(02:14):
Dr Bob Oh, do we havea great show plan for you today?
Coming up shortly here, I'm goingto be disclosing some breaking news about the
active ingredient in thailandol as Ceda benphinback in the news once again. After
decades of being in the marketplace,We're still finding problems associated with the key

(02:39):
ingredient in thailanol and over one hundreddrugs that contain the active ingredient aceta menaphon.
I dare say the majority of peoplelistening to the sound of my voice
right now, likely in their medicinecabin have thailanol or a ciedamnaphin in some

(03:01):
drug related product, over the counteror prescription drug. Momentarily, we're going
to be talking about the latest informationout about how a ciedamnaphin can poison you
and damage your heart function. We'llget to that momentarily. Bit first this

(03:21):
let's back up just a moment here. Last week on the show, we
asked you to participate in a healthpoll question related to taking care of patients
in hospital. Nurses are amazing. My oldest daughter is a registered nurse in

(03:43):
a very busy intensive care unit hospital. They're really the unsung heroes of the
sick care system in my opinion. They work very, very hard and are
exposed to so many perils and dotheir best. Last week on the show,

(04:04):
I disclose to you that there issomething afoot right now. We're in
Conventional medicine is trying to integrate andmodernize medicine by offering up virtual nurses,
virtual nurses. That means the nursesnot really physically in your room, virtual

(04:26):
nursing ladies and gentle is coming toa hospital near you. It is,
and I'll explain momentarily. Last weekendon the program, we asked this question,
the health pole question that I poston my website at doctor bob dot
com spelling out the word doctor andvoidd we have. I mean, a

(04:49):
ton of people hit that page andvoted on the question, are you in
favor of virtual nursing in a hospitalsetting? Yes or no? In other
words, there's a TV screen,you're in the hospital, you're in a

(05:09):
bed in the hospital, and suddenlysomeone not a physical person, there's a
voice in your room saying, goodmorning, missus Jones or mister Jones,
how are you feeling today? Andyou're looking around and you don't see a
human being standing anywhere in that room. You think, are you hearing voices?

(05:29):
Do you have schizophrenia? No?You look up and there's a smiling
face of a nurse male or female, wanting to converse with you directly.
That's virtual nursing. That nurse, that RN or LPN or a nurse practitioner

(05:50):
may be in Calcutta. She maybe in South America, she may be
in Dubai, she may be downthe street, but she's not not in
your room. She's virtual by virtueof coming through a television screen. So
we asked you, would that besomething that you're in for, you're down

(06:11):
for, you are in agreement with, because it's coming to a hospital near
you. We asked that question, you voted, and I'll give you the
remers of that momentarily. Bit.Virtual nursing is being implemented in hospitals across
the United States. It is you, whether you know about it or not.
Virtual nursing or nurses are they reallyhuman r ns who communicate with patients

(06:35):
from remote locations. It's set straightforward, and many TVs in patients rooms are
used for well zoom like I don'tknow if you're familiar with zoom. It's
a way you can actually communicate withsomebody on a screen somewhere, a computer
screen, whether it be your laptop, desktop, whatever, and you're seeing

(06:57):
their face, you're seeing their lipsmove, You're communicating with them as though
they were there, but they're notthere on a screen like a TV screen.
And this is how the shape ofthings is ready to roll out in
I guess conventional medicine zoom. Likepatient communication with your healthcare team, virtual

(07:17):
nursing is basically designed to free bedsidenurses from mundane tasks, allowing them to
dedicate more time to critical nursing tasksinstead of just you know, small talk
as in, mister Jones, howmany times did you get up last night

(07:38):
and go to the restroom? MissusJones, how many times did your chest
hurt last night? I mean, there's just they're asking you questions. It's
subjective. They're not there in theroom with you the hospital room to examine
you, put a stethoscope on yourchest, or to have you say ah
and take your temperature, or doyour oximiter testing with little oxygen meter on

