kinds of things for the events, curation, she does management,
administration services, she just does it all, you know, said

(03:29):

wonderful woman of God. Tanisha Durrant is coming on this line.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
I don't know if she did now, but I'm telling
you she bringing her some power with us.

Speaker 6 (03:44):
Hey girl, what's going on sense on this level?

Speaker 5 (03:47):
How you feeling tonight?

Speaker 7 (03:49):
I am great better now that I hear your wonderful voice.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
How you knowing?

Speaker 7 (03:56):
I'm so glady here. Oh, I'm so blad to have
you here.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
You know, it's just been a rough day to day,
was hot and all that cool stuff. Yeah, that he
is here.

Speaker 7 (04:08):
It is a rhyme, but I definitely you know, with
the show, we always talk about the test that we
go through to take us to our testimony. But on today,
I'd like to ask the question I asked most of
my guests, and that is how did it begin for you?

Speaker 5 (04:24):
You know? And we effectually call you tay, So I'm
going to do that right now. What what do like?
How did it begin? You know, everybody has.

Speaker 7 (04:34):
This start and again you know, some people go way back,
some people just started a couple of years back.

Speaker 5 (04:39):
How did it begin for you?

Speaker 7 (04:40):
This walk that you have in your ministry?

Speaker 5 (04:44):
All right? So, first of all, hey, everybody, thank you
so much for tuning in. I'm so excited to be
here with you tonight. It started with me, honestly in
the church. My dad is a past us. So I've
been a PK. I'm thirty seven. Now, I've been a
PK since I was thirty three. Fuck me for thirty
Excuse me? Well it started in the church as a creative,

(05:05):
and more specifically, as a music creative. I know what
it feels like to have powerful ideas but no real
support system to bring it to life. And my dreams
fell apart not because they lacked potential, but because of
for management, lack of resources, and no real guidance. So

(05:25):
that experience gave me a passion for creating the kind
of structure I wish I had. Right, So my journey
through music and entrepreneurship taught me that talent alone isn't enough.
Creatives neat access, creatives neat strategy, and creatives neat support.
And so that's where behind the dream I LOFs and
married to music both come into play.

Speaker 7 (05:48):
Okay, yeah, because I definitely know what you're saying, because
you know, as entertained as a singer, you know it's
oftentimes it's hard to find people that you can rely
on and that can guide you in a proper way.
And I've been down that road. Uh, you know, hitting miss,
you know, not having quality management and that kind of thing. Well,
I got to ask you, because this is what you

(06:09):
are doing, and you're you're guiding people, So so what
would you start off with? It's taking me for example,
you know someone that doesn't know the business. You know,
they struggling, you know, trying to get their thing together.
What would you do in a case like that for
someone who's just starting out.

Speaker 5 (06:27):
In the business. So for me, I always do my
own evaluation. So I just listened to the artists, the
pastor the leader, whoever I'm representing that moment, and I
tell them just we're gonna we have a few moments
just talk. I don't care if you think it sounds crazy.
I just want to hear what's on your heart, what's
on your mind, and let me make sense of it.

(06:47):
So that's always where I sorry. I listen for what's
on their heart and try to devend them a plan
and the strategy. As they're literally talking. God would give
me some, you know, some points to focus on to
help that particular person their particular gifts grow. And So
because the thing is, I really can't handle anybody the same.

(07:07):
I can't handle you the same way I'll handle another artist,
or the same way i'd handle a pastor, because everybody's
struggle point is different, and so when I do, first
of all, I listen to what they need, and then
I come in, here's how we're gonna fix that. Here's
what we're gonna do. Here are the resources we need
to tap into the make it happen for you. I
always ask, and I'm gonna tell the truth. And everybody

(07:29):
who is an independent artist on here are creative. Anybody
but an idea, you need money for that idea, especially
if you go on an independent route. So that's usually
my second point, how are we financing this this idea?
Where's the money coming from for this idea? Because unfortunately
a lot of people have big ideas, but they don't
have big budgets, and what they want to do is

(07:51):
gonna cost money. And I've seen creatives lose hope in
their dreams and their visions simply because they couldn't afford
with it. So my thing is, we don't have to
jump right into it if you don't have the money.
Let's create a strategy. Let's make a plan so we
can get the money, so then we can do what
you have to do it and do it the right way,
because we don't want to put out trash into the earth.

