Things that are avoided in Japan, but not necessarily in western culture

It's some interesting cultural differences from the West we see
in Japan. For instance, in Japan there are seven things.
At least there's more maybe that people don't do or
avoid doing in Japan. Of course, I don't want to overgeneralize.
It isn't everybody, but it seems the majority. Tipping is
not customary in Japan, and it can be seen as
rude or confusing. Number two is talking on the phone

in public transport. It's considered impolite to talk on your
phone on trains or buses, and I've even heard elevators.
People usually keep their phones on silent and avoid loud conversations.
Number three. While not illegal, eating while walking is generally
frowned upon, especially in urban areas. It's more respectful to
stand in one place or sit down to eat. Number four.

Always remove your shoes before entering someone's home. Traditional inns
called wyocans or ryocon some temples, and even certain restaurants,
slippers are often provided. Number five. Loud behavior in public spaces,
especially on public transport and quiet areas, is considered disrespectful.
