make you rethink that late night snack, the junk food

Here's the headline, just four days of junk food can

Yeah, well this is nothing new. We've been They're doing
studies on a continuous basis. But you and I don't
need to look for studies. We can actually see it.
I see it in the patients that I counsel every
single morning, night and day, from the phone calls that
I get. Where the fattest nation in the world. We
consume excessive calories. You mentioned earlier that sixty percent of

our calories comes from processed foods and that has to stop.
And that's what we're doing at MAHA. Mister RFK and
I and all the team at MAHA, we're asking corporations
to stop this nonsense. You know, it's pure greed. It's
unadulterated poison. It's candy bars wrapped in neurotoxins, as you
said so eloquently earlier, and I love how you address

they're great, and they validate what we've been saying for
years and years and years. We want to clean up
our diet. But it's all about taking responsibility. It's all

And one of the things that has came up Doctor
Tony is the talk about the nutrition in the mandate
in medical schools. So RFK Junior, our Health and Human
Services Secretary, he's pushing for this mandatory nutritional education in
medical schools, arguing that doctors should be as skilled in
prescribing food as they are in prescribing pills. Do you

think this is going to be a game changer for
public health?

It is, and hopefully they'll get on board. You know.
RFK has had so much pushback. It's amazing. It's amazing.
You got one man out there trying to change the
whole landscape to help our country. He loves our children.
He does not care about politics. I've start with him,
has been in my home multiple times. I talked to
him weekly, texted each other all the time. He doesn't

care about anything other than helping humanity get well and
get healthy, particularly our beautiful angel children. We have the
fattest children in the world. It's really really sad. Diabetes
has gone up a whopping six hundred percent in the
last fifteen twenty years, and these corporations know that making
our children fat is also leading to insurmountable health issues.

And it's very difficult to get these doctors on board
because you know they're being sponsored by big pharma, and
that is a real issue for us. We want everybody
to win. It's a win win situation. It should be
a win win situation, but it's not. Most of the
doctors that I speak with, that I have lectured with
around the country at various seminars and I've done a lot,

most of them have some sort of ties with a
pharmaceutical company. And that's really sad. I mean, we got
to help the children understand that these types of foods
they're consuming, and it all comes from these people in
prestigious positions, especially a medical doctor at a medical school.
They're not going to promote healthy eating. They don't want

(15:01):
to promote healthy eating, unfortunately, and that's really sad. They
want to promote big pharma, and they want to promote
drugs and vaccines and various other modalities that are actually
hurtful to our children, hurtful to our parents and grandparents.
So we have a nation under assault from big pharma
and from the medical institutions. And unfortunately, I say this respectfully,

I love my doctor colleagues, I really do, but many
of them have said, you know, enough is enough is enough.
I'm not going to do this anymore. Wouldn't it be
great if doctors would do a lecture on superfoods for
super health. Wouldn't it be great if they did a
segment on health about the power of omega central fighty
acids that would address this study that came out the

(15:45):
cognitive decline. If we can prove, and they've proven it
out of the study in North Carolina University, North Carolina,
they can prove that if you eat junk food for
four days, it can distort and sabotize your entire brain mechanism.
Wouldn't it be great if we could say, you know what,
if you ate essential fatty acids, if you ate some superfoods,
if you had some omega threes, if you took in

some hooper zine or PA copa and or vitamin C
or various other superfood nutrients, it would provide significant difference
not only for the patient, but also help the welfare
and the healthcare of our country so that we are
more productive and we're a smarter nation. As a result.
Our teachers don't get paid well our healthcare system is broken,

our pharmaceutical system is overpowering us, and we have to
stop and think, why am I here, what is my purpose?
What is my meaning? How do I help these people?
How do I get other people well? And if you
can look at yourself in the mirror and say, I'm
going out today to change the whole landscape, the own
the whole territory of how I do things, that would

(16:51):
be really wonderful if doctors would only do that, But
unfortunately that is not the case.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
You are absolutely correct, and there is you know in
doctor do mean well? I think most doctors do mean well.
It's a it's maybe it's that lack of education, whatever
it might be. There's only a few of us out
there that really focus on these superfoods like you mentioned,
and uh, and I know you're one of them, and
you have been developing and innovating nutraceutical type of products

(17:20):
for years. So I want you to go ahead and
explain your involvement with that, and and go ahead and
talk about radiant greens a little bit. That is a
superfood that I think everybody needs to know about.

