asked that the listeners are blessed now. They get so
much out of what the guests are coming, and they
are introducing to them things that they may not know about,

I love it when I'm live, and I definitely know
that you've missed it as well. But we are bringing
you some fresh, fresh guests with ministries that are just
birthing in abundance and just doing wonderful things for the
community and bringing the gaps in the community so that
we can come together, because that's really what it's about.
(03:45):
Get ready for an uplifting and inspiring show. We have
a guest that their tag team, their partners, their husband
and wife, they really gonna bring it on today as
a team, and I don't oftentimes have a lot of
team playing thing going on on the platform, So it's
just a beautiful thing to know that they're coming on
(04:07):
and they're coming to educate you on what it is
to be traveling and all the traveling. And I've never
had a travel agent on this show, so this is
the first in all my one hundreds of episodes, I
never had a show where someone's gonna speak about travel
and the benefits of it and in ministry of all
(04:29):
you know, So I'm definitely tonight we have uh j
G excuse me, J b K Travel Agency coming to
you and the owner CEO, Brian and Beverly David. They
are on the line to talk to you about this
wonderful ministry that they've birthed, and there's so many other
(04:49):
ministries coming forth from that, but we will uh let's
get to it. Let's get to this. I'm excited. An agency,
a travel agency. I will hear about this. So come on,
all is they in the house? Are they here? Beverly,
you have Brian, you the well, you know what we do.
(05:10):
We always got to wait for them to come on through.
I'm sure they'll be.
Speaker 7 (05:15):
Can you hear us?
Speaker 1 (05:17):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (05:17):
I can hear you now? Hey, honey, listen, I'm so
happy that you guys have not found a robbery to
be on this platform to give these listeners just what
you do and what God has you guys doing and traveling?
I mean, and I always ask a question, how did
(05:39):
it begin for you? When you say travel agents? You know,
like what do you what happens to make you want
to embark or something like that? You just want to
do like a little vacation or something like that. We
tell our listeners a little bit about how it got
started for you.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Well, to be honest with you, my daughter she had
a business and she asked me to come in and
partner with her and it would just be temporary because
I had been retired, I had served my country in
the military. I had worked for the federal government for
over fifteen years in the legal field.
Speaker 8 (06:13):
And I just knew.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
I had prayed, God, gum me peace.
Speaker 8 (06:16):
I'm just tired of the hustbland bustle.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Let me be home and take care of my health
and won't be holding head come my daughter. So being
a mother, yeah, so being a mom, I went on
ahead and I did go ahead and come in as
a partner with her, and she said it would only
be temporary till she got another business partner. I said, fine,
but you also have to pay for your clear NIATA number,
(06:42):
which is your ability to sell travel, and you have
to go to school and you have to take these
courses and things like that to get that certification. I said,
oh lord, I didn't sign up for this, but I
went on ahead and did it. But what I didn't
do was oh and also because I had did travel
as a para legal, working as a pair of legal
(07:05):
for the Jack War for the Department of the Navy
for four years, I was like, Okay, this will be
a piece of cake. You know, I did this for
four years Courtnate and travel and all that kind of stuff.
But there was a whole different board game trust and believe.
And then I'm older, this is like what thirty.
Speaker 8 (07:19):
Years later, you know, since I actually did this kind
of work.
Speaker 2 (07:23):
So I was really frustrated. I was ready to give up.
Tell my daughter, I'm sorry, I can't do it anymore.
I said, you know what, brit I'm gonna pray on
it and i'll let you know my decision tomorrow. So
I prayed on it, and I asked God, I'll hang
in there a little bit more. I said, we could
use the extra income. I said, and it's from home,
(07:45):
and maybe I'll give it a try. So I went ahead.
Speaker 8 (07:48):
I gave it a try.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
One vendor sandals out. I had to take the test
like four times, and that just goes to tell you
how stringent and strict these vendors that we have partnered
with are.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
You have to know your stuff.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
And so I said, okay, if I'm going to go
into this, I'm going to go into it foeheartedly, but
I'm going to also go into it with God's blessings.
So I went to God and I prayed on it,
and I cried, and I, Lord, I'm just ready to
give up. And for some reason, I didn't give up.
