Here's the number toll free nationwide. Eight hundred six to
zero six eight eight two two. Eight hundred six zero

(01:50):
call for health questions or to make a health related comment.
That's fine. The website where you'll find lots of interesting
use you may not find anywhere else. And you have
the podcast library and the social media platforms. It's all
over there at doctorbob dot com. Spell out the word

(02:12):
doctor all right, before we get to your calls and questions,
as promised, I wanted to get into something that you
may find a little strange, and it has to do
with your choices of food. What do you like, what
do you crave, what do you like to consume? And
in doing so, experts are now saying that the foods

(02:36):
that you attract toward may say something about your proclivity
or your proneness to ADHD, which stands for attention deficit
hyperactive disorder. That's what a new study is revealed. Scientists
found that snacking was more common among those with the

(02:58):
disorder than compared to individuals that don't snack as often
or not at all. Researchers analyze the dietary behavior of
young adults between the ages of sixteen through age twenty,
finding those who reported that they had ADHD or attention

(03:20):
deficit hyperactive disorder consumed more foods like excuse me, energy drinks,
potato chips, fried foods than participants who did not have
the diagnosis. Now, ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that typically
begins in childhood and persists into adulthood, so you can

(03:44):
have ADHD as an adult as well as a child
can have it, and it's characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and
impulsivity that may interfere with daily functioning development. And people
with ADHD they tend to have trouble staying focused. They

(04:07):
just don't focus on stuff. They're just flitting all around
all over the place, remembering tasks sometimes have it's difficult
for people with ADHD sometimes sitting still. They're always fidgeting
and moving around and listening without interrupting others. Those are

(04:29):
all telltale signs you don't have to have all of them.
You could just have one of them, telltale signs that
you may have ADHD. Now, this ADHD condition which the
big pharma company's made out of thin air to sell
more drugs. In my opinion and the opinion of a
lot of other experts, this sort of tendency can have

(04:53):
an ability to interfere with daily functioning and development of
a person, especially the young people. Many health experts believe
that Big Pharma helped to perpetuate these initials ADHD and
add attention deficit disorder to launch a new category of

(05:17):
drugs to be sold for profit. Of course, and the
team suggested that it was into this study that the
specific eating behavior was due to certain ADHD symptoms, particularly
the impulsivity and yearning for mental stimulation. So, if you're

(05:42):
one of these big snackers, you like snacks constantly, You
finish a meal in twenty minutes later, your snacking already
in between. And you're also sort of attracted to potato chips,
you love energy drinks, fried food. Are you well? You
may have ADHD and not even know it. You may

(06:05):
not even be diagnosed with it yet. Now. Previous studies
have explored the links between ADHD and diet, suggesting that
an unhealthy diet mainly composed of processed and refined foods,
added sugars, unhealthy fats, and even red meat, increases the

(06:26):
risk of developing the disorder. This new study further investigated
the relationship between ADHD and diet, finding that it's not
just that diet influences the disorder, but the disorder influences

(06:47):
the diet, which is really interesting. The current study found
that impulsivity, rather than ADHD itself, exhibited the most robust
link with dietary behavior among adolescents, notably through its association
with increased snack consumption. The snack pattern itself, excuse me,

(07:10):
was characterized by high intakes of regular non diet soft drinks,
energy drinks, fruit juice, fried snacks, chips, nuts, and other
snack related foods. In total, eighty of the participants were

(07:31):
diagnosed with ADHD. These adolescents reported consuming food and drink
items from snack categories more often than their peers without
the disorder. What's more, participants with ADHD who had more
severe behavioral symptoms such as impulsivity, reported more frequent snack consumption. Interestingly,

(07:57):
those with high impulsivity scores tended to consume items from
the suite group more often than the items from the
beverage group more often. The research is published this in
the Journal of Attention Disorders. The study adds to previous
research which found that people with ADHD often eat to

(08:20):
achieve mental and sensory stimulation. So maybe that's where we
get this population of people who just eat nervously. They
don't they're not really not hungry. They're just snacking because
they need something to do, something to stimulate them, something
to distract them from the chaos perhaps going on inside.