(08:13):
God gave you this gift. God gave you this call.
We're gonna make it, and we're gonna put it out
in an excellent way. And I think that's what a
lot of people are lacking, like they just want to
rush to do it, so they don't. You know, sometimes
it's poor quality, or they didn't take time to get
proper production or the right background singers. It's so many
different things that go into putting out a nice project,

(08:33):
and it's just a matter of having the right people
and the right coin in place. So even if you
don't have it, how can I help you get it?
What's the post? How are we going to fix this'
that's behind the dreams? No dreams, let's behind nobody. Nobody
comes to me with an idea and we don't make
it happen. M praise God. That's a word right there.

Speaker 7 (08:55):
That's a word right because I'm trying to tell you,
you know, most times we don't have the money, we
don't have the budget. Let's be real, let's keep it
right there. So my thing is that what kind of
what would you, uh, what kind of ideas would you
spearhead just out of what you've done before? Of course
everybody's telling differently, but what kind of things would you

(09:15):
put together to help someone who doesn't have the money.

Speaker 5 (09:19):
So maybe we need to tap into a fund. Maybe
we need to put together a fundraiser in which we
have done. Maybe we need to put together a crowdfunding
campaign in which we have done. Maybe I need to
help you start small. Let's create some content for people.
First of all, know who you are and what it
is that you have to present to the world, because

(09:41):
that's what all the problems. It's a lot of right
they say that they're doing this, but we don't know you,
and it's no disrespect but you, now, especially in this generation,
in this world, you're gonna have to have some videos.
Let the people see what you're doing so they to
believe in what you're doing, and so is what you're
doing right. Let's get you some merchandise. Let your merchandise
work hand in hand with tran vision. It's so many

(10:02):
different things that can be done. There are people that
I've seen tap into lines of credit from their bank.
What what are we gonna do and if you do
something like that, how do I make it multiply right?
Because I want to make sure our relationship makes sense
to you. I don't want you in this relationship struggling.
I don't want you in the middle of your dream struggling.

(10:24):
So we've done We've done concerts, we've done promo, we've done,
like I said, some social media management because sometimes that's
all it is. Let's just get you out in front
of the people. And that list goes on. We've sold
T shirts, we've made teas, We've done a lot, and
it even helps with popcorn fundraisers. All about all we

(10:51):
did it though, tends on who it is. We did it,
we did it and it has you know, so it
just depends on who we're working with and who the
target audience is, right, right, well, you know that's right.
We definitely have to stay focused on.

Speaker 7 (11:06):
But see that it's just a blessing how you you're
putting to putting it together on this call, because it's
like a lot of times, you know, artists want to
do stuff or or like you said, ministry period, no
matter what, they want to start on something, but they
don't they really don't have the budget and for my
thing is that you're taking people on, but you're not
just taking them on asking them for money. I get

(11:28):
sick of that girl. You know what I'm saying, where
they just want the money. It's all about the money,
you know what I'm saying. And that's cool because everybody
needs to get paid. I truly understand that. But what
you're doing, you know, what, what are you going to
do in the back? Are you around trying to make
it happen, make it come right? You know what I'm saying,
because we you know, otherwise you're just spending your money.

Speaker 5 (11:48):
They're supposed to.

Speaker 7 (11:48):
Be in your home right, you know.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
And I can attest to that.

Speaker 7 (11:51):
And you always lose it out on money and it
should be you know, to pay a bill or whatever.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (11:56):
You pinch, and you pinch. I said, I know listen,
I know, says I know folks that are has lost
their house based on this, so you know, listen, so
to know that you are going to help to literally
help them to make that money so that they're not
touching on what they need to live with, you see
what I'm saying. And a lot of folk they bring

(12:17):
you on and they don't care about that.

Speaker 5 (12:19):
Well, how you eat is on you. You know what
I'm saying. I just know that this is gonna this
is gonna cost you one thousand dollars right here.

Speaker 7 (12:25):
You know it's a blessing. And that's why I know
yours is ministry driven, because how can you help God's
people and you're putting them in a hole?

Speaker 5 (12:34):
God said no debt, no debt.

Speaker 7 (12:36):
You know what I'm saying, I know where why people
lose that at at that's in the Bible.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
It's blatant, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (12:43):
So you're not trying to give them something that they
can't handle, and even if they can't handle it, you're
willing to work with them to strive to get that.

