No fluff, just raw, unfiltered hell talk. And Hey, if
(02:40):
you can't call right now, head over to doctor Bob
dot com. That's doc t O R Bob dot com.
Spawn out the word doctor to submit your question, or
binge our library of past episodes. As as many times
the answers that we give today, they're the same rock
soil at principles. Doctor Bob has stood by for years
(03:03):
because good science doesn't have an expiration date. But you
know what may have an expiration date, the current conventional
medical model. I want you to hear the latest Health
and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He's proposing
some much needed policy change. If we can hear that now, Hi,
I'm Robert F.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Kennedy Junior, your HH as a secretary. Let me ask
you something. Should doctors make decisions based upon what's best
for their patients or based upon what makes them the
most money? Is not a tough question, but we've inherited
a healthcare system that constantly pushes doctors toward the latter.
(03:44):
It rewards certain treatments, not because they're better for the patient,
but because of someone profits. Think what happened during COVID
hospitals were paid to report the staff vaccination rates. Those
numbers were fed into the National Healthcare Safety Network, then
published on the CDC website to shame any hospital that
refused to become an enforcer of federal vacazine mandates. Today,
(04:09):
I'm proud to announce we've eliminated that policy by repealing
a dangerous biden raror provision in the cm AS Inpatient
Payment Rule. And we're not stopping there. We're scanning every
corner of the healthcare system for hidden incentives that corrupt
medical judgment. Or we're finding is alarming doctors are being
(04:30):
paid to vaccine, not to evaluate their pressure to follow
the money, not the science. We've recently uncovered that more
than thirty six thousand doctors had their Medicare reimbursements altered
based upon childhood vaccination rates. That's not medicine. That's coercion.
It's immoral. It has no place in a constitutional democracy
(04:53):
or in a system that claims to protect children. Medical
decisions should be made based upon one, one thing, and
one thing only, the well being of the patient, never
on a financial bonus or a government mandate. Patients deserve honest,
uncorrupted advice from their doctors. Doctors deserve the freedom to
(05:14):
use their training and to follow the science and speak
the truth without fear of punishment. Doctors should be guided
by medical judgment and their hippocratic oath, not by financial
incentives or government mandates. That's what this policy changes about.
And it's just the beginning.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Thank you very much, all right, doctor Bob. I know
we discussed this this week, and I want to go
ahead and get your opinion on this and tell the
listeners a little bit more insight on on what you're
thinking on this.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
All right, Well, Robert F. Kennedy Junior packed a lot
of information there into the short little statement that he made. However,
I think our audience doctor Backman can resonate with a
lot of what he had to say there. First, he
talked about the hippocratic oath that doctors have to take
upon graduation from medical school, which one of the most
(06:08):
important credos.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
A part of that is.
Speaker 3 (06:12):
First, do no harm. And he's really speaking directly to
that concept. In other words, when you're dealing with people
who are dependent upon your expert opinion, and they don't
have that type of background or knowledge or information. They're
taking out a lot of trust in you and a
(06:34):
lot of faith in you to make the right decision
on their behalf. And then when you see that, the
profitability starts to cloud those decision making processes in favor
of how much money can be garnered from the patient
or the insurance company or the third party who's paying
(06:54):
for the care, versus what's best for the patient from
a safety stand point first and foremost. That's what he's
talking about. And I guess if you really look at it,
you see the evidence. It's all around us. We have
one of the worst healthcare systems on this planet. Now, granted,
(07:15):
we do some good things in the area of emergency medicine,
trauma care, you know, nine to one one all of that,
and there are many dedicated men and women in the
medical profession who do the right thing when they can. However,
there is a large swath of the medical profession that
has convinced themselves that what should be first is the profitability.
(07:39):
With every person that walks through that the door of
their office or that hospital. You know, how much can
I extract from their pocket or their insurance company, which
is a blight in our society. It's the reason why
in America we are at the bottom of the barrel
as it relates to longevity and health and sickness. Yes,
(08:00):
because we don't do that. We need to have a
health care system, not just a sick care system. But
once we get to that, we're going to make greater
strives in helping our nation get healthy again. And really
that's what the Mega movement is all about. Make America
healthy again, is about looking at where the system's broken
(08:21):
and what can be done to help it, which has
to include integration of other healing arts. For years, doctor Brockman,
as you know and many other people know, there's been
a monopoly on the delivery of healthcare. The medical profession
has done everything they could through lobbying to put all
of their competitors out of business. Put the doos out
of business at one point, put the chiropractors out of business,
(08:44):
but the nature pass out of business, put the Homeya
pass out of anybody who cares to compete with them.
