Speaker 1 (00:00):
We're away in the process of all my computer issues
this weekend and having to renew the computer. Everything is

so I'm gonna need you to sing and hung along
with it.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Is that what you said?

I don't know where it went.

Speaker 3 (00:34):

do what you have to keep your my phone open too.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
By the way, I can't hear ship. Why is the
music so loud for me?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Sounds for us to get loud for me, so I'm.

Plus we're talking on discord, so.

Speaker 7 (01:56):

Speaker 2 (01:56):
And turn the music up though, Man, it's too low,
Like you can't even hear the sound of the corn.
Remember you're doing radio at the same time with that,
with the car noise.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
It's turned out for y'all, so you can hear each other.
Though we can't hear it the car. Well, there are
no car noise. We're on pre roller.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
We were chatting to our song.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Though. Well, I'm sorry, I can't like the quiet.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
I like the quiet.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Yeah, see he likes the quiet. Rater you like the loud,
ruckish no I just like this.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
By the way, he's used to a dirt track. He
just wants to have sound in his ear.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
And mister, I'm going.

Speaker 2 (02:33):

three your times.

Speaker 1 (03:22):

Speaker 3 (03:26):

Speaker 2 (03:26):

be unknown caller because I have missed caller.

Speaker 2 (03:42):

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Oh my god, what happened?

Speaker 3 (04:02):
I should show show it all.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
It's just horrible, dude. The track conditions. We're just a
troachous and cars were hitting and flipping and tearing their
ship all the hill. I mean it was it was
bad man.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Thank you. No cars. Oh we had literally fifty two
cars between two glasses, twenty eight strits.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
It were crazy.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
You know you should cut another one, put it on
the show that you're another season.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
On l s R t V, or listen on the
we are Dot day right there by yourself say for
the Northwest some times you made for Then look, commercial.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Is over, let's go to track feed and mics are open.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Well it all comes down to Tony. Welcome under the
lights to the virtual windy city of the Chicago Land Speedway. Hell,
unfortunately we don't have the sound effects and the music
and all the graphics because I guess Charles decided to
miss up his computer and get a new one. It
is the finale for the Northwest Racing Series trucks. We're

(06:29):
ready to go for the last rice for season twelve.
Good evening, Welcome to your coverage. I am Wesley Outland.
Jeremy Stanley is alongside as we've been with you all
year long. Charles Wooten doing something with production. I don't
hear any music, but you know we've got something going on.
But nonetheless, Jeremy, I'm just cracking with with Charles. Last race,

(06:55):
last rice, What more event of the season. That's it.
Here tonight Chicago Land. Four drivers ready to go for
the championship. Buddy good evening down in Florida.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Yeah, good evening. Yeah, one one more race, that's it.
And we had our off week super Bowl style, and
here we are Chicagoland. From the second longest race in
the season, two and fifty miles tonight, the only one
that was more than that was Talladega back in July
two hundred and sixty sixty long race here tonight.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Yeah, oh you know this little settle it out.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
We'll get our champion, we'll talk to him and it
should be a fun one. Man, I'm really looking forward
to a night race here at Chicago.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
As fast as the season's here, it has come to
an end. Four drivers, Devin West, Paul Newton, Tyler King,
Christopher White. What have they done? Hopefully took advantage of practicing, right,
I mean, because there was a whole solid week to
use to practice, to get familiar with this race track,

(08:02):
get familiar with your truck. But Jeremy, what's going through
these guys mind right now? And by the way, we
possibly could see history. There's Christopher White. If Devin West
can win the championship, he also is the ARCA Northwest champion,

(08:23):
he would be the first man in Northwest history to
win both championship titles in the same season of the
of the league.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
And he is pumped up and he is really looking
to get that done. You know, they don't have too
many seasons where they have two series or more so
to put that on your on your achievements, your accolades
for LSR TV and the Northwest Racing Truck Series. I think, yeah,

(08:55):
he's super locked in, he's ready for it.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
He's got the speed.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
He carries it every single so he knows he's got
the skill set. He's got to have everything fall away.
And this is the track that's out I think not
too known for caution, So maybe we won't have like
a phoenix issue over this past week and have tire issues.
Maybe we'll just have a straight shot fastest guy wins
this race.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
Tap scenario.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Well, let's take a look real quickly at the race
analysis for the finale, the championship race here tonight at
the Chicago Land Speedway is qualifying as could come merely
coming to an end. Here, there goes Stephen Paulison, there
goes Paul Newton. He's one of the guys that could
try to run for a championship. The road course king there,
it is no fast repair, one d percent fuel capacity.

(09:42):
There is four sets, that's three sets in the pits
plus the scuffs that they're qualifying on right now to
start the race. And this race is two hundred and
fifty miles one hundred sixty seven laps. Here at the
Chicago Land Speedway. Jeremy, that's it.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
There's your final race information for the season. As you
got just under four minutes left in this qualifying session.
Times already put down here looks about fourteen as such,
as we're locked in on the twenty seven.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
This man is picked up his skill set.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
So much on these ovals. He is very intrigued to
this race. So I love the different stories you got.
You got the sweepers, you got the underdogs coming into
this thing now looking to be one.

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Of the furnits.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
It's just it's just cool. It's not like they're all
the same story.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
They're all different for their all and they're all good
for their own reasons.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
So for you guys are tuned.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
In, locked in or I got what about ten viewers
here on YouTube, So I appreciate y'all joining in for
the SRTV season finale of the Northwest series and have
some fun.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
Yeah, they certainly are man down about it. As we
are about ready to take a look at all this
as East drivers. There's Jeff stab now mister five hundred
career start heading to five hundred career starts off the Northwest.
But right now there is the Billings, Montana driver. You
know Jeremy, he'd like to end this season on a

(11:19):
high note, and a high note would be a win.
He has no wins this year in twenty four.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
He's been so close a couple of times too right,
and based on speed here this evening, he's not been stellar,
but he's been up in that top five regions. He's
currently sitting third in his qualifying efforts, which is less
than a hundredth of a second, so that's shown some

(11:49):
good short run speed.

Speaker 4 (11:51):
Maybe he's got a chance tonight.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
It's a true multi group facility, especially in turns one
in two. You get a great launch off that Turn
two exit as it sweeps through the back stretch. So maybe,
just maybe the twenty four will finally pick up a
first checker flag at the season.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Then let's talk a little bit about Chicago Land Speedway.
Obviously if you did not know, it will be back
on late on fourth of July weekend on the NASCAR
Cup Series calendar for the other divisions as well, including
the Craftsman Truck Series and the O'Reilly Series known as
the Infinity Series for many years it's now Nascari Riley
Series next year, but back on the northwest side of things.

(12:32):
This racetrack is a mile and a half. It's a
D shaped oval trioval, been closed for a couple of years.
Matter of fact, last time it raced was back during
the COVID era in twenty twenty. And if anybody remembers
that crazy finished era at Chicago Land, it happened there
between him and you know, Cole Custer, and I believe
it was Eric Altmarola too. But nonetheless, good to see

(12:54):
that racetrack back up and going again. Racing here on
I racing Jeremy is where they are tonight. Front stretch
eleven degrees of banking twenty four hundred feet long, back
straight away five degrees of banking seventeen hundred feet long.
In the corners, turns one in two are banked around,
you know, eighteen degrees and eleven degrees of banking. So

(13:17):
this is a very I'm sorry, eighteen degrees of banking
in the corners. This is a very unique race track banking.
Progressive banking. Though you look at the look at just
the layout of the front straight away, you can see
Jeremy from the camera that there's banking, and then you
drop down below the apron which is allowed, and it

(13:38):
flattens out like a pancake. And that's something we're gonna
see and watch tonight in this race, no doubt.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
Now, I've been in moments in truck races to where
you go down to that flat and uh, you know,
treata Lake Vegas. Yes, yes, you can break the truck loose.
It can get upset, you know, especially if you kind
of hug that right right side tire right on the
apron transition through the curvature of the trialvel, you can

(14:07):
really upset your truck. So if you're gonna drop down there,
it's one hundred percent full commitment, don't go HASI's on it.
But then even that those bumps. I mean, you just
watch Phoenix this weekend. It's kind of a hard hit.
It's very similar to that. So I wouldn't do it
every single that person like to hug the outside of it.
But if you're trying to look up for that that

(14:28):
extra little tenth here and there, it might might get chaotic.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
Expressional reasons, I me a song with the old ladies
and gentlemen. Ladies and gentlemen, it is time to introduce
the starting lineup for the Finaley and unfortunately we don't
have music. I guess I don't know. Can y'all hear this?
If I play a little music, can you hear it?

(14:53):
Humble little hum, a little I feel pretty?

Speaker 8 (14:57):
Maybe I don't know.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
There is.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
Let's give you your starting lineup. It won't be copyright,
I promise it's it's commercial music. Dan West Junior Ryan
Bloom are on the front row in the fifty five
of the twenty five for the Championship Chef staff. Now
when Kevin Smith will make him row number two, that's
the twenty four of the double zero. Row three will

(15:27):
see Dennis four at Devin West. Row four SIT's Brett
Johnson and Tyler King. And if you're not done yet
striking up with the top ten there Jeremy Shun Weiksman
and Paul Newton start tenth on row number five.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
Row six through ten.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
It's gonna be Frank Harrison to seventy seven and talk
to place Christopher Way one of your clam drivers brow
seven and thirteenth five or Gambelle Junior in the fifty
four and Jans Money chumple.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
Three and.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Rowing fifteenth place Steven Paulus the fifty eight Roy Grum
truck number eleven at sixteen Road nine, seventeenth placed Dana Rodgers,
Josh choulders In at thirty nine started eighteen the last
traveling to take the deal here today Hutcheson truck number
ninety one. Is they get rolling on the front stretch

(16:24):
listened last second easy.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Hilderson did not start.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
The field is rolling Joseph the championship ranks there it is,
as Jeremy, we've got le close to twenty trucks ready
to battle it out. I think Josh Childress, as you said,
will be a scratch and that's disappointing for the thirty
nine the All Star Race winner as Charlotte on the
Truck Legends track, he will not take the finale here

(16:54):
at Chicago Land. Let's set up for this, since it's
two hundred and fifty miles, it's one hundred sixties seven
really quick lass. Two hundred and fifty miles, one hundred
and sixty seven laps. That's the distance for these drivers.
Dan West Junior, Ryan Bloom on the front row. And

(17:15):
remember we look to see if possibly the driver of
Devin West could be a champion of not only ARCA,
but the Northwest Truck Series as well, which should be
a good one as it looks like they're going to
make another lap. Nope, they're not. Pace Truck is in

(17:36):
West and Bloom front row Tinnel on the line. Final
one of the season Northwest Trucks at Chicago Land. You
have a virtual race. It's go time in the Windy City.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
Jeremy, it is your time and d through turn one
and turn two, cold tires, pumps followed it up to
the fifty five and the twenty fourth surprising hug it
load Jeff going up to the top here of Dan
Wez Junior as they try to utilize the second groove

(18:09):
to the advantage early home the Jeff stab now is
gonna get Lucy. Lucy crosses the fat here on the
front stretch. Dennis Moore in the forty four involved in
this one stab now Stabna. Of course, Ryan Bloom caught
a good chunk of the twenty four as he crossed
over the field and I said, cold tires and bumpy asphalt.

(18:31):
This is what happens to turn three when you try
to hammer down.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Here's a look at it again almost in the early
going here in Chicago Land.

Speaker 9 (18:42):
Watch it one more time. Jeff Stabdow just lost it.
Fishtail gets in the Bloom, gets in the smith and
it's a lsr TV wind racing scrum on the front
straight away.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Man O, man, I almost wonder that look like to
not hit his teammates.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
Fuck are playoff drivers are involved?

Speaker 4 (19:07):
From what I'm seeing.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
Will take another look to see if there is any,
But yeah, so far the twenty five double zero, forty four,
twenty four all involved in this one. You see. Oh,
even Dennis.

Speaker 4 (19:17):
More got loose and then he crosses over twenty five.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
There's those who's cub to the inside. I think that's
it from what I'm seeing. Yeah, everybody else seems to escape.
So all playoff drivers.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Safe cast out. I don't think anybody's gonna be coming
down on the pit lane anytime soon. Obviously we're just
getting started.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
Nope, not one to be found. All staying out, no
reason to come down, even for topping off of fuel.
It's a long race.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
You got plenty of time for fuel.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
I just got to just reset, take a breather, and
learn that cold tires are not your friend here.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
Man, I'm man caution out here. Championship Race by the
way underway the title up for grams. As we mentioned,
at the end of the day, the title will be decided.
Ford drivers ready to go. Obviously we mentioned them, Devin West,
Paul Newton, Tyler King, Christopher White. But don't forget though, Jeremy,

(20:24):
there's great competitors through the field that they're ready to
end the season on a big note, right, just like
Ryan Blaney did yesterday in the Nasscard Cup Series Championship
race at Phoenix. And I know you and your son
were ecstatic seeing Kyle Larson become the two time Cup champion.
I was watching your snapchat. But uh man, a lot

(20:47):
a lot of things going on in this race besides
the four drivers fight for the championship, that is the
overall big pitcher.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
Yeah, it was a good time. I was kind of surprised.
I did not expect my boy Kyle Larson to get
it done. But you know, playoff four mates, will we
play four mats and we stole this one all day
for two times now. But happy about that. Now we
got the five and fifty five here. Going back to
the virtual side, let's.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
See how they did. I thought Denny was gonna win it, Jery,
I really did. I in my opinion, it ran the
race of his life yesterday and it just come up short.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
But bull blown Kyle Larson fan here, but.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
There were but there's rules. He needed it, But there
are rules. There's rules, and the rules is what separate
us from the animals, as they said it, you know,
and John Wick and a bottom line, there's rules and
that opened the door with the late race caution to
let Larson get in there and fight. And by the way,
speaking of Larsen in A five, Devin West in R five,

(21:55):
could he be the guy to win the the championship
and ARCA and the trucks Right now he's alongside Dad.
Back to the guy Covery starts on him backing away
in Chicago, Lamb.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
Back to green flag here on lamp number five as
the fifty five gets a great lunch.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
Two three truck clacks easy.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
Over the number five at Devin West Bright Johnson falls
in third, haul me and the fourth Tyler King fifth
is her exiting turn two for the second start of
the race, single filed out a lot easily, a lot quicker.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
Than what it was on the opening.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
Starts to be right now call the truck way up
on the on side digging. That's like a lot more stable.
Turned four exit this time around complete slap number five.
All say fall clear his head back in the morning.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
So I gotta ask you if you gotta remember this
as well, Jeremy, and we'll say this also that the
race would hit the race for the championship, right. You
don't have to win the race. You just gotta be
the first of the four drivers for the championship across
the line first. So it can West junior who wins,

(23:07):
Devin West second. If the race ended now, he would
be the champion. Paul Newton's right behind him, but he
would still be the champion because it doesn't matter if
you win the race. He just gonna be the first
truck to cross the line to win the championship.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
Exactly. It just like gow NASCAR, doesn't They do the
same things here. So you know, bubtens points know this,
know that no gimmicks, just whoever finishes the best out
of before get it. And you know, just like Sunday
last night, Ryan Blaney wins, Nobody cared. They mentioned him

(23:45):
maybe for five seconds on TV and then everybody else saw Marston.
So if you're gonna win it, and do it, in
dominant fashion because no one's gonna cover it. It's gonna
be all about who wins the overall championship trip. Maybe
we would be a little bit better job than we'll
say NBC did covering everything.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Yeah, right now.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
Ten West Junior up in front in Devin West. Yeah,
I gotta give I'm disappointed with the networks. They did
not mention anything about Blaney in the passing made on
the last lap two. We'll obviously get around to win,
and you know, it was all about it was all
about Kyle Bars and I think that takes it away,

(24:32):
but obviously it's that moment the championship. But we try
our best to call the winner and the champion or
and or winner champion, whatever happens here in the next
two hundred and fifty miles. We're coming up on ten
laps into this thing here next time I completed, it's
the West family one and two, White int third two
thing fourth three. Correction, the all four drivers right now

(24:56):
in the top ten, all four championship drivers all so
we get the top six right now on the race track.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
You're that's how you want to see it.

