two to two. I won't go ahead and start with
a wellness win for this week. Very simple here. Did
(02:58):
you know that humming for two two minutes a day
can reduce inflammation and calm your nervous system, So hume
your favorite tune and enjoy some calm. I also want
you to repeat after me. Small steps cause a big
impact on your lives. Whether you're a night out or
an early bird, Today's the day to own your rhythm.
(03:19):
I want you to listen up, listen to the show.
Hopefully you can gather something, grab your notebook, a blanket,
or your favorite running shoes and take off. We're diving
into actionable tips to help you thrive. Doctor Bob and
I are revved up. We're rate a roll. Let's make
today count. So first up, I wanted to bring up
one of the main causes in the United States of
(03:42):
death is heart disease and most of the time, I
find it to be where you can just make some
simple lifestyle choices and maybe get to improve. So what
we're going to talk about is this top research studies
that are showing the reversal of athrosclerosis, which is that
placking in the arteries of your lining of your arteries
(04:04):
veins your heart, and how you can improve that maybe
with your diet. One of these we're going to tackle
this most important question, Can you actually unclog your arteries
with your dinner plate? A spoiler alert here, The science
says yes, So grab that smoothie. Let's dive into this
(04:24):
research that'll make your heart scene literally. The first one
I bring to your attention is the Lifestyle Heart Trial
is from nineteen ninety and I want you to imagine this.
The patients with the heart disease, they swapped their burgers
for broccoli, they ditched their stress, and they started moving.
After just one year, their arteries shrunk the plaque build up. Meanwhile,
(04:47):
the control group, the ones that were still eating the
burgers in the high fat foods, high fat animal foods,
it looked like a rush hour traffic jam in their arteries.
So the moral of the story plan they're the ultimate
traffic cops for your bloodstream. Now, if we fast forward
to twenty fourteen, a doctor Esselstein took one hundred and
(05:09):
ninety eight folks with severe heart disease and put them
on a strict plant based diet, no meat, no cheese,
no oils. After nearly forty four years, eighty nine percent
saw improvements. In twenty two percent reverse their plaque build up.
That's like turning a rusty old pipe into a brand
new fire hose. So yeah, yeah, and but wait, you
(05:33):
know some of us, including myself and doctor Bob, were
not full vegan, and if you're not ready to do that,
enter this pre dimed study. Researchers gave folks a Mediterranean diet,
one that doctor Bob myself talk about often that is
loaded with extra virgin olive oil and nuts. The results
it slowed plaque build up better than a low fat diet.
(05:56):
It turns out drizzling that olive oil is like giving
your artery a Mediterranean vacation. Now, another study up here.
I know there are a lot at you, but these
studies are all important to show how you can improve this.
That's the portfolio diet, and it's not talking about your
grandfather's stock portfolio. It's the combination of eating soy oats, almonds,
(06:20):
and plant steriles. In this study, it dropped LDL cholesterol
by more than statins. So if you think about that,
it's like assembling your own cast of the Avengers. But
for your arteries, you can hulk smash that plaque. But
doctor Bob, here's my favorite. It's the Lion Diet heart study.
(06:40):
And these are post heart attack patients. They ate the
Mediterranean style diet, meaning again more fish less butter. After
four years, a seventy percent drop and repeat heart attacks.
It's like swapping that time bomb out of your chest.
And no processed meats were not invited. But let's get real.
(07:01):
You hear this. Genetics matter, right, sure, but lifestyle is
the ultimate DJ here. One study showed eighty percent improved
blood flow just after five years of diet and exercise.
Simple thing to add in there, right, So your genes
they're on not your destiny. They're more like a suggestion.
(07:23):
So that Uncle Larry's meat loaf, it didn't take him out,
did it. You think there's hope for all of us,
But again it's not the bottom line. Here is your
fork is mightier than the scalpel. If you start small,
swap butter for avocado, add in a handful of nuts
and try one just one plant based meal a day.
(07:44):
And then also what we talk about often get tests
and know your cholesterol levels, your blood pressure, inflammatory markers
because aging is inevitable, but athlosclerosis it's optional. So for
wrapping up some wisdom here, eat like your art orgies
are listening, ditch the drive through, hug a lentil, and
(08:04):
remember every bite it's a vote for the kind of
life you want to live if you keep your plates
colorful and your heart's strong. I think that's the main
message here.
Speaker 4 (08:16):
So, doctor Bob, I wanted to go back to something
you mentioned right from the beginning, and it had to
do with humming and how humming can help improve your health.
