Not only that, but they tell me the.

Speaker 5 (23:50):
Streets I pay with gold.

Speaker 11 (23:52):
Yeah up, have no.

Speaker 3 (24:02):
Hell know my brother, show me you come away, d.

Speaker 14 (24:29):
To the is it.

Speaker 6 (24:34):
Backstage bass radio ship?

Speaker 11 (24:42):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (24:42):
That boy can say?

Speaker 5 (24:45):
All right, we are back, ladies and gentlemen, thank you
so much. And uh hey, it is time for Daphne's favorite.
Uh let's get ready for it, y'all. I think a
lot of y'all probably I don't know what this is,
but here go dang d L. Look I got so
much with it. I'm only gonna hit it one time.

(25:07):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 8 (25:08):
Uh we call this one a smash and dash if
you want to. But look at it. The door schador
shardor shardoor. The draft came through.

Speaker 5 (25:20):
And let me just say that, I don't care what
nobody say. D L when he tell y'all he got
some intel. And then when the hold spirit be showing
me stuff too.

Speaker 8 (25:34):
Y'all better quick think of y'all.

Speaker 5 (25:38):
Y'all can just push aside what it is that I'm
telling y'all. I said that it didn't have nothing to
do with interviewing processes. It had everything to do that
we're gonna show you that you ain't running nothing here.
You may be the man in Colorado. You may have
a gold jacket and canton. You might have been a

(25:59):
three times bowl champion. You might have been prime time
Neon Dion showed me the money.

Speaker 8 (26:06):
It must be the money all that, but you ain't
gonna get it done here, dang dal.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
So with that being said, it rolled down to his son.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
Now I called it collusion, but not just me. Some
NFL heavyweight, some NFL Hall of famers.

Speaker 8 (26:30):
Said the same sentiments, it's collusion. But then one guy
said something that made some sense.

Speaker 5 (26:38):
He said, you don't have to collude when you can
look somebody in the eye and already know what they.

Speaker 8 (26:45):
Yeah. Wow, so they already had to play in play.

Speaker 5 (26:51):
But no, ain't it funny how weak skin folk can
go against our own skin folk for what.

Speaker 8 (26:59):
Some of them up the folks say about our folks.
Because they said.

Speaker 5 (27:04):
And their media that he was arrogant. Let me see,
this is what they consider arrogant. One head coach said,
he made me feel small? So did he use words
that you didn't understand? Did he make you feel small

(27:25):
because his stature was bigger than yours? Or did he
make you feel small because God blessed him with a
personality that overshadowed George? You know, through generations, we've always
had a presence that made others feel inadequate, so they
begin to try and break you in between your ears

(27:50):
so that you would feel inadequate enough to do this.
But because that boy has been taught to keep his
head up, did that make you feel less than?

Speaker 8 (28:01):
Did that make you feel small?

Speaker 5 (28:03):
Or did he talk to you with words that he
paid attention by getting that three point nine point eight
or three point.

Speaker 8 (28:11):
Nine eight gpa? Did he use some of them.

Speaker 5 (28:14):
Words that he learned in college that you was unfamiliar
with or had forgotten?

Speaker 8 (28:21):
I mean, what made you feel less than?

Speaker 5 (28:24):
In a seven to twelve minute conversation with this young man?
Is he arrogant black folks that's listening to other folks
talk about another black folk to make you agree with them?
Is this arrogant because he does this because some of
your favorite rapping entertainers do the same thing, and you
go flocking to buy they music streaming purchasing.

Speaker 8 (28:48):
What I have of you get it.

Speaker 20 (28:50):
Some of the people that you go buy their tickets
to go see them is brash, talking about they got
the biggest whips and the fattest change his ice, and
y'all loved this. But this young man, let's let's let's
let's let's compare. Let's see some comparables. He ain't said nothing,

(29:13):
but he's legendary. But guess what, he didn't lie.

Speaker 5 (29:17):
You know why he didn't lie because he made the
NFL draft legendary, absolutely unprecedented.

Speaker 8 (29:26):
So he didn't lie. He just he prophesied to you
what was instilled.

Speaker 3 (29:30):
In him, what was too come dang dal.

Speaker 8 (29:36):
So should door keep.