I continue to press on and learn everything that I
(08:24):
needed to learn. But I also realized that I needed
to be organized, and that with so much travel information
out there, it's no way I'm going to learn everything
in one day and still never learn everything. Even if
you know, I do become a little bit more proficient
and efficient in the industry. So as things start moving on,
(08:46):
I start noticing I start my husband said, you know
what bes because I also consulted with him, and he
was like, well, go ahead, we'll give it a try.
I'll build you a website. I'll be your marketing and
your web ass and help.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
You as I did.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
I said, okay, cool, that sounds like a fat So
we went on ahead and did the website. And he
did a beautiful job on the website, and and so
we start getting you know, some likes that I started
inviting people to uh come onto the website, and so
things start. We're actually moving along. One site stopped and
I decided to focus on groups. And then all of
(09:25):
a sudden, I thought about a travel ministry. Did you
want to say something?
Speaker 7 (09:31):
Yeah, So that's how I got into.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
The travel business. Paula.
Speaker 7 (09:36):
Now, now, now, Paula, I'd like to say, mind, what
really got me interested was he's a real time scenario.
I like to play golf, and so I'm looking around
setting up, you know, wanting to do a golf a
men's golf trip for the men to go on. And
(10:00):
I realized and probably some of the listeners here can
identify with this. You look on the web and it
tells you these great prices. You know, oh, it's going
to cost you just this to do to go on
this just trip and vacation, and then you get you
go to the website and they they want to First
(10:21):
of all, the first thing they want to do is
they want to gather your information, and we don't do
that here at JBK Travel. We're not gathering your information
so that we can sell your information to other people
so that we can make money on the back end
of you by you getting bombarded with email messages and
(10:44):
text messages that you didn't even solicit for. So as
a as a as a Christian, I want it to
be honest with people, and and and and be forthright
with the with the price and the services that were given.
We're not trying to become rich off one person. And
(11:08):
so many businesses nowadays will gouge you. They don't care
if you come back, they don't care if you take
your family and bring your family to them. We didn't
want that. We don't want that. That's not the type
of business we have. We're Christians. We want to treat
people the way they should be treated, as the Bible says,
render under Caesar what is due Caesar, and when the work,
(11:32):
when you give me some money to work and do
something for you, you are then Caesar, I should render
under you the best services that I can give you.
So that's what we we that's the way we try
to roll raise done.
Speaker 5 (11:47):
That's a blessing. That's a mouthful right there, because you
know it's so true. You know, when it comes down
to people wanting to, you know, get into certain things,
they definitely hike the prices up and they add this
and add that. Oftentimes you get to the place and
it's none of what they said it was going to be,
you know, and you hear you didn't fill out all
that money, you know what I'm saying, to be someplace.
(12:09):
So it's just a blessing to hear this because or again,
this is my first time having a travel agency on
this block. So this Bless God for you guys, Bless
God for doing the work for the people. And not
trying to take advantage of them. I mean that you
were saying something.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
Well no, I So, now with that how we got
into the travel business. I wanted to tell you about

the industry. Hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, uh cruise lines
like Carnivor and Disney Royal Caribbean, uh NE resort like
(13:33):

Speaker 7 (13:38):
And fellas guess what. We also do trips for sporting
events like if you want to go to the final four.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
If you don't want to be bothered with me, you
could just say I'm gonna go on bed and brought
JBK Travel Business website and I think I'm gonna run
a card today through them. You know you can. If
so many vendors will pop up, you have so many options,
So just register and give it a try. But I
want to just finish hitting on JBK and what we
(14:49):

why I'm really on here tonight, which is something really
close to my heart. But JBK offers personal life customer
liise itineraries. We believe that no two travelers are the same.

We also invest in.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
And committed to sustainable tourism practices that protect the environment
and support local communities. So by choosing.
Speaker 7 (16:17):
You're not just.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
You know, having an amazing bleashed travel experience, you're also
making a positive impact on the place as you visit
and becoming a better human being and a Christian because
of it. Because of all the partners that I have Apolla,
they are always sending the exclusive deals and offers that
(16:41):
I present to my.
