do with well finality, it hasto do with dementia, It has to
do with Alzheimer's disease, It hasto do with the president of the United
States, It has to do withaging really all rolled into one, because
when you consider seventeen percent of peoplebetween the ages of seventy five and eighty
(02:04):
four and thirty two percent of peopleaged eighty five and older have Alzheimer's dementia.
Here's the question. Are you infavor of setting a maximum age to

(03:39):
globe that you may not find anywhereelse. All there at doctor bob dot
com spelling out the word doctor doctorbob dot com. All right, we
begin this hour with information about formerPresident Donald Trump threatening to investigate Big Pharma
(04:02):
over the rise in autism, infertility, allergies, and other chronic health problems,
especially in children. Former President DonaldTrump speculated that perhaps food, the
environment, and certain over the counterdrugs and prescribed medical drugs, including vaccines,
(04:29):
may be to blame for americas outof control chronic illness epidemic. Now,
some of you that have had yourheads buried under a rock, maybe
say, what chronic illness epidemic inthe United States? I thought we had
the best healthcare system in the world. Really, no, we don't.
(04:50):
We have the worst. We ranklast on developed and affluent countries out of
a list of about twenty different countriesthat have a similar affluence in terms of
ability to keep people well. Werank dead last in mortality and morbidity,
(05:13):
death and diseases, and yet weas a nation, US spend the most.
Why am I complaining because so manypeople get caught up in this.
I could care less because I takecontrol of my health and so many other
people do and they've decided, Hey, look, I can't wait for the
government to come in and step inand you know at the end and save
(05:33):
me. No, no, no, I have to pay attention to I
need to be the purveyor of myown health care. I need to be
my own best doctor most of thetime. And if you get into that
mindset, if you believe in thatconcept, you too won't have to worry
so much about it, unless,of course, you need to call nine
to one one and get an ambulanceto the house. We do that very
(05:55):
well. Yeah, we have thebest crisis care system in the world,
treh, et cetera. But whenit comes to keeping people healthy out of
these various chronic diseases, which aremostly preventable through what we eat, what
we think, how we move about, the supplements we take, and various
other exposures, we can do better, that's the goal. We can do
better if we want to. Butformer President Donald Trump is suspicious about the
(06:19):
fact that he says we need tobe doing better, and maybe we're not
because it's planned that way. Healso questioned the presence of toxins and chemicals
in consumer products. Before these toxinsand chemicals existed, far fewer people were
(06:40):
sick like they are today. Nowyou got to give them props for this.
This is thinking out of the box, and I like what I'm hearing
here. He says, every yearwe spend hundreds of billions of dollars to
treat chronic problems, chronic health problems, rather than looking at what is causing
(07:01):
them in the first place. That'swhat former President Donald Trump explained. So
he basically just crashed the American medicalsystem, which is based on fixing stuff
when it breaks, crisis management,no preventive healthcare, or lip service to
it. Mostly he understands this, which is interesting. He goes on to
(07:28):
say, too often, our publichealth establishment is too close to big pharma.
You make a lot of money bigpharma, big corporations, and other
special interests do not want to askthe tough questions about what is happening to
our children's health. If big pharmadefrauds American patients and taxpayers and puts profit
(07:50):
above people, they must be investigatedand held accountable. Here you hear ye,
Thank goodness, somebody is thinking thatway because he sees the amount of
money that's being paid to sick careand we're not getting anything from it.
He understands the stats. He's lookingat the same stuff. Somebody is providing
him with the right information. Weare the sickest nation on the planet.
(08:11):
We get the least for it.What's wrong with his picture? It's all
about the big pharma influence over theso called healthcare system we have today.
Don't wait around for it to changeanytime in your lifetime. You need to
change it like yesterday, by makingsome changes in your lifestyle. That's where
(08:31):
you start. Don't think negatively aboutit, think positive about it. You
can actually make that change today. How about just starting with simply walking.
If you're sedentary, walk one tothree miles, start off slow, build
up. Just remove one thing fromyour diet over the next day, over
(08:52):
the next thirty days, sugar, try to take that out. Read your
labels, stay away from the sugar. Just one thing, one thing.