Speaker 4 (25:06):
For the top of four, the best of the best, right.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
The championship is supposed to go, and they run out
here in the top half Bluffield.

Speaker 4 (25:13):
So good to see it so far.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
For the first ten laps of one hundred and sixty
seven lap event, Paul Newton took away the three ws
being one, two three as he splits him. Newton now
up for third, Christopher White back to the fourth. I
think the file back here min packers are focusing on
Kevin Smith and double.

Speaker 4 (25:31):
Zero James Viney triple three.

Speaker 3 (25:33):
This is a battle for ninth place. Kevin with a
complete dived in the inside. He's got the lift on exit,
but still makes it stick. So James vine takes a nice.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
Easy approach to turn three to four.

Speaker 3 (25:46):
Back to single file now on lat number twelve.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
Yeah, everybody, for the most part just kind of be impatient.
We had that caution, kind of be impatient. We had
that cast show of starting for rights right down, closing
in on one hundred and fifty five to go. They
come to the line next time, by let's think about
this too, Jerreman, you mentioned the second longest race of
the season is right here tonight. Obviously two hundred and

(26:11):
fifty miles, one hundred and sixty seven laps. That is
a really link lengthier amount than will we normally run.
And there has to be patience in this race so
far tonight also, there's gotta be.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
Yeah, a lot of it. I mentioned that the longest track,
of the longest trace of the year was Talladay, a
whole different mental game. But this one, Oh, hold on
Christopher Waite, one of our time. Oh wow, end of
the long heavy off. A turn three caution is out
on lap thirteen one of the playoff Championship four. Massive

(26:48):
damage to the rear end. Christopher Waite. This is not
good at early.

Speaker 4 (26:52):
For this game.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
Unbelievable thing.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
It was all by himself too. Let's see, let's see
if Frank Harris is involved in this or it was
just a self spin.

Speaker 4 (27:08):
And no, that was some help from the seventy seven.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
It looks like maybe the nineteen came down a little
bit and pinched him in the corner entrance and there
was a little bit of air pocket between the two trucks.
But racing incident turned three taken out or at least
momentarily on him the top one.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
But nineteen Christopher Wye, this was not good for him.
He's one of the Championship bourn cool boy Lady Luck
feels a magnet to one of them. Tonight in the
nineteen there's contact with legend Harris right there, oh man,
Frank Harris. End of the nineteen and a round goes

(27:51):
to the wild. The photo one media number nineteen of
Christopher White. Caution out, we're just getting started here at
Cargo Land. We'll step away. We're back with more in
just a moment. The championship race here at Chicago Land.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
A rights clear x Claire.

Speaker 3 (28:13):
I was thinking about maybe having you utilize a couple
of extra cautions, just very commercials because it's a longer rays.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
But let's see how it plays out.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Hopefully's gonna go too many cautions, all right, cause the
mist race is sober. I'm tearing mind my PC's and
moving around.

Speaker 2 (28:37):
Hi, welcome today, motorsports. Come on, check out what we got?
You're doing what now?

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Putting in some labor? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (28:46):
I'm taking the two PCs out from under my desk.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
What's wrong with them? Not?

Speaker 1 (28:53):
You're getting ready for making son getting wait for what?
Maintenance for keeping Dame Sports for fifty years? Got cleanup? Yeah?
Clean them up? Loop around?

Speaker 2 (29:09):
Define cleanup? What do you do like like delete everything,
do like a system restore?

Speaker 1 (29:15):
Yeah, just tear them down.

Speaker 5 (29:17):

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Oh, I know, Wesley Mike's are opening.

Speaker 2 (30:10):
Back here at Chicago Land. The field will get ready
to come back for the restart. Devin West, Dan West
junior father's son on the front row. How about that
Jeremy father son right there got a multi time truck
champion of Dan West Junior and of course defending champion
d W j Son Devon Arca champion, all of them

(30:31):
right there alongside one another. What a special moment.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
And two restarts in a row. We're gonna see these
guys cashed out here.

Speaker 1 (30:42):
Coming out of the Pitts.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
Christopher White coming back out on the racetrack from Pitt Road.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
As we go green and a random quick cut into
the nineteen.

Speaker 3 (30:54):
There and he's gonna be just two laps down. I've
been showing one this time. He might be two when
we get to the line just coming time.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
We'll find out for sure.

Speaker 3 (31:07):
But the fifty five a little bit upset there on
the outside and checks it up one truck in front,
and that's the twenty seven. The playoff drivers leave the
field to the start finishing line this time, and Christopher
White is still at this home is shown as one
left hand.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
Shooting the west. We'll get Paul Newt now leading. Hey,
this guy's due. Paul new no stranger to Winny. I
used to call him the road course team, and why
because he's had a lot of success in the Northwest
over the last years. On and road courses, but make
nots they come out in Germany. He has put himself

(31:50):
in an amazing position here tonight to trying to win
the Northwest Truck Series Championship of season twelve and currently
right now sitting to that one spot. As we see
now Harris getting some company with the twenty one, Tyler
King on his bottom down at the inside. There's another
one of those drivers on the racetrack, fighting and the

(32:11):
championship four the twenty one, and Tyler.

Speaker 3 (32:15):
King looks like he's a little bit of the underdog
situation here so far in these currently goings of this race,
of course, you're quick tour of Paul Newton and Devin West,
who are currently sitting first and second place on the boards.
Notice the tail off a turn too, and Tyler King
sitting in sixth place trying to find some speed just

(32:36):
just over one second outside the ring sleet already. You
know we're so early under this run here on this
set of tires, but you gotta be thinking, if you're
twenty one, how do I get.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
The short speed?

Speaker 3 (32:48):
And hopefully it is maybe my long screed show up
if we get along with play right here.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
And looking dow Devin West looking high, looking low, trying
to set his sights on Paul Newton. Boy. I don't know, Jeremy.
Part of it just feels like, maybe you don't want
to be that aggressive. You're in the early going, just
be patient. The five of the twenty seven really finally
intends here in the early going on my twenty.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
Dan West giving a little bit of a draft assistan
intead of five to make sure he clears the twenty
seven of Newton. He does so. Dan West Junior almost
also clears the twenty seven off a turn too running
deep on the inside lane. There goes Newton, a little
bit of side draft and pushing the fifty five down
low under the utree and turn a three top two
up on the outside lane. Dan West, trying to hold

(33:45):
on on the inside, chokes up one's once more is wrong?

Speaker 4 (33:50):
The next lap?

Speaker 3 (33:52):
Here, where's my lap? Counter?

Speaker 4 (33:54):
Their child's groud?

Speaker 2 (33:55):
My bad bro on, my bad brown in the lap
twenty three.

Speaker 3 (34:01):
Kind of find the stop about in sixty seven, here's
your leaderboard. All the staff backed up live.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Charles Lunar, producer was telling us that after tonight's race
he's doing a foreigner famits Paul. They racing broadcast equipment
to prepare for the new season.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
Your computers, new gadgets, new desk, new year.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
I mean jokingly, we had to use the new Pomix
account for the finale for the championship work.

Speaker 1 (34:39):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
Paul Newton almost got spun up by the forty four
a dentist Moore that was closed call.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
I thought he was getting in the twenty seven.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
Down to the infield.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Don't need two playoff drivers going on early now. Paul's
kind of struggling a little bit for speed, almost drops
back to fourth place.

Speaker 4 (34:58):
It's mister Devin West.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
Continues now to lead this thing and his father right
behind him. All now needs to either get to the
outside or just kind of sift back single violin, full
up the tires and hopefully the wrong dot comes in.

Speaker 2 (35:18):
Top five right down devithst Den West, Junior, Dennis or
Paul Duke, Frank Harris. By the way, some of your
playoff championship drivers, including Devin West in the lead, Paul Duke,
fourn Tyler King sixth driver that really needs to climb
in a big way, Christopher White eighteen one lap of town.

(35:42):
If the costume was to come out he would get
the free pass to get back on the lead lap though, Jeremy,
But right now he's in a hole one left down
on the track.

Speaker 4 (35:53):
His time's aren't far off either.

Speaker 3 (35:55):
His last lap was a thirty one point three to one,
and for a reference, the guy's running ninth and tenth
or at the same exact lap time, so not really
far off. He just needs a little bit of a
drift to says, since get back up there, catch a
couple of cautions, and I think Christopher White might just
be a okay. The only thing I'd be worried about

(36:16):
is grip on the rear tires, because that's spoiler in
these trucks are very crucial for downforce on the rear
side of the truck, and if he has a little
bit of damage to the spoiler end, he's gonna lose
that grip that he's gonna need to get the strong
drives off corner and centered. And it looks like the
race for first place is heating up here. They're all

(36:38):
kind of stacking up here.

Speaker 4 (36:40):
Here about mid run.

Speaker 10 (36:41):
On lap number twenty eight, Dennis wore up on the
high side, giving him plenty of room.

Speaker 2 (36:53):
Hang out there and do what he wants to do
clumsing in on lap number thirty in a couple of
circuits as well. There was dinning this morning. What might
have been for the number forty four just came up
short ending in Jeremy last week, third or two weeks ago,
things just did not go Dennis Morris way. If there

(37:14):
was a nightmare, bad luck, it was for the forty four.
He's on the wall again at the Bomb Speed Win
Racing forty four already.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
Good Dafne about Yeah, he just wanted to visualize what
you were talking about and had it all ruined here
for the final race. But he's still putting on a
great performance P three at the.

Speaker 4 (37:36):
Moment for the forty four.

Speaker 3 (37:38):
Yeah, maybe he's just, you know, got a plan for
next season. I don't foresee any big changes to the
trucks coming up next year, so take me notes from
the back half of this year with the new aerodynamics
and whatnot, And as long as you work your setupside
a little bit, I think he's gonna be doing just fine.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
The next years.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
He clears pull it by a lot of the turn
four about three truck clintches events between him and the
twenty seven West and West still two tenths of a second.

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Lead over everybody else. Then ac King right now sitting
outside the top five in the number six position, by
the way, the two highest point drivers in the Championship Corps,

(38:28):
the leader in fourth West in the lead he leads
right now, by the way, a stoic moment. If he
wins the race, he will be the first driver ever
in Northwest Racing Series competition to be the season twelve
champion and the inaugural ARCA champion. Did that back if

(38:52):
you remember at the beginning of October a month ago,
Jeremy as a matter of fact, to the date is
when he won it, you know, one.

Speaker 3 (39:05):
Percent there As I'm kind of seeing a shift in
the the racing line Weston, they're all starting to, you know,
form to the outside of the track. The inside is
always fast opening, but as the tires start to set
and wear out a little bit, speed starts to decrease,
the grip levels go down. That's where the outside runs

(39:28):
into a favor of a lot of the guys with
these open setups. A couple of them build it to
go to the inside like a Denny Hamlin line typically,
but for the most part you see eleven. You see
a bunch of leaders doing it in the second third roof.
It just gives you so much momentum off the top
side of the track. It's huge and the inside gets

(39:49):
a little choked up there. But Ryan Bloom were not
pretty good right now. I guess Roy Grande Junior truck eleven.
I think you're going to go side by side for
us on camera on completing their number thirty four.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
Everybody for the most part just being patient around the racetrack.
Here you see now again Dennis Moore got Damn West
Junior behind him. Dan West Jinger on time up in
the front. Look at More now getting around him in
the second spot, and there goes They're right there on
the bottom trying to join the fight. That's a four
truck bottle for the leadst We had to left number

(40:30):
thirty five of the race.

Speaker 3 (40:35):
Very good stuff going on here, top three, nose the tail,
fourth place, Newton looking a little bit other. Here goes
Dennis More drives it in deep quickly, goes first second.

Speaker 4 (40:49):
And he could not get it to stick the five
sole position of the race.

Speaker 3 (40:52):
Lead once more. That shaved about two laps of so
and running from those virtual good years, and he's gonna
go all way up to the mar almost there the
larsen lyne is Hee.

Speaker 4 (41:03):
Some of the marbles have built up right against the outside.

Speaker 3 (41:06):
Wall, so you can't go too high up thereokeets that
debris on your tires.

Speaker 2 (41:17):
So Devin West continuing to be the man to stay
in the top spot. You see him right now, comfortably
in the lead. Let me see them, Dennis Bore. What
might have be in Jeremy for the forty four. You
would think that we were gonna set ourselves up for
a wild battle between the five and the forty four

(41:38):
two weeks ago, until the bad luck happened to him
in Indy. Right now he sends in the number two spot,
trying to run down the number five of Devin West,
who's trying to win the championship. Dennis Moore trying to
win the war and become a seven time winner this year.

Speaker 3 (42:03):
There's a lot of wins man, a lot of wins
in the season for one driver would be would be
a cool thing for him for sure. Obviously seven wins
is the big number. We had a couple of molt
or double digit winners in the real life with Connor Zowich,
and Corey Hine, but seven still a lot on the

(42:23):
virtual side, I would argue it's even more difficult to
win these races because everyone has access to the same setups.
They're not shared by teams minus a couple maybe customizations
here and there. But everyone goes to the top branded
websites to purchase their tubs for the most part, and
so it's even more difficult to get a w here

(42:46):
in the virtual set.

