Speaker 1 (00:16):
Hey, everybody, Welcome to today's show. Welcome to Disabled Reality.
I'm your host Anthony la Rito Duke, and we have
a very important topic for today's show, in which why
do government workers refuse to do their jobs? So let's
get right into this. You know, government workers. I don't

(00:41):
care which level, city, state, federal, whatever. For the life
of me, I can't figure out why why these government
workers who have great benefits, they got great pay, so

(01:03):
on and so forth, and yet they refuse well many
of them. I can't say all of them. I can't
say all of them. Many of them refuse to do
their jobs. Seriously, they want to hide behind they want
to hide behind excuses and all these stories or whatever else.

(01:31):
Just do your damn job. Just do your damn job.
But then, but then if they get caught, if they
get caught not doing their jobs, possibly doing some sort

(01:55):
of illegal actions or whatever, then they get so upset,
they get mad and they start crying like little babies.
But if they get into trouble, oh my, oh wow ah,

(02:17):
you know again, they start crying like little babies. They
get mad and furiously. I've said it before, ladies and gentlemen,
I'm gonna keep saying it. We need to go back
to the days of if you don't do your jobs,

(02:38):
then you do not have a job. Seriously, honestly, and
if people complain to the higher brass that be about
these workers, and if it's and if it turns out

(03:03):
to be that these workers were doing the wrong thing,
et cetera, than the higher brass that be need to
take serious actions against these workers. Seriously, honestly, can't feel

(03:25):
bad for these workers, can't no more, no more, No
more hiding behind excuses, no more hiding behind stories or
anything else like that, no more. The higher brass that
be need to take actions against these bad government workers.

(03:52):
And again I'm not saying they're all bad. I'm not
saying they're all bad, but unfortunately a lot of them
are bad. And the higher brass that be need to
take actions against the bad government workers. Seriously, they do,

(04:18):
they do, but can't feel bad for them either. If
if you were, if these workers weren't such screw ups,
then they would have nothing to worry about. I said
it before many times and many and many previous episodes,

(04:41):
that good workers who are not doing anything wrong do
not have anything to worry about. If there's an investigation
being done or whatever. They have nothing to worry about.
The only ones that have anything to worry about are
the ones that are not doing their jobs, the ones

(05:05):
that are that are screwing up big time, possibly committing
crimes or whatever. Those are the ones that have something
to worry about, seriously, honestly. So the higher brass that

(05:25):
be need to get on the bad workers. And again
I'm not saying they're all bad. There's there's a few
good ones. There's a few good ones, but unfortunately there's

(05:47):
also a lot of bad ones as well, and that
it's all the bad ones that are making the good
ones look bad. And it has to stop. It has
to stop. Seriously. It's like, why would you want to
put your jobs on the line, Why would you want

(06:09):
to put your freedom on the line. Seriously, why would
you put everything on the line like that? Just do
your damn jobs. That's it. And if you have problems,
if you're saying that you don't have enough workers and
that is too many clients and stuff like that, then

(06:37):
you have to take it to your supervisors that be
and the higher brass that be. You need to say,
all right, you know what, we got to take this
situation and we got to brain some and how we're
going to fix it and get it done. So but anyways,

(07:04):

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