They want them gone and they've done everything over the
years to do it, including antitrust suits, have been filed. Luckily,
the situation has changed in that regard, but the standard
of practice needs to change. In other words, put the
(09:06):
person ahead of profit and we're going to be a
lot better off.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
And then those incentives they.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Give to doctors about look, you do this for us
i e. The pharmaceutical companies and we will reward you
financially at the end. That has to be stopped immediately.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
Mm hmmm. Yeah. In the the whole goal of this
is make America healthy again. It's not keep America sick.
It's make America healthy again. And that's exactly what this
initiative is. It's another another one of those things, these
policy changes that are being made, and they're gonna they're
gonna be for the betterment of our health. And I
(09:44):
think that's a that's an absolute win. I know it's
gonna get a lot of kick back because that's what
that's what happens when you when you try to buck
the system. Big farm is not gonna like it, Big
Food's not gonna like it. But but you and I
are going to like it. Because again, this is what
we've been talking about for years, making America healthy again.
Speaker 3 (10:02):
Right, Organized medicine has organized medicine has had a blank
check for decades and decades, and now all of a sudden,
when the insurance companies and everybody's pulling back on paying them,
they're crying and moaning and groaning. Well, welcome to the
chiropractor's issue, Welcome to the nature past issues. For decades,
we've been battling this against all forces in the medical
(10:26):
profession to hold back the public's ability to get to
other forms of healthcare other than drugs and surgery, cut
and slicing, dicing and doing procedures. So I say to them, well,
now you know what you've done to us over the
last fifty to one hundred years.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
All right, doctor Bob. So after the break, we're going
to get into this caller marathon. So listeners, I want
you to stay right there. You're listening to the Doctor
Bob Martin Show on Radio America. Welcome back. You're listening
(11:22):
to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. And I want to
remind you if you've got questions about your health or
anything nutrition wise, you can call our Tolly hotline anytime
of day. It's eight hundred six zero six eight eight
two two or two licensed positions. Doctor Bob myself. We're
standing by to help you unlock your best self. That's
eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two.
(11:44):
So let's get back into it with our caller marathon
and listeners. This coller marathon matters so much because every
call is a ripple effect. Your question about maybe gut health,
it might solve someone else's bloating mystery, or maybe your
sleep struggles could unlock answers for a fellow insomniac. That's
(12:04):
the beauty of the show. We're a health tribe and
not just an audience. As doctor Bob he's famously said,
be your own best doctor most of the time. And
so whether you're taking those baby steps or you're leaping today,
we're here to guide you with zero judgment in a
side of redirection when needed. So if you're ready to
(12:25):
jump right in, let's get to the phones again. That's
eight hundred six zero six eight eighty two to two.
And remember, your health is the ultimate wealth, so let's
make it count, all right. First up, we have Rose
from Wassilla, Alaska.
Speaker 5 (12:40):
Rose, I'm calling from Wasilla, Alaska, and I want to
thank you for playing my message regarding the hot shot.
It killed my brother and also a very loved time
(13:00):
show host Dan Fagan up here. My call today is
I heard I heard you talking about President Trump having
swollen ankles and I had the same problem, swollen ankles
and calfs. And what I the only thing different I
(13:23):
took was hydroxy chloroquine and totally normal. Now, don't need
those compression compression socks. Perhaps you can get this message
to President Trump hydroxychloroquin Thank you byem.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
All Right, Hi Rose, and thank you so much for
your message and trusting us with your story. Well, first
of all, I want to acknowledge your strength and sharing
that loss of your brother and Dan Fagan, a voice
that was clearly missed in your community. Now, as far
as regarding experience with swollen ankles and calves, this is
(14:06):
something we hear from time to time on the show,
especially among older adults, those with maybe underlying circulatory or
lymphatic issues, or maybe they're on certain medications. And the
fact that you notice a change after starting hydroxychloroquine, that's
helpful to our listeners. While the medication that medication is
(14:30):
traditionally used for autoimmune conditions like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis,
we know that it's being explored in various other contexts.
Of course, we always remind our listeners that any medication
it should be taken under a physician supervision. But your
observation brings up important point. Inflammation, fluid retention, and vascular health.
