variant of COVID nineteen. Now,to give you a bit of background here,
the latest prevalent strain of COVID tobe spreading across the world is called
JN one. This new variant hasled to an influx of cases in several

in India, in Australia, andseveral other as well, and indeed here

in America, this new variant hasbecome the dominant strain. In fact,
according to the CDC's tracking of wastewaterquote, j N one, the latest
fast spreading COVID version, is nowthe most widely circulating disease variant. An
offspring of earlier omicron variants, JANone accounts for about sixty two percent of
current cases, up from forty fourpercent two weeks ago. That surge is
seen domestically as tracked by wastewater levelsas well as international travelers and most places

around the globe. Now, interms of the these symptoms for this new
variant, they are pretty much thesame as before and they just mirror the
seasonal flu, including things like sorethroat, ronnie nose, coughing, headache,

warning of an increased risk in thechance of potential heart issues for those who

report that was issued by Japan's topresearch institute, and they stated that the
ACE two receptors that the coronavirus clingsto within human cells are very common in
the heart muscle, meaning that manypeople who catch the new variant of the

The Bible doesn't use words lightly.These qualifying phrases restrict the rapture exclusively to

followers of Christ. Only the redeemedof the Lord Jesus Christ will be taken
in the rapture. This theme dominatesmany other passages in the Bible as well.
The apostle Peter told the Jewish leadersin Jerusalem, salvation is found in
no one else, for there isno other name under Heaven given to mankind

(01:37:00):
which we must be saved. Petermay have been thinking back to our Lord's
message about his return on the Mountof Olives, which is recorded in Matthew
twenty four and twenty five. Jesusused stark language to warn us that not
everyone would be raptured, resurrected,glorified, and caught up to be with
him in the very last sentence ofJesus's Olivet's sermon, it says, and

these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteousness into eternal life Matthew
twenty five, forty six. That'sthe way he ended his sermon on the
Sign of the Times in his GloriousReturn. In Luke thirteen, Jesus was
making excuse me. In Luke thirteen, Jesus was making his way from Galilee

(01:37:46):
to Jerusalem when someone asked him,Lord, are only a few people going
to be saved? He said tothem, make every effort to enter through
the narrow door, because many,I tell you, we'll try to enter
and will not be able to.Once the owner of the house gets up
and closes the door, you willstand outside, knocking and pleading Sir open
the door for us, but hewill answer, I do not know you

(01:38:10):
or where you come from. Lukethirteen, twenty three through twenty five.
That reminds me again of the daysof Noah, when the door of the
ark was closed. It was toolate for those left behind. When Jesus
comes in the clouds and calls hischildren to himself, many will beg to
join him. But that opportunity willbe gone. Yes, people will be

saved during the tribulation. The raptureis not the final deadline in God's prophetic
plan, but they will have losta chance to join our Lord Jesus in
the sky, and any who enterthe tribulation period risk the strong possibility of
death without Christ. At the finaljudgment, Christ will say to those who
refuse to receive him, to departfrom me, you cursed into the everlasting

(01:38:54):
fire prepared for the devil and hisangels. Which brings us to the reasons
for the restrictions. It's factual.It's a reality that there will be restrictions
attached to the rapture. It's vitallyimportant to grasp this truth because it stands

(01:39:14):
opposed to the tenor of the times. Most people reject the exclusive claims of
Christ as being the one and onlypathway to God. One man asks,
why is Jesus the only way toa relationship with God? What about Buddha
Mohammed? Can't an individual simply livea good life? If God is such
a loving God, then wouldn't heaccept all people just the way they are?

(01:39:39):
Another person says, I believe thereare many roads to God, just
as there may be many roads tothe top of a mountain. Some take
one road and some another. Onlyan ignorant or an arrogant person would claim
that their road was the only one. A student says, if God grades
on a curve, I'll make it. And most people today assume that God

(01:40:00):
does grade on a curve. Buthe doesn't. He provides salvation through Christ
alone. Here are compelling reasons whywe need to recognize the res restrictions God
has placed around salvation generally and atthe rapture specifically. First of all,
it is it's factual. An honestreading in the Bible tells us the restrictive

(01:40:24):
nature of the Gospel is factual.When people accuse Christians of teaching that there's
only one way to be saved,they are correct. That is what we
teach, that is what the Biblesays, and that's how the Gospel has
been proclaimed since the days of theApostles. When Billy Graham was eighty four

(01:40:45):
years old, he was preaching inLouisville, Kentucky, and he said these
words, referencing a conviction that showedup repeatedly in his sermons from the days
he was a novice evangelist, isthere another way to heaven except their Christ.
The Bible teaches there's only one way. Other people will come along and
try to tell you there are otherways, But the Bible says there's only

(01:41:08):
one way, and that way isby the Cross, and it's logical.
The exclusivity of Christianity is not onlyfactual but also logical. Spiritual laws are
not different from the laws of physics, mathematics, or any of the other
disciplines. If everything is true,nothing is true. If we can't depend

(01:41:30):
on the consistency of scientific laws,everything in the cosmos is absurd. If
two plus two equal four on theEarth but five on the moon, we'd
be living in an alice in Wonderlanduniverse. Welcome to America. The whole
message of the Gospel is that wehave sinned against God. Since God is
a pure, perfect and utterly holybeing, we cannot exist in his presence

(01:41:54):
for a moment if we are stainedby sin. No more than a snowflake
could exist on the sun. YetHe loved us so much that he came
to earth as a human, tookour sins upon himself, died for us,
rose again, and returned to Heaven. To prepare a place for us.

