On the Big Screen, we watched Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, and The Godfather, Part Two.And we bought new vinyl from Bad Company, Supertramp, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and a new band called Judas Priest.
It was the year that was, 1974.
Some of the greatest albums were released that year, but there were a small number of them that you had to have in your collection. Albums wth Deep tracks from Aerosmith, Rush, Paul McCartney and Wings, Queen and more. These albums are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year.
They are known as "The Essentials".
