THIS WEEK, LIVE ON CLIFF'S NOTES!

Gary and Linda Bale

Through marriage, having children and moving across the country, we have gone on this journey together.

We are proud of what we have accomplished, and we are excited to see what’s next for us as we enter this new adventure together as partners in real estate.

Linda: After living in different states across the country for years, we returned to Dallas in 2014 to be closer to my parents. It meant a lot to me to be there for my family.

Having two children, Alex and Sydney, moving was always a big adjustment for our family. We embraced the new experiences, and through those moments, we learned and grew a lot.

Having lived in 17 different homes, I consider myself a “professional mover.” Through working with many different REALTORS®, I have truly seen it all.

From the best experiences to some less than favorable ones, I started to pay more attention to the work each REALTOR® was doing. It was during our last move to Dallas that I realized this was something I wanted to do.

For many years I worked in retail and built a successful career. At one point, I was managing 800 people, but once we started growing our family, I devoted my time to being a stay-at-home mom.

Through our moves, it was important to me that I remained the one constant in their lives. They know I am available for them whenever they need me. By far, they are our greatest
pride and joy.

When I received my REALTORS® license, it was wonderful how all of my experiences naturally translated into real estate.

From my familiarity with moving and having a family to care for to my experience in retail and business – everything culminated together, allowing me to offer exceptional services to my clients.

Gary: For years, I worked as a retail executive, running several billion-dollar businesses and managing a team of buying staff.

My career in retail started as a stockboy, and I worked my way up from there, gaining experience in many different positions. Ultimately, I found my passion in working with people. Whether successfully closing deals or forming business connections, I enjoyed it all.

Linda and I have been married for 36 years now. We have supported one another in every endeavor we have set out on. After retiring, I started to pay close attention to the work she
was doing.

The one thing I noticed was how happy and satisfied she seemed through her work. Helping people navigate what will ultimately become the next chapter of their lives is a huge responsibility but also very rewarding.

Inspired by the great work Linda was doing, I decided to get licensed as well. It was a whirlwind getting started in this unique industry.

Still, having extensive experience in negotiations, I was confident my greatest asset would be in finalizing the best deal possible for my clients.

My wife and I built our careers individually, but over time, we realized our combined strengths would make one incredible team. We have both had our fair share of successes and have become top producers in the Dallas area.

We have always joked that if we could take our strengths and put them into one person, we would be perfect. Finally, we acted on that idea and decided to team up! Our joined skills and strengths truly make an exceptional team.

In this new chapter as business partners, we are very excited to help as many people as we can. When we are working with clients, it is easy for us to put ourselves in each client’s shoes since we have been through the buying and selling process many times.

Knowing the emotions and many details that are involved in each transaction, we are able to take an empathetic and proactive approach creating a seamless experience for each client we work with.