Speaker 13 (29:38):
Your head up?

Speaker 10 (29:39):
Man?

Speaker 13 (29:39):
But I ain't done, Daphney.

Speaker 3 (29:41):
I ain't done Tammy.

Speaker 8 (29:44):
They talk about that he's entitled. Did y'all see that
boy going to a praise damn shot with his family? Yes,
called in the fifth round, one hundred and forty fourth pick.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
When you went, you don't show that type of jubilation
when you entitled. You don't praise something greater.

Speaker 10 (30:04):
Than you like that.

Speaker 5 (30:06):
So when you're entitled, when you're arrogant, you say, I
don't know what took them so long. I don't know
if I really want to play there. In no way
that would entitle egotistical people do. But this young man
with a three point nine eight GPA, ain't got no mugshots,
ain't got no criminal record.

Speaker 8 (30:26):
What he do with his talking to you.

Speaker 5 (30:30):
Arrogant making you feel less than himself. He broke it
to a praise with his family. Oh I forgot that,
a family that praised together together.

Speaker 8 (30:42):
Hmm. Well, let's go to those comparables that old d
L was talking about. Johnny Manziel had on campus drinking problems. UI,
he will argant, arrogant, but guess what he was projected

(31:03):
high and he still went where he was. Dang deal
now for all of you coons, I mean that, but
he he wasn't as good as Johnny Manziel.

Speaker 5 (31:18):
Well, they never once said that Shader Sanders went into
fifth round, one hundred and forty fourth pick over all
because of his own field talent.

Speaker 8 (31:29):
No, they talked about his character.

Speaker 5 (31:33):
And when you measure his character up against Johnny Manziel,
he's an angel.

Speaker 6 (31:38):
There's no comparison, dang.

Speaker 8 (31:41):
Deal, So it couldn't be that.

Speaker 5 (31:45):
No, So Dion got in a way and we did
a show where it seems like when a black man
does what everybody is saying that black more black men
need to do, which is be a father and that
child's life, and now all of a sudden he's a problem.

Speaker 8 (32:03):
Now of a sudden, he's an issue. Now for sudden,
he's a distraction. That's saying all.

Speaker 5 (32:10):
Because he's instilling love and self esteem, self worthy dignity,
pride in it.

Speaker 20 (32:21):
And now in pride ain't necessarily always got to be
a selfish pride, to be a godly pride, a self
awareness of.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
Who you are and who you are.

Speaker 8 (32:33):
Pride.

Speaker 38 (32:46):
I mean, uh, it may not always be good to me,
but I know it's good for me until I think
I'm ready. Just gip, thank you Jesus have been real good. No,
he's walking with me even somethingwhere in the feel good,
I'm thanks to the devil. Take a see, because I
know we can't stand it. Before I was in the
wound me y'all already playing that. I know some may

want to put them on you and you can better.

Speaker 3 (33:23):
They ain't true because you ain't carrying it.

Speaker 38 (33:24):
So I remember crying, praying, then though by the mother biting,
then the spirit whispering to me saying this and.

Speaker 6 (33:33):

Speaker 39 (33:37):

the way I want to.

Speaker 40 (34:03):

I have to say is that you've been.

Speaker 7 (34:09):

starts lighting with me, it start speaking to the letter
in me.

You don't be grateful all the ways that he's.

Speaker 22 (37:41):
Made that he's making it.

Speaker 5 (43:35):
Matter of fact, some of them he didn't even interview
with because the owner said they didn't want to deal
with that, so they took him off the board, so
he didn't even have the opportunity to come in unprepared.
Oh wait a minute, let me talk about that way,
d l Ain't it funny now that he's gotten drafted,

(43:56):
which they was hoping they could have stopped him from doing.

Speaker 8 (43:59):
Now all of a sudden, but the narrative is no longer.

Speaker 5 (44:02):
He's a distraction, he's arrogant, he's entitled, his daddy's a distraction.

Speaker 8 (44:07):
But now all of a sudden they're pushing the narrative
that he was unprepared, and how they want you to
see us through all you coons, I mean, all.

Speaker 5 (44:24):
You colors, they want to think that they ice is
coated in the ice that was in the mug that
we gave you. That you want to believe the narrative
of this young man because the machine has an image
that the machine.