(01:42:15):
The apostle Paul said, for thereis one God and one mediator between
God and men, the man Christ, Jesus, who gave himself a ransom
for all and one Timothy two fiveand six. How many mediators are there?
How many who can forgive our sinand reconcile us to God? How

(01:42:35):
many can do that? There's onlyone Christ, Jesus. Had there been
another way of redeeming the human race, do you think Christ would have gone
to the cross. He himself prayed, Father, if there is any other
way possible, let this cup passfrom me. But it wasn't possible.
For the spiritual laws that governed theseen and unseen realms, lawses it flow

(01:43:00):
from the infallible righteousness of God.There was no other way. It's critical.
We live in a tolerant and accommodatingage. Even we Christians get caught
up in those pressures, often feelingwe have to apologize for the restrictiveness of
the gospel. But Jesus never apologized. He understood the critical nature the gospel,

(01:43:28):
the urgency. Our Savior said,through the narrow gate, Enter through
the narrow gate, For wide isthe gate, and broad is the road
that leads to destruction, and manyenter through it. But small is the
gate, and narrow the road thatleads to life, and only a few
find it. In Matthew seven thirteenand fourteen, when people questioned him,

he reminded them about the urgency ofthe gospel and the price at stake.
I told you that I would die. I told you that you would die
in your sins. If you didnot believe that I am he, you
will indeed die in your sins Johneight twenty four. We must also remember

the urgency of salvation. Being acceptedas nice or tolerant doesn't amount to anything
in comparison with eternity. As Hebrewstwo three says, how shall we escape
if we ignore so great a salvation? I remember a few years back when
a ride malfunctions at Knotsbury Farm,which is an amusement park outside la The

(01:44:34):
ride was called the Sky Cabin.As the name suggests, it was a
cabin like room that lifted people highinto the sky and offered amazing views of
the city. Think of it asa ferris wheel without the wheel. The
sky Cabin experienced some kind of glitchwhile at the top of its extension,
twenty one people came were stuck fourhundred, one hundred and forty eight feet

(01:44:59):
in the At that height, therewas no hope for those people to rescue
themselves. They couldn't climb down,They certainly couldn't jump or slide. They
needed to be saved. Several attemptswere made to facilitate that salvation. Rescuers
first tried to use ladders to reachthe stranded passengers, but the ladders were
all too short. They also triedto unlock the mechanisms of the ride and

(01:45:25):
allow gravity to slowly bring the cabinback to earth, but that failed.
In the end, the fire departmentwas forced to create a rope and harness
system that could slowly lower each passengerfrom the cabin to the ground. Hm
The Bible was clear that every humanbeing is borne under the penalty of sin.
We are trapped in our sinfulness withno hope of escape. There's no

(01:45:49):
way for us to save ourselves.We need rescue. Our culture offers many
options to facilitate that rescue. Laddersconstructed a false relyagens and false ideas about
morality, but the reality is thatthose options fail. They do not provide
salvation. Only Christ can bring ussafely out of our sinfulness. He is

(01:46:13):
the strong rope that offers salvation onlyour hope. Our only hope is to
cling to Him for all of eternity. I don't want to frighten or alarm
you by talking about the restrictions thatgovern salvation. But it wouldn't be true
to my Lord if I didn't includethis chapter in this book. Rapture is

(01:46:35):
an event restricted to those who trustJesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins
and everlasting life. The same istrue for salvation in general, whether through
death or the end times. Ourride will soon come to an end.
Whatever else you hear from me inthese pages, please hear this step forward

and take hold of Jesus for salvation, for he is the only one who
can bring you safely home. MAnd that last verse in Hebrews there,
that was a good one. Howwill we escape if we neglect such a
great salvation? Well, it's notan escape, but it's another seven years

of hell on earth, right,And if you are able to somehow live
through that, then possibly you couldbe saved at the end of that.
But just get the salvation guarantee rightnow, before the rapture happens. All
you have to do is put yourfaith in Christ. Tell the Lord that
you realize you're a sinner, thatyou want forgiveness, You want to turn

(01:47:40):
from your sin and believe that Jesusdied for your sins and that you can
be born again a new being inChrist. Believe that, and that's all
you need to do is make thatconfession. Tell people publicly. Tell the
Lord you put your faith in him, and the devil shall never snatch you
from his hand. Ay Man,Lord, we pray that for all the

(01:48:01):
people listening to this, Lord,and we pray that for ourselves. Help
us to never ignore the signs andto take hold of that opportunity right now.
Two grab this great salvation that youhave offered us. Lord, thank
you for giving us the opportunity tobe rescued in Jesus. Namely, pray,

Amen, don't worry about anything.Instead, pray about everything. Tell
God what you need and thank himfor all he has done. Then you
will experience God's peace, which exceedsanything we can understand. His peace will
guard your hearts and minds as youlive in Christ. Jesus and Now,

dear brothers and sisters, one finalthing. Fix your thoughts on what is
true and honorable and right and pureand lovely and admirable. Think about things
that are excellent and worthy of praise. Then the God of Peace will be