Speaker 5 (12:53):
Oh my gosh, what a blessing. Listener, you are being
blessed because the ain't nobody talking like this. I don't know,
nobody just.

Speaker 7 (13:01):
Talk about everybody like give me, give me, give me.
But you know, some people just ain't got it in
them to, you know, to go the distance. And that's
what you need when you're starting out. And I just God,
I know, listen, I gotta test. I gotta test to
this chick, right here. Let me tell you this stuff,
you know, and I mean it blatantly, like she took
pictures of mine and made them like I didn't even

(13:23):
know who I was when I looked at the picture
after you.

Speaker 5 (13:27):
Yeah, I was like, I don't look out there. You know,
the fire you create man or amaze even yours.

Speaker 7 (13:34):
I find myself looking at you, and you know, I'm like,
she got this fly it it's just so gorgeous, Like
you know, I just comply put it up on.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
My page because it popped, you know.

Speaker 7 (13:44):
And that's what and that's what you and I understand
that's what you mean by when you say you need
to take what you have and you're gonna take.

Speaker 5 (13:51):
It to another level. Might be a little money, you know,
because it wasn't free. I had to pay. But boy,
when you set the back out like girl, you do
it off my pictures, all of them, you know.

Speaker 7 (14:01):
And I'm burying about that, you know, But no, it's
such a it's such a blessing. Who let me let
me ask you a questions. Someone in in ministry but
not in song entertainment or whatever. How would you work
a pastor who's just starting out and they need to
get what kind of things would you offer to them

(14:23):
that would assist them in taking their church or their
ministry you know via you know, uh to the next level,
you know, because a lot of times you don't hear
that side of it. You just hear about a church
opening up. Right, we got a church, you know, but
no one knows the ins and outs. How would you
take a church that maybe even struggling?

Speaker 5 (14:41):
Right, what would you like?

Speaker 7 (14:43):
How would you lead them through this?

Speaker 5 (14:46):
So honestly, like I said earlier, it started with me
and the church. So I represent a couple of pastors,
and my father was my first client. Right, We've seen
abundant days and we've seen terrible days, and so I
had the honor and the pleasure. I guess I didn't

(15:07):
feel it in the moment, but I see it's benefits
now of watching ministry in good times and dad, if
that makes any sense. And so the pastors that I
get to assist now it's the same thing like I serve,
and I serve them from that place. So again it's
the same strategy. Like I said to you earlier, let
me hear out what do you want to do. Let's

(15:28):
set it up. Here's how we're gonna fix it. Here's
how we're gonna get you from point A to point B.
That's that's where we come in, my entire team, myself
and my team. How let me hear what you need
and then let's let's provide that that support in that way.
And so some pastors it's just simply somebody to control
their social media page. Sometimes it's somebody to manage their books.

(15:51):
It's someone to manage their emails and their communication with
the public because they don't do well communicating. They need
time to write their sermons. And so that's where i'm
a dream comes in all the time. We do so
many things. I can't even give you the list because
if they can come to me with almost anything and
we'll be able to help them. And that seriously, that's serious.

(16:14):
I have about six pastors currentment that I represent pastors
six different churches. We help with conferences. We've helped provide
staffing for major events because maybe they're titn't have enough,
they'll bring my team in to actually work the event
through registration. I'm telling you all anything.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
So it's anything wow wow, and that I mean, that's
the tall orders I'll trying to tell you I would
recalling you after this show, just no, I've got I've
go go, because if you versus talent like that, then
use who I need to be with. I mean seriously,
because oftentimes as people in ministry or or just business

(16:58):
right and especially God's business, you know, we wearing a
lot of hats and the same time, that could get overwhelming.
I'm telling you, I'm overwhelmed and I and.

Speaker 5 (17:08):
I ain't getting no younger. See, I'm old sister. So
I'm trying.

Speaker 7 (17:11):
I'm like trying to keep the faculties, trying to keep
them faculties.

Speaker 5 (17:15):
Together, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (17:17):
So I need most times, I need organization, you know
what I'm saying, because not because.

Speaker 5 (17:22):
Overwhelming, right, it's just overwhelming, you know.