Speaker 1 (42:48):
Ah.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
You know, Dennis Score has six wins this year along
with seven poles, eighteen top five, twenty one, top ten
twenty year for him. Devin West already with seven wins,
two poems, seventeen top fives, I think d top tens,
and he leads the points of the Championship four. Look
at this long jam of traffic though fighting for it.

(43:15):
Lot of traffic up ahead, stab down on the bottom,
his last ten Or and Newton all trying to clear
by them. The twenty four action everywhere.

Speaker 4 (43:31):
Yes, pretty fantastic grace of the race leader.

Speaker 3 (43:34):
And you know chicagoleand is never a true dull moment
on the schedule and right now this just check has
proven to be.

Speaker 4 (43:43):
A lot of fun, especially in these trucks.

Speaker 3 (43:45):
If you're seeing the live here, not maybe for fifth
or tenth place, but right now you're racing your top
three passing it out right now. Justin there's a fifty
five looking to the inside trying to find some speed.

Speaker 4 (43:57):
It's a lot of center speed. Has to look flip
on accident.

Speaker 3 (44:00):
I actually helped the fifty five dan west. He found
a good chunk there. Let's see if he goes back
to the bottom of three and four he goes to
the middle to keep the air in the downforce on
the truck.

Speaker 4 (44:11):
He'll be able to drive it down to the bottom
on exit.

Speaker 3 (44:14):
That was kind of impressive stuff. It doesn't get the
launch off the corner like he wanted about forty three
Now underway, it looks take the same story forty four
to five to the top, fifty five to the bottom,
and this is pretty good down there on turn one
and two.

Speaker 2 (44:31):
A very true. We're at the top of the hour.
We need to pause very quickly for ten seconds. Station
identification if you're listening on the radio, the championship for
the Northwest of the community bringing that quarter from Chicago Land.

Speaker 7 (44:46):
This it's the Community Radio Network w crn PD seven
point nine FM, Clayton Connor Smithfield, North Carolina, Proud to
be in the USA.

Speaker 2 (45:00):
Seed working lap number forty three, just under one hundred
and twenty five laps to go. Welcome back to coverage
of the season twelve Northwest Racing Series Truck Playoffs Championship ranks,
Tom West, Leontlan, Jeremy Stanley alongside Charles Wootoness Bunch of Buttons.
As we have done all season long on LSRTV en

(45:23):
simulcast on the Community Radio Network, Let's give you your
top ten right now. Top five of the racetrack include
Devin West, Dennis Moore, Dan West Junior, Paul Newton, and
Kevin Smith. Mind you right now? Devin West and Paul
Newton the only drivers in the championship four currently. Jeremy

(45:44):
in the top.

Speaker 3 (45:44):
Five, Tyler King just he's he's there. If there's any mistakes,
he's gonna maybe capitalize that. He's just showing at two
point one seconds back P six, So driving number twenty one,
as that's your top three, Mister Christopher White needs a caution.

Speaker 4 (46:07):
He's a couple of them.

Speaker 3 (46:08):
He's the second truck lap down in seventeenth place, still
ring okay times but just needs the luckdown to come
his way. As there's the nineteen their fourth and final
playoff driver all but out of this thing early in
the goning gets collected with the seventy seven of Frank Harris.
I'm at fourteen to turn three and now he's just

(46:28):
playing recovery mode. You see the rear damage very skewed
on the right rear tail light area spoiler. Looks pretty
good though I mentioned the grip levels would be effective,
but doesn't look like he's in too much gout of
shape as I would have expected with the slam directly
to the outside of ball in the rear. But there's

(46:49):
the nineteen and h wopping up positions here we go.
I saw, oh it's active on my SDKY.

Speaker 1 (47:01):
Tyler King yam.

Speaker 2 (47:04):
We're seeing pit stops by the way, Devin West, Dennis More,
Kevin Smith, all on the pit lane here at around
lap fifty, lap forty seven to be exact, so one
hundred and sixty seven laps. What do you think of
Jeremy about three pit stops, so two more pit stops.

Speaker 3 (47:24):
After this one, not forty eight two cautions. They probably
go around forty two or forty three on a full tank,
green flag.

Speaker 7 (47:36):
All the way.

Speaker 3 (47:38):
So let's say they make it lap ninety ninety five.

Speaker 4 (47:42):
Yeah, two more stops from this point. That's a that's
a solid assumption.

Speaker 3 (47:46):
Three stops of total if we go from here.

Speaker 4 (47:50):
Oh then forty four spin on exit. I thought Dennis
Moore was looking very loose.

Speaker 1 (47:57):
And much.

Speaker 3 (47:58):
He checks up.

Speaker 7 (47:59):
He was.

Speaker 4 (48:00):
He almost spun it man and cut right across the field.
That could have been scary.

Speaker 2 (48:06):
There he goes, d w J. We've got Johnson, We've
got hare wristed, we got Gambell, we got Vining, all
on Pitt Lank. Jeff's stabbed now also on the pit lane,
and Jeremy. Here's the thing, man, this might help Christopher
White get back a lap, or it might put him
in bigger of a hole right now in the nineteen.

Speaker 4 (48:31):
Yeah, we're gonna find out here.

Speaker 3 (48:32):
So far clean tops other than the forty fourst pit exit.
You see Paul Newton coming down Pitt Road and Tyler King,
two of the four playoff guys, right here on your screen.

Speaker 4 (48:46):
It looks like, you know, Tyler King had that two
second deficit.

Speaker 10 (48:50):
Now there you go, right sides up there, all this
going on with Pitt stops continuing here.

Speaker 2 (49:04):
As we mentioned, keep an eye on Christopher White. By
the way, I just want to let everyone know he
is back on the lead. No, he's not. Well. Did
he get his lap back? I don't know if Tom
that scorns gone. Well, he is now totally crazy.

Speaker 3 (49:19):
He's gonna lose it. Yeah, he's gonna lose that eventually.

Speaker 7 (49:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (49:25):
Yeah, he's gonna lose it once he comes down Pitt Road.
But yeah, I was kind of impressed how Tyler King
Damville Junior fifty four hearing that he's got a black
flag to serve.

Speaker 4 (49:36):
I'm not sure what the county's for.

Speaker 3 (49:38):
We just know he's serving it speeding on Pitt Road.
Speeding in Pitt Road is the violation. Do you see
how Tyler King, though is able to catch Paul Newton.
That two second gap was eliminated this guy on pot Road.

Speaker 4 (49:52):
I thought that was kind of impressive that.

Speaker 3 (49:53):
I don't know if it was a fault to the
twenty seven or the advantage to the twenty one, but
the major gap def it was made.

Speaker 2 (50:02):
Agree or not to Ozzy Osbourne on the truck. There
of Robert Gamble and there goes Ryan Blue. By the way,
he's the new leader. How about this Jeremy four trucks
on the lead life that's see it. Everybody else asmired
a lopdown or more. If a caution was to come out,
maybe it's a big trouble.

Speaker 3 (50:29):
It would definitely shake up some things, that's for sure.
Right looking at your race leader twenty five, Ryan Blooms
staying out this time around, he's staying. So let's see
what this looks like Roland fifty four or fifty five.
You questioned if it's a two stopper from this point forward,
if Ryan can extend this thing out, what another let's

(50:53):
say ten lass puts him at sixty five, he might
be one more and done. He might not be on
that two stop. Maybe he's stretching it to be a
one stopper. I just watched it this past weekend on
a broadcast of my own yesterday, actually, and the one
stop was not the way to go.

Speaker 4 (51:12):
Is definitely the two stop that worked.

Speaker 3 (51:15):
I'll see if Ryan glim can make things different here.

Speaker 2 (51:20):
By the way, and we're going to follow the Northwest
Racing series on Facebook and social media at LSRTV and
Seerien Sports at seeren Dash Community Ready Network for the
upcoming season ahead. Hello, everybody has a great holiday, and
obviously March will be upon us. Maybe we'll start an
our leadership meatball understanding. Sean Brightsman, Bright spoke Teque number

(51:44):
forty six, with a throwback to one of the front
motor sports trucks back in the day, is getting busted
with a penalty here a featball.

Speaker 1 (51:55):
Fly, not a penalty. Is a meatball. He is his
car's broke.

Speaker 2 (51:58):
He is a meatball flight. Something's broke on the forty
six up while the Washington Sean Brightsman, Jeremy, this is
this is heartbreaking for him.

Speaker 4 (52:08):
Yeah, right front's pushed in.

Speaker 3 (52:09):
You can see it kind of separated right at the
front half of the right front tire. And it's our
TV replay. We're gonna see if we can cut it
back a couple of notches and find out where there's
the heavy damage. You see though the tires broken on
this thing, this ship, you won't have it maybe at

(52:31):
a time of impact.

Speaker 4 (52:32):
Here we are erasing racing.

Speaker 3 (52:36):
Oh largest no wick man with a hit.

Speaker 2 (52:41):
Just the miscommunication boat or the front right front boat
up in the air there.

Speaker 3 (52:46):
Wow, So it looks like to me is Brightsman wanted
to get out of the way and stay low after
corner exit.

Speaker 4 (52:53):
Dennis More was like, I think you're.

Speaker 3 (52:55):
Gonna shift up high, so I'm gonna cut down well,
and they both meant right, mill and unfortunately it just
turned Bracemen right into the outside wall.

Speaker 4 (53:04):
No ill intent whatsoever.

Speaker 3 (53:05):
It's just a complete just from one driver to another,
not having that communication with the radios, and unfortunate. It's
kind of put a short and to the forty six
is chance of any good finishing position.

Speaker 2 (53:24):
It's a heartbreak indeed. Wow, Ryan Bloe. By the way,
Devin West, Paul Newton right now the first two drivers
of the championship four in the top five on top
three for that night Dennis More and fourth. Kevin Smith
is fifth. Dan West Junior led some of the race earlier.

(53:44):
By the way, we're heading towards US one hundred, over
one hundred laps to go. I mean, this race for
the most part, any one hundred and seven remained at
sixty completed now for Ryan William and there he is.
But solid run right now, Jeremy around the racetrack for it.

Speaker 3 (54:05):
Yeah, kind of watching these times here, you can see
you right there off a turn four or turn two.
Rather he's a twenty point one seconds over the five.
Let's see what it looks like as he gets off
a turn four. See what the difference is there? And
I always coming down pet road this time, never mind
he raced that. Going to give it up on that
sixty one, sixty one.

Speaker 4 (54:27):
One eighty based on those numbers.

Speaker 3 (54:30):
One more stop for the twenty five and he's going
to be good. So only driver attempting the one stopper
if it goes agree and the rest of the way
two stops in total, of course, but good that WoT
for one more left for twenty five?

Speaker 2 (54:46):
What do you think? I don't know if that being
his fiber, I mean, if you could try to stretch
into sixty and then go to the finish.

Speaker 3 (54:54):
Yeah, it depends on the true the true tire fall off, right,
If it's only like a one second falloff between the
start and end of the run, it's nine.

Speaker 4 (55:02):
If it's like a two.

Speaker 3 (55:03):
Second fall off, then yeah, it's definitely worth it.

Speaker 4 (55:06):
So every vice versa.

Speaker 3 (55:09):
It depends on the track length. There's a lot of
factors that go in Chicago Land. I have no experience
on this. Multiple levels of field mileage.

Speaker 4 (55:19):
So we're just gonna learn in real time.

Speaker 2 (55:23):
I'm just gonna learn in real time, Jermy said, learn
it in real time.

Speaker 4 (55:28):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (55:33):
And what a fun one indeed is right now it
is Devin West. I've been front Paul due right now
one end too, Jeremy, haven't any other way for these
guys fighting for the championship. Those two guys right there
hanging with one another on the right track from the
top spot.

Speaker 3 (55:53):
Yeah, Tyler King's fallen off a little bit a little
bit later on that pit cycle. Right now, he's three
point five seconds out on the lead and your points
leader Paul Newton one point five. That's the gap between
himself and Devin West. He's closing in that gap a
little bit as again came down just a little bit later,

(56:13):
so a little bit fresh retires he might be able
to track down this five. He already gained two tenses
that quarter set alone, the contact to the outside of
off the turn four. I think Paul's a chance here
with that later pitstop to I don't do the five.
He broke down two more tenths right there, just at
one second left.

Speaker 2 (56:46):
Well, right now, there you see Dan West Junior and
Kevin Spa. That was Kevin Spent. Not the kind of
season that I think the double zero Kevin Spent would
have warned. But with one hundred laps to go, Kevin
Smith is trying to look for possibly his first win

(57:06):
of the season. Only four polls this year could be
the only thing to brag about. With eight top fives
and thirteen top tens, no victories for the driver the
boss of Win Racing. Hopefully he could turn things around
for next year. And that Kevin Fladger Bomb Speed Win

(57:26):
Racing Double zero currently in the top five right now, right.

Speaker 3 (57:33):
That three second mark out side of the race lead
your little battle here between themselves and the forty four
cycling back to second place truck.

Speaker 4 (57:42):
Calm Neona the lead down to almost just half a
second left.

Speaker 3 (57:48):
As he continues to run the inside lane, knowing he
has the better tires, He's conserve that tire a little
bit by going to the bottom. Still at a half
a second, about sixty eight underway, that's that four tenths
and turn one and two still gaining. Jeff stab now
in front, is gonna go to the inside to let

(58:09):
these guys go back.

Speaker 2 (58:16):
Devin West, you see him up on the high side
of the rand number five. Hey, let's take a look
by the way. As we're closing in on one hundred
laps to go, let's take on the race analysis for
the first half. Are the first sixty eight sixty seven
laps in the ris there two cautions, six caution laps,
five elite changes. Uh, jeremy typical Chicago Land race. Right

(58:40):
now when the early going on our.

Speaker 3 (58:41):
Field, he has some excitement through the field, some some
gaps among around other parts of the track. And that's
a very average stat there for the race summary so far,
trot a third of the way in just under one.

Speaker 4 (58:58):
Hundred laps remaining.

Speaker 3 (59:00):
These are on a very nice lat number of sixty
nine onwards.

Speaker 1 (59:02):
Now to lap.

Speaker 3 (59:03):
Seventy, there's the gap to ten or sorry, two truck
links over the twenty seven and five three seconds back
is your third place truck Dain, It's more than you have.
Tayler King still hanging on bout that three and a
half second mark. So I'm not able to progress like
he was hoping. And here we go, lead chains underway.

(59:24):
Paul should be able to do this. No problem at
the line does not get at this time.

