Hoy os hablo del concepto D.I.U.M O distorsión de la imagen de uno mism@ , de la importancia del autoconcepto , de la actitud ante la vida, para conseguir resultados distintos; pero sobre todo que todo empieza con el autoconcepto de nosotros mismos, o la conciencia que tenemos de nosotros.
Enseño de qué tres factores depende este autoconcepto, cómo potenciar y mejorar el mismo, y alguna historia de éxito personal.
Los resultados que tenemos en nuestros día a día , en nuestra vida tienen que ver con las acciones (comportamiento), y este tiene que ver con la mentalidad, y esta a su vez tiene relación con tus creencias.Estas creencias , una vez adulto, se forman a través del autoconcepto.
Cambio de autoconcepto= cambio de mentalidad =cambio de estado emocional= cambio de comportamiento y acciones= cambios de resultados.
