shovel always get this broadcast in podcast format. Here are
just a handful. iHeartRadio, there, podcast section, Speaker, Deezer, Spotify, Apple, Pandora,
Google podcasts, just to name a few. There's way more
than that. Also, once the show is in the can,
as they say, we will have it up at the
(01:07):
newscasters dot com, the Newscasters dot com, and Netnewsnetwork dot net,
Netnews Network dot net. Also when we are live, when
we're not live, streaming through Thunderis Radio at thunderist Radio
dot com or dot net. That would be stream two
or Channel two on Thunderis Radio. That's the talk side
of the station. Let's see also available that. As I said,
(01:29):
also when we're live. When we're not live, you can
check it out there because the show will be loaded
up there at streaming Live at the moment if you
have to be listening live. If you're not, don't worry
about it and it'll be up there later on either way.
Also available at streamingture dot COMI tuner dot com, and

(01:50):
for icons there at those locations. An icon that has
lightning bolt on the left hand side has a radio
font on the right hand side. That's the one you want.
If you see another icon that's not it says Thunder's Radio.
There's some others out there, but we haven't had a
chance to get our attorneys to say stop that well,
because right now we're trying to afford attorneys. Attorneys are
(02:11):
kind of pricey, you know, they're they're kind of spensive
folks to deal with. Let's talk a little bit, since
we are here on the cusp of the for the
July celebration two hundred and forty ninth year of independence
coming up on what some people call the Bicesqua Centennial.
(02:33):
I like that word better than some of the other
weirder words. There's a couple of the ways to say, well,
I'm gonna stick with that one bi Sesqua Centennial, which
is coming up next for the July, there'll be the
Bicesca Centennial. There just to be the build up like
there was in for the for the bi centennial back
(02:53):
in the day. I remember as a kid, and I'm
dating myself here the bi centennial in the build up,
and everyone was just so excited. But it seemed like
this was kind of I don't know, I'm not sure
why that is. Well, let's talk about a few things
regarding our founding and our founders. We just recently passed
(03:14):
the mark of the shot heard around the world. That
was April nineteenth, April nineteenth of the Battle of Lexington
and Concord shot heard around the world. Backstory to that
the British regulars, the Red Coats were coming to get
(03:37):
the powder and perhaps the weapons and the shot and
whatever that were stored and what was known as a
magazine or a building for some of the militia folk.
They were going to go seize those weapons because well,
some of those colonials, they're in Massachusetts. It's it's we're
just getting a little too rowdy for the likes of
(04:00):
the British authorities. My gosh, we don't need them to
have weapons, now, do we. We don't need them to
possess arms, Dewey, because they might defend their liberties against
us and can't have that. So a crew of redcoats
I think it's about six hundred and some odd seven
hundred and eight hund or whatever it was, came out
(04:21):
there to that part of the countryside to grab this
stuff and you know, snoop around people's houses and maybe
grab a few agitators like Johnny Hancock and a few others. Right, well,
that was all about taxation without representation? Right? Or was
(04:43):
it more than that? Was it just a little bit
more than that? And the insufferable acts? Was it a
little bit more than that? I want to share an
article with you by Chris Anne Hall Philip Patriot. Chris
Anne Hall. She is CHRISO on hol j D. She's
a constitutional attorney, teaches about the constitution. Shot Heard around
(05:07):
the world. The articles stated it was never about taxes,
marking the two and fifty years since she shot Heard
around the world on the morning of April nineteen seventy
seventeen seventy five, British troops, acting under orders to disarm
the people, marched on Laxton and Concord, But they met resistance,
not from armies but from fathers, farmers, pastors, merchants, etc.
(05:28):
Who refused to surrender the one thing they could not
live without, liberty. Liberty. Battle of Lexington was not provoked
by a tax dispute. It was provoked by tyranny. The
British aulity passed a series of laws Course of Act, Stamp, Actact,
(05:50):
each of which was just one symptom of a larger disease,
the assumption of unlimited power by a distant government and
the erosion of the people's right to self governed. Does
that sound kind of familiar. Let's be very clear. The
founders were not incited to revolution over pennies. They were
incided to action because their fundamental rights as Englishmen were violated.
(06:12):
But the colonists faced then that's what we are facing now,
Not simply excessive taxation, but lawless government power. Not the
loss of comfort, but the loss of conscience, self determination
and truth. Quote. If taxes are laid upon us in
any shape without our having a legal representation. Are we
not reduced from the character of free subjects to the
(06:35):
miserable state of tributary slaves? That was quote from Samuel
Adams May fifteen, seventeen sixty four. That's right. But Adams
didn't stop fair. He made plain what was truly at stake,
not money, but the eternal, unvailable rights of every person. Quote.
Among the natural rights of the colonists are these first
are right to life, secondly to liberty, thirdly to property,
(06:56):
together with the right to support and defend them in
the best manner they can. These are evident branches of
rather than deductions from the duty of self preservation, commonly
called the first law of nature against Sam Adams November twenty,
seventeen seventy two. Was it the money that caused our
(07:17):
founders to demand independence? It was the erosion of liberty,
the violation of sound principles of government. One quick look
at the declaration of an independence will tell the tale. Quote.
When in the course of human events it becomes necessary
for one people to dissolve the political bans which have
connected them with another, a decent respect to the opinions
(07:39):
of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which
impel them to the separation quo unquote. Again, that's a
portion of the Declaration of Independence. It was not about tax,
was about tyranny. It was a king consolidating on power
of coursing parliament, eliminating representative government, and ruling by fea.
(08:00):
It was a breakdown of the balance of powers in
when one man governs, all liberty dies. How does that
compare to the government we see today. Just as King
George trample the people's rights through legislative manipulation and executive domination,
America now has a Congress that is unwilling to fulfill
its solemn oath to support and defan the Constitution. They
invent crisis after crisis to deceive the people into believing
(08:24):
that more government power and limitless spending are necessary. Again
does that sound familiar? Whim put the Younger said in
seventeen eighty three eighty eighty three quote, and necessity is
to plead for every infringement of human freedom. It is
the argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves unquote.
(08:47):
Our Congress shurch responsibility of aids accountability and expands its
own reach while failing to act with manly firmness as
a declaration demanded the result a Congress. It has become
the very tyrant. Are a forefell warned about any people
slipping into the psyche of servitude. Quote. He has called
(09:08):
together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant, for
the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. Quote.
He has dissolved representatives House repeatedly for opposing, with manly
firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. Quote.
(09:28):
He has suspended our own legislatures and declared themselves invested
with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
That's just one of the that's just a piece of
the long laundry list of thirty odd to thirty some
odd complaints that our founders had against the British government
and old King George and the Declaration of Independence. By
the way, go look that up. American now has a
(09:52):
Congress refusing to protect the people. One of the few
legitimate powers delegated to the federal government is to provide
for the common defense. Yet they refuse to secure the
border or well being secured. Now a bit or address
foreign and domestic threats. Instead, they use those threats as
a justification to limit our liberty. Quote. He has refused
for a long time to cause others to be elected,
(10:16):
the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the
dangers of invasion from without and convulsions from within. Declaration
of Independence diamond. Again, hearings expose irrefutable evidence of lawlessness
among government agents, yet nothing is done. Have you noticed
that no one is held accountable? The rule of law
(10:38):
is replaced with the rule of political convenience. Quote he
has obstructed the administration of justice by refusing his assent
to laws for establishing judiciary powers. Again the Declaration of Independence.
Just as the king sense swarms of officers to harass
the colonists, our federal government still operates with multiple regulatory
agencies and task forces who issue binding rules rules without
(11:00):
legislative authority or accountability. Quote. He has erected a multitude
of new offices and sent hither swarms of officers to
harass our people and eat out their substance. Again, Declaration
of Independence from the EPA. Ignoring due process to the
prosecution of Americans under foreign regulatory laws is in the
(11:22):
case of Abner Shoenwater whether the parallels are undeniable. Quote,
he has combined with others to subject us to a
jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, giving his assent to their
acts of pretended legislation. Again from the Declaration of Independence.
Trial by juries increasingly denied or deluded through laws like
(11:43):
the Patriot Act. In the AA Federal Restricted Buildings and
Grounds Improven Act of twenty eleven, due process is sacrificed
on the altar of national security theater quote for depriving
us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by
a jury, for transporting us beyond seas to be tried
for pretended offenses. Again, declaration of independence and the rise
(12:05):
of militarized federal agencies immune from accountability and independent of
civil control would horrify our founders. Quote, he has affected
to render the military independent and superior to the civil power.
Declaration of independence. Truth is clear of federal government has
strayed far from its constitutional moorings. The very abuses that
(12:27):
compelled our founders to separate from Britain are once again
embedded in American governance. Our founders did not wait for
the abuse to become total. Neither should we quote. In
every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress
in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been
answered only by repeated injury. Again, the Declaration of Independence
(12:49):
call to action. There is a growing number of Americans
who feel we have been ignored too long, tried of
being silent while the liberties of our children are sacrificed
at the altar of political pragnant. But the courage overcome
that silence is growing. And when the need for true
liberty and real self governess, excuse me, overrides the desire
for comfort, the people will recover their God given rights
(13:13):
from the clutches of a legislative body focused only upon power,
personal wealth, and control. That we will not quit until
the task is complete. We will be resolved to give
our last breath in the defense of liberty. It is
time America to put liberty first. It is time America
(13:37):
to reclaim what truly makes America great and what our
founders sacrificed all to give to us. Quote. If we
love wealth better than liberty, if ye love wealth better
than liberty, may your chains set lightly upon you, and
(13:57):
may posterity forget that you were our countryman Samuel Adams.
Do we want liberty or do we want slavery? Choice
is just that simple because it has never been about
the money. It has always been about the principle, about
the truth, about the right of every person to be
free again. That is from constitutional attorney head of Liberty First,

on there. Let's take a pause, so we need to
go to break here more about our founding fathers, about
the declaration of independence, all that good stuff. And there
was this old old document which they have a copy
of on display a lot of times at the rotunda,
(15:10):
actually they're at the Capitol building, an old old document
written back in medieval times, which was kind of a
bit of an inspiration for our declaration of independence. How
are those two related? How was an old medieval document
that they had to come up with to kind of
put the king in his place at that time, influence,
(15:34):
inspire or lead to our American Declaration of Independence document
which put O King George in Parliament in their places. Well,
we'll find out more as Christian talked at Rocks continues.

You may know me as an actor, but one of
the things that I'm most proud of is my service
to this country and the army. I saw firsthand how
training and discipline is still are values that create great

values stay with service members when they returned to civilian

Speaker 4 (17:52):
The Magna Carta Ever heard of it? And know that's
not the name of some fancy h That's not the
name of some fancy designer beer Magna Carta. The Magna
Carta sounded like an oughto bee though, Well it's an
old document. But does it have an influence on our
(18:15):
declaration of independence? Well? With live far with liberty? Government? Yeah,
individual rights, right to revolution. The Magna Carta supports all that.
Manicarta was actually the first document to put into writing
the principle that the king and his government were not
above the law. The concept of limiting royal power directly
(18:37):
influenced the Declaration of Independence. This assertion that governments derive
their just powers from the consent of the governed, of
the people that are being governed. More specifically, MANICRTA also guaranteed,
in terms of individual rights, certain rights to free men,
such as protection from unlawful imprisonment, the right to do process,
and the right to a jury trial. These principles were
(19:00):
later enshrined in the American Bill of Rights and state constitutions.
The right to revolution uh the Magneticarta's Clause sixty one,
which allowed for a revolt against a king who violated
the terms of the Charter, foreshadowed the American colonist's decision
to declare independence. The Declaration of Independence explicitly states that
(19:25):
it is the right of the people to alter or
abolish a government that becomes destructive of their rights. So
they were actually fulfilling Claw sixty one of the Magnekarta
by putting together the Declaration of Independence and declaring independence
(19:47):
revolting against the British government. Remember, they weren't simply just
revolting against old King George. They were also revolting against
Parliament the whole thing, the British courts, all of it
tires shebang. They said, you know what, We're gonna do
our own thing now bye. They were ultimately releasing themselves,
(20:11):
or at least attempting to, and they succeeded ultimately releasing
themselves from the chains of tyranny. So it's about a
lot more than just simply taxes. In fact, the Boston
Tea Party was about more than just simply taxation on tea.
I mean that kind of irked him because ultimately the
(20:31):
British government was picking winners and losers. They were supporting
the East India Tea Company that was kind of getting
beat up because well, there was a lot of black
market tee flowing around the then known world, and East
India Tea Company was they felt wasn't getting their share,
so they whined to the Government of Great Britain and
(20:54):
then it became okay, a little bit more mandatory more
or less to get their tea, and then the tax
was pushed placed on that. Of course, some of that
was kicked back. They were just too big to fail,
the East India Tea companies, so they got a little
a little help out from the governments. That sounds familiar.
That kind of happened back in two thousand and eight
and nine. Remember that. Remember all these banks, in all
these financial institutions and mortgage coming by, they were too
(21:17):
big to fail, so they got to bail out from
the government. Oh yeah, by the way, with your tax dollars,
which then increased in the following years. Did you notice
that pretty similar to what was going down with the
East India Tea Company. And that's why Sam Adams and
some of the other rest of the folks there, the
sons of Liberty and you know Old Boston and Old
(21:40):
Beantown decided, well, we're going to toss the tea overboard.
