on our toll free hotline number nationwide eight hundred six
zero six eighty eight twenty two eight hundred six zero
six eighty eight twenty two on a website doctor Bob
dot com. All right, we're going to begin this hour

(04:25):
talking about and it kind of ties into what we
discussed last hour with doctor Pelton, and that is why
it's so important to gravitate away from the standard American diet,
which is pathetic and responsible for a lot of mostly
preventable diseases and obesity and all this preventable stuff and

(04:49):
gravitate to a healthier diet like, say, for example, the
Mediterranean diet, which is similar to what I consume. Well,
here is the latest information. Harvard Medical scientists find new
incredible benefit as a result of people following the Mediterranean diet.

(05:13):
The Mediterranean diet has been found to reduce the risks
of death from all causes by nearly and in this
particular study, they looked at women and they found that
women who followed the Mediterranean diet is easy to follow,
by the way, and it's delicious. You can find books

(05:35):
everywhere about this. Get it. Start it. You'll be glad
you did, and you'll thank me for it. But the
researchers found that they would be able to reduce a
person who is following the Mediterranean diet, which is not
the standard American diet, the sad diet, the pathetic diet.

(05:56):
I always tell people when I'm out of country, I said,
you know, I do you have any Indian food, Do
you have any Mediterranean food? Do you have any any
other food other than the standard American diet. I'm down
for that, then bring it well. In this case, those
women who they studied were able to reduce their risk

(06:18):
of death by all causes by nearly twenty five percent.
Is that is amazing. There's no drug in the world
that could do that, not even close. A study of
more than twenty five thousand healthy, middle aged American females
with an average age of fifty five found that following

(06:42):
a diet rich in fish, hopefully cold water fish like salmon, anchovies,
or harrying or other fish they're high in the most
all important omega fish oils, and a diet that's rich
in lagoons and vegeds and nuts and seeds and one

(07:02):
hundred percent organic whole grain foods was linked with a
twenty three percent lower risk of dying by the end
of the twenty five year study at Harvard, every woman

(07:24):
was quizzed on their adherence to the diet annually, and
those who stuck closely to it over the twenty five
year period enjoyed a sixteen percent lower risk of death
from all causes. And there's no drug on the planet

(07:45):
that can do that for you, trust me, without horrendous
side effects. Now, the Mediterranean diet, which has been crowned
the best diet for seven years in a row. And
I'm not saying every single person so cheating the Mediterranean diet.
It works for me. There may be some greater need

(08:05):
for let's say, additional protein or additional complex carbohydrates or
additional good fats in the diet, depending on the person,
their genetic makeup and so forth. I'm not sure, but
the Mediterranean diet has been shown to reduce inflammation in

(08:27):
the body, improve the body's regulation of insulin, and manage
weight just by following a Mediterranean style diet, all of
which protect against those diseases we learn about. We think
we're not going to be the ones that ever get it.

(08:48):
It'll be somebody else. We're talking about heart disease, we're
talking about dementia, because most people think that they're bulletproof
that nothing's gonna get them. Diabetes is another one. Well,
the diet, the Mediterranean diet is common in countries like Greece, Italy,

(09:11):
Spain and countries that border the Mediterranean Sea. And when
you look at their longevity, when you look at how
long the average person lives in the Mediterranean area that
are consuming the Mediterranean diet, you see them out performing
in longevity Americans. And most importantly, their quality of life

(09:33):
is good. These are people who are active, very active,
beyond age fifty, whereas most Americans over the age of
fifty they're on a downhill slide. It's like one foot
on a banana peel and one on the grave. They're
on a bowload of drugs because their quality of life
is so bad that they have to spoon in these

(09:55):
pharmaceutical drugs just to get them going in the day,
Caffeine in the morning, alcohol at night, and a lot
of other stuff. And here you have, coming out of
Harvard University, the latest study, the largest of its kind,
showing and in this case they were studying women. But
I'm certain that men are impacted by this and have
been benefited by this. Women involved in this one of

(10:19):
the longest running studies with women, have shown incredible benefits.
So there it is again. Let your food be your medicine,
the Mediterranean diet. Harvard scientists they're recommending it, and I've
got to give it my big time stamp of approval
as well. But you have to decide whether or not

(10:41):
you should do that or you could do it. You
can if you choose to your option, your choice, choose wisely.
Get us up. We'll be right back. You're tuned into
the Doctor Bob Martinshaw. You all right, welcome or welcome