(14:55):
They're deeply interconnected. When the body's immune system is either
overactive or imbalanced, swelling can be one of the first
signs of that. Now, for those looking for natural ways
to support healthy circulation and reduce a swelling, I'd suggest
looking at kyolic age garlic extract, which has been shown
(15:16):
in clinical studies to support blood pressure, arterial elasticity, and
overall cardiovascular function. Listeners may also try compression socks, movement
throughout the day, and stain hydrated and trying a low
sodium anti inflammatory diet. Another great supplement that doctor Bob
(15:36):
and I recommend is vascular defense by some nutrition. And
as you're saying about President Trump, well, Rose, I do
hope he does listen to the show, and that is
a great suggestion, and I'm sure many people listening right
now are taking notes. So again, Rose, thank you for
your call and sharing not just your experience but your
(15:57):
care for others be well, doctor Bob, you got any thoughts.
Speaker 6 (16:01):
On that.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
I do. I'd like to echo what you said regarding
her brother, the loss of her brother as a result
of his ill advised decision to take a COVID shot. Many, many,
tens of thousands of people have died in response to
taking a COVID shot ill advised and millions have been
injured and are still trying to recover with all kinds
(16:24):
of health related problems. So it is huge with respect
to her getting results with hydroxychloroquin with the inflammation or
the swelling or the water retentionary lower extremities. Hydrox Chlorcin
is an anti malarial drug, and so what it tells
me is there was some physiological mechanism by which that
(16:46):
drug helped to write something that was wrong. Maybe she
has parasites or some related issue in her gastro intestinal track,
and by taking this anti ma anti parasitic drug it
helped clear that usually there's either a kidney, liver, or
heart problem. So it's a good idea to on a
(17:07):
preventive level, take coins on Q ten, take some turmeric
for anti inflammation, and maybe even hawthorn varies as an
herb to protect their heart.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
Good suggestion talking about all right, next caller, we have
Luetta from Marion, Iowa.
Speaker 7 (17:26):
Yes, my name is Louetta, Marion, Iowa. I have a
question about a male family member who has developed those
man boobs. A big belly gets up in piece those
zillion times at night and he's got all this extra weight.
But I was searching on the internet. There's a product
(17:48):
that is made with I don't know vegetables, and I
think pomegranate shell is something I don't know. Anyways, they're
saying the cause of this gain is due to a
few email hormone and there's an enzyme that causes that
female hormone. This product claims to eliminate that enzyme, so
it will stop producing female hormones and then the prostate
(18:12):
will kick you in like it's supposed to. Its stated
you don't need testosterone or any of that, you just
need to get rid of the female hormone. So I
don't know what you might think about this product, or
if you have a product that you would recommend that
I could get for him that might help with the situation.
All Right, I listened to your program almost every Sunday,
(18:35):
and I really appreciate your input. I can't go online
because I'm legally blind, so I appreciate it if you
could answer my question on the air. Thank you very much.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
All right, Luetta, and thank you for being such a
loyal listener to the program. We really appreciate that. Let's
go ahead and break this down. What you're describing that
weight dome around the mid section breast tissue in men,
in frequent nighttime urination, in general, hormono slugginess, I would
(19:09):
call it is very often linked to what we refer
as estrogen dominance in men. And yes, men have estrogen
two in the right balance with testosterone that they play
an important role together. But when the balance tips, whether
that's due to aging, poor liver detoxification, abdominal fat accumulation,
(19:32):
there's so many things environmental hormone disruptors, symptoms like this
begin to show up. Now, you mentioned a product you
saw online made from vegetables and pomegranate shell. I believe
what's referring to is a natural emeritase inhibitor. Ameritase is
that enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen, and when the
enzyme is overactive, it can lead to increased estrogen in
(19:55):
men and all the side effects that come with it,
including prostate challenges. While we don't endorse every product sold online,
the concept is sound. In fact, we often recommend nutraceuticals
that gently support the body's ability to metabolize estrogen properly
and promote healthy testosterone function without synthetic hormones. Now here's
(20:19):
a couple suggestions I think to increase your some vegetable
extracts like the compounds that are found in broccoli, kale,
and cauliflower. You can also look this is very important here,
look for organic hormone free meats if that is part
of your diet. And then you can also with a
prostate increase your zinc and salt palmetto. Now you may
(20:41):
try that pomegran extract that's rich in antioxidants and it's
known support hormonal balance and prostate function. And of course
lifestyle matters here too. So that's a good question, Lutta.
Look forward to hearing from you and seeing your progress.
You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. We'll be
back with more collar questions right after this.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Everybody's got fame mistakes, but everybody's got a choice to make.
Everybody needs to leave the faith.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
When are you taking you us.