Speaker 7 (16:42):
Customers, and a lot of time and a lot of
times we are able to price mate. So that's why
we want you coming to one Stop, because so many
times you can get confused on the internet and you're
wasting a whole day. You're wasting day as trying to
find the that's that let the professionals were We already
(17:06):
have our end. Beverly is on the phone constantly talking
to not just the customers, but the business partners, the
people who put these things together, finding the best deal,
finding deals that you yourself could not get. As she said,
(17:27):
there were certain certifications that had to be she had
to go to classes, she had to do all studying for.
There were certain certifications that she got that allow those
people now to talk with her and deal with her
and work with her that the normal person cannot do.
Speaker 5 (17:45):
Yes, yes, I mean this is just amazing. I mean
because it's really you know, it truly is a partnership.
I see how y'all work together. You know what I'm
saying you you you you know, it's really cute. I
really love it. I'm telling you because it's a lot
of times. You know, when when it comes together, sometimes
there's a lot of clashing and stuff. But he may
he making his thing. His President's listen that men, I
(18:08):
got something playing.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
You know, this is a blessing because because I looked,
I looked at the statistical numbers. A dig I'm a computer.
I'm a computer nerve. And the majority of people people
who travel alone or in groups are women.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
Women do it, yes, yes, men man, I believe men.
Speaker 7 (18:35):
Men do it occasionally, and when they do travel, they
travel with their spouses. So I want to let men
know that we we have some things for you too,
you know, I mean, you know, get out here, because
sometimes Beverly will kick me off the house. You'll say,
why don't you go play golf or something.
Speaker 5 (19:01):
That's all right, that's all right if that works for
your house. Old you go kicking about. You do it,
you gotta do that's great. But as long as you
bring it back, that's amazing. That's the main thing. But definitely,
I'm telling you no, no, but ahead, talk to.
Speaker 7 (19:19):
We all we all need our outlets and this is
a great way. And it's so many times people don't
travel as much because they don't think it's affordable, and
they don't because it's not. If you use those big
companies that have to advertise with commercials and everything like that,
(19:41):
guess what, somebody gotta pay for that.
Speaker 1 (19:43):
You are.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
But but you know what, I got to touch on
that because prices has always been my problem, you know,
because there's always been a set price or whatever, and
it's just too it's not reachable, you know a lot
of times going to be reasonable. How do you make
reachable for folks that's just you know, they don't have
a lot of money, they struggling, but they like to
go away. I mean I didn't go to go I
(20:07):
didn't go away my whole time working and that's just
ludicrous to be working so many years and not don't
take a vacation. But it just wasn't reachable for me
because I was on a budget, you know, and I
was raising two kids a low you know, that whole thing.
So what do you say to a person like me?
Speaker 2 (20:25):
Yeah, I And I ran into that, Paul, when I
was trying to get people to go and use my
website and when I first kind of started to use
the business again, and you know, they would say, well,
I can go on Expedia, and get a cheaper flight
and stuff like that, which is true, so flights are
very flexible.
Speaker 8 (20:45):
So I decided to focus more.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
On groups because it's savings and groups. When you travel
as a group and you use a travel advisor more
than likely and most of the times the prices are
cheaper because you're going at a group, you know to
do a group rate. So that's one way, and that's
one of the things that I ran into and doing
travel for folks as well, and it was frustrating, but
(21:09):
like I said, I prayed on it and God gave
me this idea which now I want to talk to
you about my two components that are under JBK Travel.
My first one is my Senior UH Travel Ministry component
of JBK, which personal which we create personalized travel experiences
(21:29):
for senior communities, nursing homes and veterom facilities. Me and
my husband both are disabled veterans. We offer exciting opportunities
to enrich and provide memorable travel experiences that can significantly
enhance the lives of seniors and residents of senior and
elder communities. Right As we all know, travel has a
(21:52):
unique and powerful ability to uplift the spirit, improve mental health,
and foster a sense of excitement and purpose. For seniors,
including veterans, travel can be especially transformative, providing a meaningful
way to reconnect with world, create lacking memories, and maintain
a sense of independence and joy. Okay. At JBK, we
(22:16):
understand the mobility and logistics are key considerations when planning
group or individual travels for senior communities. That's why we
specialize in crafting safe, comfortable, and customized travel experiences for seniors.
Whether it's a short day trip or a nearby destination
or longer vacations, tell it to their interests and needs.