(08:01):
your finger. None of that. They're not there. They can't do that
because they're not physically in the room. They're there to communicate with you subjectively,
to figure some stuff out, becausewhat patients tell us is so critical
to the decisions that are made bythe healthcare team or practitioners, and from
that nursing experience, that nursing communicationto you, the patient lying in the

(08:26):
bed or sitting in the bed orin the room, they figure out where
to go next. And you know, virtual nurses, a real human,
registered nurse, not in you know, a bot, a robot. So
the question posed, are you infavor of virtual nursing? This is amazing

(08:48):
to me. You voted and hereare the results. One hundred percent of
you said you are not in favorof virtual nursing, not at all.
Denied, canceled on that one. Now, when I found out about this
initially, I was reading a reportthat these nurses that are who are promoting

(09:13):
this and educating people about it atvarious medical institutions like Vanderbilt University Medical Center
and others, are saying it's agreat way to communicate with patients, and
patients are loving it. They thinkit's fantastic. Really, I'm kind of

(09:35):
wondering if somebody in that cold starkhospital and they're there by themselves, and
let's say they're over the age ofsixty five, they're a seasoned citizen,
and they're lying in that bed notknowing what the heck just happened. How
they get here. Maybe they rolledin on an ambulance in some condition,

(09:56):
and they wake up the next dayand they're in a foreign place, and
they're fearful and they're anxious, andthey don't see any of their family members
around them, or anybody for thatmatter. And on comes the screen with
this stranger that cannot shake your hand, cannot hold your hand, cannot take

(10:18):
your pulse, can't do anything, and they're trying to communicate with you.
And I'm sure they're very good atit, and they're very trained. Obviously
they are, or they wouldn't beregistered nurses. But I'll tell you what.
The people who took this health pollat doctor bob dot com where we
asked are you in favor of virtualnursing in a hospital setting? You said

(10:39):
absolutely not. There were no yesis zero percent yes, one hundred percent
now denied, And I thank youfor participating in that health pole question.

you personally concerned about getting seriously sickfrom COVID nineteen Yes or no. We're

(14:50):
going to get our polling results andwe'll share with you what the Kaiser Permanente
Foundation found out when they asked thatvery same question. We'll do that next
week on the show. I thinkyou're going to be very surprised about the
results. Now, during the break, we had multiple callers calling into the
program asking me to repeat what Idiscussed in the first hour of the show.

(15:11):
Last Hour in discussion of the majorityof COVID nineteen recipients suffering from health
complications a year later. According toa recent study published in Science Digest,
the majority of those people who tookthe COVID shot a year ago are still

(15:31):
suffering from a condition post COVID vaccinesyndrome, which has a whole long list
of things. You can find thatsegment of the show, because I'm not
going to be able to repeat it, we got to move on. Plus
the information that I talked about lasthour, how saving your memory is as
easy as owning a cat or adog. Yeah, that was interesting out

(15:54):
of the University of Maryland claiming thatowning a cat or ad all will slow
down the cognitive decline that so manyof us develop as we get older,
our memory loss. You can hearthat segment. It'll be in the podcast
library next Wednesday. By this Wednesday, that hour will be posted up.
So if you have people you thinkare interested in learning about that, or
you yourself, if you missed LastHour, get here earlier next week.

(16:18):
You'll be able to hear that inthe doctor Bob website doctor bob dot com.

go into the podcast library and you'llhear be able to hear. Well,
that's where all the recordings of theshow live, and you'll be able to
hear this week's program there. Andif you miss the last hour, your
friends you'll be able to direct themthere as well. All right, let's

(16:40):
turn our attention to a really fascinatingtopic that I've been anxious to get our
special guest on to talk about, and it's all about gas. A gas
that your body produces. No,no, no, I don't mean that
kind of gas, you know, flatulence as in older that emanates from where

(17:00):
the sun, don't shot. I'mnot talking about that place. I'm not
talking about that gas. I'm talkingabout a gas that you may or may
not realize you produce, and youproduce copiates amounts of it when you're young,
and as you start to age,and as you start to participate in
certain types of lifestyles or taking certainmedical drugs or other things dental procedures,

