Good day, and welcome Doctor Adam Broffman here co hosting
The Doctor Bob Martin Show, America's largest and longest running

going to dive into the latest policies of Health and
Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior. And we're also
going to discuss the disastrous standard American diet, the sad diet,

(01:25):
with insights on both from our very special guest. That's
doctor Tony O'Donnell. He's an ambassador for RFK Junior's MAHA,
the Make America Healthy Again movement in a leading voice
and functional medicine in public health reform. So let's get
this straight. Kennedy isn't just tweaking health policy. He's flipping

(01:45):
the script fluoride and water. He says it's mass medication
and vaccine mandates. He's slashing financial incentives, and he's shouting
let's let doctors think for themselves. Also, full fat dairy
and raw milk, he's bringing them back like it's eighteen
ninety nine and artificial food dies. They're gone from school

(02:11):
lunches in states across the country. This man is stirring
the pot and moving away from health status quo. And
we've got doctor Tony here to break down what it
all means for your health. And while the politicians debate,

(02:32):
the processed junk that makes up nearly seventy percent of
our diets in plant based for most people means French fries.
No wonder, chronic diseases are through the rough, Doctor Tony
and I will reveal how to fight back with some

(03:57):
Ladies and gentlemen, Today we have the privilege of welcoming
a man who didn't just study health. He's lived it
with the hard lessons and he's emerged as a warrior
for wellness from Ireland, where he grew up as one
of eleven children in a world where every meal and
every moment it was a lesson in resilience, to standing
on global stages with a message of health. His journey

(04:21):
is a testament to the power of turning pain into purpose.
After heart disease stole his father in cancer took a fiance,
he made a promise not to just survive, but to
revolutionize how the world thinks about health. And let me
tell you, this man delivers. He's a certified herbalist, nutritionist,

(04:42):
and best selling author of fifteen books blending science with
soul fortune. Five hundred companies hire him to energize their
teams because his mantra, if you feel better, you perform better.
It's not just a slogan, it's a movement. You've seen
him on Aby, we see in Fox News HSN, and
right here on The Doctor Bob Martin Show, where his

(05:05):
irish wit and no nonsense wisdom always leave us fired up.
So buckle up, because today's conversation is about to shake
the walls of conventional health. Please welcome Ambassador to Health
and Human Services Secretary RFK Junior. It's doctor Tony O'Donnell.
Doctor Tony, my friend. How are you today.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
I'm blessed. Thank you so much, Adam, it's really great
to be here. Thanks for the kind words.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Well, we love having you as a guest, Doctor Tony,
and I want to go ahead and start with some
of the changes in Washington Health and Human Services Secretary
a good friend of yours, Robert F. Kennedy Junior. It's
based some changes. He's really trying to shake things up.
I want you to give a quick recap on what's
the latest in health reform coming from Washington.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
You know Bobby. I like to call him mister Kennedy,
but he likes Bobby instead. People call him RFK. We're
very close, We're very good friends. I know him very
very well, and he's been to my housemallultiple times. I
speak to him and text him pretty much every day
or every other day. Excuse me, and you know, Bobby

(06:10):
is really committed to his own health and the health
of humanity. That's his legacy. He loves kids, he loves family.
He loves his family. Despite the pushback that he gets
for his point of view, he still pushes on. He's
a champion, he's a warrior, and he really cares about
making sure that the families, the parents are aware of

(06:31):
what's in our food. And to be honest with you,
doctor Bradham, I travel the length and breadth of this country.
I drive a lot. I get to stop off at
convenience stores and excuse me, go to frog myself. I
get to stop off at different stores around the country
and I can see the type of food. I wouldn't
even say the quality, the type of food that we

(06:52):
are ingesting. And it's awful. As the saying goes in Ireland,
I wouldn't give it to my dog, and I really wouldn't.
And I have three dogs. And so we have really
bad food manufacturers. We're holding them accountable in the nicest
possible way. We're asking them listening, gentlemen, ladies, please, we
want you to put out really good products that don't