Take baby steps at it's It's possible, it's doable. I did it.
I was a total, complete junkfood addict, and my health was circling
the drain like a lot of otherpeople's health is. He goes want to
say. When he's back in theWhite House, he promises to establish what
(09:15):
he described as a special Presidential Commissionof independent minds who were not bought and
paid for by big pharma. Canyou say, organize conventional medical system?
These folks will be charged by Trumpwith investigating what is causing the decades long
(09:39):
increase in these chronic illnesses. Finally, somebody is going to look into why
We are the number one, thenumber one sickest nation on the planet,
yet we spend the most. Whyis that because there's profit in them.
There ills, That's what it's allabout. Them. Their ills are bringing
the cash register into the chitching ringingmode. He says. I understand Big
(10:05):
Pharma. I believe better than anyone. I know where they're coming from.
It takes a businessman to understand this, somebody who's not going to cave.
And I think if he holds uphis promise, I'll tell you what,
it'll change our entire healthcare system. This system is I hate to use the
(10:26):
word rigged, it is. Iknow this as a healthcare practitioner for forty
plus years. It's rigged. It'srigged in favor of Big Pharma, so
that we buy their products, goto a hospital, etc. Now glad
that we have those things of himwhen we need him, but we use
(10:46):
them too much. That's the goal. We'll finish up on this when we
come back. Don't go anywhere. You're tuned into the doctor Bob Martin show.
Yeah, you can be the grade, you can be the best.
You can be the can't cam manon your chest. You can beat the

question reminds us that seventeen percent ofpeople between the ages of seventy five and
(12:41):
eighty four and thirty two percent ofpeople eighty five and older have Alzheimer's disease
or dementia. So here's the healthpole question this week. Love to get
your opinion of this. Are youin favor of setting a maximum age to
be present of the United States?Yes? Or no? Controversial issue right
(13:05):
now, isn't it. Want toget your opinion. Do you think there
should be a maximum age where somebodyis eligible to become president of the United
States and state president? Yes orno? Please vote on that on my
website doctor bob dot com, doctr bob dot com. All right,
back to the conversation of former PresidentDonald Trump wanting to investigate big pharma over
(13:33):
autism, allergies, and chronic healthissues. He believes that perhaps food and
the environment and over the counter andprescription drugs may be to blame for America's
out of control chronic illness epidemic.I mean, I think he's onto something
(13:54):
here. He also questioned the presenceof toxins and chemicals and consumer product.
Before these toxins and chemicals existed, far fewer people were sick than they are
today. You won't You definitely wantto pay attention to this. This is
thinking out of the box. Finallysomebody may approach this. It's about time.
(14:18):
Why is it pastime? He's talkingabout getting a special commission together,
establishing them and getting some research conducted. He wants to publish recommendations on how
American children can have safe and healthychildhoods because right now they're struggling. There's
(14:41):
more allergies, more asthma, moreexzema, more autism, there's all these
childhood illnesses that shouldn't happen with theresources that we have here in the United
States available to us. We arethe richest country on the planet, but
yet we're the sickest country on theplanet, and we spend the most.
(15:01):
There's something wrong. And he seesthis. This is good, he says,
and I quote, it's a conversationthat is long overdue, and it's
a conversation that American families deserve.Former President Donald Trump maintains American families must
have this conversation and they must havea leader, a president who can do
(15:22):
something about this problem, and hesaid I will do just that. A
comment on x praised Trump for theannouncement, adding that he needs to get
rid of the NIH the National Institutesof Health. Two. Another comment,
(15:43):
they are the biggest bunch of crooks. This person added about the National Institutes
of Health. They are tied tobig Pharma. Well, who isn't tied
to big pharma? CDC Senators, disease control and quasi prevention. They're tied
to big pharma for sure. AndI okay, stop your emails already,
I can own almost sense. Intuitively, there are people who are trying to
(16:07):
email me right now over my websiteat doctor Bob dot com saying I knew
it, I knew you were alrighty, I knew you were a fault of
mega Omega. No, no,no. This show is a political meaning
not political. I have talked aboutevery single president of the United States and
former president on this radio show ina non prejudicial manner. I'm simply reporting
(16:32):
the news, so please do notshoot the messenger on this I am simply
telling you, reporting to you somethingthat a major presidential candidate who is likely
according to all the pundits likely tobecome president once again for a second term.