(17:26):
that gas, that all important gasthat is manufactured inside your blood vessels starts
to go away. And when thathappens, a whole cascading event occurs as
your health will start to circle thedrain and we don't want that, so
we employed and asked a very specialguest to join us. His name is

(17:48):
doctor Nathan Bryan, PhD. DoctorBryan earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree
in biochemistry from the University of Texasat Austin and his doctoral from Louisiana State
University School of Medicine. Doctor Brianis an international leader in molecular medicine and
has been involved in nitric oxide researchfor the past twenty years plus. Doctor

(18:14):
Brian serves as the founder and CEOof Brian v R. Y An Therapeutics,
Inc. Brian Therapeutic, Incs hasan active development program in the areas
of heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, and tropical drugs for diabetic ulcers and non
healing wounds. You can learn moreabout his work over on the website N

(18:41):
one oh one dot com. That'sN one and then the letter O one
dot com. And with that, let us welcome doctor Nathanbrian to the Doctor
Bob Martin Show. Good day toyou, doctor Brian, Good morning,
doctor Bob, how are you well, and thank you so very much for

(19:02):
taking time out of your busy travelschedule. I see that you're flying all
over the place lecturing to researchers andscientists and doctors and teaching them about nitrocoxide.
That gas that I was alluding to, that's really not gas as in
the intestinal gas that people produce, but rather, you know, gas that
we should be making wanting to makemore of in our side of our blood

(19:26):
vessel. So let's begin there,if we can, Doctor Brian, what
is nitric oxide? Well, doctorBob, thanks again for having me.
And as you mentioned, it's agas. It's a signaling molecule. It's
produced in the lining of the bloodvessels, and it's what regulates blood flow
and circulation and oxygen delivered to everyorgan, tissue and sell in the body.

(19:47):
It's how our immune system kills virusesand bacteria. And it's a neurotransmitter
of the central nervous system. Soit plays a role in basically every biological
function. So we need to maintainthe normal production of ncrococcide or a lot
of bad things start happening in thehuman body. Now, the next question,
naturally would be, well, ifthis is so important and this is

(20:07):
so revealing, here and so relativeto my health, Why hasn't my doctor
discussed this with me? Why haven'tI ever heard of this nitric oxide gas
that the human body makes. AllI've heard that people just about the gas
that we make with a you know, indigestion issue, right well, you
know, it's a relatively new discoveryin the medical sciences. Was discovered and
revealed that our body produces this inthe you know, nineteen eighties, and

(20:32):
we know historically it takes on averageabout seventeen years for new discoveries to become
standard of care or introduced into clinicalpractice. You know, we're twenty five
years passed the awarding of the NobelPrize, so you know, and that's
one of my objective is to getout and educate and form on the importance
of nitrocoxide, not just the physicians, so you know, your listeners,
doctor Bob, so that people canget an understanding of this and do as

(20:56):
you preach to take control of theirown health. And this is one of
the most important molecules produced in thehuman body. And people need to know
about this, not just physicians, but the patients themselves and consumers around the
world. No doubt about it.It is cutting edge stuff, and I
think I dare say most people thatare listening to Son of our voices right
now don't have a clue about itwhatsoever. And it's it's unfortunate because if

(21:19):
they did, I dare say thata lot of health concerns would evaporate and
go away, because I think thecorrect me if I'm wrong, that the
vast majority of people that if youwere in a room of one hundred people,
if you tested all hundred, onehundred people and let's say they're over
the age of forty, what percentagewould you guess, doctor Brian would be

(21:44):
having difficulty with or be non optimalor deficient in the ability to make enough
nitric oxide within our blood vessel wallsto have excellent health. Well, that
the scientific and clinical data tell usthat probably ninety percent or more of people
over the age of forty have insufficientmicrocoxide production. And that's standing because we

(22:07):
recognized that the loss of nitrocoxide orinsufficient nitrocoxide is responsible for most, if
not all, age related chronic disease. Wow, how did you become involved
in nitrocoxide research and the education ofthis, I mean, how did this
get on your radar screen. Tobegin with, well, I was a

