(01:58):
we do nothing, as you well know, until we go
to the throne of God, so we will do that
at this time. Father God, I just thank you for
just being who you are and never changing.

Speaker 7 (02:14):
Lord, thank you for allowing melone me to be a
part of this wonderful, wonderful movement, this wonderful platform that
you set for me.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
Father God, I thank you just for allowing me to
open my eyes on today so I could bring another
wonderful show for your people. Lord, I would ask that
you just do what you need to do in this place,
right now, on this platform. Let them see you, Lord,

(02:47):
let them hear you. Lord. This is all about you.
And I am saying I thank you, Lord, just for
being all that you've been to me for all these
so many years, and just bringing me to the platform
that you have brought me to, because I know if
it had not been for you on my side, I

(03:11):
don't know where I would be. Lord. So I thank you,
I thank you, I thank you in the name above
all names, Jesus. Amen, Amen, Amen. Yes, we are here
on another wonderful, wonderful, uplifting, inspirational Tuesday where we bring

(03:33):
you nothing but the best in God's people to bridge
the gap. That's what it's about, to bridge the gap
between the communities, so we can all come together under
one umbrella for one purpose, and that purpose being to
love one another in Christ Jesus. And it is not
going to be any different on today. Today, we are

(03:56):
bringing you a wonderful, wonderful woman of God, my sister
in Christ. We are bringing you an author who's just
amazing and she is going to talk about her wonderful,
wonderful platform in her book, and I am just so
so so eager to bring her to you. She is

(04:18):
an established motivational speaker because that's just what she does.
And I just want to bring to you the listeners
my girl, Ruth Wyn Kennedy, who is going to speak
about her wonderful book called Dosu Prayer. Come on in
siscaus you there is you, there is you there.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Hello, Hello, I am how are you?

Speaker 5 (04:46):
I am blessed now that I hear you, And I'm
so thankful that you just chose for this Tuesday for
you to bless the listeners on today with all your wonderfulness.
But again, this show is about one's test that they
that we go through a life to take us to
our testimony. And I know you have so much to
offer the listeners and let them know just how good

(05:08):
God has been to you. So I got to ask
you the question that I asked most people. How did
it begin for you? How did it start?

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Well?

Speaker 2 (05:21):
That's ah, that is such a broad question, only because
most of my life is a testimony.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
You know.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
It started as a young age me being ill.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
And me just not.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Understanding why me and my mother would always tell me,
why not you, baby, somebody got a you know, and
had it been one of my siblings, perhaps they wouldn't
have made it through. But God, you know, I gotta
got used you because he knew that you would be

(06:04):
his voice and you would talk about the things that
you've been through.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
And I never not talked.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
About I mean, I've been through a lot, from even
as a young child, me almost dying of pneumonia at
six months old. Then I went through a phase where
I had a sesia disorder from the age of nine

(06:29):
to eighteen. And trust me, I tried running as somebody
and I was like, yo. Somebody told me that.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
I was like Jonah.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
I was like why yonah, because you know, guy had to.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Swallow you up and put you in the right place.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
I let me see, I went through so much. I
was in a coma, I had a stroke, I had
skin cancer, I was on chemo. I ate a turkey
leg and ended up on dialysis.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Oh God, my life is a testimony. They told me.
Never been to my adult life.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
While I have full use of my kidneys, and I
would always depend on dialysis.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
They told me that, and as soon as I started recovering,
I ended up.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
In a in a car accident or shall I say,
a truck accident with an eighteen wheeler, and.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
They told me I'd never walk again.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
So that's just a little bit of my life, just
a little bit. I am fine, I am not on dialysis.
I do not have skin cancer. I'll walk if I
must say. I was about a month and a half ago,
me and my son, we went rock climbing. I am

(08:03):
I am blessed, highly favorite, and God definitely moved in
my life every area of my life. Even when I
didn't see him working, he was working. Even then when
I didn't feel him working, he was working. So I
take nothing away, you know from you know when the

