She's got me into. I've been standing outside, I couldn't
get in, I said, and she just let me in.
You know what I'm saying. She's juiced up. She got
juice all over the city. Man's that's the one to
(04:43):
know right here. So do on trip. We got you,
We got you. We're gonna get to the trendy trendy
topics right now, got to the trinity, going to trendy
topics brought to you bys Spotlight three sixty.
Speaker 2 (04:53):

Speaker 1 (04:54):
If you liked some of the celebrities stuff, that Moneya's
hooked me up with check it out right there, Spotlight
through sixty media on all on all social media platforms.
Make sure y'all follow that right now. Now we're gonna
do some independent artists stuff. I'm gonna throw two things
at you, and we're gonna talk about both of them
real quick here. So I had a chance to and
(05:14):
I was kind of telling a lo loud about this
a little earlier. We were talking about independent artists and
their stage performances and when the stage performance go wrong.
All right, So I had an independent artist who I
spoke to recently and actually had a chance to see recently,
and I thought about it as I was talking to
them on the phone that when they got on stage,
(05:36):
the MC introduced them, they came on stage, they played
their performance track, and what happened was their music to
get to the stage performance portion of it, they had
to go forward on the stage performance track like forty
five seconds before they finally got to the park to
(05:57):
where they were able to start performing their performance. So
they had basically forty five minutes forty five seconds of
music that they didn't want They should have edited out.
It looked unprofessional up there trying to perform, and it
was just out of control. The crowd was mad, you
know what I'm saying. They looked unprofessional and in the DJ.
Poor DJ, he didn't know because you know, he didn't
(06:18):
realize he had to go in forty five seconds before
they was able to get to the performance track part
of the music that they wanted to perform with, so
unprofessional performances. Britta living next to Human shechand de Larter,
have you witnessed this before at a show that you
performed at?
Speaker 6 (06:36):
Yes, for sure, for sure, that's sound crazy. I ain't
never had nothing like that happened before. I've had some
stuff happen that shouldn't have happened during the performance that
was out of my control, but not that that is interesting,
Like that is crazy. How you have some music that's
not even supposed to be on your set and the
DJ got to speed it up?
Speaker 5 (06:55):
Like that's crazy.
Speaker 6 (06:56):
The only thing I can see is, you know, okay,
say you got a fifteen minutes set, right, and something happens.
Speaker 5 (07:01):
With the DJ where maybe he bumps.
Speaker 6 (07:03):
The turntables or something like that, and then it message
your song up or something crazy happened in the crowd
and they got to start it over and now.
Speaker 5 (07:10):
They're trying to fast forward to where you left off.
Speaker 6 (07:12):
That's the only time I see you fast forward in
anything that I've never seen anything like that before, you know,
like I've had crazy things happen during my performance, Like,
for example, this little girl was in the front of
the stage and you know, I had him cardboard cutouts
and she was mesmerized by my cardboard cutouts.
Speaker 5 (07:29):
I'm telling you, somebody was telling her get away, get away.
Speaker 6 (07:32):
She got so mad, you know when they told her
to get away, and one of them like fell halfway
or something like that because she was mad, she didn't
hit the cardboard cutout.
Speaker 5 (07:41):
And now my cardboard cutouts ain't standing.
Speaker 6 (07:43):
Up like I'm Destiny's child, you know, in between these things,
let it fail this way, you know I can't go
and fix it. Well, I'll performance. It's crazy. So but
besides that, no again, no, you should not be having
somebody fast fast forward. That's some amateur type scenario, and
depending were you at, that might work if it's like
an open mic, you know, where it's not like a
(08:05):
big deal. But if people have paid money and the
promoters have put a lot into it, or you're opening
for a major artist, that's a no no.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
And then on top of all that, I want to
add on to it that he was playing that with
an X score to his phone, So, in other words,
the DJ had to fast forward his phone to get
the question of it to where he wanted he needed
to perform. I thought that was really tacky, and I
remember that when I was talking to the artists on
the phone recently.
Speaker 5 (08:29):
So what was it that was played?
Speaker 6 (08:31):
Like you they couldn't just sing along with the forty
five seconds that was playing?
Speaker 1 (08:35):
No, it was no that the artist didn't want He
wasn't singing the law. He just wanted to get to
the park to where the you know where he got
to say.
Speaker 5 (08:44):
Intro get the crowd pumped on this, look control you got.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
That's not how it worked. He was standing around looking,
oh oh that ain't that ain't the part I wanted
to hear. So, you know, A I digress. I thought
it was very unprofessional and very tacky. So I'm not
gonna put him out on blast because I talked to
him recently and he got my directly life, so I'm
leave it alone.
Speaker 6 (09:06):
Earned a lesson. Yeah, yeah, let's not put it on blast.
You know, private conversation to check in. Don't let this
happen again.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Bro, exactly, we don't want to do that. Monette has
anything if you notice anything crazy or anything ever happened
to you crazy while you were on stage.
Speaker 12 (09:21):
Before me, I wouldn't say crazy, but I've definitely had
moments like that where something happened and like the there's
no music and I just got to roll with it
because you really have.
Speaker 5 (09:32):
To think quick on your feet.
Speaker 12 (09:34):
You've got a whole audience in front of you, so
it's really important to yeah, just be able to talk
or do something.
Speaker 13 (09:55):
What's up? Twas wishing all a star.
Speaker 7 (10:08):
For a love.
Speaker 13 (10:11):

