And Jake Paul was fixed. Okay.
Speaker 6 (00:49):
Some people thought Mike Tyson threw his part. Some people
thought Jake Paul held him up and went without trying
to knock.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
Out Mike Tyson. Give me your thoughts on that.
Speaker 6 (01:00):
We're gonna talk about that tonight and much more after

right here here on the radio show tonight, y'all. So
we got our guest tonight. We're gonna be bringing her
in in just a few moments. But I want to
go ahead and put this out there and get her
thoughts on this. While we still have for here Camille Bright.
(01:33):
We're gonna bring her home momentarily. But as I started
the show off a few moments ago, Mike Tyson Jake
Paul had a fight. Of course, you know we all
watched on Netflix. Did your Netflix crash or not?
Speaker 3 (01:46):
Mind?
Speaker 6 (01:46):
Did it on the glitch one time? But I want
to know from you all, what do you think about
What did you think about that fight? Was it fixed?
Speaker 3 (01:54):
Was it not?
Speaker 6 (01:55):
Giving your thoughts on that, but I want to go
ahead and take it a step further. For in the
the dollars. As you know, we are an independent artist's show,
so Mike Tyson got a big payday from that. Jake
Paul got even a bigger payday from that. If you
were just going to get into the ring for the
money only, all right? If I can take Mike Mike
(02:16):
Tyson out and I put you in as an independent artist,
would you face Jake Paul?
Speaker 3 (02:23):
All right?
Speaker 6 (02:24):
Would you want to face Jake Paul for twenty million dollars?
Is that enough for you to get in the ring
to face Jake Paul, all right, Or if you want
to go ahead and face your favorite rapper or singer
of all time, you can do that as well. Would
you jump in the ring with your favorite rapper, singer
at all time, your idol and face them in the
ring for twenty million dollars?
Speaker 3 (02:46):
Yes or no?
Speaker 6 (02:47):
Give me your thoughts now, if it was me, you
know what I'm saying I was facing Jake Paul. I mean,
you don't even have to just you know, you could
just blow on me and I'll fall on the ground.
You know what I'm saying, I'll take a phantom punch. Okay,
you don't have to worry about trying to knock me out.
So what do you think about that?
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Camille? Right, what do you think? What would you do?
Would you fight Mike Jake Paul for twenty million dollars? Yes?
Or no?
Speaker 7 (03:16):
Man, I'm a eddy bitty. I know I'm not gonna win.
I can't even say.
Speaker 8 (03:20):
Like that would be fair at all. I am like
five three, one hundred and twenty pounds.
Speaker 7 (03:25):
He would, I mean, it'd be out. But if I
got to take one clean knockout for twenty million.
Speaker 3 (03:34):
I'm like, dude, I'm it you might do it. Well,
what about the girls?
Speaker 4 (03:38):
They eat like?
Speaker 7 (03:39):
This can't be contingency on my wing.
Speaker 8 (03:42):
But if I know, I'm gonna get it, huh, I
just have to recover for two weeks and I'm gonna
take my money and go to like Jamaica to recover.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
That's what. So what about what about one of the females.
Speaker 6 (03:52):
They had a female fight too, Would you fight one
of them for twenty million dollars?
Speaker 7 (03:57):
Listen, I'd probably fight about anybody if about twenty mins ain't.
At least I'm gonna try because I'm one of those people.
Even how I.
Speaker 8 (04:04):
Feel about Mike, it's all for me, always about a try, Like,
I just want to see people try. So whatever you decide,
as long as I saw that you put your efforts for,
you can go.
Speaker 7 (04:13):
Home with your money. Yes, cool, there's nothing else to
prove you tried.
Speaker 6 (04:16):
Yeah, yeah, you know what, I think I'll figure out
a way how to recover if you give me twenty
million dollars.
Speaker 9 (04:20):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
We're gonna go.
Speaker 7 (04:22):
We're gonna be right. Twenty million, We're gonna.

Yeah, gets time for the radio show.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Move the crowd. All right, y'all we are inside to
move the crowd.
Speaker 6 (10:29):
Right about now what we do each and every week
around this time as we take an artists off stage,
bring them backstage to get to know them up close
and personally joining us. Now we have an artist that's
doing her thing. Man, we got Camille Bright in the building.
So Camille officially, welcome to the radio show to night.
(10:50):
Oh good, good to have you here tonight. Now, now,
first of all, I've read that you are actually an
actress as well.
Speaker 3 (10:58):
So what roles have you been in anything that we
know of?
Speaker 8 (11:03):
Yes, sir, well, I have been on a show called
A House Divided, which is on All Black Network. I
play a series regular named Triva. She starts up a little.
Speaker 7 (11:11):
Drama in the family business. There.