Speaker 2 (59:42):
Look at stut mid West right there. Finally not only
for the race win, but for the championship. If one
of these guys crossed the line first hit his title.
For one of them as low new sideways as he
got really low line four had to drop to the
ape Brittan kick from slamming into the back end of

(01:00:04):
the five and much less. Jeremy take himself out and
now he powers back on the bottom to go to
the lead on weston two.

Speaker 3 (01:00:14):
Man, man, we're too early for this. Now I'm gonna
sign draft here almost making contact Gordon door to turn
three one top one to the bottom. Paul's gonna try
to slide up in front of the five. He gets
there's Christopher White's gonna get one of his last back
passing on the inside. Paul Newt Can currently holds the

(01:00:35):
race lead. Devin looked to the inside. He still does
door to door once more. I don't think he's gonna
hold unless Paul gets a little loose. He slides it
just a little bit.

Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
He knows tail down the back stretch.

Speaker 2 (01:01:00):
For way up high. Here we go looking down Devin West.
So Newton and West now continue to go out it
now return the favor the twenty seven up in front
of the five. The five now on the defensive, it's
Newton to hold off the five offense to the five
of West. He's gonna try to run him back down again.

(01:01:21):
Here here we go, and there's a lot of traffic.
Jeremy up in front of the leaders as they work
in three and four.

Speaker 3 (01:01:31):
Paul's got to be thinking, do I do the same
strategy now? Do I just wait a little bit longer
and then when Devin West does about ten legs and
then then make that pit stop. But he's got control
of the race though he's got the better tire, he's
got the best position in the house. P one as

(01:01:54):
devn is not letting go utilizing the wig to this
draft down the back straight away, throws it even to
turn three, gets the grip off the outside lane, trying
everything you can to hang on to the back of
Paul Newton. It's just not looking.

Speaker 4 (01:02:09):
Good at this moment.

Speaker 3 (01:02:11):
Look at that draft though it closed in so well,
I'm surprised.

Speaker 4 (01:02:15):
Hell it's working right now here in Chicago.

Speaker 2 (01:02:17):
Yeah, you're exactly right.

Speaker 4 (01:02:25):
There's a big closure rate right there.

Speaker 3 (01:02:27):
The whole truckling for gap just eliminated down a single straightaway.
We're gonna do it again here.

Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
A lot of patience right now, don't you like? I mean,
I know we have aut had that incident where Newton
got real high and maybe the draft calls the trucks
to get aggravated, but they quickly got away from one another,
and there's a reset. And obviously you know we're coming
upon halfway. So can I tell you this, Like forty

(01:02:55):
five minutes into this race, we're already literally coming up
on the halfway market in this race, guys, I've done
a really stellar job to knock off the first one
and twenty five miles in his.

Speaker 3 (01:03:05):
Fleet when I shok off the week of being off,
got those coydwebs off right, and then we're back to
good old Northwest Racing Truck Series action. Nice long green
flag run here, a lot of respect on the track,
a lot of space given, had some fun with some

(01:03:26):
crossovers in the meantime, some builder door contact.

Speaker 4 (01:03:30):
A little bit of everything.

Speaker 3 (01:03:33):
As the leaders continue to space three tenths and the
second is the gap. Theres we're looking at Tyler King
Kevin Smith. Tyler King P four three point three seconds back.
He was able to gain at quite a bit of
distance on the race leaders when they were trying to
pass each other west, but then as they got single
found Tyler King falls back quite a few tenths again,

(01:03:57):
so truck just unable to compete championship performance at this track.

Speaker 2 (01:04:04):
By the way, halfway in about five Live Slam number
eighty three will be the halfway mark of this race
and finally eating the circuits one hundred and twenty five
miles of the season remaining. Here's some guys in the
backdown Taco vail machine Roy Grande and the top team
got polished behind him and the zero seven multiple life

(01:04:28):
stamp fitting lifestam Phantom Dana Rogers. That's my dad's favorites.
Zoe him. By the way, happy birthday to my dad
and tell them right into a sixty second birthday back
on Halloween, Jeremy.

Speaker 1 (01:04:41):
Ten dollars for a birthday shout out. We don't give
shadows for three around here anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:04:46):
Said the shadow to our favorite producer guy that can
sometimes be the man.

Speaker 1 (01:04:51):
You already ten dollars from shouting down myself.

Speaker 2 (01:04:54):
Listen, something like it's a tough time in his country.
He's trying to make a little bit of money.

Speaker 3 (01:04:59):
He can Jeff, Yeah, he hits you with the pro
bono for tonight.

Speaker 2 (01:05:07):
He give a last year for you're.

Speaker 3 (01:05:09):
Free loading here in the season finale, given all the
profits and proceeds to Charlis boot.

Speaker 4 (01:05:17):
On his computer building.

Speaker 1 (01:05:21):
Hey, that'll.

Speaker 3 (01:05:28):
Jams in twenty one. Falling back here to some of
these guys. Tyler's falling off quite a bit. He's down
four point three. We talked about him with five laps ago,
and he's dropped a whole second since then.

Speaker 4 (01:05:41):
So the issues from Tyler growing on this part of
the run.

Speaker 3 (01:05:45):
Lap eighty two, coming to eighty three, Tyler king, you
gotta feel a little mentally defeated.

Speaker 4 (01:05:55):
You gotta stay into it.

Speaker 3 (01:05:56):
Kyle Larson did it yesterday was the worst card of
the time.

Speaker 4 (01:06:01):
Four Make this chuck go faster?

Speaker 2 (01:06:22):
Do you drinks? They put another lamp on the board here.
Obviously there's time Eiler trying to get back up there.
And by the way, Christopher Blacke and Jeremy amongst all
of those Greek flack pitstops and mind you, we're about
to see pit stops again here. What's about the next

(01:06:44):
fifteen laps or so? Halfway this time by in this
race as Brad Johnson in the wall and the shower
of sparks in the seven. You saw the twenty one
just get around him before it happened. It still stay green.
We're halfway.

Speaker 1 (01:07:01):
Let's watch your replay of it.

Speaker 3 (01:07:02):
Shall we replay a starry TV if he's got the
coverage of the seven of Brett Johnson we got we
can hit the wall here and here's Tyler King in front,
saves that they're out of two towns, went to the inside,
capitalize on that mistake on exit, and then Brett Johnson

(01:07:22):
jest into the marbles too much. That's fine, that's okay,
but then he gets it right here a little bit more.

Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
It's a little bit of loose this.

Speaker 4 (01:07:32):
It's actually looks not bad at all.

Speaker 1 (01:07:45):
The bad us ball or some do do.

Speaker 2 (01:07:58):
Obviously final rank so that I the season this sevening
there's Grande gotten down binding the cat band down on
the inside, James binding.

Speaker 4 (01:08:08):
On the league lap pass.

Speaker 2 (01:08:10):
Currently in twelve. That's that battle of trucks we were
talking about with Paula is a Grande and binding the
lat machine. There of Rogers multiple laps down as we
are heading towards the second half and hitting the lap
one race, Jeremy, it's it's actually going by very quick.

Speaker 3 (01:08:33):
Yeah, I mean after a couple of cautions. The pace
of this race has been very strong the night Cansito.

Speaker 2 (01:08:41):
Remember eleven Roy Grande Junior.

Speaker 3 (01:08:43):
Coming down Pitt Road here, I mean the first of
the regulars to come down Pitt Road in this race.
So I guess fuel window is open for the two
stoppers that we're remaining. Guy Scott Hutcheson, he's on Pittrod
with Froy Grande. Let's see who's the next coming drivers

(01:09:06):
on Pitt Road since it is open now, shouldn't be
here in the top five for a little bit longer.
I'm angry. It's gonna be about mid nineties and maybe
to ave one hundred before they make their stock.

Speaker 2 (01:09:33):
They go to the five. That is again Devin West
currently in second position. He is a second well well
one point four zero seconds, so about one and a
half seconds back. Jeremy, you don't want to lose ground

(01:09:54):
on Duke, but obviously there's still plenty of time love
to go in this race too, and I think he
knows that.

Speaker 3 (01:10:02):
Whatever Paul has figured out between that first run and
second run, this truck is on a mission. A second
and a half out of the number five truck.

Speaker 1 (01:10:13):
In it for the points.

Speaker 3 (01:10:15):
You don't find your third place driver in points until
Tyler King back in sixth. That six point two second
gap big numbers there between the third place and the
first and second. And we'll see how the final stops
the night look.

Speaker 4 (01:10:33):
But right now, based on speed.

Speaker 3 (01:10:35):
On track, Paul Newton has a rocket ship underneath them,
super tacky.

Speaker 4 (01:10:41):
Virtual good years and he still holds.

Speaker 3 (01:10:44):
That one point five second gap. Years.

Speaker 4 (01:10:47):
We're closing on to.

Speaker 2 (01:10:49):
Lap one, last one of the season, had the championship

(01:11:10):
on the line, and Newton and West know that is
right now. They're on Pitt Road. Devin West, Devin West
is pitting. Here comes Dinnis four, Daddy, Dan West Junior,
Pitty Hutchinson on Pitt Road. All this goes on as
we approach lap one, lap ninety three, Jeremy, let's up.

Speaker 3 (01:11:35):
These pit stops are clean for the five and fifty
five and forty four. So far, so good. These drivers,
it's like they're all going to roll out no problem.
Kevin Smith on Pitt Road, double zero. He's going to
tend to his crew only driver this lap to make

(01:11:56):
that dip down to Pitt Road. Here James binding Chipple
three completes his lap. He's gonna come down Pitt Road
side by side one right now, No penalties.

Speaker 1 (01:12:23):
On pit road.

Speaker 2 (01:12:24):
Understanding everybody's perfect on pit road. No penalties finding on
Pitt Lane. Now Harris is entering Pitt Road. Rogers fifteen
laps down or more onto the pit lane. And for
a lot of these guys, Jeremy, they're setting up for
their second pit stop for three. But we got other
guys that are rolling the dice and they're trying to
go for you know, at least one more pit stop

(01:12:46):
around what one hundred, one hundred and five and then
try to finish this thing. Finish the race.

Speaker 3 (01:12:56):
Yeah, one driver to do it left over, that's gonna
be Ryan Bloom.

Speaker 2 (01:13:00):
Sixty one laps on a st Yes.

Speaker 3 (01:13:06):
Wait on Paul Newton man, then would the west have
harready come down? This is about the time last time
stint where Paul Newton made his stop down the pit road.
And there we go in Pitt Road. Truck number twenty
seven given up to race. Lead to Ryan Bloom, what
about what a six lap difference between the twenty seven

(01:13:27):
and the five. Let's see where there's blends in back
on the track pit box three two one clean.

Speaker 2 (01:13:34):
Souven flawless pit stops right now, you do not want
to make a mistake, especially if you're one of those
drivers that are in the Championship four. None of these
guys want to put themselves in a hole. But if
you are a guy like Paul Duke, Tyler, Kate, Devin West,

(01:13:56):
or even Christopher White, you gotta find a way to
get back in here in buying payline again. The man
that's struggling here, Christopher White, maybe they were gonna work something,
be something workout where he could get back in this
thing right now, still the lot down there, he is
on the racetrack, but trying to get around finding that

(01:14:20):
is for eleventh and twelve. Jeremy, I don't want to
put the car before the horse, but I got a
feeling we're I got a feeling the championship title is
gonna be the signed between the twenty seven and the five.

Speaker 3 (01:14:38):
Yeah, as we're If I get in the final stats
here of these pet stop cycles, the gap, I'm kind
of curious on how the twenty seven is gonna fall
off here thirty three seconds back of the race, league
Devin West twenty seven. The gap is about six seconds
of twenty seven has to overcome last time. It's only about.

Speaker 4 (01:15:00):
Two triple that distance away, and so.

Speaker 3 (01:15:07):
I'm kind of curious that's that's a much slower stop
this time. Around four laps is the difference on the
set of tires. Six seconds is the time difference to gain.
He's already made one and a half of those up.
That's I've been talking about it. I'm just curious. Let's
see who's got the better one twenty five.

Speaker 4 (01:15:26):
He's not an old different ball game.

Speaker 3 (01:15:28):
I'm not sure how this is gonna play out. But
the later stop work for the first time with Paul,
not so much this time with Devin unless he has
that overall speed to catch him. And we'll know for sure.
Hearing about what another twenty to thirty laps in that
window re opens back up for him.

Speaker 2 (01:15:50):
Yeah, by the way, sixty seventh laps to go, sixty
six to go, actually just past one hundred laps, and
we're in countdown mode. Down Ryan Blum hitting his marks
perfectly right down in the twenty five do what he
needs to do to at least trying to win the race.

(01:16:11):
Right there, the guy put himself out of the round
of twelve a couple of weeks ago, months, about a
month ago. I guess Ran Bloom ending the twelfth in
the point standings, but obviously win racing. He goes Kevin

(01:16:33):
Smith going down to the inside, making a move on him.
Bryan Blum just trying to find victory. Lanker. Jeremy by
the way, what win this year? What win this year
for the driver of Ryan Bloom? And that happened way
way early in the season. If you remember Jeremy back
in in March at Richmond.

Speaker 7 (01:16:55):
That was it?

Speaker 3 (01:17:00):
Yeah, that was it? Just that one hunh. It's twenty five,
twenty one seconds out of the five right now. Paul
Newton shaved that gap in half.

Speaker 4 (01:17:17):
It's got three seconds to gain on the five.

Speaker 6 (01:17:19):
It's an opportune.

Speaker 4 (01:17:20):
Update go on that portion of the of the race.

Speaker 3 (01:17:24):
Caution, caution that lap one O four, that's gonna throw
everything for a loop. And Ryan Bloom, well, I just
picked up a bunch of positions, but maybe not the
race when that that strategy is gone, because we're gonna
figure out l'sr TV replay what happen?

Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
Bring out? Nobody getting worked with.

Speaker 4 (01:17:50):
Nothing caused the caution.

Speaker 3 (01:17:57):
Match of crash for Casper the ghost on the front
right away cans so we have a caution.

Speaker 4 (01:18:02):
John Cena's out here.

Speaker 2 (01:18:04):
Did we hang a little? It says that Christopher White crash. Guys,
that's what it says, and that'll be heartbreaking it down to.
It is Christopher White. It says on my events tally
on SDK lap one oh two, Christopher White crash, one
of the Championship four drivers to a spun earlier with

(01:18:27):
Jeff Stabb. Now Jeremy Fellow lap down has tried to
find a way to get out of the cellar. A
doubt he didn't wreck Christopher White. Yeah, this is they're
saying that he crashed for no clue what that.

Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
Caution was for.

Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (01:18:50):
Well, if there's any more damage to than nineteen, I
don't see it.

