En este capítulo, hablo de la importancia del enfoque, de que el enfoque es la energía que crea nuestra realidad pero NO es la realidad.
El enfoque nos crea una emoción, y ésta nos hace tomar decisiones y éstas nos hacer actuar. Explico cómo el enfoque es en realidad un patrón y que para cambiar la emoción que produce hay que cambiar ese patrón con repetición y observando que preguntas nos hacemos o no nos hacemos diariamente en nuestro diálogo interior, Explico cómo podemos mejorar las áreas de nuestra vida que no van tan bien cambiando el enfoque de estas preguntas.
