I know that we are. Time is short, but people
really need to hear this message. This coming straight from

the throne room. I don't see you, but whenever I
need to get an answer from me, I immediately shut

social media, and I say, okay, Lord, what do you

have from me today? What is my height? Yes? And
So for those of you who know me, and I
promise you, I am going to take my time tonight
because that's what he told me to do when he
has a lot to stay in me and through me.
So for most of you that know me, I am

a empowerment speaker for women's ministries. I teach women how
to heal, I spiritual God ey women when they're in transition.
Been doing this ministry for quite a long time. That's
how me and Pastor Paula met. Yeah, Pastor Paula, Apostle Paulow.
Whatever whatever she answers to we decreed it tonight. Yet,

when you came to I came to Atlanta over a
year ago to sit in the seat with a good
government job. Well, it's been up and down, in and out.
Our whole team, probation and employees got let go. Now
they want us to come back. Now they're saying, wait,
(05:38):
hold on, you know him, you may not need to
come back. And you're on paid administry to leave and
all that. I'm not going to talk about politics. And
what I am going to talk about is financial freedom.
I never came and I would be on this path.
Doctor Paula apostle Paula. I keep hearing the doctor apostle whatever,

because a lot of people don't understand the power that
is in wealth. And I had to read a scripture
that the Lord gave me, and I'm gonna tell you
what's going on. He gave me Deuteronomy eight eighteen. Now
(06:21):
we've read it and we try to take it out
and took out the words that we want to be there.
But it simply says, God gives you the ability to
produce wealth. He's able giving to you. Come on now. Yeah.
And those who have wealth, we don't know how they
(06:41):
got it. They might have attained it by ill gained.
But we as Christian women and Christian men, we must
follow the blueprint that God has for us. So y
stay is what's going on? Financial freedom? And here's a
reason why. What is financial freedom? Again? Never thought I
(07:04):
would talk about it, but here we are financial freedom
Doctor Paula apostle. Paula is having more than enough income, savings,
investments to live the life that you desire to live.
And I can no longer be on a roller coaster ride.

One man, I'm getting to paycheck next minute. I'm not.
I'm going to build and produce my own Well. Ye
put a figure in the atmosphere like a lot of
you need to do. Kingdom leaders leading a church of
people who are broken, leading a church of believers that

don't believe that they need to put ten percent of
the tithe back into church. I don't know why I
said that, but I did more Importantly, if you handle
God's business, He's gonna handle yours. He's gonna put it
in your hand and it's up to you what you're
gonna do with it. Can you had with that, doctor Powlin? Yes? Amen?

Amen, you're preaching girls all that.

So when I say power, I used to do a
radio show when I was in Pennsylvania Sisters in Charge,
and I believe I'm bringing it back because all his
beers taught me to. And I'm talking about kingdom sisters
in charge. Because we don't think like the world. They
not like us, we not like them. This is not that,
(08:39):
it is not. So we must really begin to speak
to our people. They need healing. They're losing your jobs
and leaps and bounds the price of eggs. I refuse
to buy them because they're coming up in price. We
need to learn how to be full google savors of
(09:02):
our income and build seven rames. How about eight? Yes,
we cannot sit back. We can no longer rely on
a paycheck. Jesus. There's a saying that says for a song,
Doctor Paul says, Jesus paid it all all, then I
(09:24):
owe and I'm just flowing on today. He paid it.
Oh so if he paid it all and he gave
it to us to get he said, I'm gonna put
it in your hand. It's up to you what you
do with it. Me Jesus was wealthy, not because he
had a lot of money, but his wealth was in
(09:45):
producing disciples. Oh Lord Jesus, that could go away there
and begin to proclaim what Matthew twenty eight eighteen says go.
That's the first word. Go what you do? So, sitting
there when he told you to go, yep, I'm gonna
put a pin right there. The go Where am I gone? Lord?

He said, don't worry about it, just follow where I
tell you to go. He might send you to Africa.
He might send you to Gania. He might send you
to the A t the l he might send you
to Pa. Wherever he sends you, he says, go. And
I guarantee you when it comes to this financial freedom,
when you go and your obedient to what God says

do is the go, you will be prosperous. But we
can't sit here and pray the Oh Lord, I need
a million dollars. Well, you get the million dollars, but
do you know what to do with it? Once you
get the wealth? You still have you blueprint, the blueprint
on how to make sure that you keep the wealth
in your handican give it away to your family. Little Jesus,

my lord, you have to do what he says do
in the do and the go. And I've just heard
the Holy Spirit say for you, Pastor Paula, and I
said it last time. This is your do season d
o and due and for everyone that is listening. We're work,

we're scrolling, thank you Jesus, and we're listening to what
other people are doing. They're going, which is why whatever
God put in their hand to do, they are prospering,
not everybody. And guess what wealth is stored up. It doesn't.
It's not there for the wicked. It really isn't. It's

for those who remain obedient. And what God said, do yes?
And I said, Lord, you want me to teach this?
He said, yes, my daughters. Ooh, here be Pastor Paula.
My daughters are not well dressed. And I said name.