Speaker 8 (11:13):
You can catch that on All Black Network. I've been
on Tales, which is on b Lead. Thank goodness, everything
is streaming these days, so you can actually still go
and catch all these things. Now, Tales, I actually did
the Hot in Here episode that is actually a series
that or Gotti came up with where he is doing
a I guess re enactment as you would say on
(11:34):
a lot of cool hip hop songs.
Speaker 7 (11:35):
So the song that I did was Hot in Here.
Speaker 8 (11:37):
And most recently I was on a show on Hulu
called The Other Black Girl. And all these are still
available to streams, so check your girl out. It's really
a blessing able to do both.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
So yeah, okay, now you're after streaming and all these
different TV shows and films. So that's good, that's wonderful.
Speaker 4 (11:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (11:56):
Yeah, So which which do you like doing most? You
like doing acting more like singing and rapping? Which one
you like more?
Speaker 7 (12:02):
You know, it's so hard.
Speaker 8 (12:03):
People ask me that all the time, and I think
it's really dependent on where I am in my life.
I think that sometimes in terms of certain roles that
I take on, I'm like, oh, this is so perfect.
I can release you know, how I was feeling about
this breakup or you know, I can sing about this
versus that.
Speaker 7 (12:20):
So I really believe it's what season I am.
Speaker 8 (12:22):
In my life was how much I enjoy it, Because
when I can really use what I'm going through to uh,
depict the art that I'm doing, which if it is
acting or if it's music, I think that's where it
becomes my favorite in a certain season. So right now,
I say it's the super season of singing and dancing
and all that, and the acting is happening, but not
as much as it has been where I've been in
(12:43):
the studio and stuff. So I feel like where I
am is where I'm fulfilling the most of where you know,
what I'm enjoying at that moment.
Speaker 3 (12:51):
And then what's the so you say in your season
now is in music and everything. So so where in
your season are you? Are you you know, joyful, happy,
or where are you in the season of music? Oh?
Speaker 7 (13:04):
I am hype, Like, I am so excited.
Speaker 8 (13:07):
I have new music coming out at the top of
the year, and because I haven't technically released music in
a long time, it's a super exciting feeling just to
know that you've had this kind of baby that you've
been nurturing and working on and no one met them yet,
you know, and now you're introducing your baby to the world.
So something about that is super special and that is
an exciting feeling.
Speaker 7 (13:26):
So that's what I'm running with right now.
Speaker 8 (13:28):
I'm just like hype because it's coming so soon, and
I'm just like so excited because not everyone's had a
chance to kind of take in that part of what's
happening with me right now, and so it's kind of
like this little secret of been holding on to and
I'm slowly letting everyone in and soon at the top
of the year, when I release it, it's like we out,
we hear what's up?
Speaker 6 (13:47):
Definitely, man, we got Camille Bright, She's here right now.
Keyword dear radio show on all social media platforms, if
you want to go ahead and talk to her. Now,
do you like, I mean, since this is your season
of music, do you like being an independent artist? Do
you like this whole grind of being an independent artist
and starting from the ground up? Or would you at
(14:09):
this point prefer to be signed to a major record
company and all that.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
Where do you stand on that?
Speaker 8 (14:15):
You know, that's a really great question because it is
a question that is a revolving thought for me. I
do think that you know, mind you, I'm not in
a position that I'm going to be turning down RCA
Records or Columbia'll be like, Yo, Camille, I would definitely
take the meeting.
Speaker 7 (14:29):
Let's take that much.
Speaker 8 (14:30):
But I do think that my mindset is operating without them.
If they never came, then what are you going to do?
I'm still going to do the work because I love it,
and that's just kind of how I feel about it.
And I think that the work, if you're not seeking
necessarily the accolades or the money, I think a lot
of things will come to you naturally just by living
in your truth and doing what you love. And I
think that things line up the way they're supposed to.
Speaker 7 (14:51):
So you know, y'all can call me. I'm gladly takes
the meeting, But in the meantime.
Speaker 8 (14:56):
I'm not going to stop anything in the hopes of
or are they seeing me? It doesn't matter because I'm
doing what I love and if you see me, great,
and if you'd like to sign me, we'll check out
your contract. But I can't even say it be a
yes right away because I think a lot of times
people sign away a lot of the freedom that I
have been enjoying as the independent artist. So I think
that that's the thing that kind of puts me in
a place of wondering would I because it really really
(15:19):
would depend on the freedom I have to create what
I want, be able to put it out when I want.
And I enjoy that part of being an independent artist because.
Speaker 7 (15:25):
I'm to say so, if I like it, you go.
Speaker 8 (15:28):
If you know, next thing, you know, you sign and
you got to go past twenty thirty people, and that's
a different scenario.
Speaker 7 (15:34):
So for now I'm gonna enjoy it once again. This
season I'm in and being independent is a good feeling.
Speaker 3 (15:38):
So I like that answer right there.