(22:38):
And here's just a few reasons why travel can be
so beneficial for our senior communities. It enhances mental and
emotional wellbeing. Travel provides a refreshing change of scenery and
a boost and mood, helping to combat feeling casolation or montanomy,
often associated with deli loneliness or deli rooting means. They
(23:02):
also provide social interactions. Traveling together fosters camaraderie and strengthens bonds,
and it creates new friendships among pepdens, providing opportunities for
shared experiences and meaningful conversations. It also helps their physical
health when done at a comfortable pace. Travel can encourage
(23:25):
physical activity, whether it's a scenic walk or exploring a
new location, which is important for maintaining mobility and help. Also,
it creates memories and fulfillment. For seniors, Travel can re
ignite cherish memories or allow them to visit places they've
always dreamed of seeing, contributing to a great sense of
(23:48):
fulfillment in their golden years. JBK Travel, along with our
vast network of travel partners, we work diligently to ensure
that every aspect of the travel experience is thoughtfully planned.
We handle transportation, accommodations, and our teneraryes all while considering
(24:10):
the comfort, safety, and preferences of our senior community. Our
goal is to create an enriching, hassle free experience that
allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy their journey. And
so that's my concept and our component, our senior travel component.
(24:33):
Now I want to ask you about do you have
any questions before?
Speaker 5 (24:38):
I don't mind, Well, no, I just wanted to say
that that's beautiful because you don't hear a lot of
travel agents that like support and really you can find
senior travel, so you know, just to hear that speaks
volumes because a lot of times, again you're on budget.
You know, there's limitations on you know, with seniors. You know,
(25:01):
you're dealing with, you know, a lot of like you said,
disable and people of that nature. You know, I'm definitely
so interested, and I'm sure the listeners are, you know,
because sometimes you just feel like you just can't. You
can't be active and lead in travel, you know, because
of all the things that you need to set up.
(25:22):
So to hear that you two are actually making sure
and preparing things so that it is comfortable enough for
someone like a senior you know, who may need, you know,
wheelchair assessment, may need. You know, this is really yeah,
this is really serious. This is really good. This is
really good.
Speaker 7 (25:41):
And I answer you one of your questions, Paul, was
about how to make this affordable? Well, the price is
the price, and you know, I don't own any planes
or island the state people too or anything like that,
so we can only deal with the price that they
can can give us. But how can we make that
(26:02):
more affordable? Well, when working with JBK Travel, because Beverly
is talks with these vendors all the time. If the
price is gonna be the price, and you were gonna
pay that price to travel anywhere anyway, wouldn't it be
beneficial if when you get there there's a massage treatment
(26:26):
for you. Are there some amenities that you would have
had to pay for out of pocket are already being
care for you in that price? So want the trip
more enjoyable also, And this is a big one and
a lot of our a lot of our trips if
they are planned out well, in advanced, in advance, what
(26:48):
we're able to do, if we're able to set people
up out of budget program this budget progress allows you
to put a small down payment down and then within
twenty one days you have to make up the one
quarter of whatever the amount is. You then have up
to ninety days before you're actually going on your trip
(27:12):
to make payments. And I say that because, for example,
Beverly had a woman's trip that's going on right now
and people have been making their payments on that for
about six months now. They've been just paying in on
it as they can because they make original down payments
and got you know, the reservation secured, and then they
(27:35):
paid as they go. That is you know a lot
of people don't just have that money to throw out
there all that one time, so it discourages you. And
if you knew that, you could say, hot, next year,
me and my husband, we're going to Jamaica and we're
gonna go for ten days and it's gonna be an
(27:57):
all inclusive trip with everything and covered and everything. And
this is the amount of money. And we see what
our down payment is and we budget it in here
that if we take the time and we we say
one hundred dollars a month, by the time it comes up,
the trip will be paid for. That's an advantage. Now
I can figure out how to travel, but if you
ask me, I can't figure too.
Speaker 5 (28:21):
You know, that's realistic. And that's why I hit on that,
because it's like, you know, it's really important to have
some kind of reachable reachable you know, because that's important,
you know, uh, the way of getting to that, to
that point, and a lot of people they say they
doing that, but they ain't really doing it because I've
been on too many of you know, platforms where I
(28:43):
wanted to go somewhere whatever, and the first payment is
like you know, thousands, you know what I'm saying, and
that's not often that's that's not realistic. It really isn't realistic,
so I end up not going right. So but this,
this is truly a blessing to hear that you have
these kind of great packages and payment options, that that's everything.
