A decisão judicial aconteceu depois que os profissionais da área ingressaram com um recurso para que carga horária, que chegava a 40 horas semanais e com redução dos salários, fosse respeitada conforme a Lei Federal, ou seja: 30 horas semanais.
“O Estado, sob o falso argumento de que a Justiça Federal autorizou a redução proporcional dos vencimentos, devido à redução da carga horária, impôs aos servidores fisioterapeutas e terapeutas ocupacionais que eles escolhessem se iriam se beneficiar da decisão da Justiça Federal e, trabalhar 30 (trinta) horas com salário reduzido ou, se se manteriam na carga de 40 (quarenta) horas semanais”, disse a advogada Eloisa Tavares.
