuits. They're gonna win it
because they are filing in the first Amendment. First Amendment
to the first Part of the First Amendment, which in
which includes religious freedom. It's there first for a reason,
that's not an accent. That was the wisdom of your
funding followers, because they felt that it was the most
important of all the liberties. We do have freedom of heart,
mind and faith, and heart and mind and soul and
(02:06:46):
faith and what the other freedom is kind of irrelevant.
They kind of don't mean a darn thing. Uh just
you know, sort of well just just it's just it's
just sort of mumbo jumbo at that point, right. You
also have the Supreme Court finally finally recognizing, finally recognizing
(02:07:08):
that a calic organization, uh, is a religious organization. About
that it's actually it's it's it's okay, we're gonna, We're gonna. Yeah,
it is. Even though there was folks who said, no,
I ain't, no, it ain't. Supreme Court Rules nine zero
are determined. They don't. They don't rule because they're not rulers.
They're determined. Catholic charities is religious organization being reported by
(02:07:31):
the FN Supreme Court decided a Thursday that a Catholic
charity doesn't have to pay Wisconsin unemployment taxes. One of
a set of set of religious rights cases and justices
are considering this term, reports the AFN. The unanimous decision
comes in a case followed by the Calic Charities Bureau,
which says the State Valley of the First Member rights
of religious freedom guaranteed when it required the organization to
(02:07:52):
pay the tax while exempting other faith groups was Canton
argued unconventionally that the organization has paid the tax over
fifty years and doesn't qualify for an exemption because it's
day to day work doesn't involve religious teachings, much of
the group's funding is from public money, and neither employees
nor people receiving services have to belong to any faith.
According to the court papers, the Calic Charities argue conventionally
(02:08:15):
to this Supreme Court and nine ZIP decisions, which is
almost never happens. It qualifies because its disability services are
motivated by religious beliefs and the state shouldn't be making
determinations about what work qualifies as religious, which is a
violation by the way the First Amendment, because that wall
of separation church and state is to keep the government
(02:08:36):
from meddling in church affairs, not to keep Christians out
or any faith person out of government. The beliefs of
the state shouldn't be making determinations about what work qualifies
as religious. That appeal to the Supreme Court after what
was Canson's highest court ruled against it. In fact, the DOJ.
Wade in on behalf of the Calic Charities Wisconsin, said
the decision in favor of the charity could open the
(02:08:57):
door to big employers like religiously affiliated hospitals pulling out
of state and employment system as well. And in fact,
even the ex certive majority of the court issued a
string of decisions siding with the churches and religious plaintiffs
in recent years. But this was nine zep I remember court.
So also it's considering a case of religious objections to
(02:09:19):
the so of my books and other to some what
are called sod of my books that they are read
in public schools. Anyway, that is that is a victory
for religious charities and religious organizations, and Supreme Court got
it right on that one, because that that is so
(02:09:44):
called establishment clause. I mean, that's not a bad name
for it. I'm just saying that the clause is to
keep government from meddling into religious affairs as well. That
wall of separation keeps keeps government out of church of
so it's a bit of a two way street there. Finally,
(02:10:04):
there's this UH CEO of of Aanthropic. His name is
Dario Amadai warns at A I could eliminate fifty percent
of entry level jobs. It's being reported by uh Alana
uh Master. I'm gonna try this, mester Jello. I think
I'm pronouncing the name correct there. If I'm not, apologize Alana.
(02:10:27):
Also being this being ported by Bridebard dot com. Thropic
CEO Dario i'm adai is warning that AI could end
up causing a mass elimination of jobs and technology, financial law,
and consulting, among other professions, as well as wipe out
half of all entry level white collar jobs.
Speaker 13 (02:10:44):
Now.
Speaker 3 (02:10:44):
Madai, who leads one of the world's most powerful AI companies,
told Axios that quote most lawmakers are unaware that this
is about to happen. In other words, mass layoffs do
to AI. UH. The CEO al Soo said that AI
companies and the government need to stop sugarcoating what will
happen next. What he warrens could be a macerature of
(02:11:06):
jobs in a variety of fields and the axing of
half of all entry level why collar jobs, which the
CEO says will lead to ten to twenty percent spike
in unemployment in the next one to five years. We
as the producers of this technology, have a duty and
an obligation to be honest about what is coming. And
I don't think this is on people's radar. It's a
very strange set of dynamics where we're saying, well, you
(02:11:27):
should be worried about where the technology where building is going.
