(02:30):
up this hour a special guest that you'll not want
to miss out on talking about a critically important topic
that you can leverage to improve your all important health
and wellness. So stick around for that. All right, ladies
and gentlemen, Let's get to the first topic we have
at hand here today, talking about how experts are now

(02:52):
pinpointing the most crucial, the most crucial and critical decade
of your life. Think about that, when could that be well,
they finally pinpointed the important decade and how that decade
can impact your health and future well being. We're talking
about smoking, drinking, and being inactive, and how when they

(03:15):
become entrenched in a specific decade of your life, think
about this, What were you doing between the age of
thirty six and forty six that decade? What were you doing?
Were you involved in any bad health habits or habits
that you know you shouldn't have been doing, but you

(03:35):
were doing it because you were stressed out with family
and finances and all kinds of things that happened that
come to bear on us just with the process of living.
Where were you between age thirty six and forty six.
That's what they've honed in on, saying that if you're
involved in that decade of your life, with these habits

(03:58):
of drinking and smoking and being inactive because you're chasing
the almighty dollar. You've got all kinds of family issues
going on and job related stress, etc. It's hard to
reverse that out once that information and once that activity
gets started and harms you that According to a new study,

(04:19):
each year a person continues an unhealthy habit such as smoking, drinking,
and being inactive, the damage is compounded big time. These
habits gradually erode a person's metabolic and psychological health until
they become part of the person's biology after age forty six.

(04:43):
The study was out of the country of Finland, showing
that when a person reaches thirty, each additional decade of
risky behavior worsened their health through age fifty and beyond.
In fact, one of the researchers says, eve, even even
a single risky behavior, just take one of them, just

(05:04):
smoking or drinking or being inactive increases the risk of
premature death and diseases. But together, when you put them
all together, and a lot of people smoke, they drink,
and they're inactive, think about this, were you during that time.
Maybe you're not thirty six shed and you don't want
to lead up to this, that would be a good thing.

(05:25):
But when you put these all together with other health
habits and other health behaviors that could be going on,
the impact is cumulative, really knocking you down and setting
you up for a miserable quality of life later on.
You don't need it, you don't want it. We don't
want you to have it. People who smoked, drank, and
were physically inactive through their twenties saw few effects that

(05:49):
were negative, but those behaviors caught up with them, causing
worse mental health, poor related health, and double the risk
of having metabology diseases such as high blood pressure, obesity,
diabetes by the late thirties. So you can get away.
The message here is you can get away with some
of this stuff you know, experimenting with and all that

(06:13):
stuff that happens when you're trying to grow up and
figure things out and follow your friends and all this
peer pressure of smoking and drinking, and then you think, oh,
you know, why do I need to carve out time
to exercise. I could be making some money just working
over time. Right now, we're not exercising at all by
watching the boob tube and eating potato chips. Everybody does it.

(06:34):
Everybody does it at one point in time, so don't
feel bad about it. Just get active. Stop the smoking
and the excess drinking or drinking at all. You're going
to be a lot better off starting like today, Researchers
gather patient data from a study spanning fifty one years,
So this is not some speculative situation. This is done

(06:56):
over half a century of data that came in on
this and hundreds and hundreds of people studying them over
fifty one years. And the scientists calculated people's current risk
scores based on how many risky behaviors they maintained, from

(07:17):
zero behaviors no risk to three the highest risk i e. Smoking, drinking,
and being physically inactive. These are the big bad three
that you don't want to participate in or be involved in,
especially if you want to have a quality of life
later on and have less risk and exposure to major

(07:41):
catastrophic degenerative diseases and premature death. Because if you are smoking, drinking,
and being inactive out of your age of twenty in
your twenties, if you start into your third decade of
life into your thirties and you continue that through your forties,

(08:03):
you are roadkill waiting to happen, as we say, and yeah,
there's a medical system waiting to gather you in and
treat your symptoms without respect to how you got there
or how you should come out of that. But that's
not going to do it. To kick the can down
the road. With symptomatic changes of drugs, you're going to

