The blessing for me. Thank you for having me.

Speaker 7 (04:48):
Paul, are always always well.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
You know.

Speaker 10 (04:53):
With my show, it's about the test that we go
through and take us to our testimony, and we all
have the wonderful test, right, But it's just to build
us up and make us stronger.

Speaker 12 (05:03):
Right.

Speaker 7 (05:03):
So I'm just gonna ask you.

Speaker 10 (05:05):
The question I asked most people. How did this walk,
this rich walk that you have start for you? You
do so many things. You're a singer, you're a songwriter,
a gospel artist, you're a pastor.

Speaker 11 (05:18):
You know, how did it begin for you?

Speaker 1 (05:21):
This walk that you have? And so my walk, I'm
gonna say, it really begins, you know, when I was
forty years old, And so yes, it begins at forty.
You know that number at forty number, especially in the Bible.
But yes, so it became at forty. I was going

(05:44):
through a separation and divorce with my you know, ex wife,
and I'm gonna say good friend because we good friends,
but it is not an ex wife is always have
to be a bad thing. And so I was going
through a separation and divorce at forty years old. I

(06:04):
had to move back in with my parents because I
just wasn't feeling right with myself. You know, I just
kind of felt myself going down, and my mind was,
you know, wasn't in the right place at the time
because I was, you know, I was feeling a lot
of hurt, a lot of rejection, and you know where

(06:27):
I was going from there. And so it was at
this time that one day I was just in the
bathroom looking in the mirror, and I made a decision
I needed to have a relationship with the Lord that
my relationship. Man had to get right with the Lord
in order for me to get right. And so this

(06:49):
is where it started. And so while I'm at my parents,
you know, living there at forty, I ran into a
gentleman that I knew from my past, you know and
growing up in Patterson. Uh. He was telling me about
a church he was starting, or either a church he
already was, you know, beginning to pastor at So I

(07:12):
went up to one of their Bible studies and I
ended up going to the church and joining the church.
And so that's where, you know, my life began to
change because I decided and I made a decision to
have a relationship with the Lord. I began going to church,

(07:33):
I began praying and reading more, and so you know,
God began to open up my heart and so and
open up my mind. And then he deliberately, like a
Syrians from all my fears. And so in two in
two years, I became a deacon and then uh, in

(07:55):
another four years, I became a minister and I stayed
at that ministry for six and so in between this,
I'm doing outreach. I started to go to the jail
of one of these churches. A friend of his he
was going to the had Person ministry, but it was
at the county jail, and so I began to go there.

(08:19):
And I'm doing street ministry and outreach, helping to feed
people along with the church, you know, doing my job
as a deacon. But the Lord showed me that, you know,
I had a compassion. I had a compassion for people
to help, but it always was in me. But until

(08:39):
I started to get to know the Lord more, I
started getting to know myself more. And so that's where
it started.

Speaker 10 (08:49):
That's a toll order now, I'm telling you, because the
average jill that comes on on the platform.

Speaker 11 (08:56):
They go way back there.

Speaker 10 (08:58):
You know, some of them go back to when they
was two and three right saying that there will again
because a family background and stuff like that. And I'm
not even saying that's not what you're saying.

Speaker 7 (09:07):
But what feeds me right.

Speaker 10 (09:09):
Now is the fact that most don't talk about getting
to know God and getting a relationship with God at
an older age, you know, at a you know that
that's pivotal for me because I've never interviewed anybody that
would not that has not came with that, you know,

(09:31):
forty years old. You know what I'm saying that that's
heavy order because you didn't lived right, You didn't live
you done went through the highways and the byways, and
most of us do, but we don't talk about it.

Speaker 11 (09:44):
We don't talk a lot about it.

Speaker 10 (09:46):
So I truly appreciate you just saying that, because oftentimes
people figure, oh, you got to be a pastor's you know,
a child, or you got to be No. No, God
will meet you and have you to meet him at
that place and at that time.

Speaker 7 (10:02):
And oftentimes, you know, I know with me, it was
you know, I went to Catholic school.