So they committed an act of vandalism, not an act
of terrorism. Nobody was seriously hurt, nobody was killed. They
just chucked the stuff in the harbor. That was what
was behind that. Again, it was more than some wee
just taxes, outrageous taxes on tea. And by the way,
(22:01):
a lot of the taxes that were imposed, some of
the acts that were imposed were actually repealed. But it
was the fact that they did it anyway and could
do more. They really got under the colonist skin. So
this was about this is a lot, about a lot
more than just simply taxation with representation. Yew. That was
one of the gripes, no doubt. But read your Declaration
(22:22):
of Independence and you will see a laundry list of
a dozen and a half or more complaints listed right
there in rather lowyurly fashion of the abuses of the
British government against colinists. Colinists were basically secondhand secondary subjects,
(22:44):
second class subjects, not even really citizens of the British,
of the country of Great Britain. They were sort of
treated as the redheaded step kids, if you will, and
they didn't enjoy a lot of the full rights that
some people living in the British isles actually enjoyed. They
(23:05):
were certainly members of the Empire, but they were a
second class, a sort of subject citizenry really, not even citizens,
just subjects slightly slightly above slavery in some ways, or
indentured servitude. It was almost a form of indentured servitude.
They were colonists at the pleasure of the King, and
(23:29):
if he was displeased, well, bad things could happen, so
along with Parliament as well. So they said, you know,
we're tired of being relegated to some sort of second
class group of subservience the British government and the King.
They were, in essence being used. Remember a lot of
(23:52):
these colonists were, of course, they were farmers and growing
a lot of cash crops like tobacco and other things.
They harvested, lumber that was sent to Great Britain, a
lot of food stuffs that went to Great Britain. There
were exchanges of items here, natural resources here for money
(24:20):
or other things that they needed from Great Britain. Sometimes
that got really lopsided. The trades were very lopsided a
lot of times. What the colonists gave their very best
and what they got back was like real shoddy, old, broken,
messed up stuff. And they're like, wait a minute, I
(24:40):
give you my best and you sent me back a
bunch of junk. So they got tired of it. They
got tired of the inequities, They got tired of kangaroo courts,
star chambers. They got tired of having to house British soldiers,
which was just simply a mean for the British government
(25:02):
to spy on what these lousy colonists were thinking it
may be doing. They knew something was up. They could
hear the murmuring and the rumbling. Of course, there was
the Boston massacre and all that that, of course, the
Boston Tea Party, and there were other little instants as
well you aren't always mentioned in your history books. There
(25:24):
were dust ups in the mountains of North Carolina, there
was dust ups in the mountains of western Virginia, and
finally breaking loose in the countryside of Massachusetts. So this
was all brewing, This was all going on. But understand
(25:44):
that at the heart of all this was a fight,
a fight for liberty, a fight for rights and for
independence against a government or from a government that was
denying life, liberty, and property and a pursuit of happiness,
(26:08):
that was denying their due process, denying their rights at
the convenience of a parliament. Remember it wasn't just king.
They had a parliamentary quasi representative form of government. Of course,
they weren't very well represented in that government, that was true,
and that was a complaint. But they weren't just simply
(26:31):
revolting from a king. They were revolting from the whole thing,
a quasi parliamentary form of government, and it's corrupted courts.
You want to know why Article three in the Constitution
is kind of short and sweet. There aren't a whole
lot of delegated authorities to the courts because our founders
(26:51):
knew full well from first hand firm experience that corruption
entered into govern more often through the gateway of the courts.
So to kind of limit that little gateway, to squeeze
(27:11):
and make that whole a little smaller, so to speak,
Article three offers very very limited authority to the courts.
The fact that has the most limited delegated authority of
all the other branches, The branch with the most authority,
(27:35):
that is to say, delegated authority, is the legislative branch
of our government. Congress talk about the federal government of
our Congress. That's why much more is written there in
the Constitution in terms of delegated authorities for Congress than
for Article three, which is for the courts. That's why
(27:56):
Article three is nice and kind of short and sweet.
The executive is got is a bit bigger, a bit
longer in terms of the listing of delegated authorities and
powers and so forth and duties. But you'll notice that
it's smaller or less than the legislative branch. When people
(28:18):
say that their co equal branch as well, yes and no.
Yes they exist equally. Yes they're there to check and
balance each other. But in terms of delegated authority, Congress
has more delegated authority than the executive branch or the
(28:39):
judicial branch in terms of its actual serial box ingredients
listings of authorities per the Constitution, and that is by design.
You see, the people in the states, well, originally it
was a state legislatures that elected this senators, not anymore.
(29:01):
But in terms of the House of Representatives, those are
elected by direct vote of the people. That's the people's house.
So they wanted to have the largest amount of delegated authority,
which is what you have in a democratic republic. We're
not a full democracy, we're a constitutional republic, but yes,
we use the tools of a representative form of democracy.
(29:22):
So you wanted to give the people and the states
over all a greater voice in the federal government. The
Senate was pretty much representing the interests in the voice
of the state governments, the various state governments. That's why
every state got too senators, House of Representatives representing the
interest in the voice of the people. So that's why
(29:46):
they wanted the greater powers to be in the legislature
in the Congress. That also gives you a clue allowing
the Constitution to interpret the Constitution that they meant for
the federal government to be very limited and the watershed
(30:06):
of power, per your tenth Amendment of the Bill of Rights,
to be vested in or held by the people and
the states, not the federal government. That doesn't mean the
federal government doesn't have teeth and muscle. They allowed it
some pretty big teeth and some pretty big muscle. But
(30:29):
the federal government was not supposed to be this monster
that it is today, this Argatian monstrosity that it has
become that we are familiar with today. Our founders are
not intended to be that big. But that's what has evolved. Why, well,
(30:50):
because we've allowed it. We've allowed it over more than
two hundred years of the authoring of our Constitution, going
back to seventeen eighty seven. And that is why many
are pushing the pendulum to swing the other direction, more
(31:14):
towards states rights, more towards the rights of the individual,
and away from an over arching, overreaching federal government. Has
got a bit too big for its birches, that has assumed,
unto itself, way more powers than our founding fathers ever
(31:39):
envisioned it. To have a federal government that has loosened
itself time and time again and continues to do so
from the moorings of our constitution. And that I don't
care if you're a Republican, Democrat, independent, libertarian, none of
(32:00):
the above. That is what you really need to be
concerned about. That is what needs to shape to your
political ideologies. That is what you need to focus on.
That is what you need to focus on. Presidents come
(32:21):
and go, political heroes, political villains come and go. Your
Constitution is here, it's your constitution, it's your government. Ole A.
Blincoln summed it up quite well when he said government
of the people, by the people, for the people. What
(32:45):
we have now is a government of the government, by
the government, and for the government. That's not what our
founding followers would recognize. That's not that they tried to
give us, not even close. Let's take a pause. We've
(33:13):
got a lot more Christian talking that wrongs straight around
the corner. Stand by.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
Jesus, Hey, what's up.
Speaker 7 (33:36):
This is Toby Mack with the five loves of a
Jesus freak. Write him down, hide them in your heart.
Here they are, Love God, love his Word, love your enemies,
love your neighbor, love truth.
Speaker 2 (33:50):
Sound easy?
Speaker 8 (33:51):
Not likely.
Speaker 5 (33:52):
If all that does.
Speaker 7 (33:53):
Come too easy for you, you're probably not working hard enough.
On the other hand, these five loves should become second
nature to any authentic Jesus free if you let God's
grace offfen your heart one more time. Love God, love
his Word, love your enemies, love your neighbor, love truth.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
Amen.
Speaker 4 (34:14):
Jesus Streaks Radio is brought to you by DC Talk,
the Voice of the Martyrs in this station. If your
founders believed that our rights came from God, that we
(34:38):
are endowed by our Creator, it says certain namable rights
that they did not come simply from the whim of government. Therefore,
they cannot be taken away at whim by government, because
it's not government that gives them. And that is a
foreign concept to me. You might recall, I think it
was about a year ago the controversy. The erupted from
a CNN talking head who said, you know, these these
(34:58):
crazy Christian nationals run around thinking that uh that their
their their rights come from God. I mean, you know, well, yeah,
that's what our founders believed, Ding Dong. But you had
an unca You had an uneducated, apparently imbecile on CNN
(35:21):
who said that talking head who said that, who apparently
did not read that portion of the Constitution, I mean
of our declaration of independence. Rather, and our founders firmly
believed that our divide our rights were divine in origin ultimately,
(35:41):
not from some government, not from a king, not from
some bureaucrat who could it whim take away those rights
just because they just didn't like you, or didn't like
the way you parted your hair that morning, didn't like
the way you looked, didn't like the way you smell,
didn't like your particular brand of faith. So we're just
(36:02):
going to take your rights away? How about that? Not
so fast? You didn't give me those rights. Therefore, there
must be due process in order for a government to
strip someone of life, liberty, property, et cetera. And that's
(36:23):
what our founders firmly held on to. They listened to
philosophers like John Locke and others. There's a guy that's
getting real big, real big up in Nueva Jork. Nueva Jork,
se add that would be New York City for those
(36:44):
of you greencos this's being reported by Natalie Sandoval Dailycollar
dot com, critical piece of Socialist Rising Stars platform exposed
is total bogus. Been hearing about this guy, so ran
Mam Donnie, who from this point forward I will nickname
(37:07):
as Madman Mom Donnie. He's the presumptive Democratic nominee from
mayor of New York City, and he's found of bad ideas,
let me tell you, but one could glean as much
from his joining the Democratic Socialists of America the DSA.
By the way, there he's not the only one in
that little group. You've got some sitting in Congress persons
(37:30):
in that group too, By the way. Joining the Democratic
Socialist of America of the DSA, one of ma'am Donnie's
worst ideas portrays either a fatal lack of numeracy or
utter malice. Neither case. He should be kept as far
away from political office as possible. But scary thing is
is the uh some of the folks in New York,
(37:55):
especially some of the the white elite's, frankly, just love
this guy. Some of those that pull the political puppet strings,
they love him, not exactly sure why, but boy they do.
In fact, one of Mom Donnie's ads sees the Democrat
mayoral nominee delivering a sympathetic speel to the camera while
(38:19):
walking through a New York City bodega. Quote. Grocery prices
are out of control. It doesn't need to be this way,
he promises, as mayor, I will create a network of
city owned, government owned grocery stores. Now they have that
or used to have that in communist Russia. How is
(38:41):
planning to pay for this socialist adventure? How's he planning
to pay for this? Well by redirecting city funds from
corporate supermarkets to city owned grocery stores unquote, putting aside
in the economic make an eological implications of Madman Mamdanni's plan.
(39:05):
It's one glaring problem the money he wants to use
doesn't exist, because that's not really what's happening. See, here's
the here's one of the big problems with socialism. Their lot,
but one of them, one of the most glaring problems
is under socialism, you eventually run out of other people's money,
(39:27):
and and then and there where are you? But you
see by what he said there, he's not really an
extreme socialist. He has really crossed the line by what
he's saying there, he's really crossed the line into communism.
Let me explain now, there are distinct lines between socialism, communism,
(39:51):
and just play an old garden variety Marxism. There are
some distinct differences, there are also similarities. But oftentimes communists
will use the camouflage of socialism or saying they're a socialist.
One of the most classic examples case in point, the USSR.
(40:13):
The USSR. What did you and the in the R
stand for? Back when Russia was ultimately the USSR, well,
United Soviet Socialist Republic. But they weren't socialists really, they
weren't really even a genuine republic, at least not in
the way that we would consider a Jeffersonian style democratic republic.
(40:34):
They were communists. Stalin was a communist. He was a dictator,
but he was a communist. He was beyond a socialist.
Adolf Hitler was a socialist, an extreme socials. He want
extreme socialism. Adolf Hitler NAZI stands for nationalists, Socialist Workers
(40:59):
Party or nationalists. This party you see socialists if you
want to do the left right thing, socialists are left wingers.
The Nazis were left wingers, not right wingers. I chuckle
whenever somebody says, all tho, those extreme right wingers are
a bunch of Nazis and Hitler. No, that's the other
(41:20):
side of the track, because Nazis were socialists. Hitler was
a socialist. Okay. So when you hear and it's again,
it's it's like I've warned you. The word games, the
word salads, the word salad games. That's many socialists, Communist, Marxists,
(41:42):
et cetera play straight out of cloud and Pivens Solinskis
for radicals. Blah blah blah blah. They put you on
the playground, the jungle gym, the merry go round the seesaw,
the slide of semantics and tangle you up, and they
play these word games. And oftentimes communists will call themselves
(42:04):
socialists when what they truly are is communists. They're not socialists.
But see communism is well, that's got a pretty derogatory
feel to a lot of people. That doesn't sell as
easy as socialists. Socialist to most Americans, ears sounds a
little more palatable. Socialist sounds a little softer. If he
(42:25):
were to come out and admit who he really was,
which is a ranked communist. They'd run him out of
town on a subway. But because he's calling himself a socialist. Ah,
you see there, he's able to kind of hide. Why
am I saying he's a communist? Because under communist regimes
(42:45):
they take over industries, I mean they own them for
practical purposes. He wants the grocery stores to be owned
by the city. You see, in the communist fascist regime,
the government of the government comes in and basically owns,
not just simply regulates, but beyond regulates, it really hyperregulates,
(43:06):
and then ultimately owns owns the key industries, it owns
the companies. This is why I continually say, if you're
gonna deal with a big Chinese company, ultimately you are,
whether you really believe it or not realize or not,
are dealing with either directly or indirectly, the Chacom government,
(43:27):
because that's how it works under a totalitarian communist regime.
And he wants New York to become a fascist regime,
the People's Communist Republic of New York. That's really what
he wants. That's his dream, that's his vision, and he
(43:49):
may he may see a part of that dream fulfilled.
That's quite possible. Why is everybody jumping all over this
guy and picking on mad ma'm donnie, Well, because he's
not alone. There's a lot more mam donnie's out there
than you might realize running for all sorts of offices.