I mean by that they're marrying jokers that are not
lined up with the word of God. They're not kingdom minded.
They don't even know if they have good credit or
bad credit. They don't know. All they know is that
they fell in love and they want to get married. Okay,
I'm good. So through my premarital counseling, the first thing

that I ask people, are you equally yoked? And they
look at me like I'm crazy. Oh, so you don't
get yoked up with an unequally joked man. He don't
have a plan, there's no credit in place, his credit
jacked up, which is gonna make your credit jacked up.
Then they're done and they got the T shirt to
say it. But I'm sad. I have to say, let's
(12:45):
get back to the go. He gives you the power
to get, produce and create. Well, if you're walking in
a relationship that is not producing, my lord, joy, oh joy,
(13:06):
unspeakable joy. Is marriage always going to be rich and
always going to be on the same page to know?
But you got to know what you're getting into before
you get into it. If the Holy Spirit says go
and then all of a sudden you meet someone and
they say, hold back, pull back the rains. I need
for you to just be my wife. What does that mean,
(13:29):
doctor Paula. Just look up the word that means remain,
stay there, don't go on first. And I'm talking to
the men tonight the same thing. Now, my children are
married already. But if I was talking to a young
couple in their thirties like my children or whatever, again,
(13:52):
I ask them, are you equally guilt? What you got
going on? What your how do your finances look? Are
you able to get married? Because people will go out
and get a loan to get married, and the marriage don't, Mary,
You know why because they never asked the hard questions.
If you consider yourself a kingdom daughter, a Kingdom son,

you cannot be a power couple unless you produce the
power principles and follow the blueprints that God has for
your life.

ask this question because.

Unequally, what does that mean?
Speaker 1 (14:37):
Break it down? Unequally? Okay, all right, the same exactly.
So I'm gonna use the illustration of making a cake. Right.
If you put the cake in the oven and you
put it on three point fifty and you take the
cake out before it's done, it's gonna be uneven, So unequally.
If you take a measuring cup, and you know, Grandma

used to say, we don't use measuring cups, and probably
don't today. But however, if you're using a measuring cup
as illustration, as a matter of fact, I've got a
measuring cup right here in my office, we're not a
measuring cup. And that's a cup. And the cup says,
m it's a good day for a good day, and
I can fill up this cup till it's overflowing. But
(15:22):
if God said I need you to fill the cup
up halfway, and your spouse or your significant others says, no,
I want to fill the cup up all the way.
They're the overrun. Well, then you're unequal to guil because
you're not in agreement. That's the word. You're not in
agreement of the biblical principles that God has for your life.
You've got to be in agreement. And it's not to

say that we're always going to agree. Sometimes we will disagree,
and that's a good thing. I want to fall in
love with somebody who is equally guilked with me, who
understands the true meaning of a godly marriage, and who
understands that I desire to be a wealthy wife, a
(16:09):
wealthy woman, there's nothing wrong with that. When I marry
a garbage collector, well, I would first have to see
where his credit is, because he could be walking in wealth.
Simple because he's saving his money. What did I say,
whether his financial freedoms having more than enough in savings investments,
(16:33):
so you can live the life that you desire without
relying on a job, a job or a paycheck. Now,
I'm going to go a different way. Listen to the
trials of job. His wife tried to warn to me
model just curse God and die, and that's what she said, Yes,
you did, So we can't say that today. We got
(16:58):
to make sure that we are equally with someone who
understands Kingdom principles. It goes doing around me eighteen eighteen again,
and you can also read Luke nineteen thirteen. Read it
for yourself when we get off this broadcast. I want
you to read it to show yourself approved. Because see,

if we don't understand godly principles. Apostle Paula, I see
the apostolic in one thing all over you. I just
see it. Oh that's all I can say, because that's
what I spirit told me to say through this podcast.
I listened to something that you sent me a couple

of days ago, and I said, Wow, that song is powerful.
I'm going to have to use that when she comes
to Atlanta. Let her come out singing that song. I'm
properly signing it into existence. However, let's get back to
the poll financial freedom, because I know people are on
my Facebook page, my Instagram page. YouTube said, oh lord,
she talks about finances again. Yeah, I am because I

need for our children, our daughters, and our sons that
are coming behind us to get it. I heard of
saying the other day that said, you have money, not me,
per say, but to just talking to another person. You
have money, but you're not rich. Do you desire to
(18:22):
be rich or do you desire to be wealthy? When
you are wealthy, it means that you are leaving an
inheritance for your children and your children's children. When you
say I'm rich, word pitch. I don't have time to
go into it. There is a difference the same way
that there's a difference in good credit and bad credit
(18:48):
publicly or in a business. And a lot of our women,
especially that are ministers and leaders in the church or whatever,
they can't get off the ground with the vision that
God has given them simply because they are not fundable
according to the world standards. But God says, if you
(19:11):
follow my blueprint, I'm going to allow you to be
in business, but make sure that it's the Kingdom minded
business that you're teaching biblical principles. As a matter of fact,
I just launched Apostle Paula my Wellness Sight, because I
want people to be healed financially, especially if they're broken,
(19:35):
and they've come from a transitional relationship that was not
in sync that they were unequally yoked with the wrong person,
and now they need to be restored because we can't
restore someone, we can't restore the things in their life
that have been not in syncopation with God unless we
deal with the internal issues. So when God said bring
(19:59):
back sister's in charge, I'm like, oh, you got to
say yourself. Am I really in charge? What? Am I
in charge of? Am I in charge of my thoughts?
Come on, now, I'm getting deep aboss uh Paula. Am
I in charge my destiny? Am I in charge of
my relationship? Personal business, spiritual? Am I in charge of
(20:22):
my day? Am I going to allow the enemy to
keep on taking me back from something God has already
delivered me from? Deep? Right there? I can't do it
doing it because this is not that. If I say eight,
(20:43):
my mother's listening, she will kill me. This is not that.
That's what I mean by that. So you got a
vision right the book of Vakastin write the vision down
to make a plane. So let's say, for instance, for
those who are listening, they say, okay, hey Lord, I'm
ready to start my business today. All right, well, I
(21:04):
need you to get in Dutch with doctor Roxanne so
she can give you the blueprint of what you need
to do. Slow down, slow, slow your row, take it
one depth at a time. Isn't that how we learn
the Bible? We learned the book the Bible one in
a time, from Genesis to Revelation. We know what's in
the book. We know what the book represents. And so
(21:26):
if we know what's in the book, then we got
to follow that blueprint. I promise you, if you divert
from those biblical principles, you will not prosper So what
is prosperity? Look it up again? What is your definition
of prosperity? For me, I'm going to say this out loud.
(21:48):
I prosper because my father is a prosperous God. Think
about did you ever worry about what you're going to eat?
We're even going to sleep, what we're going to do
from day to day. He was following what his father
told him to do, and when his assignment was up,
he said, em Father said, goodwill, well done, my good
(22:14):
and faithful servant. Yes, you could be faithful over the
things of the world. That will never produce any fruit.
But if you're faithful over the things that God puts
in your hand to do, you will become prosperous. You
will become wealthy. But remember, as I stated in the beginning,
(22:35):
he puts it in your hand. He gives you the power,
Oh Jesus, to produce wealth. I gotta say it over
and over again so people get it because a lot
of times we go into business, we don't have the
sound business model. I'm coming from a kingdom mentality. I
refuse to be in a business, but that with someone
(22:55):
or somebody on my teen who is not kingdom mind,
because I'm not going to do things the way that
the world does.