Speaker 4 (01:18:53):
So you must not hit anything.

Speaker 2 (01:18:55):
I race saying I race one of this saying that
Christopher White crash. But I mean it was it?

Speaker 4 (01:19:02):
Did it say it was a contact like a wall?

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
No, just said it just says a vance Christopher White crash.

Speaker 4 (01:19:09):
Lap Ever, WASSO.

Speaker 2 (01:19:14):
SDK.

Speaker 3 (01:19:14):
The truck didn't look like it was any worst shape,
so that's helpful.

Speaker 4 (01:19:20):
And does that put Christopher.

Speaker 3 (01:19:23):
No, it's going to bring Robert Gamble and Junior possibly
your lucky dog this time episode. That put us twelve
on the lead lap so and then pissed ups one
left everybody.

Speaker 2 (01:19:37):
Do you pick now, Jeremy, do you feel like you
pit now? Does this change the sameario for everything? What
do you think?

Speaker 7 (01:19:44):
No?

Speaker 3 (01:19:45):
You don't pit?

Speaker 4 (01:19:47):
You don't, I won't.

Speaker 3 (01:19:49):
It's it's tight, right because we had a couple of
cautions early and then we saw Ryan Bloom go what
sixty one lap?

Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
Yeah, he just pitted. He pitted. He put it at
l five.

Speaker 3 (01:20:02):
Yeah, yeah, but at the beginning he did like sixty one,
but that was with two sets of caution laps in
the middle of it.

Speaker 2 (01:20:10):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (01:20:11):
I don't think they can go fifty five to sixty laps.
I think they're gonna have to pit. Personally. Tyler King front.

Speaker 2 (01:20:18):
YEP the fastest man of the race so far, thirty
point zero four to four seconds her Tyler King, the
twenty twenty two series champion. Under the trucks, he's under
the pit lane. Now here's the deal. Drivers cannot pit,
Jeremy and they could wait for the wave around and
when the pace card gets the one to go, they

(01:20:40):
could go for the wave around and try to get
a light back that could be in favor of Christopher
White or a Rob Gamble or Frank Harris to try
to get back in this thing. We'll see what they
do here in a moment. But right now, obviously, and
here's the thing to think think about, because it's not

(01:21:00):
gonna happen. The leaders didn't come down to the pit lane,
so they're kind of so well for that. Yeah, so
much for the free pass idea of the wave around.
It ain't gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (01:21:13):
Looks like it was Dana Roger seconding off the caution
Alndoin one though.

Speaker 3 (01:21:19):
Yeah, it's all speculation, and we keeps tagging the zero
seven is maybe the corporate for the caution and then
Wesley's got Christopher White causing it. I'm not sure what's
going on here, Maybe the com.

Speaker 4 (01:21:31):
The combination of the two costs and who knows.

Speaker 3 (01:21:33):
But here we go restarting on lap one on wait
number five and the forty four lead the feeling back.

Speaker 1 (01:21:39):
To a green flag.

Speaker 3 (01:21:41):
Veryon gets on the throntles easy and it looks like
the top three gonna separ break forth and fifth single
file goes to top three and to turn one five
and fifty five directly knows the tail on the inside,
painting the white fire on the bottom off a turn
two single file, Dennis Moore looks to the inside of

(01:22:03):
Dan West five rocks cloth fifty five stays out of
high isn't it try to get a good launch yot
in three and four?

Speaker 2 (01:22:12):
Couldn't we have just seen the final restart of the
season under sixty laps to go down Devon and West
back out in front again. It was a little bit
of time to get there, but strategically he made it work.

(01:22:32):
But look at the twenty seven of Paul Newton. He's
just so darn quick. Down to the inside. Pick it off.
Ryan Bloom cutting in front of Dan West Junior, put
him back the third. Now send you sights on Dennis
Moore and Devin West four championship in one.

Speaker 3 (01:22:52):
Yeah, Paul new is starting to feel like that. Denny
Handle a moment to myself personally the fastest truck. I
think he says, to get through the trap here a
little bit.

Speaker 4 (01:23:01):
He's got to tackle the forty four before you.

Speaker 3 (01:23:03):
Can see his signs back upon Devin West but here
comes Tan West trying on the attack, trying to stop
the twenty seven any which way possible.

Speaker 4 (01:23:12):
Can't do it this time.

Speaker 3 (01:23:13):
Off I turn for because Dennis is continuing to just
put a lot of pressure on the back of Devin.
Can you get him a crack twenty seven to the inside.
There's Ryan Bloom also following underneath the five.

Speaker 2 (01:23:37):
Look at this now and nooton up on the high side,
way up top, open the door. Now, look at Devin
West knows he's there. Squeezeeak putting the hot side. Bloom
on the bottom. Now Bloom's gone, Dad West Junior Dad
to Devon on Willion's side also and Dennis four trying
to throw the block on Paul Duton.

Speaker 3 (01:24:02):
This is not good for Paul.

Speaker 4 (01:24:04):
He sees side by side.

Speaker 3 (01:24:05):
He can't make a viscus. He watches Devin West just
continue to soak in all the clean air on the
nose of his number five single. They're gonna shift the
Paul a little bit to the inside. Is clear technically,
once you go blow that white line, it is your
responsibility to emerge and be safe. Oh number five West,

(01:24:28):
he gets a little offset there, goes to the outside.
He's gonna lose the race. Lead to Ryan Bloom all
of a sudden, this is gonna put the twenty seven
into the pictures. He's now going for a third place
at dinnis Morn.

Speaker 2 (01:24:43):
Dennis Moore up on the high side. Look at Christopher
White time down to the bottom. Christopher White trying to
get right back in there and get one of his
lips back. This shows you're just how good of a
trunck he had Jeremy before he had the issues in
the start.

Speaker 4 (01:25:01):
Offer fund.

Speaker 3 (01:25:02):
These three laps down, almost fifty laps to go in
this race render him Paul but done.

Speaker 4 (01:25:09):
He's just competing for what could have been.

Speaker 3 (01:25:13):
These drivers all neck and neck.

Speaker 4 (01:25:16):
Going for a championship minus Tyler King.

Speaker 3 (01:25:21):
That twenty one slept all the way back to tenth place,
nine seconds.

Speaker 4 (01:25:26):
Outside of Grace League.

Speaker 3 (01:25:27):
Not sure what happened to him on that when you start.

Speaker 8 (01:25:29):
Not a good one.

Speaker 4 (01:25:31):
No, as we goin to focus on the championship.

Speaker 2 (01:25:33):
Battle right now, top ten, Right now, Ryan Blooms still
have the league. Devin weston second. There you see now
that battle from second on back of there goes Paul Duke.

(01:25:57):
Paul Duke's on the bottom. He's got Christopher White right
there with them, and Dennis Moore on the high side
behind them, Kevin Smith bred Johnson starting to run him down.
Ten trucks by the way on the lead lap. Three
out of the four and the championship four are in
the top ten. Devin West, second, Paul Newton, third, Tyler

(01:26:20):
King Tien. Christopher White right up there you see the
blue and white nineteen. He is two laps down Jeremy.
He needs a caution. He needs something to fall his
way to get these laps back. He could get a
free pass, he could go for the waiver around if
a caution was to come out, But right now we're

(01:26:40):
all so settling in at fifty laps to go for
the ranks for the season, for the title, all four
this time on.

Speaker 3 (01:26:51):
What Christopher White needs is Frank Harris to bring out
a caution. He gets the wave around and then gets
one more caution that would put two cautions down. Here's
right within the in theory, beyond the lead lab. It's
gonna take a lot of luck and then he has
to get back up there again in battle for the
position that's most important. In front of the second place truck,

(01:27:14):
the number five, Devin west. But look at the pass here.
This is it new Look into the inside closing on
the door panel, contact between the five and the twenty
seven neck and neck front straightaway left one nineteen. This
is for the championship position up for grabs between the.

Speaker 1 (01:27:36):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:27:37):
That is the battle for the title. As my colleague
Jeremy from Barney just mentioned, it is Newton and it
is West and they are stride for stride bono a swine,
work it off a turn number four, try to give
each other plenty of room trying it off, letting the
five slap the safer barrier below the eighth For coach
Paul Newton, look at that transition from the eighth print

(01:28:00):
of the banking. Any powers right back along song the five,
but the five eight backing down on L one twenty Jeremy,
of the back.

Speaker 3 (01:28:07):
Straight away, it is so difficult to maintain pace on
the inside lay and of exit turn two. Paul Newton
doing a fantastic job. His former road course ringer now
is good everywhere, putting some excellent skill in the inside, defending,
breaking draft, cutting low here over the five, keeping it

(01:28:31):
exactly nose and nose a little bit too little of
an entry because you have to check up the truck
a little bit more there outside that centers that very
nice little loose driving it off the right vear. Fantastic
stuff by Paul to keep it up with Devin West.

Speaker 2 (01:28:50):
Have not done yet. We continue to watch this bottle
looking down tennis four bond sign Donald the inside right
part of the tail game of Devin West. Westcotts up,
hie he put to the safer marrier. He'll now clear
by Paul Newton. Check that. Paul Newton drumps to the inside.
He'll go too for one in the lead on the

(01:29:12):
five US they work into turn three. What a battle
here going And look at Bret Johnson also climbing into
this mix. So well this goes on. Jeremy Ryan Bloom
has checked out four seconds on these guys fight for
the championship. Paul four.

Speaker 3 (01:29:31):
Yeah, where did the speed from the twenty five come from?
I didn't think he was even in the picture until
his strategy called, but then came on freshet of tires
and fresh air.

Speaker 4 (01:29:40):
Man, I'm telling you, and that twenty five is a
rocket shit.

Speaker 3 (01:29:44):
I know these guys are racing back here, but man,
we're no kidding. Ryan Bloom is on a whole different
planet right now, and Paul is struggling a little bit.
He struggled last time. We're out fifteen twenty laps onto
a cycle of tires, and again he's gonna have to
try to find that speed somewhere because he's got that
one pit stop. I do believe still to come. Let's

(01:30:06):
see how he performs on that one. But Dennis Morn
is here to spoil the party temporarily. From the twenty seven.

Speaker 2 (01:30:18):
He said, I'm here for the party and I ain't
leaving until they slow me down. Right now, Ryan Bloom
up in the top spot. He has opened it up
down to five seconds over this guy, Devin West. Dennis wore,
Paul Newton, did Brett Johnson your top five?

Speaker 1 (01:30:45):
I'm gonna turn two to here.

Speaker 3 (01:30:47):
Twenty seven is still committed to the inside land, very
little passing effort to the forty four. He's committed to
the top lane and looks to be a little bit
faster than Paull this time, making it very difficult for
Paul to do anything. Stuck behind him and the five
crashing line this time. Forty one last.

Speaker 2 (01:31:06):
Remating look at the blue snow leading he's way way ahead.
By the way, Christopher White got way ahead of this

(01:31:27):
big battle of traffic we just saw looks of a
moment ago. There he is right there coming to start
and finish, and then there's that battle from second on
back there's Christopher White as we close in on forty
laps to go. Next time by Jeremy, this race only

(01:31:47):
an hour and fifteen minutes into it and it has
been a flawless one. Let's take a look at the
race analysis just after our halfway heading to forty laps
for meeting three Cocksques. In this eb end of one
hundred and twenty seven laps with forty to go eight
caution laps, not only changes and chairman get to steal

(01:32:09):
up for grabs it for a lot of teams they
might have to fit one more time in the race.

Speaker 3 (01:32:17):
I really feel like they do, not only because of
how we watch the twenty seven and the five race
each other, you know, not giving a niche. Basically, they
gave it a their all and so they're not too
worried about the stretching out the fuel or stretching out
the tires.

Speaker 4 (01:32:34):
They were just going for it.

Speaker 3 (01:32:36):
So they gotta be pitting, and then here in the
next ten laps is when they'll be halfway between the
start of the last restart and the end of this race, and.

Speaker 10 (01:32:51):
That'll kind of.

Speaker 3 (01:32:53):
Tell you when that window is going to open up
if you're going to split this little stint in half
thirty thirty essentially you're about flat one thirty five to LAPO.
We're stuck on our.

Speaker 4 (01:33:14):
Race summary here, oh, pre cautions night he changes.

Speaker 2 (01:33:17):
It's just very comfortable. I mean it's it's honestly a
very quiet race right now, Jeremy and things have calmed down,
and it's all it's all. It's all Paul Newton trying
to do all he can to get around the five
and Evan West, and I got a feeling itast these
two guys to fight for the championship. I'm not taking
anything away from Tyler King, but if he's playing possum

(01:33:38):
right now, Jeremy, he better show his strengths and put
his cards.

Speaker 11 (01:33:41):
On the table and get to the front, because if
he does it, it's gonna be these two guys, like
we talked about, Newton and West, who by the way,
are one and two in the points, fighting it for
the championship.

Speaker 3 (01:33:57):
Yeah, patient, patience, mister Paul Newton has waiting for the
forty four.

Speaker 4 (01:34:03):
The forty four.

Speaker 3 (01:34:03):
Fell back, he passed him. Now he's looking back at
the number five. After looking those tires, cool off and
repring for the long run of this stamp. Five loose
off the turn four to twenty seven in across to
the inside, side by side once more. Can this be
the time where he passes the five?

Speaker 4 (01:34:21):
It's a great chance.

Speaker 3 (01:34:22):
In to turn one, the five checks them in a
little closer, takes the air off the spoiler, chase them
up the track, no contact and I do boom a
little side to side action here and turn three. Can
he get Devin cleared? The answers, yes, Paul Newton makes
the pass.

Speaker 2 (01:34:47):
Paul Duke think he championship, but Devin West is not
nibbing up. Well, you think of Paul Newton, you think
of all these been three of the years past. I
literally called him the road course King Jeremy because he
was like the Shane van Gisbergen of the Northwest Series,

(01:35:08):
builting success. The only wins he would have was on
road courses for a number of seasons and then finally
a change in of the guard they started to come
around last year. It really turned it up this year
for Paul Newton. Three wins by the way for the
man Paul Newton this year, and they weren't in road

(01:35:30):
courses either. He won obviously in Daytona, he won the
Daytona two hundred. Then he turned around and he won
in Portland. Okay, that was a road news. I'll give
him credit for that. But then he turned around last
week and he won an indie Jeremy to punch himself

(01:35:51):
in Dennis Cores in trouble, don't lock it up. As
he's on pit road money stop time for the forty four.

Speaker 4 (01:36:00):
An unsafe pitt entrance. He crossed over the cone.

Speaker 3 (01:36:02):
There is no way he is avoiding this forty second
pit hold after the four tire.