Speaker 10 (10:08):
I did a little things that kind of bridge my gas.
But some people really just find God at a at
the latest time in their life. And and and I
can understand that. I can understand that because I would assume,
and this is just my assumption that you you you've been,
you've lived right, You've lived through some stuff.

Speaker 7 (10:26):
So your testimony.

Speaker 10 (10:28):
Might be a little stronger than the average joe, you
know what I'm saying, because you you'd have been through it,
you'd have been through the through the way, through the story,
you know, And people don't talk about it, bro, they
don't talk about it.

Speaker 7 (10:41):
They don't talk about it.

Speaker 10 (10:42):
So I truly appreciate your your saying that forty years old, you.

Speaker 11 (10:47):
Know what I'm saying, decided I.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
Was a boy still living in a man's body, you
know what I'm saying. Yeah, I mean, ain't nobody wanted
to say I have because with my parents that have
forty something to be ashamed, we don't want to say
this is my simony. That's it.

Speaker 10 (11:09):
You preaching, You preaching, and you don't pass them, but
you're really preaching. I mean at this point in this
general I mean, honestly, it's so it's so rewarding to
hear that because most people ain't gonna be telling the
truth about that thing. They need me lie and prophesies
who saying they don't lie? Like I said, you know, propylene,
you know it's going. You gotta be real. You gotta

(11:32):
be real in this thing. And that's why I love
this platform, because it allows people to understand that there's
inspiration even before the inspiration right there, there's.

Speaker 11 (11:41):
That uplifting or journey.

Speaker 10 (11:45):
You know, we always hear about the journey in the Bible,
But you got a journey, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (11:50):
Forty years old, you had a journey.

Speaker 11 (11:52):
Your faith walk. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 10 (11:54):
It got to the point where you wanted to know
who is Jesus?

Speaker 11 (11:57):
Who is this Jesus?

Speaker 10 (11:59):
Who's the God that everybody talks about? So I praise
God for you. I praise God for you on today
my brother eld the huge Just you just really you.

Speaker 7 (12:09):
Fed my heart right here.

Speaker 10 (12:11):
Let me ask you another question You've got You've lived,
Like I said, you've lived, you know, and you decided
due to a situation that you went through, to choose
the Lord. Most listeners are listening the man forty years.

Speaker 11 (12:27):
Old, you know, average Joe.

Speaker 10 (12:30):
You know when it come on, they're being prepped pretty much.

Speaker 11 (12:35):
Be it school like me, you know, going from school
days learning about the Lord.

Speaker 7 (12:40):
But you at.

Speaker 10 (12:42):
Forty what is it that groom that got you to
that point where you wanted to was it? Was it
a situation again, you was with this relationship. It didn't
go well, a lot of people are, but you chose
to go with God.

Speaker 11 (12:57):
Why Why was that.

Speaker 7 (12:59):
Such a pull on you?

Speaker 10 (13:00):
Was it something that you had learned in the past
that you just wanted to revisit.

Speaker 11 (13:04):
Maybe somebody had said.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
Something, Yes, I mean, you know again like you were
saying about Catholic school. So when I was younger, I
went to Catholic school, but I didn't see God there
because you know the dun and pretension. They used to
beat on me. So I said, it's supposed to be
so holy, Why are you beating on me? Because you

(13:27):
know you punishing people by beating him, You're supposed to
be holy and so. Now, but I got married. Yes,
when I got married, we were going to church, but
I was just playing church. You know, I used to
visit churches before that, but I was just plenty. I
was just going to go and so. But when I

(13:50):
when I was at my parents' house at forty, I
was in my lower's point. It was like, what direction
are you going to be side to go in right now?
And so I I'm gonna try Jesus. I'm gonna really
really try Jesus and see where that get me. Now,

(14:11):
mind you, I'm not bragging, but I had I was
driving a two seater BMW read with black leather. I'm
not telling me, oh, you how to BMW. Man. You
should be getting women. You should be like life. You
should be going out to get man. You should be

(14:35):
getting women. I didn't want women. I wanted. I knew
that there I had, there was something different with my life,
that there was more out there for me. And if
I would have went in that other direction looks trying
to be swimming and women, I knew that was the
wrong direction to go. I really wanted to try Jesus,

(14:57):
because you know, it has something to do with being
a man. I said, I'm not something's not right here. Man.
I just feel like I'm still a kid in a
man's body and I need to know more. Man, I
need to learn more. So that's what made me now.
I don't know nothing about titles and nothing in churches.