(08:26):
doctors told me, this is the point. I love to
hear what the doctors say because you know what to
pray for.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
You know.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
That was that was me understanding that this was fact.
But my faith was in fact because I went to God,
and even when I couldn't pray, I thank God that
prayers don't expire because my family and proceed him for me,
my mother, my father, my friends, you know, my tur

(09:01):
had in my corner, my sister in lawyd you.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Know the one.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
I have a strong uh you know, a strong support system.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
Uh. I wanted to give up, wouldn't let me. Mm
hmmm mm hmmm.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
That's a tall orders, you know, that's a full order. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
I'm like, I'm I'm sorry. I just I'm doing because
when you when you see you Ruth, and you don't
see none of this, I mean none of it, you know,
and you know not that you know, you know, some

(09:40):
people wear what's going on with them, but you never do,
you know, you you have never. I am just stumped
it just right now because I tell you you've always
kept on. And the wonderful thing about you is you
always kept a wonderful smile on your face. So if
you was in pain, if you had gone through any
you know, and I'm sure you're human, of course you cry,

(10:03):
you go into that prayer closet and you do what
you do, but you don't show it when you're out
amongst God's people. And that's commendable. I have to say
that about your walk. Your walk is remarkable because I've
never seen you with a frown on your face. And
and we go back a little bit. You know, I

(10:25):
don't see you awfen to face to face. But when
I do see you, there's never, never, never, never a
time that you're not saying anything positive and giving, you know,
saying something that's uplisting and just being very very very
positive around folk to give them what you're feeling. And
I know it's got to be good because you're smiling,
you know, just no doubt about it. I mean, there's

(10:48):
often times I am not the person that's gonna smile
because I'm going through it and I'm feeling it, and
you know, I just when I grow up, I want
to be just like you what I I want to
be just like you know. I'm not even as strong
in faith because when I'm feeling it, I'm feeling it,
you know. And I've always been told that I could

(11:08):
wear or whatever I'm feeling on my face, you know
what I'm saying. But you you're not that person. And
I just want to thank you because in looking at
your faith and that's beautiful smile. You know, it just
uplifts and it and it fed me at times when
I need it to be fed. You know, spiritually, you
are God's are chosen and it's such a blessing to

(11:32):
to really and and an honor to have you on
this platform because you are all that, and even more
so now that you're say in all your story, you
know what I'm saying that all the things that God
has brought you through, sis, thank you, thank you. I
gotta ask a question, like you know, with all that
you've been through and again, this this show is about
tests that we go through. You know, if you had

(11:59):
not saying that one storm is any different than the other,
cold storm and storm, right, you know, we go through it.
But what was the one thing that kind of turned
it all around for you that allowed you to be
a testimony? What what made you want to be that
testimony for folks in light of what you've been through,

(12:21):
because a lot of people don't know where to go
with that, They don't know how to get there.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
I didn't necessarily know how to get there.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
I didn't even realize I was doing it.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
I remember being.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
In my hospital.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
When I when I was in the hospital for six months,
when they found out that I was struggling with the dialysis,
and I remember just laying in the bed and at
first I was cracking jokes because that's.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
Just my personality. I laugh about everything. Yeah, yeah, It's easier.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
To laugh than to cry, because if I cried, I'm
gonna go in my head.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
So I try to call it. You know how they
say fake it till you make it. Yeah, that I'm
gonna do that. This. So I was laying in my
hospital bed and I remember my nurse looking at me, and.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
She would always come in the room and check on me.
She said, I have to check on you because you'll
never call me. She said, because you don't complain, and
when you finally press that call bell, we know it's serious.
And she said, so I gotta come and check on you.
And to this day, being my me and my nurse,
we keep in contact because that relationship built through my struggle.