The anthropic CEO added, acknowledging that he is building the
very technology he suspects will soon swiftly transform society. But
I said that the three situations are currently playing out
in real time show no signs of changing, adding if
this will result in the elimination of a slew of
why collar jobs. First, large AI companies will continue growing
(02:11:49):
their technology, getting into a point where artificial intelligence meets
and beat human capabilities. Second, the US government will do
nothing out of fear of losing to China or scaring
American workers. Third, most of that that's probably true. A
third most of the public will remain unaware of AIS
ever increasing power and its threat to their jobs. Of course,
until last minute. Eventually, business leaders will see the savings
(02:12:11):
associated with replacing humans with AI and will implement this
on a mass of scale. The Anthropic CEO has said
that he believes this will occur almost overnight, with the
public only realizing the calamity when it's too late. Right now,
AI tools are mainly used to tell people do their jobs,
but what the public doesn't realize M and I says
is that AI will go from really assisting people to
(02:12:33):
actually doing their jobs as little as a couple of
years or less. This reality has already appears to be
transpiring in certain fields. We've talked to scores of CEOs
and companies of various sizes and across many industries. Actually
supported every single one of them is working furiously to
figure out when and how agents or other AI technology
can displace human workers at scale. The second these technologies
(02:12:58):
can operate at a human efficient level, which could be
six months to several years from now, companies will shift
from humans to machines. Well, of course, you've seen that
automation happening in manufacturing and another factor, so you know
that kind of comes with the territory. But there you
have that, and I hate an end on that kind
of a sour note, but I wanted I wanted to
share it. Today has been sharing a lot of things
(02:13:20):
at mainstream media will not share with you. Okay, Pray
for our nation. Pray that no one has killed in
these riots that are going to probably going to continue,
that they will finally settle down, that the instigators will
be arrested, troublemakers will be arrested, that federal agents will
be allowed to do their federally court ordered jobs. Again,
(02:13:43):
they're following the courts for all this. Hue and haw.
No tropes don't following the courts. Well, he is on
this and uh not trying to stop it. So some
of the same people that scream he needs to follow
the courts and ice screaming one night he doesn't, well,
which is make up your mind. So I'm sharing with
(02:14:03):
you things that most of the mainstinct media, I don't
care if they're conservative media, liberal media, whatever. You're going
to use these terms, and I hate using these terms.
They mean nothing anymore. You're seeing where some of the
dots are being connected, where some of these NGOs are
getting their money from, who some of these NGOs are
And this is just a tip of the iceberg of
some of these socialist, communist Marxist groups. I've been warrying
about this on this show for a long time in
(02:14:24):
terms of these groups you know, doing their thing. Please
go back list archives, but understand what's going on, all right,
so you know how to pray, know what to be
aware of, know what to push back on if you
need to push back on it, and maybe educate some
(02:14:44):
of your friends. Is what's truly going on here, the
histories of this kind of stuff in the past, what's
been going on, Because there's a lot of junk floating
around that people are glombing onto on social media, and
a lot of error, a lot of just garbage which
is always constant on social media, and it's protected First
(02:15:05):
Amendment stuff. You know, right to do it, but just
make sure that you're educated and don't just swallow everything
that mainstinct media. I don't care if it's Foxy and
n the Marxist Socials, Nationalist Broadcasting Collective, whoever it is,
is feeding you. Make sure that you do your own
homework as yours truly his painstakingly done. Please go look
(02:15:26):
at some of the things that I have, some of
the websites I've told you go look at educate yourself
on the historisty of these kinds of things. What's going on,
look at things. Please be aware of what's happening around
You also shared at the top of the show that
all KIRO leaders are now saying, Okay, now is the
time to do the terrorist activities. Guys, I guess to
(02:15:46):
piggyback all this craziness. Now it's time to attack. Very good.
So please pray like you've never prayed before. Christian that's
your job, your duty. Pray for all of our leaders
I don't care. Pray for Gavin Nuisance, Pray for the
Orange Man, Pray for all our leaders. Scripture tells us
(02:16:08):
to pray for our authorities. Pray for our rulers. Grips
don't really have rulers of this country. Ultimately we're the rulers.
But pray for the politicos that have some power over
these things. That's biblical that scripturally, if you lock them
or don't, whether whether they're in your party or not
in your party, or you don't like either party, please pray,
pray like you never prayed that note.
Speaker 8 (02:16:31):