(15:19):
I went to the church for help. I didn't go
there for no titles or nothing. I went for help.
But it was students. Like when I'm going there getting
the help, you know, God just begins to show me
stuff about me. You know, this is who you are.
I'm gonna show you what kind of man you really

(15:39):
are and what you can do. And so that that's
what begins. And once he showed me a little, I
wanted it. Each time I wanted to see more. Next thing,
I become a deacon. The next thing, I become a minister.
The next thing, I become the provider on my job,

(16:02):
you know, as God was just the more I began
to serve him and and and learn more about God,
the more He began to show me who I really am.
And uh, you know five years I stayed with my
parents for five years before I moved out, moved on,
and my life just blew up from there. This God.

(16:25):
You know, before you know what, God showed me my purpose.
You know I became an elder. He showed me what
my purpose is twenty eighteen to help all men a ministry.
You know, He put on me to end me to
help with men. So now that He got me all together,
now I'm gonna show you your purpose. And you know

(16:48):
you ad mooing King in the Strength and Chief on
going now that you passed these tesses here, Wow, yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 10 (17:00):
Cause you you you plainly said that you had to
go back to becoming a man.

Speaker 7 (17:06):
See.

Speaker 10 (17:07):
See, oftentimes you know people, you know, when they raising
up and they you know, they out there dating and
they getting with the women and stuff, they think data man,
They think data man.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
God.

Speaker 10 (17:19):
But you had to take a moment to in your
time when God used to sink him and to really
really wow, that's just so deep, because this is so
this is so the opposite of what you usually hear,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (17:34):
Most folks, you.

Speaker 10 (17:35):
Know, they're coming from from the from the recklessness or whatever,
and they and then they try to seek the Lord.
You know, even though you had you had a test,
But yours it's got a twist, right, It's got like
this twist to it, and it's and it's just a
sweetness because it's like you didn't have a problem going
back home, You didn't have a problem going into your

(17:57):
closet whatever that may have been, to get a closer
relationship with God. And and that's just so profound. And
I just thank you for that. You know, Mama's love, right,
Mama bring her baby back no matter what the course, right, Mama,
Mama was the door always open, Praise.

Speaker 7 (18:17):
The Lord, Mama. Mama will always have that door.

Speaker 11 (18:19):
Open, right, you know.

Speaker 10 (18:20):
So bless God that you even telling that story to
us right before Mother's Day, you know, because Mother's Day
is coming up, and that's that's just so profound because
you know, most people really will will speak against that.

Speaker 7 (18:35):
Oh, like you said, oh why he go back home.

Speaker 10 (18:37):
But sometimes you gotta go back before you can go forward. Hello,
you know, and I'm sure during them times you had
Mom that was speaking life.

Speaker 11 (18:47):
She was speaking lifely to you.

Speaker 10 (18:52):
Still raising that yes, still man.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
It was one of the lowest points in my life,
you know, because your family, cousin's friends, you're living with
your mama. Where you are, you with your mama, You
with your mama. You got to keep hearing that. I mean,
it is the lowest point. But I stayed with the Lord. Listen.

(19:20):
They gave it. The First Church gave me an award
because the most consistent because I went the whole year.
I think I missed one day. They gave me aw
That was my first year on First Church where I,
you know, really started walking with God.

Speaker 7 (19:38):
That hunger, that hunger when you first.

Speaker 11 (19:41):
That first that only he couldquinch. Right, It's only it's
all about him, you know.

Speaker 7 (19:47):
What I'm saying.

Speaker 10 (19:48):
But you went to the right you went, and I
know Mama had something to do with that.

Speaker 11 (19:52):
I just got to lean.

Speaker 7 (19:52):
On your mama because I know Mama live in that year.

Speaker 11 (19:56):
That's right.

Speaker 10 (19:56):
Tell us about what what was Mom speaking to you?