(07:12):
harmor hurt our children. We want you to cut back
on those days you talked about earlier and the opening segment.
We want you to cut back on the processed foods.
Who want you to cut back on the GMOs, who
want you to cut back on the colorants, the saturated
fats that trans fats these types of things. Isn't that
the least you could do for us? Isn't that the
least that you could do for humanity? Because anything that

(07:34):
tastes good is generally not good for you. But we're
r actually asking these corporations to come out with stuff
that's really good. Our parents will buy it. Parents will
buy it. I'll buy doctor Adham. You'll buy it for
your family. I'll buy it for my family. I'll be
delighted to give someone a gift of something that's real,
that's pure, that's plant based, that is free of these

(07:56):
preservatives and stuff that actually harms us, makes us fat,
destroys our whole microbiome, ruins our skin or nails, and
our immunity, and makes us look, you know, deflated and
thin than God, or rather fat and gaunt, whatever way
you wish to put it. I saw someone the other
week that I did a consultation for and they told

(08:16):
me that's all they ever knew was bad food. Technically
now it's considered bad food. And so our job at
MAHA making America healthy again with mister Kennedy is to
educate the masses, educate the parents, let them know how
to read the labels. We're going into the schools and colleges,
talking to the superintendents, We're talking to the mayors of

(08:38):
different cities. I'm doing a lot of television all across
the country. I've got the largest I always say, I've
got the largest dry cleaning villain in the United States.
I'm on the road all the time doing those morning
news shows, which I'm thankful for. And we're getting the
word out and it's working. And of course then we
have so much to talk about. During the program, we
talk about exercise, and that's really important.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
And mister Kennedy, of course, to start from the top.
They're one of the first policies. He's been a vocal
critic of fluoride in water, calling it outdated and unnecessary
in these modern times. What is the current status of
fluoride in drinking water for the country.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
You know, Bobby wants to push back and I don't
want to speak for him on every single thing, and
I agree with him on all of the stuff that
he's doing, and we have casual debates and it's very
courteous and very respectful and very honorable. We put stuff
in our municipal water that supposedly, allegedly historically has been

(09:37):
used for so long that if you're told one hundred
years ago this is what we're going to do, people
just go along with it. We didn't have much pushback,
and now, of course there's a lot of pushback about
fluoride and what's in our water, what's in the quality
of our drinking water, what type of pesticides, herbicides and
insecticides are in our water, and does fluoride really make
a difference, And the science is coming out right now

(09:59):
to suggest that no, it does not. It actually causes
more harm than good, just like the vaccine. You know,
we lined up by the millions to get a non
licensed experimental vaccine, and now look at the fallout, and
people are really angry, really angry, and even people calling
me up and said, you should have told me, you
should have told me, I should have told me. I said, well,
I did. But people made decisions and we make decisions,

(10:19):
and some of these decisions are not good, and we're
going to find out exactly what's happening, particularly as it
relates to fluoride vaccines and of course bad food.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
Yeah, yeah, And I think a lot of what you're
talking about is people made decisions based on fear during
that time, and you know, Kennedy's rolling back those incentives
for hospitals reporting staff vaccination rates, and I think I
want to get your opinion on that since you brought
it up after the break. We're coming up on a break,
So don't go anywhere. If you need to get in

(10:48):
touch with us, call us at eight hundred and six
er O six eight eighty two to two. That's a
Doctor Bob Martin caller hotline. We're here with doctor Tony
O'Donnell that we'll be right back after these messages.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
What's wrong with Ben? What's wrong with Ben? What's wrong
within contident? As it's time to get the.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Welcome back Doctor Adam Brockman here and you're tuned into
the Doctor Bob Martin Show. And as we're navigating today's
health conversation with doctor Tony O'Donnell, I want to remind
you about our incredible listener resources, one being our email

I are standing by that provide personalized answers to your
health concerns. And remember you can always call our toll
free hotline at eight hundred six zero six eight eight
two to two. That's eight hundred six or six eight
eight two to two. All right, let's get back into