(13:52):
And when I finally the one day she came in
and she looked.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
At me and I believe I had four percent.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
Oxygen in my body. I was almost out of here.
She tell me, she said time, and I was like
time for what we just ate?

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Now here, I.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Am still being silly and I'm dying. Don't even know it.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
And you know, and people.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
Say, you laugh about it, and I laugh about it
because you know.

Speaker 1 (14:26):
Live in it. What am I gonna do? Am I
gonna I? Can't.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
I can't walk around sad that I lived it. All
I can do is tell what God has done to
me and how He brought me through it. And that's
why I laugh about it, not because it's a comical matter,
but she said it's time, and her and the head
nurse charged nurses walked me down to Ice You and

(14:51):
I remember being in ice You when they first put
me on dialysis, and I said, God, if you bring
me through this situation.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
I don't I don't care.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Where I go, I don't care what happens in my life.
I will always tell about what you did for me.
And I could be in the bathroom stall and lady
next to me and I start talking and ended up,
you know, encouraging somebody. I could be in the elevated
no matter where I am, I tell either all or

(15:20):
part of my testimony because so many people don't even
understand that miracles will still happen, and they don't even
understand that I was still in the business.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
So many people have lost hope.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
There is not a problem with you know, facts, but
because I have faith, and that's what I remember telling
my doctor.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
They all looked at me like I was crazy.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
They wanted me to see a shrink and I said this.
I said, you know, I thank you for giving me
the instimation because this is what I can pray about.
But I know God.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Has healed me before this a whole bunch of things
that he brought me to. I know he could do
this again. They wanted is.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Sign away with my rights to my kidneys and declare
them dead so that I could be put on the
transplant list.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
God didn't leave me that way. He didn't allow.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Me to say, okay, yes, you know, sign that away.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
And it wasn't because I was being stubborn.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
I know, you know that he was speaking to me
and he let me know that it was okay, and
so I told him no. You know, that was a
me and God thing. You know, people choose what God
told him to do, but you got to listen to him.
And I said no, because me and he signed my
kidneys away meant that I no longer believe that He

(16:44):
can heal my body. And because I still believed, because
I think, listen, God credit good with me because every
time I went through something, He's brought me over. And
so you know what i'mna do, I'm gonna doubt him.
Now that's the time you need to put faith to
him the most when you know, ain't nothing else you

(17:04):
could do. Yeh ain't nothing the doctor could do. That's
a U and Jesus thing. You gotta have your faith
and then.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
You gotta drop away work.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
So that's ye.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
That was the fiddle moment.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
When I realized that there was nothing else I could do.
I had the mean completely on God completely, and I
walking said that no matter what happened, that I would
tell of His goodness and what he.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
Brought me through, no matter where I was at.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
Jesus a testimony, a true test and the testimony that
comes behind it. That that's the power. Right that's the
power that we we truly truly lean on in having faith.
Right that now faith, not that not that yesterday faith.

(17:59):
You know what I'm saying that that now that right
now faith that you're speaking of. It's it's it's amazing,
you know.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (18:08):
It moved you into different ministries and you know different
things that you you've done, uh, just to help folk.
And you know, can you just let the listeners know
to the various things that you you know you did
in ministry just helping you know what what what's your
day to day uh, when you're when you're helping someone

(18:32):
or or is it a thing where you think about
it or is it just something situations that come about
and it just uh has you to to move in
a platform that you can help someone, you want to
minister to them. And and basically what does ministry in
what you do for people? What does ministry mean to you?

(18:57):
What does that?

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Well our would say it's always like giving hope.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
Even at church.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
I always wanted to be who people saw when they
walked in the door, because I've been to churches where
I've had people look like they swallow the lemon standing
at it. You are the first, see you don't hear

(19:30):
the message first, right, you see the the first And
who teach you and how you're greeted is determining whether
or not that person stay because you don't know what
they went through to get to church that day.