(44:11):
City council mayors, city managers. They're all over the place,
county aldermen, They're sprinkled across the country. This is not
an isolated thing. This is just one of them that's
caught the attention of everybody, caught the attention of the media,
the mainstream media, and I'm talking about him, independent media, podcasters, etc.
(44:36):
Talking about him for better or for worse. But this
is who and what he truly is. You see, this
guy doesn't like America. This guy doesn't like constitutional republics.
This guy doesn't like capitalism. And don't take my word
for it, go back and dig up the video archives
(44:59):
in this guy. This is a two hour show. I'm
limited to what I can talk about. In fact, I
want to move on here in just a sec. But
I wanted to mention him and what he's got going on,
because this is how guys and gals like him operate,
and he's more than just an extreme socialist by the
(45:21):
things that are coming out of his mouth. What did
Jesus say, how the treasures of the heart and the
mouth will speak. This is what's in his heart. What's
in his heart is at the very best communism light.
He's moved past that line, which sometimes can be rather thin,
between modern day socialism and communism. He has veered just
(45:43):
an inch or two over that line into the territory
of communism. Whether he realizes or not, I think he does.
He's trying to sneak it past you. But that's what
guys like him are all about, and gals. I hope
the people of New York City will wake up and
understand it. I'm not a huge fan of Mayor Adams,
(46:04):
but Mayor Adams is starting to look more like Thomas
Jefferson and George Washington, John Hancocker James Madison compared to
this guy. If it, if it, if it that the election,
because I know there'll be a Republican in there. But
if the election boils down ultimately to those two, if
(46:25):
I were a member of the of the citizen of
the City of New York, I'd be voting for Adams,
or if I were a Democrat, I'd be voting for
Adams because this guy, Madman, ma'm donnie is a disaster
on steroids take a break. But there are people singing
(46:49):
his praises, predominantly the so called educated white elite. We've
got more, always more. Phone screen cracked.
Speaker 1 (47:09):
Oh No, Martinsville's premiere store for all wireless repairs. Yes,
it's bow Nos Wireless certified technician for service on iPhone, Android,

Bow has prepaid phones starting at sixty dollars and unlimited

services on five different prepaid services from Verizon, Page plus
Total Wireless Net ten and others. If you want your
phone right, it's got to be done at. Bow Knows
wireless for repairs by selling trade. It's bow Nose Wireless.
Stop it at sixteen to twenty Virginia Avenue across from

Speaker 2 (48:05):
No, I am Danny Ilo.
Speaker 3 (48:07):
You may know me as an actor, but one of
the things that I'm most proud of is my service
to this country and the army. I saw firsthand how
training and discipline is still are values that create great
leadership abilities and a can do spirit. Those same strong
values stay with service members when they return to civilian
life and enter the workplace. So remember the highest smart
(48:27):
and bet on a vent to learn more. Call eight
eight eight four to four, salute or visit Salute Heroes
dot Org.
Speaker 4 (48:40):
All right, now here's where I may start losing some
of you. And if I do, I do because there's
only one throne. It's not the tone of any man
I stand before when I die. Are we reading the
same book? I'll let your a sound clip here in
just a minute. Are we reading the same book? Us?
Senator gets schooled on the Bible at urging Christians to
(49:01):
oppose Trump agenda again. That's being reported by Bob Undrew
World d Daily. All right, we're talking about Senator Warnock,
Raphael Warnock. He was a preacher and then Atlanta Church
before he was elected to the United States Senate, and
(49:25):
he still faces controversies over the money tens of thousands
of dollars he continues to take from the congregation each year,
and a lavish luxury home owned by the church that
he occupies in fact foundation for accountability and civic trust.
His Asseate Select Committee on Ethics to investigate what appears
to be his violation of Senate Ethics rules by accepting
(49:45):
the lavish housing scheme and then refusing to report it
on its financial disclosures. Notwithstanding his own behavior, the Senator
now is insisting, imagine a preacher, a pastor not behaving
so good, imagine that of that right being plugged by it.
(50:06):
But notwithstanding all at now it's insisting that Christians abide
by his beliefs about the Bible. The Reason delivered a
lengthy diatribe against Republicans, accusing them of being robin Hood
in reverse and taking from kids to give to the wealthy.
And by the way, let me insert here, I'm no
member of the Republican Party, no fanily of Republicans, and
I give a lot of grief to the Republicans, and
(50:28):
I give a lot of grief to the Democrats. And
I've lost a lot of listeners on this show, and
even some friends because of my stance on both parties,
and that I'm pretty fed up with both of them
and done with both of them. Hence I'm a raving independent. Anyway,
we're taking away health care from kids and burning them
with the debt, Warnock said, well, we are burning them
(50:48):
with debt. He's right about that, But I nobody's taking
away health care from kids. We are engaging in robin
hood in reverse, this body of stealing from the poor
in order to give to the rich. Massive transfer of
wealth from the bottom to the top. Oh so when
it's transferred to the top to the bottom, that's okay,
I guess. Anyway, this is socialism for the rich, but
(51:11):
you don't mind if it's socialism for the poor. I
don't know what he means by that anyway, I'm a
li chaer a clip In just a moment, a report
of red stated explained quote the Democrat senator and reverend,
and then took a swipe at the opposition who are
a faith claiming they weren't reading the same book as
he was. Try to claim scripture supports the use of
government aid the poor. Let me let you hear a clip.
(51:35):
I welit you hear a clip from this guy, and
also some responses. Then I want to give a rather
lengthy response before we go to the top of the hour,
and it's from an article that actually is on my
blog site, Richell's rant, which you can click, which you
can click on that if only go to the web
pages Christian Talky, the Rockstute or dot com and I'll
(51:56):
give you the title of that rant just a second.
But I'm all lit. You hear this clip of the
Reverend Warnock saying some things, and he's kind of twisting
the scriptures. Again, imagine a preacher twisting scriptures. You ever
heard of such a thing? You ever heard of that?
(52:17):
My goodness, My goodness.
Speaker 9 (52:20):
And maybe because I was here yesterday and eight years
ago for a similar fight with faith leaders. Maybe because
I'm a preacher and it's Sunday and I've been here
instead of church. I have especially been thinking about those
of us who are people of faith, people whose lives
are informed by scripture, people of the book, and maybe
(52:43):
those of us who have different politics but read from
the same book. Ought to spend some time together reading
the book, because I do sometimes wonder, and I say
this with all humans, none of us owns the truth.
(53:04):
But if I'm honest that there are days when I
have to ask people of my faith tradition as a Christian.
Are we reading the same book? The book I know
says I was hungry and you fed me. I was sick,
I was in prison and you visited me. I was
(53:25):
a stranger and you welcomed me. Inasmuch as you've done
it to the least of these, you've done it also
under me. The book that I love says, learn to
do good, seek justice, rescue the oppress, defend the orphan,
plead for the widow.
Speaker 4 (53:42):
Now, the report explained, I mean, yeah, we're supposed to
do all that. But here's the problem. The report explained
that when the clips surfaced, it win as well as
you can imagine, as one person after another. Absolutely torch
the senator for missing the part about the Bible calling
on the church to help people, not the governmental media.
Sita said, quote the book he reads says to be
(54:05):
willing and joyful givers. The book he read says to
give of yourself, not by force. The book he reads
says taking care of the poor and the hungry is
the job of the church, not the job of government.
And by the way. The Roman government was doing some
of that stuff back then, said another. Yes, when I
was hungry, means we help. It does not mean we
take it as a dependant. If someone shows up and
(54:28):
is indeed, I would bring them in, feed them and
let them get some rest and maybe even help them
get on their feet. But no, they cannot move in.
They have to be working towards self sustainment. In the
case of legal immigration. Well, they came in, invited their friends,
wrecked the house, ate all my food, and drove me
into poverty, wile contributing almost nothing. Oh and they shot
my dog, said another. The book also says this, if
(54:51):
a man doesn't work, he doesn't eat. Second Thessalonian chapter three,
verse ten, explained red State quote, the Democratic senator from
Georgia is all for allowing illegal aliens in to stay
in our country after former President Joe Biden's policies encouraged
the invasion of illegals at our southern border. As read
Sain's Mike Miller reported quote, this is the same guy
(55:11):
who admid January voted against the deportation of illegal aliens
who commit sexual assault and other violent crimes. Since two
thousand and five, sern To Warnock has served as senior
pastor at Ebidezer Baptist Church and continued to do so
in some capacity after his election to the US Senate.
In twenty twenty one, when he was initially elected Senator Warnock,
(55:32):
this closed and he received a seven four hundred dollars
monthly housing allowance from his church. The stipend amounted to
nearly ninety thousand in annual income, which appeared too far
exceed his housing costs and was exempt from income taxes.
So there you have that. Let's get into this before
(55:56):
we go to break. So is charity the domain of
government or is it the domain of faith based organizations?
And it is government engaging in what really should be
the activities of religious organizations. Is that really kind of
(56:18):
a crossing of the line of if you will separate
some church and state. Let me read this blog post
from several years ago. It's mine Ritchielles rant. You can
click on it. Christian dotht Rocks dot dot dot com.
Charity does not belong to government and the preable to
(56:40):
the US Constitution. The term welfare as used by our
founding fathers has We'll lose a lot of you and
the vernacular of that day, meant the well being or
soundness of our nation, i e. To promote the general welfare.
It did not mean charity from the federal government. Again,
it says in the preamble promote, not provide. Regarding the
(57:04):
position of the Preamble to the US Constitution, promote the
general welfare. For the authors of the Constitution, it was
limited only to the acts necessary to maintain the citizens'
rights to life, liberty, and property under natural law, not
distribution of charities. The Tenth Amendment limits the scope of
activities allowed by both the general welfare and necessary and
(57:27):
proper clauses. Unfortunately, courts and some Presidents and Congress have
expanded the federal government's authority to subjects not enumerated under
the Constitution through individual judges loose interpretations of the spirit
of the Constitution. However, when comparing the decisions of these
(57:50):
folks with the official records from the original Constitutional Convention,
it becomes plaining that any decision expanding the role of
the federal government beyond its intended scope is in direct
conflict with our founder's vision. The founders repeatedly voted down
language at the Constitutional Convention that would have allowed presidents
(58:11):
or Congress to determine the scope of their own responsibilities,
because it defeats the purpose of enumerated powers and checks
and balances in the first place. Thomas Jefferson wrote much
on the limits intentionally imposed on federal power. Some of
his quotes, for example, are, quote the policy of the
American government is to leave their citizens free, neither restraining
(58:33):
nor aiding them in their pursuits. Again, that was Thomas Jefferson.
He also said in seventeen ninety eight, quote Congress has
not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but
only those specifically enumerated. In other words, if it ain't
the Constitution, they can't do it, and you won't find
that in the Constitution. By the way, Thomas Jefferson insisted
(58:55):
the tenth Amendment was the foundation of the Constitution. He
also said it was one of his most favorit amendments,
and added quote, to take a single step beyond the
boundaries thus specially drawn, is to take possession of a
boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition. Unquote.
He also wanted to say, with respect to the words
(59:17):
general welfare, this is James Madison a letter to James
Roberts in April twentieth, eighteen thirty one. This is James Marrison,
chief architect of the Constitution. By the way, quote with
respect to the words general welfare, I have always regarded
them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them.
To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would
(59:39):
be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which,
there is a host of proofs, was not contemplated by
its creators, and he was one of the primary ones. Frankly,
that's the end of that quote. Now. James Madison also
said in Federalists forty five, in the Federalist papers Federalist
forty five, you can look this up. Quote the powers
delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government few
(01:00:00):
and to fine. I've quoted that often on the show,
to be exercised principally on external objects as war, peace, negotiation,
and foreign commerce. Unquote, that is what they are primarily
supposed to be engaged, and that's what the delegated powers
primarily address. He goes on to say, this is James
(01:00:22):
Manister remarks on the House floor debates on cod Fishery
Bill back in February seventeen ninety two. He said, quote,
if Congress can employ money indefinitely to the general welfare
and are the sole in some preme judges of the
general welfare, in other words, whatever that means or is.
He goes on to say, they may take the care
of religion into their own hands. Hello. In other words,
(01:00:47):
they've grabbed charity. That was a little main of religion,
but they've grabbed it's in their hands now. They may
appoint teachers in every state, county, and parish and pay
them out of their public treasury. They may take into
their own hands the education of children, Hello, don't have
an apartment of education, and establishing in like manner schools
throughout the Union. They may assume the provision of the poor.
(01:01:11):
Let me undertake the regulation of all roads other than
post roads. In short, everything from the highest object of
state legislation down to the most minute object of police
would be thrown under the power of Congress were the Congress.
Were the power of Congress to be established in the
latitude contended, for, it would subvert the very foundations and
(01:01:36):
transmute the very nature of limited government established by the
people of America. In other words, it would be going
against constitution again established by the folks of America. Again
that was James Madison. He also went on to say, quote,
I cannot undertake to lay my finger. This is Annals
of Congress, House of Representatives, Third Congress, first Session, page one,
(01:01:58):
seventy seventeen ninety four. Madison says, quote, I cannot undertake
to lay my finger on the article in the Federal
Constitution which granted a right of the Congress of expending
on objects of benevolence that means charity the money of
other constituents. James Madison objected to loose interpretations of the
General Wealth for a clause, arguing that it was inconsistent
(01:02:19):
with a concept of government of limited powers and that
it rendered the list of enumerated powers redundant. He argued
that the General Wealth for clause did not did not
grant Congress additional powers other than those enumerated, so in
the founder's view, the words themselves served to no practical
purpose other than to avoid repeating the enumerated powers. This
(01:02:43):
is from Alexander Hamilton, Federalist eighty three. Quote this specification
of particulars the eighteen enumerated powers of Article one, Section
eight evidently includes all pretension to a general legislative authority,
because an affirmative grant of special powers would be absurd
as well as useless if a general authority was intended. So,
(01:03:05):
in other words, a general authority was not intended. In
other words, the authority of Congress was limited and specified
in enumerated powers. In other words, they cannot go beyond
those numertive powers. And they can't use the argument and say, well, gee,
it's not the conscerution doesn't say we can't, So that
means we can't. Wrong how loyally of some of you
(01:03:25):
Congress people to try and and finagle that one jail
house lawyerly, but that's what they've engaged in. And and
Alexander Hamilton will saying no, no, no, you can't interpret
it like that. If if a general authority was intended,
it would be it would I mean, it would make
the whole thing useless. Alexander Hamilton also went on to
(01:03:48):
say in a Federalist seventy eight to underscore, he said,
no legislative act contrary to the Constitution could be could
be valid. To deny this would be to affirm that
the deputy is greater than the principal than his principle,
that the servant is above his master, That the representatives
of the people are superior to the people themselves, That
men acting by virtue of powers may do not only
(01:04:08):
what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid.