Speaker 7 (29:03):
It's kind of like back in the day, lay away
you remember that, that's my.
Speaker 5 (29:11):
That's my kind of thing. You're speaking this, you're listen.
I had children, so laying away with my memory.
Speaker 7 (29:19):
Yeah, lay laying everything away before Christ.
Speaker 5 (29:22):
That's right, that's right, that's right. Layaway was it, you know?
But that's really got so so beautiful, it really is,
and it and its heartfelt because that means that you're
servicing the people, you know, especially Gods people, but you
are servicing the people when you when you said seniors,
I was like, yes, you know, because it's like we
(29:44):
often forgot, we forgot about it, you know what I'm saying,
And it's not And on the diday listen listen, yes, yes,
keep on talking, girls, keep on talking, y'all.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Okay, So here is the faith they's travel So remember
I said I prayed on it. I asked God, you know,
I wanted to if I'm going to in my retired life.
You know, I still felt like I'm useful. I say,
God used me, you know, so I wanted him to
use this travel business so that he can get the glory,
(30:19):
so that people can still know he's working miracles through
just talking to people, and.
Speaker 8 (30:23):
To know that I love God and that my business
the foundation. Like you're a previous speaker, you have to
have your foundation in Christ or everything's gonna fallmart.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
So once I start praying over the business and asking
God to just use it for his glory, then things
just started turning around. And you know how that can be.
So listen, remember I told you I have like over
one thousand vendors that I'm partnered with. I have overbed
eight vetic vendors. That means they went through the rhyck
and moreau. They are vetted. They're good to go. I
(30:54):
trust them. You know, they're they've been in the business
for years. You know, they had AIDS plus ratings with
the better business zero. They're that free. I think all
of these things are important, you know, because customers rely
on you, and they rely on your your credentials and
on your heart and on your ability to be fair.
(31:17):
In this business, right and so and so one of
my vendors is a faith based I didn't even know
I had it in my arsenal see how God is.
But I've in my learning and having to start and
learn the business I found. The vendor called etc. Their
educational travel service and they focus on faith staged travel. So,
(31:39):
how does walking in the footsteps of Jesus in the
Holy Land, visiting the roots of the church's heritage, of
your church's heritage, or giving your members time for renewal
worship and fellowship on a retreat at sea, how does
that sound trip?
Speaker 5 (31:56):
Stage?
Speaker 2 (31:57):
Right? Trips such as these can serve as a wonderful,
vibrant part of your ministry, and we would allow to
help you bring these enriching experiences to your group. Okay,
So here are some of the important benefits of faith
based travel.
Speaker 8 (32:17):
It builds fellowships, It.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
Deepens the faith of members in the church and enriches
the lives and relationships between the members and the church.
Its develops a closer bond between the pastors and the members.
It provides opportunities to experience the Christian states and the
sites firsthand where all of the patriots of the Bible walked,
(32:42):
you know. It increases members involvement in voluntarism in the church,
It develops, it renews a hunger for God's word, and
it inspires discipleships, and it encourages leadership amongst the congregations.
This amazing opportunity, like I said, is available through our partner.
ETS say that they're a world class tour operator with
(33:05):
more than forty five years in the faith based travel
Christian state travel industry. Our goal at JBK is to
give your group the best travel experience possible so that
they can come back and be enlightened and do God's
work and become better soldiers in the army of God.
And that's how I feel about this ETS Travel partner,
(33:30):
that we now have an opportunity make payments to go
over to where Jesus walked or Paul's journey, you know,
or all that talk about in the Bible. It actually
brings a life in God by being in those areas
that we read about but now have an opportunity to
(33:50):
actually experience for ourselves.
Speaker 7 (33:52):
Isn't that beautiful?
Speaker 2 (33:53):
That's what I look for. That's what I want to
focus on.
Speaker 7 (33:57):
Paula. I've marked add something onto that because I was
I was thinking back and I've been a choir director,
I've been a Sunday school teacher, I've been a youth minister.
