Se firmó en agosto de 2007 pero entró en vigencia con Guatemala en 2009 y con El Salvador y Honduras en 2010. Este acuerdo busca que los cuatro países tengan una zona de libre comercio. Además, cabe resaltar que Colombia estableció un programa de libración con cada país, motivo por el cual un mismo producto puede tener aranceles diferentes, dependiendo del país con que se vaya a comercializar.