(11:20):
back to this hour of the Doctor Bob Martsen Show.
Please be sure to write down our toll free telephone number,
our nationwide toll free number where you can have access
to yours truly and asking a question about your health.
Whether it's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday,

(11:41):
anytime during the night or day. Just call this number.
You'll hear my voice answer the phone, and you state
the city and state you're calling in from, your first
name only, and your question, and I will listen to
it and you'll hear me talking about it on the radio.
We're getting ready to go to calls and questions here shortly,
so stand by by the way. I just wanted to

(12:01):
also coming in behind what I talked about earlier with
this Mediterranean diet, the Harvard Sciences finding incredible benefits from
this easy to incorporate diet. We've talked about it over
the years a lot, but I've read, of course in
the past, even in the journal of the American Medical

(12:24):
Sociation Network Open. Few diets are loved by doctors as
much as the Mediterranean diet, because when you eat in
that manner and you get the exercise you need and
live a healthy lifestyle, your chance your risk of heart
disease plummets, your risk of obesity plummets, your risk of

(12:45):
dimension Alzheimer's disease goes down, and strokes go down. In fact,
there was a study probably about oh, not even ten
years ago in the Journal of the Current Opinion in
Clinical Nutrition and Metabolic Care reporting that people who followed
the Mediterranean diet lived about four and a half years

(13:06):
longer than those who didn't. But most importantly, not only
do they live longer and enjoy life, they had better
quality of light. They weren't on a boatload of drugs
where they had to juggle that around and worry about
all the adverse side effects. So the Mediterranean diet is

(13:26):
meant to be enjoyable, and it's straightforward. It prescribes loading
up on veggies and fruit, cutting back on red meats,
and incorporating fats that are especially healthy for you, like
extra virgin olive oil and nuts and seeds, and I'm
particularly in love with macadamia, academia, nuts and walnuts and almonds.

(13:49):
I ate a lot of them, olives, avocados. That's a
huge part of my diet. Ley goomes, beans, not seeds.
You don't have to become a vegetarian, you don't have
to classify yourself on a specific type of diet. You
just need to make sure that you're getting the right foods,
raw foods as much as possible, foods that are alive,
and not as many of these highly processed foods and

(14:13):
foods that man has messed up. Because when you do
that and you put garbage in, you get a garbage
out effect, which means premature death and diseases that are
associated with eating foods that have low nutrient value, low
fiber value, and will take you to the grave a

(14:34):
lot faster. And in between all of that, you're gonna
need crisis medical care and lots of pharmaceutical drugs to
keep you going on a daily basis, and nobody wants that.
In fact, if you really want to get serious about
your health, you might want to look into the blue zone.
The blue zone is an area different areas of the
world where people typically live consistently over one hundred years

(14:58):
of age. People in the blue zones they plant gardens
and go on walks on a regular basis with fellow
members of their community. They dance with friends, and they
perform manual labor all the way up to like ninety
years of age. And most Americans are like completely spent
by the time they're sixty sixty five, and they're usually

(15:23):
having low quality life. There's always exceptions, obviously, but too
many people suffer too often here, and a lot of
it is we're damaging ourselves because we don't have the
proper education, and our doctors are certainly not teaching us
about healthcare. It's all about sick care. Got a symptom,
Let me give you a drug to cover it up,
Let me give you something to numb you. And that's

(15:44):
all good to a degree, but when it goes on
beyond that, it's ridiculous. All right, ladies and gentlemen, We're
gonna now go to phone calls on our toll free
number at eight hundred six zero six eighty eight twenty two.
That's how you can call into the program and ask
a question. Ask me a question, I'll answer it on
the air. Simply state when you hear my voice when

(16:07):
you call this Toolphrey number, state the city and state
in which you're living in, your first name only, and
your question or health comment that number eight hundred six
zero six eighty eight twenty two. It's our caller, the
Doctor Bob Martin Caller Hotline eight hundred six zero six
eighty eight twenty two. And don't hesitate to give this

(16:30):
number out to your sick family members, your loved ones,
your friends, co workers, neighbors. If they need a lifeline,
I'm here for them too, eight hundred six to zero
six eighty eight twenty two. Or the website doctor Bob
dot com spelling out the word doctor dct O r
Bob dot com. All right, First up is Dennis, who's
calling in from ames Iowa.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Hi.