Speaker 7 (17:27):
But yeah, so you got people listening that that really
are going to need this, you know, this kind of attention,
you know, and and you for you to have so
many clients, right and you still can offer people this
kind of attention you know, and and and being right
on it, that's just such a commendable thing. I'm telling you.

(17:49):
Everybody cannot do this. So it's just nice to know
that I have someone on the platform because you know,
people come on the show and they have their groundated
one thing or another. Every not everybody is versatile, and
that's okay.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
You know, that's okay. You you you should be strong
in your in your calling. Hello. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (18:08):
But you know when you have someone like me, I
have like multi ti man, I got so much stuff
going on, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (18:15):
And God is just throwing at me. I know you
can handle it. Boom, here you go. You know, here's
some more you know, and and there's something about that. Yes, right,
people don't talk about it. I'm talking about it. This myth. Yeah.
When you say yes baby, and you gonna give you
some more, right, that's not so.

Speaker 7 (18:30):
I was just saying, you know then this is this
is really good to know that you're an organization that
deals with multitasking and you on it. You know what
I'm saying, And you're doing it.

Speaker 5 (18:40):
You know what I'm saying. Boy alone that.

Speaker 7 (18:43):
That's what I'm gonna ask you about your crew. They
just got a crew, you know, and it's a whole
that ain't so yes, so tell me about your team
because that's important. A lot of people they do this
and they only it's only them, you know what I'm saying.
Most ministry just one person. Oh, it's just me and
maybe my kids, you know, enjoining it or whatever.

Speaker 5 (19:01):
What's your team? Like, the majority of us are satisfied
project managers, and we just happen to go to church, right,
So professionally we're study for our project managers. But we
grew up or we no church, and so it comes
natural to us. I also have a social media manager,
I have my own. I have two assistants on my

(19:23):
own because it's a lot to manage and we get
to have done together. Behind the dream. We will make
it happen. Now, we'll make it happen. And I'll never
take the credit from my amazing, amazing team because we
all do it together. We all do it together.

Speaker 7 (19:41):
Well, it's a blessing to hear you, like I said,
speak about teams, because like a lot of folks that
come on here and they'll talk about the team, they
don't talk speak about the team, you know, and I
mean seriously, you know, I mean I love them coming
on a platform, but sometimes you know, give kudos the
people that are teaming up.

Speaker 5 (19:56):
With you and doing what you need to do. You've
done that your dad to you, right, you know what
I'm saying. Some people you know, so it's a blessing.

Speaker 7 (20:03):
It's a blessing to know that you got a group
that's doing that. And that's that explains why stuff is
happening because they're they're doing the same kind of things
that you know to do. Y'all are sitting together, come
into grips with what you know each person needs, and
you know you're assigning you know, position and that, and
that keeps.

Speaker 5 (20:21):
A lot off of you. I don't know who the
one did my flyer, but that year did the flyer.
I just had to squeeze that in. You know what
I'm saying, work, make the dream work. Girl. But I'm
so glad. I gotta do is go to you.

Speaker 7 (20:36):
I gotta go to you.

Speaker 5 (20:38):
I blood god man, I appreciate it.

Speaker 7 (20:40):
Listen, I'm gonna always go back to the flyers and
the pictures.

Speaker 5 (20:44):
Girl, you did your thing. I look so good.

Speaker 7 (20:47):
I'm looking at myself and I just put put put
the picture up and just look at it.

Speaker 5 (20:51):
You know what I'm saying, Because it was easy to
do so much for everything that she's done.

Speaker 7 (20:59):
So you you do you there's the tell me all
the aspects because I don't want to assume anything.

Speaker 5 (21:05):
I gave you a little in the beginning.

Speaker 7 (21:07):
But I want you to really give everybody the time
and knowing what your organization does everything. You know what
I'm saying, because you said some things that I didn't
even mention in the beginning of this program.

Speaker 5 (21:20):
So let let the folks know exactly.

Speaker 7 (21:23):
Everything that not everything you know not detailed, but I'm
just saying for the most part, you know, you do
artists management, you do you know what I'm saying, advising
you know, like.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
What what do you do?

Speaker 1 (21:31):
What?

Speaker 7 (21:32):
What's your company about?