Speaker 8 (44:38):
Is trying to protect. Why y'all so quick to believe
them over us? It's so it wasn't that the interview
process people.

Speaker 5 (44:48):
It was the fact that they said they was turned
off by his entourage. Guess who his entourage was. It
was his older brother that was filming him. It was
two cousins and another brother that was his entourage. That's

(45:13):
what they considered on the road. But if they can
say entourage, it will insinuate gain and negative persons around you.

Speaker 8 (45:23):
So now we got to deal with an entourage in
the locker room instead of saying he.

Speaker 5 (45:27):
Was rolling with his older brother so that he could
continue to stay in a mindset that is responsible.

Speaker 8 (45:38):
And yeah, that's the narrative.

Speaker 5 (45:42):
They wanted to spend to mess with his money. But
I say this should do or keep praising God. Humble yourself.
If they want to say you arrogant, then now you're
in a position where your play speaks louder than your
say yep.

Speaker 8 (45:59):
Right down on your mouthpiece and spin that pill. You
hear me, spin it right in between.

Speaker 5 (46:05):
Let me tell y'all something, one more thing, one more thing,
if y'all don't.

Speaker 25 (46:10):
Mind dang dead.

Speaker 8 (46:14):
Colorado Buffalo's.

Speaker 5 (46:18):
Under the tutlage of head coach Dion Sendens. The most
wide receivers drafted.

Speaker 8 (46:27):
In the twenty twenty five NFL Draft.

Speaker 5 (46:31):
Receivers the ones that catch the ball and run it
in for first downs and touchdowns.

Speaker 8 (46:36):
Right, Daphne Tammy, viewers kooms d. Let me ask y'all
a question.

Speaker 5 (46:48):
How do you catch a ball if you ain't got
an adequate, talented, strong on quarterback to get it to you,
if he wasn't smart enough to spread the ball around,
and now just get locked in on one receiver.

Speaker 22 (47:04):
Huh?

Speaker 8 (47:05):
And Cleveland, I'm shocked at you.

Speaker 5 (47:08):
Cleveland does Cleveland bad organizations do things like I'm about
to mention to stay bad, which is y'all had a
pick that you could have drafted Travis Hunter, the Heisman
Trophy winner and the best all around athlete in the draft,

(47:30):
and you gave a way to pick to Jacksonville. Now
guess what you passed up on? Shauduur, and God blessed
y'all more than they blessed him because y'all was able
to get what you really needed.

Speaker 8 (47:42):
Anyway.

Speaker 5 (47:42):
Now, just think, if y'all hadn't have been operating under self,
you could have had Travis and.

Speaker 8 (47:50):
Should do it and built in chemistry already, both of
them already.

Speaker 5 (47:57):
Well, all I want to say say is y'all stop
listening to everything somebody got to say bad about us.

Speaker 8 (48:07):
And running wooded. You're here, arrogant. How many times have
you sit down and had dinner with this young man?
How many times have you had a couple of coffee
with this young man?

Speaker 5 (48:16):
Listen, you grow up with a daddy named Dion Sanders
and you're gonna have a lot of those attributes as well.
But I will say this, arrogancy is not because you
look another in the eye and speak direct without being
passive aggressive. We got too many passi aggressive, passively aggressive

(48:38):
men in our society.

Speaker 8 (48:39):
That's why when a man speaks straight, it seems rude,
it seems arrogant, full of itself, angry or aggressing. No,
I'm telling you what it is.

Speaker 5 (48:50):
Matter of fact, the young man was being biblical. He
let his yea's be his yea's on his names be
his names. And because he didn't tap dance for you,
that's why you felt less dead, because you didn't know
how to have a conversation with a man that wasn't Yes, sir,

(49:12):
I'm just so happy to be here.

Speaker 47 (49:14):
And that is.

Speaker 5 (49:15):
Today's segment up deal, All right, what we're gonna do, y'all.
We're gonna get up out of here and we're gonna

today's day, d l We're.

and then we're gonna be right back, y'all ready for that, yep,
let's get hey, y'all.

Speaker 10 (53:41):
Okay think it without you. I wouldn't want to can't

cup while.