(08:42):
I don't know. So as a result with the disorder,
many people are driven to seek outside source stimulation, and
maybe that's what they're using the food for. And by
the way, a scientific study found that people who take
ADHD medications or drugs like adderall and riddling and Concerta

(09:08):
and stratera, these are the people who are the snackers,
apparently the snack consumers. So I'm not here to diagnose
you with ADHD, because I think it was a big
farce that the drug companies fed to the conventional medical

(09:28):
system saying oh yeah, these everybody that is easily distracted,
doesn't keep a good focus in school, their their their
damaged goods, and we need to drug them. We need
to give them speed like drugs to have a paradoxical

(09:50):
effect on their brain so that we can calm them
down and get them refocused on what they need to
be doing, and that is staring at a teacher standing
in fro front of them or at a board so
that they can learn in school. Let's drug them. And
that's what the pharmaceutical company did way back when, when
these when this class of disorder was originally contrived, probably

(10:15):
in the battels of big pharmaceutical companies. Yeah, let's let's
fix this thing. Let's also spread our pharmaceutical drugs out
and have two more or three or four or five
more drug skews that we can sell in the form
of those drugs that I mentioned, riddling, concerto, stretera, and

(10:36):
adderall which this problem is going up, not down. More
and more people are being diagnosed with it. Why is that, Well,
because they can that's why. But there are ways that
you can handle distractivity in children easily and naturally. Just
call me and ask the question. I'll tell you how.

(10:56):
All Right, we're gonna go to telephones after this. I'm
doctor Bob Martin, stay tuned.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
I must stay conscious.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
Through the maness ks.

Speaker 6 (11:10):
So I call on my angels a say.

Speaker 4 (11:17):

Speaker 5 (11:22):

Speaker 3 (11:29):
Just all right, and welcome you back to the program,
Doctor Bob Marten with you. I want to give out
our toll free number here for those people who wish
to call in and ask a question about their own
health or somebody else's health, or to make a health
related comment. That number eight hundred six zero six eight

the word doctor d O C t O R Bob

or to make a health comment, you can do that
as well. Add one eight hundred six zero six eighty
eight twenty two. All right, now we're going to go

(12:14):
to your phone calls and your questions. First up, we
say hello to Laurie in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Speaker 7 (12:22):
Lourie calling from Arkansas. Mountain Home, Arkansas. If someone did
take the COVID vaccination and they regret it, what can
they take to eliminate the COVID vaccination from the system.
What are the natural remedies they could take to eliminate
the covid vaccination from this system? How can any food

(12:42):
they could eat as well to eliminate that as well?

Speaker 3 (12:47):
All right, well, thank you for your call, Laurie. There
are supplements out now and ingredients and supplements that help
to degrade the spike proteins that you're mentioning. In fact,
doctor Peter McCullough, who been on this whole thing about
COVID from the very beginning, he is a medical doctor, internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist,

(13:08):
talks about how certain proteolytic systemic enzymes help degrade the
spike protein and neutralize it. And they're all in a
formula Lori called vascular defense. Vascular defense has it all.

(13:28):
You've got the natokines, you have the serah peptes, you
have the lumber cunnies, you've got the curcumin, the garlic,
it's all in there. And the the nitric oxide releasers.
It's all in that formula. Very excellent formula vascular defense.
You can find out more about it over at sunnutrition

(13:48):
dot com. Sunnutrition dot com. This is especially for people
who are suffering from long COVID symptoms. Still, most people
who have long COVID who are people who took the
COVID shot and they're still fatigued, They still may have
a cough, they still may have all these weird symptoms
that nobody can figure out. They've ended their doctor. They

(14:10):
can't figure it out because you had something artificiently induced,
the COVID shot and engineered what doctor Peter McCullough calls
a bio weapon into your body because you trusted that
either your doctor or your government was out in front
of it and said it's safe and effective. We know
it's not effective or safe. So vascular Defense the nutritional

(14:35):
supplement at sunnutrition dot com. All right, Next up, we
say hello to Mike in Farmington, New Mexico.

Speaker 8 (14:46):
My name is Mike from Farmington, New Mexico, and I
just wanted to tell people if you ever did a beasting,
you can use onion peels. Put them on the beast thing.
I'll take stinging right away. Use it for small children.
My grandma did it to me when I was a child.

Speaker 9 (15:05):
You're here here here, all right, Well, that's great.