It actually does. Humming has been shown to increase nitric oxide.
In fact, they think this is why cats will have
(08:36):
that purring sound that you hear them. You know you
can hear it coming off of cats. They think that's
what they're doing, is they're increasing their nitric oxide and
expanding their longevity. Well human beings. They've studied it and
they know that humming can do that. It dilates. In fact,
people with sinus problems or sinus congestion, if you hum,
you'll actually get relief from it over time, so it's
(08:58):
not a bad thing to do. And then you mentioned
inflammatory markers. People should know they're inflammatory markers. Unfortunately, most
conventional doctors don't even run inflammatory markers on their patients.
They run these ridiculous metabolic panels which exclude those inflammatory markers,
the important ones like cardiosensitive C reactive protein and homocysteine
(09:19):
and apo lipob and things that you can really glean
information from and then put together a protocol to stop
the inflammation by knowing where it's coming from, be it environmental, dietary,
stress oriented, not of sleep. There's ways to measure these things.
(09:41):
Your doctors should be and if they're not, you should
change doctors measuring these important and inflammatory or inflammatory markers
that I just mentioned. And if they're not equipped or
willing or able to do that, it would be a
time where a consideration would be for you to find
another doctor because you're not getting cutting edge, leading edge healthcare,
(10:04):
contemporary healthcare so that you can be more preventive and
more proactive rather than waiting, which is what the sick
care system in the US is all about, fix it
when it breaks. Unfortunately, we know and we find out
on a daily basis that fixing stuff after it's broken
is very expensive and very self limiting, self limiting, so
(10:26):
it's not a good pathway to go. And that's why
on this radio show, both doctor Adam Brockman and I
are all about becoming your own best doctor most of
the time by gathering this type of information that we
provide here week in, week out and putting it into
action and finding health practitioners who will participate with you
and be your partner in your health and wellness journey.
(10:46):
All right, I want you to stay right where you are,
because coming up, doctor ADM. Brockman is going to deliver
it this week's response to the health alternative of the week.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
Yeah, you can be the great, you can be the best.
You can be the can't comban on your chest.
Speaker 4 (11:06):
You can beat the world, you can beat the book.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
You can do Welcome back. You are listening to the
Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm your co host, doctor Adam Brockman.
We're excited to continue our journey toward betterhealth with you.
And speaking of health, did you know we offer a
convenient telehealth option. That's right. You can connect with our

(11:30):
Whether you have questions about your health or need personalized advice.
Our telehealth services make it easier than ever to get

go on our website. It's doctor bob dot com. Spelling
out the word doctor d O C T O R
bob dot com and fill out the quick telehealth form.
So don't hesitate, reach out and take advantage of this
fantastic resource on doctor bob dot com. All right, we're
(11:54):
gonna go hit right into our health alternative of the week.
(12:16):
All right, this week's health alternative is turmeric golden milk.
I'm asking you to swap your latte for some liquid gold.
It's turmeric golden milk. It's an anti inflammatory elixir that's
hotter than a yoga retreats Instagram feed. And this is
why it's a game changer. Turmeric and black pepper. If
(12:36):
you combine that, percumin absorption rate skyrockets. And you can
also use this as a dairy free option. If you
want creaminess, you can use coconut milk. You can also
add in honey for sweetness. And this is what it does.
It fights joint pain, brain fog, and also that little
post exercise limp you may get might help with that.
(12:56):
It's a real simple recipe. This is for one serving,
you sim her one cup of milk plus one teaspoon
of tumeric, maybe just a pinch of that black pepper.