(22:29):
student at LSU School of Medicine anda Nobel Prize had just been awarded for
the discovery of nitrocoxide. So therewas a lot of excitement around this,
and so I started working. Infact, I did my PhD on molecular
or molecular insitular physiology really as itrelates to the biochemistry of nicrocoxide production and
humans. So at that time weknew it was important, but we really

(22:51):
didn't understand how the human body madenitrocoxide, and we certainly didn't know what
goes wrong and people that can't makeit, or what contributed to a loss
of microcoxide production. And then mostimportantly, we really didn't know how to
restore and produce nitrocoxide in complex patients. So for me, it was a
ripe area of discovery. We knewif we could crack the code on how
to restore and recapitulate nicrocoxide in humans, then we could change the world.

(23:15):
In twenty five fast forward twenty fiveyears and we've we've answered all those questions
and we know how the human bodymakes nitrocoxide. We knows what goes wrong
and people that can't make it,and most importantly, we now know how
to fix and restore nitrocdoxide production.Excellent. Now we come back from this
break, doctor Brian, I'm goingto ask you to describe what someone would

(23:37):
feel like or what type of symptomsor conditions they would have if they are
experiencing low nitrocoxide production in their body, whether they know it or not.
So stand by we'll get back tothat. You're tuned into the Doctor Bob
Martin Show. The number one onhealth concern as we move toward and beyond

(24:02):
the age of retirement is fear oflosing our vision and therefore the ability to
remain independent. Most of us,at some point in time have uttered the
words I'm not seeing as well asI used to, or I think I
need stronger glasses. If you arenearing or past age forty, it's not
your imagination that your vision is gettingworse. What is likely causing your vision

(24:23):
to deteriorate is cataract formation. Cataractsoccur when the lens of the eye becomes
cloudy in blocks light from entering, which interferes with sharp, clear vision.

this latest breaking news about a seedof menaphin the active ingredient in thail and
all. This is breaking about howthese researchers, I mean, this is
just to me. It's amazing whenyou have a drug like this that is
so widespread used by humans and hasbeen four decades. We're talking about four

(28:18):
or five decades worth since tile andall hit the marketplace. The active ingredient
a seed of menaphon in hundreds ofdrugs and now we're just now finding how
taking it at a normal dose causesheart function problems. Incredible. We'll get

(28:40):
back to the details of that momentarily. It kind of reminds me. I'm
thinking about it. I'm thinking abouta guy. You wonder how the body
is all connected up. You know, you swallow a drug, it goes
into your stomach, it ends upin your bloodstream and then over to the
heart, poisoning heart tissue. Here'ssomething similar to that. I remember a
fellow who came into my office. He had pretty severe health problems in general,

(29:03):
but he also had something called gingervitis and periodontal disease. And he
was asking me one day. Hesaid, Doc, my teeth are falling
out, and I'm taking food gradehydrogen peroxide and I'm injecting it into my
gums. And what do you thinkabout that? Doc? He says,
I said, well, I thinkit's you need to see a dentist,

(29:26):
like immediately. Oh I can't.I don't want to see a dentist,
do I like them. They're toocostly. I'm afraid of dentists. Well
you cannot handle this, ye yourself, sir, Because I took a look
at his goms to his teeth, and it was bad news. Was he
had a history of smoking, hehad a history of heavy drinking, and
he just didn't take care of hisoral cavity. He did not have good

(29:47):
dental oral hygiene, and he thoughtby injecting or putting hydrogen peroxide in the
area was going to solve the problem. It did not. Actions that were
in his oral cavity, his mouth, and his gums and his teeth eventually
did him in. That infection thathe had in his gums, in his

(30:10):
oral cavity eventually found its way tohis heart and he had a heart attack
and he died. And I hadanother patient who was a friend of his
tell me about it, and thatcan happen. The mouth is the gateway,
folks, to the rest of yourbody. If there's a simmering low
grade or high grade infection going onin your gums, it can cause problems