(08:23):
continue to degenerate. We don't want that. We want you
to wake up now, and if you past age fifty already,
we want you to also know there's options through finding
practitioners who understand this dance that went on and how
to reverse it to the greatest extent possible and get
you back on track. It is possible a thirty six

(08:47):
year old who smokes and drinks but also exercises would
receive a score of two. Okay, so because that's where
they're at. Well, a fifty year old who smoking but
still drinks and does an exercise would get a score
of one. So they're looking at the big three and saying, look,

(09:08):
if they're doing all three, you better live real close
to a real hospital and have a real good doctor
because you're gonna need a lot of care sometime soon.
Or maybe you've already arrived there, and we know today
in the United States, what is it The average person
over the age of sixty is taking six or more drugs.
And as I've said on the program before, and I'm

(09:30):
not complaining or bragging about this, I'm in my second
seventh decade of life, zero drugs, zero pharmaceuticals. My wife
is in the same age bracket, zero pharmaceuticals, and many
of my colleagues. It is possibly to be drug free
and self sufficient if you can pay attention to how
to take good care of your body and extricate yourself

(09:51):
from some of these disastrous habits. They also look beyond
what behavior as a person has. Now they looked at
how many years the person maintained those harmful habits. And
they did this always complicated medical scoring called temporal risk scoring,

(10:13):
and the checkpoints they looked at were ages twenty seven,
thirty six, forty two, fifty, and sixty one. And during
those times, if those persons were involved in the smoking, drinking,
or inactive activity, they found that they had terrible scores
and terrible quality of life. The message is, please stop

(10:36):
those behaviors or it could be punitive for you. Your
body will punish you get back on track. It's possible.
Stay listening to this radio show. We'll tell you how,
and stay right where you are because you've got a
special guest coming up. You're tuned into the Doctor Bob
Martin Show. We'll be right back. Zachats a great bucket.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
Take a bullet.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
Yes, I would do just about anything for you, except
take that bullet through my brain. I won't do that,
but I will be here to provide as much health
related information as you possibly need, and so will doctor
Adam Brockman, who will be joining us next hour here
on the program. Now, I want you to know during

(11:48):
the last segment, we talked about some things like those
behaviors that some people get trapped into because everybody else
is doing it, and stress is stress, and sometimes people
do things to try to relieve their stress. I mean,
I've always said that smoking is used as an antidepressant,
as is alcohol often, as is not exercising. I mean,

(12:11):
just things that can be changed up very simply. So
I want you to know there's a lot of possibilities
for you to get well. You just got to realize
what you're doing and then have a path forward. Hopefully
we're providing that for you here on the Doctor Bob
Martin Show each and every single week. Now, I want
to also let you know that we're going to go
to our Doctor Bob Martin Show Caller hotline phone calls

(12:32):
coming into the program a little bit later. So if
you have asked a question on the Doctor Bob Martin
Show Caller Hotline at eight hundred six zero six eight
eight two to two eight hundred six zero six eight
eight two to two, or you've hit the website and
you've dropped off a health related question over there at
doctor Bob dot com spelling out the doctor docto or

(12:54):
Bob dot com, we will get to all of those
calls eventually, so stick around and don't go anywhere. We're
going to turn our attention to a very important topic today,
and that topic with our special guests coming up, is
about why it's important for you to get more plant
material into your body. I mean, we're now hearing all

(13:16):
these important things coming out of the Beltway as to
why we need to clean up our environment, pay attention
to what we're drinking and eating and breathing if we can,
so that we can preserve our health and not poison ourselves.
So fast. That's what's going on. And because these things

(13:38):
will catch up with this and they destroy our quality
of life and decrease our longevity. So I've recruited an
expert in this area to join us today. His name
is Danley Fouk. He is a nutrition and lifestyle researcher,
founder and CEO of a company by the name of
sun Warrior. Get that in your head. Sun Warrior a

