Courage & Chaos

Courage & Chaos

Embrace the mess: the raw truths and unspoken realities of 'having it all'. Courage + Chaos is the podcast for women who are juggling ALL the plates. With a focus on the challenges of managing entrepreneurship and careers, motherhood and advocacy, and all of the other day to day roles we are expected to play as women (proudly and without complaint) Courage and Chaos is about bringing women together, offering resources and a sense of community and challenging the societal "norms" we have been conditioned to (quietly) follow. Sharing stories, tips and perspective from women who are somehow doing it all.... and surviving to tell the tale. This is a community of women who truly get it, and will make you feel less alone in what you're dealing with and how you're feeling. Women whose stories and experience are relatable, inspiring and full of great advice. Women like you. Hosted by Rhiannon Louden: proud owner of two small businesses and mum to two amazing girls, the youngest of whom has a rare genetic disorder and multiple disabilities. Juggling a busy career, motherhood, and now the new role of health advocate for a non verbal, mobility impaired toddler has made this podcast feel more important than ever for Rhiannon. As a writer, photographer, brand strategist and mentor Rhiannon is a fierce supporter of female entrepreneurship and since becoming a parent seven years ago conversations on matrescence, motherhood and gender inequality have become equally prevalent in her life. So here we are! Episodes air bi-weekly on Wednesdays- going live at noon. Please give us a follow and leave a review- it helps a lot in getting these important stories out to the world and growing a community of like minded women too!

Small Fish Big Pod is now The Self Employed Mum Podcast!

The podcast is shifting focus- from a female entrepreneurship podcast to a podcast specifically for entrepreneurs who are also mums.

I thought about this a lot, as I don’t want to leave anyone out- I really don’t want to separate women into different categories as we are all figuring this out together.

But running a business while raising small humans is an entirely different b...

Clutter- it's hard to avoid it when you're busy and juggling ALL the plates.

For some of us, it's physical clutter in our space. For others, it might be mental clutte. Or disorganization in our business or schedule. For manby of us (me!) it can feel like all of the above.

the good news is- if you acknowledge it, and start working on the causes we CAN start decluttering our lives... and that's what this episode is all about.