Our financial group is Mayor Brown financial group named after
my grandmother. Her maiden name name was Merrit and my
maiden name is Brown. I went back to my maiden
name because I want to honor my ancestors, because I
came from wealth. Oh Jesus, Yes, we need to know
(23:28):
our His story, hear me now, his his story. We
need to know his story, meaning God's story. He walked
on the earth, what he did while he was here
on earth, So he is up in heaven looking down
on us. So that we can create and get the
(23:53):
power that He can give us in our hands to
get wealth. My spiritual mother used to have a saying
eight hands, pure feet of willing heart. If your hands
ain't clean, you're gonna step into arena with an unclean person.
I guarantee that I know that because I've been there,
done that again. That T shirt is sitting over in
(24:14):
the closet somewhere that was blinging saying I have the
power to get well. As a matter of fact, I
think I'm gonna make me a T shirt. Deuteronomy eighteen
is gonna be bling down. So whenever I go somewhere,
if I'm traveling, people say, oh, what's Theseuteronomy eight eighteen mean?
And I'm gonna I have in the back of the
T shirt he gives me the power to produce well

our Yes, Lord, Amen, look at the word deuce. A
woman produces a baby in nine months, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
My baby's never went to full term, so I had
to you know that when he gives me a baby
(24:58):
to birth, it has to at least goes through the
process of that nine months. Because here's what I needed
to explain. When he gives you the power. He's not
saying I'm gonna give it to you instantaneously. You got
to put in the work, Yes, Lord, dates without works

is to die up in you. And you're sitting here
looking at people that are talking about financial wealth in
as soon as the organs of this world and this
one and that one, and you could go all over
the places. But if you don't have a blueprint, that's
what I'm getting ready to release. When you say, what's
going on in the beginning? Releasing the blueprint Jesus or

kingdom producing wealth? Hm? Hm, that's it right, And I'm.

Gonna ask yet, I gotta go to the you know

There is a strategy, Yes, yes, I need you to speak.

On terms of that, because people sitting here like you know,
I've saved money. I've tried to do it and end
up boom. You know what I'm saying, end up a mass.

Right, So what's the break absent the blueprint is simply
this again, kingdom strategies. So I'm going to use an example.
I use my own example. I am about to open
up within the next nine months Mayor Brown Leadership Institute.
It's an institution it will be a cohort and you

can go online and learn this blueprint. So when I
roll out the blueprint, all the classes will be lined
up with giving you answers and those strategies that you
need to succeed. And you've got to follow what I
tell you to do. I'm gonna give the homework and
you're gonna come back and talk back to me, and
you're gonna tell me what you got from that. Because again,
(27:00):
a lot of times, Okay, I'm gonna go here. I
cannot do this institution without God. That's part of the strategy,
all right. So but going to a bank unprepared and
I say, oh, I need fifty thousand dollars to open
up this academy so that my people can be certified,
(27:22):
I can pay my trainers or whatever. And the bank
looks at my personal credit. This is a strategy and
they say, oh, you're not thinkable yee hing. People that
don't look like us, they use OZERPM other people's money
(27:44):
to get what they need. That's why they are wealthy
er than us. But guess what God is about to
change it around because the strategy that he has is
that the wealth transfer is about to happen. But if
you are not in position for the kingdom transfer, you're
going to be behind. Our people perished because of lack
(28:08):
of knowledge, that love strategy. Careful, that's it right there.
They lack it. You know why they lack it is
they're not willing to sit down and listen to somebody
who's been there, done that. And I'm going to share this.
This is a person testimony about I must say, twenty
years ago I was blessed. Well, it wasn't really a blessing,
(28:30):
it was what was owed to me. Received some funds
from a car accident that I was in that basically
left me walking with the kne Girl, I've been through
it all. However, when I got the money, if I
would have had these strategies and these kingdom principles in place,
rather than blow the money and give it away whatever,
I would have kept it in my story, put it
(28:53):
in my savings account and let it grow. Because see em,
I talked to somebody just yesterday and like, oh, you
need to get into this. You need to get into that.
Don't see God in that, Because God, when he gives
you a strategy, he's going to tell you where to
put the money. He's going to align you people who
have already done it. And I can honestly say I
(29:16):
have been blessed Apostle Paula with wonderful mentors that are
already wealthy. And I'm talking about black African American women
and I'm going watering Marlene Stocks, Marcella Moulin, Williams, doctor
Michelle Coefort, doctor Sonya ham get who The strategy. What
(29:38):
they had was to follow the blueprint that God put
in front of them. The strategy is if you are
trying your best. Let me rephrase that, if you are
giving your best to produce wealth the way that God
says that you're going to get back to ten percent
to the church. Once you make your money, you're going
(29:58):
to pour it into your community. You can do a
workshop to teach the people in our communities who don't
know what to do. And then when you say, okay,
your credit's good, I'm talking about your personal credit. Now
you can go and you don't even need a bank anymore,
because we are in the what they call the fintech industry,
in which you can basically apply for business funding online.
(30:21):
The only time you need to go into a bank
is if you got a bank account with them, and
you need to go into transfer money from your checking
to your saving whatever when they see those zeros behind
your name or they gonna give you the money that
you need and you're going to know what you qualify
for because that is one of the strategies and the
(30:41):
principles that I'm going to teach in this academy. And
I answer that answered your question.