(14:01):
leading edge nutrition company which was first to introduce plant
based proteins to the nutraceutical marketplace. Sun Warrior is well
known domestically and internationally for its extensive line of plant
based protein options, but also for nutritional supplement of innovations
such as sun Warrior collagen Boosters, Omnus Supergreens, Oasis Liquid Vitamins,

(14:27):
and many others you're gonna hear about or learn about
hopefully in the future. Denley is joining us and I
want to thank you Denley for agreeing to be my
guest here on The Doctor Bob Martin Show. And good
day to you, Denley.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
Hi the Doctor Bob. I'm excited to be able to
visit with you and everybody listening.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
It's fantastic to have you. I am so excited to
share your knowledge and information with our audience. Let's start off,
Denley with with that amazing personal journey, that health journey
for you that was pivotal in your founding the company's
son Warrior. Could you please share with our audience your

(15:08):
early experiences in life that influenced the company's inception.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
Okay, well, sure, I grew up my folks on a
fruit stand, and so I grew up loving fruit and
things like that. But the store got bigger and bigger,
and so as the store grew, the line of products grew.
And you ever heard of You are what you eat?
So oh yeah, as a kid, yeah, So as a kid,

(15:36):
I became a twinkie and a coke and a puff
of smoke. And so I grew up not a well boy.
By the time of teenagers, I wasn't not. I was
so sick, bron guide as pneumonia, in and out of
the hospital. So my mother reads a book written by
n Wigmore and it was all about wheat grass juice,

(16:01):
and so she decided to do that. She grew some
wheat and she cut it. They didn't have wheat grass
juices back then, so she put it in a meat
grinder and squoke that with her hands and she goes, clear, boy,
you're going to drink this. And I could not believe
she made me drink it. But something happened to me
when I drank that. It was like I was on

(16:22):
a euphoric high because I was so sick. And when
you ingest something that's so healthy and so good for you,
it's going to have an effect. And so I felt better.
My lungs felt better. Instantly, I felt unbelievable, and so
back then I leaned that what I put in my
mouth has something to do with how I feel, and

(16:44):
so it you know, there was a life changing experience.
And then I grew up and had start having kids,
got married and we had a boy and a girl.
Then we had twin daughters. And right out of the chute,
they were sick, constant diarrhea, throwing up all over everybody,
and uh uh, they were icing on the cake whose

(17:04):
respiratory infection. They had, their lungs that were coughing, croup all.
It seemed like a lot. And so you know, when
you have little babies, you can't mess with it. You
got to take them to the doctor. That's what we did,
and they put them on a medication and they get better,
and then like a month later, our girls are sick again.
And this went on for a while and then but
something started to happen. Instead of every month, it's like

(17:27):
every three weeks, we're back to the doctor, every two
weeks back to the doctor. Got to the point where
they had to be constant on antibiotics all the time
or they were sick. And as young kids, you know,
we're young, dumb kids having kids, we ought, gosh, there
must be something wrong here. So we took her, took

(17:48):
him to the specialist and he goes, he runs this
test and he goes, oh, your girls have fibrosis. And
we were put us in shock because my baby, my
sister had a baby die of CF prior to that time,
a couple of years prior, and so we didn't know
what to do. What's the prognosis here, doc? What do

(18:09):
we do? And they said, well, they have to live
in a bubble. We've got to take care of that
immune system. But the first thing we need to do
is double up on these antibiotics. And I stood back
and I got thinking, you know, I may be stupid,
but please I'm not that stupid. No, No, and so

(18:29):
we didn't know what to do, and so we were
led to a lady. She was an angel. Her name
was Loa, and she goes, We took them up to
north of Salt Lake City and she looked at her
girls and she goes, she said two things. She said,
if you kids will actually do what I asked you
to do, you're never going to have your babies back

(18:50):
to the doctor or the hospital again. I'm going, ever,
are you kidding? And the second thing she said is
don't you know your answer in nature? And right back
right then. It threw me back to my weak ress
use days. I'm going, oh, my gosh, maybe there's something
to it. And so we became excited. I mean, I