And one of the things that inspired me through all
(34:20):
of that was I had been to churches before and
I didn't feel it. I didn't feel the spirit. I
didn't feel it. These trips are not only geared to
letting you feel the spirit as far as church wise,
(34:41):
but you know, we want to dance a little bit,
we want to praise, and we want to have a
good time too. Yet, if you go on to our website,
you'll be able to see on the Faith Based UH web,
on the Faith Faithed page, you'll be able to see
some of these beautiful ships that that are on. I mean,
(35:01):
it's God, I mean these are these are nice. And
the cool thing about them is is other than other
than the big sea voyage and ships like UH Carnival,
and different than Royal Caribbeans and stuff like that that
are out to sea, and as far as you can see,
it's more, these trips actually travel inland, so they're seeing
(35:27):
castles and and and they're making stops there, so you wow, exactly,
and it's Oh yeah.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
And here's the good thing. It's real easy. It's ten
people in your church go the pastor or the tour guide,
whoever your leader is, that's going the educational peace in
your church. They get to go free. If twenty people go,
the first lady. If the pastor goes as the leader,
he gets go free. When ten people sign up to go.
(36:02):
When twenty people sign up to go, then the first
lady gets to go free. So I think that's another
added and listen, and I'm talking about to Jerusalem in
places like that, and I always wanted to tell her
(36:23):
how easy it is to put it together. It's just
real easy simply selecting my tenderary from my own closed
faith based travel guide, and you help spread the word
about the trip.
Speaker 5 (36:33):
We do the rest.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
We take all the logistics, all the details, so you
can devote just up to those important part of the trip,
bringing your Christian faith to life alive for your group travelers.
I just wanted to know that.
Speaker 7 (36:46):
And I want because Beverly was talking about Jerusalem today.
We were watching something about the importance of Africa to
the Bible, into into Christianity and where it all all
came from and our important well, we have trips to Africa,
we have trips everywhere. I just want to I want
(37:07):
to reiterate that there's no place too big or too
small that we don't that we don't care get you
to and.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
With rapidable vendors. And I also, like Brian said earlier,
we can negotiate prices. We do uh price checks, you know,
comparison price matching. We also what else we do that's
pretty interesting for the vendor out of the vendor company.
Speaker 7 (37:37):
I told her about that that a lot of times,
even if we can't get the price down, we can
get bonuses put in round packages.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
Yes, yes, I also do. I can negotiate. I am
a member of a hoard of airlines and all they
do is they deal with travel advisors and we get
the best prices. We can negotiate this business class license,
I'm sorry. We can do business class flights, and I
(38:10):
can emociate because business class flights are the most expensive,
and so I can negotiate with that as well. So,
like I said, you know, we're just a one man
travel shop or two person travel shop. My husband takes
care of all of the webmastering stuff. So we're just
(38:31):
so blessed to be able to offer our services back
to our community, you know, and my hope is my
ministry travel. That's what I am just so excited about
that we've added that those two components, and you know.
Speaker 5 (38:51):
That's a blessing, that's definitely a blessing, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 7 (38:55):
Yes, you know, the biggest one of our company models
is treat others the way you want to be treated,
right absolutely, So I don't expect to pay money and
go on a trip and be there like why did
(39:17):
I do this? Why? I mean, you know, and I'm
not gonna and I'm gonna make sure that if you
travel with us, are you your experience is going to
be the same way that I would want to be treated.
Speaker 5 (39:31):
But that means that means everything that speeds volumes to
people wanting to travel, especially on today, you know how
crazy stuff is, you know, so it's just a blessing
to know that you're you're handling people with kid gloves,
as they say, you know that you're taking them from
one place to the next, especially when you're dealing with
seniors and people that are disabled. It means everything for
(39:55):
you and of course children too. You know, it means
everything that you have all of these things hooked up
and you know, can work in the favor of people
that wouldn't oftentime be able to go to these places
and do these things, you know, especially like you said,
a trip to Jerusalem where you you know, it's a
lot of walking, you know what I'm saying. So it's
(40:15):
important to know that you have those kind of things
set up, you know, where they could get wheelchair access
of you know, just all of those different particular needs,
even the kids. You know, kids can't do a lot
of walking, you know what I'm saying. So it really
is important listeners are being blessed right now because that
means you're speaking volumes to today and what the real
(40:36):
needs are with God's people, and the fact that you
have incorporated a faith based component to it, you know,
a travel agent that's working with you and a company
that's working with you all to take it higher and
him and it just means everything. It means everything I
told you when you told me about that the Jerusalem
jo I was like, man, I want to you know,
(40:58):
I want to see but y'all was going through a lot,
But you know, I want folks to know, can we
still be a part of it is it? You know,
is it too late? How would a person if they
were interested in doing a trip such as d and
maybe not as a church but you know, because you
got to bring people in. Maybe if it's just you know,
one or two people and they just want to be
a part of this experience, how would they go about it?