Speaker 4 (01:36:08):
Changes in the tank of snunkle fuels filled up.

Speaker 3 (01:36:12):
We'll see for sure, but I think he's gonna have
that forty second hold and that's gonna put the night's
end for the forty four if that deed holds true
on Pitt Rod Devon West, Brett Johnson. So Devin West
gives it up, so it's gonna put the same exact
position where Paul Newton is going to run a little

(01:36:32):
bit longer than the five as that window does open
up on lap one thirty five, So expect the most
joggers to be done around left four forty.

Speaker 2 (01:36:47):
So drivers are pitting. The money stopped for a lot
of these guys coming down on the pit lane, Ryan Gloom. Now, Jeremy,
my question is kiss, can we go back to the leader?
Ryan Bloom? As we see Devin West exit off Pitt Road,
final pitchtoff of the season for the five, will it

(01:37:08):
be enough? Devin West pitted at lap one thirty five
two for Dan West Junior one thirty four tennis more
there you see, Ryan Bloom. Ryan Bloom last pitted Jeremy
at lap one o five thirty to go in the

(01:37:30):
race in the season. Can he go the distance? Right now?
He's got a six second lead over Paul Newton, who
by the way, hasn't pitted yet.

Speaker 3 (01:37:40):
That's the sixty sixty three lap stretch. It's gonna be tough, man,
It's gonna be so tough if he goes for it. Nope,
he's not giving it up. He is coming on time
goes wow twenty five. Paul Newton needs to come down
Pitt Rod here in the next couple laps, I thank
you the depth. It's gonna be too strong. We'll see

(01:38:02):
how that looks. But right now twenty seven back to
the race.

Speaker 4 (01:38:05):
Leave momentarily.

Speaker 3 (01:38:14):
This truck has so much speed. I'd hate to see
him throw it all the way on a late pit stop.

Speaker 4 (01:38:21):
Does he come down to Pitt Road this time? Yes,
he does.

Speaker 3 (01:38:24):
Paul Newton entering on lap one, so it's gonna be
twenty eight laps to go, just past the halfway mark
on this stint of the race, as we're gonna see
Tyler King cycle through.

Speaker 4 (01:38:40):
Still not on Pitt Road just yet.

Speaker 3 (01:38:44):
He's gonna get himself almost a lap led. Stephen Paulson
in the fifty eight leads at this time technically.

Speaker 2 (01:38:53):
Driver's own Pitt Road. Paul Newton, there he goes. Could
it be the perfect winning stop for him? By the way,
Tyler came last hit it in one oh six, He's
up to second. Newton is on pit exit, Kevin Smith
onto the pit lane, twenty laps down or more. By

(01:39:14):
the way, Christopher White Jeremy only one lap down. If
something would fall in favor of the nineteen, put this
man right back into the game again. To make it
maybe four drivers again to fight for the championship.

Speaker 3 (01:39:32):
Oh man, let's see what the time difference is at
the line this time.

Speaker 2 (01:39:41):
Paulusan's in.

Speaker 3 (01:39:44):
Nine second difference actually be seven seven second difference between
Devin West and Paul Newton.

Speaker 4 (01:39:54):
Seven seconds.

Speaker 3 (01:39:55):
That's the largest yet. Can he do it in just
a matter of twenty six laps? That's gonna be a
tall hill to climb for the twenty seven. Right now,
if you're the number five, Devan West, you've got a
big smile on your face right now.

Speaker 2 (01:40:11):
Oh yeah, you.

Speaker 3 (01:40:12):
Basically have the saying in control. Your nearest competitor is
six seconds back. Just manage the tires a little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:40:20):
Don't throw it away, you can. Don't throw it away, chairman,
don't throw it away.

Speaker 3 (01:40:24):
Yeah, let the twenty five go by here, No need
to ring some the completely not in your picture, and
he's gonna do so. Lets him by their crosses over
maybe having a little bit of fun with him. Actually
I wouldn't be doing this of our him, but you
know he's having some fun before the things all times.

Speaker 2 (01:40:44):
I love the road with having fun. The last race
of the year.

Speaker 3 (01:40:47):
Right now now, watching the times, it is still seven
and a half seconds back. I don't know, man, that's
a large hill. Like I said, give it about another
ten or fifteen laps. I think that's when Paul Newton's

(01:41:08):
truck really just came.

Speaker 4 (01:41:10):
Alive that mid to late run. So that's when he
would make up the majority of this ground. So he's
got to play the patience game and see who does
the best.

Speaker 2 (01:41:31):
Who's gonna step up, who will be the one to
make a big push. Tyler King. Now, by the way,
you know he's gonna try to strategize and stay in
this thing if he can. He right now leads. He's
one of the championship four. Tyler King the number three

(01:41:57):
man got who wins this year? The Ryan Vert was
the number twenty one Tyler King. Obviously, Tyler King broke
through in one earlier well in the summer back on
July at Nashville, and then he went back to back Jeremy.
Remember he won at Nashville and then he won at

(01:42:20):
Talladega before the playoffs began. The twenty one. That's history.

Speaker 3 (01:42:29):
Now here's a stat Tyler I didn't recognize Tyler King.
Pitt on lapt one oh six right right, he could
go to the sixty one laps, I thought Ryan Bloom
was maybe stretching it. That's the only person I had
on my radar for stretching the distance. But at sixty
one laps, that's what Ryan Bloom did on his largest stint.

Speaker 4 (01:42:53):
So maybe just.

Speaker 2 (01:42:54):
Taylor King was one o six, Ryan Bloom was one.
I think he thought Ryan Bloom was one of three?
Is that three lap difference? Back? Kenny, Kenny hole, will
it work?

Speaker 4 (01:43:07):
He looks slow on tracks. That tells me he's stretching her.

Speaker 2 (01:43:11):
He's really slowing down right, Yeah, top, Yeah, We need
to pause for station identification in the final twenty laps
of the season at to Couga, Land to determine the
champion when we return.

Speaker 7 (01:43:26):
This is the community Radio Edward w CRN PD seven
point nine FM, Clayton Cunner, Smithfield, North Carolina, Proud to
be in the USA.

Speaker 2 (01:43:39):
We are see r and the championship is on the line.
We are down to the final twenty laps of the season.
Welcome back to our coverage. Jeremy Stanley, Charles Moton on production.
I'm Wesley Outland, Tyler King. Jeremy gotta wonder he just
pulled a rabbit out of a hat for a Hail

(01:44:00):
Mary to try to win the championship in the twenty.

Speaker 4 (01:44:03):
One, they're closing on them.

Speaker 3 (01:44:08):
I think too too much speed being given up by
the twenty one to make it. So I'm gonna say
this is not gonna be it. But who knows. As
these tires Plateauell Tyler King might be sitting pretty still.
I'm also keeping an eye on Paul Newton versus Devin West,
and the gap between these guys has dropped to three

(01:44:32):
and a half seconds three and a half.

Speaker 4 (01:44:36):
You see it right there on the scoring pylon.

Speaker 3 (01:44:39):
Newton plus ten point eight to Devin West seven point two.
So that's already dropped drastically, almost cut or basically is
cutting half from the time they exit the Pitt Road.
Already still is seventeen to go. So the five desperate
mode to save his tire because he's gonna need it

(01:45:00):
when a twenty seven gets him.

Speaker 2 (01:45:12):
Bending to settle it out here with under twenty to go,
fifteen laps remaining. Taylor King, Boy, that's a strategy, Jeremy.
We're watching. We're gonna see if it's gonna work for
the man of the number twenty one. Remember he's a
former champion. He won the championship back in twenty twenty two.
I'll never forget that night, Jeremy Terry, Josh now Terry myself.

Speaker 1 (01:45:37):
Or Turner with art not happening, happening and no it's.

Speaker 2 (01:45:40):
Not it's not meant to be Tyler King on pit
Road fifteen to go, Tyler King giving up the lead,
and it's gonna go back to Devin West. Ryan Bloom
to the lead, Devin West. It nowt be the man
to try to win the championship. Jeremy, Why, I.

Speaker 3 (01:46:04):
Would tell you that if Tyler got a caution right now,
he'd be restarting this race here in the top three.
No doubt. That'd be the only staving grace. If he
can pick up a caution right now. Wow, these guys
continue to cycle through. Could not do it.

Speaker 4 (01:46:20):
That was his only hope.

Speaker 3 (01:46:21):
Man not on speed, but he had to do it
on some crazy call. Almost was able to get it done,
realized just could not. So he had a forfeitted come
in and get his tires. Oh, he might get caught
front and say exit, that was close. You have to
keep all fours inside the blue lined area or else

(01:46:41):
he might at tag. I don't look like there's any penalties, thankfully,
but that was a close one.

Speaker 2 (01:46:46):
Certainly was ununbelievable. All right, Jeremy, So what what right now?
It's Devin West that Paul Newton think if you're right now,
it's now hold Spartan. You're second and third Ryan Bloom

(01:47:07):
two and a half seconds ahead. Do you try to
win the race or do you just try to be
satem but try to lock up this championship.

Speaker 3 (01:47:17):
Devin West is not looking at Ryan Blue. Devin West
is looking at shrinking gap two seconds. I thought it
was going to take longer to get here, but we're
at two seconds left between the five and the twenty seven.
That is your championship, and so you can't worry about
Ryan Blue winning this races out of the question. For

(01:47:39):
the five doesn't have the speed to get there. He's
a mirror driving. He's look at the f free relative.
That's all he's doing is or continue to focus on
the forty four here see if we can rotate to
the five or the twenty seven, that's going to be
our picture of who.

Speaker 4 (01:47:56):
Will be the champion.

Speaker 3 (01:48:00):
It's a producer just locking in on Dennis More here
a leaders.

Speaker 2 (01:48:07):
Bloom and the lead ladies and gentlemen. Ryan Bloom not
a championship driver contender, if you will. He is looking
for another win. If Ryan Bloom's able to get it,
it would be his second win of the year. But
right now, tend to go Jeremy and it is Devin

(01:48:30):
West and Paul Knuke. Our focus begins with second and third.
We're showing the leader, but the battle for the championship
is these two guys right here, right now, Jeremy Paul
Newton is nowhere in sight of the five of Devin West.

Speaker 3 (01:48:48):
Look behind him. There he is one point two seconds?

Speaker 1 (01:48:52):
Is the gap? How he's in sight?

Speaker 3 (01:48:54):
And Tyler King of the twenty seventh is a left
by the way, Tyler Casey is coming down. Yeah, one
lap down, fresh tires. He's gonna pass twenty seven, no problem.
But this thing's literally gonna come down to the final
lap or two of this race. Can the twenty seven
get there? I think yes, Kenny passed. That's a different question.

Speaker 4 (01:49:16):
Look at the Ford help helping the twenty seven.

Speaker 3 (01:49:23):
There was a lot of Chevrolets versus one Ford earlier.
Now it's two four's Tyler King assisting Paul Newton all
the way through not making the pass effort. Land the
teammate strategy here difference zero point nine that they laughed together.

Speaker 2 (01:49:45):
Look at this Tyler King, he is the man that's
a lamp down along with Christopher White.

Speaker 3 (01:49:52):
Paul Shit.

Speaker 2 (01:49:53):
If it was to come out, Janie King would get
the freak pass unless he was the guy that was
involved in it. All Newton is catching Deaf and West,
but the time is running out. Also, Ryan Bloom still
continuing though Jeremy to increase the lead over Western Newton

(01:50:13):
to three and a half seconds. Now as they come
to six laps to go. Here at Chicago, landoff turn four,
this time buying the trioval, get.

Speaker 3 (01:50:29):
To the line six to go. The difference point seven.
The twenty seven is plateaued a little bit from the five.

Speaker 4 (01:50:40):
Maybe I would tell.

Speaker 3 (01:50:41):
Tyler King to not be on the bumper. Maybe he's
affecting extra speed into the corners. Maybe yeah, he doesn't
need he's stuck in point seven point six. This is
not helping Paul Newton whatsoever. Five laps to go, you
gotta make up over a tenth lap. Gets a little
bit of around that time. Zero point five is the

(01:51:03):
gap with five to go still on track and it's
point one each lap. Then he's gotta make the pass
literally coming down to the final lap of this race.

Speaker 2 (01:51:17):
Here, West, well, I'm telling you what we are seeing now.
The twenty one hook up at the twenty seven and
he has ran down. Believe it or not, Devin West,
I can't believe it, but in one lapse time he
cut a big deficit out. Now Devin West has got
to be in attack mode, stealth mode. Six miles to go,

(01:51:41):
four laps remaining, Newton on the inside. West the lap
truck question the twenty seven to get to the five.
As they go to three.

Speaker 4 (01:51:54):
This is so much excitement being built up here.

Speaker 3 (01:51:56):
Watch the blocks from the five. He's gonna take the outsidee.
It's gonna shortcut the exit. It's gonna force Paul to
go to the inside where he's been all night long.

Speaker 4 (01:52:06):
This reason made the majority of his passes.

Speaker 3 (01:52:09):
But you still need to protect the outside lane because
I'll be preferred. And a side by side situation. Three
to go, two truck links back straight away. Tyler doing
everything you can, drafting his partner all the way through.
It is it is one downside.

Speaker 4 (01:52:26):
Here we go to the Fender.

Speaker 2 (01:52:28):
It is one thing, Jeremy. It is one thing to
run somebody down, it's another thing to pass them. And
when you got a guy like Devin West that knows
these final laps are not only the last race of
the season, but the chance for a championship, you will
do all you can. No, no, the bottom King is

(01:52:51):
right there, but West is now mirror driving the twenty
seven for the championship. He goes high for the title
down below. In turn three and four, they're gonna be
stride for stride. Ryan Bloom comes to the white flag.
They make contacts. It's it's West banging doors. C are

(01:53:11):
in one to go final time into one and two. Jeremy,
oh my goodness, Holy gown. And West is pinchbounting. He's
gonna fight back. He's gonna fight back. He can't get there.
Devin West is now hung out to dry. Paulton gets

(01:53:34):
the clear, Harry comes it comes home. Devin West takes
his frustration out on Tyler King. Paul Newton is the
champion of the NASHRA on the on the Northwest Truck Series,
and Ryan Bloom is gonna.

Speaker 1 (01:53:51):
Win the race.

Speaker 4 (01:53:56):
Holy cow, sek really did payoff.

Speaker 3 (01:54:00):
At the end, Jeremy, that was just stration.

Speaker 2 (01:54:03):
From Devin West when he got into the twenty one
of Tyler King. I think that was just absolutely frustration
of the way a lap truck. I mean, I don't
want to say this in the bad way A truck
a lap down changed the outcome of the race. But
it's also a teammate to the twenty seven of Paul Newton.