(19:13):
really had I saw the light at the end of
the tunnel. So driving home, I mean, we were elated
because she had us go home, unpack our fridge or
freezers or cupboards. No yellow guy colors, no goood colors,
no dyes, read the label. If you can't read it,
don't eat it. And she basically put us on a
raw food diet. And so, of course, instantly, Doctor Bob,

(19:38):
we became the neighborhood weirdos.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Totally weird joined the crowd.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
Yes, yeah, well now it's cool to be weird, you know,
back then.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
It wasn't exactly you know, deadly. This sounds so similar
to how I got into the healing arts. I had
terrible asthma and ezema and allergies inside you site, it's
same thing. Went back to the doctor over and over
and over, nothing but antibiotics and nasal spraise, and eventually
found my way to health through a chiropractor and changing

(20:12):
my diet and the stuff that I was putting in
my mouth and drinking, and I got better and cured
those things. And I don't have any of that today.
Same story as your daughter and yourself. It's amazing.

Speaker 3 (20:22):
The doctor told us, They said, no, the girls will
live to be about eighteen or twenty years old, and
but you got to live in a bubble, and we
got to take them up to the University Utah Medical
Center and run, you know, do all this therapeutic stuff
on their lungs and everything.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
We're going to talk about sun Wire, the pioneer in
plant based nutrition, the company back to two thousand and eight.
We're going to get to that when we come out
of this break. So stay with us. It's an amazing story.
It's possible, ladies and gentlemen, to get well naturally. We'll
tell you how. You're on the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

(21:00):
Are you waiting on a line? Next take? Are you
waiting for the perfect nights?

Speaker 1 (21:06):
How are you waiting to?

Speaker 2 (21:07):
The time is night? Why? Up?

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Don't you want to learn to deal with? Don't you
want to take the wheel and stand?

Speaker 2 (21:19):
Don't you beat another man? Why? Why are you infu Well?
You're tuned into the largest radio health talk show in America,
barnun in large part thanks to you. We so appreciate
you being here today. We also appreciate our veteran listeners
who continue to help this radio show help as many

(21:42):
people as possible by spreading the word about where we're
at and what we're doing here each and every week,
same time, same place. And the way to refer other
people to this radio show is simply listen to the
radio station you're listening to right now, jot down the
call letters when you hear them, announce them, look at
the frequency on the radio, whether it's an a MRFM station,

(22:02):
time of the day, and just pass that on to
as many people as you want to have stay healthy
in your life, maybe a loved one, friend, neighbor, coworker.
That would be fantastic and they'll thank you for it later.
All right, Our special guest is Denley Falk. We're talking
about nutrition. We're talking about becoming your own best doctor
most of the time. And this amazing story, his own

(22:25):
personal story of his journey back to health and wellness
and the journey that he helped his family members, his
daughters get well when they were basically drowning in medical intervention.
And we're not here to knock medical doctors or the
medical profession, but look, every healing art has its limitations.

(22:48):
We have a great crisis orientated system where if you
get to cut, a wound, a fracture, you know, a
heart attack, a stroke, all of that and you need
emergency trios. We got a great system, but for keeping
people healthy and getting them well drug free, we're just
like on the bottom of the barrel. In fact, we
rank lowest of all industrialized countries in terms of health

(23:12):
and longevity, but yet we spend the most. So ask yourself,
what is wrong with this picture? Anyway? And it's time
to become your own best doctor most of the time,
and Dentally's going to tell us how now, Deniley, thank
you for that information. I mean that just sort of
sets the stage that you can take some very severe problems,
I mean cystic fibrosis. I've seen like maybe half a

(23:34):
dozen of those cases in my practice career. They're not easy.
And to turn that around in not just one person,
but two persons by doing some changes, some safe and
effective changes as simple as changing diet and taking concentrated
food substances is remarkable and it ought to give hope
to a lot of people who are suffering with diseases

(23:54):
and health problems that are a lot less complicated than
cystic fibrosis. Now, I want to lead in to Sun Warrior.
If we can deadly the pioneer you called the pioneer
in the area. You really set the stage for the
whole industry, of the nutstutical industry bringing this idea about
plant based proteins, because most people think that you've got