Speaker 5 (16:51):
This is Dennis from ames Iowa. I enjoy your show
in visiting family members in south central Minnesota's things that
very many family and friends are drinking tonic water for
the relief of sour stomach, acid reflex, and also tonic

(17:16):
water seems to reduce or eliminate leg cramps. I would
like to know if you have any information on that,
what your comments might be.

Speaker 6 (17:26):
Once again, tonic water for the relief of acid reflex,
sour stomach, heartburn, and also for relief of an elimination
of leg crafts.

Speaker 4 (17:38):
Thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
Okay, Dennis, thank you very much for your phone call.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
Well.

Speaker 3 (17:44):
First of all, muscle cramps effect about what at least
fifty to sixty percent of adults at some time or another,
and can be caused by so many different factors, and
some of them can be simple in some can be complicated.
Like some people get muscle cramps from dehydration. They just

(18:04):
don't drink enough water. They're drinking too much coffee, which
is a diuretic, and they're becoming dehydrated and it could
lead to muscle cramps. But one of the more common problems,
one of the more common reasons for muscle cramps are
nutrient deficiencies, which mean we're not obtaining the adequate amounts
of specific nutrients that keep our muscles healthy and keep

(18:29):
them from cramping, such as magnesium. That's an important one, magnesium.
So if you're having trouble with muscle cramps, that would
be what I would go to. Digging a magnesium supplement
or some extra calcium. Even vitamin E can help muscle cramps.
And if it is one leg or both legs, consider

(18:51):
two that the nerves that feed the legs that come
out of the lower back and pelvis area, they may
be irritated due to spinal bone misalignments, which means that
it would be a good idea to get a check
up by a licensed chiropractic physician to make sure it's

(19:12):
not a biomechanical problem which is causing the cramping to occur. Now,
you mentioned using tonic water, and I assume you're talking
about like sweps, effer vessels. That's the only one I'm
aware of. And it is true that it at leases
my understanding that some of these tonic waters do still

(19:35):
contain a small amount of quinine. Quinine is an old
remedy or an old cure for leg cramps at bark
you know, bark off of a tree to treat Originally
it was there to treat malaria and they found out
that in the process of treating malaria, a lot of
people who had leg cramps just went away. So I

(19:56):
think that's how it came to fruition in terms of
people using it. This bark off the tree and then
a small amount of it in these tonic waters that
contain quinine. But it's in small amounts. It's harmless. But
there's better answers Highland's natural leg cramps. It's a homeopathic formula,
much better choice. And for heartburn or acid reflux, get

(20:18):
to the reason why it's there. I would use these
carbonated beverages. There's a supplement out there called Heartburn Rescue
by Terry Naturally Vitamins. It has d leimanine in it
and see Buckthorne. Much better choice. But find out what
you're eating or doing that's causing the heartburn. Thank you
for your call, Dennis, appreciate that. Stay tuned, We're coming

(20:40):
right back. You're tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
Are you waiting for the riot? Excuse? Are you waiting

(21:04):
for sign and choose? Why are you waiting?

Speaker 7 (21:07):
It's the Times.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
In spe in fifty.

Speaker 8 (21:15):
I'm come to the fine type.

Speaker 3 (21:22):
Wait in what are you info? You're tuned into the
Doctor Bob marks in the show. I thank you for that. Remember,
just like Dennis, the last caller calling in with a
health related question, you can do the same thing anytime
you like twenty four seven three sixty five. You'll hear
my voice answer the phone and ask you to state

(21:45):
your city in which you're living, in the state, your
first name only, and your question or comment at eight
hundred six zero six eighty eight twenty two eight hundred
six zero six eighty eight twenty two doctor Bob dot
Com the website. Now, before we get to the next caller,
let me state this. One of the things you can

(22:09):
incorporate in your lifestyle in order to reduce inflammation whole
body burden of inflammation is to make sure that you
are taking good care of your oral cavity. I find
that so many people they do good things. They exercise,
they don't smoke cigarettes, they don't drink excessive alcohol, They

(22:31):
try to eat well, they try to generate a positive
mental attitude. But then they let their oral health spin
out of control by not taking good care of it,
and it generates inflammation and they end up getting too
much tooth decay or at all gingivitis, paridontal disease, bad breath,

(22:52):
and they're wondering how that works or how how did
it happen, And then they wait for the crisis to
occur before they see the data in the dental hygienis
and then they got bad news. Oh, we're gonna have
to do this procedure. What I would suggest you strongly
considers what I do and what many of my colleagues do,
and that is the Spry Spry dental defense system. That's

(23:17):
what keeps our healthy teeth and gums, reducing our risk
of these dental diseases that can increase inflammation which can
lead to other problems and other areas of your body,
including your brain and your heart in your joints. You
don't want that. The next time you're in your store,
look for Spry Spry tooth based and Spry mouth rints.