Speaker 5 (21:15):
Money? You in fun?
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Welcome back, doctor Adam Brockman here as we return to
the Doctor Bob Martin Show, America's number one health talk
radio program. And before we jump back into today's vital
health discussion, I want to remind you that your wellness
journey continues even when we're off air. First, our physician
team is always available at eight hundred six zero six
(21:41):
eight eight two to two for your health questions. That's
eight hundred six zero six eight eighty two to two.
And second, don't forget. You can access our entire podcast
library anytime at doctor Bob dot com I or you
can listen to your favorite episodes, re listen to them,
and catch up on episodes you've missed or discovered new
health insights. That's all available twenty four hours a day,
(22:03):
seven days a week at doctor Bob dot com. Now
let's get back into our important caller marathon. But Doctor
Bob first, I want to talk about something most people dread,
and that's the dentist chair. That moment when they peer
into your mouth and you're praying they don't say we
need to talk. Well, here's my not so secret and
(22:24):
your not so secret weapon. It's the Spry dental defense system.
This is what my entire clinical family, my family, doctor
Bob and his family, and yes, even my dental hygienis
used to keep our mouths in check. Here's the game
changer for Spry. It's xylatol. It's a plant based powerhouse
(22:45):
that isn't just sweet. It's a full on dental bodyguard.
It fights cavities, knocks out plaque, and kicks bad breath
to the curb. In Spry. It packs it in every product,
their toothpaste, mouth ren gum, and mince. They got great
flavors like peppermint, cinnamon and spearmint, all the flavors you
(23:06):
love and none of the guilt. My routine is I
brush with Spry toothpaste, I rinse with Spry mouthwash, and
I pop a piece of Spry gum after meals. It's
like having a dental hygienis in your back pocket. And
the best part, no drastic habit changes. You just swap
(23:27):
what you're already using for Spry and let xylotol work
its magic. Imagine your dentist leaning back and saying, whatever
you're doing keep doing it. That's the spry effect, and
you'll find it at CVS, Rite Aid, Target Sprouts, and
all natural grocers pretty much anywhere good oral care lives.
(23:52):
If you want to know more, head over to clear
dot com. That's x l e er dot com, the
same geniuses behind Clear NAIs sprays, which, by the way,
those natal sprays, they belong in your wellness Toolkit two.
The bottom line, if you want a mouth that's as
healthy as it is fresh, it's time to go spry
(24:12):
your teeth and your dental hygienis well. Thank you. All right,
we're gonna get to Bob from Illinois.
Speaker 8 (24:21):
This is Bob from Illinois. I just have a question
about condo co android us. I've been dealing with that
for several months now and it's gradually getting better, but
it seems like there should be a way to speed
up the healing process. Can you help me with that?
Speaker 2 (24:44):
All right? Yeah, Bob, we should be able to help
you that. Bob, I think you're referring to costo chondritis.
That's inflammation right where the ribs they meet the sternum,
and Bob, I've treated this many times. It's a stubborn
condition that can really lingers, often triggered by a strain
or an injury, and sometimes it's even a post viral inflammation.
(25:07):
But the good news is, Bob, there are ways to
help speed up the healing process naturally, safely, and effectively,
without relying on just masking the pain with pharmaceuticals. Let's
walk through a strategy that I usually recommend for my patients.
First and foremost need to reduce that internal fire, so
(25:28):
I say focus on anti inflammatory diet. Plenty of leafy greens,
wild caught fish that are rich in omega three, fatty acids, tumeric,
and ginger. These are all great things. You can find
these in foods. They help modulate the inflammatory pathways that
are keeping your chest wall irritated. You can also consider
(25:49):
a high potency omega three supplement, as our friends at
Kyolic offer a premium age garlic extract that has omega
three in it, which not only supports heart health but
also been shown to reduce that systemic inflammation. You can
also try for targeted relief bosuela and kerkcumin. They're fantastic
(26:10):
at calming down that localized cartilage inflammation. I often recommend
a combination of kercumin in biopurine, which is a black
pepper extract to enhance the absorption, and bromoline it's an
enzyme from pineapple, can also help to reduce the swelling. Externally,
you can consider a natural arnica or magnesium gel to
(26:32):
gently massage into that affected area. This helps to relax
the muscle tension surrounding the inflamed cartilage and improves blood
flow for healing. I'd also say, Bob, to be mindful
of your posture, especially if you're sitting for long periods
of time. Gentle stretches of the chest and back and
combined with deep breathing, can relieve some of that pressure
(26:54):
in that sturnum area. Often guid my patients through specific
breathing exercise that open up that rib cage. Another suggestion
is cold laser therapy. If you have access to a
natural medicine clinic or a chiropractor or even a physical
therapist that offers cold laser therapy, that may be a
non invasive treatment that accelerates the tissue repair at the
(27:15):
cellular level. All right, and then a couple other things
to throw in here. Collagen peptides are friends. At sun
Warrior have a great option for that. Vitamin C also helps,
and Bob, usually costal chondritis it's self limiting, but the
key is the right healing environment to reduce that inflammation
(27:36):
internally and support your tissues nutritionally in avoid aggravating activities
for that. If you say, consistent over that strategies, you'll
see a noticeable improvement over the coming weeks. And doctor Bob,
I want to get your thoughts on that too.