Speaker 5 (19:45):
They they they could they could.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
Have been wrestling all night with the enemy, and that
an enemy could have came out your house with you,
you know, and I'm not calling their family member.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
The enemy, but he worked through people.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Right, And so I always wanted to be the because
I know how I felt when I went to church
and I listen. I'm a pastor's kid and a missionary daughter.
I was born and raised in.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
The church, so I know what that feel like.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
The midnight services, we was in church, air day, okay.

Speaker 1 (20:19):
Church over good. I never had a problem with God.
It was always his people, okay. And I'm you wan
me be, I'm real. So because I never wanted to
be at first, I never wanted to do anything in

(20:40):
the church.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
I just wanted to go to church and I just
wanted to hear the message and leave because of you know,
of how much I went to church and I ran
for a long time. And remember I told you I
was Jonah right.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
And I asked God. I didn't want to.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Be caught up in any man by you know, when
I came back to God, and He honored my request.
When I came back to God, there was nothing going on.
Everything was so pretty. It was it was a rainbows
and sugar sugar drops because you know, so he honored

(21:20):
that request because I didn't want to go to him
because it was a need, right, But he allowed situations
in my life and I didn't understand why, but it
shaped me.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
It made me stronger.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
It molded me, It made me have a testimony, It
made me have a It made my story relatable because
I realized there was so many people who was going
through things.

Speaker 1 (21:47):
And you know, I was married.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
For twenty years and you know, and and the circumstances
behind that. And I'm not blaming anybody, right, but he
allowed out certain situations in my life to happen.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
So that it could volt me.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
And if I took away any part of that, I
wouldn't be who I am. So I don't you know
how that people ask if you were to change anything.
I wouldn't change anything in my life because it made
me relatable.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
I can relate to so many different people.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
If I had a star a bandage for everything that
I went through, I would say about ninety five percent
of my body was because.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
But because I know God is a healer and he
brought me through too much.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
I don't wail my scars, you know, And it's still
a process. I always wanted to minister.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
To people, and so I was in school for ministry.
I start my second year coming up, and I wanted
to be able to go to the hospitals. I wanted
to be a chaplain because who better to tell somebody

(23:11):
what God can bring them through than somebody who's been
through it. I'm living with this. That's the moment of
side you can hold on.

Speaker 1 (23:20):
You know, all you have is a little faith. A
little faith is all you need. I mean, you don't
mean a lot.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
And when his and because.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
Once He comes through for you the first time, his
credit will begin to grow with you two and you'll
be able to lean on and say, you know what
I'm stressing now, but I see what.

Speaker 1 (23:44):
He brought me through, you know. And then and then
you'll begin to grow in your faith and see that you.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
Know, God usually is not the one God don't.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
Move we.

Speaker 5 (24:01):
Yes, we do what you know right away, you know,
so moved out, you know, and yes mm hmm. And
so like the ministry to me.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Is just just giving people hope, you know, yeah, and
just you know, and so like.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
I for the first year last year, I taught a
healing Journey class, which was weird because here I am
teaching and and I'm and these ladies are helping me,
and I'm thinking I'm helping them. But see, that's how
you knew that God put you in the right place,

(24:46):
you know, we're still healing together. I mean, because there's
so many areas that I didn't realize still you know,
had bandages on. But when but when you open to
the healing process, that's where the healing begins.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
You got to be open to it. And so much
of my life I was.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
I you know, we go back to meet me smiling.
I faked you know how I said, fake it till
you make it. So much of my life I pretended
because I always said I was a private person, and
that is true. But I I'm also in the process

(25:33):
of starting a nonprofit called Healing Out Loud because so
many times we try to fix it ourselves and don't
realize we're doing damage because.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
You can't heal alone. You can't. You know, a lot
of times we try to fix it ourselves. You can't
do it by yourself. If your voice is the.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Only one you have to listen to how you healing,
the enemy would muse it.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
You know, you and your voice. So as far as ministry,
I mean, that's what I'm about to and also.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
You know it's it's always to uh, you know, tell
of God's goodness.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
I can't I can't say that or not.