(16:55):
That would be Donald Trump. I'msimply telling you what he plans on
doing should he regain the presidency. And I dare say, and I think
a lot of you agree, somethingneeds to change. And I have another
I have some comments of a doctorhere, Doctor Peter McCullough. This doctor,
(17:15):
I'm going to play an audiotape herein a second. This doctor is
not only a medical doctor and hasa master's degree in public health. He
is also a former professor of amedical school, an editor of medical journals.
He's a cardiologist internist. Here's whatdoctor Peter McCullough had to say about
(17:37):
this topic. Go. Autism wasone in ten thousand when I was a
kid. It's now one in thirtysix. It's the biggest epidemic of childhood
in US history. Autism is onfire right now. Sure we have greater
screening and detection, but there isa massive bund increase. What we know
(18:02):
is it appears to be associated withthe expanding childhood vaccine schedule. Up on
the left. When I was akid, you can see that there was
a three shots nineteen sixty now atchild today faces one hundred and eight shots
at one of the visits between ageone and two, there's thirteen shots administered
altogether in children, and it's beenwell demonstrated that if a child gets sick
(18:29):
with a big round of shots andthey have a seizure, there's about a
forty percent chance that the brain isinjured and they develop autism. You were
hearing the voice of a medical doctorwho has finally seen the light on this
topic, doctor Peter mccallough. We'vecoded him and had him on the show
(18:52):
as a guest in the past, talking about COVID and the disaster associated with
COVID shots, the mRNA, Frankenstein, clot shots, you name it.
He's now throwing down hard on thewhole idea of the vaccine schedules that these
children have, pointing out the factsthat one in one thousand children at one
(19:22):
time, and in fact, duringmy childhood, in a thousand children would
develop autism, a brain disorder, brain damage. Now it's one in thirty
six. How embarrassing is that? How terrible is that bringing a child into
the world and holding your breath untilthey're like two, until you can actually
(19:44):
determine whether or not they have autism, you know, have been brain damaged.
And he is of course implying therethat vaccines that are given in excess
could be the smoke gun, couldbe the smoking gun. And I think
(20:07):
President Donald Trump, former President DonaldTrump is saying pretty much the same thing
that we need to find out whythis is. Why are there more especially
childhood illnesses like allergies and asthma andezema and all of these things that we
(20:29):
read about, these horrendous things. These poor children can't even get out the
gate and not have these challenges earlyin life, and they're being hit with
all kinds of these vaccines in blasts. What was I think there's like eighty
four or maybe more than one hundredseparate or different shots that they're getting these
(20:52):
days. Unbelievable. We'll be rightback. Stay with us. Are you
waiting for the writ? Excuse? Are you waiting for sign and shoes?
Why are you waiting? It's thetime is money special? I'm find time
(21:22):
in phone mon Are you info anyhealthy? Welcome or welcome back to this
hour of the Doctor Bob Martin ShowSpecial. Thank you to our regular listeners
and those who tell other people aboutthis radio show by referring them to the
program, by telling your friends, your your loved ones, your co workers,
(21:44):
your neighbors, maybe how to tuneinto the show on the radio station
you're listening to, by jotting downthe radio station call letters. You'll hear
those during the breaks, whether it'sa M R F M, the frequency
on the dial, and the timeof the day, and mass sat onto
his man people as you can.I mean, is there any higher calling
than helping other people stay healthy?I don't know. I sure enjoy it.
(22:08):
I can tell you that and benefitby it greatly on multiple levels.