In other words, people just saying, well, we just need
to do it anyways, we gonna do it. Well, that's
what the Constitution says you can do. You've got some limits.
And in fact, the Constitution doesn't authorize that, it forbids
it from our legislative leaders, presidents, so on and so forth.
(01:04:30):
Andy Short Hamilton tell this the sense of powers of
Congress are enumerated and limit Congress of those powers. And
he assumed Authorady outsigned those specified that don't have a
direct relation to those explicit powers must be contrary to
the Constitution and therefore unconstitutional. Are you following this? Benjamin
Franklin said, I am for doing good to the poor.
He was one of our founding followers, and at the
(01:04:51):
Constitucial Convention he said, I'm for doing good to the poor,
but I differ in opinion of the means. I think
the best way of Doing good to the poor is
not making them easy, empower leading, or driving them out
of it. In my youth I traveled much, and I
observed in different countries that the more public provisions were
made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves,
and of course became poorer. And on the contrary, the
(01:05:12):
less was done for them, the more they did for
themselves and became richer. Again, that's old Ben Franklin. It
is also a not enumerated power. It states the purpose
for the union in the US Constitution, that is to say,
the portion of the Constitution that says to promote the
(01:05:32):
general welfare. It is also no enumerated power. It states
that the purpose for the union in the US Constitution
in the preamble, as well as the purpose of raising taxes.
But the phrase itself does not create any power itself.
If general welfare were as carte blanche authority, he would
runner the limits of the federal government to the enumerated
powers meaningless. Article one, Section eight is not a list
(01:05:53):
of suggestions of power. It has a list of delegated authority.
If a power is not listed, Congress is not authorized
to write a law re acquiring an unlisted power. It
would need to seek amendment to the US Constitution. That's
how you do that, not by just some sort of act.
You don't amend the Constitution by some act. There is
a prescript, a specific prescription, in how to amend the
(01:06:16):
Constitution within the Constitution itself.
Speaker 3 (01:06:18):
That is it.
Speaker 4 (01:06:20):
No, I don't know if the Federalist papers are still
required reading in school. It's the founder's own words that
answers this and many other modern definitions people like to
erroneously pour into that phrase. Charity is not the primary job, well,
the first job of government. Again, the preamble tells us
that the first job is defense of our nation's sovereignty
provided for the common defense. The primary job of our
president is as commander in chief, not social activist and
(01:06:41):
chief executive of government charity by the same token. Congress
in this regard has a duty to declare war, some negotiator,
ratify treaties, do with foreign trade issues, etc. And insure
funding for our military, and regulate interstate commerce. These are
its prime enumerated duties and powers. Is outlined in the
Constitution by the same token. One of the primary jobs
(01:07:01):
of the church from the beginning was to care for
the second poor. This is why so many churches over
the last two centuries or so established hundreds and hundreds
of hospitals, orphanages, shelters, soup kitchens across this nation. Increasingly,
over the past few decades, however, the government has seen
fit to take upon itself the primary job of the church.
Why because many leading the government have despised the Lord
and his church and believe government can do a better job.
(01:07:24):
And to be honest, many churches have dropped the ball
in this realm, favoring bigger buildings, dead religious programs, and
materialism over the mandates of Christ and the apostles. Thus,
the church bear some of the blame in this disastrous
trend as well. The government knows there is great political
influence and being seen as benign and healthful rather than
the dangerous threat to liberty that are founders viewed it as.
(01:07:46):
The government uses this perception of itself by many of
our citizenry to expand its power and grow itself larger.
I find it deliciously ironic that those who scream the
loudest for the separation of church and state now want
the state to be the chief provider of charity. If
the state hijacks the duties of charity from the church
(01:08:09):
and faith based then in faith based organizations. Then isn't
this a violation of the heart of the separation clause
of the First Amendment? I say yes, accord to that clause.
Congress is not supposed to establish religion. Yet they have
taken over the primary functions of religion via legislation, unconsciously
by default, they have made themselves a church, and your
(01:08:31):
tithed to this government. Charity is more in higher taxes.
Now Caesar is asking not simply for what is his,
but also gods and pure communism. The state is the religion.
Most communists and socialists believe that the state can do
a better job than the church at these programs of charity. However,
one essential ingredient is missing, the love of God. This
(01:08:53):
is why it never works and why so many former
communist nations and dictatorships are now clamoring for help from
guess what, the church and other religious organizations. This is
a lesson we have not learned yet in this nation.
Brace yourself, because the Lord is about to teach this
to those who would play God. Our federal government has
set itself up as a religion of sorts. With an
(01:09:14):
attending faithful who think government can solve and help all,
the Lord will have no gods before him. Scripture says.
With higher taxes, with high inflation, it will be more
difficult for Christians to support charities, ministries, and their brother
or sister in the pew who is struggling. Yet we
must still give to those in need, despite the heavy
burdens Caesar now lays upon us. If we dedicate our
(01:09:36):
giving and finances to the Lord, he will give us
a sermon on who to share our daily bread with.
He will also fulfill his promises to provide for us
no matter what. The Church of the New Testament was
largely as self contained economic system. The early Christians not
only worked for a living, but for a giving. The
apostle Paul told the Ephesians that he coveted no man's
(01:09:56):
goal or selver, but how he worked night and day
at his tent mans making job, not only to provide
for his needs and his ministry team's needs, but to
help those in the epais Church who were in desperate need.
He said he did this as an example for the
Ephesian church. He desired that they would do as he did.
And he led by example, and this is still a
(01:10:16):
good example for us today. When the government charity system
fails and falls, and it will because God and His
love are not in it, the Church of Jesus Christ
will be standing tall by contrasts, but only if we
get back to the early church model of giving and
caring for one another, as Christ commanded us. We will
put the broke government programs of health care and welfare
(01:10:41):
to shame. Just as with most of our founding fathers,
Americans once again put their trust in the divine and
distrust the schemes of liberty eroding governments. Quote we recognize
no sovereign but God, and no king but Jesus, John
Adams and John Hancockeen, seventeen seventy five. I re quote
(01:11:02):
of Oliver Cromwell. On that note, let's go to break
a lot more Christian talk at rocks to come is
move to the second hour, to stay close.

(01:14:45):
We ended last hour talking about the church. Let's get
into some stuff. By the way, you may have heard
that charismatic but scandal plagued availist Jimmy Swagger dead at ninety.
I'm just gonna read a part of this been more
proted by Williant Daily staff. Jimmy Swiger, arismatic, scandal conflicted
(01:15:05):
televangelist whose accomplishments included founding a church school, the musical
projects in multiple books, has died at the age of
ninety a reported PJ Media explained that he was one
of the most controversial figures among Christian leaders in the
late twentieth century. Death was announced by his family in
a Facebook post, which said, today our hearts are heavy
as we share that Brothers Swagger has finished his earthly
(01:15:26):
race and entered into the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ.
Today was the day he has sung about for decades.
He met his beloved Savior into the portals of glory.
Same time he rejoorge, knowing that we will see him
again one day. Unquote. The Post quoted two Timothy in
chapter four, verses seven and eight. President of the President reacted, saying,
(01:15:46):
very sad Jimmy Swager passed away today. He was an
incredible man of faith and our nations and one of
our nation's longest serving televangelists, inspired millions with his great
love of God and country. He started preaching at age
twenty in nineteen fifty f one. Music was a family
af fair for Swagger. His musical cousins included rock and
roll pioneer Jerry Lee Lewis and country kroner Mickey Gilly.
(01:16:08):
He recorded his first gospel album nineteen fifty eight, which
began a music career that sold over seventeen million records
and netted him multiple Dove Awards. Report noted his ministry.
In fact, some consider him sort of the founding father
of kind of modern day Christian worship music. Maybe his
ministry during the nineteen eighties reached more than three thousand
(01:16:29):
stations with his television programming. He held services in packed stadiums,
founded Family Worship Center and Bible College. His congression of
Bible College were aligned with the Assemblies of God denomination.
That's who he was sort of licensed with, if you will,
ordained with kind of the same thing. His scandals started
hitting in about nineteen eighty eight when he was a
photograph with a prostitute, which prompted punishment from the Assemblies
(01:16:53):
of God and a tear field sermon. He said, I
have sinned against you, Father, I beg you to forgive me.
Speaker 6 (01:17:00):
Ars.
Speaker 4 (01:17:00):
Later, the report said he was stopped by a California
law enforcement and found to be in the company of
another prostitute. The port said Jimmy Swaggert was yet another
example of falling humanity, sometimes with misguided attitudes, heinous sins
and unique theology, serving a perfect guy in the best
way he could, prayers for his family and loved ones. Yeah,
he was. I think Jimmy Swaggert was an example to
(01:17:23):
all of us of how easy it is to slip
and fall, and an example of what not to do
as a pastor or a leader in high ranking church
authority and ministry. I mean, he had an international ministry
as well, and he kind of didn't really always submit to,
(01:17:46):
in my opinion, thoroughly to the discipline of those above
and around him. Of course, here but for the grace
of God goes any of us. And I have shared
with you my background in the past. We'll go into
the grimy details, my background on the path as a
backslading Christmas Christian, very very distant past, as a backslading
Christian when I was younger and stupider. And uh so
(01:18:10):
my past is a little check or too, So I'm
not going to throw rocks. But by the same token,
Lord got hold of me, put me in this woodshed,
and let's let me tell you something. This the place
you never want to be. And uh you know, but again,
scripture warrants that you know, here for the grace of
God go us, and that you know to be careful
when we when we minister to a brother who's fallen,
you know, to watch ourselves, you know.
Speaker 3 (01:18:35):
So I.
Speaker 4 (01:18:37):
Pray he did he got all settled with the Lord
before he passed. For his own sake. Of course, I'm
also also haunted by what the Lord said that on
that day, and man, he will come to me saying,
Lord Lord, you know, do we not provably sign your name?
Do we hell to say to do this?
Speaker 3 (01:18:51):
Bee?
Speaker 4 (01:18:51):
The blah blah blahlah, this long list of things he said, Yeah,
you did it. I didn't depart from me, you workers
of iniquity. I never knew you. And I hope that
uh Jimmy Swagger is not in that ladder category that
he made it that he was right with the Lord sometimes,
I mean, I mean a little Lord knows, but I
hope and pray that that was for his own sake
(01:19:14):
what happened. But he was definitely controversial and sadly with
things that he did, the what happened with PTL and
all that, all these scandals of shenanigans on TBN, the
shenanigans of some of the UH word faith people that
TBN used to be chock full of. It still have
(01:19:37):
and still have a few of uh sadly, and they're
not the only network. Day Star was chocked chalked full
of a bunch of those. Unless they've cleaned the house
a bit. I don't watch day Star. I haven't watched
a Star in quite a while, honestly, so I'll know
what else who all, what all is on that on
that network at the moment. Of course, that's a network
has been played with controversy as well in recent days.
(01:19:57):
Talked about it on the show. It seems like a
whole lot of things are going on, a lot of
controversies being plagued. We're going to get into more of
that because I do believe that we are in the
age of apostsey. And boy have I got some shining
examples there. I've said this for a long time. We
were first and two Timothy second. Thessalonians chapter two. I
think you could probably toss in the Letter to the
(01:20:18):
Loud to see into the Book of Revelation chapter three,
especially one particular exhortation Revelation chapter three, verse nineteen, And
I think you could possibly toss in the Letter to Jude.
But scripture warns in the latter days there will be
a great apossey that will come into the so called
camp of God, I eve, the church or those claiming
to be a part of the church, or what have you.
(01:20:39):
That be one of the hallmarks actually that we're headed
towards the end that were in the latter days. That
doesn't mean that, you know, the very very very end
or are all that you know, there's the latter days
and there's the very end. There's a great tribulation. We're
not there. We're in the latter days. But the latter
days is kind of a long rung along, if you will,
I sort of you the latter days like this really
(01:21:00):
long runway to the final days. I either great tribulation,
but we're still in that. We're still on that very
long stretch of road. But in my opinion, but this
is sort of sadly, this kind of stuff that's going
on kind of a hallmark of those latter days. And
(01:21:25):
regarding one of the hallmarks negative ones, if you will,
regarding the state of the church or the camp of
God or the so called church in the latter days,
that would be a sign in fact that we are
in the latter days. That couple with Israel becoming a
nation again being called Israel, being called by that name,
(01:21:48):
and being a home for God's chosen, if you will,
that is also assigned a big sign post that we
are in the latter days. Now, again that's a relative term.
It's kind of asking how long is it he's a string? Well,
it depends. You've heard me say that before let's uh,
let's take a pause here because we've got to go
to break. But more in fact, uh, there's one church
(01:22:11):
that has stunned with a worship anthem featuring the F bomb. Yes,
the F bomb sung in worship not accidentally because you know, uh,
somebody tripped over microphone cord and broke their nose. You
can almost understand it then perhaps, but no cavalierly sung
(01:22:35):
out loud in praise of worship to the Lord. Oh yeah,
you got to hear that. Well, you won't hear that specifically,
but you got to hear this story and a lot more.