You can whisk in some cinnamon, some ginger, in a
dash of vanilla. You can sip this and you can
pretend you're in Bali. Here's a little bit of extra
(13:16):
financial incentive for you. That's seven dollars Starbucks drink versus
a seventy cent golden milk. Your wallet and your joints
know the answer here. So what I want you to
do is I want you to run to your favorite
finer health food store like natural Grocers and give this
turmeric golden latte a try. It's your health alternative of
(13:37):
the week. All right, We're gonna go right back into
an email question from Karen from Myrtle Point, Oregon. She says,
doctor Bob, thank you for your great show. My question
is about GcMAF. It's a natural protein in our bodies
that kills tumors. Is it possible to obtain this yet
(14:00):
for cancer in America? It was banned taken off the
shelf under the past administration. My beloved friend just died
from cancer after struggling for years. This GcMAF would have
helped her. Thank you so much, all right, Keren, I'm
gonna go ahead and answer this. Thank you for your kind
words and being a loyal listener of the show. I
(14:23):
am sorry to hear about your friends passing and cancer
touches far too many of our lives, and your question
about this GcMAF is important one. This is known as
a protein derived macrophage activating factor. It's naturally occurring protein
in our body that helps to get these microphases that
(14:44):
are immune cells, and it helps destroy those cancer cells, viruses,
and other threats. It's been studied as a potential immune
boosting cancer therapy, and many people believe it holds some
real promise, especially in early stage or immune respect cancers. However,
GcMAF is not currently FDA approved in the US, and
(15:07):
it was indeed taken off the market several years ago
due to regulatory in legal battles, not necessarily because of
the ineffectiveness with it, because I do agree, I think
it could be very effective. And if you missed the
last segment on we were talking about some new exciting
cancer therapies, go back to and listen to that in
(15:29):
our podcast library at doctor bob dot com. But that
being said, some clinics outside the US, like in Europe
and maybe even Mexico, so offer this type of therapy,
often in conjunction with other integrative type of treatments. For
those exploring alternatives, there are immune supportive options such as
(15:49):
again naturally if you increase your vitamin D three levels.
Also medicinal mushrooms might help there, and even something in
Europe is known as missiletoe therapy. I also, I also
am a big supporter of doing this in combination with IVY,
(16:09):
vitamin D, vitamin C in other treatments like doctor Bob's
talked about hyperbaric oxygen. These things are all been very
effective to help boost that immune system. Also, I think
in a work with a practitioner that knows that whole
body evidence based approach, stay hopeful for this. There are
many natural and integrated strategies emerging in this field of
(16:32):
cancer support and thank you Karen, this is an important
topic that needs needs discussion.
Speaker 4 (16:37):
And doctor Bob, well, anytime you mentioned or discussed cancer,
you know that you're dealing with something as extremely complicated.
There's never a one trick pony when it comes to
something as complicated as the disease cancer. So yeah, there's
a lot of exotics that people can latch onto, the
(16:59):
GAF being one of them, but it's not. It would
be low on my list. If I were to embark
upon a journey of cancer, God forbid, in my own case,
I would, as I mentioned earlier in the show, the
first thing you do, if you're in my opinion, if
you get a cancer diagnosis early enough, you fast, like
(17:20):
for like seven to ten days a water fast. You
starve cancer cells of their fuel. What is that glucose
and glue to me. Once you do that and you
put the body into a katotic state, cancer cells cannot
metabolize fat the same way that it metabolizes carbohydrates. That's
why they do pet scans when they're measuring for where
(17:42):
the tumors exist with these radioactive isotopes into something into
your body, injecting it to find out where the cancer is,
because that will immediately be sucked into the tumor site
and they can then spot the area where the cancer
is actually located or spreading glucose glutamate. That's a big concern,
and there's a lot of exotics out there, from leatrol
(18:05):
vitamin B seventeen to using sour soop, to using hydrogen
peroxide food grade, doing it IV and orally at very
very small and very careful supervision, even to ivermectin and
hydroxychloroquin These things have been used in cancer clinics for years,
and I have been over the years, doctor Brockman interviewed
(18:27):
many experts and many people that were running cancer clinics
around the world, and they all get results to a
certain level. You just have to find the right treatment
for the right condition and at the right time, at
the right dose, and hope that the body can rally
(18:49):
enough to change up the micro and macro environment within it,
because that's what has essentially gotten wrong or have earned
in the wrong direction and allowed the cancer to get
a foothold. We all have cancer at one time in
our life, and in fact, doctor Brockman, I was sitting
in a lecture one time at a seminar and The
(19:12):
speaker was from Harvard Medical School, and he basically said, well,
it's very simple, and this is sort of bad news
good news. The bad news is we're all going to
be having cancer in our lifetime if you live long enough.
In fact, most of you sitting in this room will
have cancer presented to your body, to yourselves at least
ten times in your lifetime. Most of the time, your
(19:33):
body will be able to recognize that cancer and destroy it. However,
during times of high stress, be that emotional, mental, physical, chemical, environmental,
if that happens to coincide and you get this perfect
storm of those stress oors hitting you at the same time,
and that's cancer presenting itself, that's when things can go
(19:57):
wrong and the cancer has a chance to thread its
Cancer is nothing more than cells that don't die. They're
immortal and they just keep living. They're sort of like
zombie cells, and we have to find a way to
disarm them. We know what their fuel is, we know
what the nutrients are. You just have to get that
information out to people as soon as possible so they
(20:19):
can put it into action. And many of these alternative
cancer clinics throughout the United States and abroad are dialed
into this, and I think they do a better job
and are more successful than what conventional medicine has to
offer here in the United States, which is nothing more
than cutburn and poison, which renders about a three percent result.