Speaker 5 (26:25):
Yeah, I mean, it's your living testimony right of what
God can do. And you know, uh, praise God, you know,
praise God uh wholeheartedly for for what He is continuing
to do in your life. You're you're from ministry to ministry,

(26:46):
from testimony to testimony, and it doesn't stop with you
because you know, you have a wonderful book and uh
Daily Dose of Prayer. And of course we we as
saints of God, know that prayer is is it right?

(27:07):
It's it's it's that answer you know to a question, uh,
that that we've been been asking for forever and ever
and ever. But prayer just has a way of answering it.
What made you want to write a book like this?
You know, I know you've been through your test your
your trials and and everything to go. But Daily Dose

(27:32):
of Prayer is a heavy title?

Speaker 1 (27:36):
Okay, where did that come from? All right?

Speaker 2 (27:39):
So as you will hm hmm all right. So this
is how the book came about.

Speaker 5 (27:49):
For me.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
I am one of the co authors, I'm gonna say,
and the book title it it came later and it
wasn't even up to me. It wasn't a me thing, right, Uh.
I Let me see, because of everything that I went

(28:19):
through the daily ghost of prayer resonated with me because
of what was happening at that point in my life. Right,
And and so when.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
I joined the.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
Okay, I was away at a convocation, right. And when
I was away at the convocation, I remember I was
someone was there and he was signing a book. It
was it was and he wrote in my book, you
gotta be here for about the people you're around, because

(29:02):
everybody can't go where you're going. That who when he
wrote too in the book, And so I was like,
I said, that's nice. You know, I'm looking at my
sister's hus got something deep. I'm looking at you know,
I'm looking at other people they got they got something deep.

Speaker 1 (29:19):
And well, okay, you told me something I already know.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
You know here I am, you know, in flesh. And
I got a phone call in the middle of the commoication,
no lie, and I went outside and that's when I.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
Got the phone call for the book.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
She said, would you I have this project and I
would love for you to be a part of it.

Speaker 1 (29:47):
And I said okay.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
And the more I sat there after the.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
Phone call, I said, Lord, is this for me?

Speaker 2 (29:57):
And then you know, after a while, you know, we
we downplay it, oh you know, and then God started moving,
doors started opening, and a part of my you know,
so it is a devotional and a part of one
of the prayers is thank you Lord.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
And the reason why.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
I put thank you Lord was because so many times
people ask for stuff, you know, we got, we got
a laundry list of things we want God to do.
You know, we want, we want microwave, Jesus, we wanted,
we wanted, as you said, we want it now. But
we don't stop and thank him for the things he

(30:42):
woke us up, what he helped us avoid while we
was in the street, like you know, so many times,
and thank them for the little things. We just we
just are so bent on the things that you know,
like as my pastor was saying, we think of Jesus
or God as being a genie. We don't think of

(31:04):
him as being our savior, you know what I mean.
And so I just it just stuck with me, all
of the things that I've been through. God, I thank
you because you didn't have to You didn't.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
Have to choose me.

Speaker 2 (31:16):
You know, so many people have gone before me and
I'm still here. You know, one person, a healthy person
could could have, you know, and look at the things
that I went through and I'm still able to wake
up God. I don't want nothing. I just want to
thank you for everything that you done. This you know

(31:39):
it wasn't and so looking back now, and honestly, I
think the reason why that question stumped me because the
reality was when I was telling you, I realized at
this moment it was his setup, because I was saying
it was you know how I said, oh, okay, you

(32:01):
know mine was just all playing, you know, and everybody's
looking deep stuff with him in their book. But he
set this thing up. Let Brown wrote the forward to
the book.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
Okay, let's Brown, look at God.