Speaker 3 (15:11):
I thank you Mike for calling that in because people
do get stung by bees and they want something that
will immediately solve the problem. I know when I was
growing up, we were told to put mud on it
or spit on it, which is about all you had.
And folks, if there are people out there who have
these special remedies and they want to share it with

(15:33):
the audience, we're happy to put it on the air
if we think it's valid. That one is valid because
we know that onions contain high amounts of quercitan type
of flavonoids which reduces inflammation. So it makes perfect sense
to me this remedy that Mike offered up there from

(15:54):
farming to New Mexico for bee stings to put an
onion peel over the top of a beasting. It probably
works well for spider stings as well. So again, thank you,
and again if you ever want to call in folks
with a remedy of choice and you want to help
other people, happy to air it if we think it's
valid or your health related question or comment. That number

(16:17):
nationwide toll free eight hundred six zero six eighty eight
two to two one eight hundred six zero six eighty
eight twenty two back to the phones. Next up, is
Michael in Sweet Home, Oregon.

Speaker 10 (16:32):
Michael, sweet Home for my question is is my wife
is experience extreme frequents. You're a nation that you turn
impair the er custom and run on liver function, blog,

(16:54):
sugar level, infection, UTI.

Speaker 11 (16:57):
Stuff, all of it. Nothing is coming out every day
is a green light. They even put her on a
small antibiotics since this last visit, just to get into
something it's not touched it. Wondering where else to look
for causes of this?

Speaker 3 (17:21):
All right, Michael, thank you for that question. Or regarding
your wife with the problem with the urinary bladder, frequent
urinary bladder release. There look, if you've exhausted the medical
side of this, and most of the time it can
be traced back to a uti urinary tract infection. Now
it may be in occult infection, which means they can't

(17:43):
find it yet. It may be hidden. Sometimes it's difficult
doing testing to locate it. And I understand that you
can use d Manos, which you can get health food
stores to try to cover that instead of taking the
antibiotics your choice. D Manos. It has special anti adherence
properties and it'll stop the infection from clinging to the

(18:05):
urinary tracts, so that might be about three to four
grams of that a couple times a day for a
while to see if that clears it out. But we
find a lot of people with these urinary bladder problems,
especially women, have actual structural problems in their spines that
may be generating this. The urinary bladder is innervated by
three sets of nerves in what is called the parasympathetic

(18:27):
nervous system and the somatic nervous system, and you've got
nerves that exit through the lumbar spine that feed the
urinary bladder. And if there's some type of structural problem,
meaning a sublixation or a misalignment of a vertebrae in

(18:48):
her back, sometimes in the lower thoracic area or the
upper lumbar spinal area, it can inhibit the bladder body
and excite the bladder base of the urethra, and it
could cause the very symptoms that she's having now. Sometimes
it can also come from a problem with the lower

(19:12):
spine low lumbar spine in the sacral area. The bladder
is also innervated, of course by the central nervous system,
which includes your brain stem and spinal cord in these
spinal reflexes. So first I would say that your wife
should visit a chiropractic physician for a complete spinal examination

(19:33):
because if there's spinal problems and the signaling is being
interfered with her irritated or pinched off at the level
of the spine, and you don't have to have any
back pain for this, it can absolutely impact the function
of the bladder and every other organ glanding tissue in
the body. And that's why chiropractors get such great results
after many other healing arts fail, and she may be

(19:56):
a candidate for that. So if that hasn't been a
temp did so far, Michael, I would get your wife
to a chiropractor for an examination. Meanwhile, she should consume
no caffeine, cutback or eliminate completely sugar and alcohol because
they exacerbate If this isn't a cult or hidden urinary

(20:17):
track problem, they would exacerbate this problem. And as I said,
you can find this d manos, which is, by the way,
the secret ingredient why cranberry juice works. We don't recommend
cranberry juice because most of it is adulterated with sugar
and corn syrup. But you can get the straight D
Manos powder in the health food store and she should

(20:38):
be taking like the three to four grams of that
a couple times a day at least. The combination of
the deep D Manos and the chiropractic should get to
the bottom of this last thing. Try acupuncture as well,
could be an energetic deal. All right, thanks for calling
on her behalf Michael, appreciate that ladies and gentlemen stay tuned.
You're tuned into the Doctor Bob Margino.

Speaker 4 (21:00):
Are you waiting for the right excuse? Are you waiting
for sign and choose? Why are you waiting? It's the time?
Is life fine?

Speaker 10 (21:21):
Type in.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Mon?

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Are you info?

