its proposed business combination with US DataMining Group, Inc. Doing business as
US Bitcoin Corp, wherein the twofirms will combine in an all stock merger
of equals and be called HUT eightCorp. Or New Hut moving forward.

The combination, according to the pressrelease, is expected to establish New Hut
as a large scale, public tradedbitcoin miner focused on economical mining, highly
diversified revenue streams, and industry leadingenvironmental, social, and governance practices.
New Hut has filed a further amendmentto its Forms four registration statement with the

US Securities and Exchange Commission or theSEC. Jamie Leverton, CEO of HUT,
aid, said, quote, wecontinue to make progress towards closing the
transaction with u S b TC andlooking forward to securing SEC clearance for New
Hut's registration statement in the near term. We believe that, once completed,

the merger will establish a strengthened,dynamic business backed by both bitcoin and Fiat
revenues generated from robust North American wideoperations. End quote. Next up,
a Clean Spark Ink, which tradeson the NASDAC under the ticker symbol c

l s K, has announced thatPhase two of its mining campus in Washington,
Georgia, is now live. Phasetwo boasts a power capacity of fifty
megawatts or just over fifteen thousand miningmachines, of which about ten thousand,
five hundred are already in operation.Zach Bradford, the CEO of the company,

said, quote The speed with whichour team has successfully executed this expansion
testifies to the technical expertise and experiencethat we have gained since we transition from
an energy company to a bitcoin miningcompany. But it couldn't have been possible

the comprehensiveness and international consistency of regulatoryand supervisory approaches. The framework, for
which the FSB rather was tasked bythe G twenty, focuses on ensuring adequate
safeguarding of client assets, addressing risksassociated with conflicts of interest, and strengthening