Speaker 11 (20:00):
What was she saying? What was her focus? To you
to help me.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
And my mother was like the first time, she was like,
you need to go see a doctor and psychologist and
so so that was the first time. But after a
while she started seeing me, you know, getting up going
to church, you know, and she kind of was like okay, okay,

(20:23):
and she was like, yep, it looks like that's kind
of working for your son. You know. She was encouraged
me to keep going, you know, and keep mind. You know.
She would write little notes to me, like, you know,
stay in the light. You know, I still take these notes. Man.
She would write little notes. He give me a birthday

(20:44):
car with a scripture. You know. She would do things
like that to encourage me. Yes she did.

Speaker 11 (20:50):
Yes, yes, Mama.

Speaker 10 (20:52):
I'm telling you I knew mamae him to do it
because we we as mothers. I don't care if you're ninety,
You our baby forever, forever ever, and we always be there.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
You know.

Speaker 10 (21:02):
That's what you know, Mother's Day, And I mean the
fact that you said little notes. She would write little notes,
just just encouraging you, giving you, as they call in
today's teaching, they say, glow to glow, for you to glow,
promoting that growth in you praise.

Speaker 11 (21:19):
That's m yes. So I mean I know you had a.

Speaker 10 (21:25):
Failed marriage, and I had to go there and ask you.
For all the people that are out there that's having
a difficulty in their marriage, what would your advice be
to them if they were trying to get this walk
that you're now on this journey? What would you ask

(21:45):
have them to do to start their journey to get
where they need to be spiritually?

Speaker 7 (21:51):
And they may not know.

Speaker 1 (21:54):
And so as you know twenty twenty five, we live
in the hardest times, and but we know that the
Bible says that a threefold court is not easily broken.
And so my advice would be you you got to
God got to be in it. You know, God got
to be in it, or you know, it may it

(22:17):
may not happen, it may not last. Because you know,
we so influenced by the world, We so thinking we
got to have the money here, we got to and yeah,
we need money to pay bills and do all this
and that. But we shouldn't make money the thing where
allow money to break us up, allow other people to

(22:38):
come into our marriage. You know, we got to keep God,
keep God first, keep God in it, because that's the
only way you're gonna make it through. Get through the distractions,
get through when the enemy tries to come in, get
through when other people, when your friends turn on you,

(22:59):
get through when the church gets funny with you. That's
the only way you're want to get through it together.
If both of you God are in sync with the Lord,
which God is in it. Man, if you're trusting God,
if you got a relationship with God or else, is

(23:20):
gonna be tough. Man. It's gonna be hard to stay together,
especially when the man when the man don't know Jesus.

Speaker 13 (23:30):
Man.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Oh, I mean it's okay with the wife, man, But
if the man could just lead and do his job
and show his wife the way the Lord. Man, if
the man could just get it together, man, that would
make a whole difference to the family. Wow.

Speaker 7 (23:51):
Wow, that's that's profound.

Speaker 10 (23:53):
I'm telling you, that is so deep because oftentimes, you know,
we don't see that, you know, uh, getting man on women.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 10 (24:02):
We don't see that. Sometimes we miss the mark, you know.
So just to mere fact that God would have you
to go back and get your manhood together. See yes,
speaking to women and men, you know when you say
get yourself together as a man. I know you went

(24:22):
to God, but what was it that you felt changed
in you other than your walk with God that would
allow you to grow, to grow up and mature as
a man. How at forty, I mean, did you become
that man? I mean, you know what you forget forty
you should know, right, But there's.

Speaker 11 (24:44):
Got to be something, something that changed Jack.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Yeah, we think we know, but we don't know. But
I'm telling you when it says, like the Romans twelve
one and two, be not conformed to the patterning of
this world, or be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
So that thing right there, I said, Okay, so my

(25:08):
mind gott to be renewed now, So how am I
gonna be renewing this mind of mine through the word
of God? I begin to see. So I'm reading the Bible,
plus I'm reading books by like tdjse the other pastors.
You know. At forty years old, I start putting it

(25:28):
all together because the more I read, the more I
got that word in me. The less I began to curse,
the less I begin to hang out. My walk even changed.
And listen, it ain't about wearing suits all the time neither.
But it was like my walk began to change. And
then I have this urge is like help people. You know,

(25:52):
I wanted to feed the poor. I wanted to do this.
I have this urge to begin to help people.