Speaker 5 (21:34):
Okay? So behind the dream LLC is a full service
project management agency and our demographic is artis and CEOs. Right,
So we specialize in event management and curation, administrative support,
booking management, and sometimes we do dabbling graphic design and

(21:57):
so that's where we thrive, like event management, inseration, that's
my favorite thing to do. But then we also, like
I said, we have some artists, phenomenal artists that we
have the pleasure of managing. We offer administrative support to businesses, organizations, leaders, visionaries, artists,
and and graphics. So whatever you need, Thank god. Wow, God,

(22:21):
so good and she's so humble about it. I love
it because God, I mean, that's a tall order. I'm
telling you you you definitely doing it, and you're doing
it really big. Can you can you? I mean with
people that you worked with? Uh?

Speaker 7 (22:37):
The question I would kind of want to ask is,
you know, I don't know if you've have you touched
on any established people that you could name, if that's
possible that you, you know, be a ministry or pastors
or anybody you just want to shout out as the
people that you've helped and in general, like where you

(22:58):
think that maybe you because again this is about tests, right,
so maybe something that might have been a little difficult
that you you thought was a difficult task.

Speaker 5 (23:06):
It doesn't even have to I wouldn't even.

Speaker 7 (23:08):
Have you put nobody out there as far as platform
of who the person is.

Speaker 5 (23:12):
But what would you what would you.

Speaker 7 (23:13):
Say is your hardest challenge being that y'all do everything.

Speaker 5 (23:20):
You want me to answer, you want me to answer
to which one you want me to answer hers? Or
because we all two questions. I just want to make sure.

Speaker 7 (23:29):
Yeah, I know because I kind of felt the way
because I didn't want you to have to you might
not have wanted to mention who the person is, but
if you do, feel free. God just led me to
go in the opposite direction and just saying, in general,
what was your most challenging.

Speaker 5 (23:42):
Yeah, hmm, I don't let me see most challenging. I'm
gonna put my brother on this spot. Right, it would
probably be my brother. His name is Redeemed. You guys,
if you've never heard of him, check him out. He
is a fano a gospel rapper artists and recently God

(24:04):
called him to pastor in Atlanta, and so he had
to back up and leave the family here but go
to Atlanta. And I just shared the video today because
he's doing so many wonderful things. But I only mentioned
him because he's my brother first, like my first best friend,

(24:25):
were only a year apart. So sometimes we you know,
our our relationship as siblings, you know, comes first and
then we're handling the business. So sometimes I guess the
struggle would be focusing on the work because we laugh,
why this, that and the third, But we have so

(24:46):
much work to do. It's like, bro, let's get back
on tack. Let's get back on task. So we're at
now where we set meeting times for when we want
to discuss business, and we don't talk about family, we
don't talk about our kids, we don't talk anything else.
But his artistry definitely follow him. He's one of the
pastors at Change Church Atlanta under Pastor Darius Daniel. He's

(25:10):
doing a phenomenal work over there as a pastor, but
he is also a rapper and he's coming out with
some material this year that I need you guys to
tap into. Wow, So just check out, you know while
I'm here, Kimmy Jenkins, Terry Kahn, Treasus T. Haynes, Johannah J.

Speaker 7 (25:54):
Bless God, Bless God. I'll tell you that that is
a word right there, because usually and it's so funny
because usually with family, I thought, y'all gonna say, we know,
we we we tussle and we fuss.

Speaker 5 (26:05):
All the time, you know, And that wasn't what you said.

Speaker 7 (26:09):
I just really went there because most times with siblings
or family is always you know, there's always an argument
a little, you know, and then that becomes a challenge,
and then you got to try to get work done.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
Know, y'all be loving on each other.

Speaker 7 (26:20):
Ain'men, that is such, that's such a word a word,
that's beautiful. And then you don't have a problem on
your platform letting folks know about them and you know,
and all the other wonderful people that's under your camp.

Speaker 5 (28:14):

Speaker 7 (28:20):
Amazing, because you said miss ran and then you went

because I just don't know how to get into all
of thousands different pages.

Speaker 5 (28:44):
So I'm yeah, we're gonna have to talk. Since we're
gonna have to talk.

Speaker 7 (28:48):
It is just such a beautiful, beautiful interview. And I
just thank you so much, so much for just coming
on and and and presenting what you do.

Speaker 5 (28:57):
But uh, again, we.