Speaker 3 (21:29):
I welcome you back to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
We so appreciate you tuning in and telling others to
do the very same thing. We'll return to our open
topic health related Questions and answer session in just a
little bit, and please jut down our toll free number

(21:50):
eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two so
you have it in case a health question comes up
in your life or the life of somebody else you
care to call in on behalf of or you can
also make a health related comment as well, or if
you've got some kind of a remedy you want to
share with the audience will take that like the earlier

(22:10):
caller did with the bee sting and the onion skin.
Great call eight hundred six zero six eight eight to
two two. Now, before we get back to your calls
and questions, I just want to remind you that my
entire family we've been using a dental defense system for

(22:33):
over twenty years called the Spry Spry Dental Defense System.
It includes toothpaste, mouthrints, gum and mints that you suck
on or chew, and it has a special ingredient in
it that stops the germs that are responsible for tearing
up your oral cavity and causing tooth decay. It stops

(22:56):
them in their tracks, but it's not damaging to you
like many of the other things that are offered up
in the marketplace today. So if you're currently using a
prototypical toothpaste that you see, you know, Big Box, Crest, Colgate,
I'm not picking on one or the other, you might

(23:16):
want to switch over to the one that doctor Bob
Martin uses, the Sprie Dental Defense System, because if you
do your hygienist and your dentist is going to be
very impressed the next time they appear into your mouth
and see what my dentist and my hygienes sees, and
that is better oral health across the board. Now, the

(23:39):
Spray Dental Defense system comes in peppermint, cinnamon, and spearmint.
The secret sauce which is really not a secret because
it's got lots of science behind it. It's called xylotol.
Xylotol is used by millions of people. Xylotol is a
plant based ingredient. Your body makes a very very small
amount of xylotol, and xylotol can be found a core

(24:00):
in nature in certain fruits. But they've been able to
figure out a way to put it in a concentrated
manner to add it to the best toothpaste and the
meth mouse mouthrints on the planet so that you have
excellent dental health. So Spry Dental Defense creates the easy

(24:22):
and inexpensive way to have xylotol throughout the day without
needing to change your habits. If you want squeaky clean teeth,
gums and breath, do what I do. That's the Spry
dental defense. You can find it at CBS, Right Aid Pharmacies, Target,
Vitamin Shop, Sprouts, Natural Grossers, or you can go to

(24:42):
their website. The company that makes it and distributes it
Clear dot Com x l e AR. The X in
Clear stands for xylotol, Clear dot Com for the Spry
Spry Dental Defense System. They're the makers of the Clear
nasal spray family. All right, Let's now go right back

(25:07):
to your telephone calls and questions and say hello next
to a caller who didn't state their name. That is
in Bean Station, Tennessee.

Speaker 12 (25:18):
Dan, Bean Station, Tennessee. Doctor, what is the alternatives to
taking met foreman in reference to being pre diabetic? Very
apprehensive about that. I've heard of so many negative side effects.
Can you tell me what alternatives are available? Thank you
very much?

Speaker 3 (25:36):
Okay, Dan, Sorry I didn't catch your name there at first.
Appreciate your call. Yes, there are lots of alternatives to
not only prevent type two diabetes, but you can also
reverse it if you can get somebody to comply with
the recommendations that I'm about ready to state here. Number one.

(25:58):
In order to prevent reverse type two diabetes, you've got
to exercise. If you are sedentary, you're more likely to
develop the disease. In fact, if you're sedentary, no matter
what I say, beyond exercising is not going to work.
So it has to be the combination of movement where
you burn excess calories and particularly sugar, your body uses

(26:21):
that as the primary fuel. But also you've got to
develop lean muscle mass more of it, because that is
sort of like the metabolic carburetor of the body, and
if you have less of it, you'll have less ability
to burn sugar and burn fat. Then we move from

(26:43):
that lifestyle change to the supplements that are highly effective
at lowering blood sugar without any side effects like you
see in many of the drugs out there, met form
and on all the rest of them, gliburide, you name it.
And those supplements include something called Control soup Control by
Terry Naturally vitamins. It has histonia in it, which is

(27:08):
an amazing herb that safely and effectively and science based
herb that lowers blood sugar. You've got accommodation of B one,
B twelve and other things in it as well, and
there's another formula out there too in the These are
all in the health food store. You can find it
in most health food stores. It's called Kyolic Blood Sugar
Balance K y O l I C Kyolic blood sugar balance.

