A veces mama tiene truenos en la cabeza: habla muy alto y con los dientes juntitos. A veces tiene nubes en la cabeza: se le olvida el almuerzo y llegamos tarde a los cumples. Otras veces tiene un arco iris en la cabeza: canta en el coche y me da muchos besos. ¿Sera posible que yo también tenga truenos, nubes y arco iris en la cabeza?
Si dejamos a los niños que entiendan nuestras emociones, será más fácil enseñarles a que las reconozcan. Aceptándonos a nosotros mismos, es más fácil aceptarles. Si reconocemos nuestros truenos, soles o arco iris, será más fácil enseñarles cuales son los suyos.