Yes, Yes, that's power there. That's power right there because
most exactly they don't know, they don't And it starts
with the foundation, the beginning, from the beginning, right as
God can say, oh to his people, you know you
have to it starts with me first and foremost. And
you know, once you get that knowledge and you've got that,

then he can take you on, like you said, writing
that vision. But he's going to help him to make
it plain.

And that is that make him plain. That's a movement
right there.

put that in my ear gates, my eyegates. I can't
put that in my soul. Soul about I think back

and it was the Power Connection. And what I did
was invite people from the Poconos, which is I think
of how I met you. The Poconos, Allentown, Bethlehem, New York,

Philadelphia name it. And my pastor was amazed by how
I got all these people together. I said, well, Pastor,
I do outreach. This this is my baby. I learned
how to go out into the streets. We got to
take the words to the streets. And he takes getting
a postcard and hand them out at the place that

wall shop, Walmart. We still boy called Taja. So the
Lord that I hoop all those places and just leave
your card and somebody will pick it up. Because that's
another strategy. We think that it don't work when we're
a walking billboard. We don't have to pay two thousand
dollars to be on somebody's billboard. But if you are

being walking billboard, that's it. And you got another T
shirt that says, I help strangers build wealth. Really so
the Berkeley down the street might be a stranger, right,
but at the end of the day, hey, I invite
them to come into my class. As a matter of fact,
you can take the first class free. Then you got to,

you know, follow the blueprint because you know, nothing in
this world is free anymore. Now to make it where
my people cannot afford to be a part of this institution,
and you got to be willing to sacrifice. And you're
gonna wear red bottoms, going to buy a Louver tom
bag or do you want fifty thousand dollars in the bank.

And I'm gonna give you this strategy, this principle. If
you are working in nine to five right now, like
ninety five percent of people listing on the call tonight,
are I encourage you to put away Let's start out
the fall. Five percent of your paycheck into your statement
account and don't touch it for a year. Let's say

it's fifty dollars, right, fifty times twelve might have five
hundred and twenty. But if you increase that amount instead
of worrying about you know, well I got to do this,
I got to go over here. You'll be able to
go on vacation, You'll be able to do what you
need to do. But when people say to you, hey, sis,
can you cash at me one hundred dollars, your words
should say I ain't got it. Why am I saying that?

Because we don't want to be the lender to the bomb,
they don't know the strategy to create. Well, we're only
creating a vicious cycle for them to say, well, I
can go to Paul, I can go to doctor Rock
saying she's gonna give me two hundred dollars. Well, I
gave it to you. But what you do with it? Right? Yeah?

is because God said I need for you to empower

people have abused the privilege. Get you everything else, get

you're going to do. We got a solution and strategy
for that too. People going to the doctors. I go
to doctors every three months, so I don't need what

my job is giving me and paying and producing from
saying that to say, if you're sick, you got to
have a plan in place, because once you get sick,
oh Jesus's broke you cancer, whatever, you are no longer
able to get benefits. Not the way you can't. You

got to wait five years like I had to do.
But now because I have the ability to produce, get
and create wealth, this is what I did. Set up.
I set up my willing trust. I made sure that
I have insurance outside of my job. I set up
my money market account to make sure that I'm popping money.

Every time that I produce something, I'm like, oh, I'll
need to go mom by hair and makeup and all
this stuff. Money rounds is full. I need nothing. And
you got to learn how to live with less than
what you had last year. What I mean by that,
Doctor Paula. The clothes that are on your back, learn
how to circulate them. Take get you a basic black jacket,