Speaker 7 (26:00):
Dude.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
Yes, So the word wots for those who work the words,
and that's where the change begin. You know. I get
the word from the pastor I hear that word. But
then when you go home for the rest of the week,
you need some word for you because that's how you're
going to renew your mind.

Speaker 13 (26:25):
You're got to open fire.

Speaker 14 (26:27):
Read too, man, you got to read you know, other
books you know too, like by different pastors and stuff
like other inspiring books that inspire you through the word.

Speaker 1 (26:39):
So that's how I begin to do it.

Speaker 10 (26:44):
I really, I truly appreciate you because I'm a single mom.
I raised my kids alone without a man in my life.
And you know, then when you get into the platform
of wanting to deep right, you're looking for for the
floors because I've had disability as far as you know,
with my my my.

Speaker 7 (27:05):
Marriage and it failed.

Speaker 10 (27:07):
You know, so you often as a woman even so
that's why I appreciate what you're saying. Because as a woman,
you want to sit back and you want to try
and fix things. You know, you want to fix him
because certain things is wrong, and we lean on that
and say, well, let me see if I can just
change this, you know, change our things, you know, do
this and do that, you know, instead of looking at

(27:29):
the fix.

Speaker 7 (27:29):
Thing, you know, belonging to the floors.

Speaker 10 (27:34):
You know, we always want to as a mother's we
want a mother, even our men. Hello here I'm saying,
we even want to mother our men, and we end
up spoiling them and and doing things that they should
be doing. Hello, you know so so I mean, it
was really important to hear you say that because you
know what speaks to being a man, because as a woman,

(27:57):
I could never I could never speak that right and
and nor do I really have a clear understanding of
what it is to be a matured man, to grow
into that thing, into what you just said. It's it's
a it's a getting closer to God helps you to
mature as the man that you should be or should

(28:19):
have been.

Speaker 11 (28:20):
But it's never too late with God, right, He's.

Speaker 10 (28:22):
Always away making he will always he will take it
and change the things and make.

Speaker 7 (28:27):
It what it just needs to be so that you
could be all that you can be.

Speaker 10 (28:32):
You know, man, I just thank you God bless you
for just being on this platform because you're you're amazing.

Speaker 11 (28:37):
But you do everything.

Speaker 10 (28:38):
You're you're a pastor and you're you're you're you know,
I mean, what don't you do?

Speaker 11 (28:43):
What don't you do?

Speaker 1 (28:44):
On this uh present ministry? Twice a month going on
three years. I got the man on every first Sunday
at the good Ship Position and then I got my
whole ministry with my good friend Bishop jose Sik of
Rowland with Kingdom Cathedrals. He also says he know you

(29:07):
by the way, and so I've also pre yes and
so you know, I worked part time at Even's Village
at a halfway house from then, so I'm helping the
men there. And as you know, I just put out
an album of five song EP last year, sixty four.

Speaker 13 (29:30):
And twenty five years.

Speaker 1 (29:33):
I've been single twenty five years and whatever, you know,
whatever the Lord has, you know, that's what direction I'm moving.
I mean, when the right woman, wonder I find the
right one, you know, he's going to put her before
me and that's going to be that. But I'm not worried.
I don't think about that because you know, just like

(29:55):
I was on a mission for drugs, I'm on a
mission for Jesus for one five. Yes, because he's always
doing himself new and big and beautiful in my family
are in my life? Yes, Yes, God is good.

Speaker 11 (30:12):
God is good all the time.

Speaker 10 (30:14):
Oh, I tell you this is such a rewarding uh.
And it has such a twist, you know because usually,
like I said, folk come on here and they you know,
say a little thing. But you just you know, your
faith war you know at forty and you know, I
mean twenty five years that that's saying something. That's saying something.

Speaker 7 (30:33):
And then tell past I say hello, you know just
from from Polar Bridge. Did he tell you how you
know me?

Speaker 11 (30:41):
He's me?

Speaker 7 (30:49):
I'm a dancer. God look at you.