(23:41):
They also have mints and gum as well. And I
don't know about you, but when I just think about
seeing a dentist and knowing that as soon as I
hit that waiting room, I'm gonna smell that alcohol, I'm
gonna hear those drills going to the background. People being
traumatized and I just don't want to be there. So

(24:01):
I take good care of my oral health and I
do it with the Spry SPROI Dental Defense System, and
you should too. If you're using some commercial brand right now, Colgate,
palm Olive, Sensidine, Thereabiza, it doesn't matter. Look at the
garbage that's in it on the label and toss it
to the curve and switch over now. The spry tooth

(24:25):
based and mouth Threats comes in delicious peppermint flavor or
cinnamon or spearmen. Xileisol is a plant based ingredient in
spry tooth based and mouth th rents and gum and mints.
It's anti cavity, anti plaque, and anti bad news. The
next time you're in your dental hygienistore, Dennis peers into

(24:45):
your mouth and whispers those dreaded words. Time for root, canal,
crown or an extraction ouch. Don't go there. Get the
Spray Dental Defense System. Make it simple and easy and inexpensive,
and you're gonna be happy. Spray Dental Fan is available
at CBS, Rite Aid Pharmacies, Target, Vitamin Chopped Sprouts, and
all natural grocer stores. You can also hit their website

(25:08):
at clear that's x L e a r dot com
to find out more about Spry Dental Defense System. All right,
let's go right back to work with your telephone calls
and questions. Next up is Jim calling in from Franklin,
North Carolina.

Speaker 4 (25:29):
Good morning, doctor Bob. I have a question. This is
Jim and Franklin, North Carolina, smoking mountains. When I was
in twenty fourteen, I was diagnosed with p RP p
rs as rubra hilarious, which is a rash. But I
got that after the doctor injected me, gave me some

(25:52):
pills because for broncol infection the high adabouts immediately followed
by a steroid pregnasone, so my body broke out in
a complete rashead. To tell I still have that, It's
not as intense as it used to be. The only
thing that really bothers me is kind of flaky drice again.

(26:13):
And it looks like some kind of psoriais or something
in my hair that my scalp itches all the time,
and I'm just wondering. And I also have a lot
of sinus. I'm always blowing my nose constantly, and I'm
wondering if that is some kind of condition of inflammation

(26:35):
in my sinuses or is a brain inflammation indicator signal.
Thank you, sir. I enjoyed your program and hope to
be more healthy than I was yesterday. Thank you.

Speaker 3 (26:48):
Okay Jim from Franklin, North Carolina, Thank you for your call. Yes,
the adverse response that you had to the antibiotic and
the steroid that your medical doctor gave you created and
upbringing in your immune system to attempt to counter the
poison you had come in contact with. These v medical
drugs you probably didn't need. Obviously you didn't need it

(27:09):
because click where it landed you, you had like a
mild anthhyloctic shock reaction, if you will. We see this
type of damage in a condition called leaky gut syndrome,
where drugs have damaged an important barrier in your small
intestine called tight junctions, and it may also have generated

(27:30):
another condition called candidiasis or an overgrowth of yeast, mold
and fungus, which is now responsible most likely for your
chronic sinus problem. So consider the following and by the way,
that chronic sinuce problem. Just look it up in male proceedings.
They're saying they years and years ago almost two decades ago,
Mayo Clinics said, look, doctors quit treating sinus problems with antibiotics.

