Speaker 1 (00:16):
Hey, everybody, welcome to today's show. Welcome to Disabled Reality.
I'm your host Anthony Larrito Duke, and we have a
very interesting and very important topic for today's show, in
which it is is just two more days to election
day in many parts of the United States. So let's
get right into this. One of the greatest things about

(00:41):
this great country is that you get to tues that
you want to vote for. Now, would that being said,
two more days Tuesday, November fourth is election day for
out for many parts throughout the United States. Now, one

(01:10):
of the biggest races to watch is for the New
York City mayoral election. And you got I always stress
this out during election time. It's so important to get
out and vote. Vote, vote, vote. Seriously, it's so important.

(01:34):
And that's one of the greatest things that this country
has that many people in other countries do not have. Okay,
So with that being said, please come November fourth, get
out and vote, vote, vote, vote like your life depends

(01:57):
upon it, because guess what it does. Now, as far
as I'm concerned, my vote is for Andrew Guomo for
New York City mayor. Okay, And let me explain to you.

(02:18):
The reason is why I say this number one, Plomo,
that's a very powerful last name. He comes from a
family of politics. He is the one that has the
power to stand up to Trump. And not only does

(02:41):
he have the power to stand up to Trump, he's
already proven that he has the power to stand up
to Trump because he's already stood up to Trump when
he was New York State governor, when Cuomo was a
New York State governor, he stood up to Trump already.
That's number one. Number two, This Mandannie character is bsing everybody,

(03:08):
especially many people in the LGBT community, all right, because
man Donnie is saying that you know that he's for
LGBT people. That's a bunch of bologne. It's a bunch
of bologne, simply because of the fact that it's been proven.

(03:29):
It's been proven that he is all friendly with a
person from another country that's completely against gay people and
who puts people, who puts gay people into prison stuff

(03:50):
for being gay. And Ma'm Donnie, even though he's trying
to cover it up, just one wants to have jihadist
ways once he gets into office. He has no intentions

(04:10):
of supporting the LGBT community. He has no intenders of it.
It's all bs. It's all bologne, you know what it
also is. It's also because he wants to fight out
who all the LGBT people are, where their locations are,
and stuff like that, just so when it comes time
for the jahadist ways to come out, they know where

(04:32):
to go, all right. Walmo on the other hand, Walmo
on the other hand, has always been fighting for the
LGBT community. And to prove it, he was the one
that got marriage equality passed in the state of New York.

(04:57):
So don't believe this Mamdani Karen the saying that he
thinking that he's all for the LGBT community, that's pure bologne.
It's fake. Mamdonnie does not uh have any intendence of
suborting LGBT people at all, because Ma'm Donnie just wants

(05:20):
to uh put out his the hottest ways. It's been
set over and over and over and over again. It's
been proven over and over and over again by many Muslims.
They said that they're gonna take over the world one day,
They're gonna take over the governments, including the United States
government one day, and this has already proven it seriously, honestly,

(05:50):
all right, all the bs that he said he's gonna
have the rent freeze pure bologne, simply because us of
the fact that even if he puts his own people
on the rental boards to get the rent freeze right,

(06:10):
that rent freeze would destroy the housing market. It would
destroy it in New York. Okay. Another thing, his plans
to have free all the MTA buses be free. Oh,
this is a big one. This is ah. So, then

(06:31):
that means everybody that's taking the trains will overcrowd the busses,
and the MTA doesn't have enough buses for everybody. Plus
that'll lead to more crimes being on buses. Police will
not be able to get on the buses, so that
that will cause more havoc throughout New York City. Now, ma'am,

(06:54):
Downey has already proven he said it time and time
back then, he's been proving it. He's against all white
pop well, he's against the Jews, he's against the Italians.
It's been proven already. All right, So as far as
I'm concerned, all right, already voted, My my vote went

(07:21):
for Cuomo, went for Cuomo. Okay, And man Fannie wants
to get rid of all the rich people like mad
down even said that also shown that rich people in

(07:43):
New York are basically white people, and he wants to
ruin everything for all the white people. Seriously, that's that's
what he's saying. He wants to destroy all rich people
and all this other stuff. You don't need a house
to fall on you to realize that this ma'am Donnie

(08:06):
character is not the right person to become the next
mayor of New York City. Ma'am Donnie has said it
over and over again. He is against the police. He
wants to defund the police. That is the most dumbest
thing ever. Okay, we need more police. We need more