(30:33):
everywhere your joints, your heart, your organs, your glands. And this
is why I am a stickler whenit comes to dental hygiene. You need
to see a dental hygienist on aregular basis, at least biennially, getting
your teeth cleaned or checked and seeingyour dentist on a regular basis and on
a daily basis, however, youshould be using a premiere dental system called

(30:56):
the Spry Dental Defense ents Spray DentalDefense. My family uses it. I've
been using it for over twenty years. Because it is a toothpaste, Spry
toothpaste. It has xylotol in it. That's the secret sauce. If you
will, it causes anti adherents. It won't allow the germs to stick in

(31:17):
the mouth. They get washed out. They can't stand the xylotol when they
try to metabolize that. The germscalled the Streptococcus mutans, which are the
ones that can basically drill holes inyour teeth and cause cavities and gingivitis and
parodontal disease and all the problems youdon't need or want. Creating inflammation that
can lead to other problems in yourbody. Spry Toothpaste and Spry mouth Rents

(31:41):
shuts that down. You don't haveother toothpastes and mouth rents is with xylotol
in them. It's just not there. Don't ask me why. But the
major brands forget about it. Kickit to the curb. Try to read
the ingredients on your toothpaste tube oneday on the box and when you see
all the six syllable words your youknow that there are none of nature,

(32:01):
non man whether mostly man made, and that's a problem. There's all kinds
of toxic ingredients you don't want. Not with Spry. It's one of the
purest, if not the purest toothpasteand mouth rints you can use. It
comes in delicious flavors including peppermints, spearmint, cinnamon. It's my favorite.

(32:22):
And you will find when you startthe Spry Dental Defense System, your dentist,
your hygienis, they're going to wantto know what you're doing, and
you're going to tell them what you'redoing, and they're gonna be impressed with
that. You're gonna have squeaky cleanteeth, gums, breath, Spry s

They're the makers, they're the makersof clear nasal spray back to the

(33:06):
the program. The reason they doanimal studies to determine how drugs are going
to work in the human body isbecause we share ninety eight percent genetically similar
genes to mice. So that's why. And now they're finding this latest thing
that just came out. I thinkit was yesterday or the day before,

(33:31):
the drug that many people use forback aches and arthritis and fevers and general
muscle soreness. I had a nurseyesterday tell me that she took a handful
of tile and all because she dida lot of walking and she knew it
was going to hurt, so sheheaded it off with the tile and all.

(33:52):
And I said to her, Isaid, excuse me, did you
see the latest information out about aseat of menaphon, the active ingredient in
toil, causing problems that can adverselyaffect your heart function. And she just
had this blank stare. And thenI proceeded to tell her that it may
not drop you the day that youtake it. This happens, It happens

(34:13):
over time, even moderate doses ofAceta menefit are associated with the potential risks
over time that According to a newstudy that was presented at the American Physiology
Summit in Long Beach, California, researchers administered water containing aceta metaphine dosage equivalent
to five hundred milligrams per day inan adult or an adult human, and

(34:37):
after seven days, significant changes wereobserved in the levels of certain proteins associated
with various biochemical pathways crucial for heartfunction, including its energy pathway. How
would you like to have you theenergy to your heart impeded or shut down

(34:58):
or somehow interfered with by taking adrug that's over the counter that anybody can
buy. How would you like tohave that same drug ascet of metaphit or
tile. It all affect the antioxidantusage that the heart needs, which is

I don't have heart problems, soapparently my acet of metaphin ingestion that I
have to take for my headaches,I have to take for my muscle aches,

(43:22):
I have to take for my jointpain or the occasional fever that I
run. I don't have any knownadverse side effects. Well, if you
just do the backup work here andsay you know, you just go to
the doctor Google and say what arethe potential side effects of acetumedafhit And again,

(43:43):
this drug has helped a great numberof people. There's no question about
it. It can definitely interfere withpain pathways and decrease pain. But you
have to wonder is it worth therisk. You have to weigh up in
everything in life, benefit versus risk. Is this worth it when you consider
that a senum menaphin in taking itat normal dose, and it should be

