Arrests made in 2020 Vacaville homicide, after missing person case reclassified last week

After more than five years, two people were arrested in
connection with the twenty twenty one out of a Vacaville
man Luther Harris, last seen in the parking lot of
his apartment complex on April thirtieth, twenty twenty. He was
thirty seven years old. His mother reported him missing up
that he did not contact her on Mother's Day. Harris

was considered a missing person, and on August twenty ninth
of the year, the police department reshared his case in
social media. On Thursday, Vaccaville police officer officers arrested forty
one year old John Lipsey and Erica Kelsh of Woodland
for his murder. Official have not specified what led to
the arrests or the circumstances surrounding Harris's death. However, The

police department said that in December twenty twenty four, new
evidence indicated Harris was the victim of homicide. Investigation until
homicide remains active and anyone who has information could contact
Detective Santoni at seven oh seven four six' nine four