Speaker 3 (27:50):
Yes, I've treated, like you, doctor Rockman, hundreds and hundreds
of cases of costrochondritis. There is absolutely zero zero medical
care can do for costochondritis other than give you drugs
which will then cause other adverside effects somewhere else. It
is a structural biomechanical problem, usually brought on by as
(28:11):
you said, it could be a strain, could be a
postol thing, something created it. And if it is there
longer than like three or four days, that means there's
a structural component, meaning there's probably some misalignment of the
vertebrae in the spine right between the shoulder blades and
in the upper back that eventually connect to the sternam
(28:31):
itself articulate to the chest plate. The sternum and the
actual ribs themselves where they fit into these little demifacets
in the sternum, can actually misalign in that area, for
which a technique using activator methods can actually adjust the
ribs back into their juxtapositions, taking the pressure off of
(28:53):
the surrounding soft tissue nerves and you know, providing great relief.
So I would see a chiropractic physician who practices activator
methods and that will should help out greatly.
Speaker 2 (29:08):
Great suggestions there are something that we've seen quite often
through the years, right doctor Bob, Yes, okay, and uh
and folks. I also want to say, if you have
questions health related questions that might need a little bit
more care, I want to remind you that we do
have a telehealth service and that lets you connect with
a healthcare professional fast and right from your couch, no
(29:30):

As simple as that, don't go anywhere. We'll be right
(29:52):

is the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

All right, let's get back into our caller marathon. We
next up. We have Dan from Barrington, Illinois.
Speaker 6 (31:27):
My name is Dan, my town is Barrington, Illinois. I'm calling.
I left the message half an hour hour ago. By
the question, but this WRN MEN radio station. I'm listening
to AM fourteen ten based in Elgin. They've been replacing
your shows with baseball, talc and programs, so I can't
(31:51):
hear your answer. The answer the question is I am.
For the last years and years, I've been having a
body to do very strange things. When I was getting
those COVID vaccinations, and you mentioned a few weeks ago
that there's some kind of a finding person can take
to get the COVID vaccination out of their body. I
did write down what it was or where to get it.
(32:12):
That's what I want to know. What can get the
COVID vaccine out of my body so I can stop
having these weird things going on in my body. And
since I can't listen to you on the radio, since
the station's book of seeing baseball.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
All right, Dan, thank you for your question. And as
much as doctor Bob and I like baseball, we also
like to give relevant health advice. So Dan, if you
can't find us on your local station, go ahead and
head over to Radioamerica dot com where you can listen
to the broadcast live, or about a day later, you
(32:46):
can head over to doctor Bob dot com, where the
podcast version is uploaded after a broadcast nationwide. But Dan,
so I hear your concern. In many people who've received
multiple COVID nineteen vaccination have expressed similar worries about lingering
side effects and are looking ways to support their body
and detoxify that vaccine. Now, let me be clear, there's
(33:11):
no magic pill or product that instantly removes the vaccine
from your body. However, what we can do is support
your body's innate ability to process and eliminate residual toxins,
reduce that inflammation, and restore balance at the cellular level.
The product that we recommended that you're referring to is
(33:31):
likely Vascular Defense by Sun Nutrition, which you can go
over to sunnutrition dot com. Define that it helps eliminate
those spike proteins. A few other suggestions are in acetyl
systein NAC. It's a precursor to glutathione, the master innoxidant
of your body. NAC protects cells from oxidative stress. It
(33:54):
supports those liver detoxification pathways in its critical and modulating inflammation.
And I also suggest go ahead and take in glutathione.