Speaker 55 (01:02:46):
You think it was.

Speaker 6 (01:02:49):
Like what's on?

Speaker 8 (01:02:52):
Hey God, y'all go ahead on and hit the likes.

Speaker 5 (01:02:55):
Man, we got more people here than we got likes,

realist gospel show anywhere. And man, we got the hot
music that you gotta hear when you're listening to us on.

Speaker 8 (01:03:06):
The Hey, what's up, Tanya, what's up to me? What's up, Brona,
what's up? General?

Speaker 6 (01:03:13):
What's up.

Speaker 8 (01:03:14):
Ashley, Hey, hey, hey, hey, thank y'all, thank y'all so

lights all way up. Come on and share, y'all.

Speaker 22 (01:03:27):
Share this shut this share is shut is shut is shuit?

Speaker 8 (01:03:31):
Is share is shure? Is he share it?

Speaker 22 (01:03:35):
All?

Speaker 24 (01:03:35):
Right?

Speaker 8 (01:03:35):
Go ahead, Daveney, what's up?

Speaker 5 (01:03:38):
And you stay out the middle of them fights ms Harper.
You let them kids fight and you be like the police.
You just go and you call the police for the
one that won, and you call the emmulans for the
one that lost. Okay, you stay out there. Don't let
them tear up your face or your hairstyle. You pay
too much good money for that, all right, go for Daveney.

Speaker 31 (01:03:56):
So I really believe like someone to say this since
thematic or systemic racism, because you know, being a man
and a black man, like I said, I think on
one of our other.

Speaker 13 (01:04:09):
Shows was you know a man, a man leads just
by his position.

Speaker 31 (01:04:13):
So he comes in the room with authority, he comes
in the room with strength. And sometimes especially when you
a man look at you in the eye, even as
a woman, a man look you.

Speaker 13 (01:04:23):
In the eye, there's a different feeling you stand up.

Speaker 31 (01:04:26):
So if a man looking at another man in the eye,
you know he if he's not confidence with confidence within himself,
of course he's gonna be a little uncomfortable, especially a
black man, because you know, we're fighting every day, every
day the narrative of what society is saying about our
black men.

Speaker 8 (01:04:46):
So we.

Speaker 31 (01:04:50):
We fight every day about black black men. They're angry,
Our black young men are angry. You can't trust them.
You gotta be careful with them. They're no good, they're unstable.

Speaker 13 (01:05:05):
So all of these things.

Speaker 31 (01:05:07):
And so you got this young twenty three year old
standing up with his two feet on the ground, looking
at somebody straight in the face and having a conversation.

Speaker 13 (01:05:17):
And an educated conversation.

Speaker 31 (01:05:19):
That is that can be very intimidating for people's not
for people who are not confident within themselves or those
that want to.

Speaker 11 (01:05:28):
Be like him.

Speaker 8 (01:05:30):
There you go, there you go that that now that
now that that'll preach without a text.

Speaker 5 (01:05:35):
That right there, what you just said, will preach without
a text when they want to be like them, but
they can't. Hey, before we get into with Tapfanyu Tammy,
I'm trying to say both of y'all.

Speaker 8 (01:05:49):

same time tapping it. We're gonna get into what favor.

Oh, that's that's Johnny Gills dance. Right, God, tell me
tell us what you think you know?

Speaker 56 (01:07:34):
I was thinking this man said that Shador made him
feel small. You actually said out loud that a twenty
three year old child made you feel small, and that
was supposed to make you make him look bad.

Speaker 8 (01:07:51):
What that does?

Speaker 13 (01:07:52):
It shows that this boy has been raised to be.

Speaker 56 (01:07:58):
The man that his daddy is now your daddy. His
daddy made him feel small. When you looked at him,
you saw Dion. Dion has has has has trained these boys.
Dion has coached these boys. Dion knows the ins and out,

(01:08:19):
he knows the business, and he and they know that
this boy knows the business. So they already know you're
not facing to tell him anything. And yes, he is
gonna look you dead in your eye, because that's what
your daddy taught you to do. You look a man
in his eye, and you don't ever let nobody make
you feel less than.