Speaker 11 (30:52):
So we got things in common.

Speaker 7 (30:53):
But it's such a wonderful man of God.

Speaker 10 (30:55):
And it's wonderful to see how God just uses his
house people, you know, his his his dancers, you know, uh,
to to push the agenda of what we need to
be doing for the Lord.

Speaker 7 (31:10):
You know.

Speaker 13 (31:11):
And again it's just a wonderful thing.

Speaker 10 (31:13):
To see the platforms from platform to platform, from elevation
and elevation that God takes us in.

Speaker 7 (31:19):
Okay, So you know we can't play a song.

Speaker 10 (31:22):
I've been pushing it on on on a network, on
the Facebook, the Instagram. I've been pushing it, pushing, pushing
your video. But you know, I'm gonna ask you to
sing a little something something you You're gonna give me
a little bit of that song. What's the title and
tell everybody where they can find it?

Speaker 1 (31:39):
Uh? Yes, So the title of my new EP is
called The Lord I Need You Today and they can
find it under Elder E on iTunes, on Apple Music
and also on Spotify and also on YouTube under Elder E.
And so the single, my first single was called My
Air Saying and so that's I did the music video

(32:03):
for that. The album is co producer, i mean produced
and co written by Chanelle Red. She's from Patterson as well,
shut out to her and her reduction company, Fathhouse Entertainment,
and so she helped to co write and she produced

(32:23):
the EP with me.

Speaker 7 (32:27):
God is good, God bless that is so beautiful. So
you're gonna give me at least of corror. She's gonna
give me a little something something, Come on now.

Speaker 13 (32:34):
Yes, and so now I want to.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
Say this one thing before I do that. Now, remember
that evening on that night when I was working and
you came on and UH said something about prayer. He
was praying. I remember that night that morning right now
I'm working thurshit. Now you don't know this. I was

(32:59):
working third shift. My mother's in the hospice, and you
come on. It had to be two three in the morning.
You were saying something about prayer. You want to prayer
or somebody needed prayer, and shout out to Liz Black
in the gy network. But now you didn't know that.

(33:20):
Here I am thinking about my mother. I'm in need
of some prayer, some kind of comfort or a word
or something. And you come on and you do that,
and it's three four hours later. My brother called me
while all at work that morning, said, your mama just passed.

(33:43):
Now with eight Sunday morning, April six, And so I
thank you for your prayer. I thank you for being
obedient because this is what I'm doing. Man, I'm being
obedient from day one. Whatever God telling me to go
and telling me to do, I thank you for doing

(34:05):
that because that helped me be shong because I had
to leave work and go to the hospice and see
my mother's body that morning. But your prayer strengthened me,
you know that morning. Thank you Jesus.

Speaker 7 (34:24):
Yeah, I remember.

Speaker 10 (34:25):
It was just you know, and like you said, you
have to be obedient because that's what God wants us
to do. We need to be there as those intercessors
at times, oftentimes for our loved ones, because sometimes you
just can't pray for yourself.

Speaker 7 (34:40):
You just can't.

Speaker 11 (34:42):
You just can't.

Speaker 10 (34:43):
You know, you need somebody to be there for you.
And I'm just so blessed that I was that for you.
I mean that, you know, it's not oftentimes I hear
a testimony like that where I am obedient to God
and then He rewards me by you're in this back
and and I thank you so much and I bless

(35:03):
you know again, Cobe Condolesn is for your mom, you know.

Speaker 11 (35:06):
But again outcome is.

Speaker 13 (35:09):
Not God's time, amen, you.

Speaker 10 (35:13):
Know, so we need what we need it.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
Yes, And so this is why he is my everything,
Because he's my everything. I can do all things, I
can do everything. And so I'm in this single little
bit of fat.

Speaker 12 (35:30):
My everything when I'm feeling discouraged and nothing seems to
go my way, us.

Speaker 15 (35:42):
Me thinking me courage for to face this for the loday.
I get excited when I'm with you. Your spirit feels
me up inside.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
I'm glad I found you in I won't.

Speaker 15 (36:06):
I'll be forever by your side because you are you.

