HUT has announced that the Supreme Courtof British Columbia in Canada has issued a
final order approving its business combination withUS Data Mining Group Inc. Doing business
as US Bitcoin Corp. This willsee HUT eight and USBTC combine in an

Corp. Or New HUT, andwill be a US domiciled entity. According
to the press release, New Hutintends to list its shares on the NASDAC
and the TSX under the trading symbolHUT, so that will remain the same

NASDAC and the Toronto Stock Exchange.Next up, Core Scientific, Inc.
Which trades on the OTC under thetickers cr z Q, and Celsius Mining
Llc, which is the bitcoin miningsubsidiary of Celsius Network, have announced an

agreement to sell Core scientifics Ward County, Texas Cedar Vale bitcoin mining data center
site to Celsius and to settle allexisting litigation between the two parties for total
cash consideration of fourteen million dollars.Adam Sullivan, the CEO of Core Scientific,
