En este Capítulo hablo de la Corporalidad, de cómo afecta en nuestras emociones y por tanto en nuestras decisiones nuestra corporalidad.
Hay tres cosas a tener en cuenta que fisiológicamente entran en juego la expresión facial, la respiración y la postura. Con estas tres cosas podemos cambiar nuestra emoción casi al instante.De hecho cada emoción tiene un patrón de expresión facial , de respiración y de postura.
El cuerpo es un gran aliado para ayudarnos a sentirnos mejor, por eso bailamos, saltamos, hacemos deportes ..el movimiento es energía, es difícil estar triste y bailar o saltar al mismo tiempo, pues la mente no asimila dos ordenes contradictorios a la vez, si saltas entiende que es emoción alegre, si hay inactividad , expresión seria, mirada baja, y postura de derrota, entiende desolación...CLARO NO?