Speaker 7 (36:15):
I'm not your background ahead.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
More my everything, my everything, Lord, you won my heathing.

Speaker 7 (36:32):
I love it, I say with nobody on lie so
they get to get me a little bit.

Speaker 11 (36:39):
Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Speaker 7 (36:41):
What a wonderful song. I'm telling you so uplifting and inspiring.

Speaker 10 (36:46):
And I'm telling you I'm just Google buy guy. I
play it all the time and I will continue to
play it on my my platforms just to support you.
I'm just so blessed by you coming on here. You
have truly, truly, uh set the tone for everybody else
you know or that's listening, because I know they didn't,
they didn't went to a higher level in him, just

(37:07):
on the.

Speaker 7 (37:08):
On the premise of everything that you.

Speaker 11 (37:10):
Spoke about on today.

Speaker 10 (37:12):
I thank you for uplifting you know men, you know
because oftentimes we you know, and I'm and I'm I'm
guilty of it. You know, I'm bashing man in a minute,
you know, and and I'm being real, you were being.

Speaker 7 (37:25):
Transparent, you know, because of your background.

Speaker 10 (37:28):
Ways that you were raised. I was raised in the
background with no men raising the kids of you know,
so there's a lot of anger, a lot of bitterness
that I up in. So it's rewarting to hear you speak. Yeah,
because I had problems with men in my in my
life because of the way that I was raised. So
I thank you so much, you know, for for not

(37:50):
you know, finding the robbery to be here and explain
that there's a thing that we have to go through,
you know, as a man. You know what I'm saying,
men have to go through as well as women to
get us to that growth, that thing that we call maturity.
You know people say it, but you know what is
that thing?

Speaker 7 (38:08):
Right?

Speaker 11 (38:08):
But you I have to thank you.

Speaker 10 (38:10):
For actually hindpointing what that maturity looks like, because people
don't paint that picture.

Speaker 7 (38:16):
They just tell you, oh, you got to be mature,
you got to grow up, but they.

Speaker 10 (38:19):
Never explained what that enttails And after so much wear
and tail, you know, you know, going through from from
year to year in your life, you go through a lot.

Speaker 7 (38:33):
You go through a lot, Yes.

Speaker 10 (38:35):
And we learned that in that pandemic, right when we
had to be with ourselves.

Speaker 7 (38:41):
That was a wake up call. That man in the
mirror thing I'm trying.

Speaker 11 (38:45):
To tell you, you know, so.

Speaker 10 (38:46):
You've learned a lot about you that you know, Oh Dad,
no wonder people didn't want to be around because you're
just a complainer, you know, you just you know, you
start to look at that man in the mirror, and
that's what you had to do. You had to look
at that man and say, I need something, right, I need.

Speaker 7 (39:05):
Something that's going to take me to that next level.

Speaker 11 (39:07):
And praise God, you didn't.

Speaker 7 (39:09):
You didn't bash on a woman. You chose to raise
what God the standard that God.

Speaker 10 (39:16):
Had for you, and and and using him as that
catalyst to get there. Now, the next relationship.

Speaker 11 (39:25):
Will be much much more fruitful. You know, it's a
fruit thing.

Speaker 10 (39:30):
Right, It's the only the things you do for him
will last. And and and once we get that understanding
that you know that, then the rest is history.

Speaker 4 (39:39):
You know.

Speaker 10 (39:40):
Let me ask you a question, is there anything that
you might be planning that you wouldn't mind a voice
in too and saying to the to the listeners, what
are you? What is anything new that you're trying.

Speaker 7 (39:52):
To spearhead, is what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (39:54):
I know you've got some music, what's your.

Speaker 7 (39:56):
Goal or or something new that you plan on doing.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
And so the next thing I'm working on is just
like what you're doing, a podcast as well called The Lord,
I Need You Today and which I'm going to be,
you know, bringing the Fourth the Word one Tuesday and
next Tuesday of bringing forth teaching Bible study. So that's
how i want to start it off.