When we're talking about chemotherapy ninety seven percent failure. I
(20:43):
wouldn't want to put my chips in that basket if
I had something going like that, and hopefully I don't.
All right, We're going to take a short break. Stay
right where you are. We are going to come right
back here on the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
Are you waiting for the right excuse?
Speaker 5 (21:03):
Are you waiting for sign?
Speaker 3 (21:04):
And choose?
Speaker 5 (21:06):
While you wait, it's the Times.
Speaker 4 (21:14):
And find type in money, you in phoney, healthy and happy. Welcome,
We welcome back to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. We're
going to get back to taking your questions on the
(21:36):
topic of health very shortly. Here via both email opportunities

We'll do the best job possible doctor Adam Brockman and myself.
And here's the toll free number to have your health
question or health comment answered on the air eight hundred

zero six eight eight two two. Before you make that call,
(22:21):
turn down your radio and listen to the prompt. You're
going to be asked to state your first name only,
first name only for privacy's sake, then the city and
state you're living in, and then your question or your
health related comment again one eight hundred six zero six
eight eight two two, Or if you want to send
(22:42):
an email, you can through the website doctor Bob dot
com d O C T O R Bob dot com.
All right, doctor Adam Brockman, very shortly here is going
to bring to the table the health outrage of the week.
Can't wait for that, so stand by for that. But
before we get to that, I want to talk about
a breakthrough in nutraceutical science. You know, scientists are finally
(23:06):
figuring out these minuscule amounts of micronutrients in foods that
have therapeutic value in the human body, and we're figuring
it out because chemistry and the management of this whole
arena of nutritutical science is progressing. And one of the
exciting ingredients that is now being looked at is a
(23:30):
long chemical name called palmonitoy lethanolamine, which you don't have
to worry about. All you need to remember is pea
for short. Pea for short. Is that name that now
the people in the health food stores will understand and
recognize when you go in and ask for PT pea
(23:51):
because it is a nutrient that's found in small quantities
in certain foods like egg yolks. There's a small amount
in that, but you'd have to eat a lot of
a yolks in order to get the therapeutic amount that's
necessary to have an effect on your body. But the
scientists now have been able to figure out how to
extract pea from foods to make it therapeutic in case
(24:15):
you need it instead of some pharmaceutical drug for muscle
pain and recovery arthritic symptoms, improving your range of motion
or your mobility, even helping your cognitive health, and a
multitude of other health concerns. They're finding out that this
pea substance, which is naturally occurring in certain foods, can
(24:35):
help with allergies, respiratory symptoms, even the dreaded fibromyalgia. And
because of its anti inflammatory actions pea, the researchers have
investigated its ability to relieve pain in a variety of
conditions like sciatica, neuropathy, TMJ problems, jawb boid joint pain,
(24:56):
plus scientific research on the most common for of arthritis.
They're finding that it helps even with that osteoarthritis. So
if you're looking to improve your overall health, consider supplementing
with pea. Just like greenpeas, it's just pea for a
relief of both chronic and acute problems. Actually, it helps
(25:20):
people improve their mood as well, and that wouldn't be
a bad thing. Take pea the nutritional supplement from Terry
Naturally Vitamins. You can find it at health food stores nationwide,
or you can go to the website Terry Naturally Vitamins
dot com Terry Naturalivitamins dot Com define this revolutionary nutrient
(25:42):
supplement called pea Terry Naturalivitamins dot Com, or find your
health food stores nationwide. All right, doctor Adam Brockman, what
do you have for us, sir? In the area of
the health outrage of the week?
Speaker 2 (25:57):
She's the'.
Speaker 4 (26:01):
Each to for the health outreache because it's nothing but.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
Hold your prescriptions, America. The health outrage of the week
is an insulin price gouging scandal. All right, here we
got big pharma added again. Diabetic A Corp. Just hiked
insulin prices to nine hundred dollars a vial because why
should they save lives when they can buy their third yacht? Right,
doctor Bob. If this isn't just greed, it's diabetic roulette,
(26:33):
and the patients are the ones losing, and this bitter
pill or vile in this circumstance, this is how we
got here. One in four diabetics are now rationing doses
of their insulin and that it's risking coma's amputations are
even worse. The CEO's defense is invasion costs. But here's
(26:54):
a spoiler. Insulin it's been around since nineteen twenty three.
