man Luther Harris, last seen in the parking lot of
his apartment complex on April thirtieth, twenty twenty. He was
thirty seven years old. His mother reported him missing up

of the year, the police department reshared his case in
social media. On Thursday, Vaccaville police officer officers arrested forty
one year old John Lipsey and Erica Kelsh of Woodland
for his murder. Official have not specified what led to