Speaker 3 (01:54:27):
I'm all for teammates, man, teammate work. That's what if
you don't have teammates, why do you call yourself teammates
in the middle of the season, the beginning of the season,
that's all part of the gig man. But the twenty
five he's gonna burn it down. Ryan Bloom, congratulations on
your second win of the twenty twenty five season.

Speaker 4 (01:54:46):
Job well done.

Speaker 3 (01:54:47):
Halfway through the race, found the nitrous button this man
took off and then plus two to the number number
twenty seven. Paul Newton gonna get his first championship.

Speaker 2 (01:55:00):
Paul Newton champion.

Speaker 3 (01:55:02):
That was probably the best championship race I've ever seen.

Speaker 2 (01:55:08):
Chere me is the twenty one wrong for what he did?

Speaker 3 (01:55:12):
Did you feel absolutely not?

Speaker 4 (01:55:16):
No, there's not even a question.

Speaker 2 (01:55:18):
You're a lat down and you are helping your teammate,
I guess try to win the race. And that's honestly
what we saw everything in between Tyler King, who by
the way, being a champion, and then and then Paul
Newton who now has won the championship. Go ahead, I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:55:39):
Yeah, there's two ways. There's two ways to look at it.
If you're blocking some guy, right, if you're blocking the
guy and you're slowing them down for the other guy
to catch, that's one thing. But if you're helping your teammate,
just get a little extra speed each lamp, that's perfectly allowed.
You're helping a teammate, not hurting the enemy on that one.
And that was the perfect setup, a little bit of

(01:56:02):
extra draft assistance each and every single lap. Plus he
had the tire to get there regardless. That is a
beautiful execution.

Speaker 2 (01:56:10):
We're gonna hear from Devin West.

Speaker 4 (01:56:12):
One of the best traces I've ever seen it yet.

Speaker 2 (01:56:14):
We're gonna hear from Devon West Jeremy for third. But
do you feel like, honestly, the frustration settled in because
he knew he didn't have no friends. He he was
a sitting duck and that's why he made the move
that he did to the twenty one at the checker
flight bottom line.

Speaker 3 (01:56:31):
Yeah, I mean race was over for him, right, So
championship out of grasp.

Speaker 4 (01:56:36):
So you just turn the wheel left and have something pluss.

Speaker 3 (01:56:39):
They're gonna wreck it up the next lap anyways with
the high five salutes, So you might as well just
do a little.

Speaker 5 (01:56:44):
Seeing it or not.

Speaker 2 (01:56:45):
I don't see anybody. I don't see anyone.

Speaker 4 (01:56:48):
Well, they already did it there.

Speaker 3 (01:56:50):
We were recovering that and they already destroyed each other
in the front stretch.

Speaker 2 (01:56:54):
Well, ladies and gentlemen, let's take a little for tonight.
Two hundred and fifty miles fin the alley here at
Chicago Land Speedway. By the way time of race one hour,
thirty nine minutes, in twenty seconds. It is Ryan Bloom
picking up his second win this year to end the season.
Paul Newton finishing second over Devin West. He is the

(01:57:14):
twenty twenty five season twelve Northwest Racing Series truck champion.
Devin West will finish third second for the championship, Dennis
More fourth, and Dan West junior. Your top five, Brett
Johnson sixth, ephen Paulus in seventh, Roy crime Day, eighth,
Tyler King. He was one of the championship four. He

(01:57:38):
was helping Paul Newton get around, Devin West finish this
ninth one lap down and Jeremy Frank Harris the legend
in John Deere Green will end the season here tonight
two laps down intent Sir.

Speaker 3 (01:57:54):
Eleven through nineteenth. Christopher White ends up P eleven, Dana
Rogers twelfth, Kevin Smith thirteenth, James winning P fourteen, Fifteenth
is d Gambell, Junior sixteenth is Scott Hutchison. Then you
got Jeff stab now Sean Brightsman and technically on the
boards but did not start. Josh Childers in the thirty

(01:58:16):
nine does round out the field in p.

Speaker 4 (01:58:19):
Nineteen.

Speaker 2 (01:58:22):
Well there it is, ladies and gentlemen, we are going
to take a break. When we come back, we are
going to grab the podium, drivers, the champions and should
be an interesting thought of drivers coming up their thoughts,
their thinks of the race and the season. Ryan Bloom

(01:58:42):
wins the battle, Paul Newton wins the war. He is
the champion. Season twelve twenty twenty five in the Northwest
Racing Series Trucks, we talked to them next.

Speaker 1 (01:58:55):
Yeah, thanks clear us on Discord.

Speaker 2 (01:59:03):
No, no championship music or anything either, Jeremy Charles.

Speaker 1 (01:59:08):
No, I'm trying to find some music. I'm trying to
do all right, All right? Who we got? Who we
got here? Tyler? You got a copy?

Speaker 6 (01:59:25):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:59:26):
Yes, right now?

Speaker 7 (01:59:27):
R copy?

Speaker 2 (01:59:32):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:59:33):
I don't know who all we need? There's we need
a lot of people.

Speaker 7 (01:59:38):
I do.

Speaker 1 (01:59:39):
We need Devin Wes he's in here. We need Jeff
and Seawan because we're gonna talk to him at the end.
Mm hmm want you you know I can't get Jeff
up here. There's Jeff. We need Sean. Are we missing anybody?

Speaker 2 (02:00:02):
Oh? We've got a lot. Holy cow, Well.

Speaker 1 (02:00:08):
We got to talk to Sean and Jeff.

Speaker 2 (02:00:09):
And Ryan right to congratulate, to congratulate Paul.

Speaker 1 (02:00:13):
We had a top three point or top three points
and top three in the race.

Speaker 2 (02:00:17):
Yep, so we should have a lot. Yep.

Speaker 1 (02:00:21):
Ye, all right, everybody ready, leslie?

Speaker 2 (02:00:25):
Yep?

Speaker 1 (02:00:27):
Alright, mates are open. I hope.

Speaker 2 (02:00:31):
Back here at the Chicagoland Speedway. The season ends for
Ryan Bloom winning his second win of the season in
career start number two twenty. It will also be in
addition to Ryan Bloom's fourteenth win in an overall for
the Northwest Series seventy eighth top five and one thirty
third top ten. He joined us in victory lane right now. Ryan, congratulations.

(02:00:56):
I know it's not a championship aspirations, but it is
a Paul positive way to end the season. Shades of
what Ryan Blaney did in the Championship Cup race at
Phoenix yesterday.

Speaker 12 (02:01:06):
Also, yeah, no, I'll definitely take it. It's been a yeah,
very eventful kind of playoffs I had, so it all
kind of started before that, but yep, good to end
on a good note and looks like a look I
missed a lot and was going on behind me, just
happened to have the cautions fall just to the right

(02:01:28):
spot and all worked out just how the cautions fell
and actually helping me getting that wreck in the very
first lap actually probably is what got me this victory,
just having a little offset there on the fuel. So yeah,
it was fun, fun race, and congrats to Paul and
on a good season and win the championship.

Speaker 3 (02:01:52):
As Jeremy, I was actually kind of surprised halfway in
that race. Your truck just took off. Man, where'd that speed?

Speaker 4 (02:01:58):
Come from.

Speaker 3 (02:01:58):
You just came out of nowhere and bust out of
what a five and a half second lead at one
point there in the back half of that run. That
was just impressive stuff.

Speaker 12 (02:02:06):
Yeah, I just I really just think it was the
tire offset. I think I had about thirteen thirteen lap
pressure tires when I pitted, and some of those guys
and not getting out clean air I mean or not
getting in dirty air just really super helped. I was
kind of stuck in traffic there before I pitted, and
I came out and didn't really have any outbody out there,

(02:02:28):
so I could just run, run my line, run my
the laps I wanted to. And yeah, just with that
tire offset worked out well.

Speaker 2 (02:02:36):
Ryan. Obviously, man, before we do let you go, sir,
please thank your sponsors. Obviously. It's it's been a continuing
growth for you running in the Northwest. I remember when
you used to struggle in Arca with the you know,
just trying to get your footing, and now you've literally
put yourself in a good place for not only fighting
rising for championships, but running for wins. And obviously here's

(02:02:59):
what t twenty six holes for you.

Speaker 6 (02:03:01):
Bud.

Speaker 12 (02:03:01):
Good luck, well thanks Wesley. Yeah, I want to thank
my teammates win Racing, Kevin and Denva. Dennis. Been a
lot of fun this year, just hanging out those guys
and building setups. That's what really kind of makes it
all fun again to you guys All Star TV. And

(02:03:22):
just want to thank Jeff and Sean for all they
do and putting on the series and probably seeing you
back next year.

Speaker 2 (02:03:29):
Career win number fourteen and his second win and the
way to end the season for the driver here at
Chicagoland for Ryan Bloom. They're the winner here tonight. Now
we're gonna flip flop things then we normally do. We're
gonna talk now to the man that finished in the
points third and had a lot to do with the
outcome of the finish of this race, and that is

(02:03:51):
Tyler King, a twenty twenty two series champion. Tyler, at
one point, I really thought that you were trying to
roll the dice gamble come down to the pit lane.
I was actually reminiscing on being in the real broadcast
booth at Florence Motors Speedway in South Carolina and you
dropped onto the pit lane to make the pit stop
because we felt you couldn't go the distance or it

(02:04:14):
took the momentum away that we were talking about, But
you still had a lot to say in the finish
of this race helping your teammate Paul Newton. I guess it's,
you know, the the friend of my friend is my enemy,
as they say sometimes. But when you got teammates, I
guess you try to push them and help them all

(02:04:35):
the way if you can't win. It was that the
outcome of what you did tonight, Tyler.

Speaker 6 (02:04:40):
Oh, yeah, without a doubt. You know, I put in,
you know, six hundred and some odd laps over the
past two weeks to make sure we had a competitive setup.
And you know, I thought we had our strategy, like
like spot on, I thought we were gonna win if

(02:05:02):
it stayed green. Sure, and that yellow flag came out
and kind of through a wrench in the things we
still had, you know, tire and fuel advantage, but you know,
the track position was kind of gone, so we had
to fight through traffic again always Paul. That is, I
was damaged. I got distracted looking too far up the
track at Paul and I just smacked the wall coming

(02:05:24):
out of turn four, messed my truck up, but I
kind of got the sand deep damage there for a
minute because I ended up passing a couple of guys.
But I went down Pitt Road and I had four
minutes forty seconds of damage. Yeah, my race was basically done.
I was just watching Paul and hoping he could pull

(02:05:45):
it off. And I looked like we had a really
good shut in to that yellow flag. But you know,
I got a looking dog there filled up, got a
little bit of damage fixed. So I was totally off
sequence from everybody, which is why I stayed out so long,
just you know, just in case, you know, a random
caution came out, and yeah, just happened to come out
fairly close to Paul, and I was like, well, I mean,

(02:06:07):
I put in so much time on that thing, I
can't not push him, you know. And yeah, we got
him up there and they're banging doors off, turned four
coming to the white flag, and yeah, he pulled him off.
So I'm very proud of him. Come a long way
on the road course, I'm sorry, not the road courses,

(02:06:28):
the ovals. Hat just a great last two weeks for us,
working on our setups, building our trucks and performing on
the racetrack.

Speaker 3 (02:06:39):
Great stuff out there, Tyler for sure being part of
the championship four here Chicagoan you put all that time
in there early on, I was like, he's just a
couple a couple of seconds off here and there. Is
there anything in truck that you could have done before
you hit the wall to maybe picked up.

Speaker 4 (02:06:56):
That speed to give yourself a little more of a
competitive edge.

Speaker 2 (02:07:01):
I don't think so.

Speaker 6 (02:07:02):
Not so much.

Speaker 2 (02:07:03):
In the race.

Speaker 6 (02:07:05):
I feel like the strategy that we had, you know,
we were uh we had a lap or two, maybe
three laps fresh retires and everybody sos kind of expecting
to get by the guys that were between Paul and myself.
You know, I've probably been conceded to third between behind
he and Dev and I don't know if I go
up to them there a couple of seconds ahead of me. Uh,

(02:07:29):
But you know it's like it's not all about me.
You know, I'm a I'm a team guy Beaver State
race and that's that's my thing between me and Stephan
and uh brought in my old buddy pal uh Paul
on on board with us, and you know, uh, I'm
just as happy if he wins as if I win.

Speaker 2 (02:07:47):
You know, Well, I'll tell you what. We appreciate your
time chatting with us. Tyler. I know you know what
it's like to be a champion. You've done it yourself
before before we deal. Let you go, sir Police, thank
your sponsors, and we'll see you next year.

Speaker 6 (02:08:02):
Yeah, I definitely I want to thank you, know, Paul Beaver,
Seri Racing, Stephanicle Brand Photography. Stephan's actually got his new
airline Comby Son in the background. Sorry, but Stephan is
starting a new business, Arrow Hair, So I think he's
gonna be starting flying people around, So I want to
give him a shout out.

Speaker 7 (02:08:21):
Thanks.

Speaker 6 (02:08:22):
Everybody puts on the show LSRTV, Jeff Sean and everybody
shows up every week.

Speaker 2 (02:08:28):
Twenty twenty two truck champion Tyler King pushing another teammate
to the championship. We'll be talking with him in just
a few moments. But now let's go to the man
to finish. Obviously third in the race, second in the points.
When this race ended, by the way, let's grab now
the driver that is Devon West. He was also the
season one ARCA Northwest champion earlier a month ago, and

(02:08:52):
Devon so close this race filled with emotion, the highs,
the lows, the rollercoat to ride, just coming up one
spot shy at the end. What's your take of what
happened there the final lot, closing circuits of the race,
and what's the emotion like now knowing you're second to
the championship on the rice track.

Speaker 13 (02:09:14):
I don't mind. I think it was pretty dan cool race,
pretty quick come ound the last lap, and I definitely
want to just take gudge to Paul.

Speaker 3 (02:09:22):
He deserved it.

Speaker 13 (02:09:22):
I mean they were super fascinate and he was really
like Test said, came along Ways and Nobles this year
and was just faster we went. So I'm just concrossing
to them. I feel like we had a pretty good
set obviously was about a lap not good enough, I
will say, just just to just kind of just make
sure that every nose where I'm at. I don't mind

(02:09:44):
the pushing. I part of expected when my teammates did.
It seems like thing that was all for a game,
and I think that that is totally fine. I just
didn't love the way I got pasted, especially when I
felt like I was kind of dead in the waters.
I didn't have me covered. I just wish I could
have maybe had a chance to not get get right
into in the front stretch. That said, Paul and Tyler

(02:10:05):
are always super clean, and I really respect the heck
of those guys, so I don't want them to think
that I am upset too much. I just wish that
it could have been a little bit more clean. That said,
like I said, they just rebreted I was tonight and
that was not That was not I was always to see.
So then they had me covered and they definitely earned it.