Speaker 7 (10:12):

Speaker 14 (10:14):

for some wanting my love.
Speaker 15 (10:25):

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Joining us Now somebody she's been doing our thing on
the on the pr n on the music In. Now
she's back on the music In with a new one
for us. We got Unassis in the buildings. Nassis, how
you doing tonight? Sound effects? Yeah, sound effects for you.
(20:39):
That's how we do around here. So what's what's going
on with you these days?
Speaker 12 (20:43):
Oh my gosh, I've been working on a lot of stuff,
my music, my brand, and I've been so excited for
people to see what I've been working really hard on
the last few months. I feel like the last few years,
I know you were talking about how I was doing
pr Yeah, I was doing that for just a couple
of years, but first and foremost, I'm a music artist,
(21:06):
actress model, So I just really wanted to get back
to that and wanted people to see me as that.
So the last few months, I've been working really hard
on this project and now I'm finally launching and I'm
just ecstatic.
Speaker 8 (21:19):
What is your plan for your career, for your career
now and your promotion for your this new single that
you're releasing.
Speaker 12 (21:29):
For the single, I'm just trying to get out into
media pretty much, promote the song on like different playlists
and things like that. I appreciate, you know, having an
interview like this at Dundee, and just in my project
in general. So I'm working on a web series and
doing different skits with that, and then also just been
(21:51):
working on like my overall image and brand because as
an artist, that's really important and sometimes people are lacking that,
and I know for sure myself I was lacking that
for the longest time. I couldn't figure it out. And
finally I like found my niche and like what I
want to look like, and I just kind of like
started digging deep. And it really wasn't too hard because
(22:14):
I was like, well, I'm already you know, dressing like
that and doing these things. But it was just being
able to hone in on it and then have something
to show to other people that they're going to understand.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
What was your favorite part about working on this project.
Speaker 12 (22:30):
My favorite part, I would say being able to build
the entire brand, because again, it's been like an entire thing.
It wasn't just like about the song the music, like
it's this entire just this entire I don't know world
that I'm putting together that I want to bring other
(22:50):
people into.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
So I really had a lot of.
Speaker 12 (22:54):
Fun just diving the deepest I've ever done into my
own creativity and being able to share that with my
team and expand on it.
Speaker 5 (23:02):
And now we're here.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
All right, we're gonna check out this record right quick.

Radio show on both platforms, and you can check out
the full episodes right there and Spotlight three sixty media
also as well. So let's go ahead and jump into
another trending topic, trending topic of the day, the second
one of the show. And I was talking to some
(43:16):
artists as well, and you know, I'm always talking to
artists on the phone, trying to keep my posts on
what's going on. And I noticed this is the time
of year to where it is Grammy season. Artists are
now trying to get Grammy consideration. So any artist is
checking us out right now, I'm gonna go over really quickly.
(43:36):
If you were thinking about trying to get considered to
win a Grammy, here's the process. You go to Grammy
www Dot Grammys dot com, and you go to their
website and you go to where it says Online Entry
Process OEP. You need to fill out that form and
upload your information as well as your song. And once
(43:58):
you do that real quickly, it will be reviewed and
over over about three hundred and fifty penelists, and it'll
go through not one, not two, not three, not four,
but five rounds of voting, which including peers, industry professionals,
Grammy people and the like. And if your song makes
it through the whole process, then and only then you'll
(44:21):
get nominated and perhaps have that chance to win the Grammy.
So it's a process for you. If you ever considered
getting your song Grammy nominated, go ahead and up do
that right now and go to their website and you
can do that. ND if you notice of any artists
ever trying to go there and get to Grammy nominated,
because I noticed that a lot of them are out
(44:42):
there now asking for consideration.
Speaker 8 (44:46):
Well, the consideration is what you just announced.
Speaker 1 (44:50):
But before you can be even.
Speaker 8 (44:53):
Considered in the past that first round your record are
your singles should be played on several online radio shows,
so you could have a trail of where your song
is played. You get you need to get hooked up
to some of these servicing companies that service songs for radio.
(45:18):
That's the announcement I wanted to make today about the
radio show we're gonna partner with Urban Influencer College Radio.
Speaker 1 (45:30):
Yeah, brit I, have you ever thought about getting Grammy
nominated for your music?
Speaker 4 (45:36):
Yes, I have.
Speaker 6 (45:38):
I have mixed feelings about it because the majority of
the time artists that aren't signed to a major label
don't win. They're just there for the experience and to
say that they were nominated. So you know, I could
be wrong, but it's just what I see.
Speaker 1 (45:59):
So, yes, I I love it.
Speaker 6 (46:00):
But then you know, I guess I have to go
in with the expectation of I'm not gonna win, you know,
like not thinking that you know, since I'm nominated, I'm
going to win. I've known so many people that have
been nominated and they did not win, you know, so yeah.
Speaker 1 (46:17):
Yeah, In fact, I've know quite a few that's that's
been throwing it out there that they want to get nominated,
and quiet has kept We're going to be working on
being voters behind the scenes, so you know, we'll be
able to kind of least lend our vote to that. Yeah,
I'm working on that. So but yeah, no, I've been
seeing that. So I figured I as well, figure, Michael,
(46:38):
get it, get it out there and let any other
any part independent artists know and maybe considering going there
as far as getting a Grammy nominated, at least let
them know the process and how much I didn't get
the cost because I was looking at it from uh
meeting from the media, for from the voter and media end.
So I didn't look at the cost of the end
(47:00):
the No, I think it is a fee. I think
it is a fee. I think it is something. I
think it's something. I don't think it's free. I think
it's something.
Speaker 38 (47:08):
I know you have to you have to you have
to join the Grammy join join them, and that's you know,
and I think that's like two three year membership.
Speaker 8 (47:20):
Right as long as you with the long as you're
on membership, then it's axact.
Speaker 7 (47:26):
What you have for.
Speaker 1 (47:28):
Right membership right, right, you're paying for the membership. But
I'm in fact, you know what, I'm gonna do a
better job. I'm go and research that and I'll have
the membership information for next week and I'll let everybody
know how to join as a member of the Grammys.
Speaker 8 (47:44):
And Britt, you had the right idea about you wasn't
really considering doing nothing like that. But no, consider it
because it's good promotions. Yeah, it's something on your resume
that puts you in front of all the rest of them.
Speaker 6 (48:01):
I mean, if I can afford it, you know, like sure,
you know certain things they aren't in my budget to
play around with you know, right aford it then, yeah,
of course, like I would like to be nominated. The
thing is, I guess I would have to go in
it knowing is a ninety percent chance that I won't win,
(48:26):
you know, like it's a very thin chance that I will.
Speaker 5 (48:32):
It's ninety nine.
Speaker 1 (48:33):
But Michelle Man, we'll go ahead, roll on too. Love
and Luss coming up momentarily after that, we got play