Speaker 7 (28:59):
Asked with the test right, you spoke about the challenge, right,
or some challenges that go through that I have taken
you to your testimony, and of course you have a walk.
Is there something that you are looking to do that
you may not have done and touched on yet, but
God is calling you to that thing.

Speaker 5 (29:20):
I'm going to be very honest, I am currently living
in the season that I've prayed for. So I'm going
to say at the moment, no, because I'm literally watching
God develop those things that I've prayed for for years
right before my eyes. And even now with everything that

(29:43):
I've just talked about, I'm back in school. I never
thought that would have happened. I never ever, I didn't
think I needed a traditional education. But God blessed me
in a way back in twenty twenty three, and now
here I am ninety years old, a sophomore in college,
but living my vest life like really enjoying and absorbing

(30:05):
the information. And so the answer to the question is no,
I just want God to continue to bless my organizations,
continue to bless those that are connected to my organization.
The ultimate dream for Behind, the ultimate goal for Behind
the Dream is to ignite one hundred thousand dreams. So
before I see the earth, that's what I want to do.

(30:28):
And so you know, please, when you tell somebody, that
tells somebody, it's just allowing us to fulfill purpose on earth.
And I'm really grateful for opportunities like this to share
what God has called me to. Bless God, Bless God.

Speaker 7 (30:45):
You know again, you know, I'm so blessed by this
interview because, like I said, it's just what the doctor ordered.
You know, the show is about bridging the gaps, right,
we have so many you know, bridging the gaps between
the communities of people, church and business. You understand at
one point we were together right and in time with

(31:08):
different things, and you know, administrations and different stuff that's
going on has divided us. So it's a blessing to
hear you speak on terms of coming together and bringing
everything full circle and bringing your family and your friends
and just coming on one accord to do what God
has called you to do. And I mean that so

(31:30):
so seriously. You don't get that oftentimes, and I just
bless God for your ministry. I bless God that he
just keeps on birthing more and more goodness through you,
because it's businesses like yours. And I felt that from
just the flyer that you presented, just the picture you
did for me.

Speaker 5 (31:49):
You know, it wasn't a.

Speaker 7 (31:50):
Heap of money that I gave, but what I got
empowered me the everything that's in me, because the pictures
that you put together for me with pictures that I
gave to you, but what you did with them is
amazing because I was able to utilize them.

Speaker 5 (32:07):
Pictures all the time.

Speaker 7 (32:08):
I know you look at my paty like you're using
it again, because it's just back that's what you're supposed
to do. No, listen, listen, No, I ain't saying that.
I'm just saying that, Yo, you will always need to
see me push these printures because there are amazing you
know what I'm saying, And you want to be looked at.

(32:28):
You want people to take you seriously, and you want
people to feel the intensity of the love that you
gave to them pictures because you didn't have to. You
could have been like all them other people that had
my prinjudics and didn't do nothing with them, you know.

Speaker 5 (32:44):
And I'm calling them out, you know what I'm saying, God, Yeah, yeah, yeah, Yeah,
that's what my show do. You know what I'm saying.
I'm gonna call them out. I ain't never gonna go
back to them, so they ain't gotta worry. I have.
But God, God led me, you know, to somebody.

Speaker 7 (32:59):
Who was going to love on me to bring out
the best that God has in me.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
And I thank you for that. I don't, I don't,
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (33:10):
If you understand just the ramifications of how deep that is,
because as a person that had low self esteem, had
issues in my life, you brought something up out of
me that I didn't even know that I had just
from a picture. Now you could do that with a
picture baby, you're listen.

Speaker 5 (33:30):
I'm telling you.

Speaker 7 (33:31):
Oftentimes I'll be like, you're the pretty system. You gord
you things that I battled with growing up. So I
want you to know that you are doing a greater
service than you even know in God's people and I
and I'm so glad that God allowed you to be
on this platform so that I can give that to you.

(33:52):
And you spoke to that that that man or that
woman that's in there somewhere just was lost, you know
what I'm say saying. And I thank you because that's
real ministry. Listeners, that that real ministry when when it's
going in and it's taking out all the gook that

(34:13):
has been there for so long and I'm six, Oh honey,
I'm I'm proud to say so for someone to go
in and reach all those years of torment and and
just mishaps and whatever you want to call it and
bring out the best in me.

Speaker 5 (34:31):
And just from a picture, Yeah, you got me for life.
You got me for life. Amen.