(02:10:27):
So hang out to them.

Speaker 3 (02:10:31):
Fantastic stuff on track Man, one of the fastest trucks
all night long. And when I saw that gap seven
seconds on that final pissedtop. I was like, this thing
is going to be coming down to the final five
laps and it was less than that. It was like
the last two or three when they were about twenty
year slaps to go, and you saw the time getting
closer and closer. What were you doing behind the wheel

(02:10:53):
to try to conserve the tires enough to battle the
twenty seven At the very.

Speaker 13 (02:10:57):
End, there wasn't a time I could do to say tire.
I knew that I had to just run the bottom
as I could, because that was kind of the best
I could do. For the tires. I made an adjustment
to listen to truck up on that last stop, just
because I knew I couldn't run the top quite as
well as I needed to could bring those guys on
the bottom. That definitely helped, and I thought for a

(02:11:18):
second it was gonna be good enough. It just this
guy could just run the bottom of the whole run
and I had about lot twenty how to move up,
and that definitely just I don't know, it just was
not working for me obviously. So yeah, I thought seven seconds.
Usually it was a four and a half when we
came out from fitstops, and so when I saw seven,

(02:11:40):
I thought I should feel pretty good. I thought I
had a decent chance. I had good piss ups all night. Yeah,
I don't know. I don't think I definitely could. I
don't know what I could could have them differently.

Speaker 2 (02:11:52):
So in closing, Devin, please thank your sponsors, say your
thoughts of the season, and listen. You are champion of
the north West. She won the archetyle runner up the
truck championship. Uh. But so to add more to the
end of the race, when you and Tyler King got together,
that was was that just a frustration on your part

(02:12:15):
or did your truck like really tighten up and you
had you got sideways and you crashed coming across the line? Where?
Where where did that? Where did that stem from? Obviously
whenever the race ended there.

Speaker 13 (02:12:28):
Now, I definitely drove in a little too deep and
then just trying to stay out on him obviously, Uh,
and definitely was not going to get to the corner
real well. And and it was frustration, honest bestally, I
didn't need to wreck them. I wasn't necessarily trying to
take him out. I was trying to just get into
his door, just kind of express my frustration previous lot.

Speaker 3 (02:12:49):
And that's not a good look.

Speaker 13 (02:12:49):
I definitely should I have done that. I don't hear
of the moment obviously, Like I said, I spent those
guys and I don't. I don't want them to think
that I'm not happy I lost. I'm not happy one sorry.
They earned it one hundred percent right, They beat me,
and they won plenty races the season, and they contribute
a ton in this series. And I know that I

(02:13:10):
and Jeff rest of the team are mostly grateful for
what to do. I mean, shoot, Ty Pennon, most trucks
in the series and clean mine and now look great.
So yeah, I want them to know that I'm definitely
happy they won. And then my frustration for that lap
is not an overall frustration for losing and them beating me.
I just wish it was a little cleaner, but that's

(02:13:31):
in the past, and they beat me fair and square regardless,
so I don't want that to take it away from it.

Speaker 2 (02:13:36):
Here you got, ladies and gentlemen, there's the thoughts of
Devin West, the man out of Shelton, Washington, ARCA champion.
He'll end the year second of the point standings out
of twenty three races, seven wins, two poles, eighteen top fives,
nineteen top tens, and obviously the overall was career start
two twenty tonight. He has forty four career wins, one

(02:13:58):
hundred and thirty four top five and one hundred and
sixty three top tens for season twelve to end. For
death and West and now the champion is among us,
ladies and gentlemen. The thoughts of a guy that we
used to say could only win on the road courses. Well,
a changing of the guard happened the last couple of years,

(02:14:19):
and he really broke through when he won at the
Indianapolis Motor Speedway last week he won Daytona, or a
couple of weeks ago he won Daytona to start the season,
and then there was a trend. Do we really can't
call him the road course king anymore? And now we
call him a champion, Ladies and gentlemen. When it's all

(02:14:42):
set and done, at the end of two hundred and
fifty miles and the end of season twelve for the
Northwest Racing Series Trucks, your season twelve champion is the
Paul Newton Designs Number twenty seven Ford of Paul Newton. Paul, congratulations, champion.
What's going through your mind right now? And man, this
has been a long time coming, hasn't it, sir?

Speaker 14 (02:15:05):
I well, I mean I never would have expected to
be in this position. I thank you so much for
all the nice things you've said about me. What's going
through my mind right now? Everything and nothing at the
same time. I mean, I can't even think. I just
never ever, ever expected at the end like this. I
don't know what to say.

Speaker 4 (02:15:27):
Well, you got plenty of time to think about it.

Speaker 3 (02:15:29):
Man's impressive run, the speed that you carried on the
middle of the late run of the of the stints
was phenomenon. It looked like if you had a late caution,
maybe you've been a little bit more of trouble on
the short run side of things, and you continue just
to impress and impress.

Speaker 2 (02:15:46):
More and more. So.

Speaker 3 (02:15:49):
Yeah, whenever, whenever the first sequence of green flight pisstops
happened and Devin pitted a little bit shorter than you,
is that what you can kind of like, Okay, I'm faster.
At this point, someone continued that Trenk, So I think
it was three times where you pitted later than the five.

Speaker 14 (02:16:07):
Yeah, that was kind of my strategy. Once things kind
of shook out, I knew that it was going to
be very, very difficult to get around him and stay
around him if I was on equal tires. I knew
that he could probably just eat me up if I
tried to short pit it there a little bit to
try the undercut, So only other option left was the overcut.
I heard these guys all weekend at Phoenix talking about

(02:16:27):
how they didn't want to be on defense at the end.
They want to be on offense. And I wouldn't be
on offense I knew I saved a little more gas.
I knew I could go a little bit deeper in
the run. So once the strategy started shaking out like that,
that was a strategy to the end. That was the
first time I saw a path to get up to
the front, and that's the way we did it.

Speaker 2 (02:16:48):
Paul Newton, Tyler King helping you there. At one time
it looked like he might've been the guy that was
going to hoist the championship, a two time champion, and
then that all changed when he came down to the
pit lane when we realized he couldn't go the distance.
He fell a lap down, but he hooked up in
your cross hairs and he helped you run down a
big deficit on Devin West to get around him. Take

(02:17:12):
us through the mindset, the moments of that happening and
what it meant to have your teammate there with Beaver State,
Tyler King, pushing you to a championship, Sir.

Speaker 14 (02:17:22):
That was just I want to cry.

Speaker 2 (02:17:26):
Tyler. Tyler helps me so much.

Speaker 14 (02:17:28):
That moment didn't just happen in the last ten laps.
That moment didn't just happen to a start of our practice.
All the last two weeks practicing almost NonStop. That's been
like five years in the making, like ever since I
joined the Northwest Series. Tyler's been there helping me the
entire way, and I just for it to end like that,

(02:17:49):
it's just unbelievable. I mean, the last two weeks when
we practiced so much, I probably ran about four hundred
laps of practice in preparation for this, and I bet
Tyler ran twice that. He was just relentless just to
want to get us both up at the front. It
wasn't it wasn't about him. It was about it was

(02:18:09):
about the total Beaver State Racing team. And I it
just would not have happened without him, and I wouldn't
be here without him. So Tyler, Tyler is the nicest
man in sim racing, and I am so glad to
be in his good grass and so glad that we
could put things together tonight.

Speaker 2 (02:18:29):
Jeremy got another question for the champion before we turned
it over to the people of the board. Uh for
mister Paul Newton.

Speaker 3 (02:18:36):
Yeah, this man is out of words. This man is
to celebrate with his team. I think I think you
said at all man, just congratulations. Well, I'll have done series.

Speaker 2 (02:18:47):
Champion well before we obviously sign off for not only
the race, but the season as well until next year
in season thirteen. I bring now the people of the
board that are a part of the Northwest Racing Series prog. Graham,
mister Sewan, Brightsman, Jeff's stab now your words both for
your champion Paul Newton and obviously guys I know you

(02:19:08):
can say the same thing, not only racing with him
for a number of years, starting from the road courses,
now coming to be a champion here at the end
of the season, Sean, Jeff, whoever wants to go first.

Speaker 8 (02:19:25):
I'll just say congratulations Paul on your your twenty twenty
five championship. It's been a heck of a season for
you man, and congratulations to Tyler too. I mean everything
you guys have done too, man shop pretty much all
year and you know, just going out there and performing
a week after week. You guys have had this tremendous
long run all season and you know culminated with a championship.

(02:19:47):
So congratulations you guys, hurt, you worked hard, you earned it,
so yeah, enjoy it.

Speaker 14 (02:19:56):
Thanks Jeff, thanks for thanks for all of you, and
Shawn Due to put on the this awesome league.

Speaker 3 (02:20:01):
This is.

Speaker 14 (02:20:03):
Best racing I've ever had online, and I've been doing
this for twenty years, so more than twenty years. So
thanks so much.

Speaker 15 (02:20:12):
I'll echo Jeff's statement. First off, Paul, congratulations on an
amazing season, topping it off with the win in Indie,
to get yourself locked into the championship, for topping it
off with a nice second place finish and a heck
of a long run for both Beaver State trucks. Just
a big shout out to your team and everything you

(02:20:33):
guys accomplished this year. I look forward to battling to
you guys next season and hopefully taking that ground away
from you.

Speaker 1 (02:20:41):
But enjoy it.

Speaker 15 (02:20:44):
You guys both deserve it.

Speaker 14 (02:20:47):
Thanks Sean, thanks so much.

Speaker 2 (02:20:50):
Well, Paul. Before I let you go, sir, your final
closing thoughts my friend, and please mention your sponsors. Job
well done, buddy.

Speaker 14 (02:20:59):
All right, thank you. I want to make sure I
congratulate everybody in the league this year, especially those guys
that made the final four. I mean I already talked
up and down about Tyler's. You can't say enough about Tyler.
He's the best. Chris ran so good all season, and
then just went red hot in the playoffs. And he
deserved better today. I know he he got into trouble early.

(02:21:21):
It would have been great to have all four of
us racing there at the end. Devon, I mean, what
can I say about Devon? He dominated this season. He
deserved this more than me, for sure. I we see
it all the time though, in these winner take all races,
that it comes down to one race and it can
go right and it can go wrong. And I mean

(02:21:41):
me and him raced really great all night and just
I don't know, I don't know what to say. I
want to thank Beaver State Racing again, Paul Newton, Design Trading, Paints,
Team Skittles, everybody in the SCCA, everybody watching at home.
I want to thank LSRTV. You go put on great
broadcasts and north West Racing Series just best league I've

(02:22:03):
ever been a part of.

Speaker 2 (02:22:04):
Thanks everybody for the driver that is known as the
road Course King. Now he can add to the title champion.
Paul Newton will end the twenty twenty five twelve season
with a Northwest Racing Series with career start one to
forty five here tonight at Chicago Land. He will also
end the season with ten career wins, fifty six top fives,

(02:22:24):
one hundred and five career top tens. But on the year,
out of twenty five starts, twenty two races counted three wins,
twelve top fives, nineteen top tens. Enough with a push
from a team eight for Beaver State Racing, Tyler King
Paul Newton is your twenty twenty five season twelve Northwest

(02:22:45):
Racing Series truck Champion. And with that we end the
final chapter of the season. We get ready for a
much needed break. The holidays are approaching, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
Year's and then of course we'll reset the calendar, prepare
for twenty twenty six and God willing another year of

(02:23:08):
I racing on LSRTV and cr N for the Northwest
Racing Series to come. A lot of great storylines approaching,
like mister Jeff stab Now and mister five hundred, and
of course Daytona will be here long before we know it.
Jeremy Stanley, you have been the man beside me for
of course a whole season. This year started in the playoffs.

(02:23:32):
Last year we threw Arca in the mix. Congrats to
Devin west On, the champion for Arca, Paul Newton, the
Champion of the trucks, your final sendoff of the year man,
and obviously will reset and prepare for March of next year.

Speaker 3 (02:23:47):
Yeah, I'm looking for Marching next year for sure. You've
been a great full season with you and the booth
and Charles, it's.

Speaker 4 (02:23:52):
Been a lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (02:23:54):
Appreciate you guys for having me and continued to look
forward to these broadcasts.

Speaker 4 (02:23:59):
Man, it's a late one for us on the East Coast,
but still a lot of fun.

Speaker 2 (02:24:02):
Wouldn't have it any other way, ladies and gentlemen. I
will wrap up what has been since May of twenty
twenty back during COVID, and it is now November twenty
twenty five, and I'm still proudly through the good times
and sometimes the bad, more good than bad. I've enjoyed
being a part of what is the Northwest Racing Series family.

(02:24:25):
And as Jeremy said, sometimes it's late night. Sometimes it's
getting out of bed and you know, or going to
bed and having to get out of the bed again
a lot earlier to start your day or whatnot. But
when it's said and done, I enjoy working with all
of these amazing people. Charles Wooton, a great producer. Even
when we had technical issues. Even today we've pulled the trigger,

(02:24:47):
he found a way to fix it and we got
on the air with no problem. Mister jeffstab Now, Sean Brightsman,
John Audenbacher, all of the people that are a part
of the program that is the Northwest Race. I want
to say thank y'all for your continued instilling the believing
in me to be the anchor of this, having Jeremy alongside,

(02:25:08):
and I just say a big thank you to all
of the drivers, whether you're at the bottom of the
scoring or you're at the top as a champion. I
have the ad most respect for all of y'all in
the I racing world, and in my opinion, it is
the premiere best league on the West Coast US. We'll
come back again and we will do it in March
of twenty twenty six, getting ready for speed Week down

(02:25:30):
in Daytona again for the final time. For everybody here
at the Northwest Racing Series LSRTV, you're home for some racing,
the Community Radio Network for Charles Louton, Jeff Stab now
everybody at the Northwest, for Jeremy Stanley. We congratulate again
Devin West champion of Northwest ARCA and Ryan Bloom. Ryan

(02:25:52):
Bloom winning the finale here at Chicago Land. But the
most important man of the hour, the road course King
now a champion. It is Paul Newton, champion at Chicago Land.
I'm Wesley Outland. Have a great holiday season. We'll see
you again. God willing in twenty twenty six.

Speaker 1 (02:26:14):
Makes fear Wesseley. You need a water? Could God? That
was a long gravy spreech