Speaker 8 (01:08:40):
And checked this out, check this out. And I'm sorry
Tommy real quick. Well as you spoke, Look, watch this blessing.
Keep your point because I'm bringing it back to you.
But watch this blessing.

Speaker 5 (01:08:50):
By what they thought they was doing to should door right,
they actually opened up for three other players that Dion
mentors as a father figure, which was he did the
same thing for Jimmy Horn because his dad's incarcerated right now.

Speaker 8 (01:09:10):
The same thing for Shepherd. He did the same thing.

Speaker 5 (01:09:13):
I forget what the young man's name is, the first
wide receiver that got out of there.

Speaker 14 (01:09:17):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (01:09:18):
And then Travis Hunter. He he mentored and fathered all
of those young men. So actually you got steven disciples
of Dion.

Speaker 8 (01:09:30):
Sanders in the NFL.

Speaker 3 (01:09:32):
Wow.

Speaker 8 (01:09:34):
You can't stop the.

Speaker 5 (01:09:36):
Seed of goodness by trying to pluck it up with
the hands of evil. I'm sorry, Tammy, go ahead, No,
you day you on the road. You want to say
what's up to Charlie Joe died, want to say what's
up to Tyler Page? She said, Hello, ladies and gentle man,

(01:09:57):

Speaker 56 (01:10:11):
Another thing you know, Shoudre and several other these players
of other players from different professional sports. You know, back
in the day, you know, they were like, I'm really
happy to be here because there were things that they
needed to do to take care of their.

Speaker 8 (01:10:29):

Speaker 13 (01:10:31):

Speaker 13 (01:26:53):
It's not a surprise.

Speaker 31 (01:26:54):
He first, like he said, he did have that heart attack,
that was trying to keep it because they said it
ain't nobody knew.

Speaker 5 (01:27:00):
And then now hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on,
allegedly he had, but he did have a medical issue in.

Speaker 8 (01:27:09):
Because I can't afford no lawsuits now.

Speaker 13 (01:27:11):
The okay, well, allegedly that's what Sarah Jake said.

Speaker 8 (01:27:14):
Allegedly.

Speaker 31 (01:27:16):
But you know, I just I think that this is
the best for now for him, because, like Timmy said,
there are some other things that might be some under
lining things.

Speaker 5 (01:27:28):
And this also to such as such as you say, underlining,
what do you mean are you trying to say, are
you trying to say he's a bottom? You said underlining,
you said bottom?

Speaker 8 (01:27:41):
What are you saying? Okay, I'm sorry, I'm just saying
I just ask questions. Say the bottom of what? I
just say, the bottom of what that were in.

Speaker 13 (01:27:49):
The news that just have those conversations on this shall
d l Why why not? Well? I just feel no,
I'm not to be the one that say it.

Speaker 8 (01:28:00):
Okay, Well I said, don't finish talking then so I
can say.

Speaker 1 (01:28:04):
So.

Speaker 8 (01:28:04):
I don't feel like.

Speaker 31 (01:28:06):
Take taking the time out at six at the at
sixty seven years old.

Speaker 13 (01:28:11):
This great for him? This and then Sarah and Tory.
I'm telling you they are the bomb diggity.

Speaker 31 (01:28:17):
They are going to move that church to the next
level and draw young people because they I mean telling
you for me, they are was up that I really
really love them.

Speaker 8 (01:28:28):
Hey, Melvin Williams, you how you doing?

Speaker 54 (01:28:30):
Man?

Speaker 8 (01:28:31):
God bless you continue? You got you in my prayers.

Speaker 5 (01:28:34):
So you said you moving them to they moving to
the next level. What's the next level.

Speaker 31 (01:28:38):
Like of the church, Because they're gonna they're gonna draw
a different crowd. They're gonna draw younger people, They're gonna
draw people at t D J's that he could not draw.

Speaker 8 (01:28:50):
Okay, well, but.

Speaker 13 (01:28:54):
So many young women love Sarah Jakes. They love the whole.
I mean, the the the outfits, the hair, the and
and just to hear them.

Speaker 3 (01:29:03):
I just love her so much.

Speaker 5 (01:29:04):
Wait wait wait, wait, wait wait wait, neither neither one
of the two things you said had nothing to do
with Jesus.

