Zainaugurowaliśmy tym samym ósmy rok spotkań w Siemianowickim Muzeum. Naszymi gośćmi specjalnymi byli: Antoni Nowina-Konopka, skrzypek NOSPR oraz Józef Skrzek, multiinstrumentalista i kompozytor - obaj wychowankowie prof. Konrada Bryzka, skrzypka naszej Orkiestry, ale też pedagoga i dyrygenta, asystenta Grzegorza Fitelberga. Konrad Bryzek (1921-1976) dzisiaj jest postacią zapomnianą, chociaż jego zasługi w tworzeniu naszej kultury muzycznej są tak znaczące. Silne są też jego związki z Radiem Katowice, gdzie grał w Orkiestrze Salonowej wraz z Jerzym Haraldem. Prowadził też własne orkiestry.