Yeah, and I also wanted to mention doctor Adam on
the back of what the previous question you just asked me.
Doctors mean, well, we need doctors. They're good people, they're
really good people. But they're they're conditioned from the moment
they get off the play into the good of the
college campuses. They're conditioned, and they're bought and paid for
a lot of them, just unfortunately about big farm. And
of course they get about a couple of hours, two

(17:50):
or three hours. You've gone through medical school, we all,
we've all been there. They get little or no training
at all as it relates to why superfoods are good,
and what are superfoods, and what are the therapeutic benefits,
when to take them, how to take them, what can
people experience when they take these superfoods? And what is
a superfood? So let me describe what a superfood is
that I have a whole line of superfoods. A superfood

(18:13):
is a nutrient that has had historical use for its
efficacy and potency as it relates to providing significant health
benefits for the human body. I've always been taught that
do no harm to the human body. That's the hypocotic oath.
Don't harm or hurt your patient. Make sure your patient
is treated with the utmost care and respect, honor and decency.

(18:34):
That's how I grew up in my native Ireland. But
unfortunately that is not the case because there's more money
involved in writing prescription meds. We write more prescription medications
in America than the entire world combined. That's wrong. We
need to stop that, and that's what RFK and I
are doing and helping these doctors understand that, Hey, your
way of working may work in the past, but it's

(18:57):
not working right now, and people are switching away from
medications and more towards a holistic, mindful, loving, kind, godly,
respectful way of eating that's plant based foods. So I've
been very sick as a child. I grew up in
a family of eleven in my native Ireland. My family

(19:18):
was all sick, lost my father, mother, brother, three brothers,
my fiancee alto heart disease and cancer. And I decided
I was very scared as a young man. I had
decided I would study holistic naturopathic medicine. That's why I've
written fifteen books on this. I'm thankful to be on
this great show of yours. I really appreciate everybody that's
involved with the show. You do such good work. So

(19:39):
I created all these superfoods to provide significant support for
the body because it's not getting the right nutrients. So
doctor Adam, if the nutrients are not in the food,
then it's not in the soil. And the nutrients are
not in the soil, meaning fertilizer, potassium, nitrogen. Because I
grew up on a farm and my late father and
my neighbors would say who had small arms in Ireland

(20:01):
with cattle, sheep and horses, that would say, Oh, if
we don't fertilize the lamb this year, Tony, we're not
going to have a good crop. And I thought, wow,
that's very interesting. So then I would ask them, how
is the crop this year? How is the crop this year?
And they said, I was really bad. The rain came
and washed away a lot of the fertilizer and washed
away a lot of the nitrogen potassium, and we didn't
have a good crop. And I knew that was important

(20:21):
for longevity. And that's what happened during the famine years.
Many many, many, many many moons ago in our native Ireland,
or crops just died because of a fungus and so
we have to feed the body the right nutrients, and
green foods are the highest on the DNA chain, and
green foods are loaded with chlorophyl and chlorophyll is the
blood of plants with almost an identical molecular structure as hemoglobin,

(20:44):
the blood of human beings. And basically what that means
is we harvest the energy of sunshine and when the
sunshine hits the plants, it creates what's called photosynthesis or
chlorophyl and that chlorophyll deodorizes, detoxifies, and balances the PhD
levels of the body, oxygenates the blood. Bacteria and viruses
could not survive. This was proven in nineteen thirty nine.

(21:06):
So you ought a bud break. Oxygen Bacteria and viruses
cannot survive in an oxygen rich environment. Can you believe that?
And the only thing to ever do that and to
do it properly is green super foods. I know you

let's get back in today's conversation with doctor Tony. Doctor Tony,
we were talking about the role of whole foods before
the break, and another cornerstone of the MAHA, the Make
America Healthy Again movement, is targeting processed foods in our
school lunches, which are often they're loaded with synthetic dies
in preservatives. And I do got to mention, you know,

(23:36):
I coach youth football. So one of these days these
kids came to practice and they were just they were
all just out of it completely, And I said, what
did you guys have in your school lunch today? That's
what I asked them. So what's your take on this
initiative and explain what this means for our kids' long
term health?