(27:32):
That's supplement number two, and Soup control s U C
O N t R A l I. Guess it's pronounced
soup control Soup control D control D supplement number one
and kyolic blood sugar Balance supplement number two. Along with

(27:53):
staying away from the sugars and the refined carbohydrates and
the quick acting carbs and exercise is the way that
you unwind high blood sugar. And with these you will
notice blood sugar starts to go down, your A one
C starts to go down, your trike glyssrides go down,
your life extension goes up, and your quality of life

(28:15):
goes up, which is really what it's all about. Right,
all right, thank you very much for your phone call.
Next up, we say hello to Robert in Tennessee.

Speaker 12 (28:24):
Robert and I thank the question about emphasema in both loans.

Speaker 9 (28:29):
Thank you, doctor Bob, you're not warn Thank.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
You, Thank you for that. Robert. Well one with amphasema.
Hopefully you've stopped smoking by now. Most of that's caused
by that three times you need to be doing deep
breathing exercises per day and look up on the internet
how Robert to do box breathing technique box box breathing technique.

(28:54):
Practice that three times a day at least. And because
the problem with emphasema patients say is you're not going
to get the lung tissue back that's gone, but you
got to save what you have. And I would recommend
that you use a nebulizer with nanosilver to control infections
because usually it's the infections that bring down the amphasema.
Patients eat foods that reduce mucus because that's a problem

(29:18):
with people with lung problems, like onions and garlic and cayenne,
pepper and ginger and oregano and pumpkin seeds and what else, pineapple,
These are all foods that help reduce mucus form so
you don't need musinex if you don't want to take it.
And last, there's a lung formula called doctor Tony's Lung Plus.

(29:41):
Stuff's amazing for anybody with any kind of asthma, epizema,
or chronic obstructive whatever. Doctor Tony's Lung Plus. You can
find that at eight one eight five seven five seven
five five eight, We'll be right back on Doctor Bob Martin.

Speaker 6 (30:02):
So I'm a bus service number signoncible the one never

(30:22):
singles us.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
Today you're tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show, and
for that we thank you. Stay in touch with us
always via my website over at doctor Bob dot com
spelling out the word doctor D O C T O
R Bob dot com. If you have any of the
social media platforms or you want to like Instagram ex LinkedIn,

(30:55):
I do post up on those, kind of giving a
preview of what we're gonna be talking about here on
the show, so you don't miss anything. It kind of
reminds you what we're getting ready to talk about. Also
for people who call into the program, and I've noticed
this trend of late people calling in two and three
times with the same exact question because they may have

(31:16):
missed me answering their question here on the show. So
my suggestion to you and you should know that I
answer all the questions that come in unless they are
so garbled or there's something technically that precludes us from
airing them. I answer all the questions myself, and if

(31:39):
I didn't answer your question. You didn't hear it, You
may have missed it. You may have not heard me
answer here on the show because you did not listen
to the show. So there's always the podcast library where
you can go back and listen to something that you
may have missed the week before or the week before that.
That podcast library for hours number one, our number two,

(32:03):
and our number three, you can find it at doctor
Bob dot com spelling out the word doctor doctor Bob
dot com. Then look for the podcast library to listen
to a show that you may not have heard where
in fact I answered your question. All right now, before
we go back to calls and questions, I wanted to
get to this information about how junk food diets are

(32:24):
blamed for soaring numbers of patients hospitalized for vitamin deficiency.
What does that mean? What means that people who are
ending up in the hospital are ending up there because
they didn't get the nutrients from their diet that they needed,

(32:46):
or they didn't take the supplements to fill in for
that nutrient that was missing in their diet. And this
is what lands a lot of people over time in
the hospital with a chronic disease. And we all know
that conventional medicine is worst at treating chronic diseases. We

(33:09):
have a great emergency medical system here in the US.
Acute trauma, autobile accents, breaks, bullet wounds, you know, stuff
that's like, you know, nine to one one, ambulance material
and other things, of course, but chronic disease not so much.