I like the liposomal form the best. That probably needs
direct supervision from a natural health provider, especially if it's
in that liposomal delivery, that's the best way it can
(34:15):
provide an extra layer of cellular defense and support that
sell health. Now, another thing that sometimes goes under a
radar here is infrared sauna therapy. If that's accessible to you,
use infrared sauna. It can enhance your body's natural detoxification
through gentle sweating. It promotes lymphatic drainage, and it supports
(34:36):
the immune system. And of course you know I'm gonna
say clean anti inflammatory diet. Think it fresh vegetables, clean proteins,
fermetted foods for gut health, and staining away from processed
sugar laden foods that fuel that inflammation. Now, Dan, I
want you to remember the human body. It's remarkably resilient
(34:59):
and if we give it the right tools, it heals
even after vaccination. My advice is to work with a
qualified natural medicine doctor or integrated physician who can guide
you through a detoxification program. That's tailored to your specific
needs and monitor your progress. And lastly, while some of
these recommendations involve supplements, the foundation of detox starts with hydration, sleep, movement,
(35:25):
and lowering your exposures to toxins. I hope this helps
and reclaims your sense of health and vitality that you're
looking for, Dan, And remember, the path to healing is
about supporting your body, not fighting against it.
Speaker 3 (35:40):
Doctor Bob, Yeah, we echo everything. The protelytic enzyme therapy
for people who have post COVID issues is effective. We're
talking about the bromelaine, the natokines, the cerril pep taste.
They are all available in health food stores, by the way,
and with three to the affiliate, we appreciate the affiliate
(36:03):
running our radio talk show there in that market. And unfortunately,
sometimes when there are sporting events going on that the
management of a particular radio station believes the audience would
feel better about listening to, that's going to override the show.
(36:24):
So we just have to be patient and appreciate the
programming decisions that they make and the various affiliates throughout
the country, whether it's the program director, general manager, and
you know, keep the faith. The show will be back
on once the baseball season winds down.
Speaker 2 (36:44):
I guess all right, we're coming up on a break. Remember,

doctor D O C T O R Bob dot com.
Doctor Bob and I personally review every submission and Doctor Bob,
I think we have time for one more question. It's
from ED from Irvine, Texas.
Speaker 10 (38:06):
This is ed from Irving, Texas. My question is what
about synthetic guys in mouthwash? Please discuss this on air,
synthetic dyes in mouthwash and what are are alternatives? Thank you.
Speaker 2 (38:28):
All right, ed, great question, my friend. You've hit on
a topic that often flies under the radar, that synthetic
dyes in mouthwash. Most people wouldn't think twice about that
bright blue or green color swirling around in their mouthwash.
But here's the reality. Many of these vibrant colors come
from petroleum derived synthetic dyes like blue one, green three,
(38:53):
or yellow five. That's the same type of artificial colorants
that we're now questioning in our candies, sodas, and as foods,
which we should avoid if we can anyway. Now, why
should we care about dyes in mouthwash? Well, these synthetic
dyes aren't just cosmetic. They can be absorbed through the
mucous membranes in our mouth, potentially contributing to inflammation. Allergic
(39:15):
reactions are even more serious conditions and concerns for sensitive individuals.
Some studies, they've been linking these artificial dyes to hyperactivity
and children, immune dysregulation, and even carcinogenic effects. While the
occasional swish of a dyed mouthwash might seem harmless, daily
(39:35):
exposure over years of different story in the irony. Color
serves no functional purpose in oral health. It's added purely
for visual appeal. So I got a really simple suggestion here.
This is easy for me to recommend. It's spry Mouth rents.
It's a natural, safe alternative to petroleum based renses. You
can find that at clear dot com and most final
(39:59):
finer health food stores. Doctor Bob, you got quick suggestion.
Speaker 3 (40:03):
Well, first of all, I want to apologize for us
blowing out all the special features, the health alternative, health
outrage of you know, product recall and health mystery. We
wanted to get to as many calls as we can.
I agree it should be a replacement there with the
spry mouthwash and the whole dental defense system over it.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
Clear.
Speaker 3 (40:23):
The other thing about many of these mouthwashes, they destroy
the nitric oxide in the mouth, especially you know ones
like listerine and all those big ones. They wreck the microbiome,
which then we lose the nitric oxide which helps circulation
whole body. So get away from those things, go with
the spry dental defense system.
Speaker 2 (40:42):
All right for doctor Bob Martin. This is doctor Adam
Brockman signing off with one final thought. Take care of
your body. It's the only place you have to live.
This is a doctor Bob Martin show. Thank you.
