(00:20):
and August is recognized, among other things, as National Wellness Month,
a time to focus on not only making simple smart choices,
but also looking for ways that we can support a
healthier lifestyle. Here to give us what some great ideas,
We're excited to welcome dot or Yale Bernardo to our
broadcast today. She's a practicing position at John Hopkins and
a regular TV contributor known as doctor V.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
Doctor V.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
Thank you so much for the time.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Really appreciate it, Oh Tyvis, thank you for having me.
I'm so excited to be here.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Well, this is an exciting topic for an audience, an
important one as well. So why is National Wellness Month
so important for us to recognize?
Speaker 2 (00:54):
You know, it's a time when we need to kind
of take a step back and think about making health
conscious choices, you know, reevaluating our routine for ourself and
our families and thinking about ways to support long term
you know, healthy habits, especially as we go into the
end of the year.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
That's a great thing. And there are so many things
for all ages start to be that are really I
mean affecting the family. So one of those things is stress,
and that's something that doesn't have an age limit. What
is a good way to reduce stress in our lives?
Speaker 2 (01:23):
You are one hundred percent right, you know, this is
a reminder during this period to prioritize self care and
healthy habits.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Right.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
And so, whether you know you're starting a new job
as a parent, or college aides student, taking a test,
or a whole family flying. I find people are stressed
and I recommend to my patients Boron stress Calm and
stress calm on the go. You know, these are homeopathic medicines.
They have no known drug interactions. They offer sedative free
relief for occasional nervous tension, irritability, and fatigue due to
(01:50):
everyday stress. So you can stay focused and relaxed. And
they're perfect for busy routines and available and meltaway tablets
or even pellets for ages twelve and up. So you
can really kind of lean into the fact that wellness
is about finding simple ways like stress calm to manage
life's everyday challenges. Love that well.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Does your bees believe it?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
In?
Speaker 1 (02:08):
That school started here last week in Mississippi, so we're
in the school season already. Do you have any suggestions
to help us get ready and prepare for the school year.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
Oh my goodness. So those kids are sharing all their
bugs and meeting all their friends, and so you definitely
need what I'm going to tell you about next cyrus.
You know, you need Oscillo coxingum by boron or osalo
for sure. You know, if a bug is going to
invade your house, you have to have this on hand. Now.
If you take it at the first sign of flue symptoms,
it's going to help fight those symptoms like chills, body aches,
(02:39):
and fatigue before they get out of hand, you know.
And oscalo is non drowsy. Again, it's a homeopathic option.
It's suitable for everyone ages two and up, and it
doesn't interact with other medicines. So it's great because you
can keep it at home, or you can even take
it on the go, and it's widely available wherever you
may shop.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Love that. I love that you mentioned the bugs. That
brings us to the next thing ask you about, Doctor VN.
That is, of course our bodycare routines. Of course, all
of us are kind of bringing the world with us
when we get home. What are some ideas for us there?
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Great? You know what, Cyrus, we have to do this
together all the time, because you're one hundred percent right,
we bring the bugs home, right, So a bodycare routine
has to be about nourishing our outside to take care
of our inside. And that's why I love the new
Ole Summer Fizz body wash collection because it nourishes your
skin with a hyaluronic serum complex and other skin loving ingredients,
(03:29):
so it promotes a healthier skin barrier. Now the only
Summer Fizz body wash collection comes in a variety of
invigorating sense and my favorite is Strawberry Fizz because it
makes every day feel like a sun soaked adventure outside.
But the best part is it's free of parabins, stalates,
and silicones and it's available nationwide for under ten dollars.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
Ah, I love that. That's a great tip there. So
what is another doctor recommended tip for wellness month that
our audience should know about?
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Then, Doctor V Well, if you're getting outside and you're
exercising or starting a new fitness routine, you may find
yourself needing more sweat nodor protection, right, and so I've
been telling my patients the new secret Clinical Anti perspri
Fizz collection is my go to. It gives clinical levels
seventy two hour protection against three types of sweat that's
(04:17):
from stress, heat and activity. And it comes with pH
balancing minerals and it's been designed with dermatologists so you
can feel good about this secret. Clinical Fizz comes in
of course three limited fruity cents that smell like the
first day of summer, so we're keeping summer going. And
it's available nationwide just under nine dollars.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
That's a bee you really came through for us from
great tips trust to all keep in mind as we
are recognizing August, it's nation alone this month. Where can
our audience go for more about what we talked about here?