Speaker 6 (15:43):
I like that, Well, sure, definitely. Now tell me about
the single play too Much. Tell me about this reggor here.
Speaker 7 (15:54):
Yeah, so play too Much. I actually wrote this now.
Speaker 8 (15:57):
This is a little bit of a throwback candy jam,
and I love it because I really was able to
rap and show a lot of my personality and fire
and flavor on the track. But mind you Play too
Much is pretty much depicting a situation and a relationship
where it was like, hey, we could be all of
these things. I'm a great woman, but you just play
too much. And I think that that is a scenario
that a lot of ladies can resonate with, where it's
(16:19):
like you want so badly for this to be your one,
your guy, but it's like, man, let's be playing too much.
Speaker 7 (16:24):
And once you start playing me, I mean, hey, you
gotta go dog. So that's kind of what this song was.
It was just like, man, this could be us, but
you played too much.
Speaker 8 (16:34):
You know, so all the cool cute vacations, all the
things you dream about and fantasize as a lady.
Speaker 7 (16:40):
It was like, I want that so bad with you,
but you play too much.
Speaker 3 (16:44):
So that sounds like a winner anthem right there, the
lady play you too much?
Speaker 7 (16:51):
So just stop playing with us.
Speaker 6 (16:52):
All right, We're gonna check it out right now. Let's
go and get to it right now. Play too much?
Right here, Camille Bright is in the build it. We're
gonna talk to her after the song. Let's make it happen.
The radio show.
Speaker 2 (17:05):

He played too much? Lady girl, you're doing Yeah, you
played too much, too much?
Speaker 3 (21:06):
Thank you?
Speaker 8 (21:07):
Yeah, vibe Yes, And it was really you were asking
me earlier about my acting and stuff. So I actually
had an opportunity. When I was on the show A
House Divided, they actually played my song during a scene
I was in and I was able to dance to
it and everything. So that was a really cool moment
for me. And I'm or of those moments where I
can be in the show and have my music on
(21:27):
this show. That would be awesome.
Speaker 3 (21:29):
Oh, that's cool that.
Speaker 8 (21:33):
Yes, some Grammy owned nominated producers actually called the hit
List and they're based out of California.
Speaker 4 (21:39):
You're from Cali.
Speaker 8 (21:41):
No, I'm actually originally from South Carolina, but I did
live in California for a while. I'm kind of by
coastal at this point because I'm there so much, but
I'm primarily in Atlanta these days.

But we shouldn't take away from the fact that they
are tality. Absolutely absolutely.
Speaker 6 (39:35):
This is a show where we get constructive criticism and
honest feedback on independent artists music.
Speaker 3 (39:41):
And that's actually the very same genre music that we
just heard. Wow bad Now.
Speaker 27 (39:48):
I don't know if you call that bad music because
it's a style and it maybe a die out, but
right now, it's a style and it's like people put
this on a playlist so they can work in the office,
so I consider it like office music.

of a move that was made.
Speaker 6 (41:20):
You know, we're not gonna go the whole night, and
I guess since BRIT's night here tonight and we won't
be doing love and Luss.
Speaker 3 (41:27):
We got to talk about the Mike Tyson and Jake
Paul fight.
Speaker 1 (41:31):
MD.
Speaker 6 (41:31):
We I purposely did not call you this week to
get your response on it because I wanted to make
sure we waited to come here and talk about this.
So MD, what was your thoughts on this Jake Paul
and Mike Tyson fight. But before I get those comments
from you real quick here, I had a chance to
(41:52):
catch up with my man Bird. You know Bird, you
may know him. He was the security guard that was
on Judge. Anyway, I'm gonna go ahead talk about the
Mike Tyson Jake Paul fight on My opinion is that
it was two things happening there now. First of all,
Mike Tyson got in there, in my opinion, for the
big payday. Okay, he got his pay day, He got
his money, and that's cool. I think two things happened.
(42:17):
In my opinion, I think that during later rounds, after
round three, Jake Paul was basically just holding Mike up.
He could have knocked him out at any time. But
I think of them early the rounds, Mike was kind
of holding back. I think some of them, some of
them shots there, Mike had opened it. He could have
hit Jake Paul a couple of times. So I think
it was really a stage thing, just so they could
dance around, so Mike could make some money and Jake
(42:41):
Paul could make some money and they move on, you know,
And I think it was I think they both was
kind of working as far as making it a stage fight.
Speaker 3 (42:51):
MD, what did you think about it?
Speaker 4 (42:55):
I already didn't see it.
Speaker 3 (42:57):
You didn't see it.
Speaker 4 (43:01):
Look, I already knew it was like at position. Uh,
it was real. It was entertaining. The problem. The problem is,
I don't blame Mike.
Speaker 15 (43:14):
If they're gonna pay me some big money getting the ring,
it don't count for my record or count.