(27:53):
It doesn't work most of the time. And the reason
it doesn't work is because most sinus chronic sinus problems
are called by mold fungus in yeast, usually generated by
medical drugs. But consider the use of something called clear
Rescue nasal spray. Clear is spelled x L e ar
rescue nasal spray. Do that three times a day, and

(28:15):
with the medicinal biocytal agents in there, it should kill
that fungal mold yeast infection in your nasal cabin Additionally,
take chiolic garlic. It's a liquid aged garlic extract. Take
one tablespoon of that three times a day. Garlic helps
to kill fungus and yeast in the bloodstream without any
side effects. Now, because your gastrointestinal area has been damaged

(28:38):
by the steroid in the antibiotic, you've destroyed or disrupted
your gastro intestinal microbiome. You're gonna need to be taking
doctor Ohiras probiotics Doctor Oheir's probiotics, three capsules of that
twice a day. I would take it first thing in
the morning on an empty stomach, last thing at night,
and be sure to avoid at all costs drinking alcohol

(29:02):
or eating things that have refined sugar in them. Junk food.
They must be eliminated, because that's like pouring gasoline on
the fire. No dairy except for butter. Eat lots of
ginger and garlic, and peppers and onions and artichokes. These
are things that will feed the good, healthy microbiome in
your gut. And we'll build that back up that which

(29:24):
was damaged by unnecessary prescribing of antibiotics and steroids for
a rash that you should have been or could have
been you didn't know, of course, been treated in a
more conservative fashion and actually dealing with the cause of
the problem, which is leaky gut syndrome. Most chiropractors know
about it, most nature pathic doctors, most functional medical doctors,

(29:48):
and integrative doctors know about this. All right, thank you
so much for your call, Jim. Good health to you.
I'm doctor Bob Martin.

Speaker 2 (30:02):
So you.

Speaker 3 (30:08):
Did.

Speaker 8 (30:09):
I I'm a bush of this number Simon, the old
one ever single minds aver.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
I'm all right. I welcome you, or welcome you back
to this hour of the doctor Bob Martin showed if
you like what you are hearing, if you're entertained, or
you're being educated, or you just like what you hear,
be sure to help your loved ones, your French coworkers,

(30:48):
or maybe your neighbor learn about the show just like
you did, and refer them over so they can listen
in to hear dynamic guests like we had on last hour,
farmist author, clinical nutritionist, doctor Ross Pelton. If you miss that,
you can hear that in the podcast library. Is of
this coming Wednesday over on my website at doctor Bob

(31:09):
dot com, spelling out the word doctor doc docto r
bob dot com. Just like the last caller, Jim in Franklin,
North Carolina, calling in having had an adverse reaction to
two different prescribed drugs for a simple rash, and then
he ended up worse off than he was before he started,

(31:30):
and now he's still in his body's still in shock,
still trying to recover. You don't want to go down
that pathway. You want to find a conservative way to
manage these health conditions, being your own best doctor most
of the time. But a lot of people they think,
well my doctor, they'll have the answer. They know everything.
Their god, they got that stetsoscope one in that white jacket.

(31:53):
They must know everything. Look, doctors mean well, doctors are
highly educated. But if you're an honest doctor, you realize
that the more you find out about the human body,
the more you realize you don't know. And when you
start treating conservative problems, which are non life threatened rashes

(32:15):
with powerful side effect producing drugs which decimate your body
in a scorched earth process, like antibiotics and steroids, this
is exactly what the outcome will be. You're worse often
when you began because they may have actually made Jim's
condition worse. It was probably already a leaky gut problem

(32:38):
in a fungal yeast overgrowth. It he's added fuel right
onto the fire and he's worse off. Now. Who knows
how long it will take to recover once that activity
starts to roll. And I know a lot of you
can relate to that because you go to the doctor
and you try one thing and you come out of
there worse off, where you have two or three other
side effects that you didn't bargain for. I get it.

(32:58):
But that's why this ra radio show is as popular
as it is and why it's lasted nearly thirty years
in national syndication. People need help, they need education, they
need a lifeline. And I'm here for you every week
at the same time in the same place, and we
so appreciate you tuning into the show. All right, let's
get right back to them. By the way, our phone
number into the program so that you can ask a

(33:19):
question just like the last one. Jim in North Carolina.
Eight hundred six zero six eighty eight twenty two. Eight
hundred six zero six eighty eight twenty two is the
number into this radio show. You'll hear me answer the phone,
and I'll ask you a couple of easy questions and
you lay your question down. All right, let's go to

(33:40):
the next caller. Next up is Nancy in Van More, Arkansas.

Speaker 7 (33:46):
My name is Nancy. I wasn't vamed here in Arkansas,
and my question is how can I keep from getting
high cholesterol right now? It's okay, but I also have
swelling in my ankles and feet which has never happened before.