Speaker 24 (49:08):
Here's an exclusive celebrity interview you.
Speaker 1 (49:11):
About the about two months ago. Yeah, man, it been
been been busy. Been on the road going to play
Jason's Lardy mid that in two years ago. It's been
very very busy in this last seven months so I've
just been doing a lot, you know, and trying to
get regular like people, yeah, out of them back home
to chill out doing them plays as far as doing
movies and television shows, difference differences and similarly difference in
(49:32):
it's live. You have audiences and every night those though
the play has a come find it being the same.
It's a little different because you don't know how the
audience gonna react. Sometimes they forget you doing the play.
People are yelling and go, hey, come on, coach cheese
and I'm not playing co cheese. He's got a roll
with it, or they'll call my name and stuff like that.
Speaker 27 (49:56):
Let's go, let's go, Let's go with your girl, Pretty
Living next the Human Shadow. Here on the radio show,
and you're listening to Love or Lust? Do you have
a problem with your relationship? Do you want to know
if it's love or lust? Let us all vote and
let us all let you know if you're in love
or if it's lust.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
All right, y'all went inside of Love and Lust our
love relationship topic of the day. But delivering next to
Human Chandelier, the floor is yours.
Speaker 6 (50:25):
Go Britty Living ex the Human Schandelier and today on
love or lust?
Speaker 5 (50:33):
The topic is is it love for lust?
Speaker 6 (50:36):
When you've been with someone for a long time and
it's gotten to the point to where you don't want
to be with them, but you stick it out because
you're afraid of being lonely and don't want to deal
with the hassle of starting something new with someone else.
Speaker 1 (50:52):
Being comfortable being what's the word I'm looking for where
you're you're you're like, don't don't want you? Yeah, you
don't want to be by yourself, that fear of being alone,
so you you deal with it. What's that word? As
far as fear of not wanting to learn somebody new,
so you don't want to go through that whole process
(51:14):
of dating again. You don't want to go through the
whole dating process. So I guess, I guess that would
have to be love because I assume you would have
been with this person for a while, but you're still
sticking it out anyway. But it might be a low
self esteem issue as well, because you don't want to
go out and try to find somebody else, you know.
Speaker 8 (51:34):
Any thought, Yeah, you gotta be on the love side,
because I don't see no less than that.
Speaker 1 (51:39):
Yeah, I don't seen you lest love? All right, let's
roll long too, play it a slab, Let's roll.
Speaker 6 (51:48):
Join the radio show every Monday night, Every Monday night,
wait for the indie song that you enjoyed the most.
Speaker 1 (51:58):
All right, y'all, we gotta play a slave right about now?
What we do each and ground this time is we
take a couple of songs, and we asked one funnel
metal question, and that's what should we do with these
particular songs? Should we play them or should we layers
throw it in the cybertrash never to be heard from again?
(52:19):
Or play it as we throw it on the future
home of the radio show dot com coming soon as
it make its triumph return. So we got two songs