(33:30):
But what they're pointing out here now is that cheap
junk food diets are behind a very concerning spike in
the number of people being hospitalized for vitamin deficiency. That's
what doctors have now warned against. But where is this

(33:51):
going on? Is it happening here in the US? No,
not so much. We're little laid in getting to the
game there, mostly because there's gold in them the our ills.
Hundreds of thousands of people in England have received treatment

(34:11):
in hospital words for health problems linked to a lack
of vital nutrients in the last year alone. Ladies and
gentlemen here in the US, if the same problem were disclosed,
it would be a lot worse. Since our population is

(34:33):
what five times greater than it is in the UK,
it would be a lot worse. It'd be numbers in
the millions of people being hospitalized for conditions driven by
nutritional deficiencies, if we ever admitted that, if we actually
looked at it. But there's too much profitability in illness

(34:54):
and disease in the US. In US hospitals, they are
not likely to receive what is required nutritionally because everyone
knows how horrible unhealthy hospital food is. It's yucky. But yet,
I'm serious. I have talked to people who say, yeah,

(35:14):
I really like hospital food. They're out there. I think
what they like is not having to cook at home
anymore and getting a vacation in the hospital. I really
truly believe that's true. And so they'll take any slop
they'll throw right at them in a hospital. And there's
always exception to the rule, of course, But custards and

(35:35):
jello and all that junk that you find that has
served sugar galore in a hospital is nonsense. It just
adds to the dilemma of the already existing deficiency of
those people who were in there because they had nutritional deficiency.
But health experts in England say the reliance on easy

(35:57):
and filling fast foods has few a tenfold, ten times
increase in those needing hospital care because of the absence
of nourished diets, the equivalent to the FDA. There figured
out there's been a dramatic rise in the diagnosis of
anemia caused by lack of iron and vitamin B deficiencies.

(36:19):
And once these deficiencies go on, you get problems with
an increase heart rate, swollen tongues in large livers, and
a condition that can also extend to heart failure. And
this same thing happens here. This is not unique to
the UK at all. It happens in the US. We

(36:42):
have a lot of nutritional deficiencies and land people in hospitals,
and that's why every patient should be seeking out care
of doctors who are learned in this category. It'll pay
off big time in the end. All right, we're coming
right back. Stay with us. You're tuned into the Doctor
Bob Martin Show.

Speaker 5 (37:05):
I'm gonna stand by you, all right.

Speaker 3 (37:22):
I welcome you or welcome you back to the final
segment in this hour. But don't go anywhere. We've got
a lot left. Let's go and see if we can
squeeze in one more phone call before the end of
the hour here on the Doctor Bob Martin Show. And
don't forget folks, the call and phone number for you
to call it to the program with your health question
or health comment is eight hundred six zero six eight

(37:44):
eight two two eight hundred six zero six eighty eight
twenty two. All right. Next up, we say hello to
Rose in uh and I think Rose called in twice,
so we have her name and her city. Rose from Wascilla, Alaska.

Speaker 9 (38:02):
Rose calling from Wasilla, Alaska. I heard your show today
on the COVID nineteen so called vaccination. It's really the
kill shot. My brother, my little brother, Neil Daniel Beaton Junior,

(38:29):
was in the hospital on June tenth. He was in
the He's a veteran Navy and he was in the
hospital and he got that vaccine shot maybe five times
on June tenth. He passed away. By the time I

(38:51):
got to the er he was had already been gone.
His body was very bloated. And the woman there, one
of the women, one of the texts, I can get
her name, but I told her that they were straying

(39:11):
bug spray in his room. He lived in a backpackers
in I was trying to get him and his wife
into a nice place, like you're putting the illegals. Maybe
something a little bit nice like that.

Speaker 3 (39:35):
Well, Rose, First and foremost my condolence is for the
loss of your brother. If you if he took five
COVID shots, oh my gosh, a veteran and lost his life.
I mean, he's not the only one there are. We're
finding this out. More and more evidence is finally surfacing

(39:56):
about how people have adverse reacted to these COVID shots,
and death being one of the adverse reactions. There's no
question about it. All you have to do is look
it over at the VARs, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System,
You're going to see thousands and thousands of people, and
that's not even mentioning the ones that have been injured.

(40:17):
Hopefully we can learn something from the disaster where especially
people were And I had a relative of one of
my nephews is a in the Armed Services, a Navy seal.
He left the services because he didn't want to be
forced into this COVID shot. Sadly enough, your brother took

(40:42):
the advice and took the shot. So sorry to hear this,
but I appreciate your phone call. Ladies and gentlemen, stay tuned.
You're tuned into the doctor. Bob Martinshew