As Christian talked at Rocks rolls forward, Pek Tiger.
Speaker 3 (01:22:56):
More.
Speaker 5 (01:22:56):
Time continues next with Ritchie l More. Christian had taught
that Rocks. Next, Oh, this is Max McClain. God created
all things by his word. How does the word have
the power to create because his word is a person.
Listen to the Bible from John one. In the beginning
(01:23:19):
was the Word, and the word was with God, and
the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.
Through him, all things were made. Without him, nothing was
made that has been made. In him was life, and
that life was the light of men. The light shines
in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.
(01:23:43):
He was in the world, and though the world was
made through him, the world did not recognize him. From
John One, listen to the Bible. It's great for the soul.
Speaker 11 (01:23:57):
You're more at radiobible dot org.
Speaker 6 (01:24:00):
No, back to the talk show that tastes a lot
like chicken. Here's your host, Richie el.
Speaker 4 (01:24:17):
All right, church stunts were with worship anthem featuring LGBT
F bomb. I heard that correctly, nomination quickly becoming a
cautionary tale, drunk on cultural approval, hallowing itself out from
the inside being what about Bobo? New World and daily
Methodist preachers historically were circuit riders who evangelized much of
(01:24:38):
the Western United States before the states all were states.
They had heared your tradition of John Wesley's teachings and
followed the population as it moved into new lands. Now
not only our circuit riders going, but apparently so are
Wessey's teachings, as the United Methodist Church in America has
established a solid reputation for leftists. I would just say
crazy ideologies and agendas. I was actual slergy and it's
(01:25:00):
old hat rainbow parades. Sure, sins, don't worry. I mean, yes,
we are covered by grace, but that doesn't mean there
aren't consequences. But an opinion piece related to End Time
Headlines reveals that one congregation has taken the agenda to
an extreme with an F bomb laden LGBT worship anthem
in which a performer loudly proclaims, I'm blanking gay. Commentary said,
(01:25:25):
it was once said that when the church stops offering
or stops offending the world, it has stopped representing Christ.
That grim warning came true again in Milwaukee, wis Canson,
where Zell Mke Church, an official notut of Methodist Congregation,
recently led its Sunday worship with a profane, self glorifying
(01:25:46):
anthem titled I'm Blanking gay. With the effort, the natorial
explained that the pastors are two biological females, Jonah and
Cameron Overton, who have transitioned and now present themselves as
gay as a gay male couple. Let me let me
read that reread against somebody going hunh, yeah, I'm say
(01:26:06):
that one more time. You heard correctly. The editroll explained
that the pastors are two biological females who now call
themselves Jonah and Cameron Overton, who have transitioned and now
present themselves as a gay male couple. You heard that correctly.
(01:26:30):
Congregation rejoiced queerness, profanity, and Christian rejection. Of course, included
the line I'm blanking gay and thank God for that
with the F bomb blaring through the sanctuary. They even
admitted replacing it with freaking and other verses for the
kids and attendance, okay, but kept one original for good measure.
(01:26:52):
So the kids got an F bomb anyway in a
church on Sunday in the name of Jesus. Are you
with me so far? Okay? Publication you don't want to say.
The United Methodist Church was once a movement of revival, holiness,
indeed commitment to Scripture. It stood for Wesley in theology,
sanctification and pursuit of righteous this more or less. But
today it's quickly becoming a cautionary tale, a denomination drunk
(01:27:14):
on cultural approval, hallowing itself out from the inside. You
can call yourself Jesus Root at all you want, but
if your message is indistinguishable from a drag club with
a fog machine, something has gone terribly wrong. So again
just another example of what time of day it is,
another example of where the church sadly is, of the
(01:27:36):
so called church where a lot of denominational Christianity is
and has been in which I've been warning about at
Naugia man if an item on this show and gang,
We're here. Okay. If you're wondering if we are in
the age the great Age of Apostsey that scripture warned about,
well there should be no more questioning that we're here.
(01:27:56):
We're there. Brave ninth grader, this is the story I've
been a kind of following. Brave ninth grade prevails against
school that tore down Christian posters. Her group was initially
called the Good News Club Pardon Me, and sought to
meet after school for faith based discussions, encouragement and learning.
But when she posted campus wide flyers listing encouraging Bible
(01:28:19):
verses and inviting students to join, the school took them
down and told her the club's name had to be
changed again. Be reported by Boba, New World and Daily,
officials at the school district in New York have retreated
in their campaign to tear down the posters put up
by a Christian student club letting others know about meetings
and events. That's all it was is. You know, if
you want to come, you can, don't have to. We're there.
(01:28:42):
The confirmation comes from the American Center for Law and Justice.
Also was the ACOJ that's j Sekulo's organization, which sent
a demand letter to officials at Carmel Center. It's funny
the name there Carmel Central School District in Neuva, Jork
when the fight erupted. The letter was sent on behalf
of Jenna, ninth grade student, when school officials tore down
(01:29:03):
her Christian club's Bible verse posters and banned the use
of good news from the Bible club's name. Well when
they spill, say bad news. The legal team is reported
the response letter to the Now as a major win
the team led. The team has now said, of course,
(01:29:23):
there were the leaders of this fight. The district has
now walked back its actions in a written response. The
school district has confirmed that Jenna's club can change the
club's name to whatever it wants. The school has no
objection to posters citing Bible verses or containing across and
Jenna has the same rights as any other student to
share her faith on campus. The ACOJ reported the demand
(01:29:45):
letter explained to the school how it was in direct
violation of legal access and the First Amendment. Schools may
not sense a religious viewpoints while allowing secular student groups
full freedom. In fact, federal law is clear that once
a school opens a limited public f for student expression,
such as clubs, it must treat all clubs equally, regardless
(01:30:05):
of their religious content or you know, like they're up.
In fact, the ACLJ argued and won a similar case
before the US Supreme Court in Board of Educators Merchants
of Emrgins thirty five years ago. So this is already
set legal precedent. Team explained the district, I'll get you
a notification reversed course and has agreed to apply with
(01:30:30):
the law. School officials wrote, the school ditrict simply has
no objection to Alpha Maker club notices at site, to
the Bible or contained across, or to Jenna's religious speech
on school grounds. There you have it. So they finally
got a clue. Something tells me too. The school districts
lawyers probably got involved and said, look, you can't afford
(01:30:52):
a lawsuit right now. The budget's pretty thin. And by
the way, you're gonna probably lose it. So yeah, let's
not go down that road. And then you have this,
this being imported by Christianlotheblaze dot com. The lefts it's
now I don't like to use left and right. I
think they're becoming kind of meaningless these days. But this
(01:31:13):
is from in terms of political ideology spectrums, this is
from the Blaze dot com. So I'm just recording the
title of the article lefts new anti Christian smear backfires
exposing its deepest fear, being reported by christianeloleblaze dot com.
The goal of Christian of the Christian nationalists panic is
clear to discredit and silence Christians for refusion to go
(01:31:33):
along with leftist agenda. The least new favorite boogeyman, so
called Christian nationalism is back in the headlines. But don't
be fooled by the narrative, of course not because again
it's it's it's the games of socialists play, the propagandists play.
And of course I have said, uh, to the point
of blue in the face for a long time that most,
not all, but the bulk of mainstream media. I'm talking
about the national legacy, big guys, big boys, cn N, MSNBC,
(01:31:56):
all of them. Uh, they are propaganda machine, they are propagandists.
They're no longer really journalists in the strict sense of
that term. So the left stow favorite boogeyman, so called
Christian nationalism is back in the headlines again. Remember the
word salad games that are played by the socialists, by
the propagandists. But don't be fooled by the narrative. The
(01:32:16):
real story isn't about Christian extremis, isn't a but about
an obsession with tarring with the tarring faithful so called
conservative Christians. And again I don't do the conservative versus
liberal thing because that's become kind of you know, those
don't necessarily mean what they used to mean. In fact,
after police arrested Advance A. Bolter, the man accused of
(01:32:38):
targeting two Minnesota politicians and their spouses, which included murdering
state Representative Melissa Hartman, the Democrat, and her husband, the
media seized on Bolter's associations with charismatic Christianity and his
background as a preacher. If there is anything Americans should
be concerned about, it's seleptist ideology to seeks to replace
God with government and silence dissent in the name of progress. Quickly,
(01:32:59):
ineugative was born. Bolter is yet another example of a
Christian nationalism and far right extremalism. Blah blah blah. Wired
said that the Minnesota shooting suspect background suggests deep ties
to Christian nationalism. The forward said, understanding the ques of
Minnesota shooter Vance Boltler's ties Christian nationalism, on and on
and on and on. MSNBC did the same thing. The
Marxist Socialist now is broadcasting collective. At New York Times,
(01:33:24):
evangelical columnists David French wrote about, Uh, the problem of
Christian of the Christian assassin. You said, Boler is a
cugelal de smear Christians etcenta cetera. Shar and take a
shot at President Trump. Of course, it's all turned out
that was a bit of a jump of the gun,
which she are often wont to do.
Speaker 3 (01:33:39):
He was.
Speaker 4 (01:33:41):
He wasn't really a part of the right at all,
per se.
Speaker 2 (01:33:45):
Uh, he was.
Speaker 4 (01:33:47):
He was basically does grunnel progressive. He's basically a disgrunnled lefty,
not a right if you want to use the right
left thing and associated with tim walls so well. But
just understand this is the kind of this is the
kind of thing that the mainstink media and the propagandas
(01:34:09):
are doing and will continue to do. Nothing new, It's
what they will continue to do. But they're all about
switching gears, switching gears. Oh by the way, this hit
headline hit. I want to mention it before move on.
(01:34:30):
Google hit with a three undred fourteen million dollar judgment
for snooping on Android user selluarly data that was reported
by Bloomberg. California jury has ordered Google to pay three
hundred and fourteen million bucks after class action lawsuit claim
the Internet giant hug Android users, sellular data take elect
information without their knowledge or consent. Bloomberg reports it in
the major league of blow to tech giant Google, A
(01:34:52):
state court jury in San Jose, California headed down three
hundred fourteen million dollar verdict against the company on Tuesday.
The decision came following a trial over class action lawsuit
that accused Google of misusing the cellular data of Android
smartphone users.
Speaker 3 (01:35:06):
Now.
Speaker 4 (01:35:06):
According to the lawsuit, Google programmed Android phones to transfer
data to its servers even when users were not connected
to a Wi Fi network. How about them apples. This
practice essentially stole the cellular data that customers were paying
for it without their knowledge or permission. Again another example
of Google being sneaky and smarmy. Okay, just bear in
(01:35:29):
mind that's good old Google for you. But at three
hundred and fifteen million dollars three and fourteen million dollar judgment,
which means that if you're one of these Android users
that got your stuff stolen, once you sign up with
some law firm somewhere out of Chilicothee, Ohio that's going
to represent your particular region of the country, you might
get a check for like put I don't know four dollars,
(01:35:49):
so congratulations, you can probably got three or four dollars
coming to you if even bondom want to bother go
through all that and wait a year to get the
checked you know, or two years have it you know
plays out because there might be an he and who
knows what all. Of course, lawyer's don't take the line's
share of that, so you'll get a check from you know,
maybe you know, you get two or three dollars checking
the mail or deposit your account you have. That kind
of stuff works out. I know I've been a part
(01:36:10):
of class action suit. You get a check for like
seven bugs four dollars if you can get one. I
was part of a class action lawsuit way back in
the day. Was something actually went down to Texas and
I can't remember what it was about now, And one
of the options they offered was, you know, we can
send you this whatever it was three or four dollars
as you're a part of the award for the judgment
after we you know, divided over like one hundred million people,
(01:36:34):
would you like this send you use a check or
would you like to make a donation to the charity
of your choices. We can just deposit or give it
to them. I went with that route whatever, So that's
how that kind of goes. But anyway, I thought i'd
throw that in there. So if you were Android used
a good possibility. You were sort of semi smarmed and
hacked by ya by Google, but now without your permissionery
(01:36:57):
even knowing it. In nett lovely, all right, here we go. Ice, Yeah,
those guys and gals. Ice, they kind of flipped the
script on Los Angeles mayor. The mayor telling authorities to
(01:37:17):
go home for laden She reminded Mayor Bass of her
controversial Ghana trip while Los Angeles wildfires raged. She was
fiddling in Ghana while LA burned, Being reported by A
Cameron Arkan, Fox News, Immigration Customs Enforcement clapp back at
LA Mayor Karen Bass. I think her career is over.
I really do. I could be wrong, though, After she
(01:37:39):
suggested that federal immigration authorities go home. Well, we were
like for ice, the ice rates to stop. We were
like the array of federal officials or Savilians dresses federal
officials to go home, she said. At a news conference
on Tuesday, held them respond to the Department of Justice's
lawsuit against the city sanctuary city policies Los Angeles Mary
Karen Vass She was speaking of the press conference, and
(01:38:00):
she said she was asked there's a deal to be made,
she said after days of protests. She said, I don't
know if there's a deal to be made. Like I
told you, the deal that needs to be made is
for them to go home. The Democrats said she was
asked that question. Ice directly responded, noting that they will
(01:38:21):
continue their operations in the city and in the region. Quote,
Ice isn't going anywhere. It will continue to do what
Mayor Bass has utterly failed to do protect the citizens
of Los Angeles. She wants to a distance from the
federal law enforcement. I'm sure there is an upcoming diplomatic
trip to Ghana, Emily Covington unquote said to Emily Covington,
Assistant director ICE Office of Public Affairs. She said that
(01:38:41):
in a statement to Fox News as well. Comment hearken
back to the mayor's controversial visitor of the African country
earlier this year, which she visited to attend the country's
presidential inauguration. She returned from the trip as far as
were ripping through the city of Los Angeles, which istorying
significant portions of the beachside communities of Pacific Palisades and others,
and the National Wars everything to worried about the fire
(01:39:02):
rest before she left. But you know how that goes.