Speaker 7 (34:37):
Because I had boyfriend that wasn't doing that. I had
a family members that ain't doing that.

Speaker 5 (34:42):
I have listen. Listen, yes, you listen. You you have
to contact this woman of God.

Speaker 7 (34:51):
True, truly having a ministry that's working for God's people
even though they don't even know. And that's when you
know you got ministry and you're doing ministry right. So
so Papa raised up a good woman of God, you
know what I'm saying. And starting with that, you know
what I'm saying. Your family taught you. You know, some
people go to church and they ain't listen at all.

Speaker 5 (35:15):
Listen, but but praise God. And I'm not saying that
you didn't you know, go through your stuff or whatever.

Speaker 7 (35:21):
But that's that strong foundation that folk have to be
striving for. And listeners need to hear this in this
in this interview because I've had many people on this
interview in an interviewing and it doesn't touch like this.
You You are uplifting people that are broken from the

(35:42):
inside season and not what we're called to do as
women and men of God, calling us calling ourselves that listen,
we're gonna get rape preach girl because they say it,
But are they doing it? Are they doing a service
for God?

Speaker 5 (36:00):
Are they doing what He's called them to do? He
called them to love.

Speaker 7 (36:05):
On your neighborhood. You didn't know me from Adam.

Speaker 5 (36:10):
You didn't know me from Adam to know my situation
that I just spoke on. That's right, But one thing
you did.

Speaker 7 (36:18):
Turned my life around. And I need people to know
you ain't never too old to learn.

Speaker 5 (36:25):
You ain't never too old to listen.

Speaker 7 (36:27):
When God is calling someone to do a greater work
for you and in you, And if you're really connected,
you're gonna get there. So I thank you, says I
thank you. You know you, you really touched my life
in a way that that I just thank you. You know, uh,
your kingdom building and it shows and it shows.

Speaker 5 (36:53):
A man and let's talk. Well, that's what we're called
to do, like our to me, like I always think,
called to serve. The money is a bonus, right. So
I did this for free for years and just now
I just started charging for the services five years ago.
I've been doing this for twenty years. Twenty years, and

(37:15):
then God put me in a position where I no
longer have to work for anyone else, and now I'm
doing this full time, and I thank God for that.
And there were seasons in my life where I mean
I poured my heart into the work, but I still
felt overlooked, underpaid, exhausted and I know any creative, any

(37:35):
artist on here, can assess to that. Right I sent
my gifts. I questioned this if I mattered. I questioned
if the world would ever recognize the value of what
I carried. Right, But God had remind me that he
knows it all. Every hour that you were up, every tear,
that you cried, every living, every late night, you were
now gotten. Right, You were not forgotten. He was forming you.

(37:59):
He was developed than you. And I think God because
now twenty twenty five, I took suffer with my self esteem.
I still suffer with different things than imposter syndrome. And thus,
but now I can tell you, guys, I stand with
more clarity, more strength, deeper confidence. And it's not because
the struggle is gone. It's not because the struggle disappears.

(38:20):
But it's because I'm being refined in the middle of it.
I'm being realved through it. Right, you see the five
and ten. It tells us asking you have suffered a
little while, and that old Grace will himself restore you,
confirm you, and can establish you. So I just want
to encourage anybody on the line to keep creating. You're

(38:41):
not behind, You're being built, You're being developed and got you.
God's got to keep calling you to create than create.
He told you to build and build, He told you
to save and saved you. Whatever it is that he
tells you to do in this season, it's very interesting,
it's very important. It's very important. And this is the
time for us, the kingdom entrepreneurs, the kingdom believer us

(39:04):
to rise up and really take our place. And so
I encourage you, guys, please, I believe in the underdog
because I'm an underdog is myself. People sleep on me
and I guess all the time. So most of the
people are the same kind, yes, the same kind. And
God has something very for all of us. Just do
what he called you to do. Do what he called

(39:25):
you to do, and do it how he said to
do it, not your way but his.

Speaker 7 (39:30):
Thank you Lord, happy with it.

Speaker 5 (39:33):
Yes, yes, powerful, powerful woman of God. Thank you, Thank
you so much.

Speaker 7 (39:40):
I would just ask one last thing. If you had
to say something and leave a word for the listeners,
what would that be? What would that word be?