(41:20):
Is it still?
Speaker 7 (41:22):
Yes? Yes, that's.
Speaker 2 (41:25):
The ETS company that does the faith based travel. Not
only do they do faith based travel, they do educational travel.
Speaker 8 (41:32):
So if you want to learn about different universities in.
Speaker 7 (41:34):
The different countries all over the.
Speaker 2 (41:36):
World, you know, you can set up a t they
will customize your trip.
Speaker 7 (41:40):
So it's naturally.
Speaker 5 (41:44):
Oh my god, that's a that's amazing. I'm sorry. I
got to stop you because I never heard that one.
I never heard that one where you go on no, no, no,
I'm so serious, where you go to different colleges and schools.
You know, you could go on those kind of you know,
this is something that like public schools need to know about,
like people. Yeah, you definitely, you definitely saying something because
(42:07):
oftentimes even the kids don't get to go to trips
that you know, and I noticed it is like expensive
quote unquote, but I mean my thing is that you know,
they need to be able to be introduced to all
of us or we need to be introduced to you know,
because I'm an educator as well a former education. It's
like I would have loved to know that I could
go to Jerusalem and hit a school you don't see
it and see how the learning is over there. So
(42:29):
that component right there, I'm just like, whoo, y'all have
sold me. Y'all have sold me and.
Speaker 7 (42:35):
Paula because of this, because of what Beverly just said.
Because of this, it's not like you're on carnivore or
somebody where you you port somewhere and you get off
there and you gotta figure it out. Right, what they
have people who are trained and guided towards who will
(42:56):
have the correct information, not giving you something that they think,
but they're giving you the correct information, so you are.
Speaker 8 (43:04):
That is blessing, because that is a blessing.
Speaker 2 (43:08):
Yeah, because they're native to that region. So we hire
folks that are native to the region who know what
they're talking about. They've lived, they grow, they know their
culture and so and it's no all that this has
included these expert guys like I said that taking to find.
Speaker 7 (43:26):
Those jewels and treasures that would be so memorable.
Speaker 2 (43:31):
You know.
Speaker 5 (43:33):
That means so much. Oh my god, it's not enough
time to talk to y'all. You know, we need about
two hours and we you definitely got to come back
without a doubt. I need you to come back because
the stuff that you're talking about is so so uh
so needed. And I mean that because I went to
the Bahamas on the trip and I went, I ended
(43:53):
up getting in some kind of car and whatever. You know,
a few was in the car going into the town.
You know, we went to a store. But that's so
dangerous now that I think about it, I can't, you don't.
Thank god I was able to get back where I
needed to go because I ain't know where I was at,
but I just went and figuring that this is part
of it. It's so important important to be guided, you know,
(44:14):
when you when you're going into different countries and different places. Man,
this is just wonderful. I'm telling you, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
Speaker 2 (44:22):
You know.
Speaker 5 (44:23):
I got to hit you and let the listeners know
that they can reach out to you. What's your information
so that they can contact you, because I know folks
Wanner here it is. It's something you know, spring and
summer's coming. Yeah, they need business.
Speaker 7 (44:36):
Okay. Well, our website is www. Of course JBK dash

it to you, okay.
Speaker 2 (45:21):

Speaker 2 (46:12):

Speaker 5 (46:12):
I'm telling you, y'all, y'all, what a team. What a team.