But she, of course, we're international spotline. In June and
the anti ICE protests and riots broke out in the city.
I made the news at the agency was condective legue
immigration sweeps in the area. You've got the guy that's
wanting to run for mayor, mad Man, ma'am, Donnie, You've
got her. You've got others in these sanctuary cities and
(01:39:23):
sanctuary politicians who they don't want ice around. I mean,
not only are they just saying, well, you know, we
won't aid into bed ice, They're like, well, you know,
we just really kind of don't want ice here. I
shouldn't be here. And then I last week on the
show go back list to archives, I'll played a clip
for you from a vice mayor of one of the
suburbs of LA appealing to some local street gangs to
(01:39:46):
get in there and fight ice. You know, pick up
arms against ice, get violent against ice. Ladies and gentlemen,
boys and girls, trimn of all ages. These are the
new Confederates. These folks are the new Confederates. This isn't
about immigration, it's about illegal immigration. They conflate the two again.
Of course, it's the word sale games played by the socialists.
But this hearkens back to eighteen sixty one. April eighteen
(01:40:08):
sixty one, Charleston Harbor Confederates fired upon do whatever make casualties,
thankfully fired upon Fort Sumter out in the Harbor. We
want the Feds out of here. We want the Feds
out of here. That was the birth of the Civil
War by the Confederates. These are the new Confederates gang.
They want the Feds out. They heck with federal law
(01:40:29):
because all these all these ice agents you're doing is
acting upon federal warrants. These are federal warrants. A lot
of these are stale warrants have been on the books
for quite a while. This is coming from federal judges.
Federal judges both Democrat, Republican, maybe a few independents of
libertarian zone in who knows that they're acting upon. These
(01:40:50):
are court orders. These are federal court orders that they're
executing to grab these people, in most cases for deportation.
In most cases, people have had their so called due process,
they've been convicted past tense of various crimes. It's time
to get them out of here. But they fall through
the cracks for a few years and the rounding these
people up and these are bad folks, Okay, these are
(01:41:11):
folks who committed rapes, armed robberies, uh, human trafficking, human
human smuggling, murders, et cetera, et cetera. These are these
are these are bad folks that they're rounding up and
getting out of here. They're going after the worst of
the worst. That's all this is. And they're acting upon
federal court orders based upon federal laws at USC thirteen
(01:41:32):
twenty four, yet USC thirteen twenty five, at USC thirteen
twenty six. But you've got these in the nineteen the
nineteen ninety seven immigration format signed upon, signed off on
in tail end of of nineteen ninety six by then
President Bill Clinton. Okay, so they're they're they're acting upon
these laws, they're acting upon court orders. They're doing what
(01:41:54):
they're the courtship told them they need to do. They
can't just tell the courts well, you know, stick it,
we're not going to do it. So that's what they're doing.
But you see the mayors the politicians of these sanctuary
cities and sanctuary states are saying, you know what, I
don't think so we're above federal law, We're above the corridor,
we're above all that wall. Forget it. You're not booting
(01:42:17):
these people out of here. And again, we need these
we need this cheap labor to exploit. We need these
brown people to exploit, because otherwise who's going to do
the jobs that they're doing. Not the same argument the
Southern Democrats made about the slaves. Well, who's going to
pick the cotton, who's going to pick the tobacco, who's
going to work on these plantations to feed you people?
We free the slaves, you know, we're host the economy's ruined.
(01:42:41):
You're going to wreck the economy. That's exactly what they're
saying about deporting illegal these illegallyans, especially the criminal legal aeans.
You gon toa writ the economy. Well, it's exactly the
same margument the Democrats use in eighteen fifty, eight, fifty nine,
and sixty and then finally it open in full of
violence in eighteen sixty one, and we're seeing full of violence.
We saw full of violence in and thankful nobody was killed.
(01:43:03):
As far them, we're in Los Angeles. These are the
new Confederates. And who's behind it the Democrats. And again
I'm not doing Democrat versus Republican. If you listen to
this show long enough, I really fed up, dead, tired
of long ago left the Republicans, Sick of Republicans, six
sick of Republicans. Let me say it one more time
case you misunderstand sick of Republicans, but I'm also sick
(01:43:27):
of democrats. All right, So you have that you have that.
By the way, interesting news report here unlawful injury arrested
the border dropped forty one percent in June, being reported
by Breitbart dot com, growing to the numbers posted on
social media by border because our Tom homand the arrest
(01:43:48):
of illegal immigrants who have illegally crossed the borders any
United States fell to just over six thousand in June.
This represents the lowest month in modern border patrol records
and a forty one percent decrease from the May report.
Some are calling it the Trump effect. Total border patrol
encounters for the entire month of June twenty twenty five
was six thousand and seven hundred. That is less than
(01:44:09):
a single day under Biden. Also, none of the six
thousand and seventy, not seven hundred and sixty, it was
six thousand and seventy. I'm sorry, none were released into
the US. Zero zero. Let's not to say that zero
illegallymorage came to the US, because those are the ones
(01:44:29):
that got I'm sure a few slip through the cracks,
but that's those are numbers that are far afield from
For example, the more than ninety three percent increase that
took place back in June to twenty twenty four, the
eighty seven, six hundred and six detained. So that's working.
(01:44:52):
That's working. And if even if you hate Trump's gods,
you got to give them credit for at least kind
of really, really seriously slowing down to just a trickle.
Really by comparison the numbers of folks illegally crossing our
southern border, which is a good thing on a lot
(01:45:13):
of fronts, because there are we don't know who's embedded
in some of these folks. That's the scary part. And
of course you got the getaways, and they're still getaways happening.
The ones that aren't that aren't caught. So but that's
good news. I'm going to take it as good news,
(01:45:34):
very good news. Christian Norman says that CNN could be prosecuted.
I'm just running through these what they're doing is leal.
Christian Norham says seene and could be prosecuted for encouraging
people to avoid law enforcement. Might be a little bit
of a stretch where they in other words, was seen
in reporting or were they encouraging We're working with the
Department of Justice to see if we can prosecute them
(01:45:56):
for that. I'm gonna play a clip and you can
decide do they have a case theyre not just a
Department of Homeland Insecurity DHS Secretary of Christie Noum toured
the she was recent trying the Los Angeles detention facility.
Of course, all freedom, all American's freedom of speech is
protected by the Constitution, and journalists in America have high protections.
(01:46:18):
They think because you're journalists, well they do. I mean
there is freedom of the press, of course. I think
they have some extra special protections of the rest of us.
You know, you and I don't sometimes get privileged access
to information. One corporation even assisted that its reporters had
a First Amendment right to be in the White House,
even on air Force One says the ordinary Americans course
don't have. But there are limits in an appear seeing
(01:46:39):
in might may have crossed in the forbidden territory that'
according to the Department of Homeland and Security Christie Secretary
Christian know Them, who responded to a question about the
network's recent promotion of an app that lets a phone
users learn the location of agents from US Immigration and
Customs Enforcement. We're working with the Department of Justice to
see if we can prosecute them for that, because what
(01:47:01):
they're doing is actively encouraging people to avoid law enforcement
activities operations, and we're going to actually go after them
and prosecute them because what they're doing, we believe is illegal.
No Them said. Now, multiple reports revealed how CNN recently
profiled and promoted the ice block telephone app let Alard's
anyone using the software that ice agents are nearby? Now,
(01:47:22):
I did play a clip from a TV station in
the LA. I believe it was LA. I believe it
was California, if I'm not mistaken. Go back to listen
Darkive a few weeks back, kind of talking about this.
But this appeared on CNN a few days ago. Noim
had noted earlier that it sure looks like obstructive justice,
our brave vice enforcement face of five hundred percent increase
(01:47:44):
and assaults against them. So I'm gonna let you hear
the clip. You decide it's this just simple reporting, just
just kind of reporting on some stuff. Not promoting, but reporting.
And there can be a fine line. I get that.
I mean I flirt with that line on this show.
There could be you know, you can be right up
against the line and promotion, but you're just actually reporting
(01:48:05):
or you're just sharing. Okay, And by the way, let
me caveat in case someone at die at Chris, you're
somebody listening to the show and sayday wait to make
you're promoting. I'm not promoting resisting Ice, interfering with Ice.
I'm not promoting this app. I'm gonna let you simply
let you hear a clip from Seeing any and you
decide is this reporting or promoting? All right now, I
(01:48:27):
don't have the clip edited up to make it sound
in some way that it's not. This is as it
came off of their network pretty much. I mean I
had the clip is limited in its length because this
is a limited show and you know there's copyright issues
and blah blah. I don't want to turn around can
suited by CNN. So let me let you hear a
little bit of this clip. I mean, you decide. I
don't know are they promoting or are they just simply reporting?
(01:48:51):
Or is it maybe overzealous reporting that maybe is kind
of flirting with the line between promotion and reporting or
what would be covered by a first amount freedom of
the press protections or something that's beyond that. I don't know.
Is this a gray area, I don't know. I tend
to air on the side of First Amendment freedoms. I
tend to err on the side that even if maybe
(01:49:13):
they did kind of inch over into promotion, I'm not
real filled about the government coming in and kicking somebody
off the microphone. That very easily happened to me. So
I'm a little sensitive about that, I guess, and being
the hardcore constitutionalist that I am, maybe a little hyper
sensitive about it. But let me let you hear this clip.
(01:49:33):
You decide, we report, you decide right.
Speaker 12 (01:49:36):
Tration steps up, ice rays and mass deportations. One tech
developer is pushing back with an app designed to track
ice activity in real time. It's called ice Block, and
it's controversial, to say the least. Santa Claire Duffy is
with us. Now, how does this work, Claire, and what
are the legal implications?
Speaker 13 (01:49:56):
Yeah, John, I talked with Joshua Aaron, who is the
longtime tech worker who developed this platform, and he said
he really wants it to be an early warning system
for people about the location of immigrations and customs enforcement officers.
So he says he does not want people interfering with
those officers' activity, but he does want people to be
able to avoid them altogether if they want.
Speaker 3 (01:50:17):
So.
Speaker 13 (01:50:17):
You open the app. It looks like a map, and
users can tap the map to report an ICE sighting
in their area, and then everybody who uses the platform
within five miles of that siding will get a push alert.
This is a free iPhone app. It is anonymous. Erin
says he doesn't collect any user data. And what I
think is really interesting about this in this moment is
we've seen so many of the biggest leaders in tech
(01:50:39):
supporting President Trump, but Aaron is sort of an example
of the fact that there are people within the tech
industry who are really resistant to Trump's policies. I asked
him what he would say to those tech leaders who,
for example, are at the operation. Here's what he told me.
Take a listen.
Speaker 11 (01:50:56):
I understand you have shareholders to report to you. I
understand you have employees that need their paychecks. But at
what point do you say enough is enough?
Speaker 13 (01:51:08):
And John I should say that I did not respond
when I asked them about this platform and about Aaron's
opposition to their activity.
Speaker 4 (01:51:15):
I looked the way she says Trump's policies. You see again,
it's not Trump's policies. He's just simply enforcing the laws
that the Biden administration a lot of other administrations have
lacademically enforced. And I've argued for a long time it's
not so much that we need immigration reform, and we
do need to tweak a few things here and there.
It shouldn't take years and years, and it shouldn't take
twenty years become a citizen. If you've kept your nose
(01:51:36):
clean and played by the rules, it shouldn't cost as
much as oftentimes it does too. So there's some tweaking
that we needs to happen, But most this has been
an enforcement problem. Most of what's going on with legal
immigration has been just a simple enforcement problem. He's enforcing
the laws on the books. Finally, uh before were going
to break man who sexually assaulted sleeping woman avoids deeperation
(01:52:00):
gets promoted to the top role by Tim Walls. Why
is it that Tim Walls is surrounded by a lot
of creeps. You know this guy that murdered these lawmaker,
murdered this lawmaker and his wife injured the other one.
And now this guy, what is it about Tim Wallas.
It seems to attract the creepies in the weirdos. I
mean not just simply that they're attracted to him, but
that he works that they work for him. That's being
(01:52:21):
reported by Hudson Crozier Daily Caller News Foundation. Democratic Minnesota
Governor Tim Wallas's Department of Education. Doe hired at Kenyon
National after he was nearly deported for sexual assault, and
later promoted him to a director role. Not amazing. Wilson Tindy,
who became the agency's director of Internal Lawnit and Advisory
Services in the Sember twenty twenty three, was convicted in
twenty sixteen of sexual sexually assaulting a woman in her
(01:52:45):
sleep after breaking into her home that, according to documents,
are supported by Alpha News. Tendee's LinkedIn profile and government
web pages indicate that he has worked multiple jobs in
Minnesota's DOE and Pollution Control Agency. Top employee. Democratic Minnesota
Governor Tim Wallas's administration has removed from a state website
after his sexual assault conviction surface. Yeah then me, by
(01:53:05):
the way. In response to this article, well to the
Minnesota Department of Education and not respond to requests for
comment from the Daily Car News Foundation, of course not,
and in fact, the Minnesota DEE removed Tendy's profile from
its website after alph News Associate agency for Groups. My gosh, yeah, well,
you know, if I guess if you're here illegally, or
(01:53:27):
if you're you know, planning on murdering somebody, or if
you've broken in or rape some people or rob some people,
go to Tim Wallas and by golly, he'll give you
a job. He will give you a job once you're
out of jail, no matter. Just go to timmy boy,
and my goodness, you're hired. You got to get a

little more Christian talk at Rocks Left as we wrap.