(24:16):
to eat a cow, a pig, a lamb or something
in order to get protein, or you have to eat
a dozen eggs. They don't. Most people are so brainwashed
by the food industry to believe that there's no protein
in anything else other than something that is an animal.
And I want to just ask you, how on earth

(24:37):
did you figure out how to bring a company like
sun Warrior to the marketplace with plant based proteins and
the origin going back to two thousand and eight. Wow,
let's talk about that, how this happened, and what is
occurring over the last fifteen years and the secret behind
Sun Warrior's longevity over this time.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
Okay, Well, I mean, I think the foundation of our
belief system all protein, all the protein on this planet
begins with plants, and the animals eat the plants, and
then then they have protein uh in in their in
their flesh. But plants have all they deliver all the

(25:23):
protein needed uh and the body knows how to deal
with that. And the and the great part about the
plant based protein is you you don't have all the
side effects like pesticides, factory farming, all of these uh
you know, hormones that they put in these animals that uh,
let's just live safe. I mean, if you're gonna if

(25:45):
you're going to not get hit by a train, stay
off the tracks, and you know, so let's stay off
the tracks. Let's let's just uh, let's just eat the
foods that are naturally made for man and uh uh
we are plant eaters. Were that's our physiology and instead
we're not cats, we're not elephants. We're we're you know,

(26:11):
we're plant eaters and lots of fruit, fresh fruits and vegetables.
I mean, that's the foundation of our company is, you know,
the living foods, living body type of program. And so
there became a need for protein. And my partner, my partner,
Nick Stern, he's a bodybuilder and I have been a

(26:31):
body bodybuilder still am but uh, you know, we want
to build our body, but let's not put toxins and
poisons in our system at the same time. Yeah, and
so it's a clean it's a clean way to live.

Speaker 2 (26:45):
It's amazing to hear that competitive weightlifters can actually get
sufficient amounts of quality protein through plants, which they think
just the opposite of that. And you brought it up.
Human beings have flat teeth mostly in their mouth that
is meant to grind something that grinding has to do

(27:05):
with plant material. We've got like four canine teeth, two
on the top, two on the bottom for ripping flesh.
Because we did go through an evolutionary time where that
had to happen when it became sparse with the plants
and we relied on you know, animals at that time.
But when you look at just the physiology of the mouth,
we are meant to grind up foods that would be

(27:28):
plant foods. And so that's why I think sunwire fits
right into this with sun waririres plant based proteins and
superfoods that now are in the marketplace. And I just
want people to know dendly that sunwirire products. All of
their products, and there's many of them. Plant based proteins
and collagen products are available in the marketplace in places

(27:51):
such as natural grocers Nationwide, Sprouts, farmers' markets, Whole Foods,
Vitamin Shop, Target. You can get them on Amazon dot com. Folks,
it's easy or even hit for more information beyond this
conversation today about how to integrate plant based proteins and

(28:13):
other supplements into your diet that are not full of
gluten or GMO, genetically modified organisms, or solvents or toxic chemicals, hormones, synthetics,
which so many of the products in the marketplace are.
You can find them. They are available if you put
premium quality, high octane fuel in the form of food

(28:37):
into your body that is fiber based, plant based, that
hasn't been adulterated like the rest of the food supply
that we're hearing about that they're talking about now, the
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. What
is he basically saying. He's saying we need to get
right with eating and drinking the right foods and fluids

(28:58):
so that we can return our head health to where
it needs to be and not be the laughing stock
of the world by spending the most money on sick
care and not providing education to our citizens on how
to stay healthy, how to prevent disease, how to be
proactive by just making a few changes in your lifestyle.