Y'all are amazing I'm telling you, you're just what the
doctor ordered. You know, this must be a sign, you know,
because I always want to go on a trip, So
this must be God said. Y'all are the only travel
agency I ever had on this show out of one
hundred and some episodes. So I just want to I
(46:34):
want to say to you, thank you, because it's just
what the doctor ordered for me. You know, to go
to a place and have have that one stop location
and all your needs be met. That's the kind of
traveling I want to do, you know. And I and
I so thank you for being so transparent and being
so caring for the needs of the community. Uh and
(46:56):
seniors and you know, the people that are disabled, and
you know, the children and youth. I mean, it's just
a beautiful thing to know that you're well rounded. And
you know that's what God do, right, He will do that,
He will prepare you for a time such as this,
you know, coming out of COVID and all the things
that we've been through, you are truly truly needed. And
(47:17):
when you said that about going to schools in the
places you go, like, you know, you could get a
tour where you can actually go in and see how
education is I mean, every teacher needs to know about this,
every educator he needs to know about this is so beautiful, Yes, yes,
so beautiful. Man. I don't even know. I ain't never
(47:39):
been speechless on a course, so this, this is so
that's new for me, you know, And I just need
y'all to know again, thank you for coming on and
blessing the listeners. Listeners, you have truly been blessed by
this wonderful travel agency that there's a one stop location
for all your needs, you know, spiritually, emotionally and mentally physically.
(48:02):
Like it's just y'all, y'all, just the whole whole kitten taboo.
And I just was God, you know, for you being
on here. I'm telling you, I'm like Google Gaga right now.
So thank you so much. What I want to do
is then I do it. Every end of my show.
I have, you know, someone prayers out. I pray when
I come on, and then I ask the guest to
(48:23):
pray out. So y'all pick which was you know what
I'm saying, But I definitely want want some prayer going on.
It's just so that people can can truly be lifted
up higher.
Speaker 2 (48:33):
Polit before Brian closes out in prayer. I just also
want to say, I know Brian mentioned the golf trip
he has coming up in October, and I had the
Growth Trip Women's retreat coming up in October as well.
That's also information should be south on our website at
JBK dash Travel dot com.
Speaker 8 (48:55):
Let's go on. Thank you, Adam, Thank.
Speaker 7 (48:57):
You, Father God. I'd like to thank you for this
time we spend, Father God, with Paula and with the
members who have listened to this meeting. Father God, I
just thank you for everything that you've done in our lives.
I ask you that you lift us up and you
continue to bless us, that you take care of this world,
(49:19):
Father God, the leadership of this world, the people of
this world, the sick and shut in Father God, Father God.
I pray not for myself, but I pray for everyone,
Father God, because everyone is in need of prayer. Father God.
And I just thank you for this fellowship. I thank
you for this venue of Christian people able to talk
about things that are real in this world.
Speaker 8 (49:43):
We are people that we home one another, that we are.
Speaker 7 (49:48):
Able to bless one another with our strength, and our
promise is that we know that everything has happened in
our life and that you are our check Father, God,
not us, and as well you just get out of
your way that it's going to work out, all right,
Father God, Yes, yes, little to you in Jesus name, Jesus, Amen.
Speaker 5 (50:14):
Amen, Amen, power and y'all powerful as a seed. Doc
says Cower everywhere on the O Wan that line you know, listen,
listen and that and that's why I said, you know,
it's hard to get you know, a partnership or or
two people on the line that are instinct, but you
really truly and it shines through in this interview. You
(50:36):
compliment one another and bless God, you know, he knows
who to put together and to make things work. And
and look it started with your baby, right, it started
with your daughter. Ye I'm telling you, yeah, look at that.
So that's unity, that unity. Yes.
Speaker 8 (50:57):
Yeah, Well we were not as good.

I mean, y'all, y'all are real and and I so
(51:56):
appreciate it, and I just want to go on the
line and just thank Stephanie for being the one who
brought this wonderful union together for the platform. Yes, that's
my girl. She did a thing because again I this
was so new, it was, but honestly it's so needed
and for a time such as this, people really need
to get out of their comfort zones of staying home.
(52:18):
We got so penned into that thing during COVID, So
it's just a brough afresh air to know that now
you can travel and with someone that's going to take
care of you. That's everything, and that speaks volumes to
you to me. Listen, You've been blessed. Listeners. Jerry Royce,