Get some color in your wardrobe. Go to the pink sale.
Record to a five dollar blouse that normally would cost
fifty dollars, and put it in your repertoire so that
when you go out somewhere, you're always looking good. Did
you need to have things that you need? Do it
within your means. A budget means nothing if you're not

going to stick to it. I can't stand that word budget.
You know why, because the budget comes strict you. What's
your budget? Oh? I don't operate in budget. I operate
in kingdom, Prince of Bulls. Yes. Yes, God gives me
the power to produce, get and create wealth. And I'll

say it again for those who just might be law
joining us or listening to the root play. Because I
needed to know the how, how do I do it,
why should I do it? When should I do it?
And what do I have in my hands to produce
the wealth? We all are missionaries on this call. God's
given us a vision, he says, write the vision down

and make a plane. Did you write your vision down?
I did. God told me to go back, go back
to what was working. See you jump shit because you
were afraid to go out and do what I said do.
But once you followed my blueprint, everything began to fall
into place. He will connect you with the right people

that need to be in your life. Because here's the thing.
We as women, we can be our worst ally or
our best friend. I can run, raise my hand on
my left hand and tell you who my friends are
I have a lot of associates. Yeah, I got six
point one case following on Facebook. That don't mean nothing

because if I'm not interacting with them and tell them
about the wealth transfer. But I'm gonna keep on posting
and keep on writing what I write. If you see
my Facebook page, you will see I don't write anything
on there unless it's encouraging someone to get to the
next level. That's it. That's it. It's more important than that.

Then I want to leave my family n PA to
come to Atlanta. Absolutely not. But God said go, So
I went. And if I had not come here, I
came for one reason that God opened up a door
for something else that go, that goes. And what I

can tell you, yes, is that the people that I'm
connected to, I said, I pray the prayer and those
of you who are listening to do the same thing. Lord,
connect me with Kingdom minded women. I'm on a prayer
call every day seven thirty in the morning. False women pray.
These are womenpreneurs, kingdompreneurs, leaders you know in the church,

and we just pray from the book False Women Pray.
I have it on kindle and every single thing that
they talk about on this prayer call is kingdom minded?
And before that, I'm going to six they m call
with my church. Now they they they might not teach
these kingdom principles about money, but they're teaching you how

to stay rooted and grounded. We got to stay in position.
We can't go over here and do what the world says.
If somebody invites me to an event, Pastor Paula, I
wave to us and I say, they want me to
come to Texas. This don't look like a kingdom minded event.

And they do know I'm gonna talk about God when
I get there, right, don't be gasted me to folk no.

And that I have declined that's right, and I know

And we got to get right, and we got to
get in sync with thinking that church folks don't need
to get paid or did I say that I loud?
He is when I want to understand and make it
clear about that. We know that a prophet is not
honored in their own land. And I've done things for

family and family, friends or whatever. I'm not worried about
that because God takes care of me. He has never
ever not taken care of his daughter. We get out
of sync because we don't have the strategy to succeed.
So in this season, when you see me on a poster,
I'm saying to the host, is your church hosting this

or you doing it as a ministry leader? That's my
first question. Whatever their answer is, okay, I need for
you to take care of my airfare and my own dog.
I'm not looking for or free will offer it. That's
you know, if you feel led to do that. I'm
not coming for the money. I'm coming to teach Kingdom principles.

So you have to be willing to bring me and
honor me as one of God's servants to make sure
that you're taking care of me. And you definitely got
to feed me. I don't play with that. I don't
speak until after an event, and I can tell you
my last event. I said, everybody, they can never say

that they came to my conference and they didn't get fed.
They woke up to a full fled breakfast, coffee, tea buffet,
all you can eat, and even then because it was free,
they don't know. I had to pay for it in
my package, but it was free to my speakers. It
was free to the people that came and it costly

stuffing to do it, but I wanting to put my
best foot forward to make sure that my people will remember.
Oh I might not ain't good On Friday, the Faday morning,
I ate good. I had a good run and I
got on the road with the full belly. That's it.

And it's not always a thing as that. You know,
it takes money.

the power to produce and get well. God gives it

decree that even if the weapon formed, it shall not
prosper because, Father, when you're taking your daughters and your
sons to yet another level, they must understand that they
will be under a spiritual attack, and when they get weary,

to be in position to receive where you have. For Father,
I declare and decree that on tonight, your sons, in
order to hear you through my voice, they will sink
you diligently, and they will understand that every scripture that

and their minds. Father will be asked you to heal
every woman, every man who has been run amuck, who

telling what He can do in you and through you.

government job. Well, it's been up and down, in and out.
Our whole team, probation and employees got let go. Now
they want us to come back. Now they're saying, wait,

come back. And you're on paid administry to leave and
all that. I'm not going to talk about politics. And
what I am going to talk about is financial freedom.
I never came and I would be on this path.

because a lot of people don't understand the power that
is in wealth. And I had to read a scripture
that the Lord gave me, and I'm gonna tell you
what's going on. He gave me Deuteronomy eight eighteen. Now

we've read it and we try to take it out
and took out the words that we want to be there.
But it simply says, God gives you the ability to
produce wealth. He's able giving to you. Come on now. Yeah.
And those who have wealth, we don't know how they

got it. They might have attained it by ill gained.
But we as Christian women and Christian men, we must
follow the blueprint that God has for us. So y
stay is what's going on? Financial freedom? And here's a
reason why. What is financial freedom? Again? Never thought I

would talk about it, but here we are financial freedom
Doctor Paula apostle. Paula is having more than enough income, savings,
investments to live the life that you desire to live.
And I can no longer be on a roller coaster ride.