Now, if you're just tuning intothe program, we have a health pole
question on my website, love toget your opinion of it. It's really
germane to what's going on today interms of the presidential election coming up and
(22:29):
the question about whether a president shouldbe a certain age, because everybody's questioning
now the age bracket as to whetherthe competency is a whether or not it
matters. So you'll see this onmy website, reminding you that seventeen percent
(22:52):
of people between the ages of seventyfive and eighty four. Both of the
current candidates are in that space, and thirty two percent of people over the
age of eighty five have Alzheimer's dementia, the worst form of dementia. So
the question becomes, are you infavor of setting a maximum age to be
(23:15):
president of the United States? Yes? Or no? Vote on that at
doctor bob dot com. Spell outthe word doctor docto r bob dot com,
doctor bob dot com on that healthpol question. While you're over there,
follow me on Instagram or or xor LinkedIn, look at the news
all that podcast library. It's allthere. Now. We'll get back to
(23:37):
your telephone calls and questions momentarily. But first this and this is about heart
health. This is about the numbertwo killer of man. That would be
heart disease, a second only tomedical miscare. Your heart is critical.
I think everybody could agree to thatwithout any argument. You have to have
(24:00):
good heart health. You have toprotect your heart to have overall good heart
health. Your heart is basically responsiblefor pumping all the blood throughout your body,
and blood of course carries oxygen,it carries nutrients, It allows the
toxins and the waste that we arebombarded with toxins in the environment, microplastics,
(24:22):
You name it. It allows thatstuff to get out of the body.
If the heart is strong. Peoplewho have weak hearts you see fluid
damming up in their lower extremities. They start retaining water and all kinds of
other things. So maintaining a healthyheart is a good thing. Interestingly enough,
(24:44):
they're finding out some special things abouta special herb called red sage.
Have you heard of it? Redsage the botanical herb that is on fire
right now in research finding out thatthis plant, once again nature proves IDEs
for us comes through is doing goodthings for human hearts and maintaining the heart
(25:07):
With a supplement containing red sage calledred Sage Plus from Arry Naturally Vitamins might
be on the docket for you toput on the must do things to keep
your heart healthy. This heart healthyformula red Sage plus supports circulation to keep
your cardiovascular system strong. Additionally, there's been research out of the University of
Monastery in Tunisia discovering that red sagethe herb, improves insulin sensitivity and reduces
(25:34):
inflammation. You do those two things, you take a lot of pressure and
a lot of stress away from thehuman heart, letting it operate. The
way it ought to on all eightcylinders, if you will. Now,
the scientists at this university concluded thatthe herb red sage may be a powerful
natural alternative that can support healthy bloodsugar levels. Another plus for red sage
(26:00):
red Sage Plus. Now the supplementthat's available in the marketplace. Red Sage
Plus from Terry Naturally Vitamins combines thepower of HRS sixty five red sage with
red gensing to help maintain blood vesselsand artery health and support healthy blood pressure
and cholesterol balance already within normal limits. Red Sage HRS sixty five delivers powerful
(26:22):
cell protecting antioxidants to maintain optimal arteryhealth, while HRG eighty red gensing is
an adaptogen. Clinical studies show thatit helps with resilience for everyone taking it
in the face of occasional stress andwho isn't under that occasionally. That is
stress a major factor in hard health. So you're invited to support your cardiovascular
(26:47):
system, blood sugar balance, andmanage stress more effectively naturally with a supplement
called red Sage Plus from Terry NaturallyVitamins available in health food stores nationwide,
or you can go to Terry Naturallyvitaminsdot Com for Red Sage Plus, Terry
Naturalivitamins dot Com for Red Sage Plus, or Finer health food stores nationwide.
(27:12):

My name is Chris. I livein Vernon, Iowa. I've been

any information on it that you couldpass along to me. Thank you very
much. All right, thank youfor your call, Chris. Ambliodosis is
(28:00):
very rare condition and it is believedto be maybe an autoimmune condition. I
know that. Let's see, you'rein Iowa. So they've got a program
if I'm not mistaken up at MayoClinic in Rochester to deal with this condition.