(29:20):
And with the bombardment that we get every single day
on television and through ads to do nothing but eat
junk food, and our doctors are not properly educated. We're
talking about the conventional medical system not properly educated, so
that we become educated how to take care of ourselves.
I mean, the average person doesn't have a chance. But
this show and others like it helped to fill in

(29:42):
the gaps so that you do have a chance so
that we can right this problem and get you back
on track. We're going to return to our special guests,
Denley Foul stay with us. You having to be tuned
into the Doctor Bob Martins Show, and we will be
right back. I'm a busson number sim all right, welcome,

(30:22):
Welcome back to this hour of the Doctor Bob Martsin Show.
Thank you so very much for tuning into the program.
Doctor Adam Brockman will be joining us next hour. We're
going to get to some very important news and also
your telephone calls that keep coming in by the hundreds,
and also emails that keep coming into the website. We're
going to try to answer as many of them as
we can, so stick around. Our special guest is dn

(30:43):
Lee Falk. He is a nutrition and lifestyle researcher, founder
and CEO of sun Warrior, a leading edge nutrition company
which was the first to introduce plant based proteins to
the nutroutical marketplace back in two thousand and eight. That's
how forward thinking they were back then. Denley, welcome back

(31:06):
to the show. Sun Warrior offers a large range of products,
from plant based protein powders to super food supplements, what
sets Sun Warrior products apart from the crowded and murky,
murky marketplace out there for the consumer.

Speaker 3 (31:23):
I you know, our consumers have been able to trust us.
We're not you know, we're not venturing into the collagens
and all of these things that are not plant based.
We've been able to be reliable by obtaining just the
best of all of the products. We can get organic,

(31:44):
plant based, pure, something that's going to build your body
with the right building materials. And so stick with who
we are. That is probably the best thing I can say.
And people have been able to rely upon us. And
you know, we're powered by the power of the sun,
and the sun is the giver of all life, and

(32:06):
it's a powerful force that we have. It's who we
are and people get it. They believe in us, and
we believe in them. We have wonderful people, clients, customers
that have been with us from day one, Ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
Doesn't have to be either, or you don't have to
say to yourself, well, I'm just going to give everything
up that I've been doing. My bacon in the morning,
my hamburger at lunch, my steak at night, my eggs,
everything milk I'm drinking. No, it doesn't have to be
harsh like that. I didn't do that when I switched
over from a young man living up in the middle

(32:44):
of the state of Iowa, eating nothing but and burying
carcass in my stomach every day. I did. I grew
up that way, but I also had all the diseases
to show for it, and I was eating tons of
dairy products. And so when I learned about this stuff,
you actually could improve your health by changing your diet
and your lifestyle, and started to gradually flip over to

(33:08):
foods that were not adulterated with the things that Deadly
is teaching us here from the toxins and the hormones
and the pesticides that come. When you eat high on
the food chain, your body will love you for it,
and it will respond to that, and you will get
better Sunwire products. It will be all the protein you'll

(33:28):
ever need. And as he mentioned, even collagen products can
be plant based and non animal drived, which means you're
not going to get all the pesticides and the stuff
that those animals are exposed to that pass on to you. Dentley,
which Sunware product is your personal favorite.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
You know, my foundation is our greens. When you're green inside,
you're clean inside. And our greens are powerful. A lot
of the product in our greens is powder, and they're
growing up here in the mountains of Utah and in
its volcanic soil. They're just powerful with minerals, almost minerals,

(34:09):
which build the body. And with that, I use our
liquid light, our minerals, and together it's magic because it
alkalizes the body. An alkaline body is a big deal.
There's a book out there called Alkalize or Die, And
if we are so acidy, that's the kiss of death.

(34:30):
And so we must alkalize our body. And that's why
I love our greens and our liquid light. Together. It
alkalizes the body. It mineralizes the body, builds your body,
your brain, your bones. It's the path of success, really,
because if you're feeling good, you're thinking good. If you're
thinking good, you're making great decisions. And so it's all
connected with what we put in our mouth has something

(34:53):
to do with how we feel, how we act, how
we think. It's a total package. And so I love
our greens. And then after we workout, I like to
have a shake and and our amino acids. We have
amino asis also that build the body that's clean. As
as the building material is, so the structure must be.

