El patrón de comportamiento crazy eight u ocho loco, que nos lleva de un estado de energía alta a uno bajo. Tristeza, melancolía, estados depresivos, para pasar a la ira, enfado, culpa y porque sucede eso.
Y los estados restrictivos y de desesperación. El primero es que has asumido que las cosas no pueden cambiar, así evitan responsabilizarse, bajan los estándares,renuncian al deseo de lo que quieren, el segundo es que las personas con este patrón creen que han perdido el poder sobre la situación-Impotencia aprendida.