One man, I'm getting to paycheck next minute. I'm not.
I'm going to build and produce my own Well. Ye
put a figure in the atmosphere like a lot of
you need to do. Kingdom leaders leading a church of
people who are broken, leading a church of believers that

don't believe that they need to put ten percent of
the tithe back into church. I don't know why I
said that, but I did more Importantly, if you handle
God's business, He's gonna handle yours. He's gonna put it
in your hand and it's up to you what you're

So when I say power, I used to do a
radio show when I was in Pennsylvania Sisters in Charge,

in charge. Because we don't think like the world. They
not like us, we not like them. This is not that,

it is not. So we must really begin to speak
to our people. They need healing. They're losing your jobs
and leaps and bounds the price of eggs. I refuse
to buy them because they're coming up in price. We
need to learn how to be full google savors of

our income and build seven rames. How about eight? Yes,
we cannot sit back. We can no longer rely on
a paycheck. Jesus. There's a saying that says for a song,
Doctor Paul says, Jesus paid it all all, then I

owe and I'm just flowing on today. He paid it.
Oh so if he paid it all and he gave
it to us to get he said, I'm gonna put
it in your hand. It's up to you what you
do with it. Me Jesus was wealthy, not because he
had a lot of money, but his wealth was in

producing disciples. Oh Lord Jesus, that could go away there
and begin to proclaim what Matthew twenty eight eighteen says go.
That's the first word. Go what you do? So, sitting
there when he told you to go, yep, I'm gonna
put a pin right there. The go Where am I gone? Lord?

He said, don't worry about it, just follow where I
tell you to go. He might send you to Africa.
He might send you to Gania. He might send you
to the A t the l he might send you
to Pa. Wherever he sends you, he says, go. And
I guarantee you when it comes to this financial freedom,
when you go and your obedient to what God says

do is the go, you will be prosperous. But we
can't sit here and pray the Oh Lord, I need
a million dollars. Well, you get the million dollars, but
do you know what to do with it? Once you
get the wealth? You still have you blueprint, the blueprint
on how to make sure that you keep the wealth

They don't even know if they have good credit or
bad credit. They don't know. All they know is that
they fell in love and they want to get married. Okay,

that I ask people, are you equally yoked? And they
look at me like I'm crazy. Oh, so you don't
get yoked up with an unequally joked man. He don't
have a plan, there's no credit in place, his credit
jacked up, which is gonna make your credit jacked up.

say it. But I'm sad. I have to say, let's

get back to the go. He gives you the power
to get, produce and create. Well, if you're walking in
a relationship that is not producing, my lord, joy, oh joy,

unspeakable joy. Is marriage always going to be rich and
always going to be on the same page to know?
But you got to know what you're getting into before
you get into it. If the Holy Spirit says go
and then all of a sudden you meet someone and
they say, hold back, pull back the rains. I need
for you to just be my wife. What does that mean,

stay there, don't go on first. And I'm talking to
the men tonight the same thing. Now, my children are
married already. But if I was talking to a young
couple in their thirties like my children or whatever, again,

I ask them, are you equally guilt? What you got
going on? What your how do your finances look? Are
you able to get married? Because people will go out
and get a loan to get married, and the marriage don't, Mary,
You know why because they never asked the hard questions.
If you consider yourself a kingdom daughter, a Kingdom son,

power principles and follow the blueprints that God has for

If you take a measuring cup, and you know, Grandma

don't today. But however, if you're using a measuring cup
as illustration, as a matter of fact, I've got a
measuring cup right here in my office, we're not a
measuring cup. And that's a cup. And the cup says,

I can fill up this cup till it's overflowing. But

if God said I need you to fill the cup
up halfway, and your spouse or your significant others says, no,
I want to fill the cup up all the way.
They're the overrun. Well, then you're unequal to guil because
you're not in agreement. That's the word. You're not in
agreement of the biblical principles that God has for your life.
You've got to be in agreement. And it's not to

say that we're always going to agree. Sometimes we will disagree,
and that's a good thing. I want to fall in
love with somebody who is equally guilked with me, who
understands the true meaning of a godly marriage, and who
understands that I desire to be a wealthy wife, a

a garbage collector, well, I would first have to see
where his credit is, because he could be walking in wealth.
Simple because he's saving his money. What did I say,
whether his financial freedoms having more than enough in savings investments,

so you can live the life that you desire without
relying on a job, a job or a paycheck. Now,
I'm going to go a different way. Listen to the

saying the other day that said, you have money, not me,
per say, but to just talking to another person. You
have money, but you're not rich. Do you desire to

be rich or do you desire to be wealthy? When
you are wealthy, it means that you are leaving an
inheritance for your children and your children's children. When you
say I'm rich, word pitch. I don't have time to
go into it. There is a difference the same way
that there's a difference in good credit and bad credit

publicly or in a business. And a lot of our women,
especially that are ministers and leaders in the church or whatever,
they can't get off the ground with the vision that
God has given them simply because they are not fundable
according to the world standards. But God says, if you

follow my blueprint, I'm going to allow you to be
in business, but make sure that it's the Kingdom minded
business that you're teaching biblical principles. As a matter of fact,
I just launched Apostle Paula my Wellness Sight, because I
want people to be healed financially, especially if they're broken,

and they've come from a transitional relationship that was not
in sync that they were unequally yoked with the wrong person,
and now they need to be restored because we can't
restore someone, we can't restore the things in their life
that have been not in syncopation with God unless we
deal with the internal issues. So when God said bring

back sister's in charge, I'm like, oh, you got to
say yourself. Am I really in charge? What? Am I
in charge of? Am I in charge of my thoughts?