(08:34):
because we've got to deal with these damn giodists, uh
par Palaestdian Dimwitz. You know the free Palestine pieces of garbage,
you know, the ones that blew up federal government mailboxes,
the ones that took over a major billion and New

(08:59):
York City and help people hostage to put the Palestinian
flag up and say you free Palestine, Free Palestine. That's
the garbage that we need. Come on, and you have
the Muslims that took over Times Square to have their

(09:24):
religion being practice being practiced in the middle of Times Square. Now,
I've always said I'm not against anybody's religion. Everybody's entitled
to their own religious beliefs, but that garbage needs to
be kept behind closed doors inside a religious places to
worship only. And that doesn't just go for the Muslim

(09:46):
of religion. That goes for every damn religion furiously. But
to have that huge performance, they really took over Time
Square religion on those rump things and then and stuff.
Come on, people, wait the hell up, Time to get

(10:10):
the brains out from where the sun don't shine, start
to use intelligence. Something us coming sense now, People saying, oh,
man Donnie's a young man, he's already been in Congress.
It's already proven that he was the worst one in Congress.

(10:32):
He had the worst attendance records ever possible, and he
never passed a damn bell. He never got one damn
bill pass on. How the hell could you want to
vote for this knit wit? How the hell could you
want to vote for man Donnie? Seriously, people say, oh,

(10:54):
that's because he's Muslim. You're then that's the most stupidest
thing ever. That's the stupidest thing ever to go by. Well,
Womo is the best candidate for mayor of New York City. Seriously,

(11:15):
the current Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, just
put enough money to get three thousand officers uh onto
the streets and stuff like that. WOMO wants to get
another five thousand officers. So here's the thing. For anybody
out there that has a brain and the smallest bit

(11:38):
of intelligence who can do first grade math right, five
plus three equals eight. So what does that mean? The
three thousand that Adams is going to be getting before

(11:59):
he finally fully leaves office, plus another five thousand that
CUOMO is going to have put in that eight thousand
officers that we can have on the streets, and we
need them. We need them. We need them on the trains,
on the buses, the bus stations and the train stations.

(12:23):
We need them. We need them. And these officers, these
men and women in blue, they put their lives on
the line every single solitary day for people. So yeah,
I totally support the NYPD absolutely, absolutely, no doubt. And

(12:51):
don't get me wrong. Don't get me wrong, there's unfortunately
a lot of bad officers out there who think that
that's just because they have a badroom a gun. They
think the stuff don't stink, but uh, we need to

(13:12):
have more offices on the streets owned. We already there's
already things in place to have to deal with the
bad offices. There's already there's already rules and and uh
and stuff in place to deal with them. And Cuomo
will get that done. WAMA will get that done seriously, honestly.

(13:42):
And then from there we need to up to up
the game and raise the bar even higher. What does
that mean? That means come next year in twenty twenty six,
when New York has the New York State governor elections. Okay,

(14:02):
with that being said, this year or sometime next year,
we need to have New York needs to have proper
ball reform. There's a broken ball reform system in the
state of New York that needs to get fixed, super fast,
super fast. So let's get Cuomo into office to be

(14:30):
the next mayor of New York City. He already knows government,
he knows how to run things. He's uh, he's got
a phenomenal plan in place to really boost up New
York City and stuff. His his plans are logical. His

(14:52):
plans are logical, ma'am. Donnie's plans are not seriously. So,
like I said, I already voted for Cuomo, and uh
so I said, come November fourth, get out there and vote.

(15:15):
Get out there and vote seriously. And with that being said,
it's just it boggles my mind how stupid people can
be when they just want to uh elect Ma'm Donnie
just because he's a Muslim and he's young. He's got

(15:36):
the worst record in Congress. Seriously, his plans are not logical.
He's gonna screw up New York City big time. Seriously.
He's gonna screw over the LGBT community big time. He's

(15:56):
gonna screw over all the white people big time. He's
gonna grew over all the Jewish people and the Italian
people big time. That's not a way to run a city.
That's not a way to be an elected official. So
it just what blows my mind how people think that

(16:17):
Mam Donnie is a good candidate. It's so they act
so stupid, they really do. People act so stupid. And
that's why I wanted to discuss this topic on today's show. Seriously.
But anyways, I want to remind all my fans out

(16:39):

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