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Well? Absolutely, when you look at that study from the
University of North Carolina, when you look at that I'm
mentioned momentarily, about sixty percent of our calories comes from
this process junk food. We also have to understand and
after I talk about this, this is my life, morning,
noon and night. When I grew up in Ireland, I
didn't eat. I didn't eat well. I ate with my beautiful, amazing,
lovely parents provided for me. They're so deeply missed. They

(24:17):
were just so such magnificent people. I grew up in
a family of eleven. You know, we had bacon, eggs
and sausages, and we thought that was good, and it wasn't.
I was always sickly, me and particular I was just
sickly a lot. And so there's a lot of prescriptions
around my house. So there's also a social socioeconomic standard

(24:37):
that we have to be aware of. Not everybody can
afford organic food, not everybody can afford gluten free, wheat free, vegan, vegetarian,
kosher foods. But here's what I do tell parents, and
when I'm lecturing and doing television all across the country.
In fact, I leave for about a month next month
to do television for MAHA all around the countries, particularly
in the Texas area, they need significant help. And in

(24:58):
the South, I tell the parents, even though you don't
have the money to buy these organic foods, you still
can buy apples and oranges and peaches and pears and
strawberries and blueberries and blackberries. Make sure you wash them
really well, and eat organic at least at least once
or twice a month if you can afford it. There's
always bargains out there, there's always coupons out there. There's

(25:22):
a lot of pesticides, herbicides and intexticizes, you know, doctor Brugman,
being spread on our food. We have a love affair
with fat food in America. We have a love affair
with food that tastes good. Anything that tastes good generally
is not good for you. And if someone once said
to me, it's not what you're eating, doctor Tony, it's
what eats what's eating you. So we put a lot

(25:42):
of garbage into our body. We put processed foods, GMO foods,
massive amounts of sugar. The average person in America consumes
roughly two hundred and twenty pounds of sugar per person
every single year. That puts you into a diabetic coma.
We have a huge issue. We're not moving in our bodies,
we're not exercised. Kids are fatter than ever before. But

(26:04):
we're trying to turn that around, and that's what we're
doing at MAHA. We just launched Maha Europe m EHA,
making Europe healthy again. We just launched that a week
ourgo and our goal is to get the entire world healthy,
get people, as you mentioned, doctor Adam, making better choices,
really decided. Is this good for me? Is this bad

(26:24):
for me? We're asking corporations, as we mentioned earlier on
the broadcast, to clean up their act, to put really
good food out there. We want, we want to buy
your food. I want to buy your food. I know
you do too. I know everybody that listens to this
program wants to eat healthy. And nobody wants to be
a diabetic. Nobody wants to be overweight, Nobody wants to
have high blood pressure. Nobody wants to be taking copious

(26:47):
amount of medication. I talked to someone recently and there
were on eleven medications. I talked to someone else that
were on eighteen. I've talked to eighteen medications. Somebody else
was on twenty one different types of medications. That's wrong,
constitutionally wrong in America that doctors or a doctor would
write that many prescriptions for one particular person. That is

(27:08):
not right, that is not medicine. That is criminal, that
is cartel behavior. That's simply not right, and we can't
allow that to happen anymore. You need to question your
doctor and say, is this good for me? What are
the side effects of this? Would you take it? Would
you give it to your parents? You need to be
your own best doctor. As you say on this great program,
you really need to be aware. You have to be

(27:29):
mindful of what you put in your body. Because you
asked the question, doctor Adam, and it was a brilliant question.
What's the long term effect? The long long term effect
is that you are going to be dependent on the
pharmaceutical industry and on the doctor for the rest of
your life. What did you do? I always ask people,
and I get up real strong and passionate about this.

(27:50):
What did you do before this medication came along? How
did you cope? How did you function? What was your
day to day life?

Like?

You weren't on medication when you were a kid? Were you?
You weren't on medication when you were sixteen, eighteen twenty?
When did you decide that medication is going to control
your life so you can't think straight. That's not right.
That's not what we are about. That's not what our
country is about. That's not what this program is about.
This program is but helping people be aware and start
asking questions and really saying, you know what, I don't

think I want to eat this. I want to eat
an organic apple. I want to juice, I want to cleanse,

big food and public health and again we need to
get back to those whole foods, doctor Tony. And again

have to get away from that. I know. We live
