Esta inquietud lo llevó a estudiar Psicología, con el objetivo de ayudar a las personas a navegar momentos de desborde emocional y horizontes difusos.A lo largo de su carrera, Leocadio ha trabajado en áreas como las adicciones, la salud mental y la resiliencia.
Su experiencia le ha confirmado que cada persona es única y posee un gran potencial para reinventarse, incluso en las circunstancias más adversas. Fruto de esta visión es su libro «La felicidad: qué ayuda y qué no», donde vuelca sus aprendizajes sobre cómo vivir plenamente.Además de su labor terapéutica (presencial y online), Leocadio ha compartido su mensaje a través de medios de comunicación, charlas y talleres, enfatizando siempre que "el cambio no se busca, se construye".
Su enfoque se caracteriza por ser cercano y práctico, basado en la escucha activa, herramientas efectivas y un acompañamiento desde la empatía y el respeto. Su misión es ayudar a las personas a descubrir los recursos internos que necesitan para crecer y transformar sus vidas.