Speaker 2 (32:20):
I will be on a billboard in New York City
either Detember or October, just from the project Amazon.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
Right now, look at God.

Speaker 5 (32:36):
You know God has.

Speaker 2 (32:38):
Done so much just off of me thinking, you know,
and I remember being younger and my father said, you are.

Speaker 1 (32:45):
Going to be in places that you don't believe.

Speaker 2 (32:49):
That you belong in. God is gonna say, you know,
your name is gonna be mentioned in places that you
don't think you belonging. And I never understood, but you
know my story, that's his favor got me here and.

Speaker 5 (33:12):
All that shit.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
I've been writing my.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
Life story and you know, that's the next that's the
next project, because I know that there's people out here
who can benefit from seeing how God worked, you know,
and and the way He's brought me through. Like I mean,

(33:35):
I tell my testimony and I'm not downplaying that, but
people my mom have always told me, people need to.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
Hear your story.

Speaker 2 (33:47):
And because of it, always said, oh, I'm just me,
like I'm not, I'm not big headed, like I'm like,
I'm just I'm.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
Just the sick one.

Speaker 2 (34:01):
You know.

Speaker 1 (34:02):
That's how I always looked at it.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
I learned to adapt with be it ill and I
didn't understand that that would give you back the things
that you lost. And right now he's giving me back time.
M hm.

Speaker 1 (34:18):
So I gotta.

Speaker 5 (34:19):
Use praise God.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
Just raise God.

Speaker 5 (34:25):
And we we we touch and agree on that, you know,
giving giving God his do and giving him back what
he I mean, we could never actually give him back
all that he's done for us, and I know you
know that, you know, but but we we we uh
take our life and we try to do all that
we can to elevate him and and let folk know

(34:46):
about him. Just like you're doing, and the many listeners
are are truly being blessed on today because this this
is you know, uh, He's a waymaker when it's seems
to be no way, you know what I'm saying. And
that statement, you know, I know, you know we hear statements,

(35:07):
you know in life, right, we hear things that the
church folks say or whatever. What is something that you
can say that uh speaks life to your situation, like
you know, uh, He'll make a way out of no way, right,
you know that that's something my session. But what what
is something that's that's personal for you that you can

(35:29):
attribute to your and what God has done with.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
You at this season of my life? Like hmm my
life birth, it's my life birth, my life burth is
Mark five thirty five, Yes, thirty four. I'm sorry daughter,

(35:57):
your faith has healed you.

Speaker 1 (36:01):
M hm as my.

Speaker 5 (36:06):
You do that? Valwel not Yes, yes, and and and
so so on point like yes, you know saying you
you're within your book and I know it's a different prayer.
What could you offer to a listener that may be

(36:27):
going through a rough spot right now, be it physical, mental, emotional?
What in your book could speak to them right now?
What is what in your heart is telling you to
tell these listeners in that particular one that might or
many that may may and will be blessed by one

(36:51):
of your excerpts of your your book.

Speaker 1 (36:57):
Hmm.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
What I can say is is just hold on, hold
on to God, hold on to this unchanging hands.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
Oh gosh, yes, just hold on God. I'm not I'm not.

Speaker 2 (37:20):
You know, he's not a respector of persons. He's not
going to do it for me and not do it
for somebody else. But you gotta hold on. You gotta
have faith, and then you got to leave it there.
Stop touching it.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
You know you have faith, and just leave it there.

Speaker 2 (37:40):
I know it's hard, and sometimes situations seem like they
get worse before they get better.

Speaker 1 (37:46):
But just hold on.

Speaker 5 (37:49):
Yeah, okay, that's all. Yes, and that's enough. That's more
than enough. Well, you know these amazing listeners that are
just wanting, you know more and want to know how

(38:09):
they can reach out to you, because, like I said,
you are reachable and I love that about you as well.
You will pick up your phone, you will reach out
to folks. What information can you give to them so
that they can reach out to you like an email
or if you have a website per se. Now I
wouldn't say your telephone number because you'll get so many goals,

(38:31):
but you know, just some way that they can actually
reach out to you.