(12:03):
our conversation with doctor Tony O'Donnell. Were right before the break,
we were talking about vaccine policies, and again, doctor Tony,
I want you to update us on what mister Kennedy
is doing right now to roll back some of those
incentives for hospitals to report these vaccination rates and arguing
that medical decisions should be free from financial or government pressure.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Well, yeah, absolutely right. I had Bobby and doctor McCullough
who's a good friend of mine, and a bunch of
other doctor Assim Malhotra from the UK. I had all
these wonderful gentlemen at my home. I had like five
hundred people at my home. I woke up when there
was two people in my shower. There were so many
people in my house, and it was in incredible the
talent that we had. And I asked them questions relating

(12:48):
to the vaccine and the rule of vaccines. And doctor mccaullugh,
of course, was the head of Baylor University. He was
kicked out because of he wanted to promote ad E
and K and also ivermectin, but they said that was
not hospital policy. So they would rather let the patia
die than give them a natural, non toxic, affordable, effective remedy.

(13:09):
And therein lies the problem with these hospitals and their
hospital policies. I know that some hospitals are changing their tune,
as we say, they are making some decisions that are
favorable in favor of the patient. But a lot of
hospitals are still old fashioned. They still like to push
prescription meds. We're the most overfed, under nourished, over medicated

(13:32):
nation in the world, doctor Adam. We write more prescriptions
in America than the entire world combined. I know this
because this is why I study natural medicine, and this
is why I've written fifteen books on health and well being.
I grew up in Ireland, family of eleven, always sick,
always at the doctor, family members members sick and always
at the doctor. And I've seen firsthand the health challenges

(13:53):
that my family faced. Albeit the diet wasn't the greatest
in the world, and many of my family members smoke
cigarettes and I don't. And so I'm all about longevity
and good health and passing that message and creating legacy
in the world that would provide an opportunity for people
to have a better quality of life. And that's what
Bobby does as well. So we're all about transparency. We're

(14:14):
all about openness, We're all about decency, We're all about honor.
We're all about what can we do to help our
fellow man and woman get better, have a better quality
of life. And the way we do that is through education,
whether it's radio and newspapers, magazines. We are working on
getting a huge, big, potentially eighteen wheeler truck to go
from I'm organizing that from California all the way to Washington,

(14:38):
d C. Turn around and come back. And we're stopping
off at major cities all across the country. So hopefully
we can stop off and see Phill, our great engineer
and obvious see you, doctor Adam, and we can educate
the masses, because that's the only way we can win,
because with television advertising, you're getting ten thousand commercials a
day that are pounded into people's heads. In Europe, particularly

(14:59):
in England. In Ireland, no commercials for any drug companies
are allowed on television, and in New Zealand they're not
allowed either, So only two countries in the world that
don't allow it, but we allow it here in America
because it's a bit of a racket. It's a money
racket anyway. When doctor McCollough was at my home a
good few months ago, I asked them about the initial
vaccine Pfizer. They conducted a study on twelve hundred and

(15:23):
twenty two twelve hundred and twenty three people from different
walks of life with different com mobilities and pre existing conditions,
and they gave them the vaccines. And many of these
people were very sick already, and these people had terrible
results as a result of taking the vaccines. Many had stroke,
heart attacks, have died, many have had clots in their legs.

(15:43):
So there's a plethora of problems. Do we need vaccines?
Is it absolutely necessary? It's necessary if we have a
complete annihilation of our health system, and if there's some
sort of a superbug that comes out that's wiping people out.
Do we need a vaccine that's tried, true and tested. Yes,
of course we all know that. But the problem is

(16:05):
we're into the money. Pfizer made ninety billion in the
first year and a half of selling the COVID vaccine,
and therein lies the problems. So a lot of these
corporations become exceptionally rich. They've sold more vaccines in the
history of vaccines. This is the first time in our generation,
in our history, that these vaccines have been sold like candy,

(16:27):
literally sold like candy. Line up, Got to get your shot,
Got to get your shot, Got to get your shot.
I mean, I have more trust, and I say this respectfully,
in the cartel, and they're not good. I have more
trust in the cartel than I do in some of
the doctors who are pushing excessive vaccines on newborn babies.
Mothers giving birth to newborn children bobbies against that. He's
pushing back on that. We want clean vaccines. We're not