I in charge my destiny? Am I in charge of

my day? Am I going to allow the enemy to
keep on taking me back from something God has already

from those biblical principles, you will not prosper So what
is prosperity? Look it up again? What is your definition

We're even going to sleep, what we're going to do
from day to day. He was following what his father

things of the world. That will never produce any fruit.
But if you're faithful over the things that God puts
in your hand to do, you will become prosperous. You

and over again so people get it because a lot
of times we go into business, we don't have the
sound business model. I'm coming from a kingdom mentality. I
refuse to be in a business, but that with someone

or somebody on my teen who is not kingdom mind,
because I'm not going to do things the way that
the world does.

need to know his story, meaning God's story. He walked
on the earth, what he did while he was here

on us. So that we can create and get the

ain't clean, you're gonna step into arena with an unclean person.

And I'm gonna I have in the back of the
T shirt he gives me the power to produce well

our Yes, Lord, Amen, look at the word deuce. A
woman produces a baby in nine months, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
My baby's never went to full term, so I had
to you know that when he gives me a baby

to birth, it has to at least goes through the
process of that nine months. Because here's what I needed
to explain. When he gives you the power. He's not
saying I'm gonna give it to you instantaneously. You got
to put in the work, Yes, Lord, dates without works

looking at people that are talking about financial wealth in
as soon as the organs of this world and this
one and that one, and you could go all over
the places. But if you don't have a blueprint, that's

Right, So what's the break absent the blueprint is simply
this again, kingdom strategies. So I'm going to use an example.
I use my own example. I am about to open
up within the next nine months Mayor Brown Leadership Institute.
It's an institution it will be a cohort and you

can go online and learn this blueprint. So when I
roll out the blueprint, all the classes will be lined
up with giving you answers and those strategies that you
need to succeed. And you've got to follow what I
tell you to do. I'm gonna give the homework and
you're gonna come back and talk back to me, and
you're gonna tell me what you got from that. Because again,

a lot of times, Okay, I'm gonna go here. I
cannot do this institution without God. That's part of the strategy,
all right. So but going to a bank unprepared and
I say, oh, I need fifty thousand dollars to open
up this academy so that my people can be certified,

I can pay my trainers or whatever. And the bank
looks at my personal credit. This is a strategy and
they say, oh, you're not thinkable yee hing. People that
don't look like us, they use OZERPM other people's money
(27:44):
to get what they need. That's why they are wealthy
er than us. But guess what God is about to
change it around because the strategy that he has is
that the wealth transfer is about to happen. But if
you are not in position for the kingdom transfer, you're
going to be behind. Our people perished because of lack
(28:08):
of knowledge, that love strategy. Careful, that's it right there.
They lack it. You know why they lack it is
they're not willing to sit down and listen to somebody
who's been there, done that. And I'm going to share this.
This is a person testimony about I must say, twenty
years ago I was blessed. Well, it wasn't really a blessing,
(28:30):
it was what was owed to me. Received some funds
from a car accident that I was in that basically
left me walking with the kne Girl, I've been through
it all. However, when I got the money, if I
would have had these strategies and these kingdom principles in place,
rather than blow the money and give it away whatever,
I would have kept it in my story, put it

in my savings account and let it grow. Because see em,
I talked to somebody just yesterday and like, oh, you
need to get into this. You need to get into that.
Don't see God in that, Because God, when he gives
you a strategy, he's going to tell you where to
put the money. He's going to align you people who
have already done it. And I can honestly say I

have been blessed Apostle Paula with wonderful mentors that are
already wealthy. And I'm talking about black African American women
and I'm going watering Marlene Stocks, Marcella Moulin, Williams, doctor
Michelle Coefort, doctor Sonya ham get who The strategy. What

they had was to follow the blueprint that God put
in front of them. The strategy is if you are
trying your best. Let me rephrase that, if you are
giving your best to produce wealth the way that God
says that you're going to get back to ten percent
to the church. Once you make your money, you're going

to pour it into your community. You can do a
workshop to teach the people in our communities who don't
know what to do. And then when you say, okay,
your credit's good, I'm talking about your personal credit. Now
you can go and you don't even need a bank anymore,
because we are in the what they call the fintech industry,
in which you can basically apply for business funding online.

The only time you need to go into a bank
is if you got a bank account with them, and
you need to go into transfer money from your checking
to your saving whatever when they see those zeros behind
your name or they gonna give you the money that
you need and you're going to know what you qualify
for because that is one of the strategies and the

principles that I'm going to teach in this academy. And
I answer that answered your question.

Yes, Yes, that's power there. That's power right there because
most exactly they don't know, they don't And it starts
with the foundation, the beginning, from the beginning, right as
God can say, oh to his people, you know you
have to it starts with me first and foremost. And
you know, once you get that knowledge and you've got that,

then he can take you on, like you said, writing
that vision. But he's going to help him to make
it plain.

lock arms with people who get it, because everybody is
not going to get it because there's still listen. Social
media is a great pull for us to connect with people.
But I'm in groups where they are Kingdom minded people.

I'm not going over to the ratchet group with their
person and and doing crazy looking videos. Oh, I can't
put that in my ear gates, my eyegates. I can't
put that in my soul. Soul about I think back
in twenty twelve, I did an event Pastor Paula down

in the Eastern Park. I forget the name of the park,
and it was the Power Connection. And what I did
was invite people from the Poconos, which is I think
of how I met you. The Poconos, Allentown, Bethlehem, New York,

Philadelphia name it. And my pastor was amazed by how
I got all these people together. I said, well, Pastor,
I do outreach. This this is my baby. I learned
how to go out into the streets. We got to
take the words to the streets. And he takes getting
a postcard and hand them out at the place that

wall shop, Walmart. We still boy called Taja. So the
Lord that I hoop all those places and just leave
your card and somebody will pick it up. Because that's
another strategy. We think that it don't work when we're
a walking billboard. We don't have to pay two thousand
dollars to be on somebody's billboard. But if you are
(33:22):
being walking billboard, that's it. And you got another T
shirt that says, I help strangers build wealth. Really so
the Berkeley down the street might be a stranger, right,
but at the end of the day, hey, I invite
them to come into my class. As a matter of fact,
you can take the first class free. Then you got to,
(33:44):
you know, follow the blueprint because you know, nothing in
this world is free anymore. Now to make it where
my people cannot afford to be a part of this institution,
and you got to be willing to sacrifice. And you're
gonna wear red bottoms, going to buy a Louver tom
bag or do you want fifty thousand dollars in the bank.