Have got an entire staff of medicalprofessionals to deal with this very rare
(28:26):
condition. So I would suggest thatyou reach out to Mayo Clinic and see
what they have to offer. Nowthat if you're not inclined to do that,
then I would suggest maybe there's somealternative care that is also available for
this. And for that, Iwould suggest you go to my website and

Okay, and the way that youcan and this really for anybody who

I read all the emails, bythe way, and I try to get
to as many of them as Ican. So and if you want to
do that, Chris, you can, and I'll give you a referral to

over at doctor Bob dot com spellingout the word doctor docto r Bob dot
com. All right, thank youfor your phone call. Stay tuned.
I'm doctor Bob Martin and we arecoming right back. So sorry, so
(30:07):
you did. I'm a bush ofthis number, Simoncible. They have one
never single mind above. You're happento be tuned into the Doctor Bob Martsin
(30:30):
show and I hope you're enjoying it. And if you are, please tell
other people about it. Uh,stay in touch with us always. Doctor
Bob dot Com. The website ourcaller hotline for anyone wishing to call and
ask a question about your own healthor somebody else's health, or make a
health related comment. That number eighthundred six zero six eighty eight twenty two.
(30:56):
Eight hundred six zero six eighty eighttwenty two. We have a health
poll question asking are you in favorof setting a maximum age to be president
of the United States? Yes?Or no? Since seventeen percent of people
between the ages of seventy and eightyfour and thirty two percent of people over
(31:18):
the age of eighty five have Alzheimer'sdisease or dementia, they do, so,
are you in favor of setting amaximum age to become president and stay
president? Yes or no? Voteat doctor Bob dot com spelling out the
word doctor, doctor Bob dot com. And since we're on the topic of
children, we started out the hourtalking about that. How former President Donald
(31:40):
Trump wants to investigate why big Pharmais not handling and is or perhaps contributing
to the rise in autism, allergies, and chronic health problems in children.
He wants to get to the bottomof that. I think it's a good
thing. It's a necessary thing, way overdue. On that same theme,
I want to also change gears alittle bit and talk about how children,
(32:04):
how infants should be fed. Andyou know, I'm a father of six
children, and of course I've hadthe joy of feeding them once they were
able to be fed after breastfeeding. All six of them breastfed for a long
period of time. But the latestinformation out is about spoon feeding infants may
(32:28):
be bad for their growth. Whatspoon feeding infants maybe bad for their growth.
That's what a new study finds asletting the babies hand feed themselves could
be better for the development. Mostparents, including myself and my wife,
will remember the hours, especially mywife, spent spoon spooning puade foods into
(32:55):
our children's mouths. But allowing infantsto hand feed themselves maybe better for their
growth, according to a new studyout. The new finding suggests that baby
lead weaning, a popular way ofintroducing solid foods to infants, provides ample
calories for growth and development. Themethod emphasizes allowing infants to hand feed themselves
(33:24):
whole, non purade foods when introducingsolid versus the more traditional approach to spoon
feeding infants puraid solids. Now,of course, if you're thinking, you're
probably thinking the same thing I waswhen I first heard about this. Well,
no, they'll choke to death. No, no, no. You
(33:45):
make it so that the pieces areso small and they're not purade, they're
just cut up, and you makeit so they're not going to choke to
death if they get a hold ofit. But the idea is that they're
developing dexterity and they're actually feeding themselvesand it's not hurting them in the cawlery
department. They're getting plenty of caloriesand they're doing better. Advocates say that
(34:08):
it encourages them. It encourages healthyeating habits. Because babies self feed,
they will find the foods that theywant innately intuitively, rather than the mom
or the dad or the caregiver.Jam in the spoon of puraid foods into
their mouths that they may not evenwant. They just open their mouths reflexibly
(34:30):
and it goes. Researchers at theUniversity of Colorado they studied baby lead weaning
in seventy healthy five month old infants, and during the study, caregivers recorded
three days of the baby's intake fromall foods. The team classified a child
(34:53):
as following baby lead weaning if lessthan ten one percent of their calories came
from puraid baby foods. Analysis revealedthere was no significant difference in energy intake
between the two weaning groups. Babylead weaning was also linked with a greater
(35:17):
increase in weight for age and weightfor length scores that conventionally weaned infants,
meaning they had a higher growth trajectory. The team said soft fruits, steamed
vegetables, cheese, and small piecesof meat are all good foods to try
(35:40):
for baby lead weaning because they areeasy for babies to grasp and chew.