(16:49):
against vaccines. We want clean vaccines. We want vaccines that
have tried and tested and have stood the test of time.
We don't want stuff that's just automatically released into the
public without denny trials and without anny science.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Yeah, and that's going to be a topic that's not
going to go anywhere anytime soon because there's a lot
of reform that needs to take place. And what you
what you said with Pfizer making ninety billion in one
year just off of one vaccine, the COVID vaccine, that
was a complete miss. That is that's a that's a
scary thought, and that's and that's what really needs to happen.
And that's why I'm so glad that is what mister

(17:25):
Kennedy is doing in Washington. He's saying, Hey, let's take
a step back and look at what the big picture
is here, and that's supposed to be our health, the
health of our kids that are severely obese. And that's
why I want to switch gears now. I want to
talk more about some whole foods and mister Kennedy, he's
advocating for a renaissance of natural saturated fats, including like

(17:45):
a full fat dairy, and it challenges that decades old
of these dietary outdated guidelines. So it's a controversial take.
But what what is mister Kennedy's take on dairy and
saturated fats.

Speaker 3 (17:58):
I think he's good with it. He looks as you know.
I mean, he rock climbs, He hikes eight miles nearly
every day or every other day, and he does it
in his genes and I'm always doing them. I said, man,
I got you. I got you some linens. My honey's
bought you some linens and said, okay, i'll see it.
I'll try them on when I get to see you.
So he's into personal fitness. He lifts weights, he does

(18:21):
push ups, he does sit ups, he does all those
things that at HHS secretary should be doing. He's actually leading,
he's actually leading by example. He's our brave heart. He's
out there doing it where other people are talking. So,
you know, for me personally, I'm I'm a vegetarian and
I have been for twenty five years or so. I
grew up on dairy and bacon, eggs and sausage and

(18:43):
fried bread back in my native Ireland. Never hungry, great
family family of eleven, but I was always a sickly child.
So for me, I don't particularly care for dairy. And
here's why we are injecting our animals, unfortunately, with bovine
growth hormone to speed up their milk production. That's the challenge.
We're not given the animals the hearts. All. We're giving

(19:04):
the animals vaccines. That's a big problem. We're giving them
all sorts of autibiotics. That's the problem for me, that's
the problem. I think the fat issue is really debatable.
Just like the vaccines, these are highly debatable, and so
you have to find out a doctor, Adam, what works
for your body. I don't put a lot of saturated
fat in my body. I try to avoid that. I'm six',

(19:25):
TWO i feel like a. KID i do martial, arts
some fitter than ever. Before But i'm also very cautious
of what is in our. Food that's what we need
to be looked, at and so we need to question.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
EVERYTHING i agree with, that and we're going to talk
a little bit more about those whole foods and artificial
food additives after we come back from the break and,
LISTENERS i don't want you to go too. Far but

six eight eight two to. Two let's get back in
to it with Doctor tony O'Donnell and we're. Talking we're
going to switch over to the Standard american, diet the sad,
Diet Doctor tony and The sad, diet it's a nutritional.
Disaster it's high end processed, foods which are making up

(21:13):
about seventy percent of a Typical americans, diet and animal
products are making up about twenty five. Percent and it's
shockingly low in whole, foods whole plant based foods that's
just twelve. Percent what is your take on how we
can change this attitude and move away from the Standard american,
diet the sad.

Speaker 3 (21:33):
Diet, well good. Question what a great show this. Is
i'm really enjoyed and thank you so much for having.
Me you, know Doctor, adam when you lose your father
and mother and brother in law and uncle and cousin
of fiance altir heart, disease in, cancer and of course
in the last couple of years LOST i lost two friends.
Recently my best friend died a couple of weeks, ago
and then my other friend who is a great. Marine

(21:54):
his name Is Richard, brown my good. Friend he passed
away as well from not having the right types of
food in his. Body we have destroyed the very, mechanism
the very core of what we call. Food we put
food in bins and we save. It we genetically modify our,
food we feed it to our. Children we put it
on production. LINES i, mean if you go to any

(22:16):
of these big, corporations it's like a massive factory that
manufacture burghers and fries and all the other stuff that
goes with. It we have a love affair with, food
but unfortunately we don't have a love affair with exercise
and taking care of our. Body i've had so much
sickness and ill health and death in my family back
in my Native ireland and some family friends here as
well in The United, states that i have dedicated my