Speaker 3 (01:53:57):
Up the broadcast, Hi am Danny Ilong. You may know
me as an actor, but one of the things that
I'm most proud of is my service to this country
and the army. I saw firsthand how training and discipline
is still are values that create great leadership abilities and
a can do spirit. Those same strong values stay with

the workplace.

Speaker 4 (01:55:23):
All right, that computer did something weird there. I'll have
to go back and figure that out. But all right, Uh,
we've got anti Semitism on the rise in this country.
Seems like, I don't know, it's it seems like to
me that our campuses, our universities, so on, so forth,
(01:55:51):
are beginning to mirror, you know, the streets of Nazi Germany.
It's just it's crazy. And I've said this before I'll
say it again, investigation into Havid Yod it looks like, well,
they're in violation of federal law for Andy Semitism being
proted by Bobo new rolnand daily. The Trump administration for
(01:56:12):
months has now been trying to convinced Havid Yod Harvard University,
which sits on billions of dollars in endowment cash by
the way, a lot of that, well, they have some
tax dollars coming into to fix the problems with anti
Semitism and racial discrimination on its campus. Coalition of sixteen
(01:56:32):
state attorneys general already has endorsed the move because, as
their statement of claimed, Harvard itself admits that any Semitism
both exists and is a problem on its campus, but
is unwilling to address the issue. Jewish students deserve equal
protection and access to education, which is why I led
a sixteen state coalition to support President Trump's actions. Unquote
(01:56:55):
and again, even if you hate the arch Man's gets,
you got a kind of applauding for at least come
into the to the aid of the Jewish folks. Course,
unless you think the Jewish folks should be exterminated and
annihilated as in you know, Nazi Germany, and you know,
River to the Sea chanting and all that good stuff
is just to wipe out Israel and push all the
Jews into the ocean and kill them all and drown
them all.
Speaker 3 (01:57:13):
And you know, just.
Speaker 4 (01:57:16):
Do that little number. Yeah, Trump, Batman has already frozen
about two point two billion of Harvard's that's a billion,
not millions, with a b billion of Harvard's federal grants
and contracts. By the way, it's your tax dollars over
the issue. Let me the chair a clip. This is
from the Orange Man's press secretary when being questioned by
(01:57:41):
a reporter from one of the main seam media outlets.
I don't marry which one, but it's one of the
reporters that's usually there. And this is her response about
all this and the anti Semitism, and you know that
the violations of what's going on here with the title
six and everything else, because there are laws about this stuff. Okay,
(01:58:05):
there's laws. You can't engage in discrimination in university based
on race and ethnicities and faith. You can't target certain
faith groups because well, some of your students don't like
that particular faith group. Okay, again, we're not Nazi Germany.
(01:58:26):
I don't think, but some of these Samphasis campuses seem
to be going back into a time warp or something else.
It's scary.
Speaker 1 (01:58:36):
The President has talked to us before about color potentially
having to deal with administration in the coming days. Do
have an update a timeline for that house.
Speaker 10 (01:58:45):
And negotiations going, and it's more pressure and needed for.
Speaker 1 (01:58:49):
Harvard to take fighting anti semitism seriously.
Speaker 14 (01:58:52):
Well, there was quite a direct letter that was sent
to Harvard this morning. As you know, the negotiations are
taking place behind a doors, so I won't comment on that.
But what I will share with all of you, for
those who haven't seen it, is the context of this letter,
because I think it's very important. And this comes from
the Department of Health and Human Services, which concluded after
(01:59:12):
a thorough investigation that Harvard University is in a violent
violation of Title six of the Civil Rights Act, which
prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin.
And if you read some of the content of the
investigation and what they found, the majority of Jewish students
reportedly experienced experienced negative bias or discrimination on their campus,
(01:59:35):
while a quarter of Jewish students at Harvard felt physically unsafe.
Jewish and Israeli students were assaulted and spit on. They
had their kippas for fear of being harassed, and concealed
their Jewish identity from classmates for fear of ostracization. Images
were widely circulated amongst the Harvard community that trafficked and
obvious anti Semitic tropes, including one that showed a dollar
(01:59:58):
sign inside of a Star of David. The campus was
vandalized with anti Semitic stickers, including one that showed the
Israeli flag with a swastika. The Harvard campus was racked
by demonstrations, as you all know, violent protests that violated
the university's rules of condexts conduct. The demonstrations called for
genocide and murder, denied Jewish and Israeli students' access to
(02:00:21):
campus spaces.
Speaker 4 (02:00:22):
These are all Nazis that.
Speaker 14 (02:00:23):
Harvard cannot dispute, and that's why the administration has found
them in violation of Title six and has threatened to
withhold their federal funding. Because if you break federal law,
you should not be receiving federal tax dollars.
Speaker 4 (02:00:36):
Oh but if you're a Christian defending the Jews. Oh
you're a Nazi. No, these people doing this stuff for
the Nazi. That's what the Nazis did. Go back and
read your history books. This is what the Nazis did.
This is hilarian. If you will make is that even
the word? Well if former President Bush could make up words,
(02:00:57):
than I can too. By golly by, golly by gumpshuans.
But yeah, I mean, it's just I don't know what
else you'd call it, just full till Nazism on h
and they're an old Hovid yacht. But it's not just
an old Havid yacht. Let me bring it a little
closer to where you're truly a sitting right here in
the old Dominion and the Communist wealth. Oh, I mean
(02:01:20):
the Commonwealth of Virginia. Do I say that? Out Low
Virginia school expelled Jewish siblings after parents blue whistle on
class room anti semitism lawsuit a ledges being reported by
Jaron Crossen Daily Color News Foundation, Three Jewish students were
expelled from a Virginia school after their parents complained about
the school's failure to respond to repeated instances of anti
Semitic harassment, cord to a lawsuit filed Tuesday yesterday. If
(02:01:44):
you're listening to this live, one of the children and
eleven year old student at the nice Smith School for
the Gifted was allegedly targeted with a severe and pervasive
harassment for being Jewish students, calling Jews baby killers, which
that is that goes way back to like medieval times,
and saying they deserve to die because of what is
happening in Gaza. That according to the lawsuit, when the
(02:02:07):
girls' parents brought the incidents of the headmaster's attention, they
were told their daughter needed to toughen up before all
three of their children were expelled from the school mid semester.
Nice Met School, located in Herndon, Virginia, is ready among
the best schools in the world by Johns Hopkins University
Center for Talented Youth. School also boasts that its standardized
(02:02:27):
test scores considerably placed in the top two percent of
schools nationwide. Since two thousand. School did not respond to
the Daily Color News Foundation's requests for Commet of course
not they never do. The any Jewish teams were also
allegedly perpetrated by the school itself. The lawsuit claims at
one point, children in the sixth grade history class were
instructed to collaborate on a drawing of a strong historical leader.
(02:02:49):
The image that was drawn and later sent around in
a community wide email featured wait for it, wait for it,
the unmistakable face of Adolph Hitler zighaye.
Speaker 3 (02:03:04):
Right.
Speaker 4 (02:03:06):
I don't know if these kids are wearing brown shirts
and stuff. I don't know. The owner and head master
of the school also, maybe that's her uniform, now, you know,
little little Swaska ban on the army. I don't know.
The owner and head master of the school also allegedly
hung up Palestinian flag in the school's gym after the
parents' daughter reported several instances, at which point the bullying
of their daughter grew more intense now again, Accordney to lawsuit.
(02:03:31):
Shortly after the parents brought their complaints to the school's leaders,
the annual Holocaust memorial program was canceled due to concerns.
And here's why. Quote I mean this thing about the
I mean it's history. They're talking about the history of
the Holocaust, you know, so we don't maybe repeat it,
maybe learn from it. But here's what these here's what
(02:03:52):
these geniuses of education said. Quote the event might inflame
emotions within the nice Mis school community and liked if
the Israel guy's a conflict according to the lawsuits. So
when we.
Speaker 10 (02:04:06):
Can't have the annual holocaustom orial program, well because there's
some folks that hate Jews in the school, you know,
and and maybe they do kind of want to roast
Jewish kids in Evans And well, you know, we just
don't want to offend those folks. You can't make this
right here in Virginia, right here in Virginia Bible Belt.
(02:04:29):
I mean, well, theast is part of the state of
northern Virginia, not so much southern southwestern Virginia.
Speaker 4 (02:04:36):
It's about the belt buckle of the Bible, of the
Bible Belt. It's it's really but yeah, right here and
right here in the place where we had like Patrick
Henry saying, giving me liberty or give me death, Thomas Jefferson,
George Washing and James Madison founding key founding fathers. Not
about liberty and religious freedom. Freedom of religion not so
much in the old Dominion anymore, not so much. Not
(02:04:58):
a fear of the you wish persuasion. Not if you're
one of those there. It's one of those those kids,
you know, they're those Hebrew people. There are those Hebes.
Speaker 3 (02:05:09):
You know.
Speaker 4 (02:05:10):
It can't Oh my gosh, i a're taking everything over.
I mean, my gosh. You know those little rich Jewish kids,
they're going to running around running everything here. Climb down
on that. Is that what's going on? I don't know
any seventisms A run rampant at schools on college campuses
across the country following a Moss's October seven, twenty twenty
three attack. Well, that's not what launched it. It was
(02:05:32):
there the whole time. It just that just caused it
to pop to the to the surface. But it's been
there for years. I've contended. And Christians you're in the
mix too. They hate you just as much. Believe you me.
You got a target on your back too. I don't
just be saying, oh my gosh, those for you, for
Jewish kids, Thank god, that's what happened to our kids,
our Christian kids. Yeah, I know it is. I'm documenting it.
(02:05:55):
The two are parallel, Okay, they're parallel, which is why
Christian you need to be very concerned about this. Many
schools have been put out a federal investigation for allowing
and sometimes encouraging anti Jewish events. Did you think you
would be happy? Did you ever think that twenty years
ago even we would be having news reports and conversations
(02:06:18):
that sounded like Nazi Germany in nineteen thirty six. I mean,
this is not And by the way, those Nazis were socialists.
Are you seeing a parallel gang the socialism creeping up,
creeping on, getting more stronger in this nation, and parallel
to that, well, but dad gum Jews, you see, those
(02:06:41):
go hand in hand, always have and not just the
Jews but against Christians too, because most extreme socialist communists,
dictatorships and governments are built upon the heads, the skulls,
the crushed skulls of Jews and Christians because they don't
(02:07:05):
like God, because for them, they're God is government. Stalin
was an atheist, Maltzi tongue atheist speaking of Mountsi Tongue
and the Chinese. I'm gonna run through these real quick.
FBI blocked probe into alleged just speaking of from a fascist,
FBI block probe into alleged Chinese twenty twenty election meddling
(02:07:26):
to protect Chris Ray from fallout. Documents now show being
bored by Brooks Singman Fox News whistle blowers is FBI's
recall of twenty twenty Chinese election interference documents was to
avoid transparency. Yeah, I just liked to saying that the
hunter by laptop, well that was just rushing his information. Well,
the people who were really interfering the most wasn't the Rooskies,
(02:07:47):
it was the Chaiicom government. FBI whistleblower Steve Friend was
all about this. The FBI blocked an investigation into the
allegations of the Chinese Communist Party manufactured fake drivers licenses
and shipped them to us in a scheme to influence
twenty twenty presidential election. Turned a little bit about this
last on. I think it was the last week's show.
(02:08:09):
This was a big deal. But now what's emerging is
that it seems like the records include communications between the
FI officials ahead of the twenty twenty elections, were recently
disclassified by FBI Director Cash Pattel and transmitted to Senate
ju Share Committee Chairman Chuck Grassey, Republican from Iowa. All right,
because Patel had had back earlier in Jenita had located
(02:08:29):
the declassified original reporting documents leging the Chaicam government Chakom
parties sought to deliver fake driver's licenses to Chinese sympathizers
in the US who would cast a vote for Biden
the twenty twenty election. He located declassified the original reporting documents.
The FBI recalled that reporting through September twenty fifth, twenty twenty,
(02:08:49):
just a day after the raid, testified before Congress that
the FBI had not seen any coordinated voter fraud ahead
of the twenty twenty election. That was a lie, because
they sure had. The FBI at the time had ed
recalled that report in order to reinterview the source. It
also directed recipients of the original report to destroy all
copies of the original report, remove original report from all
(02:09:10):
computer holdings. In other words, destroy federal government documents. Oh
that's usually a felony anyway, don't hold your brother, anybody's
don't go to jail. But till this week, of course,
he DEDEDCLASSI fied additional documents, including rerecords relating to the
reinterview of the source. The records were also sent to
Grassley and then fox US Digital got their hands on them.
Although the source was re engaged and provide additional context
(02:09:32):
to support the initial ir FBI headquarters remain in a
position not to publish the report, says the director. Marshall
Yates wrote in a letter to Grassy teamed by Fox News,
why well, it was because the reporting would contradict Director
raised testimony false testimony to Congress. So to save Chris Raise,
hein end to keep him from being a content of
(02:09:53):
Congress or lying looking like he was lying to Congress,
which we all know he did anyway. That's why I
that's the other reason they pulled back on that quote.
We have not seen historically any kind of coordinated national
voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it is
by mail or otherwise. Ray testified, but people should make
no mistake. Were vision as the threatorer watching blah blah blah.
(02:10:15):
But they also testified that the Chinese had been expanding
their influence efforts, saying that they had been looking for
different ways to take a page out of the malign
for an influenced playbook they have seen elsewhere. But he
didn't go into detail on this, as you should have.