(44:07):
if you do take it at alltemporary, not on a regular basis,
And people do take it on aregular basis, whether they think they need
it or not. They just takeit prophylactically preventively because they don't want to
feel whatever it was that they initiallystarted taking it for, so they just
keep going and they buy these jiguandobottles of this very toxic substance, which

(44:28):
is responsible for many liver transplants. It's the number one reason why people have
are on a transplant list for liverbecause the tile and all eats away at
the liver or the od on it, and they don't realize it because some
people say, if a little isgood, a lot's better. Let's take
more because after all this, youcan buy it over the counter. How
unsafe could it be if you canjust walk in and get as much of

(44:50):
it as you can. Well. Some of the potential side effects of acena
menefit include fatigue, breaking out ina bad case of hives or uticaria,
loss of appetite, vomiting, yelloweyes. And I've seen this many times
as a clinician. People would comein and I look at their whites of
their eyes. There's sclera and they'dbe slightly yellow and I'm going, hmm,

(45:15):
your eyes look a little yellow today. Have you noticed? No,
I haven't, doctor, Why doyou ask, well, your eyes are
you have jaundice? There's something goingon potentially with your liver. Let's get
it checked out. Sure enough, they have high liver enzymes and we find
out they're taking a boatload of tilenol, yellow eyes, constipation, diarrhea,

(45:37):
stomach pain, dizziness, cough, bleeding, headache, rebound headaches. The
very drug you take for headaches cancause headaches, increase risk of stroke,
confusion, low back pain. That'swhy people take tile andol, isn't it.
We'll finish this up. I'm doctorBob Martin. It may come as

(45:58):
a surprise to learn that virtually allpeople have some degree of cataract formation in
one or both eyes by age forty. Fact is, cataract is a leading
cause of blindness in the United States. But here's the good news. Thanks

the boom on Dustin Gachee last nightin a UFC MMA competition that I happened

(49:52):
Max Holloway and all of the braveMMA fighters all right now, if you're
just tuning into the pro I announcedat the beginning of this hour that there's
problems associated with a new study outabout a set of menaphon, the active
ingredient in tile and all, mayhave an adverse effect on heart function.

(50:15):
Now, we've known for a longtime that a sin of menifhin use long
term, can increase slightly your riskof stroke and create heart problems in general,
and gastrointestinal problems and a long listof problems. I mean, it
just is a very very toxic drugto your liver cells, particularly, And

(50:37):
if you happen to be one ofthese people who just don't have the ability
to break stuff down effectively and quickly. And the way you figure that out
quick and hard is you say toyourself, well, I'm a cheap date.
I get drunk on one beer orone glass of wine or one mixed
drink. Somebody else can drink meunder the table. That's a good sign

(50:59):
that you have weak detox pathway. These these phase one phase two pathways has
to do this P fifty six enzymeprocess that goes on the liver, and
some people just don't they're just notequipped to handle stuff like this, and
you never know who it's going tobe. But here we have the research

(51:21):
out of the University of California.Commenting Gabriella Rivera commenting on this latest finding
about it sweedemenaphon the active ingredient oftalool causing the potential of adverse effects of
the heart. Gabriel says, andI quote, we expected two or three
pathways to be altered when somebody takestile andol or a ct of metaphant,

(51:45):
but we found twenty different signaling pathwaysbeing affected by tile and all twenty you
have all these signaling biochemical pathways thataffect heart function. Folks. It's a
very delicate machine, the human machineis, and when you start interfering with

(52:07):
it or throwing obstacles in its wayof functioning optimally. Because someone on television
said look for your lower back pain, Go take til andol instead of doing
what you really should do. Restice, see the chiropractor, see the
massiges therapist, the acupuncturist, Takea turmeric, take some homeopathic remedy first

(52:31):
and foremost, rather than popping atoxic drug like tilano or aceta metaphan.
That's how these problems get started. All right, Coming up, we're gonna
be talking about the glasses you wear, could be making your vision worse.