(22:39):
life to making sure THAT i educate the. Masses this
is Why i'm so blessed to be on your. Show
i'm so blessed to be on morning news SHOWS abcnbccbs And.
FOX i stay in the. MIDDLE i didn't even have
a vote in this country Because i'm An irish. IMMIGRANT
i stay in the middle WANT i want people to get.
WELL i avoid all the rhetoric and the Standard american
diet is a, disaster really. Is when you mentioned about seventy,

(23:01):
PERCENT i mean the, fat the saturated, fat the, sugar
the ding, dongs the, donuts the big, gulps The french,
fries THE pepsi the, PROZAC i mean the big. GULPS i.
Mean have you ever gone to the movie theater and
just sat there until everybody? LEAVES i mean it looks
like a war. ZONE i mean it's just absolutely. Awful
or go to a ball. GAME i MEAN i went

(23:22):
to see The dodgers play one, time AND i was
covered in ketchup and. Mustard WHEN i, left my clothes
were just a. Mess we are a mess when it
comes to our. Food do we enjoy, food, yes but
the quality of our food is simply not. There and you,
know Doctor, adam it only happens where people start to
change their mind when their kids are taken to the

(23:43):
hospital and they got leukemia or they got, cancer and
young kids are getting heart. Disease now our young military
men and women are getting cancer at a tender, age very,
young twenty one twenty two years. Old so we have
a real. Problem we have two thousand plus fast food
restaurants opening every. Year according to the research in The United,
states we consume copious amounts of fat and sugar and.

(24:05):
Juices we consume roughly two hundred pounds of sugar per
person in The United. STATES i, Mean, adam Doctor, adham
can you think of? That can you imagine that you
did two HUNDRED i mean bounds per person every single.
YEAR i, mean you can imagine what's happening with. Diabetes
it's gone up a wop in six hundred. Percent so
we got to return to the basics of the food,

(24:26):
group which is more plant based. Food according to THE,
usda eighty six percent of THE us population hardly eat
any fresh fruits and. Vegetables and that's what my colleague
and great, friend Mister kennedy advocates is return to more
plant based. Foods though he does eat, MEAT i don't
eat any meat of all of any. Kind it's a
conscious thing with. ME i went off meat than sugar

(24:46):
and dairy for lent many years, ago AND i decided
just to stay off AND i feel. Better took me
a while to, adjust but you can't. ADJUST i eat
every two and a half. HOURS i feel. Better i'm,
Leaner i'm fitter and healthier and. Stronger and to each their,
own that's a great saying we have In, ireland to
eat their. Own you, know a man convinced against his
will is still of the same opinion, Still SO i

(25:07):
want people to have. Balance if you're eating meat and
it's from a good, source well great if you love.
It if you're eating dairy products and you like what
you're getting them from and you know the, source well then.
Great but make sure you exercise and move your body
and hydrate property and consume your fresh fruits and, vegetables
because we're not eating the fresh roots and, vegetables which
we know provides significant antioxidant support in the fight against

(25:30):
ere radical damage from the air we, breathe the food,
eat and the water that we.

Speaker 5 (25:33):
Drink, yeah that is that is.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
True and when Most americans think of plant based, food
they think Of french. Fries that did you Know french
fries make up fifty percent of plant based food That americans.
Eat SO i want you to tell tell the listeners
what's the easiest way to add more whole foods into
the diet and whether that's supplementing WITH i want you
to talk about radiant greens a little bit.

Speaker 5 (25:56):
Here Doctor.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
Tony, well that's one of the reasons WHY i created
all my souper food, Line Doctor, adam is because WHEN
i saw that eighty six. PERCENT i mentioned that moment,
early BUT i saw that eighty six percent of THE
us population hardly any fresh fruits and. VESTABLES i, said,
WELL i got to fix. That just like Mister, kennedy
he wants to fix. Things he wants to really clean
up our act and get corporations to clean up the.
Ract and if they, don't they're going to be responsible