Speaker 4 (43:20):
Towards my career. And they gonna pay me twenty million
dollars getting the ring acting food. You ain't said that.
I'm there all day long. I ain't gonna let the
fool and I'm not gonna let the fool hit me.
Speaker 3 (43:36):
Oh you just you just take a phantom punch.
Speaker 4 (43:37):
It just fall huh, phantom punch.
Speaker 15 (43:40):
No, I ain't gonna le him get a chance to
do that that that food gonna have to He's gonna
have to chase me down.
Speaker 4 (43:49):
We gonna be going around and ring and circle. They
gonna be playing. They're gonna be playing the song. Here
we go, ringing around the circle. Here we go, ringing
around the circle. Hey, it was entertainment. It wasn't real.
Speaker 15 (44:04):
It was entertainment in the sports industry that boxing is boring.
Now boxing is boring. There's nobody stands out no more
in the boxing world.
Speaker 4 (44:18):
And white America they understand money, so an opportunity they knew.
They knew America was bored.
Speaker 15 (44:31):
Was it nothing on sports, especially in the boxing world,
that was entertaining. So they had to do And I'm
looking for holy Field, our mad wasn't come out do
the same thing.
Speaker 3 (44:45):
Well, I'm looking for them to do the same thing.
But we're gonna bring it allen real quick. Alan. I
know you may have not seen the fire or you
may see the.
Speaker 6 (44:51):
Fight, but this the fact fifty eight year old man
getting in the ring with a twenty seven year old
Would you do that for twenty million dollars?
Speaker 3 (44:58):
Yes or no?
Speaker 13 (45:00):
Hm, well, I mean I think depending on my finances,
the answer probably would be yes.
Speaker 4 (45:07):
To come up with that kind of a deal, I
had to.
Speaker 13 (45:10):
Get fortunate of being with Shane Mosley last night and
we talked about you know, the I call it the
construct of being relevant and making some money. And after
reviewing the fight, and it's a structure, what I understand
was that Mike was getting paid for long the longer
(45:32):
he stayed in. If he had knocked him down, you know,
in the first round or whatever you like he would
normally do to be the winner, then he wouldn't have
really want any money. So it was the objective was
really to carry it out I think at least the
eight rounds.
Speaker 1 (45:46):
And I didn't see it.
Speaker 13 (45:48):
I just read about it and what the analysis of
what his exhibition was all about, and that was the
conclusion I came up with. And like I said, I
shared it with so uh, you know, with Ms Moseley
last night, and he was like, you know, if opportunity comes,
(46:08):
you got to wait it out. So I think it
was just all about the money and just get in
and get out. Hey, people probably won't even remember this
and and and uh five or you know, five months
from now, ten months from now, just say he did.
Speaker 3 (46:21):
What he did.
Speaker 13 (46:22):
And you know, it may have been because Donald Trump
spurred a lot because he was at the May fight,
uh he night before or something like that, so they
could have kind of constructed it all around you know,
that event and gave him something really nice because if
he loses what should mean he lost, then that's gonna
(46:42):
kind of set in motion maybe with Donald Trump to
shying to you.
Speaker 3 (46:46):
Know, set up for for people of color to get ready.
Speaker 6 (46:49):
For you know, yeah, well okay, I mean if you
want to, yeah, go in that duration with it. Okay,
well woa whoa, well, you know what I mean.
Speaker 13 (46:56):
You know, all these all these these these dosas are
said that for a purpose.
Speaker 3 (47:00):
Just I can he said, you know, boxing is.
Speaker 19 (47:03):
Not the the the glamour that it was, you know
with sugar ratte Leonard and and she mostly when he
was in even you know, uh years ago, uh certainly
came in the game.
Speaker 3 (47:19):
He was probably at at.
Speaker 13 (47:21):
About the bending point before he started declining. But he
you know he had a chance to really elevate the
game and he did. Uh, but it started to decline
significant after that. Now I probably wouldn't even watch a
heavyweight fighter or anything like that because it's been so
(47:41):
deluded by you know what they've done with the sports.
Speaker 3 (47:46):
Ran right right, right right? I agree, okay, okay.
Speaker 15 (47:49):
World, the boxing world just it was dead May wasn't
Shane mostly all of the time.
Speaker 3 (47:56):
That was it? Yeah, that's that's it.
Speaker 6 (47:58):
On the professional were go ahead and roll on the man.
We want to knock it out real quick. Play at
the sligh.
Speaker 16 (48:03):
Let's go join the radio show every Monday night, every
Monday night, or wait for the indie song that you
enjoyed the most.
Speaker 3 (48:14):
All right, y'all, play the slave.
Speaker 6 (48:15):
What we do around this time each and every Monday
night is we take a couple of songs and we
ask one fundamental question.
Speaker 3 (48:23):
Now, should we play it or should we slay that sucker?
Speaker 6 (48:28):