In other words, you're allowing thebaby to grasp and grab the foods rather
than have their mouths forced or droppedopen where you're giving them pure aid foods
(36:02):
and they're reporting here that this babylead weaning where they actually feed themselves is
better for them on many levels.Food should be offered in sticks about the
size of the baby's fist to preventchoking, and it's important to provide a
variety of course in diverse diet.Introducing solid foods to the infant well.
(36:22):
Of course, we all hope thatbreastfeeding has happened at least six months or
longer. That's how you start thechild off in a really, really good
way. And luckily there's more breastfeedinggoing on today thanks to nurse midwives and
doulas and other people who promote that. We know the medical profession does a
(36:45):
poor job of promoting it. They'reover there selling Similac all the time and
other ultra processed foods. All right, we'll come back, Stay with us.
It's the Doctor Bob Martin Show.Because happiness give you feel That's what
(37:09):
you want to do, because ifyou feel well, my goal is to
get you feeling so good it literallyhurts to feel that good, and you
become annoying to your friends and familymembers because they want to know why you're
(37:30):
so happy and healthy and they wantsome to Welcome back, ladies, and
gentlemen, our final segment of thishour of the show. But don't go
anywhere. We've got a lot ofimportant stuff to talk about, including next
hour, we're going to talk aboutthe adverse effects of prolonged exposure to air
conditioning. I kid you not. This time of the year, in many
(37:50):
parts of the United States it isso blistering hot out. Not everybody likes
to be outside in the heat ofthe day, so they, of course
spent a lot of time indoors. You have to almost in certain parts of
the country you'd be roasted. Well, I'm going to talk about the adverse
effects of being in prolonged exposures toair conditioning. So don't go anywhere,
(38:15):
all right, let's get back towork with your phone calls and questions at
eight hundred six zero six eighty eighttwenty two is our calling phone number,
eight hundred six to zero six eightyeight twenty two. Next up is Danny
in Denver, Colorado. Hi,doctor out of an Enjoyer show. In
your content. My name is Danny. I'm from Denver, Colorado, and
(38:37):
yeah, I'm calling about a questionabout regarding energy to food. I struggle
with feeling tired a lot giv alot, especially after I eat it.
And I've tried to incorporate a lotmore healthy alternatives in my food and things
like that. But I've noticed, even if I eat a small amount of
(38:58):
food or a healthy amount of foodeach even like undrops this freakings fruit things
like that, I always feel thesluggish no matter what after I eat food.
So I'm trying to figure out howto get more energy and I don't
know what I can do to that'snot going to make me feel tired of
because I find myself just skipping mealsa lot that I don't have to deal
(39:19):
with that crash that I get evenit for after I get a small meal
or a large meal. Yeah,if you have any advice here on that
beat, really appreciating. Thank youall right, Danny, thank you for
your phone call. This is aproblem a lot of people have. It's
a post perennial post meal crash. It's usually related to blood sugar. So
it would be a good idea,Danny, for you to get to a
doctor to get a blood test done. Make sure that doctor is trained or
(39:44):
has some type of skill set inclinical nutrition. Find a doctor who does
functional medicine. Or integrative medicine sothey can analyze it not just from the
lab normals, which are usually basedon sick people, but whether where the
optimal range is and what they cando for you. This sounds like a
classical blood sugar problem or a fator a digestive problem, maybe in the
(40:07):
area of carbohydrate or fat. Soyou might want to start with maybe going
to the health food store and justgetting a digestive enzyme and taking a digestive
enzyme just as you start the meal, and then make sure you make an
appointment to a doctor's office to getchecked. Stay away from the sugars,
the refined sugars, then the nastyfats. You probably know what those are,
(40:31):
until which time you feel better. Also, I would suggest putting a
B complex vitamin on your supplement list. Be complex vitamins. All right,
Danny, thanks again for the phonecall. I wish you stay tuned.
It's the doctor, Bob Martinshell.