(26:18):
for making your children, sick and making you, sick and
making your grandparents. Sick SO i created this magnificent and
at least one hundred other. PRODUCTS i created this remarkable
superfood which has sold millions and millions and millions of
bottles around the country over the last fifteen twenty. Years
and it's Called Radiant. Greens and what it is basically,
is here's What i've, Done Doctor. ADAM i looked at

(26:40):
the longest lived people in the world Because i'm into,
Longevity i'm into. HEALTH i don't, DRINK i don't, SMOKE
i love to. EXERCISE i love good. FOOD i like good,
food and thank You god THAT i am able and
in a position to buy healthy food for my family
and help my friends stay healthy as, well and help
them clean up their, act clean up their biological. Terrain
that's really the what we do. Here and SO i

(27:02):
looked at the longest lived people in the. World they
weren't it in dingdungs or donuts or big. Gulps they
don't have those in the. Rainforest they're eating these plant
based foods that are full of, chlorophyll and chlorophyll is
the blood of plants with almost an identical molecular structure as,
hemoglobin the blood of human. Beings AND i, thought, wow that's.
Interesting so basically what that means In layman's, terms is

(27:22):
that when we take the energy of the sun hits the,
plants the turns of, green you get that into your.
Body it, deodorises it, cleanses it, detoxifies it balances the
pH levels in your, body and it provides significant protection
in the onslaught against free radicals from our toxic. Environment
let's face, it our environment is. Bad our water quality
is really. Bad our environment is very. Bad pollution is very,

(27:46):
bad our food. Stinks it's really really. Bad we're, overweight where,
sick diabetes is sky, rocketed cardiovascar, disease, tacacardia, arrhythma all
as a direct result of other poor dietary habits and
or lack of, exercise and of course coping with multiple
shots of the, vaccine which has now correlated to magnificent

(28:07):
or not, magnificent magnificent ill health for so many. People
we now know that that's a fact that has been
proven over and over and over. Again so we've got
to take a look at what are we going to.
Do are we going to have a great. Life are
we going to be around to play with our gun?
Kids are we going to have a great relationship with their?
Wife are you going to be able to do the
things that you want to? Do and you need to

(28:28):
ask those. Questions and the fastest way to get yourself
healthy is to get these green colored superfoods into your.
Body and we'll talk more about that in a.

O'Donnell we've been talking about the policies coming From washington
and In Doctor tony is ambassador TO Rfk junior in
The maha movement And we've switched gears to talk more
about whole, foods And Doctor tony has created something known
as radiant, greens AND i want you to elaborate a

(30:41):
little bit, More Doctor, Tony what exactly is radiant greens
and why is it different from other super? Greens great.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
Question, well AS i mentioned as the double of the,
SHOW i was always. SICK i was always that the.
DOCTOR i was always. Seeking scripture, says whatever you are
seeking is also seeking. You So i've got to meet
and connect and read and research from some of the
longest lived people in the. World and WHAT i, discovered
what they were on was these plant based, foods these
herbs that they find In Mother nature and find out

(31:10):
in the. Wild AND i, thought, wow this is. Fascinating
AND i found that family and connection and community and
love and joy and prayer was really a big part
of their life as it led to a magnificent longevity
and tremendous happiness and. Health and that's what we're all.
Seeking scripture, says whatever you are seeking is also seeking.

(31:31):
You so these green foods consist of a plethora of different,
ones from dandelion to my takishataki and kortu SEPs that
are used by The asian culture and tribes and the
leading men and women in the. World some of the
leading athletes in the world take spiral in it for
strength and endurance and. Energy green, tea of, course In,
japan in The shuzoku, region they found that men and

(31:51):
women who took green tea had tremendous. Longevity no cancer
of anything could be. Found and some of The japanese
people are the longest lived people in the, world particularly In,
okinawa and they drink this green, Tea this matcha green,
tea which is in our superfood. Line then we put
in digestive, enzymes essential fighter. Acids we put in, probiotics

(32:12):
which is one of the keys to longevity because we
now know the brain cut. Connection And Eli metchnikoff won
The Nobel prize without A way back many many years,
ago proving that bacteria viruses could not survive in an
oxygen rich. Environment so we put two point five Billion
lactobacillus in. There so it's of, powder it's green in,
color it's full of, chlorophyll it's rich in fider. Nutrients