In the new formula, they're saying it's a very minor tweak.
This is what it costs for them to produce a
dollar eighteen that's the cost of production, and they're charging
nine hundred dollars to buy it. That's a seventy six
thousand percent markup. That's enough to make a street vendor blush.
(27:16):
And the patents here, it's they're ever green in here
with us. That Diabetica Corpse slaps new patents on old
insulin by tweaking the delivery pins. It's a dirty little loophole,
and this is why it hurts. Here's some human examples.
Meet Sarah twenty two. She's a college student that sells
plasma twice a week to avoid her insulin or to
(27:36):
afford her insulin payments. She's choosing between rent and breathing, basically.
And we got a Kansas father who died rationing in
his humilogue, leaving behind a wife and twin toddlers. It's
a math of misery here with Diabetica Corp. Is raking
in twelve billion. That's what they made last year. It's
enough to give insulin to for every diabetic in America
(27:59):
for six months. It's a systemic failure. The Congress is
trying to do something about it, but the CEO is
making a circus of it. That is so tone death.
It went viral as Big Pharma just shrugged. The CEO's
quote here is we've incentivized. We're being incentivized by shareholders.
The translation is it's your funeral, but it's our ferrari.
(28:21):
And there's this cap here with Medicare beneficiaries that they're saying,
it's a oh well, we're capping it at thirty five
dollars for Medicare patients. But here's the story. Eighty percent
of diabetics are under the age of sixty five, so
they're left with drowning and debt. So it's not just
about insulin here. It's about this humanity versus hedge funds
like we talk about often with Big Pharma, and until
(28:43):
these prices crash, the diabetics will continue to suffer. Help
is being looked at by Congress, but the question is
is it going to be fast enough? And doctor Bob,
that's been our health outrage of the week.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
Yeah, the gouging is can I say obscene? And it
continues on. We can't put up with it. Other countries
don't put up with this. We spend the most, get
the least out of healthcare in the US. What is
wrong with this picture? And this is why people need
to decide that there are other healing arts that are necessary.
(29:17):
Now we need drugs, but unfortunately the pharmaceutical companies have
their way with both this well, they have until recently.
Thank goodness for the MAHA movement. Make America healthy again.
Let's hope that we can clean house and make our
health care system better again.
Speaker 3 (29:37):
We're coming up on a break and we're gonna get

a health related question, we've got the answers. Call our

sanitize your fridge where it may have laid, and then
also don't give up on these green leaves days. I
would say, just wash your future buys thoroughly with this.
And that's been your product recall of the week. We're
(32:40):
going to get right back into call in question from
Jim in Kingsport, Tennessee.
Speaker 5 (32:48):
My name is Jim calling from Kingsport, Tennessee. I am
eighty years old. My first question is about three weeks
ago doctor Bob. I didn't get in the entire segment
that he was talking about, but he mentioned tam salosan
as being a problem, calling ed and so forth. I'd
(33:11):
like a callback if I could to speak to someone
in detail about that situation. My second question is for
anyone that has taken the COVID shots, I would think
that it would be recommended that they not donate blood.
Am I right? I think that that would not be
(33:34):
a real good idea to donate blood if you've had
the COVID shot, All.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
Right, Jim, Yes, and you're correct. Doctor Bob did mention
tam SLOs in the brand name Flomax, which is commonly
prescribed for benign prosthetic hyperplasia BPH. It's an enlarged prostate.