(34:09):
So if you can tell me what I can do,
it's something.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
Okay, Nancy, thank you for your call. I'm concerned when
anybody tells me that they have swelling in their feet,
in their ankles. These are red flags for doctors who
understand the potential for the problem. Now, once in a while,

(34:33):
you know, you eat too much salt at the restaurant
the night before, or you're not getting enough activity, you
might see some swelling. But look, if you're seeing consistent
water build up in your lower extremities. We are taught
to think, I wonder if that person has our problem.
I wonder if they have a kidney problem. I wonder

(34:55):
if they're taking a drug that they're allergic to. And
there are many other reasons. Maybe it's a liver problem,
maybe there's some other blockage of circulation in their extremities.
My suggestion, when somebody calls in or asks me about
that similar situation, get checked up. Go see a doctor

(35:17):
that you know and trust, so they can do the
appropriate tests, the diagnostics to try to figure out where
the smoking gun is and be more concerned in this
regard Nancy, be more concerned about inflammation versus cholesterol. The
whole cholesterol thing is really a scam most of the time,

(35:42):
meaning that the drug companies sold doctors a bill of
health and they discovered that there was a way to
sell stat in drugs. But because in heart and blood
vessel and heart disease they found cholesterol there, they naturally
assumed the problem was the cholesterol, when it really isn't

(36:03):
the cholesterol, it's inflammation. Have your doctor run what is
called apo lipoprotein a ApoA. Your doctor needs to measure
also C reactive protein, cardio sensitive ce reactive protein, homocysteine,
and another factor called TMAO. These are all important markers

(36:23):
blood markers to try to get to the reason why
you're having this, and then once the doctor has a diagnosis,
then find someone else that can actually address the underlying
reasons as to how you got there, what you're eating,
how you're moving around. Maybe there's some other things that
you can be helped with safely and naturally drug free.

(36:44):
I hope so, and I wish you well, Nancy. Thank
you for your call. We'll be right back. You're tuned
into the Doctor Bob Martin Show. All right, doctor Bob

(37:12):
marching back with you. We're in our final segment of
this hour. Stick around because next hour we've got a
lot of important things to tell you about share with you.
This week's installments of the health alternative health outrage, the
product recall, and the health mystery. All that next hour plus,
I think we have a top ten list, a top

(37:32):
ten list today, if I'm not mistaken. The top ten
list addresses the states with the highest level of vaping
in young people, in teenagers, in youth, which is a
horrendously growing problem, a real problem where these young people

(37:55):
are damaging their lungs and their heart and everything else
by vaping. Then we will talk about it next hour,
So don't go anywhere, all right, Let's go back to
the phones again and finish the hour with Pete in Kingman, Arizona.

Speaker 9 (38:11):
Oh, doctor Martin, this is Pete and Kingman, Arizona. My
main question is do you know of anybody the Scripts
Institute down there by San Diego, if there's any doctors
there you could recommend or just have him look at

(38:35):
my brother's knees because Kingman and Orange County, California and
UCLA haven't had any luck. I mean, they just won't
work on his knees again. After this doctor, I don't
know if I can give you his name. When you

(38:59):
look him up, he says he's an ankle foot doctor.
And another gal that lived by my sister in Brea, California,
that went to him. She said she had problems with
his her knees. So they just talked about it a
couple of days ago because she went to him also,

(39:25):
but she didn't have invasive surgery like replacement she had.
Like they go on there and they mess around with
your ligaments and things like that, you know, whatever they
play around with.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
But she's a mess too, and.

Speaker 9 (39:41):
Our main thing is to getting back on his feet.

Speaker 3 (39:47):
Okay, thank you for your call.

Speaker 9 (39:49):
Pete.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
Sounds like he went to a doctor of pediatric medicine
or maybe an orthpeak surgeon who did surgery on him
foot and ankle surgery and it made him worse. They
do a lot of good things at script or UCLA,
but he's been there, done that. Why would you go back?
What I would do he's in king in Arizona. What
I would do is I would call doctor Boris Schwartz,

(40:11):
who's in Phoenix, Arizona. It's across the state, but doctor
Boris Schwartz specializes in these types of problems, very chronic
difficult cases that have been botched by some other medical provider.
Give him a call. His number is six zero two
eight hundred four three three three six zero two eight

(40:31):
hundred forty three thirty three for doctor Boris Schwartz at
Original Health Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. I wish your brother
well and thank you for calling on his behalf. Stay tuned,
we're coming right back. It's the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