Speaker 5 (39:53):
In difficult times, choose your purpose over your pride. That's
the word. Choose your purpose over your pride. And I
can give you, guys a quick example I'm not gonna
stay here long. But recently last year, I was hired
to do a job and this is a person that

(40:15):
I respected, I've only shown love to. We agreed to
do a job at a certain price. They ended up
robbing me, and then after robbing me, lied about me,
try to like make me look bad to people that
I've loved and served for over twenty years. And it
was a disaster. And when I approached him about replacing me,

(40:38):
he said, I said, you didn't think I deserved the conversation.
And his response was, I'm a CEO and talking to
you would be like speaking to a janitor. And I said,
no way. So hold on. The first thing that came
to mind, the jam that doesn't deserve respect if we

(40:59):
be honest, is who helps keep managing the organizational flow,
like you speak to the janitor with respect as you
speak to the vice president or whatever. Long story showing.
It got bad and I allowed that man to take
me out of character. And I can't just tell y'all
wanted to fight, right, I thought, But afterwards I was
ashamed in how I responded. I allowed him to take

(41:22):
me out of my character, right, I allowed him in
front of people that I've loved and I've respected, and
I had no choice. But I mean, I'm telling you, guys,
I was like, really really angry. I chose my pride
over my promise. I chose my pride over my purpose.
We got to keep in mind that it's pride that

(41:43):
seeks to protect our ego, but person seeks to fulfill
our call me.

Speaker 6 (41:49):
When others saw to.

Speaker 5 (41:51):
Our commitment to God and our purpose, it must remain
that fast. Proverbs eleven and two says when pride comes,
then comes disgrace. But when this humility comes wisdom. So
I would just leave you with that. I want you, guys,
to stay humble. I want you to stay focused. I
want your purpose, not your pride, to lead the way,

(42:12):
to lead the way. And I'm telling you because that
situation really hurt me. I was embarrassed because of how
I responded, but asked the while I was hurt, and
because I was hurt, I tried to act out on that.
But then it's like tay to forget who you are.
God is saying that to me, I made you. You
are humbly and wonderfully made. I'm gonna handle him. Don't

(42:36):
worry about that. Wow. But because I allowed him to
take me out of character. You understand what I'm saying,
I look place for a little while. So I just
want you guys, always choose your purpose over your pride.

Speaker 7 (42:48):
Well, I thank you, I thank you for that. That
is a word listeners. You know, as we do every
time we end the show, I have the guests to
pray us out if feeling comfortable, and I know that
ain't gonna be a problem for you. So I to
appreciate you giving a prayer to the listeners and for
the platform on today.

Speaker 5 (43:10):
Okay, Heavenly Father, we just want to say thank you,
Thank you for this opportunity to share God, and thank
you for this opportunity to change lives. We ask that
Lord that you touch every listener, everyone who's listening in God,
touch them where they need you most, Lord, touch their finances,
touch their minds, their ideas. God be thank you for

(43:32):
trusting us with these special gifts. We God, promised that
we're not going to mishandle. We're not going to mismanage
what you give us in this season.

Speaker 4 (43:40):
God.

Speaker 5 (43:40):
We promise that we're going to carry our responsibility and
carry our calls with care. Father God, thank you for
waking us up God to even pursue this. Thank you,
God for even entrusting us with this. Whatever out of
this may be in this music, if it's ourdustry, whatever
the case may be, God, we thank you for the
gift God, and we promise that we will handle them

(44:02):
with care. God. We ask Lord that you touch every
listener now, God, where they need you most. God, hollludes.
If it's the creatives, God, we ask that you continue
to touch our minds, Lord, because that's the devil's playground.
And Lord, I just want you to bless our thoughts,
our actions, our words remind us that we live in
a word world. God. So we'll continue to speak abundance.

(44:25):
We'll continue to speak life, We'll continue to speak joy
and peace. God will be reminded that these gifts you
gave us are bigger than us for the God. They
are about those that are connected to the wall. Hallelujah.
So God, we don't take this opportunity to serve from
means in God, we don't take this opportunity to pour
out into the world for granted on God, we thank

(44:48):
you for the opportunity. We thank you for our family
and friends. God, and they even have to live with
us and some of this craziness. We thank you, Lord,
we trust you and your holy name. We pray. Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen.

Speaker 7 (45:03):