While while it helps improve urinary flow, tam sloson can't
have side effects in One of the most common reported
(34:00):
is sexual dysfunction, including that reduced libido and in some
men ed This happens because tamsloson relaxes smooth muscle, not
just in the prostate and bladder, but also impacts the
nerves and blood flow involved in that sexual function. So
some natural alternatives here are salt palmetto. It's one of
the most well researched herbs for prostate support. It may
(34:23):
help reduce the need for pharmaceuticals like the tamslos and
I also would like to recommend the chyolic age garlic
extract that's not only heart healthy, but may improve circulation
and reduce inflammation. Same it goes for vascular defense by
sun Nutrition. You find that at sunnutrition dot com. That said,
always talk to a qualified healthcare provider before making any
(34:44):
changes to your medications. And if you'd like that more
personalized help, Jim. Our telehealth team includes functional medicine doctors
and nature paths who specialize in men's health and can
help walk you through this step by step. Just head
to doctor Bob dot com and fill out that telehealth
Consultation request form. As far as donating blood after the
COVID nineteen vaccination, it's an excellent question that it still
(35:08):
has some debate around it. The American Red Cross and
FDA have stated that most individuals who received the COVID
nineteen vaccine are eligible to donate blood as long as
they're feeling well. Their vaccine was a one that was authorized,
I guess you know, and and it also meets the
standard donation requirements. That said, some integrative and functional medicine providers,
(35:29):
including Minute in our community, encouraged caution if someone is
experienced post vaccine symptoms or suspects lingering inflammatory effects. So
if you're not feeling one hundred percent or you're concerned
about potential unknowns you can wait to donate until you
feel confident and reasonable. I also want to say with this,
it would be likely there would be a severe shortage
(35:50):
of blood supply if we're those that received the COVID
vaccine were unable to donate. As reported, eighty percent have
received at least one day of the COVID vaccine. I
think that I commit anyone who's donating blood and it
does help to save lives. But again, we want to
know these risk factors. But I think we would have
(36:10):
a severe shortage if we did not allow donating blood
from those that had received the vaccine. Nation. So we're
coming up on another break and that's going to lead
us to the final stretch of it. And with that said,
you know you're listening to the Doctor Bob Show. I
want you to go ahead and call in our call
(36:33):
free our toll free hotline, it's eight hundred and six
zer oh six eight eight two to two, where we're
going to continue to answer those questions. Eight hundred and
six or oh six eight eight two two. You are
listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show on Radio America's
(37:06):
gone on. You are listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
I am your co host, doctor Adam Brockman, and we
have hit our final stretch. Thank you so much for
joining us. We're gonna get into our health mystery of
the week right away. The health mystery of the week
(37:31):
is the vanishing voices syndrome. Listen up, medical detectives. Doctor
Adam here with a mystery that's leaving doctors speechless. Literally,
meet the vanishing voices syndrome. It's a baffling condition striking many,
mostly across the Midwest. It's even including singers and maybe
your local chatty barista. One day, these singers are belting
(37:52):
out high notes in the next silence, no sore throats,
no vocal cord damage, it's just gone. Is it a virus,
it is a curse, or did Siri finally get jealous.
The symptoms here are a sudden voice loss. Victims wake
up mute, as if their vocal cords have ghosted them.
There's no physical cause of this. Scopes are showing healthy
(38:14):
throats and all other symptoms are intact and well. There's
an emotional fallout here. As one karaoke champ sobbed, I
feel like a broken Spotify playlist. This Vanishing voices syndrome
may be the only way to stop hearing bad karaoke
journey sounds at your local diebar. But I won't stop
(38:35):
believing this mystery can be solved. There's theories abound here,
like a stealth virus. Maybe it's a pathogen targeting the
brain speech centers undetectable by labs. Maybe it's GMO wheat backlash.
A gluten free truthers are blaming frank and wheat for
neuron misfires. This is concerning. I mean, who wants to
(38:57):
see Doctor Bob communicating through interpretive dance? Raise your hand,
I see you over there, Luke. Luke is our in
house producer today over at Radio America. But seriously, I
mean kind of serious here. Can you imagine arguing with
your spouse through text only? I can see my wife
miming her frustrations, but I have to remind her there's
(39:20):
only so many eye rolls before those eyes stay like that. Right,
this is your health mystery of the week. It's the
vanishing voices syndrome, and Doctor Boby got any thoughts on that?
Speaker 4 (39:31):
Well? I would ask to see if those people who
have the vanishing voice syndrome, if they took COVID shots,
because we know that COVID doesn't just stay. COVID vaccines
are shots. They're really not vaccines, They're an experimental gene therapy.
I wonder if they've finally made their way in those
people who got COVID shots to the vocal cords, to
(39:53):
the laryngeal tissue and have created enough inflammation there to
knock out the function. I'm so suspicius of that. And
when something like this comes up that's never happened before,
and it happens in that manner, I wonder if they
got the specific dosages of COVID that migrated into their
(40:14):
vocal tissue and has created an inflammatory response. I would
be very curious about that to see if that was
the big mystery waiting to be solved.
Speaker 3 (40:23):
I agree with you there, doctor Bob, and again, as
we wrap up today's show, I want to thank each
and every one of you for tuning in and being
part of our health community. We want to keep those
questions coming, whether through our hotline, email, or social media. Together,
we can empower ourselves to be our own best doctor
most of the time, and Doctor Bob and myself, Doctor Adam,
we're here to help you until next time, Stay healthy,
(40:45):
stay happy. You have been listening to the Doctor Bob
Martin Show.
