Episodio nº20 ya, hoy hablo de lo que nos viene a enseñar el enfado o la rabia.
Es la respuesta emocional a lo que vivimos como una injusticia. Aunque también explico que antes que el enfado aparece una emoción de la que no somos tan conscientes, no nos damos cuenta pues el enfado es una energía muy potente y bloqueante, y es la Angustia.
Hay algo que nos ha producido previamente Angustia un estado emocional de shock , desazón, algo violento, y ante eso se produce una respuesta casi de defensa que es el enfado.
Dicho esto ,el enfado como tantas emociones es una emoción que nos ayuda a autodescubrirnos.También explico que generalmente detrás de una persona que se enfada mucho y muy a menudo, hay una tristeza muy profunda que no ha podido ser expresada.