Speaker 8 (01:29:10):
Can you can you? Can you resell her to the
Christian But can I sell her?

Speaker 5 (01:29:14):
But can I say, just before you say what you're
about to say, address what I just asked, resell her?
Why if I'm trying to get closer to God, would
I choose her and Tori as my pastors?

Speaker 22 (01:29:25):
Why?

Speaker 31 (01:29:26):
Because they bring the word. I mean, you gotta you
gotta figure out a way how to draw them. But
when they draw them and they really listen to them,
they bring the word of God.

Speaker 5 (01:29:37):
I just wanted I ain't saying you wrong. I just
I'm not saying you're wrong. I just wanted you to
clarify that. Yeah, because I don't want nobody to think.
I don't want nobody to think that that I walk
of life is all about a fashion show. And I
do understand that that is an appeal, but so is
so is that with R and B? So is that

(01:29:59):
with music?

Speaker 8 (01:29:59):
So is that? Would I want to hear that Sarah
and Tory won't be at no jay Z parties. That's
what I want to hear. That's what I want.

Speaker 5 (01:30:08):
I want to hear today ain't gonna because a ain't
no more Diddy parties right now. But I want to
hear the day a't gonna be a no Jamie Fox parties.
I want to hear the day ain't gonna be a
no Will and Jada party.

Speaker 8 (01:30:17):
You feel what I'm.

Speaker 5 (01:30:18):
Saying, Not because that makes them less than, but that
means that they would restain from the very appearance of evil.
And we understand that a lot of stress causes strokes,
heart attacks, or whatever it was that was we saw

(01:30:39):
Bishop Jakes go through that. We're happy God kept him
from right. And we don't know what's worrying. We can
speculate what's worrying. But I feel as though he, as
a man of God, did pick the right time to
say the stain.

Speaker 8 (01:30:57):
I may have calls, let me get it out the
way and let some words he did use. Let some
fresh blood, Oh.

I'm saying is the truth or if it's a lie.
All right, it's up to you to decide.

Speaker 22 (01:42:55):
But here we go.

Speaker 5 (01:42:56):
Ladies in general, I had a crush as a little
boy of a young lady in my neighborhood. Oh yeah,
I was about fourteen fifteen years old, she's about nineteen
or twenty. I stilled walk into the store and I
just wanted to share my candy with her. I just

(01:43:18):
wanted to go walk her back home, make sure she
got home safe with all the things she purchased.

Speaker 8 (01:43:24):
I wanted to be a gentleman.

Speaker 5 (01:43:26):
But of course she's dead there now me all, how
sweet that is? So precious me to death, doll.

Speaker 8 (01:43:35):
Everybody be like, man, that girl you ain't never got
a chance, well as fate would have it, in a
couple of years. It was about eighteen nineteen years old.
That means she was about twenty.

Speaker 5 (01:43:50):
Seven somewhere around there, y'all doing that, I wouldn't taken
advantage of No, wasn't no bottles of baby all going
on or nothing like that.

Speaker 8 (01:43:58):
But we met up at a juke joint.

Speaker 5 (01:44:03):
Yeah, Taverner wasn't quite an upscale club, you know, just
a bunch of brown bags, red cups and a juke box.

Speaker 8 (01:44:12):
Juke joint. So I said, hey, you remember me? She
looked at me. He said, mm hmm, I met you.
I'd have remembered you.

Speaker 3 (01:44:23):
I said, adam cooking the night. I said, this something
me from fifty fish.

Speaker 10 (01:44:28):
She said, boy, you better get it.

Speaker 11 (01:44:31):
Look at it.

Speaker 18 (01:44:32):
This is tall.

Speaker 3 (01:44:34):
You always was a cumul little boy, but you was
a man now.

Speaker 8 (01:44:37):
I said, don't you dad again. I'm a man. I'm
a grown man. Yeah, I sound like switch when had
I call your name?

Speaker 37 (01:44:45):
Girl?

Speaker 8 (01:44:46):
But I hadn't gotten that far yet.

Speaker 3 (01:44:47):
But I said, well, how you doing?

Speaker 8 (01:44:50):
Can now? Now? This long long, long, long, long long
time ago. That's why the story tied.