(32:35):
there's ninety, minerals twenty two aminio, acids and sixty five percent.
Protein so there's a sister product that goes with. It
so you can mix the two, together radiant greens and pomegrana.
Power they go together because color is crucial according to
the scientists in the fight against the generative. Disease because Doctor,
ADAM i was always seeking. LONGEVITY i was always seeking
good health BECAUSE i was a very sickly. CHILD i

(32:58):
was so weak and. SICKLY i was at the doctor
all the. Time WHEN i say all the, time all
the TIME i was taking copious amounts of. MEDICATION i
didn't know my parents gave me the. Medication it caused
me to have nightmares Where i've fled my house and
ran through the fields at the back of my, house
falling into water and waking up in an unconscious, state
walking back in my late mother taking thorns out of

(33:19):
my legs for two days with blood all over. Me
that's the kind of mess and the side effects that
medication does for most. People and all medication has side.
Effects you know that as a. Physician SO i wanted
to go the natural. ROUTE i wanted to contact the
longest lived people in the. WORLD i saw what they were,
eating and, remember whatever you are eating is also eating.

(33:41):
You so plant based foods are full of, life they're
full of, energy they give you the nutrients that you.
Need they're in a pre digestible, state meaning that the
body does not have to go to work to break it.
Down it's broken down for you in the powder. Form
take it into your. Bloodstream you get about ten thousand milikle.
Made it's, amazing ten thousand milligrams of greens per. Scoop

(34:04):
mix it up in a juice of choice or just,
water drink it at knock it. Back you'll see dramatic
changes in your, air your, skin and your nails within
thirty days is quite.

Speaker 2 (34:13):

(37:14):
AND i want you to tell our. Listeners are there
any surprising benefits beyond?

Speaker 3 (37:18):
Nutrition, WELL i mean by taking the, Product, yeah like.

Speaker 2 (37:22):
Bouncing the bodies pH maybe balancing blood.

Speaker 3 (37:24):
SUGAR i wrote fifteen books and one of them is
on pH balance and THE pH skill goes from zero to.
Fourteen seven point zero is neutral and anything above seven
point zero is acids. Alkaline anything below is. Acid and
we're mostly in an acid state because of the choices
that we make and The soudamerican diet ding dungs and
donuts And french fries and excess of sugar and coffees

(37:46):
and alcohol and things of that. Nature we want to
clean up our biological. Terrain we have a purpose in this,
life and this is what Mister kennedy AND i and
all of our team AT, maha this is what we're.
Doing we're educating. People we're educating the masses to take
their health. Back and one way to do that is
a good. Start of, course we're not eating our fresh
fruits and. Vegetables we're simply not doing. That unlike all the, countries,

(38:08):
like for, example The mediterranean diet is all about fresh
fruits and. Vegetables we're not doing that so much in this.
Country we're packaging our, foods we're genetically modifying our, foods
and we're not getting the right, nutrients and our kids
are not getting the right. Nutrients there's been countless studies
that have been done at leading universities from around the.
World the kids that are eating the fresh roots and
vegetables and getting their protein shakes in the morning perform better, academically, mentally, emotionally, physically,

(38:32):
spiritually and every other, way and so they're good at.
Sports they're just a better all round child because of proper.
Nutrition there's, significant significant evidence now that suggest that we
must be doing, that and the research, says, yes eat
the fresh fruits and, vegetables get your, protein get your
greens because green food green foods are the highest on
THE dna, chain and green foods are loadle with chloroph

(38:53):
which we mentioned. Earlier so lots of, benefits, hair, skin, nails,
mobility ease of, MOVEMENT pah balance in which is, crucial
better mental, acuity, stamina, energy, focus all these things better in.
Sports you got to get the right nutrients in your
body because what you're currently eating is not giving you
the results that you. Need and you're a race, car
you're a rock, star you're a rockstar. Athlete you need

(39:15):
the right.

Speaker 2 (39:15):
Nutrients, yeah and so we're talking with Doctor toni. O'donald
he's talking About Radiant. Greens you can find those At
radiantgreens dot. Com that's R a d i a N
t greens dot com or by calling eight one eight