And I'm gonna give you this strategy, this principle. If
you are working in nine to five right now, like
ninety five percent of people listing on the call tonight,
are I encourage you to put away Let's start out
the fall. Five percent of your paycheck into your statement
account and don't touch it for a year. Let's say

it's fifty dollars, right, fifty times twelve might have five
hundred and twenty. But if you increase that amount instead
of worrying about you know, well I got to do this,
I got to go over here. You'll be able to
go on vacation, You'll be able to do what you
need to do. But when people say to you, hey, sis,
can you cash at me one hundred dollars, your words
should say I ain't got it. Why am I saying that?

Because we don't want to be the lender to the bomb,
they don't know the strategy to create. Well, we're only
creating a vicious cycle for them to say, well, I
can go to Paul, I can go to doctor Rock
saying she's gonna give me two hundred dollars. Well, I
gave it to you. But what you do with it? Right? Yeah?

That so, yes, I don't have the cash after cown.
I do, but it's all lockdown. And the reason why
is because God said I need for you to empower
my people. Say I need for you to empower my people,

people have abused the privilege. Get you everything else, get

you're going to do. We got a solution and strategy
for that too. People going to the doctors. I go
to doctors every three months, so I don't need what

my job is giving me and paying and producing from
saying that to say, if you're sick, you got to
have a plan in place, because once you get sick,
oh Jesus's broke you cancer, whatever, you are no longer
able to get benefits. Not the way you can't. You

got to wait five years like I had to do.
But now because I have the ability to produce, get
and create wealth, this is what I did. Set up.
I set up my willing trust. I made sure that
I have insurance outside of my job. I set up
my money market account to make sure that I'm popping money.

Every time that I produce something, I'm like, oh, I'll
need to go mom by hair and makeup and all
this stuff. Money rounds is full. I need nothing. And
you got to learn how to live with less than
what you had last year. What I mean by that,
Doctor Paula. The clothes that are on your back, learn
how to circulate them. Take get you a basic black jacket,

Get some color in your wardrobe. Go to the pink sale.
Record to a five dollar blouse that normally would cost
fifty dollars, and put it in your repertoire so that
when you go out somewhere, you're always looking good. Did
you need to have things that you need? Do it
within your means. A budget means nothing if you're not

going to stick to it. I can't stand that word budget.
You know why, because the budget comes strict you. What's
your budget? Oh? I don't operate in budget. I operate
in kingdom, Prince of Bulls. Yes. Yes, God gives me
the power to produce, get and create wealth. And I'll

say it again for those who just might be law
joining us or listening to the root play. Because I
needed to know the how, how do I do it,
why should I do it? When should I do it?
And what do I have in my hands to produce
the wealth? We all are missionaries on this call. God's
given us a vision, he says, write the vision down

and make a plane. Did you write your vision down?
I did. God told me to go back, go back
to what was working. See you jump shit because you
were afraid to go out and do what I said do.
But once you followed my blueprint, everything began to fall
into place. He will connect you with the right people

that need to be in your life. Because here's the thing.
We as women, we can be our worst ally or
our best friend. I can run, raise my hand on
my left hand and tell you who my friends are
I have a lot of associates. Yeah, I got six

because if I'm not interacting with them and tell them
about the wealth transfer. But I'm gonna keep on posting

they talk about on this prayer call is kingdom minded?

with my church. Now they they they might not teach
these kingdom principles about money, but they're teaching you how

to stay rooted and grounded. We got to stay in position.
We can't go over here and do what the world says.
If somebody invites me to an event, Pastor Paula, I
wave to us and I say, they want me to
come to Texas. This don't look like a kingdom minded event.

get in sync with thinking that church folks don't need

clear about that. We know that a prophet is not

that because God takes care of me. He has never
ever not taken care of his daughter. We get out
of sync because we don't have the strategy to succeed.
So in this season, when you see me on a poster,
I'm saying to the host, is your church hosting this

or you doing it as a ministry leader? That's my
first question. Whatever their answer is, okay, I need for
you to take care of my airfare and my own dog.
I'm not looking for or free will offer it. That's
you know, if you feel led to do that. I'm
not coming for the money. I'm coming to teach Kingdom principles.

So you have to be willing to bring me and
honor me as one of God's servants to make sure
that you're taking care of me. And you definitely got
to feed me. I don't play with that. I don't
speak until after an event, and I can tell you
my last event. I said, everybody, they can never say

that they came to my conference and they didn't get fed.
They woke up to a full fled breakfast, coffee, tea buffet,
all you can eat, and even then because it was free,
they don't know. I had to pay for it in
my package, but it was free to my speakers. It
was free to the people that came and it costly

stuffing to do it, but I wanting to put my
best foot forward to make sure that my people will remember.
Oh I might not ain't good On Friday, the Faday morning,
I ate good. I had a good run and I
got on the road with the full belly. That's it.