Speaker 3 (01:44:55):
So I said, you buy your drink.

Speaker 5 (01:44:56):
We sat down and we talked in the juke box,
messed around and one of the songs that we both
liked that We got up and we slow dragged and
slow dragged again, and she said, you know what, my
girlfriend will mess.

Speaker 8 (01:45:13):
Around and left with somebody.

Speaker 5 (01:45:15):
Oh stay loosh you around about and that you gonna
need a ride home.

Speaker 3 (01:45:21):
Say no more minor yours.

Speaker 8 (01:45:24):
She said, boy, you better stop fore you get yourself
in trouble.

Speaker 5 (01:45:27):
I said, you know where I'm from, I ain't never
been afraid of a little trouble. So we get on
up out of that jump in and ride roll on,
then go down there. So she said, bolly, I can't
let you think I'm easy like that, so.

Speaker 8 (01:45:51):
Take it. About two more weeks later, me and my
homeboys about to go to a club that just so
happened to be down the street from where I dropped
her off after we came out of the chute.

Speaker 5 (01:46:02):
Back then, we had pages in our cell phone, so
you know, you had to be careful where you went
to to use the phone.

Speaker 8 (01:46:09):
So as we approaching this.

Speaker 5 (01:46:11):
Club is a I looked at us, Oh that shorty's
cold pull over right there.

Speaker 8 (01:46:20):
So we back then, y'all we had to pull up
real close to the payfall.

Speaker 5 (01:46:29):
Yes, yes, all right in a minute, click, y'all know
without hearing what took place on their phone call.

Speaker 8 (01:46:42):
So I said, hey, look at your dog. Drop me off,
but as soon as it's done, come back and get me.

Speaker 9 (01:46:47):
So here I am.

Speaker 5 (01:46:50):
I got my Saint Louis Cardinal little starter code on
got a black swishy the swish you know, we called
them pants swishy swished back there because when you walked,
they said, And I had my Jordans on. Saint Louis
Cardinal had, Oh, man, I'm all kind of five in

(01:47:10):
the five so we.

Speaker 8 (01:47:13):
See each other. She opened the door. We greet She said, oh,
you get to help me put my bed together? Or really,
I mean gonna maintenance?

Speaker 3 (01:47:25):
Man, m hm.

Speaker 8 (01:47:27):
I ain't never been a stranger to a sucket. So
we ate it up. We got the nice stand, we
got the dresses. She was like, who, I don't want
to work you no more? I said, depending on what
type of label you're talking about. She said, well, I
was gonna have you take those boxes outside. I said, no,

(01:47:49):
we don't want to work like that, but you know
I could fill something else. And uh so after a
few and a few moments, I'll let you use your imagination,

(01:48:10):
I said, can I use your restroom? And went to
the restroom.

Speaker 5 (01:48:13):
And we had the boxes in the spare room that
the bed and the dresser frame and all the attachments
came in. You know, something was the big tall boxes
you could get down off in, and so was the
little bitty boxes. The big boxes still had the peanuts
off in them, So you know you want the peanuts all.

Speaker 8 (01:48:29):
Over the carpet and everything. He won't tie you up.
So all of a sudden, you hear a knock at
the door. She looked out the wind.

Speaker 6 (01:48:41):
I said, look at the window.

Speaker 27 (01:48:44):
Let them.

Speaker 8 (01:48:45):
I got to look out the window because I hear
that music, and that music that sounds like it's sound
like who. God, don't trip. I got this that and
all sound like who.

Speaker 5 (01:48:58):
All of a sudden, Now I told you I had
Saint Louis Cardinal, had Saint Louis Cardinals started coat black.
I want a black and red on And this dude
hollered out and comes back up.

Speaker 8 (01:49:11):
Dog, I know she in here.

Speaker 6 (01:49:15):
You have to have him set trip over me.

Speaker 8 (01:49:18):
And all I wanted to do was put together some furniture.
Oh what is we gonna do?

Speaker 20 (01:49:27):
I'm all by myself and it's like seven of them.

Speaker 3 (01:49:32):

Speaker 8 (01:49:34):

over there, door over in there. Oh Jesus, feel faced