Speaker 2 (38:36):
I am reachable on Facebook at Ruth Born Blessed, when is.

Speaker 1 (38:43):

Speaker 2 (38:47):
And I My email is.

Speaker 1 (38:49):

Speaker 2 (39:00):
On Instagram, my website is is still in the process.

Speaker 5 (39:12):
Okay, but they can they can go to any where
can they go to get your book?

Speaker 2 (39:21):
I have actually I have a Shopify store and the
store name is Born Blessed.

Speaker 5 (39:30):
Yes, Wow, beautiful, beautiful Born blessed. Guys, you listeners, this
is you've just been truly blessed by this wonderful woman
of God. Just a motivational speaker. And you see why,
you see why, just just wonderful woman of God and

(39:53):
and motivating his people, uh, taking him to higher heights.
And and I'm truly blessed beyond measures that you chose
my platform, god given platform to come on and speak
uh to the listeners and encourage them and and and
at the end, I'm definitely gonna ask you to pray

(40:15):
us out if you would do me the honest. But
before even that, I would ask if you had to
say one thing to encourage the folk that's listening, because
everything you said has been encouraging. But what words could
you say that would be an encouragement for these listeners
that are listening right now?

Speaker 8 (40:37):
You saw what word? Mm hmm, I will have a phrase. Okay,
keep the faith, keep the faith they see and amen?

Speaker 5 (40:57):
Amen? Uh that again, just a blessing to have you
daily dose of prayer. Is the book and you definitely
need to uh bless someone. I'm I'm I'm reaching out
and asking you to just get a copy and bless someone.

(41:18):
Bless them because it's not gonna cost you nothing to
offer even if you don't, you know, because some folks
saying nothing, well, I don't know what to say. I
wouldn't even know how to encourage someone that may be
going through or even themselves, you know, But I would
encourage you to get get a copy of this book
and and just give it to them and allow God

(41:39):
to have his way, right Ruth, I mean, I mean,
just allow God to do what is needed for that
particular time, for that particular person you know, just just
believe and trust that when you give them this book,
or when you give many this book, you know, or
even if you get the book, you know that you

(41:59):
will be blessed and God will do what he needs
to do in you, be it healing, being uh uh,
bringing a bright light of hope you know to you
in your life. You know, just just allow this book.
But sometimes we don't know what to say, and sometimes

(42:20):
it just takes like one word or a phrase or
just it just takes just here read this. God just
placed it on my heart to tell you to read this.
You know, I and I just bless you just for
just being all that you have been My sister, my
sister in Christ, you are truly that. But I know

(42:42):
you can pray so I ain't even got it. I
will step back and let you do what God has
called you to do.

Speaker 2 (42:52):

deliver us that free, letting no.

Weapons for him to hear.

Speaker 1 (43:54):

Speaker 2 (43:55):
God, we thank you for covering us from that kind
of our heads. To the souls about God, anything like
you and us, God, we ask that you remove it. God,
you free and the clear that we are healed, We
are full, we are favored, we are blessed, and we

(44:15):
are not afraid to tell of your goodness, your grace,
and your mercy. How we thank you for that's in
all your blessings and Jesus's name.

Speaker 1 (44:24):

know you and to love you. And you know I'm
saying it on the platform. You know, thank God he
was in the in the in the front of that church.
But thank God used meeting and greeting folk as they
came into the church, because honestly, oftentimes people understand that's
what allows people to not want to go to church.

(45:21):
And I thank you because I speak fondly of your smile.
It's beautiful, it's it's illuminating, and and that's what we
need sometimes sometimes it's just not even a word, not
even something to say, but just a smile. So I
thank you just for having that smile. I thank your parents.
I thank God for making you and having you to
have that smile. God bless you. I mean it's the