(35:15):
And so if you put good building material in this
temple of ours, then we're going to be building a
beautiful temple. And it pays off. Uh, you know, it's
a wonderful thing. I just say that.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
And so all right, our guest is Denly Foulk. We're
talking about plant based proteins and Sunwarrior Sunwarrior products. They
are available at finer health food stores nationwide including natural Grocers, Sprouts,
Whole Foods, Vitamin Shop, even Target and Walmart have them.

(35:50):
You can also look them up on Amazon dot com
just type in Sunwarrior or you can go to their
website for more information and the entire line of some complements.
Excellent website. By the way, Denley at Sunwarrior dot com.
Sunwarrior dot com. Now he mentioned greens. I want you, folks,

(36:11):
when you go to the health food store and you
know you're not eating the recommended seven to nine servings
of fresh fruits and vegetables, and if you're not eating
them one organic, you are getting pesticides which are not good.
So using a supplement to fill in the gaps in
your diet that you're otherwise not getting, is going to

(36:32):
benefit you and your family. When you go to the store,
look for something called Ormis. My favorite ormas o R
m us super Greens. Ormis Supergreens. They also have a
line of Oasis Liquid vitamins and so many more things.
We'll come back with our final segment with our special guest,
Denley Foul coming back right here on the Doctor Bob

(36:56):
Martin Show, Stay with us.

Speaker 1 (37:00):
Do you make it.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
Well? Hopefully natural medicine, whatever applicable. Welcome, Welcome back to
our final segment this hour with our special guest Denley Foul.
He is a nutrition in lifestyle researcher, founder CEO A
Sun Warrior, a leading edge nutrition comedy which was the
first to introduce plant based proteins to the nutraceutical marketplace.

(37:33):
And that ought to be saying a lot to you.
In other words, you can get all the protein you
need through proper diet, and if you don't want to
do it that way, you don't have time, just the
convenience of just cracking open the container and scooping it
into a smoothie and you get all the plant based
protein you need for your body to repair itself, to
regenerate itself, and to stay healthy. And I get sick

(37:55):
in the first place. And with the fact that the
HHS Secretary today, ladies and gentlemen, the Health and Human
Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Junior, is calling for a
paradigm shift in food manufacturing practices to help counter the
chronic disease epidemic that we're all facing here in America.
Many consumers would be well served with learning more about

(38:19):
Sunwarrior's healthy line of nutrition offerings. You can find out
more about them on their website over at sunwarrior dot
com sunwarrior dot com. Whether it be the plant based
proteins they offer, the supergreens, the liquid vibings, they have
a lot to offer there and to cover all of

(38:41):
your health basis. So, Denley, we just have a couple
minutes left in the actually a minute or so left
in the program. I'm just going to give that to
you and let you wrap this conversation up, sir, and
we look forward to having you back on the show
in the near future.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
Okay, Well, thank you, And I think what I have
to say is this time for us. I mean, we've
been doing this thing for years and now the movement
is growing because truth. You cannot bury the truth. And
I say we take the power, our own power back
concerning our health. We have that ability to direct the

(39:20):
way we're going to how healthy we're going to be.
And I say, let's take back our power because nobody
else can be responsible for our health other than ourselves.
We don't need to rely on outside sources. When we
just return to nature. Nature has the answer and you
become a more powerful person eating high vibration, high clean

(39:43):
organic foods. With our products, You've got it all. We
have it. You know. The vitamins and minerals are all
plant based, no synthetics. It's all coming from nature. And that's,
you know, a beautiful thing. We're on a mission and
we're trying to change the world one smoothie at a time.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
M hm.

Speaker 2 (40:05):
So I quote we're about Denley. We thank you for
what you've done for humanity in this regard with Sunwarrior products,
we are on the same page. I mean literally on
the same page here becoming your own best doctor most
of the time by making sure that you violate the
body less, treat it right. Feed it the best, and

(40:26):
sun Warrior products fit right into that schedule. You can
find SUNWAYR products again at finer health food stores nationwide
including Natural Grocers, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Vitamin Job, Target, Walmart,
