Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Cold Cases Solved Podcast, a podcast that
shares the most recent solved cold cases. Our purpose is
to help bring closure to the victims' families and hope
for those waiting for justice. Let's begin half a century

after two fourteen year old girls vanished on a summer

finally named their killers, unmasking a chilling mystery that haunted
South Florida for generations. The BSO Cold Case Homicide Union

back decades. Kimberly Shreiber, Barbara's sister, expressed gratitude for the
dedication of those who saw the murder of her sister
and her sister's best friend. She lamented that her parents
and brother, who died before learning of these developments, could
not hear the news. They'd be so happy that somebody

never gave up. They said, so again, we have closure
on this story. Thank goodness that they did find who
did it. Unfortunately they both passed away. The least disclosure
