Este capítulo es uno de los más importantes , pues las creencias disfuncionales nos influyen en todos las áreas de nuestra vida, y están operando inconscientemente en nuestras actitudes y decisiones y hasta que no las hacemos conscientes podemos seguir limitados años y años o bloqueados en un área o varias de nuestra vida.