Now the rationale provided to the Albany staff, the FBI
staff and Albany, do we have a georg for the
recall was that the headquarters deemed the report not authoritative,
(02:10:37):
but this characterization was met with disagreements by those in
the Albany office. That wasn't quite the reason. Again, Moses
fell back on protecting Ray's high and end for making
it from looking like he just lied as he often
did or fudged to Congress. There you have it. You
see how these folks tend to kind of work in
(02:11:00):
unison together the so called deep state to protect a
so called election or protect or so called protect an election.
I should say election was a so called it havn't,
but to kind of, you know, we'd want to be
seen these in your frame. That's exactly what they did.
They put their thumb on the scale. They completely put
(02:11:21):
their thumb on the scale. But it's not just the
FEDS state government. How about Gavin Nuisance Newsome Shocking ties
to the Chinese mafia went back in author journalists being
ported by Blaze dot Com Peter Schweitzer dive into the
California governor's connections to organize crime in China between these
Raconi and COVID nineteen lockdown. Although he was, you know,
(02:11:43):
having a dinner at a French restaurant. No, no master,
everybody coached up to each other. It's okay for him. See,
it's the idea of well, do as I say, not
as I do, from these hypocritical leaders. Not just California,
there everywhere, but you know, it seemed to be seems
to be an art form in California. California Governor Gavin
Newsom nuisances. I'd call him Gavin Newsom. He's as deplorable
(02:12:03):
as they come on this stuff. Top of vision and cities, progressivism, however, well,
I call it socialism. There's something else that makes him
one of the slimiest politicians in the country, something few
are aware of. He got deep chaies to communist China. Yeah,
oh yeah, Chai comms. Linbeck sat down with author and
(02:12:25):
journalist Peter Schweiser, who revealed the California governor's hidden financial
ties at Chinese criminal networks. Quote. Gavin Newsom, governor of California,
will not call out China on fentanyl, said Schweizer, pointing
to Newsom's October twenty twenty three visited to Chi Comms,
during which he refused to call out the communist nation
for its role in America's fentnel crisis, specifically its supply
(02:12:46):
of precursor chemicals fueling California's opioid epandemic, which you're shoveling
in by the dumpro clothes down into Mexico to the
Mexican criminal organizations cartels who are funning it. Then right
back up here. See, China's playing the old game, and
it's a long game of the enemy of my enemy
(02:13:07):
is my friend. And they know that the cartels are
enemies of the US, the Mexican cartels. That is, so
if Americans are dying at one hundred at the date
of one hundred thousand year from from pills and the
chi comps don't having to fire a single bullet at
those Americans to thin us out, well, why not then
give chemicals, uh to these Mexican cartels and Latin American
(02:13:28):
cartels to uh, you know, create that good old fennel
and get folks hooked on it and killed here in
this country. Yeah, So it's like a plan, and that's
what they've done. And gaven Uisance says nothing, because Gavenuisance
is a coward. The Gavenusa says, you know, he kind
of well kind of likes the chi combs because birds
(02:13:50):
of a feather tend to flock together, right, Gavin Newsom
and carrying bass California. Look what you look? What you
made us do? Uh huh. The newson was criticized for
missing an opportunity to address pressing public health crisis. Schweizer
says his refusal the fingerpoint stems from his deep ties
to China, which he's reluctant to jeopardize. Quote. His history
(02:14:12):
is a long association with the Chinese organized crime figures.
He says, when he was mayor of San Francisco, he
appointed his head of Chinatown Economic Development a guy who
was a dragonhead. That means he's a Chinese mafia leader
in Chinese organized crime. I just watched a movie the
other night about some slimy stuff like that. Newsom also
gave tax payer money from San Francisco to another dragonhead's
(02:14:35):
nonprofit he had on his transition team, another guy who
was involved with Chinese organized crime who went to jail
on a murder for higher plots at Schweizer further doing
new San Francisco mayoral tenure. He also said up something
called China saf to bring China investment dollars into San Francisco,
the established China SCF has partnered with Vincent Lowe, a
(02:14:57):
man already publicly known to be a so shid with
the Chinese organized crime folks. As a result of their partnership,
some of the early businesses that came and invested in
San Francisco through this scheme were tied to Chinese organized crime.
Not to mention, let's drop back a minute again. Under
Totalitatan regime, the Chacom government controls the big industries and
companies there. So if you bring these big industries and
(02:15:20):
companies to your town, the tentacles of the Chacom government
come with it, you see. So this is part of
the director indirect corruption. However you want to look at it.
There you have that. Finally we're gonna close with this.
And I've said on this show that I believe, and
i've i've since I think the Lord is speaking to
my heart that there's going to be a change. I
(02:15:40):
don't know when, soon, sooner than later. It's gonna be
a bit of an upheovile in the Chaiicom government. But
the younger folks not real thrilled about the Chaiicom government.
G I don't think there's gonna be in power a
whole lot longer, because that's a relative term. How much longer,
who knows, But I think it's the remainder of his
term is gonna be fairly short years, maybe a few months,
(02:16:01):
who knows. But the Chicom government folks are getting real
unpopular in China, and the younger folks are getting real restless.
Isn't that usually how it happens? And when they were
back this is back in twenty twenty two. I remember
in the fall of twenty twenty two, November December twenty
twenty two. I think I've shared on this show, and
I've talked about it on the show, and I'll talk
(02:16:21):
about it right now again. I remember seeing a lot
of younger people on universities and so forth protesting the
Chilcom government, and they would have placards that would be
written in I guess whatever, Mandarin or whatever, and then
underneath that, on the same placard or on the same
postion board they were holding up, would be quotes from
our founding fathers. Would be quotes from Thomas Jefferson, We'll
be quotes from Madison, We'll be quotes from George Washington,
(02:16:43):
we'll be quotes from Patrick Henry, John Adams, Sam Adams,
Ben Franklin. Uh oh, that's not looking good for the
child comms anyway. There's this being puted bout Francis Martel
bridebart dot com. China's Communist Party is getting older, grows
more slowly as youth dis enchantment spreads. Yeah, I've been
talking about this for a while. The Government of China
(02:17:07):
publish its annual Communist Party statistics on Monday, and of
course take it with a grain of salt, because this
is the chicom government and if their lips are moving,
they're probably giving you it best to have truth, so
it's probably worse than this. But just use this as
sort of a barometric pressure reading, revealing a modus one
point one percent increase in the number of official members
and it decline in the number of members under thirty five.
(02:17:28):
No surprise there. Could have told them that from what
I was saying being posted on social media the video
clips on X back then, I think it was still Twitter.
Speaker 10 (02:17:38):
On X.
Speaker 4 (02:17:40):
While state run newspaper Global Time celebrated the data ask
proof that the parties continue as the party is continuing
to improve and growing stronger yeah right. Hong Kong, South
China Morning Posts observed that compared the past year, the
party grew more slowly while seeing its number of seniors
grow significantly. The Chicom Parties Organization Department typically publishes the
members in late June every year in anticipation of the
(02:18:02):
anniversary of the founding of the party. In nineteen twenty one,
party announced that it had tallied over one hundred million,
two hundred and seventy thousand members by the end of
twenty twenty four, at one point one percent increase year
on year, or over one million new members. At the
Global Times described over two million members being developed. Among them,
(02:18:25):
the CCP recruited one point seventy eighty four million new
members aged thirty five and below. That's but that's small
according to these statistics, in we carried him to previous years,
accounting for at eighty three point seven percent in a total.
So what this is showing is that the younger folks
(02:18:47):
whould kind of get entire of the Chicom Party. I
could have told you that in fact, the organization primary
level organization was up by seventy four thousand million of
twenty twenty three, or an increase of only one point
four percent times reported among them, there are now three
hundred and six thousand party committees, three hundred thirty thousand
general party branches, and four point sixty one four million
(02:19:09):
party branches at the primary level in China. As for
the one point percent totally increase in membership, and it's
probably false, it's probably worse than that. The Morning Post
noted that the party has logged a one point two
percent increase only in twenty twenty three, and fourteen percent
increase the year before. Yeah, because by the end of
twenty twenty two they were getting pretty fed up with
(02:19:30):
all the lockdowns, people dying in their apartments. You know,
you might have heard that. Well, this is not a
numbers game. It's it's not the more. The Merria of
The Morning Post quoted the official ist stating investigations by
the Anti Corruption Agency show many corupt officials had wrong
motives when they joined the party. Of the organization department
at all levels has been instructed to weed out those
who show early signs of little conviction that could easily
(02:19:52):
fall prey to temptation. Chinas struggled significantly under the rule
of genocidal dictator Jijing Ping took atail corruption. G has
presided over multiple rounds of massive Communist Party officer purgase
on occasional leaving the country with vacancies in some of
the most impactful government positions. There's anonymous officials that claim
that the decline and growth of the Communist Party is
(02:20:13):
by design, disregards years of evidence that many in China,
and particularly the young Chinese, are increasingly disillusioned with and
disinterested in the Communist Party. Chinese economy has suffered a
tremendous decline in the years following the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic,
leading to skyrocketing youth unemployment rates and cultural trends discouraging
career ambition. This is the seeds for revolution, Gang, this
(02:20:35):
is the seeds for revolution, and the younger ones seem
to be latching on to quotes from our founding fathers. Now,
I'm not telling you right now that China's will to
suddenly become a fool tilt Jeffersonian installed a democratic republic.
Even if they become socialism like, that's far afield from
what they what they've been, and would be an improvement.
(02:20:56):
As youth unemployment rose, China. Chinese began post on social
media about their lack of interesting conventional career as a
popular trend arose in twenty twenty three that that a
full time children, young adults living in their parents' homes,
what's happening here? Who received allowances for doing household chores,
getting groceries or rother errands. Young Chinese also began adopting
an attitude known as lying flat, doing little to improve
(02:21:18):
the nation, and abandoning them the pursuit of a good
job of a spouse or any financial improvement. That was
sort of in protest to the chi Icom government. Thinking
driving the lying flat movement is that doing nothing is
the only legal way to protest the repression and justice
of the Chinese Communist Party and truing that ones labored
who's not benefit Beijing. Lying flat, as it's called, has
been popular online for half a decade, triggering Chinese regime
(02:21:40):
censorship in an attempt to discourage a trend. Following the
crackdown on the lying flat trend in twenty twenty four,
Chinese youth began posting on social media pretending to work,
finding jobs but not really doing so. So there is
a youth movement that is putting the whole thing, and
by the way, the youth, the youth unemployment that in
(02:22:01):
fact they stop short. Some of these chi COOM officials
stop short of recording a record high rate of youth
unemployment in July twenty twenty three, by the way, at
twenty one point three percent. Never see to stop publishing
the Youth Unemployment DTA because it looks so bad. So
there's something going on. And I think we should hope
and pray that the totalitarian regime of China is toppled.
(02:22:25):
And I think I think if I'm doing lored correctly,
it it more or less will be. Now Again, I'm
not saying that they're cuddenly going to become just like us.
I don't think they will. People tend to gravitate towards
what they know, and what they've known is totalitarianism. But
I or at least some form of you know, maybe
(02:22:46):
even light socialism, but that would be better than what
they've got. I suspect they'll probably turn into something a
little more akin to European soul socialism, but that's still better.
That's still better than what they've had. That's probably what
they'll gravitate towards that's what they're used to. But I
think they'll have more liberties, more freedoms, and get rid
of the tyrannical regime. I do believe that that is
(02:23:08):
that is perhaps coming, could be wrong, it's got by
sense of my spirit in my heart, could be miss
hearing the Lord on that. But I've that for sensing
that for some time, and I think that that may
be on the rise and maybe is in the cards
for the near future of China. Who who, by the way,
the Chacom government, I'm talking about the Chinese people now
talking about Chinese people are beautful, i'malking about the Chicom government.
(02:23:28):
It's like the Iranian people are beautiful. It's their stinking
government that we you know, you got problems with. You know,
the Mexican folks are beautiful. It's their corrupt government, the
stinking cartels we got problems with.
Speaker 3 (02:23:41):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (02:23:42):
So, hopefully something for the sake of the people of China,
the Chacom government will be put back on its seals
and eventually crumble. Most tyrannies usually eventually do in time.
They usually tend to tend to kind of cave. They
tend to kind of eat themselves in cave from within,
don't they. I mean, you've seen the world here of that.
Sometimes outer pressures of courses help that crumbling as well,
(02:24:05):
but oftentimes it comes from the inside out. Look at
what happened to Russia again. Russia's no, you know, not
what I would call it Jeffersonian style democratic republic. But
they're better than what they were, for sure, and I
think that's probably gonna see something more kin to what
you're going to see in China, maybe even better than
what you see in Russia. But we'll see something for
us to pray about. Exciting times to be alive. I
(02:24:28):
know there's craziness going on everywhere. I know a lot
of Christians kicking back going. Jesus has got to be
beaming me up any second. I could could be, but
I kind of doubt it. I think there's more real
estate that we've got to traverse, that lung, that runway,
as I said to the very last days, the Great Tribulation.
I believe it's a long one, and we're still taxing
(02:24:49):
down that runway. It's still a long one. Before christ
you know, beams a south where it's pre trib minitrib
whatever trib we still got a ways to go Christian,
and we need to be about the father's business. Take
the rapture OBEs off for a little while, get out
of your hammock, and be about the father's business. Jesus said,
those who I find about the father's business when I come, boy,
they're gonna be really extra rewarded. You know, your back accounting.
Heaven's go to a really big stack. We're just throw
(02:25:11):
up our treasures in heaven, not here on earth. Okay,
so let's be about the father's business. And on that note,
let's call it. Let's let's let's call it a day,
shall we. For sure check out the websites Christian Talking
rocks dot net, Christian talki rocks dot com. Be sure
to take care of yourself, take care of there, the
(02:25:33):
of those that you love, and remember God. We should
be loving everybody, but God is love. See you next time,