Speaker 13 (40:20):
You know.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
So I'm looking into that with my son in lawd
Damon because he's like the you know, videoographer guy, so
he does that and so I'm looking to do that.
I'm looking to put out my next single, Pore Go
to God, and do the video a music video for that,
and I just you know, my thing for twenty twenty

(40:42):
five was to make an impact, you know, through the
word of God man making impact to the world through
my music and through you know me preaching and teaching.
And God has given me the strength. As long as
He gives me the strength and allow me to keep going,
I'm gonna keep going.

Speaker 10 (41:03):
Look at God, Yes, Lord, yeah, continue to use you.
I will continue to keep you prayed up.

Speaker 7 (41:10):
Uh.

Speaker 11 (41:10):
You know that God will.

Speaker 7 (41:11):
Send his comforter and keep his comforter around you.

Speaker 10 (41:14):
During those times, because when you lose your mother, as
I well know, you know, it can be challenging times.
It can be you know, just.

Speaker 11 (41:22):
Know that I am here for you, my brother.

Speaker 7 (41:24):
That's what we're supposed to be.

Speaker 11 (41:25):
You're supposed to be.

Speaker 10 (41:26):
Their fort for one another during times when we can't
just can't handle certain things, you know. But again, through
God and through his people, we find strength. And I
just want to encourage you on today and again thank
you for coming on this platform and blessing the listeners.
We do nothing without prayer, so we start with prayer

(41:48):
and we end with prayer with this program. So of
course I'm gonna ask you to prayer us out you
know when when you're you've got the moment.

Speaker 1 (41:58):
Okay, I just want to say thank you for having
me again, Paul, good conversation, awesome time and in the Lord,
I wanted to give a shout out again to Liz
Black and the g.

Speaker 13 (42:11):
AND Network.

Speaker 1 (42:13):
And shut out to Better Yes Canil Alexander and Game Changers. Uh,
shout out to the East of my family, the Eastern family,
and also to my pastor, the first Lady, Bishop O'dave Pickab,
his wife Sharmona, and my church family, Yes Kingdom Conthedral Church.

(42:34):
Shout out to all of them. And you know also
my peace out there passing and so Heavenly Father, we
just thank you go for this time today. God, we
give you all the honor, the praising, the glory. God,
we thank you for changing hearts and renewing minds on
this stage. You did it for me. You can do

(42:55):
it for someone out there to take who's gonna head
this podcast and they're gonna hear this testimony and they're
gonna be maybe in the same particularly that forty years old,
trying to figure out which way do I go? So, Lord,
we know which way it is should go.

Speaker 13 (43:11):
Try Jesus.

Speaker 1 (43:13):
But you can't lose. For Jesus on the side, we
always get the victory. Well, and with Jesus we never lose.
It may look like we lose them, what we always
win with Jesus. I'm so glad that forty forty five
years however long it was ago, that I surrenders my

(43:33):
life to the Lord and made a decision to have
a right relationship with him. And because of that, I
am the man I am today, And trust me about
the title that I'm getting. This is not about the title.
It is about the man I am. Because now I
can pass it on to my children. Lord, I think

(43:54):
that my grandchildren would know about Jesus. My great grandchildren
know about Jesus. My daughters will know about Jesus. My
father will know about Jesus. Yes, yes, Lord, Jesus. They
ain't making president will know about Jesus. Yes. Look, the

(44:19):
man in the shelter will know about Jesus. That somebody
going through a separation and divorce tonight better know about Jesus. Yes,
that with him all things are possible. Age don't matter,

(44:40):
race don't matter. What you did in your past don't matter,
will matter. It is today, the present, and the future.
And that if you give him, if you open up
your heart and your mind to him, he'll make you
a new creation. So we thank you God for making
us new creation. We thank you for who we are today. God,

(45:03):
we thank you for Paul doing what she do, God
prayer warrior, awsome, wonderful woman of God. Lord, being obedient,
doing what you say, for institutal obedience is better than sacrifice. Yes,
help us to be more obedient, increase our faith. Bless

(45:27):
his helpless world today, God, and help us to stay
being a light in this world. We love you, We
glorify and recreate you and Jesus might name. We thank
you for this night, Lord and Jesus Name.

Speaker 13 (45:40):
We prayed.

Speaker 7 (45:42):
Amen, Amen, Amen, ain'men.
